GIVE TIL IT HURTS!

Will no one rid me of this troublesome priest?

86 Comey, and 23 Skiddoo to you too, pal.

Steyn provides a little historical background.

Back in the Nineties, I used the term “eighty-six” in The Sunday Telegraph in London. It not being an expression familiar to Britannic ears, my editor demanded I explain it to readers, which proved rather complicated:

It apparently started in the Thirties as soda-fountain slang for an item that was not available: “I’ll have a chocolate malt, please.” “Eighty-six on that.” It quickly evolved to become the act of making something unavailable by killing it. On Broadway long ago, I once heard a producer instruct his director: “Eighty-six the dance number.” To a certain type of ne’er-do-well, it then advanced further to become a synonym for making you unavailable in a more permanent sense by putting you in a concrete overcoat and lowering you into the East River. To explain all that to non-Americans would have taken up half the column, so I eighty-sixed the “eighty-six” and replaced it with the more familiar “off” (per Webster’s, intransitive verb: “to kill, murder”).

Yet we are now expected to believe, even in the dirty stinkin’ rotten corrupt craphole of federal law enforcement, that James Comey could ascend to the heights of FBI director, the head G-man lui-même, without ever having a clue that “some folks associate those numbers with violence.”

As far too many Americans have come to learn, a citizen “lying” to the FBI is in big trouble. But an FBI man lying to the citizenry can do so with impunity. Yet “86 47” does not seem capable of being interpreted in any way other than a call for the violent termination of the lawfully elected president. So we have the most famous FBI honcho since J Edgar Hoover selling sea-shell arrangements on the sea shore and encouraging another shot at the President after two actual assassination attempts, one of which came within millimeters of blowing Trump’s skull apart on live TV. At the very least, it suggests that this weird creepy dweeb is too psychologically unhealthy ever to have been permitted anywhere near the Director’s office.

It is not normal to have a public discourse where senior civil servants are slavering for the murder of their political opposition. Have Comey’s official portraits in the Hoover building gone the way of Thoroughly Modern Milley’s in the Pentagon? UPDATE! DNI Tulsi Gabbard wants him “behind bars”. Preach it, sister.

Amen to that, brother Steyn. The whole godawful gang oughta be locked up in the hoosegow for the duration, beginning with the execrable Comey and working our way down from there: Fauci, Brennan, all the RussiaRussiaRussia “collusion” hoaxters, Pencil-Neck Schittforbrains, the Bribem Crime Family entire, &c.

Uncool update! After hilariously batting the Comey Seashell Blunder about for a bit, Kunstler gets down to serious funtime with Fake Jake Fapper, his co-author Alex Thompson, and the rest of the journ-o-rrhoids currently professing themselves to be shocked—SHOCKED!—to learn of something the rest of the country (or hell, the whole world) had been observing with their own lying eyes all along. To wit:

Also, not so cool, in the grand annals of the resistance, is the new book Original Sin: President Biden’s Decline, Its Cover-Up, and His Disastrous Choice to Run Again, by journalists (cough cough) Jake Tapper (of CNN) and Alex Thompson (Axios). The book purports to explain how the entire governance apparatus of the USA hid the mental decline of “Joe Biden,” the phantom president. Realize, please, that the news media is a vital part of that apparatus, and has been since the invention of the printing press, with its crucial role (until lately) as a regulating mechanism on the engine of public affairs.

In fact, it is precisely the role of the news media to notice things that public officials try to hide, so as to keep citizens apprised of what is really going on. And that is exactly what the news media intentionally declined to do during the four years of “Joe Biden.” But then, at least half the country, seeing “Joe Biden” in action on video, did not fail to notice his ever-worsening feeble bewilderment. Tapper and Thompson seek to shift the blame for this game of Pretend onto the gremlins behind the scenes in the White House who ran the “Joe Biden” show.

Tapper and Thompson are lying, of course, and in exactly the same brazen way as the bigwigs in the Democratic Party who sponsored this treasonous fraud. Jake Tapper, for one, stated repeatedly on-the-air from 2021 onward that “Joe Biden” was a capable and effective chief executive and denounced anybody who tried to argue otherwise. Just as Thompson, while accepting the Award for Overall Excellence at the White House Correspondents’ Annual Dinner in April, lied saying, “We, myself included, missed a lot of this story.” Really? Then what, exactly, was “excellent” about his reporting?

Once they got going with that business model in 2016, they wrecked the news media’s credibility. And virtually everything after that has been an ongoing cover-up for their dishonorable malfeasance and the crimes of the party they fronted for. But the levers of power are in other hands now. There will be consequences for government officials who go to war against the people of this land, committing sedition and treason. Suggesting the murder of a president on social media is no light matter. By the time this blog is up, officers of the Secret Service may be visiting Mr. Comey at home. No need to batter down the front door with guns drawn, though. That would be so un-cool.

T’is a consummation devoutly to be wished, certainly. But I wouldn’t be holding my breath waiting for it if I were you.

Unexpected update! Might my earlier assessment have been a wee bit, umm, premature? Could be, could be.

Via Insty. As is so often the case, I’d be quite happy to be proven all wet on this one, folks. If the above report turns out to be accurate, I’d guess we have dear old Tulsi Gabbard to thank for it, bless her stout, undauntable heart. Along with Hegseth, whom I also have high expectations for, she may very well turn out to be one of the very best of Trump v2.0’s hires; among other things, she really does seem to be dialed in perfectly to the MAGA frequency, IMHO.

Last word update! Gotta be Bayou Peter’s.

The expression “to 86 someone” is a well-known reference to killing them; and President Trump is the 47th President of the United States. The message was instantly understandable to anyone who knows modern slang and “street talk”. For Mr. Comey to deny that he was aware of that hidden message is so ridiculous as to defy belief. As a prison chaplain, I heard similar expressions almost every day from gang-bangers intent on murdering a rival, or a snitch, or anyone they regarded as a threat. Street cops heard it far more than I did.

Sorry, Mr. Comey, but I simply don’t believe you. Your excuse doesn’t pass the “smell test”.

So . . . what does one do with a former Director of the FBI who has publicized a message that calls for the murder of our President? If he denies in court that he meant, or understood, any such thing, how can we prove he’s lying? The fact that any law enforcement professional or associate knows exactly what that message means can’t be used to call him a liar – to do that, one has to be able to prove that he knows/knew that he was lying. Implication or “common knowledge” is not evidence admissible in court.

