Two things: lies, and whining

If it wasn’t for those, they’d have nothing to say at all.

Trump’s UFC fight a lot like 19th century lynching, Boston College historian says
Former CNN anchor Jim Acosta agrees

A Boston College historian recently complained that a UFC fight on the South Lawn of the White House is related to the “impulse” that led to lynching black people in the 19th century.

Heather Richardson joined Jim Acosta’s YouTube show to discuss the mixed martial arts event held on Sunday, June 14, dubbed UFC Freedom 250.

Richardson, a frequent Trump critic, cited her self-proclaimed expertise on Abraham Lincoln.

She said during the Gilded Age there was no “open display of denigration of American symbols and American values” like there supposedly is now.

She then praised people like JD Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie for saying they were “offering a way forward for the United States.”

Richardson then said Trump “is deliberately tear(ing) that apart and he is doing so on the same cultural argument of course that people used to back the first Gilded age that is these cultural wars that turn white Americans against marginalized people of color.”

“Right,” Acosta agreed.

The historian then concluded:

I mean it’s not really a stretch to say that the same impulse that created the UFC fight on the White House lawn is the impulse that really pushed lynching in the late 19th century against black Americans overwhelmingly but also against Italian-Americans in Louisiana for example or Mexican-Americans in the American West or indigenous Americans in the American that idea somehow a really fake idea by the way that America is a white nation and anybody who challenges that needs to be purged from the body politic.

However, many people did think it was a “stretch” to compare a fighting match to the racist lynching of people.

Only because it, y’know, IS. Then again, though: Boston College, typically butt-ugly shitlib bint, self-proclaimed “historian”—what didja expect, anyway? As for that pseudo-historian bushwa, Mark Hemingway has ya covered.

Oof.

Elon Musk, the world’s first trillionaire

Hats off to him for that, and to Glenn Reynolds for this brilliant rip (in bold—his, not mine):

“There shouldn’t be trillionaires” is junior-high-level stuff. We should have people producing trillions of dollars in value for society. The argument that Elon should be spending his money on “feeding the hungry” is stupid in a country where the federal government spends multi-trillions a year on just that, with dubious results. It also betrays either a notion, or a lie, based on Musk having a Scrooge McDuck style Money Bin with a trillion dollars in it. In fact, of course, he owns assets that are busy producing useful things, not cash just lying around somewhere going to waste. Most of the people pretending otherwise know better, but hope their listeners don’t. The rest are just imponderably stupid.

SpaceX’s IPO created 4,400 millionaires, according to the New York Times. Critics like Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Elizabeth Warren have created one each — themselves.

Ayup, that’s about the size of it all right. More from the same place:

Oh, and lest we forget, here’s yet another thing Elon was perfectly a thousand percent correct about (here’s what I had to say about it at the time):

The Little Girl With Knife and Axe Just Gave the System a Final Whack
In August of last year, Lola and Ruby Moire were walking home in a suburb of Dundee, Scotland, and being harassed by the ubiquitous ‘migrants’ who form so integral a part of these United Kingdom stories anymore. The abuse from their pursuers was so intense that one of the girls can be heard warning them off, shouting, ‘Don’t f**king touch her, she’s f**king 12!

Weapons the youngster had in her waistband came out, and she brandished them bravely as their tormentors taunted the little girls.

Tormented, recorded, and then reported them to the police, who arrested the 12-year-old sister for ‘brandishing a bladed weapon.’

The racist former First Minister of Scotland and the current one weighed in. You know they couldn’t resist dissing the dangerous spawn of the filthy working class they despise with every fibre of their beings.

And a note: where our sorry Democrats shriek ‘TRUMP!!’ when they have no excuse and nothing better to say, you will see the British/Eurotrash reaction is ‘MUSK!!’

No specific attacks on Musk are cited—which, given how thoroughly the Brits have discredited and disgraced themselves by now, cannot be taken as evidence that there were none.

Update! And while we’re on the topic of suicidal Britwit folly, there’s also this to consider.

The news is…appalling, infuriating, sick-making, inexcusable, and earth-shaking, but one thing it isn’t is surprising. The revelation that one of the chief financiers of the principal forces arrayed against Britain and the West in general is the British government is all too much in keeping with the suicidal leftism we have seen from that government (whether the Tories or Labour are in power) for years now. So of course they’re funding ISIS. What else would they do? And the rot is even deeper than that.

