What We Never Learned From 9/11
First we learned to love our killers. Then we learned to hate ourselves.

After 19 Muslim terrorists killed nearly 3,000 people in the United States, the most sensible thing would have been to close the borders and keep out the people most likely to carry out attacks.

25 years later and with hundreds more dead and wounded in Islamic terrorist attacks since then, we’ve done the exact opposite and allowed the Muslim population to more than double from 1.8 million to 4.5 million. In New York, the epicenter of the attacks, the insurgent Muslim population shot up from 400,000 to over 700,000 so that New York City is now run by an Islamist politician.

Before 9/11, there had been a handful of Islamic terrorist attacks on American soil. This year alone there were three terror attacks and plots in New York and the summer isn’t even over yet. Multiple mosques in New York City openly preach hatred and terrorism in videos posted to social media and nothing is done since Zohran Mamdani has visited some of those mosques.

Mamdani appointed a lawyer for the 20th 9/11 hijacker who had argued that the terrorists were not driven by evil and that “the legacy of 9/11 ought to be recounted primarily through the stories of Muslims” as New York City’s Chief Counsel. More of the Muslim candidates running for office, like Mamdani, or Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, and Dariazilia Avila Chevalier in New York City “I just wiped my hand on the American flag”, express hostility and contempt towards America.

The political ascension of Islamists who openly despise us reflects our hatred for ourselves.

It’s our peerless brother in arms Dan Greenfield, so naturally you’re gonna want to read it all. And yes, he’s one of ***(((Dem JoJooJooJOOOOOOOZ!!))))***, and as y’all know I don’t give a flying fuck.

But here’s the thing. The 9/11 “Truth” guys, the Loose Changers and all the many websites, they don’t just think government is corrupt. They think everybody, and I mean everybody, is either evil on a demonic scale, or a mindless sheep.

For instance, how much money would it take to get you to kill 3,000 random, innocent Americans? Or, say you stumbled upon somebody else’s plan to kill 3,000 innocent Americans. How much would it take to get you to stay silent afterward?

A hundred dollars? Two hundred? Two hundred fifty?

Well if the conspiracy guys are right, there are people reading this right now who took that deal. No kidding.

Here’s why. The entire 9/11 “Truth” movement rests on the idea that the World Trade Center towers were rigged with explosives, a “Controlled Demolition” like you see with old buildings. That’s the whole thing. They say the buildings couldn’t have come down otherwise.

Forget the fact that no experts on the subject agree with them. That’s not the point right now. We’re just trying to get inside these guys’ heads.

Now, maybe you could keep the plan itself a secret. A few dozen murderous black ops guys, demolitions experts with a grudge against the USA, maybe they’ve been brainwashed. Who knows. Maybe it could be done. People point out that the Manhattan Project to build the atomic bomb was kept a secret, so why not this?

But the cover-up. Holy shit, guys. Covering this thing up after the fact would be like trying to keep the atomic bomb a secret after Hiroshima. Just wait ’till you hear this.

Texas Board of Education approves controversial new high school curriculum tying ‘radical Islam’ to 9/11 attacks
The Texas Board of Education gave final approval to changes to the state’s high school social studies curriculum, a controversial move that will impact how students are taught about Islam and Christianity.

The amended social studies curriculum, which covers US history, government and world geography, comes after dozens of people gave public testimony, with most expressing their opposition to the finalized version.

The board approved language asserting that “radical Islam” motivated the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks rather than taking a more narrow focus on the terrorist groups involved in the attack.

Ooooooweee, “radical Islam”?!? For all me, you Post Toasties™ can just drop the “radical” from that formulation, for accuracy.

The material also requires students to study early Islam through Prophet Muhammad’s “brutal military campaigns against Jewish and Christian tribes,” the “normalization of slavery” and the taking of female captives as “harem slaves.”

All of which happens to be perfectly, indubitably true, from the word “brutal” to the word “slaves,” no need for the sneer-quotes, thenksveddymuch.

Several Democratic State Board of Education members pushed back against the wording, but the Republican-majority board still approved that section and the other changes on Friday.

Muslim groups and students, as well as multiple curriculum experts, also spoke out against the new changes.

“I feel attacked, as if my religion doesn’t belong,” Habiiba Quresh, a 15-year-old Muslim student, told the board, according to The Texas Tribune. “I shouldn’t have to defend my religion in the middle of history class because of one sentence someone on this board wrote.”

