November 4, 1979 — almost 47 years ago — Iran seized the American embassy in Tehran and held its staff hostage. Ever since then, American presidents have struggled with what to do.

Jimmy Carter temporized for many months, even as ABC’s newly created Nightline — a nighttime news show created specially to cover the hostage crisis — opened every night with “America held hostage, day XXX.” His wife, First Lady Rosalynn Carter, finally prodded him to do something. The “something” turned out to be a shambolic rescue mission that ended in disaster.

President Reagan intimidated the mullahs a bit, but never seriously retaliated for the Beirut barracks bombing that killed over 200 Marines along with over a score of other service personnel. George H.W. Bush invaded Iraq but left the mullahs largely alone. Bill Clinton did nothing of substance. George W. Bush had a chance to bring the Iranians to heel after the conquest of Iraq, but inexplicably failed to press his advantage. Barack Obama was, basically, complicit in their nuclear program, to the point of famously sending them pallets of cash totaling over a billion dollars.

President Trump, on the other hand, killed General Soleimani and told other Iranian leaders that they could be next. And now they are next.

So what have we learned, and what’s likely to happen in the future?

Well, for one thing, we’ve learned that there is no atrocity so abominable, no adversary so bloodyminded and vicious, no act of war so blatant and brazen that the shitlib Left won’t leap in all a-frothing to scold the US about daring to react in any fashion more bellicose than rolling over, showing our (yellow) bellies, and pissing all over ourselves as we whimper piteously for mercy.

Additionally, we’ve learned that every attack launched by us Ugly Amerikkkan H8888rrzzs© in response to provocation, however dire, shall be decried as “unprovoked,” “disproportionate,” “dangerous,” and/or “destabilizing.”

In sum, then, we’ve learned that:

  • Amerikkka, come Hell or high water, is always and forever wrong
  • Amerikkka will always and forever be the bad guy, deserving of all blame no matter what; ie, we are the big, scary monster underneath every kid’s bed
  • The US should never be thought of as “the world’s policeman,” “the world’s breadbasket,” or “the defender of the Free World,” but rather as “the world’s whipping boy”
  • Likewise, the US is to be presumed guilty no matter what, in all situations and contexts
  • Words like “genocide,” “apartheid,” “greed,” and “oppressive” apply strictly and exclusively to the US alone, no one else

There. Not by any means comprehensive, mind, but enough to be going on with just the same. Taken for all in all, an addendum to Mike’s Iron Law #1,246 has been deemed necessary. “What’s likely to happen in the future?” More of the same, alas, for just as long as Real American Normals remain content to put up with this tired shit, and not a moment longer.

As time marches ever on, it begins to look as if it will take exterminating no fewer than half to two-thirds of them before the rest of the sewer rats get the message and back the fuck off, so emboldened have we allowed them to become.

Cheese-Eating Surrender Monkeys Come Out for the Islamic Republic of Iran
After the U.S./Israeli strikes on the Islamic Republic of Iran began early Saturday morning, the far-left government of Canada offered tepid support for the strikes, while the government of Saudi Arabia, indignant after an Iranian strike against a U.S. base inside the kingdom, said that it would join in on striking Iran. So far, so good.

Emmanuel Macron’s France, however, had a markedly different reaction. Several hours after the strikes began, Macron wrote:

The outbreak of war between the United States, Israel, and Iran carries grave consequences for international peace and security.

Notice that he says nothing whatsoever about the yearning of the Iranian people for freedom after suffering 47 years of the Islamic regime’s bloodthirsty repression.

In this decisive moment, all measures are being taken to ensure the security of the national territory and that of our compatriots, as well as our interests in the Middle East.

France also stands ready to deploy the necessary resources to protect its closest partners at their request.

The ongoing escalation is dangerous for all. It must stop. The Iranian regime must understand that it no longer has any option but to engage in good-faith negotiations to end its nuclear and ballistic programs, as well as its actions of regional destabilization. This is absolutely essential to the security of all in the Middle East.

Macron here assumes that the Iranian Islamic regime will remain in power.

That’s because if it were up to his weak ass, it would—forever and ever, amen.

Nevertheless, he plows on:

The Iranian people must also be able to build their future freely. The massacres perpetrated by the Islamic regime disqualify it and require that the voice be given back to the people. The sooner, the better.

This is inconsistent, as he just called upon the Iranian regime to “engage in good-faith negotiations.” Now he says that it has been disqualified, and that he wants the Iranian people to have a voice. Great, but how does he envision their getting that voice, if he thinks that “the ongoing escalation is dangerous for all” and “must stop”? Macron offers no way forward. He is clearly just hoping that whichever side wins will think he was supporting it all along.

Well, of course he is. He’s the pluperfect ProPol: all things to all people at all times, no matter what. He talks a lot, but says nothing of any real import. When the final bell sounds, he’ll step up to the podium, beam a gleaming, toothy smile into the camera lenses, make a rousing little speech extolling his myriad virtues—foresightedness, courage, unswerving dedication to principle, plainspoken integrity, and so forth, none of which he possesses to any noticeable degree—shake the important hands, and then move on to the next Media Availability.

Overcome with disgust, Spencer spits:

None of this can be made to make sense. It is just the dissembling of a politician who wants to appear strong when he is weak, decisive when he cannot make up his mind, and on the side of his Western allies while not alienating his friends and business partners in Tehran.

Oh, it makes sense all right. It stinks to high Heaven; it’s self-serving as all Hell, sure. It’s despicable, certainly, and says nothing whatever complimentary about the people of France, that they would countenance such an obvious bargain-basement s’faccim as the “leader” of their once-proud Republic. But what it also happens to be is perfectly typical of his foul ilk.

As my biker friends used to say, Macron is so low he’d crawl over his dead sister to fuck his own mother. Which, y’know, is pretty dadgum low if you ask me.

The 2020 “(s)election”: most fraudulent in world history?

Actually, it was so damned fraudulent there isn’t even a word in the English language—corrupt, crooked, fake, phony, bogus, bent, rigged, &c—strong enough to adequately describe how ridiculously fraudulent it was.

Providence has a nice sense of irony. Had Trump been president from 2021 to 2024, he could not have accomplished a scintilla of what he has already managed just a year into his second term. The four years he spent as a victim of the Biden administration’s round-the-clock deployment of lawfare – the preposterous indictments, the naked efforts to bankrupt and incarcerate him – all were “teachable moments” he would have missed had he not been made the focus of unhinged Democratic ire. I suspect that, when the dust settles, it will be shown that Trump did, in fact, win the 2020 election. But it is a good thing for the country that he had to wait four years before he took office.

To those who are impatient with this renewed attention to the 2020 election, I advert to the ending of my column here from November 5, 2025. Quoting the commentator Shipwreckedcrew, who posts on X and Substack under that username, I agreed that “the 47th President of the United States, now that he has the tools, has an obligation to examine the 2020 election with the Department of Justice if he concludes that the 46th President failed to do so out of the 46th President’s self-interest to not have his victory called into question.”