The Daily Mail reported Monday that the British government “gave more than £28 billion in taxpayer cash to its enemies over six years, a leaked government dossier revealed last night.” And not just any enemies, either. If the British government had really given 28 billion pounds to its enemies, it would have forked over the dough to Tommy Robinson. But instead, the learned solons in London gave the money to their friends. You know, like ISIS.

The Mail states that “terrorists such as the Islamic State in Syria group, hostile states including Russia and criminal gangs received the vast sum from foreign aid, Covid relief loans and the benefits system, which an expert said was an ‘ATM for terrorists.’” And as these things always do, it gets worse. The report “revealed that Britain helped companies linked to the Chinese military pursue their own research between 2015 and 2021.” The Islamic State, Russia, China, and criminal gangs: all on the British taxpayer dole.

How could this have happened? Pondering that question called to mind a phrase I have not heard in decades, since the days when I was a young Marxist enjoying the benefits of an expensive university education: “Inglan is a b**ch.” (“Inglan” is, of course, Jamaican patois for “England.”) This pungent phrase is actually the title of a catchy little song, the handiwork of a Jamaican “dub poet” named Linton Kwesi Johnson, who has lived in the land for which he has such contempt since 1963 (he is now 73 years old).

Given what we know about them to date, how could we reasonably expect such a travesty NOT to have happened, Robert?

So 14% of the population thinks it wants a race war, huh?

Careful what you wish for, stupid niggers.

Savage Anthony Karmelo Supporters Now Making Death Threats Against Austen Metcalf’s Family and Randomly Punching White People in the Face for TikTok Clout; White People Must Remain Calm and Not Cause Incitement or Division
Disinformation Expert Ace

I mean obviously, it’s on us normies being targeted by racial violence to be calm and not provoke thugs who have been taught that they have a free-floating right to attack or kill white people and if you challenge that right, then you are the next to be attacked or killed.

In fact, we should apologize to the Race Attackers for making it necessary to play the Knockout Game.

The media always attacks normal people for getting angry and becoming “radicalized” while they make infinite excuses not just for black assaults but for black incitements to commit assault.

Some “incitements,” like the Crime of Noticing, should be punished by the state and, the state being absent, by Street Vigilantes enforcing Blood Reparations.

But other incitements to commit violence and demonization and dehumanization of another race are just “Good Trouble” which should be justified, defended, and amplified by the media.

Are we really now at the state where black radical racists and “allies” openly declare what they have long hinted at — that they have an unquestioned right to attack or even murder white people who do not afford them enough deference and “disrespect”?

Good luck with that!

Good luck indeed. To ALL of us.

The rest of it is…well, completely pathetic, actually.

These racists need to face serious legal consequences. Without swift and visible enforcement of the law, this anti-white trend of random assaults and false accusations will continue to escalate. Authorities must stop it now before frustrated whites decide to take matters into their own hands.

See what I mean? “Serious legal consequences”—yeah, THAT will surely fix things, absolutely. Hey, I know—let’s all hold our breath waiting for tt!

That 50-IQ nigger bitch shoulda had a bullet in her head before she ever got close enough to put hands on that pathetic White pussy in the first goddamned place. That she did not is a perfect encapsulation of our whole problem, and an unassailable explanation for why we are where are, and how exactly we got here.

Supreme expression of the parodist’s art

This one is popping up everywhere today, and with good reason: it perfectly encapsulates liberal shibboleths about open borders, feral nig-nogs, RAYCISSISSISM!™, and the innate superiority of violent, savage boogaloos imported from the Dark Continent and foisted onto an advanced civilization they are in no way, shape, or form either interested in or capable of assimilating into.

The essential nature of government

The Founders wouldn’t be surprised by this. Nobody else should be, either.

The city of Cape Canaveral in Brevard County has a population of about 10,000 people and encompasses about 2 square miles. In the year 2000, population in the city was about 8,900 people, and it was about 8,000 people in 1990. That’s a growth rate of 0.5% per year over the past 36 years. <—Important stat, so keep this in mind as we look at the rest of this.