Your sham “religion” doesn’t belong, asswipe, seeing as how the central tenets of your pseudo-faith stand in direct, explicit contradiction of the Founding principles of ordered liberty, individual self-determination, and total religious freedom. Go back to where you came from, Habibbity-bob. If you feel “attacked” and like your religion doesn’t belong, that simply tells us that your teachers are doing their job properly, and should be commended for their excellent work.

NFL reality check

This isn’t your grandfather’s national professional football league anymore, kiddio. The headline alone kinda gives the game away.

Who Is the Market for Gay NFL Cheerleaders?
The NFL is all about DEI. While its bread and butter is the ruthless, survival-of-the-fittest world of the players, who all have to be men, the league has decided that everything else is subject to experimentation. While players can only play and earn the big bucks if they are good, and they are dropped the second they are of no use to a team, the front office can be packed with people who take up cubicle space and help the league check boxes for the TIDES organization (The Institute for Diversity and Ethics in Sport—M).

To be sure, the league has been careful not to let much of this show. On Sunday, the public mostly sees an over-the-top display of patriotism and a couple of hours of wall-to-wall toxic masculinity. Just what America wants.

In the process, the league makes millions for the teams, the players, the networks, and, most importantly, the sponsors. In fact, you can pretty much assume that the product the NFL puts out is designed at every turn to be a cash-generating machine. In a stadium or on TV on game day, if it moves, someone sponsors it, and the NFL is making money.

In 1984, Lesley Visser of CBS Sports was the first woman to handle the sideline reporting duties for NFL games. Her primary job was to get real-time injury reports during games, but over the years that role has morphed into something else. Network producers, hoping to appeal to the more casual fan, now try to create mid-game narratives or storylines. The sideline reporter, who is now usually a woman, is charged with putting the focus on these storylines throughout the game if she can. Well, that, in addition to asking totally disgruntled head coaches how they feel things are going as they try to escape her for the locker room at halftime.

From a marketing and media perspective, we’ve been told that the primary reason the league wants female sideline reporters is to help grow the female demographic in the fan base. In other words, it’s a business decision. There’s no question the female fan base has grown over the years, but I have yet to meet a woman who likes football because she saw a female sideline reporter on TV.

The same is true for those halftime displays of patriotism. The reason you see them is not because Roger Goodell and his staff are model patriots; it’s because they know that their brand is wrapped in the red, white, and blue, literally. It doesn’t hurt that the league has monetized all of that by securing million-dollar sponsorships from the American armed forces and other adjacent organizations like USAA.

Do you really think those camo uniforms, flyovers, honor guards, and soldiers unfurling an American flag on the field all happen because the NFL cares about the country? Consider this: a year ago, because of the government shutdown, the NFL suspended such activities because the Pentagon’s budget was frozen. In other words, when the money ran out, so did the NFL’s demonstrations of patriotism.

The NFL is big business, and you can’t begrudge the owners for being unabashed capitalists. The country does love pro football, and people very willingly and gladly shell out their hard-earned money to enjoy what the NFL is selling. For the most part, it’s a healthy two-way business relationship where both sides feel they’re getting value out of it.

But to be clear, in the words of the great Michael Corleone in The Godfather, “It’s not personal, Sonny. It’s strictly business.”

Same-same, then, with the decision to stop tuning in and/or watching the NFL altogether. TPTB in the NFL’s executive board rooms think they can do without normal, patriotic American males watching and attending their games? I’d label that an open-and-shut case of Fucking Around, myself. It’s high time they damned well Found Out.

So will sending SWAT teams into every house in America to look for drugs or “illegal” weapons, or taking the medical records of every American and analyzing them for possible illegality. Government is fundamentally evil, and the expansion of its surveillance capacity simply makes it worse, and gives it more power over us. We have to push back whenever we can, and Flock cameras are an excellent place to take a stand. And it’s easy! Agitate against them in every public forum, starting with your local government council. Over next month’s Labor Day weekend, Michigan Senate hopeful Abdul El-Sayed is to speak at a conference that will platform a rogue’s gallery of Islamic extremists.

The conference in Detroit is the 63rd annual convention of the Islamic Society of North America, a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate that was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2007-28 Holy Land terrorism-funding trial.