Trump, I noted, has so concluded. We are rapidly approaching the denouement of this drama.

Readers may also recall the scene from Hemingway’s The Sun Also Rises in which one character asks another how he went bankrupt. “Two ways,” was the answer. “Gradually, then suddenly.” I suspect that something similar is happening here.

A few days ago, the news from Fulton County was everywhere, but there was a certain nervousness or hesitation in the air. Hadn’t we already been here, done that? But then the floodgates started to open.

Why have Georgia election officials filed a court motion to take back the ballots seized by the FBI? No one wants to be called a “conspiracy theorist” or “election denier.” No one wants to be sued for libel, as was Rudy Giuliani. He raised questions about the election results in Georgia. He named names. That cost him $140-something million. I wonder whether that judgment will be revisited now?

Commenting on the tsunami of news crashing out from Georgia, the great Cleta Mitchell, who advised President Trump when he contested the Georgia election results, noted that on the morning of election day, November 4, 2020, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said Trump led by 103K votes with only 94K ballots left. “Four days later,” Mitchell noted:

[T]here were 300K more ballots, including 148K absentee ballots from Fulton County. That’s 25,535 more ballots than voters, more than double Biden’s margin. Over 133K ballot images were deleted. Zero of 148 Fulton County tabulators had the required tapes. Nearly 7K fictitious ballots remain certified, and no one investigated.

Then there is the news about Georgia Governor Brian Kemp. Grand jury testimony that was just unsealed revealed that Kemp told the chief of Georgia Bureau of Investigation not to investigation allegations of fraud in the 2020 election, Saying he was a “team player,” the official dropped the case.

The mask is being ripped off as I write. A Gestalt shift in The Narrative is underway. Wikipedia says that Cleta Mitchell “aided Donald Trump in his efforts to overturn the election results and pressure election officials to ‘find’ sufficient votes for him to win.” How long will it be before the site is forced to note instead that she aided the president in his efforts to get to the truth in Fulton County? What happened in Georgia is just one falling domino in the giant reversal that is taking place. A lot of reputedly “impossible” things are in the process of being revealed.

Yep, the formerly ubiquitous “Trump’s baseless charges” bleat is looking more and more like the absurd lie it always was, as time marches ever on. Unfortunately, the truth outing at last will be the only positive result; you can be absolutely certain that not one thing else will change a single iota, that after many encore performances, The Enemy (both Left and “Right”) will at last outdo even their 2020 “(s)election” dumbshow for sheer balls-out chutzpah.

The Moral Blackmailing of the American People
In Springfield, Illinois, in 1838, a young Abraham Lincoln delivered a powerful speech decrying the “ravages of mob law” throughout the land. Lincoln warned, in eerily prescient fashion, that the spread of a then-ascendant “mobocratic spirit” threatened to sever the “attachment of the People” to their fellow countrymen and their nation. Lincoln’s opposition to anarchy of any kind was absolute and clarion: “There is no grievance that is a fit object of redress by mob law.”

Unfortunately, it seems that every few years, Americans must be reminded anew of Lincoln’s wisdom. This week’s lethal Immigration and Customs Enforcement standoff in the Twin Cities is but the latest instance of a yearslong baleful trend.

On Wednesday, 37-year-old “queer activist” Renee Nicole Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Good, who had barricaded her vehicle in an attempt to obstruct an active law enforcement operation, ignored agents’ requests to exit the vehicle and instead directed her car at one of the agents. Good actually then hit the agent, who was briefly hospitalized for his injuries. But before she could do even more damage, the agent shot and killed Good. The federal government has called Good’s encounter “an act of domestic terrorism” and said the agent shot in self-defense.

Suffice it to say Minnesota’s Democratic establishment does not see it this way.

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey responded to the deployment of 2,000 immigration agents in the area and the deadly encounter by telling ICE to “get the f*** out of Minneapolis,” while Gov. Tim Walz called the shooting “totally predictable” and “totally avoidable.” Frey, who was also mayor during the George Floyd-inspired mayhem of 2020, has lent succor to the anti-ICE provocateurs, seemingly encouraging them to make Good a Floyd-like martyr and riot accordingly. As for Walz, he’s right that this tragedy was eminently “avoidable” — but not for the reasons he thinks. If the Biden-Harris administration hadn’t let in untold millions of unvetted illegal aliens, and if Walz’s administration hadn’t conveniently overlooked hundreds of Minnesotans — of mixed immigration status — defrauding taxpayers to the tune of billions of dollars, ICE never would have embarked on this particular operation.

Liberals and open-border activists play with fire when they so casually compare ICE, as Walz previously has, to a “modern-day Gestapo.” The fact is, ICE is not the Gestapo, President Donald Trump is not Hitler, and Charlie Kirk was not a goose-stepping brownshirt. To pretend otherwise is to deprive words of meaning and to live in the theater of the absurd.

But as dangerous as this rhetoric is for officers and agents, it is the moral blackmail and “mobocratic spirit” of it all that is even more harmful to the rule of law.

Most of us assumed this dispute had been settled once and for all by the early spring of 1865, but apparently we were mistaken.

What I most want to know at this juncture is why in the ever-lovin’ blue-eyed world is Tampon “Timmeh” Waltz, after doing everything his little pea-brain can come up with in the way of fomenting insurrection against the US federal G in his sorry-ass State, has not been locked up under multiple charges of treason already.

The underlying problem  all along has been that self-dramatizing Leftist morons have been getting away with personal threats, acts of violence against individuals, arson, looting, and wanton vandalism without ever facing Consequence One for any of it. They snarl ferociously about the supposed “evils” of private property, capitalism, and White People generally but have never been called out for any of their patent hatemongering. They must be forcibly made to understand that the Left’s permanent Get Away With It© card has been revoked, so their usual schtick is just liable to get them ventilated from here on out, as should have been the case all along.

A lot of mentions and RUMINT is that there are NOT enough cops out there to do what needs to be done, and that the White House is, per the usual, dithering on #TIA1807 (ie, the Insurrection Act of 1807—M) because smol-hats and ‘reasons’. OrangeManBad doesn’t WANT to be remembered for invoking the act (even tho right now, he really needs to, if only in Minnesota) and deploying Active Duty Troops.

‘Preservation’ Maneuver by Jamie Raskin Confirms the White House Ballroom Project Has Broken Him
Even if one gave Democrats a fraction of the benefit of the doubt (which we won’t) over their various grievances with President Trump’s America First agenda, the wailing and gnashing of teeth over the ballroom project currently underway at the White House has added a whole new layer of unhinginess to the mix.

This is despite the fact that White House renovations have been undertaken by presidents from both political parties throughout our country’s history, including under both the Obama and Biden administrations.

There have been two lawsuits filed so far over the demolition of the East Wing, one that was filed by a Virginia couple in October but which was voluntarily dismissed, and a more recent one from the National Trust for Historic Preservation, which suffered a setback Tuesday when a federal judge denied them the temporary restraining order they sought to halt below-ground construction as the case proceeds through the courts, as we previously reported.