This is what the progressive left does all the time. They call for crime and violence, while “disguising” – sometimes very thinly – the reality of their message. Criminals do it all the time, too.

Mayhem-pimping progtards, violent criminal thugs—waitwaitwait, you telling me there’s a meaningful distinction to be made betwixt the two or sumpin’?

As for “what does one do…” with a smarmy, slimery little rumpswab like Comey: unfortunately, the concept of the Rule Of Law doesn’t leave civilized people with a whole lot of wiggle-room on this. Yes, we all know deep down inside what ought to be done about/to/with “people” of his stripe—the phrase pour encourager les autres springs immediately to mind at this crucial juncture—but there’s a bright red line holding us back from going all-in, kicking ass without even pretending to care about taking names. Ultimately, we should probably all be thankful for the practical restraint which reins in our darker impulses, however frustrating it might be in circumstances like these. If there’s a pat, one-size-fits-all answer to this thorn-rife dilemma, I sure couldn’t tell ya what it is.

At the end of the day, I suppose, we can only content ourselves with the frail hope that, when the time for vigilantism, violence, and mob retribution against lying Stasi goons of James Comey’s loathsome breed arrives at long last, we’ll recognize that it has, and can then govern our behavior accordingly. Admittedly, “trust your instincts” isn’t exactly the sturdiest hook to hang an entire civilizational/societal construct from, but for the nonce it’s all we got. As our Founding Fathers innately understood, once the bullets have begun to fly you’ve passed the Point Of No Return—the only way out from there is to square your shoulders, grit your teeth, stiffen your resolve, shoulder your weapon, and slog straight on through to the (bitter?) end.

Can any of us propose with much or any real certainty that the Founders’ unswerving faith in the righteousness of their cause was so powerful, so all-consuming, that it simply didn’t permit them to even imagine the possibility of defeat at British hands? Did the OG Patriots’ religious faith shore up their absolute conviction of ultimate victory over the hated Redcoats to such an extent? With the confidence and clarity born of 20/20 hindsight (not to even mention the verdict of history), such speculation becomes effortless, the lone conclusion altogether obvious in contemporary eyes. Even so, it doesn’t seem entirely reasonable to think that, as Washington made his tortuous crossing of the ice-clogged Delaware River that storm tossed, inky-black night, he wasn’t gnawed the whole trip by serious doubts as to what the outcome of this life-or-death struggle he and his ragtag “army” had fallen ass-backwards into might eventually turn out to be.

After the passage of so very many years since that darkest of American nights, who among us would dare claim ourselves capable of identifying so closely with General Washington and his bedraggled, half-starved, nigh-frozen, exhausted men that we might somehow see those historic events as their own eyes beheld them? Not me, that’s for sure. Reviewing the writings of those extraordinary men at the time—private correspondence, broadsheet op-eds, rabble-rousing propaganda pamphlets, high-minded philosophical essays, and such-like—the blanket rejection of tyranny and fervent devotion to liberty, independence, and individual self-determination proclaimed so passionately therein certainly seems to have been sufficient to see those uniquely doughty, intrepid souls through the hardship, deprivation, and major setbacks of all and every sort, allowing their small band of like-minded Revolutionaries to wrest a new nation for themselves and their posterity from the once-steely but steadily-loosening clutches of the mightiest King on Earth at the time, come what may.

What strikes me as perhaps the most incredible aspect of all is that our noble Founders’ words, thoughts, ideals, and heroic deeds are all but ignored in American public schools in our own era, rather than being respected, reverenced, and studied intently as exemplars for contemporary Americans to model their own lives upon as they of right ought to be, as in fact they deserve to be. The thought of some wooden-headed fourth-grade teacher making mock of the Father of His Country for his wooden dentures or sermonizing about Thomas Jefferson as just another despicable slave-owning chaser of that sweet, sweet Brown Sugar before a classroom of giggling airheads is sick-making to me, it truly is. The one and only saving grace I can come up with here is that said giggling fourth-graders aren’t paying any attention to Teach anyhow; hey, they never do, amIright?

This weird attitude adjustment is more than just bizarre, it’s downright incomprehensible to me. In any event, the radical shift from profound admiration of our Founding Fathers and their world-altering deeds to near-total indifference for them—a course willfully, knowingly charted by ill-intentioned malefactors as part of a broader agenda—has proven gravely injurious to our once-great nation and Her people alike, as well as to the future prospects (if any) of both.

How do we fix all this? Again: don’t know, can’t say, won’t even attempt to right now. The one and only thing I DO feel certain of is that, at some point, the whole shebang is going to necessarily come down to shooting and bloodshed, most likely a great deal of both—more than any of us cares to think about, in fact. As history’s greatest cavalry officer, the peerless Nathan Bedford Forrest, famously summed up, “War means fighting, and fighting means killing.” It ain’t comfortable, it ain’t soothing, it’s pretty darned scary to think about for very long, but…well, as I always say, here we all are nevertheless.

The sad, inescapable fact of life in Amerika v2.0 is that men who would be free cannot live peaceably cheek-by-jowl alongside Leftists—it’s unpossible, for the very simple reason that Leftists won’t allow it. “Peaceable coexistence” is against their fundamental nature as bred-in-the-bone Leftards; they couldn’t change this even if they wanted to—which, if their readily-observable public behavior is any guide (PRO TIP: it is) they assuredly do NOT. If the last sixty-eighty years or thereabouts of ever-escalating confrontation, strife, and prideful, in-your-face interference, intrusion, and obnoxious personal vituperation being thrown our way at any time, in any place, for any reason or for no reason at all, ought to’ve taught Real Americans just one single lesson, this would have to be it.

CHANGE it? For Heaven’s sake, why would Leftards ever even dream of doing such an outlandish thing as that? How very silly, just complete twaddle; after all, in their stunted, enfeebled minds they’re the Good People, vastly superior in every conceivable sense to us greedy, bigoted, ign’ant, selfish, unevolved Bad People. Moreover, they’re right and we’re wrong, on pretty much every topic, policy, and/or issue you can think of.

Labor unceasingly to undo—by hook, crook, or extra-judicial decree—the results of the last election, after several years of whinging bitterly about their opponents allegedly doing the selfsame thing? Of COURSE they are! Duh Peepul chose poorly last time ’round, so they must be punished for their blind stupidity, piss-poor decision-making skills, and abject disregard for Muh Sacred Democracy™, which to Leftards is merely another, slightly wordier way of saying Government. Fucking slope-browed ridge-runners!