Other speakers among a plethora of Islamists include Siraj Wahhaj, a former ISNA vice-president who was himself an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Wahhaj, who has called for the full application of sharia law including amputation, stoning and the execution of gay people, makes no secret of his aim to Islamize America.

He has said: “You don’t get involved in politics because it’s the American thing to do. You get involved in politics because politics are a weapon to use in the cause of Islam.”

Another scheduled convention participant, Zaid Shakir, has said: “If only Muslims were clever politically, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with a caliphate. If we put a nationwide infrastructure in place and marshaled our resources, we’d take over this country in a very short time.”

And now: Question Time.

Apart from El-Sayed’s participation, the question has to be asked how this conference has been able to platform such dangerous extremists year after year. Why are such individuals allowed to run jihadi mosques and other institutions that pose such a threat to the state? How come America has permitted such dangerous extremists to be able freely to promote such jihadi subversion?

As for those “jihadi mosques,” some smart Hun has hit upon the perfect preemptive solution to that thorny issue.

BERLIN (AP) — Nine wooden spikes topped with parts of a dead pig were planted on a plot of land where Muslims are planning to build a mosque in the eastern city of Erfurt, German police said Monday.

The 1.5 meter-tall (nearly 5-foot) stakes were topped with half of a pig’s head, pig feet, and pig bowels among other things, the German news agency dpa reported. Police say whoever was responsible is unknown.

Pigs are considered unclean by Muslims.

There have been repeated protests against the construction of the Ahmadiyya mosque in Erfurt, including one by protesters who erected large Christian crosses on a neighboring property.

A spokesman for the Erfurt community, Mohammed Suleman Malik, said in a statement to The Associated Press that “while such acts do not make us lose our composure…we find it very sad that people go down to such a level.”

Yeah, fuck you, Mohammed. Shag your ass on back to the ME where you belong, shitstain.

The $3.8 Billion Lie: Why Cutting Aid to Israel Would Sabotage America’s Power, Not Save It.

The US federal budget is about $7 trillion. That $3.8 billion to Israel is less than 0.05% of it. The defense budget is around $960 billion. The aerospace and defense industry generates nearly $1 trillion in sales and about $500 billion in economic value. Most of that $3.8 billion goes right back into American companies and jobs.

Israel’s own budget is about $220 billion. This is not charity, and Israel is not dependent on it. If it was just a matter of money, Israel could build its own weapons on its own. It has that capacity. But this is a real partnership, just like any corporate partnership where each side contributes to the project.

Israeli pilots and the Israeli defense establishment operate under constant threat from terrorists, jihadists, and anti-American entities. They make real-time, do-or-die adjustments to equipment developed for both countries.

That is what gives American weapons their edge over Russian, Chinese, and other competition. This is how America builds and maintains power through smart, long-term vision.

Yet the anti-Israel crowd, including figures like Ilhan Omar and Zohran Mamdani, tells the public that cutting this tiny fraction would make everyone rich. It’s not just a lie. It’s ridiculous.

If people with that Robin Hood mindset gain real power, they would sabotage the American way of investing, developing, and staying dominant. At the same time, American Jews, roughly 7.5 million strong, contribute an estimated $250 billion annually to the US treasury through taxes. Their bond with Israel isn’t just strategic; it’s family.

Cutting aid to Israel while pushing to isolate it sends a clear message to this highly productive community: your taxes may fund policies hostile to your family and your values.

These new voices aren’t serving the American people. They’re advancing Islamic and communist agendas, whether funded by China or anti-American Islamic regimes.
This outrage over Gaza is manufactured by the same terrorists and jihadists who dragged Israel and America into this dirty war, using human shields and weaponizing civilians by design to turn Americans against their own government and allies.

Replacing a proven alliance and a successful economic fabric with dependency and foreign interests is a dangerous gamble. The average American needs to wake up.

They’re dolling up the trans agenda — and taxpayers are footing the bill.

“First-of-their-kind” transgender dolls — complete with removable genitalia — will debut in some Minnesota classrooms this fall to kids as young as 4 years old.

