Happy 9/11 Day!

My usual sarcastic title, for a post that’s in no wise unserious.

Never Forget 9/11
I was sitting in my home office not far from the Pentagon when it happened. The TV behind me had the sound lowered, but I suddenly became aware of a major development. I reached for the remote and cranked up the audio.

A plane had struck one of the twin towers in New York. TV anchors initially speculated it must have been a small plane that had run off course, but a much larger plane struck the building, and then a second one hit the other tower. It quickly became clear America was under attack. I saw smoke rising from the Pentagon and went up on the roof to get a better look. My son, who was a firefighter, later told me he pulled bodies out of the wreckage. He still doesn’t like to talk about it, likely because of the horrible experience.

Later, United Flight 93 crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, because of the bravery of Todd Beamer, who led other passengers and crew in a revolt that stopped the hijackers from possibly hitting the White House or Capitol Building.

I wrote six columns in a row and many others following that modern day of infamy. Here are some excerpts that ring true 25 years later.

Follows, a sometimes-bloodcurdling reminiscence of that awful day, from a skilled writer who experience the waking nightmare in person, as it happened. In one specific instance, his sense of the likely near-future dovetails neatly with my own.

On the day of the terrorist attacks, I wrote: “It brings into clear focus the state of war that has existed for some time between America and those who oppose our values and way of life.” I called for the expulsion of people and organizations with ties to radical terrorist groups. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and the threat from within remains and appears to be growing. There are still unanswered questions about how those attacks were allowed to happen.

It didn’t take long before the “blame America first” crowd was heard from. They are still around, as we see in the current election cycle. The Mufti of Jerusalem had recently called on Allah to destroy America, which he said “is controlled by Zionist Jews.” Nothing has changed, and antisemitism has gotten worse.

And so it has indeed, unfortunately for saner sorts. Go read the whole thing anyhow, don’t let my harrumph-harrumping put you off any. That bit above, about what he aptly terms the “‘blame American first’ crowd” I find especially poignant; it’s the very reason why, when I originally got down to registering a domain for my newfound blog-home, I chose the one I did. Cold Fury felt like the obvious choice to me for a name. Seeing the pictures of liberal New Yorkers in the aftermath of 9/11—shocked, scared shitless, waiting anxiously for the inevitable next blow to fall on them, deeply dismayed, and entirely discombobulated—suddenly flying the stars ‘n’ stripes from the open (NYC in early Sept can be downright glorious weatherwise, as the Mohammedan Day Of Infamy had been) street-facing windows of their cramped apartments.

Lower est Sida shitlibs, too, seemed to be atypically unperturbed by the USAF/National Guard F15s and 16s overhead, flying CAP after the open barn door had been closed too late; only a few days ago, the sight of jet fighters circling overhead would have stirred them to bluster angrily against “Fascist intimidation”, “military thugs in their precious little Flying Death Machines,” and/or some other such brattish gasbaggery, along the way condemning the uncnsconable waste of expensive fossil fuel, needlessly polluting that good, clean NYC air with their toxic emissions. CONTRAILS, JUST LOOK! CONTRAAAIIIILS!!!

But NOOOOO; instead, they were gassing endlessly on about their newfound love for our/their country and all its works, with Jurassic Media helpfully bloviating, in their habitual forelock-tugging lockstep with Official Authority, about a New Era of American unity, patriotism,  real Progress, and amicable brotherhood—I knew perfectly well, as every RightWingNaziDeathBeast© should have, that it was all arrant bollocks, insubstantial, featherweight puffery that would blow away again on the first light breeze.

Yeppers, it was clear to me that it would be no time at all before the Shitheel Left’s visceral, intractable loathing for America, Americans, American ideals and morals, and basically just any and everything you can think of even marginally associated with America would be oozing back to the surface again right away, as pus from an infected wound will do.

And boy oh boy, did I ever call THAT one right! Can’t really remember any exact dates off the top of my head, but it was no more than about three-four days (there was dust and filth, composed mostly of crushed sheetrock, ashes of bruned-up office supplies, curtains, and miscellaneous furnshings, as well as of course several thousand cremated bodies) coating Downtown: cars, streets, sidewalks, awnings, tree limbs, everything. A choking, foul-smelling smoke was still wafing up off the rubble piles; the smell was inescapable, my old among others of my NYC peeps complained about it continually) when I first saw a report on Teewee about some Village bitchtard female, late 30s-early 40s, not too bad-looking for her age, lifestyle, and ideology, really. who had taped up a homemade sign in her front window saying that, basically, America had it coming. In the accompanying interview with this slattern, she said the same an∂ even worse, musing moronically about why those poor, mistreated Arabs, having been run over, abused, and heartlessly exploited by us for so  long, .hadn’t done something like this long ago.

And that’s when I knew what I had been fretting about was already becoming ugly reality: the shitlib Left entire would soon be joining this spoiled-rotten dullard in her shallow, feckless denunciation of the very system to which she owed her misspent existence. That’s when I first felt that strong, icy, steely gust of Cold Fury blasting through my body and my brain at Gale force 46.

Blame America for these unwarranted, ruinous assaults against it? SRSLY?!? Of course, according to these Sooperdoopergenii, the TRUE cause of 9/11 was long, untold years of American imperialism and expansionism, unearned wealth and ill-gotten prosperity, American cruelty, rapaciousness, and soulless exploitation of poorer and weaker nations, you see.

