Wait, did somebody say something?

Oh fer Christ’s sweet sake.

Bolton: Gabbard’s Extreme Views ‘Are on a Different Planet’ — She’s ‘Unqualified’ to Lead Intelligence
Former National Security Advisor John Bolton claimed Tuesday on CNN’s “Newsroom” that President-elect Donald Trump’s pick to lead the intelligence community former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s (D-HI) views were “on a different planet.”

Host Jim Acosta said, “We’ve seen Matt Gaetz withdraw his nomination for attorney general. Should Tulsi Gabbard do the same for Director of National Intelligence?”

Bolton said, “Well look, she said many things publicly that I think disqualify her. These are not just because her views are extreme. They are on a different planet. they are the views of somebody who doesn’t understand anything about American interests. And to put her in charge of the office of the Director of National Intelligence I think, is malpractice. I think the effect it will have on foreign governments saying we’re not sharing intelligence with the United States if it’s going to come into the hands of somebody like that.”

He continued, “There are a lot of claims out there that’s why the basic practice of administration after administration and Senate after Senate, for all senior appointees, but particularly people nominated to sensitive national security positions, is before the Senate votes on them. they get a full field FBI background investigation. This is not picking on Tulsi Gabbard or anybody else. This is how you find out what’s really going on with with all of them.”

Bolton added, “This is a bad nominee I think of all the nominees Trump has put forward so far she and Matt Gaetz were in a class by themselves.”

Yeh, yeh, yeh. Whyn’tcha just shut your cakehole already, be of use for once, and go take yourself a flying fuck at a plate-glass window, asshole-eyes. At least THAT would have some appreciable entertainment value, with the likely added benefit of your being sliced to ribbons when the glass shatters as your mortally wounded ass sails through it, resulting in a blood-soaked, butchered meatpile inside the chosen establishment.—ideally, a dingy dive-bar in late afternoon, not too crowded, but by no means totally deserted either. A library; a vintage clothing store; a cigar/tobacco shop; a bakery; a bodega—none of those would have quite the same ooomph as a good old-school gin joint, in my view. At least in one of those alcoholically-correct barrooms, there’ll be plenty of day-drinking Old Soaks on hand as eyewitnesses for the blessed event.

Regardless of its commercial focus, the owner of said establishment doubtless won’t be too terribly chuffed at needing to get his broken window replaced all of a sudden-like, let alone the timbers-shivering prospect of trying to wheedle one of his lowlier employees—a barback, a busboy, a dishwasher, let’s say—into rolling out the mop and bucket to swab up the nightmarish lake of congealing gore and/or gobbets of shredded flesh without him/her huffily downing tools and stalking out sans the customary two weeks’ notice at the first intimation of an assignment as onerous as that.

On further reflection, however, the proprietor will fast come to realize that the former NSA’s spectacular swan-dive swan song was well worth the attendant expense, effort, and inconvenience for himself and his luckless lower-echelon staff. Upon such improbable wings have great fortunes, reputations, even legends taken flight and soared off into American history. Ask any owner of a Midtown Manhattan eatery in which a prominent Mafioso got whacked before a roomful of diners during a busy dinner shot about how said whacking affected his bottom line ever after, he’ll tell ya all about it: reservations booked solid for a year in advance; walk-in customers standing in lines at the front entrance that extend for six or seven long Avenue blocks; three-figure cash bribes slipped to maitre d’s to purchase a shitty table by the door to the kitchen; SRO in the bar area with patrons jammed in four deep to while away the hours with a high-octane libation or three as they wait for their ticket number to be called by the hostess, etc.

What the hey: five’ll getcha ten that nasty ol’ floor was overdue for some serious scrub-uppery anyhoo, even before the self-made oaf Bolton conjured the unique notion that it’d be a swell idea to attempt conjugal relations with a plate-glass window, capping off the unforgettable extravaganza by being rendered into tender, juicy Long Pig Kibbles & Bits (just add liquid, it make its own gravy!™) on the floor—flaccid, freshly julienned micropenis out, a-dangle, and in ready view.