Hound the duly-elected President from his very first day in office until the day he departs, preferably before his term is finished and under considerable duress? You betcher! Fabricate from whole cloth an extensive litany of “felonies,” most of which aren’t even against the law at all, either local, State, or Federal, then clout said duly-elected sitting President about the head, neck, and shoulders with his supposed “crimes” without surcease, on every “news” program willing to book you for an appearance? MOAR, pleeze! Cobble together a weak-tea rotogravure of “articles of impeachment,” not a one of which even approaches legal justification to impeach? OH, you kid!

Hurl an assortment of slanders, smears, and baseless lies in the teeth of the sitting President accusing the poor fellow of everything from forcible rape of a butt-ugly, badly-aging serial rape-accuser in the Ladies’ Shoes department of a toney NYC department store to maniacally slashing the throats of Underprivileged Children Of Color with a dull butter knife on Pennsylvania Ave in broad daylight before a whole slew of eyewitnesses to declaring the US officially a Russian vassal-state being run by, for, and from the Kremlin to cheating on his high school senior-year math exam to ohh, you name it, then mindlessly regurgitate said opprobrious calumnies into every live microphone which intersects your immediate plane of vision as if they were all nothing but the God’s honest truth.

All this and worse being the case, then, all of it being dutifully pimped and parroted by the Straitjacket Left continually, ‘round the clock day and night 24-7-365, and it appears to me that direct, violent conflict with the batshit Left has now become a matter of “when” and not “if”; no longer is violent intranational struggle a distant albeit regrettable possibility which might still somehow be forestalled before any real harm has been done but a literal, widely-accepted inevitability—no getting around this one, not for you, not for me, not for anybody, no way Jose.

Once again, I refer you to Mike’s Iron Law #873 for a concise explication of what brought this unpleasant, dangerously toxic state of affairs crashing down around our ears all unlooked for, right out of a clear blue sky, as it were. Think of it, say, as one of those mid-summer Southern hit ’n’ run cloudbursts that come roaring in out of nowhere, raise immortal hell all over the place for about five-ten minutes, then are gone like spit on a skillet, leaving things even hotter, steamier, and more intolerably muggy than they had been before the T-boomer blew through and you’ll have the basic idea of what I’m talking about here. The grass and/or mud will be completely dry again in about half an hour, the streets, sidewalks, driveways, and/or other paved surfaces a little longer than that thanks to the inches-deep puddles in the runoff areas.

Just another example of something I’d sincerely LOVE to be proved all wet about, but can’t honestly say I expect to be.

Shocker: DOG BITES MAN!!!

FBI proclaims itself “baffled” as to motive, says “we’ll probably never know for sure.”

Speak for yourselves, asstards.

New Details Emerge About the Arsonist Who Attacked Pennsylvania Gov. Shapiro
So when Pennsylvania’s governor’s mansion was torched on the first night of Passover, only an ostrich spelunking in sand would discount antisemitism. The connection was just too freaking obvious!

Reality, alas, has a sneaky way of upsetting false narratives.

Earlier this morning, the story broke: “Pa. Gov. Shapiro was targeted for ‘what he wants to do to Palestinian people’”:

The suspect in the arson attack at the Governor’s Residence targeted Josh Shapiro due to his perceived stance on Palestine, according to a search warrant obtained by PennLive.

The suspect, Cody Balmer, called 911 following the attack early Sunday, identified himself by name and told operators Shapiro needs to know he “…will not take part in his plans for what he wants to do to the Palestinian people,” the search warrant written by police said.

Balmer continued, saying he needed to “stop having my friends killed” and that “…our people have been put through too much by that monster,” according to the warrant, which says Balmer’s intonation and cadence sounded like he was possibly reading from a script.

And who is the man who attacked the governor? Here’s another headline: “Accused Shapiro Attacker Is Self-Described “Socialist,” Fits Pattern of Political Violence”:

Balmer has a troubled past, and his social media history suggests he considers himself both an anarchist and a registered Socialist. His criminal record includes past charges of simple assault and forgery. In one bizarre post, he depicts himself wearing goggles, breathing fire and claiming that former President Joe Biden owes him $2,000.

According to his mother, Balmer suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder and had stopped taking his medications prior to his attack on the Shapiro residence.

So that’s the real story: An unstable wackaloon was radicalized by the anti-Israel, pro-Hamas propaganda that the left proudly promotes, went off his meds, and tried to murder a prominent Jewish politician.

A rabid, violence-drunk, “Palestine” obsessed, Leftard Jew-hater—gee, didn’t see THAT coming.

Look, you can hate on (((***DemJooJooJooJOOOOZ!!!***))) all you like for all me; I’ve made my own position clear, it’s no skin off my nose one way or the other. But when you start heaving homemade Molotovs at people’s homes, trashing people’s expensive autos, threatening students/taking over college campuses, and vandalizing/burning legitimate businesses which have nothing whatever to do with said obsession, then you put yourself on the fightin’ side of me, bub.

Intolerable, immoral, unacceptable

But will Coloradan patriots (if any) accept it anyway?

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis Signs Insanely Unconstitutional Gun Control Law With Huge National Implications
If you care about preserving the Second Amendment, what just happened in Colorado needs to be on your radar.

On Thursday, Gov. Jared Polis signed a law that bans the production and most sales of semi-automatic firearms with detachable magazines. That means the gun control measure not only covers semi-automatic rifles like the AR-15 (which would be bad enough on its own) but also makes essentially all modern-day handguns illegal as well.

To say this is blatantly unconstitutional is an understatement. The Supreme Court ruled in District of Columbia vs. Heller that firearms in common use are protected under the Second Amendment for “traditionally lawful purposes.” That includes self-defense. Semi-automatic handguns and rifles with detachable magazines are the most commonly used guns in the United States. It’s not even a question that this gun control law runs afoul of Supreme Court precedent. That means that Polis signed something that he has to know is illegal, making this move all the more insidious.

The stakes here could not be higher. If Colorado gets away with this, you can kiss the Second Amendment goodbye. If a state gets away with largely banning semi-automatic handguns, it can get away with banning any type of firearm. This is the most radical gun control legislation to ever be signed, and it must be fiercely opposed.