As if the complex history of 250 years of international relations and interaction between national governmental entities could be boiled down to a forlorn, trite, 3rd-grade-level analogy featuring a schoolyard bully ruthlessly beating up on younger, smaller, weaker kids and shaking them down for their lunch money. Leftwits will always identify most strongly with the helplessness of those weaker kids, casting in the “bully” role those savage, knuckledragging Others who aren’t quite so close as they to being living, breathing incarnations of Darwin’s idea of a soon-to-be extinct species from his Unfit class.

And they’re still at it today; all you have to do is take a casual gander, if you can stomach it, at the candidates running for Congress in places like Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and of course California and New York.Says all you’ll ever need to know about who actually remembers what around here.

Christ on a crutch, dude, New York Fucking City—ie, the place where GROUND ZERO is and always will be sitting, for an ever-dwindling few of us anyway—has gone and gotten itself a jihad-loving, fellow-terrorist-appointing, Jew-hating Commie MAYOR now, Gawd help us.

Cold Fury? Yeah, I should think so, pal. Sorry, not sorry. Don’t anyone get too het up when my bitterness over shitlib irreverence for 9/11, America, and all they represent gets expressed in a post or sarcastic post title here. I’m venting my spleen, taking out my frustration with the gormless, self-serving forgetfulness of those who dare to make ugly cracks about how we “deserved” 9/11, laugh at our ever-present grief for those poor, blameless sods who were murdered—wantonly slaughtered by Moslem animals that terrible morning, as if they were no more than livestock—and the dismal tide of rank sewage of every imaginable variety, all puked forth from the same old shitlib mouths.

Oh, how well I remember the year I posted an image of an upside-down American flag as the 9/11 masthead image—MAN, did I get some hate-email for that one! Knowing that an upside-down flag has been recognized as a distress signal by mariners since about, ohh, forever, the notion that this country was definitely in distress and needed help immediately was just the thing for 9/11, or so I thought.

Au contraire, mon frere! Contraire to the friggin MAX, I tells y’uns. Many of you felt I was being flippant, (mis)appropriating Old Glory without showing the respect, the deference and seriousness I should’ve, and did you fine folks ever let me know about it. I’ve received my fair share hate-emails over the years, buI can’t recall ever receiving so many of them in such a short time, no seeing this much passion, pain, and just plain old acrimony being expounded over some stupid something I did or said on this silly little ol’ blog.

Trust me, people, you will NOT be seeing any more upside-down US flags around these parts again. Not unless I’m writing the post from a seat on the deck of a foundering ketch, you won’t. And that, my friends, is a one-hunnert-an-ten percent Cold Fury Guar-on-TEE. As Ringo always says: Period fucking DOT.

STANDARD IRRITATING DIGRESSION: Nowadays, running across the words “cold fury” in some novel or other I’m reading always brings a smile to my craggy, withered old face. Makes me want to write to the author and insist that the “C” and “F” therein should always be in upper-case, according to the universally-acknowledged standards of modern English-language grammar. I have actually sat down and composed such a missive a time or two, always with as much good humor and lightness of heart as this half-mad old dog can scrape up. Never have actually hit “Send,” I do confess. Not yet, at any rate.

Anyhoo: if the Left’s vomitous, abominable tsunami of provocation, credible threats of violence, grievous bodilfy harm, and outright murder, and just general abuse both rhetorical and physical—intolerable speech and acts which are not just ongoing but actually getting worse and worse, all to date unanswered by those who are pleased to think of themselves as “better men” than the ones presently kicking their asses up between their shoulder blades, all the while sermonizing. to their like-minded confreres in favor of an impassive, mild, restrained, supine response, if in fact a response absolutely MUST be made—doesn’t make you mad enough to want to disassemble The Enemies, Domestic™ with your bare fucking hands (special tools neither needed nor desired)—then I can think of nothing whatsoever to say to you. It’s enough to make any half-decent sort literally sick to his/her/its pyloric sphincter. To my way of thinking, Cold Fury© is the only rational response to it that doesn’t of necessity introduce edged, projectile, explosive, eletroshock, nor bludgeon-type weapons into the imbroglio.

Not YET, at any rate.

After 9/11/01, Business As Usual ought to’ve been over and done with, gone for good, never to be missed or lamented. A good many of the more-Pollyanna-ishly hopeful among us seriously imagined that the terrorist attacks and the All Americans Togther feel-good chorus in their aftermath woud bring about the dawning of a New Era, wasting many column inches/pixels heralding the coming of a more forthright, honest, brave, and clear-eyed Golden Age.

Alas, it was no such thing, as a fair few of us already knew. The Old Folly was only sleeping, not dead, and almost immediately the Ghastly Left’s ragtag assemblage of spirit-thingies wholly dedicated to blanket opposition against tangible, visible reality; basic human decency; humility; common sense; traditional values; freedom; and righteousness arose from their dank, lonely, foul-smelling crypts one by one until all were present and accounted for. The demonic spectral entities had been recalled to Earth, out of the most noxiously-reeking precincts of Gehenna itself, by the Leftard leadership-coven incantating away in their private Las Vegas Shabbat Suie—a ghostly army assembled, organized, and ready to once again set upon the sensible, upright, clean-living Americans their dimbulb Leftist masters hate so very desperately after a brief interlude off pretending to be all about unity, patriotism, and the American way after seeing a huge majority of NormalAmericans all fired up to bark back and wreak roper vengeance upon their longtime tormenters of the Traitor Left.

Plus, Dolly died, and that grievous loss didn’t brighten anybody’s mood much, I shouldn’t think.