Come ON, man! Stop pussyfooting around and just DO it already. Your public breathlessly awaits; don’t leave ‘em twisting in the wind like this, get right on down to brass tacks and git ‘er DONE, big fella! Beats those wan, deadly dull talking-head turns as a Faux News “expert guest-analyst” all hollow, and you know it every bit as well as everybody else does.

In any event, I gotta say that I do find it simply too, too adorable that Bloviatin’ Blowhard Bolton—a pluperfect dick with ears if ever there was one; the sine qua non, the ne plus ultra, the cum-laude instantiation of this grotesque de-evolutionary sub-strain—still somehow dares to dream that anybody gives a moist fart for anything he might say, on any topic whatsoever. It’s pathetic when you think on it, to be frank. One could almost pity the poor, deluded lower-bowel obstruction.

Almost.

Being New York

Not a hell of a lot of fun in it these days, I’m afraid.

Straphanger slugged by irate seatmate wrestles attacker to floor — but then fellow passengers helped HIM after he ‘turned into a little b—-h’
A straphanger was slugged in the face by an irate seatmate on a Manhattan-bound subway, but he managed to wrestle the “little b–ch” to the floor — but that’s when fellow passengers jumped in to help his attacker.

Alexander Rakitin, 42, was riding the N train to his Manhattan finance job Monday morning when he sat down next to 34-year-old Timothy Barbee.

As the train took off, the car jolted, causing Rakitin’s knee to jostle Barbee’s — which set the alleged assailant off.

“Apparently my knee touched his knee. That triggered him,” Rakitin told The Post.

“He was just very aggressive. I’m like, saying, ‘Dude, just chill, it’s like 8:30 in the morning. Like, who needs this s–t? Just chill.’”

Footage taken by another straphanger captured the two staring each other down, before Barbee yelled “It’s f–king done, stop staring at me” — and proceeded to tell the protesting Rakitin to “Make me chill” and “Shut the f–k up.”

Their verbal exchange quieted for a moment while they continued to stare each other down, before Barbee said, “I ain’t got time to go to jail today.”

Then he smacked Rakitin across the face — sending his glasses flying — before the camera cut out.

“I was able to wrestle him to the ground after that, and just kind of hold him,” Rakitin said. “And the craziest part was that — and this is literally upsetting, like I’m actually emotional about it — people on the train were trying to help him. Like, that was the most insane thing.

“It was also remarkable — he went from acting like such a thug. And then he turned into a little b—h right away. He’s like, ‘I can’t breathe. Please, let me go. Please, let me go. I can’t breathe. Somebody give me some water. I can’t breathe.’ And people started giving him water. That was so insane.”

Gotta give the candy-ass nigger credit for one thing: he seems to have taken fully aboard the things he needs to say so as to get him off the hook for being an obstreperous, mouthy, violent subway-shitbird, what with all that “I cain’ breeve, I cain’ breeve ’n’ sheeit” horsepuckey.

Rakitin’s stunned assessment is mostly on target in re his fellow B&T straphangers who jumped in to render aid to his attacker, except that “insane” doesn’t even begin to meet the case here. What they of right ought to have been doing was getting in some good, stiff kicks to the ribs and head while Rakitin had the PoS pinned for ‘em. That’s a world’s-record instance of squandered opportunity, if you ask me, a true teachable moment flushed right down the toilet. You can bet your sweet bippy that it’d be a long, long while before this Barbee cunt-fart tried cutting up rough on the subway again if they had.

Bee Doxxed by SPLC scum

Leftard filth, just doing what Leftard filth…does.

This week, the Southern Poverty Law Center published the identities of anonymous staff writers for our sister site, Not the Bee, which covers news so absurd that it seems like satire.

We at The Babylon Bee and Not the Bee remain committed to mocking woke insanity, but this is serious.

The SPLC is a “scandal-ridden, discredited smear factory,” as our CEO Seth Dillon puts it, but government agencies, corporations, and violent leftists still take it seriously.

  • Last year, the FBI used SPLC data to connect traditional Catholics with extremism.
  • In 2020, Amazon relied on the SPLC’s “hate group” designations to disqualify conservative nonprofits from access to customer donations.
  • In 2012, the SPLC’s listing the Family Research Council as a “hate group” inspired a mass shooting plot at their headquarters.