Up to and including by violence, if needs must. And sooner or later, they will.

I understand there’s a lot going on in the political world right now, but this is that important. Gun advocate groups need to be filing challenges immediately, and this must get to the Supreme Court if the lower courts do not strike this law down. If that doesn’t happen, every single Democrat-led state in the union will pass similar laws, and with a lack of reciprocity, half the country will essentially be a no-go zone for modern guns. It won’t stop there, either. Gun control activists will not be happy until all firearms are banned.

Yeh, yeh, yeh—lawsuits, courts, peaceful protest, handwringing op-eds, blah blah blah.  Worth a try, of course; as every decent, well-meaning sort concedes, all peaceable expedients must be exhausted before turning to that final desperate resort: the Cartridge Box. At the end of the day, though, it’s yet another shovelful of the same old shite, nothing more.

Normals should think of this as the Left’s warning shot across the Constitutional bow, because that is precisely what it amounts to. The tyrant Polis knows this perfectly well, of course—count on it. Look for a flood of deceitfully-misnomered gun “buyback” programs (how can they “buy back” something they never bought in the first damned place?) to immediately ensue.

Look for the overwhelming majority of city and state po-lice to eagerly enforce the Gov Jared Polis Unlawful Edict™, with the possible exception of a handful of county Sheriiffs, or constables, or whatever they call ‘em out in the Boulder State. Look for the Colorado National Guard to be stood up to provide “emergency” backup for their Brothers In Blue. Look for the majority of said CO Guardsmen to forsake their freely-sworn oath to “protect, defend and uphold” and obey their unlawful orders, too.

The thing to keep (and bear—heh) foremost in mind here is that the last above-excerpted sentence is wholly true and accurate, which Real Americans have understood full well for several decades now in spite of the hoplophobic Left’s disingenuous “I’m a hunter myself” refrain. The one remaining question confronting us grows more pressing, more urgent, with every passing day: What, if anything, are we going to do about it?

As Ben Grimm always says before getting down to serious bidness as The Thing, IT’S CLOBBERIN’ TIME!

Shoot back or perish

So tell me please, when DO we all just say “fuck this noise, enough already,” anyhow?

Flagstaff women say they were targeted, assaulted for driving Tesla car
FLAGSTAFF (AZFamily) — The violence against Tesla is building in cities across the country: vehicles set on fire in Las Vegas, graffiti on cars in Colorado, a man caught on camera keying a Model X in Dallas.

Now, Tesla owners are under attack in Arizona. Recently, a woman who wants to remain anonymous under the alias “Susan,” told Arizona’s Family that she was along Route 66 in Flagstaff when another vehicle started chasing her.

“I’m just appalled,” said Susan. “I didn’t buy my car for a political statement. I bought my car because its really fun to drive. My politics have nothing to do with that. I’m ashamed of our society and what they are doing.

Susan has video of the Tesla attack in Flagstaff last week. It shows a green car pulling up next to her Tesla and then swerving in front of it to box it in.

The driver then walks over to the 61-year-old woman in the Tesla and, reportedly, starts hitting her while she’s behind the wheel.

“I started to say, you cut me off what’s your problem, but I didn’t know how much he heard me,” said Susan. “He got out and started to punch me with a closed fist.”

At one point, the victim said she bit the man’s hand. Moments later, the passenger of the green car appears to walk over and pull the attacker away. Finally, they get back in their car and drive off.

Flagstaff police later cited the suspect, who is now due in court on Monday.

The incident is the latest attack or threat against Tesla drivers in Arizona, seemingly targeting them because of the car they drive.

Real tough guy, ain’tcha, beating up a 61 year old female. Fuckin’ sissymary. I don’t drive a Tesla, but I guar-on-gottdamn-TEE you that the first time this douchewad or some other of his sorry sort tried some shit like this on me would also be the last. And if I was an Arizona cop, for whatever agency—city, county, state, or Other—be damned if I’d arrest and haul in any woman who gunned one of these shit-slurpers down and left him lying by the roadside in the dirt to bleed the fuck out.

The war against Christianity

Oops, s’cuse me, I forgot to use the shitlib-approved nomenclature: Xtianists.

Seattle-area ‘Coffee with a Cop’ event canceled after shop owner’s Christian views attract LGBTQ backlash
Pilgrim Coffeehouse owner says city sent ‘opposite’ message about inclusivity by canceling event

A Seattle suburb canceled its upcoming “Coffee with a Cop” event after it faced protests because of the coffee shop owner’s Christian beliefs.

Seattle radio host Jason Rantz reported that the city of Shoreline, Washington, canceled the community event, which aims to strengthen the relationship between police officers and residents, after the city’s Facebook page was flooded with negative comments from liberals upset that Pilgrim Coffeehouse would host the event.

Pilgrim Coffeehouse is owned by Keith Carpenter, head pastor of Epic Life Church. The church states it believes marriage is between “one man and one woman” on its website.

Commenters vowed to hold a protest and one even called for the coffee shop to leave the city, saying that Carpenter’s views on marriage did not align with the progressive city’s ideals.

In response to the backlash, Shoreline abruptly canceled the event, Rantz reported.

“It was neither the department’s nor the City’s intent to make any community member feel unwelcome based on the selection of the event venue and the values that the venue may or may not hold. When planning future events, we will be more intentional with our venue selection,” Shoreline City Hall wrote in a March 12 statement posted to Facebook.

Francis picks up the ball and scampers towards the end zone with it.

I would expect more from our supposed guardians and enforcers of justice. But apparently, crossing the Left is simply too risky for such brave souls.

At the time of the Founding, James Madison expressed the opinion that the best protection any sect in America has against persecution is the numerousness of sects. Of course, Madison lived at a time when virtually everyone in the nation was either some variety of Christian, or favorably disposed toward Christianity in general. He did not foresee the arrival of pseudo-religions such as Islam and Progressivism.

(To those who are about to prattle about the Westboro Baptists, note this: there are no reported cases of any Westboro Baptist allegiant doing harm to anyone else. They protest, weakly though somewhat offensively. But they have yet to make any event impossible to run or attend.)

It begins to look as if a pushback against such “activism” is required.

Don’t it, though. Don’t it just. This bit really frosts my nuts:

A spokesperson for the City of Shoreline told Fox News Digital, “The City is committed to being a welcoming place for all people, no matter who they are or what they believe.”