Okay, okay, I admit I mighta got a little bit fanciful there, took the imagining-and-supposing and psycho-delicized ideation just a leetle too far, as now and again I can be prone to do. On the other hand, though, you all know as well as i do that if those Hateful Leftists WERE capable of summoning an army of Hell’s Own SpecWar fiends. ghouls, and monsters to wage all-out war against us Just Leave Us Alone, PLEASE™ Real Americans, they wouldn’t waste a minute thinking it over, they’d just do it, as a certain shambolic, once-beloved, successful, and financially solvent sneaker company used to say back before they destroyed themselves via going full-on Wokester.

Second look at secession…?

This time from the UK, not the Damn Yankees, although I very much doubt it’s going to go any better for the seceders this time around than it did the first one.

Zia Yusuf slams ‘lying Labour’ over village which could be ‘ruined overnight’ by migrants
EXCLUSIVE: Piddington is home to just 350 people but under Home Office plans assessments were carried out for 3,510 migrants at a neighbouring ex-MoD base.

Reform UK’s Zia Yusuf has blasted “lying Labour” after it emerged the Home Office had carried out assessments for migrants at a former MoD site, which would have outnumbered villagers 10 to one. Publicly available documents show an Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) risk assessment stating that “the proposed scheme” relates to “accommodation for 3,510 service users” at the ex-military Bicester Site A storage facility.

The shocking figure discovered by worried villagers of neighbouring Piddington, in Oxfordshire, has been refuted by the Home Office, which said it was based on an “outdated estimate” and there was no plan to increase the official figure of 1,256 male migrants they were seeking to put in the base.

Resident and parish councillor Joe Marshall, who has been poring over the papers released as part of the planning ‘consultation’, said the figure remaining in the documents was “misleading” and questioned why the Government had not withdrawn the paper, or updated it.

Reform UK spokesman Zia Yusuf, who became the first mainstream politician to visit Piddington last month, said: “It’s now been revealed the lying Labour Government had assessments carried out based on housing 3,510 migrants in the English village of Piddington, more than double the official figure of 1,256. That would have been 10 illegal migrants for every one resident.

Mr Yusuf dubbed the Oxfordshire village “ground zero” in the migrant crisis as Labour ploughs ahead punishing populations in rural towns and villages by moving thousands of mostly fighting age male migrants into ex-military sites in counties including Essex, Yorkshire, Oxfordshire, Suffolk and East Sussex.

Piddington residents are now on the front line in the migrant crisis battle, and on July 4 villagers voted 96% in favour of a referendum to leave the UK if the migrant camp plans go ahead.

Bold mine, and…well, rotsa ruck with all that, kiddies. (Via Ace)

Uprising

Is a Great English Awakening at long last at hand? Has The Power finally stepped over a Big Red Line, done and said things that are too objectionable, too flagrantly obnoxious, even monstrous, to be borne without vociferous, active protest? Can these protests amount to anything worthwhile, or are we seeing just another case of way too little, way too late? Bootneck Major has a look-see.

The Dover Protest: Observations

This being my neck of the woods, I thought I’d take a trip down to see what all the fuss is about.

In fact, I can’t get anywhere near the seafront because of the extensive road closures, so I’m having to rely largely on the imagery available online.

Several things stand out.

Firstly, the tactics.

Whatever the adequacy of the police intelligence beforehand, the protest itself appears to involve considerable planning. The logistics, coordination and timing look extremely well organised.

Then there is the demeanour of the protesters. Almost silent. Non-violent. Disciplined.

Their clothing is coordinated and remarkably uniform. I use the term “uniform” deliberately.

The near-universal face covering also frustrates identification and subsequent intelligence gathering. Whether that is its principal purpose or not, it is certainly the effect.

Most strikingly, there is a conspicuous absence of the nationalist imagery normally associated with protests of this kind. Few, if any, English flags. Instead, there is a preponderance of Christian symbolism.

This creates the impression of something framed less as a conventional “far-right” demonstration and more as a cultural and spiritual show of strength.

Hmmm, interesting indeed, I think. That said, and without wishing to rain on any parades here, I do nonetheless retain serious doubt as to whether what needs to be done can ever possibly BE done without resort to what we’ll call the Kelly Bundy Option: swift and blinding violence.

Can any of us really be so deluded as to imagine that these greedy, grubby baglappers might actually step down from their cozy, too-lucrative sinecures just because of some nonviolent street protests, however widespread they may be? It is to laugh.

It saddens me no end to have to say it, but all the organization, discipline, dedication, and careful planning in the world ain’t ever gonna alter the one inescapable truth: No, it ain’t ever gonna happen. I could easily be all wet about this, and desperately hope that I will be proven so ere the end. Alas, I don’t expect to be. Back over to BM for some closing thoughts.

We should be careful about claiming to know precisely who is organising it, or what every participant believes. But we should be equally careful not to dismiss what is plainly being communicated.

These men are angry. Really, deeply angry. They appear disciplined, organised and intent on demonstrating both their frustration and their strength.

Whatever one thinks of them, that is the significant point. This does not look spontaneous, chaotic or unserious.

It looks deliberate.

And it would be foolish not to ask what comes next.

I’ll put a solid “yes” to that sentiment, and keep on wishing the best for these hardy, put-upon Brits. Godspeed to you, dear Cousins;  may your efforts to reclaim your nation from treacherous, brazen ProPols in league with your demonic enemies be crowned with success. May said success enable you to return England to the English people who are its rightful stewards.

