A hell of a question, that, one each of must answer for himself. I loved living there back in the 90s, those were some of the best days of my life. Then again, that NYC was a very different place than the one we’re saddled with today.

Of course, we’d all like to see at least SOME of the pedophile tycoons, ProPols, British roayls, and showbiz movers/shakers get theirs for having their bosom chum Jeffrey Epstein procure underage girls for them to use as their personal playtoys. Who wouldn’t, really?

Nonetheless, I also gotta say: GET THE FUCK OVER IT AWREADY, WILLYA? The fact of the matter is, the Epstein/pedo scandal ship sailed years ago. Epstein himself is a mouldering corpse; any punishment he will ever have to face was dealt out when he descended into Hell after his phonus-balonus “suicide,” however unsatisfying that denouement might be for some of us. Most of Epstein’s young female victims have refused to testify or even be interviewed about an experience which for them is part of a dim and distant, if horrifying, past.

In sum, anything that was ever going to happen regarding l’affaire Epstein already has.

So for Christ’s sweet sake, just let it go. It’s not as if there aren’t plenty other things to get one’s hackles up about…many of them of far greater import than the Epstein thing, believe it or not. To be perfectly honest, I ‘m just about sick unto death of hearing folks scream and holler Epstein, Epstein, Epstein all the livelong day, as if that ever got anybody anything worth having. Find a more productive outlet for your time and energy, that’s my advice.

Historical illiteracy: it’s a Thing

Okay, I gotta admit, this made me laugh.

Dunno if they’re supposed to resemble Zeros or not, but what they look more like to me is FW 190s, excepting the prop spinner. The accompanying textplanation:

Yes, it’s Bluto’s (John Belushi) now iconic gaffe in “Animal House” come true: “Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?” Those are German planes on the cover of Michael J. Clark’s history book for young readers about the sneak attack that brought the U.S. into World War II.

Just think about all of the careless, irresponsible boobs, including the author and the cover artist, who had to breach the ethical values of competence, diligence and respect for that book to be published and put on the market. How many must it have been? Then you can add to that List of Shame our pathetic, ruinous education system, which has produced such a nation of dolts that not even a humble secretary or passing clerk had the knowledge to point out, when they saw the book as it made its way through production, “Uh, aren’t those German planes?” Anyone who did, thus preventing this epic embarrassment, might have received a promotion or a bonus. Or at least someone would have bought him or her a nice lunch.

A history book? SRSLY?!? Just hilarity heaped upon hilarity, really, as far as the eye can see. I do believe this Clark feller’s cover artist probably needs to seek other employment for which he is better suited, lest all the pointing and laughing leave him disillusioned and depressed.

Democrat Oregon Governor Tina Kotek took to social media during Lesbian Visibility Week to tout her status as one of only two openly lesbian governors in U.S. history. In her message, Kotek praised Oregon’s “diversity” and identity politics-driven leadership, but it’s clear that her focus on identity over real issues highlights a growing trend in left-wing governance. While President Trump focused on policies that strengthen America, Kotek’s liberal agenda continues to prioritize divisive identity politics, leaving behind real solutions for her state.

Of course, and as usual. But hey, the important thing to remember here is that she’s a lesbian, amIright?

Dogs are better than we deserve as people
Some people are shit-head assholes and do not deserve the love and devotion that dogs give.

Officers were called to the airport just before 11:40 p.m. after receiving reports of a dog that had been left behind at the ticket counter, police said in a Facebook statement.

The video shows the woman walking up to the counter with the dog running around behind her. That section of the video clip does not include audio. The woman eventually walks away, leaving the dog’s leash tied to a ticket counter.

She was arrested on the charges of animal abandonment as well as resisting arrest. The two year old doodle was taken in by a rescue organization. She didn’t bother to show up to claim him (definitely for the best). Imagine if she got him as a puppy and then just walked away after two years because it was inconvenient and because she couldn’t even be bothered to get a friend to come pick him up and keep him safe.

Never trust anyone who doesn’t like dogs and anyone who would treat a dog like that should be avoided completely.

Yes indeedy. Seconded, with all my heart and soul.

This one dovetails nicely with Friday’s Eyrie outing, from which I will now quote.

Democratic politicians have found themselves indirectly defending Islam’s 7th-century hatred of man’s best friend, dogs.

Several Democrats have instinctively accused Rep. Randy Fine (R-FL) of racism after he reacted to a New York-based Muslim advocate, Nerdeen Kiswani — who said house pet dogs will not be welcome in a non-secular, Islamic New York.