Meanwhile, Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin (MD-08) announced legislation on Tuesday that effectively confirms that both Trump and the ballroom have broken him:

Democratic Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland plans to introduce legislation Tuesday that would subject White House renovations like President Trump’s ballroom project to the same reviews as other federal projects. Currently, the White House is exempt from certain oversight under the National Historic Preservation Act.

Raskin’s bill, called the “People’s White House Historic Preservation Act,” would require White House renovations to undergo a so-called “Section 106 review,” a pre-ground breaking assessment that addresses the impact of renovations on historic buildings and allows the public to weigh in.

“It’s kings who treat public property as private property,” Raskin, the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, told CBS News in a phone interview. “It’s not his house; it’s our house. And if there is going to be construction and renovation expansion or changes, that should go through a regular public process.”

Gee, quelle surprise: as ever, the only cure for purely partisan D卐M☭CRAT disgruntlement is bigger government, more legislation, and another ream or two of mandatory paperwork to be filled out, turned in, checked for proper compliance with all applicable requirements, standards, and procedures, filed, and forgotten.

Myself, I’d like to take this opportunity to commend to y’all’s attention the pungent, clear-eyed analysis proferred by Luke Yarwood mentioned earlier here: “Violence and murder is the only way now. Start off burning every migrant hotel then head off to MP houses in Parliament. We need to take over by force.” Amen to all that, friend.

Denounce Yarwood’s words as nasty, intemperate, extreme, and/or unacceptable if you like; genuflect before the brazen idols of the Wokester/Leftist temple; proclaim your fealty to the PC Leviathan—the man also happens to be right, and we all know he is. “We messed up”

Cracker Barrel execs play the Contrition card. But might there be more to all this than meets the eye?

Few stories grabbed national attention quite like the Cracker Barrel rebrand did this year. Even amid endless high-profile developments in Washington, the Cracker Barrel rebrand stood out as offensive to Americans everywhere.

Like Bud Light’s partnership with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, Cracker Barrel’s new look felt like an attack on an American institution from an out-of-touch C-suite that bought into the leftist idea of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The backlash was so severe that the company publicly slammed the brakes on their modern makeover and promised Americans they weren’t changing a thing.

Despite this course correction, it was clear that someone at the top had lost the plot, and when Cracker Barrel shareholders voted for board nominees, DEI consultant Gilbert Dávila was not one of them. As I reported on Thursday, Dávila resigned from his position.

Nice that the clueless Wokester shit-slurper is gone and all, but come ON now: the Executive Suite screws the pooch this badly, and all the CB brain-trust can manage is to dump one lousy consultant over it? Looks like the ol’ Barrel is still et up with the dumbass at the higher levels.

That said, here’s where things start to smell a little funny.

Now, Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Felss Masino, who survived the shareholder vote, is sitting down for interviews, and her first is with Glenn Beck.

In an interview that took place at a Cracker Barrel location, Beck asked them directly what happened to lead them to such a “stupid” decision, comparing it to Coca-Cola’s “new recipe.”

“Our guests have a right to be upset,” Masino told Beck. “We messed up. The intent was not ideological. It was not to put the old version of Cracker Barrel in a box. It was not the intent whatsoever.”

Later, Beck went on to ask if the company had “embraced DEI as a culture.” Masino, seemingly giving the most sterile answer she could, told Beck that Cracker Barrel has always tried to be a welcoming place for everyone. Thankfully, Beck pressed the question by asking if political statements were intended from the rebrand.

“No, it’s pancakes,” said Masino.

I find it very interesting that the conversation was steered into what Cracker Barrel was doing wrong in terms of their food and service by Doug Hisel, the Senior Vice President, who also took part in the interview.

Which jibes rather nicely with all the other stuff I’ve read saying that Cracker Barrel was hemorrhaging customers, employees, and money thanks to ever-crappier food, unclean restaurants, insolent, glacier-slow service, etc well before the ill-considered rebrand ever happened. If Masino is telling the truth, and this rebrand wasn’t at all DEI-driven, then it was incredibly short-sighted at best. However, it’s pretty clear that Cracker Barrel was involved in DEI-related activities and was becoming increasingly friendly with leftist causes. As Fox News reported through an interview with Robby Starbuck, the restaurant chain kept adopting more and more LGBTQ+ themes…

And now, we come to the main reason I wanted to post on this in the first dang place. Ready, everybody?

Starbuck highlights Cracker Barrel’s support for LGBTQ+ organizations and events, such as Nashville Pride, River City Pride and the Human Rights Campaign (HRC).

He also noted that the company displayed rocking chairs with rainbow colors and LGBTQ+ insignia. The company even went so far as to place one in its Tennessee corporate office. Rocking chairs are practically synonymous with Cracker Barrel, with the restaurant’s long porches lined with them at locations nationwide.

“The fact that it’s located there is important to this story because what’s happened here is a microcosm of the parasitic operating procedure of left-wing activists,” Starbuck said. “They don’t just wanna force their soulless, godless, hedonistic vision of the future onto blue hellscapes that their party controls.

“No, it’s much more important to them that they shove it down into your towns, into your kids’ schools and into your way of life. So, sticking a pro-trans rocking chair into their headquarters in a predominantly conservative town is exactly the type of thing they revel in doing.”

Oh, HELL yeah—nice rip, Rob. Bold mine, natch, because that shit just rocks.

At the risk of sounding like the most boring old broken record on Earth: just when you think you’ve heard the absolute worst about the Enemedia you could ever possibly hear, along comes some shite like this.

The BBC’s Treason In The Falklands War At The Battle of Goose Green
The Battle of Goose Green in 1982 was part of the Falklands War between Britain and Argentina. It was especially notable for two things – the high casualty rate and how the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) committed treason.

Hyperbole? Overstatement? Just a typical attempt at rabble-rousing? Ahh, would that it were so, laddie-buck.

To understand this, here is a quick history lesson. Various European nations claimed them until Britain came along in 1690 and said, “Mine!” Spain did the same in 1713, but to make a long story short, their empire collapsed.

Among the territories they lost was Argentina. Though no longer Spanish, Argentines believe they are the successors of Spain’s claim. They were content to let things be till 1982. So why then?

It was because their military government needed a distraction. The country’s economy sucked. Ditto with its human rights record.

Solution? Distract the people with patriotism and do so before the upcoming so-called elections. But how? Hola, Falklands War!

While Britain was no push-over, the Argentine government gambled on three things: the islands have no strategic value; they have virtually no resources, and they are home to only a tiny population of mostly Brits.

The government also considered the British economy. It was not doing too well in the early 1980s, so the hope was that the Brits would be too distracted and too tight-fisted to do anything about an invasion.

Sure, they would scream and stamp their feet, but that would be it.