The city hall was built in the 1960s, and was about 3200 square feet. It looked like this…

In 2015, construction was begun on a new, 18,000 square foot city hall at a cost of $5.5 million. That number was close to what the city spent that year in its entire budget.

Now explain to me why they needed to build this giant edifice that costs more to build and to maintain than the building it replaced? Population was only 25% larger than it was in 1980, but the city hall building needed to be five times larger to accommodate all of the extra bureaucratic employees that are now working there.

The city’s budget is now $70 million, despite the fact that the city contains the same number of residents as it did ten years ago when the budget was $5.5 million. They built a larger city hall, then filled that space with more employees. Five times the building at twelve times the cost.

Why are so many more employees needed? The cost of government was $3 million per year in 1980, or about $11 million in 2025 dollars. Why does government need to be 7 times larger than it was in 1980, even though population is only 25% larger?

Because Reasons™, of course and as always. Just who, exactly, gave you permission to ask, anyway?

ACAB.

Backstory:

Home secretary Shabana Mahmood has warned that “misinformation and inflammatory commentary is making a dreadful situation even worse” as anger over the case of Henry Nowak was stoked further by Nigel Farage, who urged the public to respond with “pure cold rage”.

In a statement to the Commons, Ms Mahmood revealed that a police officer wrongly identified as having arrested the dying teenager has received death threats and been forced into hiding amid a “dangerous undercurrent”.

Chilling video footage from the night Nowak was killed shows that police handcuffed the 18-year-old student as he lay on the ground, despite his repeated pleas that he could not breathe. He died shortly afterwards.

In footage recorded by a body-worn camera of the incident in Southampton, Nowak can be heard repeatedly saying “I’ve been stabbed”, to which an officer replies: “Don’t think you have, mate.”

Sir Keir Starmer described the video as “harrowing”, adding: “I have to say, as the father of a 17-year-old boy, I felt sick watching it.”

You damned well oughta have felt sick, you pissant Brit scumsucker. Ahh, but don’t let’s any Amurrkin mouthbreathers get to feeling all smug and self-righteous ourselves here, either.

What Should Happen to ATF Agents Who Lied to Put a Man in Prison for 20 Years?
Patrick Tate Adamiak is starting his fourth year of a 20-year federal prison sentence, even though he broke no law and committed no crime. That sad fact leads almost every discussion about the 31-year-old who had no prior criminal history. The public’s attention has been rightfully focused on freeing him from his undeserved incarceration, not on the ATF agents who wrongfully put him in a prison cell for two decades.

As most of you know, Joe Biden’s ATF lied about what their confidential informant had purchased from Adamiak. They lied again to obtain a search warrant of Adamiak’s property. They found nothing illegal while executing their search warrant, so they lied yet again about the legal items they found in order to obtain a conviction.

These untruths, in my humble opinion, were made for three reasons: in order to stave off any claim that Adamiak’s civil rights were violated, to shield the ATF agents from how poorly they conducted the investigation, and to keep secret the fact that they simply can’t work a confidential informant.

The ATF’s lies were so profound they actually turned gun parts into machineguns. Their firearms “experts” even classified a toy as a machinegun—a toy! They misclassified two DEWAT RPGs as actual grenade launchers, which added 15 years to Adamiak’s sentence. An ATF expert even classified seven legal semi-auto handguns, which fire from an open bolt, as machineguns.

Proving once again an age-old home truth: we are forever walking the same dark path towards abject Tyranny Most Foule that our British cousins are, just a cpl-three steps behind them, that’s all. Meanwhile, back to the original propaganda article for yet another totally-missed point.

Mr Farage likened Nowak’s treatment to the killing of George Floyd and said it was evidence of a “two-tier culture”.

See what the Brit twit did there? Under no circumstances should the largely self-initiated death of St George of Fentanyl be likened or equated to the wicked, unholy collaborative murder of the entirely blameless young student Nowak by an impromptu cabal consisting of 1) a murderous nigger Immivader, and 2) the Limey Pigs of PC. All in all, though, Farage is dead on the money.

Mr Farage said Nowak was “actually treated in a way that meant an accusation of a racial slur was treated more seriously than an act of murder”.

“Enough of anti-white prejudice,” he added, suggesting there should be “a promotion of the idea that white lives matter just as much as Black lives”.