Be assured, there is a large like-minded cohort over here across the Pond who—having observed your ever more tragic plight with anguish, horror, and a choking, mushrooming fury—have been heartened by this recent protests against this patent bullshitm, confirming your flat, unequivocal rejection of the unfeeling, inhumane, self-serving skullduggery of your criminally perfidious Lords and Masters. We will be watching your progress closely, and with great interest.

Let’s make a DEAL!

Despite having won it seventy-three (73) times already, according to fucking Trump, we’re not gonna win this Iran thing, are we?

Put this one right on top of the stack of things I don’t understand.

Clue to the willfully, obstinately clueless: THEY DO NOT WANT A DEAL, THEY WILL NOT ABIDE BY ANY “DEAL” YOU DO FINALLY MAKE WITH THEM, AND THEY REGARD YOUR CRAVEN CRAWLING TO THEM BEGGING FOR SOME KIND OF STUPID-ASS DEAL AS A SIGN OF WEAKNESS, YOU STUPID FOOLS. Which it, y’know, IS, actually.

SO, in other words, exactly the same as they’ve been doing for the last, oh, round about fifty fucking years, then.

Bessent has been almost frighteningly effective in fulfilling his promise to collapse Iran’s currency, the rial. As he reminded Fox Business in that clip, the rial stood at 800,000 to the dollar last spring, but as of last week was down to two million.

That’s created real-world hardships for the regime and the Iranian people.

“Small protests occurred outside petrochemical plant and a sugar cane factory where workers were made unemployed but received no salary for last six months,” Peter Baum reported on X today. “One person killed by IRGC outside the sugar cane factory.”

Furthermore, “Academic staff at numerous universities on strike as they too have not been paid for months.”

The trick is to keep asphyxiating the regime until Tehran can’t afford to pay the thugs who keep the people in line with beatings and mass murders as required.

And these are the same theocrats Bessent thinks he can make “want to have a deal?” And that after we let go of their throats, they’ll stick to it?

What I had thought back in March might be a days-long campaign to hurt the regime has gone on too long for a deal — and the stakes are too elevated.

Once you grab somebody by the throat, you’ve got to keep squeezing until the job is done.

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: so long as an entity still exists in the Middle East called The Islamic Republic Of Iran, with a bunch of Mad Mullahs firmly in charge of said entity, we have “won” neither Jack nor Shit.

Roy “Comrade” Cooper: “Blood on his hands”

Don’t you even TRY to deny it, Comrade. It’s the plain and simple truth, and we all know it is.

Roy Cooper let thousands of hardened criminals back onto the streets of North Carolina. Rapists. Pedophiles. Murderers. And when one of those monsters slaughtered a young Ukrainian refugee on a Charlotte light rail car, the former governor still had no explanation.

Michael Whatley is not letting him off the hook.

Appearing on Breitbart News Daily, the Republican Senate candidate and former RNC chairman put it plainly. “Roy Cooper has blood on his hands.” He released “4,200 hardened criminals,” Whatley said. “We’re talking the worst of the worst. We’re talking rapists. We’re talking pedophiles. We’re talking murderers out of North Carolina jails because he didn’t want them to get COVID.”

One of them was Decarlos Brown Jr. A year ago this month, a beautiful young Ukrainian refugee named Iryna Zarutska finished her shift at a pizzeria, boarded a Charlotte light rail car late at night, and was brutally murdered without provocation.

Whatley described the horror without flinching. “That monster should not have been on the streets. That monster should not have been on that light rail car, and that beautiful young lady should be alive today. And her blood is on Roy Cooper’s hands.”

Cooper has never explained the decision. Never apologized to the families. Whatley noted there are two dozen other families who lost someone to the criminals Cooper put back on the street. Ninety-nine of those released were later re-arrested on child pornography, sexual assault, or rape charges. And 2,200 of the criminals he released have been re-arrested since walking free.

The numbers only get uglier the deeper you dig. A searchable database compiled at CooperReleasedHim.com tracks more than 4,200 prisoners granted early release under the 2021 settlement Cooper’s administration struck with left-wing groups including the NAACP and ACLU.

In other words, just the usual left-wing suspects, then.

And exactly what the actual fuck is up with this “explanation” crapola, prithee tell? Comrade Cooper is one of the nomenklatura, see. As such, he owes no explanation for anything, ever, to you oaf-class shitlicks.

The latest Leftard excuse

On the spectrum? SRSLY?!?

According to sources, the van plus machete attack at a LGBTQ pride parade in Berlin, Germany on the weekend was carried out by the usual lone wolf:

  • Twenty-year old man born in Berlin of Lebanese descent.
  • Investigated for attempt to join IS in Syria.
  • Brought back from Lebanon to Germany to stand trial.
  • “Sentenced to 13 months for attempting a terror attack but the judge converted it to probation.”
  • After his release in May of this year from the juvenile justice system, he attended two “screening” sessions and was scheduled to attend the third today as part of the “deradicalisation” program he was ordered to attend.
  • Police searched his home for a weapon less than a month ago but allegedly only found a toy gun.
  • Possible male accomplice at large.
  • At the time of this writing, one woman is dead (The woman killed in the attack at Berlin’s Pride march was a 65-year-old who had traveled from Warsaw to attend with her daughter) and twenty-nine people are injured.

All very predictable…

But, what really caught our eye was this:

Our crooked, cooked-up “elections”

Meanwhile, the D卐M☭CRAT scum just keeps on lying and spinning, spinning and lying. Happily, Scott Jennings ain’t having any of that shite.