Uhhh huh. Long as “what they believe” isn’t Xtianist, looks like.

You go, Rubio!

“Little Marco” is proving his mettle as SecState, and it’s a joy to behold.

Rubio: ‘Every Time I Find One of These Lunatics, I Take Away Their Visa’
At Thursday’s press conference in Guyana, a reporter asked Rubio about a particular case involving a student having a visa revoked, and he did not shy away from it. In fact, he got a little fired up and doubled down on the message that the Trump administration has been sending to people who come into this country with bad intentions. He even put it into simple language that maybe Democrats can understand.

Let me be abundantly clear. If you go apply for a visa right now, anywhere in the world — let me just send this message out — if you apply for a visa to enter the United States and be a student, and you tell us that the reason why you’re coming to the United States is not just because you want to write op-eds, but because you want to participate in movements that are involved in doing things like vandalizing universities, harassing students, taking over buildings, creating a ruckus — we’re not going to give you a visa. If you lie to us, and get a visa, and then enter the United States. and with that visa participate in that sort of activity, we’re going to take away your visa. And once you’ve lost your visa, you’re no longer legally in the United States.

And we have a right like every country in the world has a right to remove you from our country. So, it’s just that simple. I think it’s crazy. I think it’s stupid for any country in the world to welcome people into their country that are going to go to your universities as visitors — they’re visitors! — and say I’m going to your universities to start a riot. I’m going to your universities to take over a library and harass people. I don’t care what movement you’re involved with. Why would any country in the world allow people to come in and disrupt…we gave you a visa to come in and study and get a degree, not to become a social activist that tears up our university campuses. And if we’ve given you a visa and then you decide to do that, we’re gonna take it away. I encourage every country to do that, by the way, because I think it’s crazy to invite students into your country that are coming onto your campus and destabilizing it. We’re just not gonna have it.

So, we’ll revoke your visa, and once your visa’s revoked, you’re illegally in the country and you have to leave. Every country in the world has a right to decide who comes in as a visitor and who doesn’t. If you invite me into your home because you say, ‘I wanna come to your house for dinner,’ and I go to your house and I start putting mud on your couch and spray-painting your kitchen, I bet you you’re gonna kick me out. Well, we’re gonna do the same thing if you come into the United States as a visitor and create a ruckus for us. We don’t want it. We don’t want it in our country. Go back and do it in your country, but you’re not gonna do it in our country.

The reporter followed up by asking, “Did you confirm, there’s been a report that 300 visas been permanently revoked?” To which Rubio replied confidently, “Maybe more. Might be more than 300 at this point. We do it every day. Every time I find one of these lunatics, I take away their visa.” She seemed shocked at that response, but Rubio did not back down and gave a perfect example of one of the millions of reasons why illegal immigration is such a huge threat to our national security.

At some point I hope we run out because we’ve gotten rid of all of them, but we’re looking every day for these lunatics that are tearing things up. And by the way, we wanna get rid of gang members too. So, Venezuela sent us a bunch of gang members. I’m sure you’ve heard of Tren de Agua, Mr. President. Terrible gang, vicious gang. They flooded in our…

Yesterday, just so everybody knows, yesterday one of these gang members who was involved in New York City in attacking a police officer, was deported back to Venezuela because they’re now taking flights again, you know, because of, of some strong measures we’ve taken. And this guy lands, this guy’s the guy that attacked a police officer in New York City and laughed about it in court with a smirk on his face. When he gets off the plane in Venezuela, he’s welcomed by this character named Diosdado Cabello. I don’t know if you’ve heard of this guy. And, and he welcomes him, hugging the guy. So, does anybody have any doubt that these people are pushing these people into the United States to destabilize us in the region? That, so, yeah, we’re looking for people like this and we wanna get them out of the United States. Absolutely.

Rubio is referring to 19-year-old Darwin Andres Gomez-Izquiel, who attacked a police officer in January 2024, and Diosdado Cabello is the so-called “Minister of the Popular Power for Interior, Justice and Peace of Venezuela.” In reality, he’s a major criminal involved in narco-terrorism who is wanted in the United States. However, he currently oversees Venezuela’s police forces and prisons as part of Nicolás Maduro fraudulent administration.

If ever there was a pluperfect example of someone embiggening himself to fit his assigned role, Marco Rubio as SecState would have to be it. What we seem to have here is one of those all-too-uncommon cases of the Right Man in the Right Job at the Right Time. Excellent work, young feller, and well spoken also. Ye Aulde CF Chapeau is hereby duly doffed to ye.

How to win a war

Something the US has liong since forgotten how to do. Or just gave up caring about doing, more like.

You Want to Win a War? This Is How You Win a War
There’s more good news out of the Middle East, I’m happy to report. On the heels of yesterday’s news that the Israeli Defense Force was doing an admirable and rapid job of eliminating Hamas leadership in an explosive game of Whack-a-Mole, today we learn that the Gazans themselves finally show signs of turning against their terrorist government.

We saw tiny signs of this in the awful weeks after the Oct. 7, 2023, terror invasion that kicked off the Israel-Hamas War, such as the old Gazan woman who accused Hamas of stealing humanitarian aid meant for the people. “Everything goes to [Hamas] houses,” she complained. “They take it; let them take me, shoot me, or do whatever they want with me.”

Which, note ye well, is more of an expression of the hag’s disgruntlement over Hamas’ lack of concern for her own personal well-being than it is of horror at the brutal atrocities committed against guiltless civilians during the vicious Oct 7 rampage. Just in case any of you thought Gazans suddenly developing a functioning conscience had anything to do with their newfound dislike for Hamas, terrorism, or genocide of the Jews.

But Tuesday saw a rare mass protest against Hamas.

Even the mayor of Beit Lahia, Gaza, got in on the action.

If Hamas finds him, I suspect he won’t die well.

Why the mainstream media chooses not to air clips like these is anyone’s guess, but anyone’s most cynical and accusatory guess is probably the correct one.

None of this is perfect, of course. “Why aren’t they chanting to release the hostages then?” one critic wondered. Then there’s Iran, the official sponsor of Hamas, Hezbollah, and the Houthis. Until Iran is put back in the box President Donald Trump had them in during his first term, the terrorist kudzu will grow back.

But turning the population against the people who started the war is how you end a war, and Israel’s renewed offensive — the IDF’s WWII-style rubble-ization of the Gaza Strip — might be doing just that.