Entirely, one hundred and twelve percent correct, sir. The silver lining to the whole sorry mess:

On Tuesday night, Mahmood condemned “disgraceful” scenes of violence after riot police were pelted with bottles and bricks during a protest near the home of Mr Nowak’s killer in Southampton.

Videos shared on social media showed officers being pelted with stones and bricks on a residential street in the St Denys area, where Mr Nowak was killed.

As they damned well ought to be.

Hard reset, hard war, hard choices, hard times

Looks like Mr Trump has resumed “limited air strikes” against the Mullahs, which I’m okay with, really. Although I still believe that what with the cringeworthy pleading for “negotiations,” “cease-fires,” and “peace deals” from the Trump admin, the Mullahs have likely concluded that

  • The US remains a paper tiger, a mere hollowed-out shell of its former WW2-era self
  • At bottom, the fact is that neither this nation’s government nor its people have the stomach, the will, or the pugnacity required to wage war and win against a determined enemy
  • Despite our military capabilities, they therefore have little to fear from the US—irrespective of which side of the uniParty coin happens to be in charge at any given time

Ultimately, it all boils down to this:

Trump has been trying to induce the murderous mullahs in Iran to make the reasonable choice and surrender, but in half a century of perpetual terrorism, the Iranian regime has yet to show any sign that they value reason over religious fanaticism. If you believe Allah has given you a mission to destroy the “great Satan” America and will reward you through eternity for fighting to do so, you’re not likely to make well-reasoned choices.

The Iranian regime has repeatedly violated ceasefires, rejected every peace offer from Trump, and most recently put out a €50 million, or approximately $58 million, price on Trump’s head, just after an Iran-tied assassin made an attempt on Ivanka Trump.

It remains to be seen how many more strikes it will take to bring the terrorist regime in Tehran completely to its knees. Hopefully every last genocidal jihadi leader will have gone to meet his master below before we’re through.

Hopefully, yeah. Because until Trump’s stated goal (initially, at least) of removing/replacing the Mad Mullah regime is achieved, then we won’t actually BE through, nor will we have won a damned thing. It’s a lead-pipe cinch that, should this latest round in the Fifty Years’ War© peter out with a pallid, half-assed “victory,” we’ll be right back over there in ten-20 years to do it all over again.

BOTTOM LINE: Before the Mad Mullah regime can be removed/replaced, the Mullahs will have to be dead, dead, DEAD…ALL the Mad Mullahs. All else aside, THAT is the real job here, THAT is the only real solution to the half-century-old Iran Problem. Since our Iranian enemies are implacable, resolute, single-minded extremists, they will never back down, never yield, never abandon the dream of world domination. This is a foe who cannot be reasoned with, bargained with, or talked down off the apocalyptic ledge his  primitve ideology has forced him out onto.

Assuming, of course, that there’s ever a non-D卐M☭CRAT PoTUS again, that is. Grim as it all looks from here, we must all hope.

All of which leaves us with two stark, unpleasant scenarios: 1) we put ’em down like rabid dogs, ruthlessly, in great enough numbers that the ragged few survivors are left in such terror of the American infidel that the very idea of ever lifting a finger against us again reduces them to stammering, pants-pissing quasi-catatonia; 2) we stack arms, beg for mercy, and swear total fealty to Allah the All Powerful, All Merciful, and All Benevolent.

In the first, the soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines who execute it will be haunted by sweaty, vivid nightmares and dreadful flashbacks rerunning slaughter, carnage, and dead comrades for the rest of their days. In the second, we will be slaves, all pride, dignity, and individual determination stripped from each and every one of us by our triumphanr enemy.

Bad as both options are, I can’t see any difficulty about deciding which scenario I prefer. Nor do I feel the least guilt over it. Because the US government supported the Shah for decades—a real piece of work himself, who treated his populace cruelly and harshly—the Revolutionary Pisslamic government, once it had deposed him,, embarked on a long-term campaign of terrorism, guerilla warfare, and despicable murder in search of revenge. The attacks, the recriminations, the insults and denunciations have neitther stopped nor slowed since the Mullahs seized power in 1979, effectively assuming the mantle of proto-feudal Warlords Of Persia.