Scott Jennings Torches CNN Host for Downplaying Non-Citizen Voter Scandal
Sherrill said a software error dating back to June 2023, three years before she took office, improperly registered roughly 6,600 people to vote in New Jersey.

About 400 of those people cast ballots, according to Sherrill. I said before that Sherrill’s admission was theater, a calculated release designed to make 6,600 bogus registrations and 400 illegal votes look like the whole story instead of the tip of it. The company she tried to pin the blame on isn’t cooperating with that script, either. The vendor pushed back on Sherrill’s version of events, arguing that verifying citizenship was ultimately the state’s job, not the software’s.

But, the left, which originally claimed things like this never happen, is now pushing the idea narrative that it’s such a small amount of fraud that it doesn’t matter anyway. That is exactly what CNN’s Abby Phillip claimed Tuesday night, and Scott Jennings let her have it.

Phillip spent much of the segment trying to convince her own panel that thousands of non-citizens voting in New Jersey didn’t amount to a widespread problem, sparring first with Manhattan Institute pollster Jesse Arm before enduring the wrath of Scott Jennings

“What’s your tolerance for this?” Jennings asked her.

Phillip pressed him on whether he considered the situation widespread rather than answering the question. Jennings didn’t blink.

“My bar is, I want no tolerance,” he said. “I have zero tolerance for this.”

You know, I know, Margolis knows, and Scott Jennings knows as well that the above numbers are but the tip of a VERY large iceberg; like fleas on a ol’ blue-tick hound, when you see one you automatically know that there are at least a hundred more you AIN’T seeing. Kudos to Jennings for once again refusing to just lie down like a good Vichy GOPer and let the shitlib “journalist” steamroll right over him.

Update! More on Amerika v2.0’s fake, phony, fraudulent “elections” from JF Cotto.

When China hit British voter data, the Biden-Harris team slapped on sanctions and charges. When Iran stole files on a mere 100,000 Americans, indictments followed. But 220 million American records in Chinese hands? Silence and stonewalling. That selective blindness tells you everything about priorities in Democrat circles.

In his remarks, Trump never claimed these breaches flipped election results. He exposed live vulnerabilities that enemies have both the desire and ability to use. That matters more than rehashing 2020 fights. Our systems remain exposed today, and pretending otherwise endangers every future vote.

Non-citizen voting gets waved away as tiny. Wrong. A Homeland Security check found roughly 278,000 non-citizens registered in just four cooperating states. Democrat-run states blocked access to their rolls, so the real total runs far higher. Every illegal ballot cancels a legal one. That is illegal disenfranchisement of American citizens.

Evidence of fraud gets buried too.

In Michigan, Democrat-linked canvassers forged registrations for fake people and earned gift cards for volume. The Biden-Harris Justice Department dragged its feet for years.

Mail-in voting? Decades of studies flag it as risky. A bipartisan commission called absentee ballots the biggest source of potential fraud. Massachusetts Institute of Technology data shows fraud hits harder through mail than in person. Polls captured voters admitting to illegalities. The Heritage Foundation catalogs case after case of stolen, forged, or coerced ballots.

This pattern of manipulation did not start yesterday. Democrats have urinated on democracy for more than a century to cling to power. Sometimes with horrific results.

Like all too many others, Dr Cotto’s damp-eyed prescription for taking care of all this sick D卐M☭CRAT hoodoo is to VOAT HARDERER!© at them, rather than the shooting, hanging, throwing off of tall buildings, running over with a Killdozer, and general lynch-all-liberals approach I prefer. His closing question, however, is perfectly apt and on-point.

Q: “Election Integrity: Is Representative Democracy A Foolish Fantasy?”

A: Yes. Yes, it is.

The US Constitution is perhaps the most significant historical and governmental document in a millennia. It established the modern conception of the western Republic, along with true representative government designed to answer to the people rather than rule over the people.

The Bill of Rights outlined clear restrictions on federal and state powers to legislate away the inherent and God given freedoms of the citizenry; an accomplishment which had been attempted in the past but was never truly realized until the war for independence and the creation of the United States. Until that moment, the idea that common men answer to authority and authority answers to no one was the accepted norm.

It’s a document and an ideal that gave birth to an epoch.

However, our constitutional republic was created based on conditions that, frankly, no longer exist. The American population was 95% Christian. The implementation of “patriarchy” was widespread and embraced as the most solid foundation for society. Meritocracy was absolute. Cultural identity was rooted in western civilization without any deviation or distraction.

Marxism did not exist. Atheism was rare. Degeneracy was shunned or punished. Shame was an effective social tool. Psychopathy was easy to identify and remove from within the smaller population. Women were expected to raise families and care for the home. Men were expected to feed and protect those families; perhaps even die for them.

Voting was for land owners and people with an actual stake in the success or failure of government policies. Women did not vote until a hundred years later in 1920 (many commentators have offered compelling arguments that the country quickly went downhill from there).

In 2026, many Americans still treat the notion of representative democracy as sacrosanct and untouchable, even though they don’t really know why. They just think it’s about freedom, but, they are basing their devout reverence on a system that used to work because it heavily restricted who was allowed to participate.

That’s the opening salvo from Brandon Smith’s latest, of which you’ll definitely want to read the all. Haven’t checked in on the B-Man in entirely too long, for which lapse I offer my humblest, most abject apologies.

The Thrubbles ’26

Proud Boys honcho brings enheartening news from the Emerald Isle.