Most wars fail to accomplish that vital goal.

A tad too much Vietnam-era “hearts and minds” bushwa here for my taste, I’m afraid. Another Vietnam-era counterslogan is more my speed: When you’ve got ‘em by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow. The Gaza job will never truly be over and done with until the very thought of death, destruction, and strife makes Gazans puke all down their pant legs reflexively. As such, Bibi, this is no time to be going wobbly or weak in the knees just because a handful of Gazans have decided they aren’t happy with life under Hamas rule all of a sudden.

Our old chum Stephen knows all this too, of course, which the remainder of the piece confirms quite nicely, thanks. To wit:

That’s why I’ve often found the phrase “forever wars” so frustrating. In context, complaining about “forever wars” is often more of a way to shut down debate than a historically accurate assessment. What makes our poor military performance in places like Afghanistan sting so much isn’t that we were mired in so-called “forever wars,” but that they were wars of choice, not of national survival, that we chose to conduct inconclusively. All that spilled blood, and for what?

But sometimes a World War II comparison is spot-on, which brings us back to the Middle East and the Hamas terror invasion of Oct. 7, 2023. Hamas’s aims were explicitly genocidal and their means — including uploading videos of murdered civilians to the victims’ social media accounts for their families to see — were so horrifying that Hamas and Gaza must be smashed as badly as Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan.

If the Israel-Hamas War is to end, it ends in the ruined streets of Gaza.

Indeed so—and not a moment before then, either. Sad as that may be, it also happens to be the plain, simple, and unadorned truth.

“VERY bad people”

If the shoe fits…and indeed it does.

Re that “federal judges…executing coups” business, [Richard Dawson voice] survey says: TRUE! [/Richard Dawson voice]

Judge Temporarily Halts Trump EPA From Ending Climate Grant Fund
Last month, the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) discovered a $20 billion windfall that the EPA gave to radical green groups in the waning days of the Biden administration. The Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund was a catch-all program designed as a federal money spigot for radical NGOs and green groups.

The $20 billion in cash was doled out to just eight groups, including $2 billion to Power Forward Communities, an organization that, at the time it received the EPA grant in April 2024, had $100 in the bank.

Power Forward Communities lists dozens of “partners” on its website, among them are several organizations created by former Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams. She’s listed as general counsel for another group, Rewiring America.

When DOGE tried to pull the plug on the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, Power Forward Communities and two other recipients of Biden’s green slush fund, they sued. A judge has temporarily blocked the EPA’s actions in ending the program saying that the EPA has not presented “evidence of fraud.”

The judge is familiar to readers since she handled the Trump election interference case. U.S. District Court Judge Tonya Chutkan wrote that the federal government’s “vague and unsubstantiated assertions of fraud are insufficient.”

“At this juncture, EPA Defendants have not sufficiently explained why “unilaterally terminating Plaintiffs’ grant awards was a rational precursor to reviewing” the Green Bank program, Chutkan wrote. The “Green Bank” was Citibank, which has frozen the accounts of the Greenhouse Gas Reduction grant recipients.

As I’m sure you’re all well aware by now, this is but one of all too many recent examples of judicial usurpation of Executive powers. To which the correct response is Andrew Jackson’s: “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it!” Or, perhaps more to the point, Stalin’s: “How many divisions does the Pope have?” Or, more to the point yet, Republic of Texas Congressman Brandon Gill’s.

Rep. Brandon Gill Issues Articles of Impeachment Against Federal Judge Who Stopped Trump’s Deportations
Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) has filed Articles of Impeachment against Judge James E. Boasberg, appointed by former President Barack Obama, after he issued a temporary restraining order blocking President Donald Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal alien gang members.

As Breitbart News reported, over the weekend Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act to begin deporting hundreds of illegal alien gang members with Tren de Aragua and the MS-13 gangs — both of which are now designated as terrorist organizations.

The left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Soros-linked Democracy Forward sued the Trump administration on behalf of five illegal aliens accused of being gang members to stop the deportations — though planes of nearly 300 gang members had already taken off for El Salvador.

Boasberg issued a temporary restraining order blocking Trump from using the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegal alien gang members. Trump officials said they got the order from Boasberg when the gang members had already landed in El Salvador.

Gill, in a statement on X, claimed Boasberg’s order is “illegal and unconstitutional” and announced Articles of Impeachment against the federal judge whose family has deep ties to Democrats.

“The purpose of Judge Boasberg’s unconstitutional ruling is to tie up President Trump’s time and resources in litigation, stopping him from executing on the democratic mandate voters gave him,” Gill wrote. “The ruling is a fundamental attack on our democratic system.”

“Judge Boasberg directing deportation flights to turn around midair and return to the United States is tantamount to a Circuit Court Judge directing troop movements abroad or directing the Executive how to conduct foreign policy. It’s illegal and unconstitutional. Time to impeach,” Gill wrote, posting the Articles of Impeachment.

True dat, and good on ya for not merely noticing but for saying so right out loud, and then trying to do something about it, Rep Gill, sir. Here’s hoping your eminently appropriate reaction to contra-Constitutional juridical tyranny is just the first of many, many more to come.

Some days are just better than others…

Trump’s deportation of the criminals is occurring daily. Here is the video of the El Salvador reception of nearly 300 of them, to be housed in the El Salvador terrorist prison, CECOT.

Update:
Direct From the White House

Elon’s assasination: not if, but when

If he isn’t taking this shit seriously, he’s a damned idiot. And we all already know he’s anything BUT an idiot.

Elon Musk Hit the Mother Lode of the Deep State. Now He Believes He’s an Assassination Target
Elon Musk and his DOGE team have now mined so deeply into the inner workings of government overspending and fraud that they may have hit the Mother Lode of public corruption. And he and his friends believe someone will try to kill him.

Fort Knox may be full of fool’s gold for all we know, USAID looks to be the mother’s milk of the international Marxist movement, and now Musk and his DOGE organization have hit the main vein: election manipulation.

As PJ Media colleagues Bryan Jung and Matt Margolis write nearby, the executive suite at ActBlue, the Democrat fundraising colossus, has nearly emptied. Many have done a bunk—to escape what DOGE allegedly uncovered?

What are they afraid of? Things appear to be worse than the oddly large “donations” made by pensioners in Washington state and other places, and worse than the dodgy credit-like cards issued to acolytes. Musk believes that the giant Democrat money machine paid for the “protests” —and worse?– done to his Tesla showrooms and charging stations throughout the country. And the DOGE team believes it has discovered a through line between ActBlue and illegality.