SO, then: either we hike up our Big Boy Britches, gird our loins, and put an end to this vicious, Neantherdal nut-jobbery once and for all; OR: we resign ourselves to the national shame and disgrace of being the whipping boy for the Mullahs; accept a certain amount of annual civilian casualties from Moslem terrorist violence and the lowered standard of living which comes along with abject cowardice and defeat; and wash our hands of the whole sordid mishegoss. Then, we hold a press conference to declare “victory,” cross our fingers, and pray for a happy ending.

We’ll know soon enough whether or not Amerika v2.0 is up to the task before it.

Blast from the past

In the course of a typically excellennt post ripping the several masks off the two or three faces of Lyin’ D卐M☭CRAT fraud, sexual deviant, and phony “Christian” James Talerico, Ace brings up something I had almost forgotten about, but which all Real Americans would do well to remember.

Longtime readers will no doubt remember the Invasion of the Concerned Christian Conservatives of 2007-2008. As Obama was running for president, and his campaign manager David Axelrod openly promoted using astroturf — fake grassroots enthusiasm — to promote his Manchurian Candidate, there were suddenly dozens of never-before-seen commenters (and never again seen, too) who flooded the comments areas with comments that all followed the same three scripts:

Hi everyone. I’ve been a conservative Christian my whole life, but I’m very concerned about the direction that Bush took this country in, and which McCain is threatening to take it. While I have never before voted for a Democrat of any kind, I’m so concerned about the state of the country that I have decided to vote for the moderate centrist common-sense Democrat Barack Obama.

He will bring hope to the country and heal our wounds.

Over and over and over and over — the same canned script being pumped out by David Axelrod’s army of Paid Election Interferers.

We used to call this “Mobying” because Moby, the bald gay vegan techno musician no one ever liked, explicitly championed spamming the comments of news sites and blogs with fake messages to trick Christians into voting for the extinction of Western civilization.

We saw a very clumsy effort from the Democrats to convince us that all straight truck-driving beer-drinking Real Men were totally supporting Noted He-Man Tim Walz.

You will not be too terribly surprised to learn that the same Concerned Christian Conservative Seminar Commenters have been reactivated to boost the gay Satanic seminarian Talarico.

Follows, a sample of this standard-issue, Mark 1-Mod-0 D卐M☭CRAT deception tactic and more rips on the creep Talarico, of which you should read the all. All I can say is, if Ken Paxton doesn’t tump this guy’s ass like a big bass drum, then We’ll know for sure that Texas is well and truly lost, leaving DeSantis’s Florida as the last bastion of America That Was and those of us who mourn Her loss.

Happily, the Bee has something to say about all this also, which in addition to being funy as all Hell, would tend to back up my contention just now about Texas being lost.

Heh. See what I mean?

Update! Their contemptible lies are so not-credible, so lame and obvious, that the slimeballs themselves don’t even believe them.

As I’ve so often said, the Biden Crime Family™ exemplifies everything wrong with politics in Amerika v2.0 today. Not a single one of these miserable worms would Jefferson, Adams, Washington et al deign to so much as piss on if they were on fire.

Just anoher D卐M☭CRAT murder

Nobody can say it comes as any big surprise, I shouldn’t think. Which is a whole ‘nother sad, sad story in and of itself.

Memorial Day Tragedy: Veteran ‘Trump House’ Owner Dies After Vicious Assault
After his neighbor savagely attacked him unprovoked on May 20, the U.S. Army veteran who owns a California home famous for its huge Donald Trump signs passed away just before Memorial Day.

Kerry Sheron had gained local notoriety in his Escondido community for hanging Make America Great Again banners and American flags all over his house. But a younger man — who is, ironically, also a veteran — assaulted him so horribly on May 20 that Sheron died on Sunday, May 24, according to the California Post. Police are refusing to offer clues as to the motive, but Sheron has previously complained about vandalism of his banners and flags, and his wife believes the attack could be political.

The attacker, 32-year-old Thomas Caleb Butler, abruptly approached Sheron outside his home and began beating him. Deputy District Attorney Ross Garcia explained, “It was a single punch to the jaw. The victim then falls to the floor, and there are subsequent hits to the victim’s head area.”