Preview: Proud Boys Leader Enrique Tarrio Exclusive Interviews from Northern Ireland with a Warning to the West- ‘Belfast: A New Menace Rising’
In exclusive footage and raw interviews from the streets of Belfast and Ballymena, Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio captures a story the mainstream media won’t touch: native Irish communities — once divided

The mini-documentary, ‘Belfast: A New Menace Rising,’ lets the people on the ground tell the story.

At its heart are four powerful voices: Richard Inman, a veteran activist who has worked with Tommy Robinson, and a former UKIP/Advance UK figure, delivers a boots-on-the-ground account of escalating tensions.

Sarah White, a prominent female voice in patriotic circles, offers an on-the-streets perspective from recent protests.

Clifford Peeples, a battle-hardened loyalist pastor with deep Ulster roots, connects Troubles-era history to today’s shared defense of their homeland.

Dean, founder of the Concerned Parents group, represents the everyday working-class resident fighting for family safety and community stability.

The film examines the June 2026 stabbing incident in Belfast that sparked widespread unrest, contrasting it with the protection of a long-integrated Sudanese family to argue the issue centers on failed assimilation and integration — not race.

Old enemies (Catholic and Protestant) are shown setting aside historic grievances to confront what they see as a common threat to their culture, safety, and way of life.
by the Troubles — uniting against a new wave of violence tied to mass migration.

“What THEY SEE as” etc? Not hardly, laddie-buck; what UNQUESTIONABLY IS a common etc.

The threat is real, the menace ongoing, the enemy stronger than he’s ever been across a millennia and a half, quite literally. Time to wake the fuck up, man the fuck up, and take care of some long-neglected business, then, all across the West entire.

Burning questions

Whatever pitiful handful of old-school Ainglishters may still be left ain’t gonna like the answer much, I bet.

What would Churchill think of the land of Lucy Connolly and Henry Nowak?
THE emergence of vigilante patrols on the streets of Rochdale following the release from prison of a convicted grooming gang ringleader is, at first glance, a local story. Such episodes are easily dismissed as spontaneous expressions of public anger, the predictable consequence of a controversial criminal case. Yet to do so would be to overlook the more interesting question. Why are citizens beginning to assume responsibilities that belong exclusively to the state?

The significance of vigilantism in Rochdale and elsewhere in Britain lies not in the number of people involved but in the assumption that underlies it: that the authorities either cannot or will not perform one of their most elementary duties. Political legitimacy depends as much on what citizens believe governments are capable of doing as on what governments actually do.

Taken in isolation, the events of recent years in Britain prove very little. Western democracies periodically experience shocking crimes, controversial court decisions and failures of public administration. No single episode tells us much about the condition of a nation. The picture changes when exceptional events begin to accumulate with unsettling regularity.

The Southport murders, where three young girls were killed and many others injured, sent shockwaves throughout the entire country. Beyond the horror of the crime itself came intense scrutiny of the state’s capacity to prevent such atrocities. The public debate that followed was as much about confidence in government as it was about one criminal.

None of this means that Britain stands on the brink of civil war as some commentators suggest. Such a conclusion is unsupported by the available evidence. Hyperbole makes for clickbait, after all. But what if vigilante patrols are not an isolated incident, but the first visible symptom of a broader crisis of confidence in the British state’s capacity to perform its essential functions?

One cannot help wondering how Winston Churchill, the historian rather than the statesman, would read Britain’s present predicament. In A History of the English-Speaking Peoples, he chronicled Britain as a nation shaped by successive waves of transformation. The native Britons gave way to the Romans. The Romans departed. Angles, Saxons, Danes, Vikings and Normans each left their mark upon the island. Civil wars, religious upheavals, industrialisation, imperial expansion followed in turn. Britain’s story did not end there. The post-war decades brought new waves of immigration from the Caribbean, the Indian subcontinent and Africa, adding yet another layer to a nation that had always been shaped by change. To Churchill, these were not interruptions in Britain’s story. They were Britain herself.

Would he regard today’s anxieties as merely another chapter in that long and often turbulent history? Or would he conclude that something more fundamental is taking place – not simply another transformation, but a gradual erosion of the confidence that has long enabled Britain’s institutions to absorb change without losing their authority?

Time alone will answer that question.

Yeppers; like it or not, it most certainly will. Actually, it’s my own belief that it already has, and that it is now much too late for No-Longer-Great Britainistan to have any real hope of reversing course and saving itself.

To date, no civilization, however mighty, wealthy, successful, and/or rigorously defended has endured forever—not the Greeks, not the Romans, not the Ottomans nor the Mongols nor the Picts nor the Saxons etc etc etc. Our English cousins had a darned good run for sure, several centuries at or near the top o’ the global heap. Alas, that run is now well and truly over, and the British future now looks for the most part swarthy, anarchic, Moslem, and frankly, bleak.

Did some starry-eyed fool say “free”?

A lamented loss.

Why we post about Britain. Because the British can’t.

That, and because Britain is whence we sprang as a nation, and we still love Britain. And having expended considerable blood and treasure in Britain’s defense, we are not without standing.

We hate to see Britain descending into its Labour nightmare. Mass migration. Two tier justice. Racist police who turn a blind eye to rape, let a young man die because the foreigner who stabbed him cried racism. Police who will show up promptly to arrest you if you post something that might “cause anxiety” or “offend” but more particularly challenge authority.

We do that for Canada, too. And Australia.

Why has such a swath of the Anglosphere become so wretchedly authoritarian? The Anglosphere having spread civilization and notions of liberal governance, free enterprise, individual freedom around the world.

By far the biggest part of the Anglosphere, the United States, thankfully remains free.

Yeah. Thankfully.