The Argentines were not at all worried about the UN. The country was constantly being targeted for its human rights violations, so what was another ding from the international community? People would simply get used to it – just like they did with Tibet.

It did not turn out that way, of course. Britain responded quickly with amphibious landings in San Carlos Water on East Falkland on May 21.

Enter Brigadier Julian Howard Atherden Thompson, commander of 3 Commander Brigade. His job was to take on the Argentines around Goose Green and Darwin.

The area was protected by Task Force Mercedes under Lieutenant-Colonel Ítalo Ángel Piaggi, made up of the 12th Infantry Regiment (IR12) and 3rd Company. Defended by 20 mm Rheinmetalls, two radar-guided Oerlikon 35 mm anti-aircraft guns, and a battery of three OTO Melara Mod 56 105 mm pack Howitzers, Thompson’s job would not be easy.

To make it even more challenging, his men could not be flown in. Most of their helicopters had been aboard the Atlantic Conveyor – which was destroyed by Argentine missiles on May 25.

The plan, therefore, was to land troops at San Carlos Bay and have them walk for two days until they reached Goose Green.

On May 26, the 2nd Battalion of the Parachute Regiment (2 Para) under Lieutenant-Colonel Herbert Jones started to do just that. The Argentines were in for a surprise!

Or so Jones thought until he turned on his radio.

He had tuned into the BBC World Service, which was happily telling the world that the 2nd Para was poised to launch a surprise attack on Goose Green. So much for surprises!

Of course, the treasonous-Left wretches at the Beeb never did face the music for their act of high treason, and the whole sorry affair has been largely forgotten by now—having been eclipsed by more and far worse perfidies over the intervening years. So much so, in fact, that I doubt any of us, either in Once-Great Britain or Amerika v2.0, would even bat an eye at Enemedia staging an encore presentation today.

I and plenty of others have written again and again about the indispensible necessity of keeping the politicians scared half out of their wits of We The People, which injunction remains as relevant now as it ever was. We should also remember, though, that the same necessity obtains for Enemedia “journalists” as well, perhaps even moreso.

In the almost certainly apocryphal words of Thos Jefferson, Samuel Adams, Thomas Paine, and George Washington: When the government fears the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. Whoever said them, wherever they came from originally, the essential truth of those wise words cannot be gainsaid. Let the government, the ProPols, and the Enemedia Hell-kites all quake in terror of us then, as should always and forever be.

Bondi, Noem forcefully criticize Democratic plan to launch ICE tracker
WASHINGTON — White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said a Democratic plan to launch a “master ICE tracker” would amount to “actively putting the lives of ICE agents at risk” after Attorney General Pam Bondi and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem forcefully hit back against the push to monitor activity of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in communities.

Leavitt’s comment at Thursday’s White House press briefing, in which she also criticized other ICE tracker apps that “left-wing activists have created,” came after Noem took to X to warn against the proposal, announced this week by Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif.

“Let’s call this what it is: a pipeline that will funnel information on American law enforcement directly into the hands of anarchists, domestic terrorists, and cartel members,” Noem claimed in her post.

The post included a clip of Garcia at a news conference alongside Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass on Monday in which he announced the plan for Democrats on the House Oversight Committee to launch such a tracker on its website.

“Over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker where we are going to be essentially tracking every single instance that we can verify that the community will be able to send us information on,” the California Democrat said. “And it will be all available in one central place.”

If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times, and I’m gonna keep right on sayhing it: The criminal organization masquerading as a political partty known as the D卐M☭CRAT Party should be disbanded, dismantled, and formally outlawed by the US Congress. Yesterday wouldn’t be too soon.

At last night’s Turning Point USA event, Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy channeled his inner George H. W. Bush, calling for a “kinder and gentler” MAGA movement: No longer should we concentrate on “defeating the left” or “owning the libs.”

An Axios preview described his speech as “No more ‘owning the libs’: Ramaswamy pushes sharp break for GOP”:

Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy on Tuesday plans to call on the GOP to embrace a less overtly belligerent and oppositional posture, Axios has learned.

  • According to his prepared remarks, Ramaswamy will say the conservative moment is at a “fork in the road” and urge them to abandon its fixation on “owning the libs” in favor of a less overtly confrontational posture.
  • “We can still stand for truth, while viewing those who believe in falsehoods not as our enemies who must be vanquished, but instead as our fellow citizens who have lost their way and must be shown the light,” Ramaswamy will say.
  • “Not to berate them, embarrass them, and banish them — but to pray for them, to talk to them, and to persuade them,” he will add.

The Axios preview was eye-opening because it was almost certainly leaked by Ramaswamy himself.

What were they rioting over? Well, I saw one report describing it as an ad hoc alliance of pro-Palestinians, leftist unions objecting to Meloni, and assorted neighbourhood “migrants”.

Whatever. It doesn’t really matter, does it? I mean, it’s not like twenty-five arrests at a Tommy Robinson rally, two-thirds of whom turn out to be anti-Tommy counter-protesters. All that can be said for certain is that, if you live almost anywhere in the western world, violence is in your future. For the moment, it comes overwhelmingly from the political left and their various shock-troops, whether Antifa or your local migrant sex-fiends. Because the left are the most turned on by it. Even the comparatively peaceful ones can’t stop salivating over the thought of killing you. Here, for example, a perfectly nice respectable American lady – probably listens to NPR – has a grand old time beheading an effigy of Trump:

In one of my previous analysis postings, I outlined three possible scenarios for the future after the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

This corresponds to scenario 3, the one where insurrection edges into a simmering civil war a la Bosnia. I caught some flak in my replies at the time from people who thought an insurrection based in urban areas isn’t practical under modern conditions.

Antifa thinks it is. It’s what they’re planning for.

One of the things I have to remind myself of occasionally is that most people know essentially nothing about Communist theory and Communist revolutionary tactics.

Antifa is running the classic Communist playbook. Make the enemy fight you where you are strong and they are weak – where you have support among the people and (when possible) cover from sympathetic local officials.

Historically that has usually meant fighting from rural areas where the reach of the government is weak. But the Russian Revolution was an exception, and the revolution Antifa is trying to fight is another. Their natural home ground is large coastal cities run by left-wing Democrats.

To maintain their crumbling narrative, the left weaponized a deeply flawed study from the CATO Institute’s Alex Nowrasteh, which purports to show that right-wing extremists commit the majority of politically motivated killings in America. This convenient talking point has been parroted everywhere to deflect from the fact that their side just murdered one of conservatism’s most prominent young voices.

But when you actually examine Nowrasteh’s methodology—which I have—the whole thing falls apart faster than a House Democrat’s promise to secure the border.

Take Timothy McVeigh, labeled “right-wing” despite his ideology having nothing to do with traditional conservatism. McVeigh was an anti-government extremist whose rage stemmed from Waco and Ruby Ridge, not conservative principles. The man rejected both political parties, described himself as agnostic, and supported abortion rights.