The paper dolls, with gender-neutral names like “Sam,” “Rory,” “Avery” and “Parker,” have removable internal and external genitals, along with more than 100 interchangeable pieces of clothing, accessories and hairstyles — like a trans Mr./Mrs. Potato Head.

he goal is for kids to “learn about the different options that exist for who they can be,” according to a therapist at the University of Minnesota Medical School, which spent over half a decade developing the controversial project funded by lefty Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

The trans dolls — which promise to “make gender fun” — will be made available to teachers, school counselors, pediatricians and mental health providers, according to a website of the “MyGender Dolls” company. It features an image of a boy doll wearing a dress and others in various states of sexual identity confusion.

It’s not known whether parents — or children themselves — will be able to order a doll, or if they will only be marketed to professionals and schools. It is not known if parents will be able to opt out of such “therapeutic play” for their kids.

Of COURSE they won’t. That would be racist, sexist, fascist, and homophobic. H888RRRR.

“They will find anybody who’s in trouble and use this as a tool to say, ‘this is why you’re unhappy.’ This is absolutely grooming,” slammed Dr. Quentin Van Meter, past president of the American College of Pediatricians.

“The younger kids — many of them still believe in the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy. And you’re then presenting them with paper dolls that kind of look fun, and you can change clothing, hair, genitals… It’s well beyond their ability to sort out fantasy from reality.”

When reached by The Post, a university spokesperson claimed no public funds were used “to support MyGender Dolls’ commercialization efforts.”

But when pressed on how much taxpayer money went to research and development of the dolls, and to the salaries of the professors involved in the project, the university refused to answer, telling The Post instead to file a freedom of information request.

Walz’s office did not return The Post’s request for comment.

You Don’t Have to Be Complicit in a Lie
The other day, they held a debate in Maine, choosing among the potential replacements for Herr Öystërgrüppënführër after his ignominious and cowardly retreat from the Senate nomination, and it was just as horrific as you could imagine. Most of the candidates were just communists, but one was a dude pretending to be a woman. And this wasn’t just any dude. This was a slab of beef, a hulking mook who could’ve been a construction worker if he hadn’t gone off the rails, but is now probably a dungeonmaster in the world’s worst D&D campaign. And you sat there watching this 12th-level ogre, feeling either pity—if he is simply deranged—or contempt if he’s some sort of pervert. Those are your two options. But you also had to wonder what was up with the media and the other candidates. After all, it was a man dressed as a woman, and nobody called out the weirdo in the room.

Let’s establish something right at the beginning. You should have compassion for people who suffer from the mental disorder of gender dysphoria—these people are in pain through no fault of their own. But you should have contempt for those who are merely perverted, and plenty are. Sick or sicko: those are your options. You are in no way required, morally, ethically, or otherwise, to cater to their delusion either way. A dude who decides he’s a chick, much like a chick who decides she’s a dude, is not entitled to your obedient and humiliating concurrence with the lie they are living.

If you talk to gay people, most of them have had it with the trans fanatics, too. But sadly, the faculty-lounge communists, sexually dysfunctional wine women, and the other assorted creeps who have taken over the Democrat Party, think differently. They try to force this mutant gender ideology down our throats with social intimidation when we resist. But, of course, we weren’t always resisting. We tried to be nice. Live and let live, you know—right up until the point where they wanted to live in our kids’ schools. The cultural Marxists exploited what was basic courtesy—you don’t go out of your way to cause people pain unless they deserve it—and morph it into complicity.

And the weirdest thing is when libs look you in the eyes and say, “Yes, this man pretending to be a woman is actually a woman.” We saw that with the head of a medical school the other day testifying to Congress that “the vast majority” of the people who have babies are women. Well, that’s technically true, but it’s not exactly specific. If he were specific, he would have said all of the people who have babies are women. And in fact, he didn’t even need to say that because we all know it. But he was making a statement. He was showing allyship. He was allowing himself to be ritually humiliated by saying what he knows is a lie to people who know he’s lying in order to prove he’s willing to defenestrate his own dignity and honor for the sake of solidarity and cocktail party invitations. That’s the thing—if you’re not all-in with the lie, it’s social suicide in the lofty circles. Just look at all the ungrateful actors who made it big in the Harry Potter movies turning on the author of the books that lifted them out of obscurity.

So, how do we fight back?

With strength. Have the strength to be impolite. You don’t need to go out of your way to hassle people, though the left seems intent on normalizing that. You just have to have the strength not to play along. Embrace the power of “No.”