“NYC is coming to Islam,” said a February 12 tweet from Kiswani, referring to the November electoral victory of Zohran Mamdani, the Ugandan-born, Indian-origin, immigrant, populist, and Muslim Mayor of New York. She added:

Dogs definitely have a place in society, just not as indoor pets. Like we [Muslims have] said all along, they are unclean [“najis”].

Kiswani responded to many critics: “Lmao at the Zionists frothing at the mouth at this, thinking they’re doing something. It’s obviously a joke I don’t care if you have a dog, I do care if your dog is shitting everywhere and you’re not cleaning it.”

Fine responded three days later, on February 15: “If they force us to choose, the choice between dogs and Muslims is not a difficult one.”

No, it most certainly is not. As one would expect, this is the point where shitlibs started flipping out and flopping around on the floor like landed carp en masse, hurling all the standard-issue Mark 1-Mod 0 shitlib epithets at Fine: racist, bigot, homophobobe, fascist, Hitler, Islamophobe, et al ad nauseum. Also as one would expect, I seriously doubt you could lay hands on any more than two or three mainstream American types who would’ve taken any kind of issue at all with what Rep Fine said.

I was, and am, not in any way joking about that last bit (I dropped the italics to kinda-sorta highlight my own remarks), nor exaggerating for effect neither. The simple, inescapable fact is that Americans do love their doggeh friends, as well they might, and right straight to H-E-double-toothpicks with those yodeling 9th Century camel humpers and their irrational hatred, fear, and contempt for the canine cohort.

“Dirty”? “Unclean”? Yeah, whatevs. I gar-on-gott-dam-TEE you you don’t want to hear how huge numbers of us describe YOU troglodytic turd-burglars. STRONG HINT: The hoary old jibe “smells like an Ay-rab with a goat under each arm” is NOT intended as a compliment, nor does it flatter y’all flamboyantly pungent motherfuckers’ standards for bodily hygiene in any way, shape, or form. Sad, sorry truth of the matter is, I’ve owned dogs who STILL smelled better than you malodorous sunsabitches after they’d enjoyed themselves a good, long roll in/on/over the putrescent carcass of some long-dead critter or other.

Democrats Face a Demographic Doom Spiral
Trump isn’t just deporting illegals. He’s deporting the voters Dems need.

Well, I mean, y’know, DUH. Why do ya think they’re so damned upset about deportations, voter ID, updating/purging voter registration rolls, restoring election integrity, all that?

The Census Bureau recently released updated population figures through June 2025. The country grew slightly but that growth wasn’t equally distributed. Many red states, like South Carolina, Idaho and Texas, grew significantly. In just one year, each of those states saw their population increase by more than 1%.

Blue states aren’t keeping up. California, Illinois and New York now have fewer people than in 2020. In contrast, Florida’s population is up around 9%.

There’s an obvious and important takeaway here. Blue states implemented leftist ideas. They have high taxes and regulations that strangle construction. They have failing schools that teach students to hate America. They force female athletes to compete against boys.

The results have been so intolerable that millions of people have moved out. It’s yet another example of people fleeing socialism.

There’s a less obvious but just as important takeaway. After the decennial census, states gain or lose congressional seats based on population. Those adjustments change the Electoral College. States receive electoral votes based on how many House and Senate members they have.

The forecast from the American Redistricting Project shows Democrats losing nine seats in reliable blue states. Two swing states, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, would each lose a seat. Those 11 seats would go to states that Trump won in 2024. A different projection from Jonathan Cervas at Carnegie Mellon University has solid red and lean red states gaining 13 seats.

Like I said: devoutly to be wished.

The last several years have made it abundantly clear that NO polity even halfway determined to preserve personal liberty, Constitutional governance, and individual self-determination can afford to allow themselves to be governed ruled misruled by D卐M☭CRATs. To permit them anywhere near the proverbial levers of power is to seal one’s doom.

Remembrance

Steyn on Limbaugh, now five years (!!) gone.

Five years ago today, a couple of hours before airtime, I was pottering about getting ready to guest-host The Rush Limbaugh Show when the telephone rang. It was Kraig Kitchin, his longtime friend (and head of the network that distributed his show), calling to break the news that Rush had died earlier that morning.

Post-Limbaugh, talk radio seems smaller to me than it once did – not just because Rush had a big personality, but because he managed to fit the flotsam and jetsam of the news cycle into the big picture. Whatever topic he’d alight on, he would enlarge, and connect to the great coursing currents of the age. He was also incredibly, naturally funny. I have nothing against any of his successors up and down the dial, but, on the very rare occasions I switch on the radio in his time-slot, it’s not the same.