No stretch whatsoever, that.

Being the world’s richest man, Musk has had heavy security for years, and has spoken about the attempts on Trump’s life. He also believes that he’s also on somebody’s kill list, too.

And, like Trump, the left’s mainstream media went after Musk the same way they went after Trump.

“They actually want to kill me,” he told Rogan in his February 28 podcast. He says people with a screw loose may be inflamed enough because of media lies that he’s a “Nazi.” “They actually want to kill me. They say so online. There are Reddit forums where they don’t just want to kill me—they want to desecrate my corpse,” he told the podcast host. And he said, “If the legacy media is saying I’m a Nazi and that’s all you read, then you’re like, ‘He’s Hitler. We should assassinate Hitler, shouldn’t we?’”

When shitlibs are blatantly, openly threatening to kill you, the wise man takes them at their word and conducts himself accordingly. What we’re seeing here, in big-picture terms, is merely the latest iteration of Liberal Fascism. To wit:

Since Democrats are once again engaged in Kristallnacht-style violence because the electorate rejected their policies, it’s time once again for my periodic reminder that all Democrats are fascists.

I love the fact that whenever I point this out, some Democrat invariably claims “Derrrrr… you don’t even know what fascism is!” So let’s explore fascism a little, shall we?

Listed below are attributes and practices that all 20th Century fascists have in common with the Democrat Party of 2025:

1. Laws promoting the seizure of guns from law-abiding citizens and/or the denial of gun ownership rights for law-abiding citizens.

2. Censorship of free speech by pretending such censorship protects the citizenry from faulty information (i.e., so-called “disinformation”).

3. Government control of industry.

4. Government control of the mass media.

5. Control of the entertainment industry as a means of propaganda. (See: Leni Riefenstahl; Walt Disney Corporation.)

6. Children belong to the State and not their parents.

7. Political dissidents and opposing political leadership are to be persecuted for fabricated “crimes” under the color of law through the courts.

8. Political dissidents are locked up for months/years without a trial.

9. Leading political opponents who are a threat to the fascist order are to be assassinated.

10. Extreme nationalism (Democrats hate the United States of America, but are extreme nationalistic zealots for the Woke States of America).

11. Purposeful division of the population along racial and ethnic lines as a means to power.

12. Leadership of the ruling fascist party is chosen by party leaders without any input from rank-and-file party members, but an illusion of democracy is perpetuated. (See: Kamala as nominee with zero votes.)

13. Certain party criminals are turned into martyrs upon their demise. (See: Horst Wessel; Saint George Floyd.)

14. Destruction of statues, symbols and art of the pre-fascist order.

15. Accuse dissidents of the very crimes you yourself commit.

16. Justify all of it for the “common good.”

The Democrat Party of 2025 is a fascist party. Spread the word.

Indeed so. But, as Stephen helpfully reminds us, “They aren’t all fascists. Some are commies.” To adapt Keyser Soze’s famous maxim to current reality, the greatest trick the Left ever pulled was to convince the world that fascism is “right wing.”

Call to violence

I can only repeat what I said not long ago: For the Left, the step from calls for violence to acts of violence is never a big one, nor have they ever shown themselves to be at all reluctant to take it.

Political Violence Against Musk: The Left’s Playbook of Intimidation
The attacks on Elon Musk and Tesla are no accident. They are the logical, almost inevitable, consequence of the incitement coming from the highest levels of the Democratic Party, left-wing media outlets such as MSNBC and The New York Times, and billionaire activists like Alex Soros and Reid Hoffman, who fear that Musk is dismantling what they’ve spend years building. These attacks are not isolated. They are coordinated. They are deliberate. And they are meant to send a message—not just to Musk, but to anyone else who dares challenge the progressive orthodoxy.

The recent wave of violence against Tesla facilities, dealerships, and charging stations is staggering in its scope. In New York City, over 350 protesters stormed a Tesla showroom, smashing windows, attacking customers, and even assaulting police officers. In Colorado, an activist-turned-arsonist lobbed Molotov cocktails at Tesla vehicles, spray-painting “Nazi cars” on the walls. In Oregon, a self-described “transgender terrorist” opened fire on a Tesla showroom, shattering windows and riddling vehicles with bullets. And the vandalism isn’t limited to the United States—graffiti in Tasmania denounces Tesla owners as driving “swasticars.”

What fuels this madness? The answer lies in the rhetoric of those in power. Prominent Democrats have relentlessly demonized Musk, not merely as a political opponent, but as a threat to democracy itself. Representative Robert Garcia, in a heated CNN interview, declared that the fight against Musk requires “real weapons,” a statement that he later claimed was metaphorical but was nonetheless embraced by activists as a call to action. Reid Hoffman, billionaire donor and longtime Democratic operative, ominously mused that “actions have consequences” when discussing the attacks on Tesla—an implicit endorsement of political violence. Others, including Representatives Al Green, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, and Ayanna Pressley, have accused Musk of fascism, of being the next Hitler, of plotting to round up Democrats into concentration camps. This is not political discourse; this is incitement.

Lots more to this one yet at the link, of which you definitely want to read the all. I can’t refrain from including this bit from the closing sum-up:

This is not about Tesla. This is about the future of political discourse in America. If we allow these tactics to succeed, if we permit violence and intimidation to dictate who may speak and who must be silent, then we will have ceded our democracy to the mob.

Which, of course, is precisely why the Founders, to a man, warned their posterity so strenuously and continually against democracy—after all, at the end of the day “mob rule” is what democracy actually is.

Crooks, robbers, and thieves

Yet another question that answers itself.

Annnnd your obligatory “Show more…” end run.

12 billion dollars was allocated to the Navy for submarines and not one submarine was built.

42.5 billion dollars was allocated to hook people up to high-speed Internet, and not one single person was hooked up to high-speed Internet.

7.5 billion dollars was allocated to build EV charging stations. Only 37 stations were built. Thats 200 million per charging station.

Where is the rest of the money?

Three guesses, first two don’t count. More and more I’m coming to think that all US ProPols, at every level, should be required by law to wear black bandanas over their faces, like the highwaymen of old. That way we’d all know right away what we were looking at, and no mistakes need ever be made about it. The truly pressing question, being brought home to us more forcefully with every passing day, is whether ANY of these villeins ever intended to spend the taxpayers’ money on what they claimed they were going to.