Then there’s Anderson Lee Aldrich, the Club Q shooter, branded “right-wing” despite identifying as non-binary and suffering from documented mental illness. Peyton Gendron, the Buffalo supermarket shooter, gets the same “right-wing” label even though his own manifesto explicitly identified him as an “eco-fascist national socialist”—hardly traditional conservative ideology. The study also classified a couple who killed a sex offender as perpetrators of “right-wing” violence despite the fact it was a personal vendetta with no apparent political motivation whatsoever.

Even more telling is what Nowrasteh’s study leaves out entirely. Notice how the data shows a convenient dip in 2020—the same year America witnessed the most destructive riots in its history. The George Floyd riots caused billions in property damage and at least nineteen deaths, yet somehow none of these deaths made it into his tally of political violence.

The Waukesha Christmas parade attacker, who drove his truck through a crowd in 2021 killing six people, also got left out. When you correct for these glaring omissions and misclassifications, the numbers between left-wing and right-wing violence become roughly equal—and that’s just examining the past decade.

But, the narrative that political violence is a right-wing problem took another hit this past week, when, Anibal Hernandez-Santana, a 64-year-old former legislative director for the California Federation of Teachers, decided to turn his politics into bullets with a drive-by shooting at the local ABC station. This wasn’t some random act—it happened just one day after protesters gathered there with their usual signs calling Trump “Hitler” and his supporters “fascist enablers.” Hernandez-Santana absorbed that mood of righteous fury, posted calls for Trump’s demise on social media, and then carried his left-wing politics into the realm of violence.

And that wasn’t all. Saturday night in Nashua, New Hampshire, 23-year-old Hunter Nadeau opened fire at the Sky Meadow Country Club, killing one and injuring at least two others while shouting “Free Palestine!”

The truth is unavoidable: the left doesn’t just tolerate political violence, it cultivates it. They spent the summer of 2020 making excuses for rioters while their media allies described burning buildings as “mostly peaceful protests.” They’ve created an atmosphere where their followers believe they have a moral obligation to commit violence against their political opponents.

We keep hearing lectures about “rising extremism on the right,” but the evidence keeps piling up showing exactly where the real threat is coming from. A popular conservative leader gets assassinated. A leftist union operative shoots up a television station. An anti-Israel radical sprays gunfire into a country club. And somehow the left still thinks it can wag its finger at conservatives?

Well, naturally. When you’re not merely comfortable with spewing brazen lies in the face of obvious truth but have actually come to prefer it that way, wagging a finger self-righteously at your hated enemies begins to look like pretty small beer.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) appeared to defend the violent rhetoric on the left after the founder of Turning Point USA, Charlie Kirk, was assassinated and said her party “cannot take responsibility for the minds that are out there.”

Speaking at an event in Maryland on Friday, the former Democratic House leader called for an end to gun violence and completely disregarded the often violent rhetoric that comes directly from those in her party, in their comments about President Donald Trump, his supporters, and other Republicans in the public eye.

“People don’t have any intention of saying something that’s going to lead to something dangerous,” Pelosi said. “But we cannot take responsibility for the minds that are out there and how they hear it.” In short, the Democrat lawmaker is saying there’s no way the left could take responsibility for their rhetoric against Conservatives because they had no idea that it could lead to violence. At one point, Pelosi said that after Kirk’s murder, “Most of our colleagues put out similar statements of— while we may not agree politically, philosophically, or in any other way, that doesn’t matter. What does matter is that our prayers and thoughts are with the family, and may he rest in peace.”

No, Gleen, it’s not the same. We are not attacking the left for having differences of political opinion. We are not attacking them for having weird beliefs.

We are attacking them for celebrating assassination and murder. We are attacking them for calling for the next “pew pew” against the President Donald Trump.

If Trump goes down — we are at war.

You are right that most words are not violence. But some words are: Specifically those calling for someone to be killed, or praising an assassin for killing someone, with hopes that additional assassins will emerge.

That is what we are condemning. I do grant that some people are making the mistake of attempting to criminalize mere strong political invective — but what we’re really incensed by is that Taylor Lorenz continues to praise Luigi Mangione for his assassination and absolutely zero people in the supposedly “Respectable” media have even so much as chastised her for it.

Indeed, CNN had her on to giggle about it.

Either the left stops openly glorifying violence and calling for Trump or other Republicans to be “pew pewed” — their puerile, cutesy way of saying “shot” — or the right is going to start publishing our own Pew Pew Lists.

This is not a difference of political opinion. We on the right will not have a “debate” about whether leftwing assassins are allowed to murder us, our friends, or our leaders.

That will be a civil war situation.

It’s not up for debate. Leftwingers arguing that it is justified to murder me, my friends, and my family, and my president, are not offering a political position. They are openly conspiring to commit murder, and we don’t debate murderers. We arrest them and, if necessary, we kill them.

The left cannot put itself above the social compact. The bas(e)line, rock-bottom social compact is just “you and I are in the same tribe, the same nation, and I agree to not murder you if you agree (to) not murder me. And we also agree not to incite our more dangerous, mentally-unstable members to kill each other, either.”

If we do not have that, we do not have a country, and we are in (a) state of war. The rules of society do not apply, only the rules of war and violence do.

Update! In the course of making a last quick check to make sure some embarrassing goof or fother hadn’t escaped my notice when it hit me like a brick to the face: “…WILL BE a civil war situation?” Close, but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades, as the ancient gag-line goes. It would be a better, more accurate mensuration of the current predicament to say that “This IS a civil war etc etc,” if you ask me.

Even after the first (of three, so far) attempt on Trump’s life, the consensus among the MAGA sector was that this time the Left had REALLY gone too far, that their long-overdue day of reckoning was at hand for sure. Hell, we all thought it, had ourselves a grand old time snickering to each other about how seriously damned lucky the Leftards were that Trump WASN’T killed that day in PA, that if he HAD been, those shitheels would’ve been well and truly fucked. A veritable tsunami of Normal rage would’ve inundated the hapless shitlibs and sucked those rat-bastards down, down, down inrto the briny depths forever, and good riddance to them.

Nope, the world-famous photo of Our Prezmodent shaking his fist in angry defiance, Old Glory seconding his defiance behind him, the side of his face and neck covered with the blood the bullet had left in its path, why, of COURSE they’d gone too far! No true American would ever dream of taking something this over the top, this extreme, passively, an entire nation of sofa-surfers muttering the same vows to finally do something, to make the sumbitches pay this time, to teach them what happens to those who go to far and cross that bright red line.

And then, sing it with me one more time, y’all…crickets. Second verse, same as the first.

So now it’s Charlie Kirk’s turn to assume the entirely ceremonial role of Final Fucking Straw which will unclip the leash which holds us back from scrambling off to dish up some man-size portions of richly-deserved retribution that always seems like it’s right around the next bend but somehow never actually hoves into sight, tootling him melodiously all the way.