No, that’s obviously a man and not a woman.

No, a man cannot be pregnant.

No, a woman cannot be a father.

No, castrating males and chopping the breasts off of women and doing other unspeakable things with a scalpel and chemicals is not “gender-affirming care.” It’s an atrocity that would make Caligula puke.

I don’t know if they teach kids fairytales and fables anymore, but the story of the Emperor’s New Clothes comes to mind. Except this emperor isn’t butt naked. He’s wearing a cocktail dress and teetering on stilettos while sporting a 5 o’clock shadow.

Be the kid who points at him and shouts, “It’s a man, baby!”

Q: “Election Integrity: Is Representative Democracy A Foolish Fantasy?”

A: Yes. Yes, it is.

The US Constitution is perhaps the most significant historical and governmental document in a millennia. It established the modern conception of the western Republic, along with true representative government designed to answer to the people rather than rule over the people.

The Bill of Rights outlined clear restrictions on federal and state powers to legislate away the inherent and God given freedoms of the citizenry; an accomplishment which had been attempted in the past but was never truly realized until the war for independence and the creation of the United States. Until that moment, the idea that common men answer to authority and authority answers to no one was the accepted norm.

It’s a document and an ideal that gave birth to an epoch.

However, our constitutional republic was created based on conditions that, frankly, no longer exist. The American population was 95% Christian. The implementation of “patriarchy” was widespread and embraced as the most solid foundation for society. Meritocracy was absolute. Cultural identity was rooted in western civilization without any deviation or distraction.

Marxism did not exist. Atheism was rare. Degeneracy was shunned or punished. Shame was an effective social tool. Psychopathy was easy to identify and remove from within the smaller population. Women were expected to raise families and care for the home. Men were expected to feed and protect those families; perhaps even die for them.

Voting was for land owners and people with an actual stake in the success or failure of government policies. Women did not vote until a hundred years later in 1920 (many commentators have offered compelling arguments that the country quickly went downhill from there).

Trump FINALLY figures it out. Well, kinda-sorta, I suppose.

President Trump Signals End of “Waste of Time” Ceasefire With Iran
There is a moment in every failed negotiation when one side finally says out loud what everyone else has been thinking. That moment arrived Wednesday in Ankara, when President Donald Trump, seated beside NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte at the alliance’s annual summit, was asked about the status of America’s tentative ceasefire with Iran. His answer required no translation from diplomatic language because he refused to use any.

“For me, I think it’s over,” Trump said. “As far as I’m concerned it’s just a waste of time.”

Trump’s frustration was not with the terms of the deal but with the character of the men across the table. He accused Iranian negotiators of agreeing to terms in private and then denying them in public, a pattern anyone who has followed four decades of Islamic Republic diplomacy will recognize instantly.

“They’re liars. We make a deal. … They go outside, talk to the press. They say, ‘We never even talked about it.’ … As far as I’m concerned, it’s over.”

He left the door open for his negotiators to keep meeting with their Iranian counterparts, then promptly explained why it would accomplish nothing. “They can talk, but I think they’re wasting their time. They’re liars, they’re cheats. They’re sick people.”

“Left the door open”? Yeah, you might say that…unfortunately.

The United States Is Still Talking to Iran After Big Strikes
Technical talks between the United States and Iran are ongoing despite recent strikes and apparent rising tensions.

A United States official confirmed to Townhall that “the United States is still committed to finding a resolution, and technical talks continue,” adding that “Iran can never possess a nuclear weapon.”

Yeah, well, until you mouthy jackasses recognize once and for all that A) no “deal” you ever reach with them will be worth the simple chronic halitosis expelled during the “negotiations,” and B) the Mad Mullah regime can NOT be trusted, will NEVER negotiate in good faith, and is SUPREMELY uninterested in what the political leadership of the Great Satan might think about their insane ambitions, then an Iranian nuke isn’t quite the practical impossibility certain Administration personnel would have us believe.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: as long as there remains a political entity in the ME called the Islamic Republic of Iran, then the job isn’t truly done. And until such time as Amerika v2.0’s political leadership has the intestinal fortitude to see that project through to the bitter, painful end, we shouldn’t even be dicking around over there at all.