Aww, don’t bother, that one kinda answers itself too, really.

The absolute last word on “birthright citizenship”

It is NOT a thing, has never BEEN a thing, and ought never to BE a thing. Period fucking dot.

The 14th Amendment does not confer automatic citizenship
Claremont Institute scholars, including me, Ed Erler, Tom West, John Marini, and Michael Anton, President Trump’s incoming Director of Policy Planning at the State Department, have been contending for years—decades, really—that the 14th Amendment’s Citizenship Clause does not provide automatic citizenship for everyone born on U.S. soil, no matter the circumstances. Other prominent scholars, such as the late University of Texas law Professor Lino Graglia, University of Pennsylvania Professor Rogers Smith, and Yale Law Professor Emeritus Peter Schuck, have come to the same conclusion based on their own extensive scholarly research.

Claremont scholars have made the argument in books, law review articles, congressional testimony, and legal briefs. President Ronald Reagan’s Attorney General, Edwin Meese, even joined one of those briefs, in which we argued against treating enemy combatant Yaser Esam Hamdi as a citizen merely because he had been born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, while his father was working in the U.S. on a temporary work visa. Perhaps as a result of our brief in that case, the late Justice Antonin Scalia referred to Hamdi as a “presumed citizen” in his dissenting opinion.

Our argument is straightforward. The text of the 14th Amendment contains two requirements for acquiring automatic citizenship by birth: one must be born in the United States and be subject to its jurisdiction. The proper understanding of the Citizenship Clause therefore turns on what the drafters of the amendment, and those who ratified it, meant by “subject to the jurisdiction thereof.” Was it merely a partial, temporary jurisdiction, such as applies to anyone (except for diplomats) who are subject to our laws while they are within our borders? Or does it instead apply only to those who are subject to a more complete jurisdiction, one which manifests itself as owing allegiance to the United States and not to any foreign power?

Think of it this way. Someone from Great Britain visiting the United States is subject to our laws while here, which is to say subject to our partial or territorial jurisdiction. He must drive on the right-hand side of the road rather than the left, for example. But he does not thereby owe allegiance to the United States; he is not subject to being drafted into our army; and he cannot be prosecuted for treason (as opposed to ordinary violations of law) if he takes up arms against the United States, for he has breached no oath of allegiance.

So which understanding of “subject to the jurisdiction” did the drafters of the 14th Amendment have in mind?

Happily, we don’t need to speculate, as they were asked that very question. They unambiguously stated that it meant “complete” jurisdiction, such as existed under the law at the time, the Civil Rights Act of 1866, which excluded from citizenship those born on U.S. soil who were “subject to a foreign power.”

Covers the bases pretty well, I should think, although there are still plenty more indisputable proofs perusable at the link. Which, of course, doesn’t by any means suggest that shitlibs are going to cease and desist soiling their Underoos, wailing and weeping, and waving their chubby fists around demanding that saner sorts recognize this nonexistent “right” immediately. Not anytime soon, they ain’t. It’s an approach Real Americans would do well to adopt for themselves: no discussion, no debate, no controversy is truly concluded until the Left has gotten its way.

Apropos of nothing: if you check the date on the article (1/28/25), you’ll see that this one has just about got to be the all-time record holder in the Most Consecutive Days Spent Languishing In An Open Tab Waiting For Ye Aulde Blogghoste To Finally Get Around To Posting On It™ category.

Talking sense

JD Vance is truly a national treasure.

JD Vance to Young Men: Don’t Let Them Turn You Into ‘Androgynous Idiots’
Not too long ago, I decided to try a bold experiment. I returned to the University of Georgia to take some agriculture classes. The reason I considered it bold is that I was old enough to be many of the students’ mothers (had I been an extremely young teen mom, of course). I learned a lot of lessons about this current generation of teens and twenty-somethings and how college has changed since my first go-round two decades prior, but what really threw me was when a professor asked for my pronouns.

My class was given a virtual assignment to upload a video introduction of ourselves to a school website. “Tell us your name, your major, your hobbies and interests, and your pronouns so your classmates can gain a better understanding of who you are.” I’d never been asked to provide my pronouns in my life and had no interest in starting now. Before I uploaded my video, I watched through some of the others, shocked as these young men and women offered up their “hes” and “shes” and “theys” as if this was all perfectly normal.

But there was one guy, let’s call him Tyler, who gave us his name, his major, and his hobbies and interests, but instead of pronouns, he ended the video with “I’m a dude” and a slight eye roll, obviously mocking the pronoun situation. Let me tell you, he’s the only person from that class I even remember, much less ever gained any sort of understanding of who he was.

Well, JD Vance just gave all the other Tylers of the world permission to crawl out from under their rocks of submission and embrace their God-given masculinity.

On behalf of women — well, the ones who enjoy being women — I would like to say thank you to our vice president.

Vance spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Monday and said a lot of great things, some of which even earned him a standing ovation. But it was his message to young people, especially young men, that really stood out.

My message to young men is don’t allow this broken culture to send you a message that you’re a bad person because you’re a man, because you like to tell a joke, because you like to have a beer with your friends, or because you’re competitive. The cultural message…wants to turn everybody, whether male or female, into androgynous idiots who think the same, talk the same, and act the same. We actually think God made male and female for a purpose, and we want you guys to thrive as young men, and as young women. And we’re going to help with our public policy to make it possible to do that.

I don’t know about you, but I could listen to that over and over again. There’s a reason why Donald Trump won 49% of the vote from young men (ages 18 to 29) in November and 54% from men overall. Vance touched on that too.

I think this is why young men in particular are so, you know, they’re so inspired by President Trump is because he doesn’t allow the media to tell him he can’t make a joke or he can’t have an original thought. President Trump just says what’s on his mind; that’s a damn good thing.

Amen to that. “We’re fighting for you,” was Vance’s overall message to young people, and it was refreshing to hear. Our country doesn’t just face international enemies — we’re under attack from enemies within who want to debase and degrade our culture.

They’re the ones who want to tell young men that they can’t be masculine and tell women they can’t be feminine. They’re the ones who demand that boys play girls’ sports, who insist that teachers force gender ideology on elementary school students, and who truly believe there are 72 genders.

Well, yeah. Nice thing is, they’re all complete and total psychopaths, so we got that going for us at least.