Despite all that, Butler has pleaded not guilty to murder, elder abuse, criminal threats and battery. It appears, therefore, that he has displayed absolutely no regret or repentance for his deadly attack. He is in jail without bail, and officials are considering homicide charges.

“Considering”? What the actual fuck is UP with that arrant horseshit? We all know very well why this violent “liberal” piece of shit did what he did, just like we all know he really ought to be beaten to death himself for it pour encourager les autres. Another thing we all know: the oxygen thief Butler will almost certainly skate for this murder most foul, or perhaps be given at the very most a light slap on the back of his hand for this patent HHHHHH8 Crime™.

All of which makes this clip of old school Chicago flatfoot Jim Malone’s final question for G-man Elliott Ness even more apropos, timely, and relevant than it already was.

Safe-bet answer: absolutely, positively nothing whatsoever, that’s what.

“Errors”

As I always say: when all the “errors” only seem to cut one way, to the advantage of one side of the argument exclusively, then they aren’t really errors at all. So it’s strange indeed (not to mention puzzling as all hell) that this should be somethig of a counter-example.

Scientists Discover Major Errors in Al Gore-Founded Climate Pollution Database
An analysis found that Climate TRACE may substantially underestimate city vehicle CO2 emissions, raising concerns about data accuracy in climate policy.

Some of the world’s most widely used climate emissions estimates could be missing far more pollution than anyone realized.

A new study from Northern Arizona University reports that the global greenhouse gas emissions database created by the Climate TRACE consortium, co-founded by former Vice President Al Gore, may be undercounting vehicle carbon dioxide emissions in cities by an average of 70%.

The findings, published in Environmental Research Letters, come as governments and cities increasingly rely on high-resolution emissions data to shape climate policy and track progress toward emissions goals.

Led by Kevin Gurney, a professor in NAU’s School of Informatics, Computing, and Cyber Systems (SICCS), the study examined how Climate TRACE estimated emissions from cars and trucks and compared those figures against established transportation and fuel-use data. According to Gurney, the discrepancies — combined with similar issues his team previously identified in power plant emissions estimates — raise broader concerns about the reliability of rapidly emerging AI-driven climate monitoring systems.

“Given the importance of vehicle CO2 emissions in cities, we carefully examined the Climate TRACE data which relied on promising new artificial intelligence-based approaches,” Gurney said. “When combined with our previous study on Climate TRACE power plant CO2 emissions, our results suggest that the Climate TRACE data significantly underestimate over half of U.S. fossil fuel-based CO2 emissions in cities.”

Late show hosts, then and now

Lakeside Joe runs down the differences.

If you watch re-runs of Johnny Carson, one thing will stand out the most, and it’s that Carson had the unique ability to deliver jokes in a casual, midwestern-everyman tone; like chatting with the audience over a drink. He made it feel effortless and inclusive, as if he was one of them poking fun at the day’s absurdities (kind of like we do with snark on social media – everyone’s fair game) He recovered from weak jokes by leaning into them self-deprecatingly, which often got bigger laughs.

When Carson did his final show, one in five Americans were watching. Colbert’s final audience was a minor fraction of that. The numbers tell the whole story of what late night became:

Then: When Johnny Carson signed off in 1992, it’s been estimated that 55 million Americans watched – out of about 250 million. More than one in five.

Now: Stephen Colbert’s final Late Show drew 6.7 million – out of roughly 342 million. Under 2%.

The shift: same chair, a far bigger country, a fraction of the audience.

The reason: Carson made the whole country laugh; Colbert made half the country the butt of his ‘jokes’. Late night didn’t die of natural causes. It chose a side, aimed nine of every ten jokes at that side’s enemies, and then acted shocked when half the country stopped watching. Carson understood he was a guest in everyone’s living room. His successors decided the living room needed a lecture. Carson hosted an entire country. Colbert played ‘host’ to a minority who’s clubhouse was closed to anyone with half a brain.

That’s about the size of it, yeah. If the smarmy gasbag Colbert was even half as smart as he seems to think he is, you’d think he woulda realized that alienating half your audience from your very first night might not be such a hot idea. Which, hate to have to hip all you shitlib Supergenii!™ and all, actually has NOTHING WHATSOEVER to do with whether or not Trump can “take a joke,” by the by.

Suicidal empathy

Yes, it’s a thing, and it’s hilarious.