Yes, many of us are angry—incandescently angry, in fact, absolutely fucking FURIOUS over this baroque, needless pissing-away of a human life, and rightly so too. Not just any old human life either; Kirk’s was especially productive—a more-productive-than-most life spent trying his best to be a good Daddy, a loving and faithful spouse, and a decent Christian. The value of this singular life was raised continually from the open-hearted generosity with which Charlie lavished his affection, his charity, his energy, and his attention on everyone around him. His students speak of his kindness, the selfless, laid-back way he’d spend hour after hour nudging them just this much closer to truly understanding some stubborn little something which had seemed just too big a leap for his balky mind to make only minutes ago.

Too generous for his own good; a Christian man who, rather than putting on a mask to present others with a misleading portrait of his sincerity and devotion, instead didn’t seem to care one way or another what anyone else might think of him, labored mightily, honestly, and above all humbly to live up to the tenets of his Christianity. According to those who knew him well, Charlie was modest, courtesy, responsible, judicious. He was never boastful or vain, never arrogant or selfish or coarse.  Charlie Kirk just simply…WAS, that’s all.

Those noble qualities and others are why Nornals admire Kirk. Ironically, those same qualities are exactlty what made Leftards hate him so vehemently, so viciously. I also imagine those qualities had a great deal to do with why the miserable oxygen thief who killed him decided it needed doing, and he was the perfect choice for the job.

This week’s one-two knockout combination leads with a flurry of set-ups, beginning with A) the D卐M☭CRAT-crafted butchery of poor Iryna Zarutska (yes, this one is 110% on them; don’t even TRY to tell me it ain’t) which went down just up the road a piece in the shithole of Charlotte, NC—a story which spent the last 2+ weeks being rigidly locked down by the D卐M☭CRAT-friendly local media establishment at the unscrupulous behest of idiot Mayor Vi Lyle but which managed to dig its way out of Information Prison nevertheless;the set-up jabs will be followed closely by a sleep-inducing right cross like B) yesterday’s wanton gunning down of a good, decent, and altogether admirable man for purely political purposes together have gotten a lot of folks positively seething, just waiting with bated breath for someone to point them at a worthwhile target and turn ‘em loose to wreak havoc on the shitlib malefactors behind this perfect storm of horror, calamity, and bilious evil we, our former country, and indeed the entire world has been struggling to navigate for all these years.

It’d be nice to think these fiends might for once be at real risk of a long-postponed settling of accounts, definitely. Sorry and all, but try as I might I just can’t see it happening. It’d be fair to say that the cumulative effect of the enormities which, figuratively speaking, were stuffed into a paper bag, put on the porch by the front door, and set afire by those match-wielding D卐M☭CRAT firebugs was to spark within fed-up Normal hearts a feeble light of hope that at last, the karmic flame might be about to catch, spread, and burn some dick-with-ears who badly needed burning.

But alas, that would require Real Americans to do something beyond bitching and moaning about the not-fairness of a life beset by a plague of Leftists, which they just will not do. So count on it: in another cpl-three weeks, this too shall pass and be forgotten. The speculation about the seemingly improving chances that the citizenry most harmed by Leftard bullshit might finally step up to the plate and have a few mighty swings at bringing shitlib brigandry to a halt once and for all will carry on as before, bringing with it the same result it always has, namely none whatsoever. Eventually, the spark gutters out, the bleak darkness settles back in again, the hope comes to naught. And as per usual, nothing changes.

Much as I do dread such grim awfulness coming to pass in my own time, let alone in my daughter’s, the least of what OUGHT to come of all this horror and grief is the welcome arrival of a few new, improved rules. To wit:

  • They kill one (1) of ours, we kill three (3) of theirs IMMEDIATELY, without reference to Theirs being of roughly equivalent social/cultural/financial stature, political relevance, or importance with Ours, just…one of Ours, three of Theirs, every time without fail, without exception, period fucking DOT
  • They can no longer so much as leave their own homes without being hounded, harassed, and terrorized by a phalanx of armed-to-the-eyeteeth Real Americans continuously shouting specific, detailed statements threatening grievous bodily injury soon to be visited upon said Leftists, their families, and all their like-minded cohorts every step of the way to wherever it is they’re trying to go
  • The reprisals will continue until Leftists are so cowed they blanch and literally quake with fear any time they are in the vicinity of non-Leftists; When that stage is attained, then and only then can the mission-accomplished standard be hoisted on flagpoles across the land
  • All unofficial leaders must prioritize their efforts to inspire, motivate, and set an example for uncertain Normals who are dubious at best about manning up and involving themselves in this sudden surge of anti-Leftist activism; personal attention, lavish praise, and enthusiastic encouragement must be showered liberally upon every gun-shy Normal who decides he wants to get past his anxiety, cast his inhibitions to the wind, shove his inner wuss aside, leave his worries behind, and take the plunge
  • No more big talk, no more handwringing, no more shilly-shallying around; just shut up and DO IT already

Same-same with after-action gossip and/or swapping of sea-stories amongst fellow pipehitters—none of that stupid shit, please, you’ll have the Fibbies kicking in your door toot fucking sweet; in sum, a little less talk and a lot more action, as a great old tune by some good friends of mine from out Denver way put it.

As for this “no place for political violence in America” bushwa, sorry pal, but the Founding Fathers of this country would like a word. Yes, the mere prospect of what I’ve for years referred to as Civil War v2.0 is indeed terrible; the reality of such a thing would be so nightmarish as to be beyond human imagining. But is it really the worst of all possible things? John Stuart Mill put paid to that one a good-ish while back.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse. When a people are used as mere human instruments for firing cannon or thrusting bayonets, in the service and for the selfish purposes of a master, such war degrades a people. A war to protect other human beings against tyrannical injustice; a war to give victory to their own ideas of right and good, and which is their own war, carried on for an honest purpose by their free choice, — is often the means of their regeneration. A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. As long as justice and injustice have not terminated their ever-renewing fight for ascendancy in the affairs of mankind, human beings must be willing, when need is, to do battle for the one against the other.

And there you have it. Much as I do dread the idea of a CW2, and believe me I do, the pathetic mewling of those who misrepresent themselves as staunch, stalwart American devoted to liberty, the Constitution, and the Republic bequeathed to them by far better men than they’ll ever be is so dreadful it sickens me to my core. It’s embarrassing to hear such sunshine patriots as they prattle on and on these days about the urgently vitally critical urgency that we “fight” this “war” using non-violent means exclusively—a war, mind, against an Enemy who, meanwhile, is not just talking about his intention to subjugate whatever few of us he doesn’t just kill outright but is actually doing precisely that, has been for years now.

WE’RE IN A WAR! WE’RE IN A WAR! LET’S HAVE NO FIGHTING, GENTLEMEN!!!

The more I hear these feebs natter on almost rhapsodically about how oh MAN, we’re really gonna “fighty-fight-fight-fight-FIGHT” those bastiges now, you betcher!! the more I marvel at their historical illiteracy, their apparent belief in the risible notion that a successful defense of the principles, institutions, and charters of our Founding against the rapacious Left can be achieved with mere words alone, perhaps a nice civilized chat over tea and crumpets when it’s all done.