Three years ago, the anniversary of Rush’s death fell on the day of our weekly Clubland Q&A. It wasn’t intended to be a one-hour remembrance of America’s anchorman, but, because listeners had so many questions about him and his show, it somehow turned into one. Listening to it later, I thought it was worth a re-broadcast – not just for the questions and answers, but for other aspects, too: a musical selection courtesy of his beloved Kathryn, a brief evocation of my guest-hosting days, and the last words Rush ever spoke on air.

Read the rest, natch. Steyn was far and away the best of El Rushbo’s stable of guest-hosts if you ask me, and if this short piece is any indication, is quite a dab hand as an obituarist as well.

EXCLUSIVE: Transgender Pro-Pedophile ‘MAP’ Activists Publicly Campaigning in Seattle
Reduxx has learned that a trans-identified male and “radical queer activist” residing in Seattle, Washington, has been publicly advocating for pedophilic relationships with children while also organizing “in-person events for anyone under the queer rainbow.”

Ally Kotetsu, who describes himself as “a non-binary transgender woman who is transrace Japanese,” is campaigning both online and in public through an effort he calls Beyond the Plus, which advocates for the rights of “beings who are romantically or sexually attracted to beings who are below the age of 18.”

Kotetsu’s website describes “minor attraction” as an orientation and refers to individuals with a sexual interest in children as “MAPs” (minor attracted people). According to Beyond the Plus, “MAPs” are some of “the world’s most marginalized beings.”

As they damned well ought to be, you creepy fuck.

And that’s where I had to leave off; at this juncture, I found it nigh impossible to drag my rage-rouged eyeballs across one more word of this noxious, self-serving twipe. It is a powerful testament as to just how profoundly diseased and debased our society has now become, that this out and proud kiddie diddler is permitted to soak up food, space, and oxygen at will, when actual human-type “beings” could be making use of them.

Rather than seeing to it that this…this….this thing be duly punished for brazen advocacy of a witting affront to all that is good, proper, and righteous, every upstanding person is required to applaud it, to stifle his/their objections to a seriously outré predation against human decency and enthusiastically endorse the warped, squalid iniquity which crouches behind the bland-sounding “minor attracted persons” rhetorical subterfuge—in short, to hop into the hogwallow and roll around in the stinking mire like the rest of the dirty, grunting swine.

All this, yet somehow we retain the blank-faced temerity to marvel at how our once-proud, once-mighty, once-noble civilization could possibly have been brought so incredibly low without We Duh Sheepul offering even a half-assed, hollow pretense of resistance. How could it happen, bleat the passive, soft-bodied masses from the comfort of their creaking, saggy-sprung sofas? How could it NOT, protesteth moi? All the signs and portents were before our very eyes the whole while, and still are. The Enemy went so far as to tell us of his intentions, explicitly and in plain language, a blue million times. And even then, Real Americans flatly refused to get off their duffs and make some kind of move. ANY kind of move, fer crying out loud.

DT has no more patience for these “trans” grotesqueries and their obnoxious demands for Daddy’s attention than do I, let alone the kiddie-raper subset of the larger menagerie.

Mr Kotetsu’s Beyond the Plus website…forbids any disapproval of interspecies sexual attraction. Because hey, what’s paedophilia without a dash of bestiality? And so, members “must make all reasonable efforts to respect” the unsavoury appetites and professed identities of other participants. And of course any and all fabulist pronouns.

Needless to say, the site features many claims that are both bold and unconvincing:

Importantly, [MAP] only refers to attractions, without implying harmful or illegal actions – most MAPs… don’t want to harm anyone any more than non-MAPs do.

One might, I think, call that a lie. Paedophiles do want to molest children, thereby doing harm. They desire it. It’s the very definition of what they are.

One not only might do so, one actually must. Kotetsu and his likewise maleficent cohort should at the very least be unequivocally, unstintingly denounced, by all and every corner of Western Civ entire, lest fundamental honesty, decency, and traditional morality be traduced, undermined, and eventually lost for good to the vicious predators who would see it destroyed utterly, never again to be restored.

Robert Duvall won an Oscar for his role in the ’83 film ‘Tender Mercies’

Robert Duvall died Sunday, according to his wife, Luciana Pedraza Duvall. He was 95.

Circumstances surrounding his death were not immediately made available.

“Yesterday we said goodbye to my beloved husband, cherished friend, and one of the greatest actors of our time,” his wife shared online. “Bob passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by love and comfort.”