See what I mean? It would take a heart of stone not to laugh at a case of Just Deserts so apt, served up so piping hot and fresh, as this sub-genius twat willfully put herself on the receiving end of. This is PRECISELY what some of us mean when we say that stupidity should be actually, literally painful. Sayonara, sucker.

Paleosimian update! PREACH it, mofo.

To the point update! Copped from the Monday Eyrie post, mo’ betta:

Who indeed.

The art of NO deal

Hate to have to say it, but Trump is an idiot, and he’s screwing the pooch by the numbers.

Here’s the ugly truth of the matter, via Lakeside Joe.

That penultimate line—“The regime can only be stopped by force” et al—assumes something not so far in evidence, namely that “At some point, Trump will be convinced of this reality.” It’s my considered opinion that Trump, being at heart a basically decent sort who derives no pleasure from killing people in job lots, would vastly prefer to make some kind of deal with the Mullah regime, even though any deal the howling Western infidel makes with the Mullahs won’t be worth the paper it’s printed on.

Which in turn means that Trump, having an entirely unrealistic view of the opponents he is confronting—ie, a far too charitable one regarding their willingness to deal fairly and honestly with “the Great Satan,” among other things—should never have dragged us into the Iran quagmire in the first place. His Presidency will be regarded by future historians, if any, as a catastrophe, one this piss-poor excuse for a nation will be paying for for generations, possibly even centuries. Sorry, but IMO that’s the long and the short of it.

Update! Just got off the phone with my brother Jeff, who just minutes ago shelled out $1100.00 at a truck stop to fill up his Freightliner with diesel fuel, but won’t make anything close to that much this week. He says another month or so of losing money like this and he’ll be out of business, and the truck will be up for sale. No need to rush anything, eh, Donald? *spit*

It begins update! Jeff called back to tell me that a friend and co-worker of his just gave the company his notice and put his truck up for sale. He’s taken a job driving a dump truck, for just slightly more than minimum wage. For as long as THAT lasts, anyway. He says thanks a pantload, Donald!

Don’t start none

Won’t BE none. Schlichter reminds ‘em:

Cry me a fucking river, tough guy. I repeat: if Israel really wanted to genocide your worthless proto-Neanderthal asses, every last one of you would’ve been wiped out long ago.

FREEDOM!!!

"There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters."
Daniel Webster

“When I was young I was depressed all the time. But suicide no longer seemed a possibility in my life. At my age there was very little left to kill.”
Charles Bukowski

“A slave is one who waits for someone to come and free him.”
Ezra Pound

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”
Frank Zappa

“The right of a nation to kill a tyrant in case of necessity can no more be doubted than to hang a robber, or kill a flea.”
John Adams

Bertrand de Jouvenel

"It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged."
GK Chesterton

"I predict that the Bush administration will be seen by freedom-wishing Americans a generation or two hence as the hinge on the cell door locking up our freedom. When my children are my age, they will not be free in any recognizably traditional American meaning of the word. I’d tell them to emigrate, but there’s nowhere left to go. I am left with nauseating near-conviction that I am a member of the last generation in the history of the world that is minimally truly free."
Donald Sensing

"The only way to live free is to live unobserved."
Etienne de la Boiete

"History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid."
Dwight D. Eisenhower

"To put it simply, the Left is the stupid and the insane, led by the evil. You can’t persuade the stupid or the insane and you had damn well better fight the evil."

"There is no better way to stamp your power on people than through the dead hand of bureaucracy. You cannot reason with paperwork."
David Black, from Turn Left For Gibraltar

"If the laws of God and men, are therefore of no effect, when the magistracy is left at liberty to break them; and if the lusts of those who are too strong for the tribunals of justice, cannot be otherwise restrained than by sedition, tumults and war, those seditions, tumults and wars, are justified by the laws of God and man."
John Adams

"The limits of tyranny are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."
Frederick Douglass

"Give me the media and I will make of any nation a herd of swine."
Joseph Goebbels

“I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: As government expands, liberty contracts.”
Ronald Reagan

"Ain't no misunderstanding this war. They want to rule us and aim to do it. We aim not to allow it. All there is to it."
NC Reed, from Parno's Peril

"I just want a government that fits in the box it originally came in."