A-HENH! In a comments-section response to the above post on conquered Britainistan, NB adds:

*looks at watch* Yeeaaahhh, that “self-correction” oughta be kicking in ANY TIME NOW *checks watch again*

Actually, I don’t entirely disagree with NB’s assertion that Amerika v2.0 is about as good as it gets with respect to what we’re pleased to refer to as freedom. He’s right; I’ve been to several other countries myself and, with the possible exception of the Netherlands (now completely overrun by Mooselimb immivaders, sadly enough), this really IS about as good as it gets out there in the wider world.

However, seems to me that’s damning with faint praise, just another feeble cope—which is absolutely NOT something any liberty-minded Real American ought to be willing to settle for. Once-Great Britain, Ireland, and Scotland aren’t the only nations badly in need of a revolution, seems to me.

Jefferson tree of liberty.

More:

Scandalously, Thomas Jefferson once wrote to James Madison, “I hold it that a little rebellion now and then is a good thing, and is as necessary in the political world as storms in the physical.”

In the same year, 1787, in regard to what is known as Shays’ Rebellion, he wrote another friend, “God forbid that we should ever be 20 years without such a rebellion.” A lack of rebelliousness among the people would demonstrate “a lethargy, the forerunner of death to the public liberty. . . And what country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time, that this people preserve the spirit of resistance?”

Truer words were never etc.

All of which goes to show that, as Jefferson clearly understood, there are two (2) standards for assessing the freedom of any nation-state, one correct and proper, one gone grievous astray:

  • The Absolute Standard, ie, Jefferson’s Way: either there is liberty, or there is not, as I’ve so often put it here
  • The Relativist Standard: one given country can fairly be said to be freer than some other one—as i said, a feeble cope by which we reassure ourselves that we haven’t entirely betrayed the ideals of our Founding Fathers quite yet

Update! We may have fallen down on the whole “freedom” thing, but at least the food is good.

Elon Musk, the world’s first trillionaire

Hats off to him for that, and to Glenn Reynolds for this brilliant rip (in bold—his, not mine):

“There shouldn’t be trillionaires” is junior-high-level stuff. We should have people producing trillions of dollars in value for society. The argument that Elon should be spending his money on “feeding the hungry” is stupid in a country where the federal government spends multi-trillions a year on just that, with dubious results. It also betrays either a notion, or a lie, based on Musk having a Scrooge McDuck style Money Bin with a trillion dollars in it. In fact, of course, he owns assets that are busy producing useful things, not cash just lying around somewhere going to waste. Most of the people pretending otherwise know better, but hope their listeners don’t. The rest are just imponderably stupid.

SpaceX’s IPO created 4,400 millionaires, according to the New York Times. Critics like Bernie Sanders, AOC, and Elizabeth Warren have created one each — themselves.

Ayup, that’s about the size of it all right. More from the same place:

Oh, and lest we forget, here’s yet another thing Elon was perfectly a thousand percent correct about (here’s what I had to say about it at the time):

The Little Girl With Knife and Axe Just Gave the System a Final Whack
In August of last year, Lola and Ruby Moire were walking home in a suburb of Dundee, Scotland, and being harassed by the ubiquitous ‘migrants’ who form so integral a part of these United Kingdom stories anymore. The abuse from their pursuers was so intense that one of the girls can be heard warning them off, shouting, ‘Don’t f**king touch her, she’s f**king 12!

Weapons the youngster had in her waistband came out, and she brandished them bravely as their tormentors taunted the little girls.

Tormented, recorded, and then reported them to the police, who arrested the 12-year-old sister for ‘brandishing a bladed weapon.’

The racist former First Minister of Scotland and the current one weighed in. You know they couldn’t resist dissing the dangerous spawn of the filthy working class they despise with every fibre of their beings.

And a note: where our sorry Democrats shriek ‘TRUMP!!’ when they have no excuse and nothing better to say, you will see the British/Eurotrash reaction is ‘MUSK!!’

No specific attacks on Musk are cited—which, given how thoroughly the Brits have discredited and disgraced themselves by now, cannot be taken as evidence that there were none.

Update! And while we’re on the topic of suicidal Britwit folly, there’s also this to consider.

The news is…appalling, infuriating, sick-making, inexcusable, and earth-shaking, but one thing it isn’t is surprising. The revelation that one of the chief financiers of the principal forces arrayed against Britain and the West in general is the British government is all too much in keeping with the suicidal leftism we have seen from that government (whether the Tories or Labour are in power) for years now. So of course they’re funding ISIS. What else would they do? And the rot is even deeper than that.

The Daily Mail reported Monday that the British government “gave more than £28 billion in taxpayer cash to its enemies over six years, a leaked government dossier revealed last night.” And not just any enemies, either. If the British government had really given 28 billion pounds to its enemies, it would have forked over the dough to Tommy Robinson. But instead, the learned solons in London gave the money to their friends. You know, like ISIS.

The Mail states that “terrorists such as the Islamic State in Syria group, hostile states including Russia and criminal gangs received the vast sum from foreign aid, Covid relief loans and the benefits system, which an expert said was an ‘ATM for terrorists.’” And as these things always do, it gets worse. The report “revealed that Britain helped companies linked to the Chinese military pursue their own research between 2015 and 2021.” The Islamic State, Russia, China, and criminal gangs: all on the British taxpayer dole.