“To the world, he was an Academy Award-winning actor, a director, a storyteller. To me, he was simply everything. His passion for his craft was matched only by his deep love for characters, a great meal, and holding court. For each of his many roles, Bob gave everything to his characters and to the truth of the human spirit they represented.”

She continued, “In doing so, he leaves something lasting and unforgettable to us all. Thank you for the years of support you showed Bob and for giving us this time and privacy to celebrate the memories he leaves behind.”

He will surely be missed; they simply aren’t making ’em like Duvall anymore.

I’ve told the story before here, and also ran the pics if I remember right. But the sorrowful occasion calls for a rerun, I do believe.

Shocking homophobic display by high school students rocks California school district
A group of California high schoolers has reportedly been disciplined after they lined up on the bleachers last week wearing shirts that spelled out a homophobic slur — a shocking act that has rocked the district.

Oh, boo fucking hoo, you no-ball cockholster.

The 10 troublemakers from Redwood High School, located southeast of Fresno, including several student government leaders, smiled with their arms wrapped around one another and posed for a photo with white T-shirts that spelled out “F—-t,” according to an image obtained by YourCentralValley.com.

The “homophobic slur” daintily bowdlerized above would, of course, be “faggot,” for those of y’all who can’t work that out on your own hook. Anyway. Onwards.

The students had letters on their tees for a senior class photo inside the gym and had initially posed for a picture that spelled out, “Always Legit, Class of 2026,” Visalia Unified School District spokesperson Cristina Gutierrez told the San Francisco Chronicle.

But they pulled off the disturbing stunt afterward, using the “6” for the “g” in the slur.

School officials caught wind of the slur after the students’ photo started circulating on social media.

“This is unacceptable behavior and this matter is being thoroughly investigated and appropriate action will be taken,” the superintendent vowed.

Gutierrez told the Chronicle that the incident has shaken the school community, especially since some of those involved were student government leaders.

Yeah, I just bet it did at that, the bedwetting bitches.

Know what I find funniest of all about this, though? You know, I mean you just dead solid KNOW, that pretty much every kid in that gymnasium was laughing themselves sick over this sidesplitting prank.

With which I am perfectly fine, as should you be. SALIENT FACT: few if any of the students in the “faggot” shirts would ever dream of beating a homo to death, tying the carcass to the rear bumper of somebody’s pickup, and dragging it around for a few hours. Most people just aren’t wired like that, see.

No, what makes this abominable Hate Crime! *shudder* so gut-bustingly hilarious is that these kids weren’t so much trying to antagonize gays as they were looking to upset, piss off, and discombobulate the shrieking hysterics wielding authority over them: teachers, principal, school board, et al. Looked at from that angle, I can only say that the whole enterprise was a resounding success, in all the ways it was intended to be.

Arthur Sido provides a timely reminder.

One of the jokes we tell ourselves on /ourside/ is that in a second civil war, one side has half a billion guns and the other side doesn’t know which bathroom to use. It is pretty funny and it is also true but then again it misses something I try to emphasize:

A noodle-arm, limp-dick fag with a septum ring can still kill you dead as a doornail using a crappy SCCY with pink grips.

The times they are a’changin’ and the Left, once proudly anti-gun, has been quietly and not so quietly arming and training for the last decade, accelerating once Trump 2.0 happened and especially after Renee Good and Alex Pretti became good communists.

Of course this is not happening organically. Nothing these fruitcakes do is their own idea. Do you think a significant percentage of people in America suddenly decided all on their own that they were “assigned the wrong gender at birth”? Of course not. There is a large online community that is certainly at least somewhat organized and funded, likely by foreign adversaries as well as domestic insurrectionists, that spends all day online using Telegram and Discord and other medium to whisper perversions and hatred into the minds of people that are unmoored from society.

However it is happening, the Left is arming up and embracing a perverted interpretation of the 2nd Amendment that only applies to socialists engaged in the class struggle to defend marginalized communities or some similar bullshit.

The same media that hates you and thinks you should be disarmed because you don’t want your family robbed, raped or killed by some feral thugs is giddy over the idea of communists arming themselves.

I’ve been issuing this same cautionary bulletin for years now, pretty much ever since I read my first MSM article beatifying the Pink Pistols (motto: “Armed gays don’t get bashed”). None of us ought ever to make the potentially fatal mistake of assuming that just because they look and act like whiny, emasculated pusscakes, they aren’t also deadly serious, and altogether dangerous. Unhinged whackjobs brandishing rifles, pistols, knives, and clubs should always be kept well away from, even if it means crossing the street so as to avoid getting within CQB range of them.