The mulish refusal of these oh-so-delicate types to accept just how deadly serious the Leftist Enemy truly is about his aspirations, his Divine Right to rule, the power, perks, and position to which he is so clearly entitled. The Sunshine Patriot’s prissy abhorrence for mussing his hair and ruining his spotless, impeccably-pressed Brooks Brothers duds by stepping daintily down from the High Road to partake in *shudder* a vulgar brawl with Leftist swine is positively Marquess of Queensberry-esque.

The murder of Charlie Kirk, whatever else it may or may not be, contains a harsh, bitter lesson for us all. Here was a man entirely devoted to the proposition that Americans might somehow resolve differences which are in truth irreconcilable, do so peaceably, then live more or less amicably together afterwards. Against all odds, Kirk was having notable success in winning young people over to his point of view—so successful had he been, in fact, that he had to be assassinated before his last-ditch Hail Mary project to rescue America That Was without bloodshed had gone too far.

The word-warrior Sunshine Patriots spectacularly beclown themselves with everything they say. They would do well to study the lesson thrust upon us by Charlie Kirk’s unjust martyrdom until a bit of cold, hard reality has seeped into those cinderblock skulls of theirs at last. Meanwhile, they really ought to keep well out of the way of any Real Americans who might now be fed up enough to actually start fighting back for a change, and who don’t shy like a wild mustang beside a backfiring automobile from the idea of defending themselves, their beliefs, and their country using the same methods by which it originally became a country in the first place.

NOTE: All of the preceding assumes that Kirk was assassinated by Leftist(s), either a lone random nutjob or the work of some malevolent Leftard cabal nobody ever heard of. There are other possibilities, of course, some believable, others not so much. There’s the one which posits that Kirk’s murder harks back to some kind of Deep State skullduggery, another more specific, better-developed possibility which suggests that it could have been an offshoot of a larger FBI black-bag job whose original purpose was to smoke out some American ReichWing Extremists and/or insurrectionists so’s the Fibbies could have more toys to play with. Or, perhaps, the atrocity was/is something entirely Else.

One of the more moronic of these hypotheses which flatly insists, with no discernible evidence either good or bad, upon some sort of Mossad involvement with the Kirk hit is not to be taken seriously, I don’t think, or not by any serious person, at any rate. Essentially, that one’s just weirdness purely for weirdness’s sake, put forth by the usual obsessive dolts who descry a hidden Hebrew hand behind absolutely everydamnedthing. Such jejune suspicions are usually child’s play to dispense with, and this one is no different.

To begin with, why in the ever-lovin’ blue-eyed world would Mossad even want to kill Kirk in the first place, much less chance bringing down the everlasting fury of a substantial chunk of the Earth’s population on their heads should some clandestine Mossad/IDF/Israel connection to the Kirk job ever be exhumed? Realistically, what exactly could Mossad hope to gain by such a dastardly atrocity—for its service, its nation, its fellow Jews? I imagine that Mossad, Israel’s government, the Israeli military, Shin Bet, Yamam, the Knesset, and the Israeli people have quite enough on their plate at the moment to be bothering themselves overmuch about the more granular details about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.

On the other hand though, let’s not elide, overlook, or try to minimize what’s REALLY going on here either, aiiight? Below the surface of this shady business are wheels within wheels within wheels, turning around and around unseen by anyone. Why do they turn? Nobody really knows. Remember, if you will, the One Big Secret none but the bravest, most perceptive, most well-informed handful of us will ever be privy to, which of course could only be…

In the summer of 2020, in my home town, there was the threat that Antifa would go into residential neighborhoods to cause havoc and destruction, as they had done in the suburbs of a major city 60 miles to the east. Word was got out, by various means, to them that this would not be tolerated, they might walk in, but they would not walk out. They did rip up some stores in the downtown area – part of the mob there was led by two ex-convicts on parole from the state prison, and they smashed and robbed a local jewelry store – but they did not enter any neighborhoods, because they did not dare to, police or not. A strong citizen-led defense prevented havoc and destruction, when the police were told to stand down. This did not happen in Minneapolis or Kenosha, Wisconsin or Portland, Oregon or Seattle, Washington; it did occur in a town in Idaho, where Antifa were brought in by bus, but were met with armed citizens, and ended up leaving town.

It is the duty of citizens to acquire arms and become well-practiced in their use, and band together for their own mutual protection. Lawless people are not stupid, they pick their targets, and prefer weak victims to those who are strong and prepared, the same as any other sort of criminals do. And in the wake of the assassination today, there have been many calls to go out and “hunt down Democrats” – but this temptation must be resisted, lawlessness is not defeated or prevented by more lawlessness. And it may be to the benefit of certain foreign countries, especially those under Communist or despotic rule, to have the social fabric of the United States torn apart, and the people divided and set upon each other. Self-defense and defense of community and family is one thing, generalized lawlessness and revenge is quite another, and we should keep this firmly in mind, in the 250th year of our independence.

All fine and well, but how does this self-restraint in the face off extraordinary provocation square with Jefferson’s exhortation that “God forbid we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion“? What, too, are we to make of his well-known argument from a little further along in the Smith letter:

And what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is it’s natural manure.

Do we think so highly of our sophistication, our prodigious intellects, that we now think ourselves superior to Jefferson, Madison, Adams, Henry, the others? If we sit idly by while our best and brightest are slaughtered like livestock by D卐M☭CRATs whose intentions—towards us and this nation alike—are in no sense honorable, decent, wholesome, or benificent, but more closely approximate those of the spider in the fat corner of his web for the unwary fly? That being so, can we be proud of the brutal tyranny which will be the inevitable consequence of our lassitude? When said tyranny has been established while we remained idle, will we retain a right to complain about our lot? One last Jeffersonian incitement to violence before I shut the heck up.

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

With the D卐M☭CRATs now so emboldened, so certain of the inevitability of victory, that they feel perfectly free to murder the leaders of their opposition in broad daylight before the very eyes of a large audience (which included the victim’s horror-stricken wife), without fear of repercussion, recrimination, or reprimand, are we to think this a good thing? To be happy about it? To quietly accede to an intolerable state of affairs without demur? To comply, to capitulate, to yield ourselves up with an indifferent shrug and a soft sigh of resignation?

Is the duty spoken of in that last quoted passage no longer applicable to Americans? Has it expired? Been repealed? Revoked? Are such arcane concepts as “rights,” “freedom,” and “duties” no more than outmoded philosophical artifacts which at some point we all grow out of, like the shirts, jeans, jackets, sneakers, &c which fit perfectly back when you were a kid but are way too small for you to squeeze into now that you’re a man grown?

Whichever way the whole mishegas shakes out, it makes me very sad that my country should have been brought to such a sorry pass.

Cracker Barrel has been one of the most loved brands in America for decades… That changed this week with a logo redesign that infuriated the public but… the problem goes MUCH deeper than a logo.