How could this have happened? Pondering that question called to mind a phrase I have not heard in decades, since the days when I was a young Marxist enjoying the benefits of an expensive university education: “Inglan is a b**ch.” (“Inglan” is, of course, Jamaican patois for “England.”) This pungent phrase is actually the title of a catchy little song, the handiwork of a Jamaican “dub poet” named Linton Kwesi Johnson, who has lived in the land for which he has such contempt since 1963 (he is now 73 years old).

Given what we know about them to date, how could we reasonably expect such a travesty NOT to have happened, Robert?

The essential nature of government

The Founders wouldn’t be surprised by this. Nobody else should be, either.

The city of Cape Canaveral in Brevard County has a population of about 10,000 people and encompasses about 2 square miles. In the year 2000, population in the city was about 8,900 people, and it was about 8,000 people in 1990. That’s a growth rate of 0.5% per year over the past 36 years. <—Important stat, so keep this in mind as we look at the rest of this.

The city hall was built in the 1960s, and was about 3200 square feet. It looked like this…

In 2015, construction was begun on a new, 18,000 square foot city hall at a cost of $5.5 million. That number was close to what the city spent that year in its entire budget.

Now explain to me why they needed to build this giant edifice that costs more to build and to maintain than the building it replaced? Population was only 25% larger than it was in 1980, but the city hall building needed to be five times larger to accommodate all of the extra bureaucratic employees that are now working there.

The city’s budget is now $70 million, despite the fact that the city contains the same number of residents as it did ten years ago when the budget was $5.5 million. They built a larger city hall, then filled that space with more employees. Five times the building at twelve times the cost.

Why are so many more employees needed? The cost of government was $3 million per year in 1980, or about $11 million in 2025 dollars. Why does government need to be 7 times larger than it was in 1980, even though population is only 25% larger?

Because Reasons™, of course and as always. Just who, exactly, gave you permission to ask, anyway?

Rule Sink FUCK Britannica

ACAB.

Backstory:

Home secretary Shabana Mahmood has warned that “misinformation and inflammatory commentary is making a dreadful situation even worse” as anger over the case of Henry Nowak was stoked further by Nigel Farage, who urged the public to respond with “pure cold rage”.

In a statement to the Commons, Ms Mahmood revealed that a police officer wrongly identified as having arrested the dying teenager has received death threats and been forced into hiding amid a “dangerous undercurrent”.

Chilling video footage from the night Nowak was killed shows that police handcuffed the 18-year-old student as he lay on the ground, despite his repeated pleas that he could not breathe. He died shortly afterwards.

In footage recorded by a body-worn camera of the incident in Southampton, Nowak can be heard repeatedly saying “I’ve been stabbed”, to which an officer replies: “Don’t think you have, mate.”

Sir Keir Starmer described the video as “harrowing”, adding: “I have to say, as the father of a 17-year-old boy, I felt sick watching it.”

You damned well oughta have felt sick, you pissant Brit scumsucker. Ahh, but don’t let’s any Amurrkin mouthbreathers get to feeling all smug and self-righteous ourselves here, either.

What Should Happen to ATF Agents Who Lied to Put a Man in Prison for 20 Years?
Patrick Tate Adamiak is starting his fourth year of a 20-year federal prison sentence, even though he broke no law and committed no crime. That sad fact leads almost every discussion about the 31-year-old who had no prior criminal history. The public’s attention has been rightfully focused on freeing him from his undeserved incarceration, not on the ATF agents who wrongfully put him in a prison cell for two decades.

As most of you know, Joe Biden’s ATF lied about what their confidential informant had purchased from Adamiak. They lied again to obtain a search warrant of Adamiak’s property. They found nothing illegal while executing their search warrant, so they lied yet again about the legal items they found in order to obtain a conviction.

These untruths, in my humble opinion, were made for three reasons: in order to stave off any claim that Adamiak’s civil rights were violated, to shield the ATF agents from how poorly they conducted the investigation, and to keep secret the fact that they simply can’t work a confidential informant.

The ATF’s lies were so profound they actually turned gun parts into machineguns. Their firearms “experts” even classified a toy as a machinegun—a toy! They misclassified two DEWAT RPGs as actual grenade launchers, which added 15 years to Adamiak’s sentence. An ATF expert even classified seven legal semi-auto handguns, which fire from an open bolt, as machineguns.

Proving once again an age-old home truth: we are forever walking the same dark path towards abject Tyranny Most Foule that our British cousins are, just a cpl-three steps behind them, that’s all. Meanwhile, back to the original propaganda article for yet another totally-missed point.

Mr Farage likened Nowak’s treatment to the killing of George Floyd and said it was evidence of a “two-tier culture”.

See what the Brit twit did there? Under no circumstances should the largely self-initiated death of St George of Fentanyl be likened or equated to the wicked, unholy collaborative murder of the entirely blameless young student Nowak by an impromptu cabal consisting of 1) a murderous nigger Immivader, and 2) the Limey Pigs of PC. All in all, though, Farage is dead on the money.

Mr Farage said Nowak was “actually treated in a way that meant an accusation of a racial slur was treated more seriously than an act of murder”.

“Enough of anti-white prejudice,” he added, suggesting there should be “a promotion of the idea that white lives matter just as much as Black lives”.

Entirely, one hundred and twelve percent correct, sir. The silver lining to the whole sorry mess:

On Tuesday night, Mahmood condemned “disgraceful” scenes of violence after riot police were pelted with bottles and bricks during a protest near the home of Mr Nowak’s killer in Southampton.

Videos shared on social media showed officers being pelted with stones and bricks on a residential street in the St Denys area, where Mr Nowak was killed.

As they damned well ought to be.