Love him or hate him, Trump is only human, and as such is every bit as capable of making a mistake as anybody else. It’s my carefully considered opinion that he’s made a YUUUUGE one here, and needs to try, try again until he gets it right. It’s only the whole world that’s at stake, that’s all—no pressure or anything, Mr President, sir.

The grotesque sexual misconduct involving Democratic politicians — from New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to California Rep. Eric Swalwell — has finally put #MeToo to rest.

We were reminded of its demise when it was revealed that Maine senatorial candidate and socialist heartthrob Graham Platner had been discovered to possess a long social media history of crude and pornographic put-downs of women.

The demise of Black Lives Matter offers another example of a recurring left-wing phenomenon: movements that begin as moral crusades and end as self-parodies.

Almost every BLM cause célèbre has proved fraudulent, following a long tradition that stretches from Al Sharpton’s Tawana Brawley myth to the Duke lacrosse scandal.

The aftermath of the death of George Floyd did lasting damage to the country that still reverberates.

What accounts for these bouts of periodic, collective and suicidal madness?

First, the craziness is almost always birthed in the contemporary, affluent and leisured West, which alone has the capital and resources to afford such freakish sideshows.

Second, the frenzies are usually the creation of the left, predictably birthed in universities, the media and the bureaucracies.

They appear with familiar symptoms. The irredeemable, deplorable and “garbage” hoi polloi are supposedly too dense to be properly schooled and thus must be frightened to death in order to adopt agendas that otherwise appear to them as utterly insane.

Junk your natural-gas dryer and grill, or face massive floods on your coasts. Drop the SAT and defund the police or face endless race riots.

Hire thousands of race and gender commissars or be forever tagged as racists, sexists, homophobes and transphobes.

Open the border and let illegal aliens enter by the millions, and thus pay partial penance for “whiteness.”

The left is correct that few Western voters will openly embrace the unpopular elite agenda of racial fixations, globalism, laxity on crime and degrowth environmentalism.

Via my daily Quora Digest email: question asked, question answered. Well, kinda sorta.

Who was the most boring rock star?
I was the music director of a popular college rock station in the early 1980s, and as such, had the opportunity to interview or sit in on interviews with a lot of touring acts, whose A&R people would dutifully bring them by to help boost interest and airplay.

I can tell you there were a few good ones. David Johansen was boisterous and hilarious. Greg Kihn was cool and folksy. Steve Perry and Neil Schon of Journey probably would’ve been a great interview, but we were all punky and new wavy and our edgy drive time guy insulted them so they stormed off the set. Definitely not boring. And Nick Lowe was charming, clever, and full of stories, including a few about his longtime pal and running mate, Dave Edmunds.

You know who was boring as…well, really boring? Dave Edmunds! I don’t know if he was strung out from the road the day we got him, or bummed out to be stuck with a bunch of snooty kids, or whatever, but man, you could not crowbar a word from him. He just slouched in the chair, issuing monosyllabic grunts and such, until the interview mercifully ended.

The guy could really put on a show, and he was an amazing guitarist, and who even knows what he was like in real life back in the day, but in my sole encounter, for whatever reason, he was the most boring rock star. Hopefully someone has a story to counter this impression, so I can put the blame on me.

Been there done that myself, I’m afraid. One of the most embarrassing occasions of my whole life had to be the time we went to a local college radio station the morning after a gig in NOLA for an interview session. It being N’Awlins and all, naturally we weren’t merely hung over when we got there, we were still drunk as boiled owls. So every question received a mumbled, semi-coherent one or two word response. The poor DJ was totally at sea trying to make us sound lively and interesting, poor bastid.

Whew. I was getting worried there.

Taking place at the University of Sheffield, researchers “will take an unflinching look at the white-centricity of folk music repertory, performers and audience by conducting fieldwork to shed light on long-standing vernacular singing practices of ethnic minority cultures in England.”

Obviously, activities that are chiefly indulged in by white people – in this case, folk singing – must be deemed suspect and found problematic with great urgency, and then probed for hidden wrongness. At taxpayer expense.

And behind this mannered waffle is the weird implication that devotees of folk music are somehow, simply by existing, excluding racial minorities. Shooing them away. Though, again, details on this point are neither obvious nor forthcoming. Still, perhaps we can look forward to an academic interrogation of classic car shows in Nottinghamshire as some heinous bastion of “white-centricity.” Another item on the list of Things That Must Be Decolonised And Morally Corrected.