@CrackerBarrel has gone fully woke and now it’s time to expose everything.

Here’s the highlights you need to know:

  • Cracker Barrel has funded “all ages” Pride events for many years like Nashville Pride and Third River City Pride.
  • Cracker Barrel worked with the far left HRC organization and reportedly sponsored HRC events for 10 years. They even brought an HRC representative to their Tennessee HQ to do a pronoun and transgenderism training. We’ve included photos of this in the video. As a reminder, the HRC supports child sex changes and men in women’s bathrooms. They work to normalize/legalize both things and they work to force transgenderism in the workplace.
  • Cracker Barrel worked with a group called Conexión Américas as part of their DEI efforts. This group helps illegal immigrants, providing them lawyers and the executive director opposes President Trump’s deportations. 
  • Cracker Barrel sponsored the Out & Equal LGBTQ Workplace Advocate Conference and presented a workshop on how Cracker Barrel has made progress supporting LGBTQ+ causes. This group works to push sexual topics and pronouns into the workplace.
  • Cracker Barrel was awarded Out & Equal’s 2018 top LGBT ERG group award and they won the Nashville LGBT Chamber of Commerce “Corporate Diversity” award.
  • CB created a special “diverse” suppliers program focused on increasing “diversity” among suppliers. To most people this just reads as: less white people.
  • Had Coming out day pamphlets passed out at their TN headquarters as well as pamphlets about supporting “LGBTQ YOUTH” and creating “Safe Zones” at work, free from “heterosexist or cwordgendered comments and actions” (X will downrank my post if I spell that word out). If you said anything activists would describe as “heterosexist” then you were told that you’d be “educated” by their LGBT office group.
  • CB has had multiple DEI focused employees and had CB employees attend DEI roundtables.
  • CB had pride flags at their corporate office.
  • CB promoted the Stonewall riot to employees and on their website despite the fact that the Stonewall Inn was reportedly owned by the mafia, rife with drug dealing and also the site of teen “prostitution” for older men. 
  • Had a Cracker Barrel employee on the HRC’s business advisory council.
  • Has ERG groups in the office that are divided by race and sexual preferences.
  • A total commitment to DEI policies.
  • CB has had MANY activist employees driving this far left policy agenda, including a head of training + management, top execs and a board of directors member who owns a DEI consulting firm.

To put it mildly, Cracker Barrel has forgotten who their core customers are. It’s time for us to remind them.

The real reason Cracker Barrel has been struggling is that its service and food quality nose-dived after COVID, and instead of fixing that, the company and its woke executives decided to go full Bud Light and taste the rainbow and dare its customers to object. 

They stopped bringing you biscuits and cornbread as a matter of course, then they shrunk them, the food started to taste and look reheated instead of freshly prepared, and the service got slower and sloppier. Everyone who’s been a loyal customer over the years has experienced this. It’s undeniable.

Those are admittedly tricky problems to fix, especially given how service quality everywhere has sucked after COVID. It’s hard to find wait staff and cooks who always show up when they’re supposed to and take pride in their work.

Cracker Barrel executives refused to address those problems—problems that any customer would’ve pointed out had they bothered to ask. Instead, the executives went all-in on woke alphabet BS: DEI this, BLM that, LGBT whatever. 

Because that’s what people want at an old country diner: gay race communism shoved in their faces. 

The stupid rebrand in which executives stripped every last bit of charm and character from the company and its restaurants and stores was just the latest in a long line of attempts to set money on fire by breaking what didn’t need to be fixed and refusing to fix what was obviously broken.

Cracker Barrel had the simplest restaurant model possible, and it was one that made people fall and stay in love with the brand for decades: comfort food in a setting that reminded you of your grandparents’ home. The food was good, the people were kind, and the setting felt like a loving home filled with people who cared about each other. That was it.

And the moronic executives who’ve now destroyed something like $2 billion worth of that company’s value since 2020 have decided the last little bit of charm left in the place needed to have its soul ripped out and covered up with ship lap and geometric artwork and consultant-approved off-white paint. Forget your grandmother’s home-cooking after church—this is now IHOP by Joanna Gaines, complete with gay pride rainbows and in-your-face DEI sloganeering.

Cracker Barrel wasn’t just a company or a restaurant. It represented a slice of Americana that millions would desperately like to return to. A time where people worked with their hands, and prayed before meals, and didn’t bother locking their doors at night. The old soda signs reminded us that our money wasn’t always worthless and our country wasn’t always run by greedy bankers. We used to be a country that built things and conquered the frontier.

That’s the feeling that Cracker Barrel used to evoke, and it’s what made its customers so loyal. It’s why people would stop there for lunch during a long road trip instead of just grabbing fast food and getting back on the highway. It’s why people were happy to wait 30 minutes for a table after Sunday School and happily mill about the store until their table was ready.

And it’s that feeling and that America which the woke parasites in charge of Cracker Barrel deliberately sought to maliciously destroy. They refused to fix the actual problems and instead decided the real problem was its own customers, which it set out to re-educate.

I hope they had their fun, because Cracker Barrel is done. They killed it, wrapped the corpse in a rainbow flag, and then made it do a little puppet show in New York City for the entertainment of all their woke little friends. If the stupid woke CEO Julie Felss Masino had the sense to lose the dumb prop glasses and stop looking down her nose at the millions of people who used to frequent Cracker Barrel, it would’ve been obvious to see.

But no. It was beyond her capabilities. It’s not that she’s dumb. Poor woke little Julie is just plain “eg-no-ra-moose.”

Dumb? Well, no more than every shitlib is, I guess. But like others of her loathsome ilk, she’s all too accustomed to getting her way, thus will most assuredly learn nothing from this gratuitous little episode, and will just pick her little self up, dust her little self off, and move on to her next project of mass destruction.

The People Have Spoken: Cracker Barrel Caves
Cracker Barrel announced on Tuesday evening that it’s giving up its rebranding plan—or, at least, doing away with its new generic logo and bringing back its “Old Timer.”

It also looks like the company scrubbed its X account and removed the LGBTetc. page from its website.

All well and good, and I’m happy to see it. BUT…near as I can make out, the Wokester/shitlib CEO is still in place, and I gravely doubt she’s adjusted her thinking as regards the need to educate Cracker Barrel’s staid, stuffy, RAYCISS!©, misogynist, homo/transphobic, unenlightened customer base about the vitally critical critically vital importance of making sure gays, Groomers, “transgenders,” kiddy-diddlers, et al feel “seen,” and aren’t “marginalized,” “shamed,” or “excluded” for being “different” at any Cracker Barrel restaurant.

In other words, is this gesture of newfound respect for the views cherished by their most loyal customers a permanent thing, or is it just a knee-jerk response to the feeding frenzy of fury and indignation the CB leadership brought down on itself, an expedient PR maneuver that will be rescinded the moment Cracker Barrel executives think nobody’s watching?