We’ve been deplatformed, demonetized, and now doxxed by the SPLC. We won’t be intimidated, but we need your help to stay on the frontlines of the culture war. The only reason we’ve been able to survive these kinds of attacks is because we’re mostly reader-funded. And that’s where you come in.

Yes, as you’re bound to’ve grokked by now, the above is from a fundraising email the good folks at the Bee kited me; donation/subscription page is here, for any of y’all CF reprobates, scoundrels, and scalawags who might have a spare shekel or two to throw their way.

From MAGA to MEGA

The Jeddak of Jeddaks gets positively jiggy with it.

Trump’s agenda is not compatible with American decline. Trump wants America to thrive. He wants America to be strong.

Just as a weak country must weaken its allies, a strong country can afford to strengthen them.

This would be a complete break with decades of implicit US foreign policy.

Trump has said repeatedly that he wants Europe to pull its weight in NATO, meeting the 2% GDP threshold that all member states are theoretically expected to fulfill, but which almost none of them actually do. Being a businessman, he frames this in financial terms: why should America pick up the tab for Europe’s defence? Which is certainly an urgent matter, given the disastrous state of America’s national debt. But this has inevitable geopolitical consequences. A remilitarized Europe that can actually defend itself is a Europe that is no longer at the mercy of the American military.

Making Europe Great Again isn’t solely a matter of investing more in European militaries. Such an agenda reaches into everything. Arabs and Africans need to be remigrated, in vast numbers. The rainbow parades need to stop: a continent of prancing sodomites is not a continent that can defend itself. And, of course, the economy must be revived: the overly intrusive regulatory fetters must be peeled off and set on fire, in order to make it possible for Europeans to once again exercise that famous, world-shaking creativity. People talk about “American ingenuity”, and Americans are ingenious, but this is only because Americans are a subspecies of European.

Extending MAGA to MEGA is not a matter of charity. The interconnectivity of the world makes MEGA essential to MAGA, and vice versa. The vampire strategy of ruling by weakening the imperial dependencies a little faster than they weaken the imperial core just results in the whole system getting weaker, which is a problem when your opponents are pursuing the opposite strategy domestically.

MEGA is also domestically important. The people running Europe are loyalists of the US deep state. As one example, the EU has been used as a way for the American deep state to try and do an end run around the US Constitution and reintroduce internet censorship, particularly on X, via the back door: the Eurocrats and their tame courts are quite happy to help them with this. There’s also a symbiotic relationship between Eurocrats and their left-wing American counterpart in the deep state: leftist policies are implemented in European political laboratories, which are subsidized by the American economy; their ‘successes’ are then cited as reason to bring these same policies home to America. If Trump is serious about dismantling his enemies at home, he also needs to crush their allies abroad.

This absolutely magisterial piece is a long ‘un indeed, of which you will most definitely want to read the all, folks.

Question asked

And, hilariously, answered.

For her own part, Mace has plenty to say about this, bless her heart, and says it extremely well too.

Fucking murderous, psychotic freak. One more blast from the esteemed Ms Mace.

As I always say: You GO, girl!

No more business as usual, or else

Endorsed, a million bazillion kajillion percent.

As the scope of the FEMA scandal, wherein supervisory personnel made it written FEMA policy to discriminate against disaster victims based on political affiliation, has spread to being a long-standing and widespread agency practice, it’s time to remind people that such acts are not simply party fouls, but criminal acts under federal law, and that everyone who participated, or knew about but did not intervene to stop the practice, nor report a felonious official policy, up and down the entire FEMA chain of command, should be investigated, arrested, charged, and prosecuted under the above two sections of federal law, and imprisoned for appropriate terms in federal prison, both pour encourger les autres, and because they’re fucking federal criminals who need to spend fifteen years apiece in federal pound-you-in-the-ass prison, just to drive the point home. If that includes a FEMA director or cabinet-level secretary or three, all the better. Make Justice Great Again.

To hell with looking the other way, letting it slide, two-tiered justice, and weaponized government.

Round those bastards up, perp-walk them to jail, lock those motherfuckers up, and prosecute to the fullest extent of federal law, then bathe in the gallons of tears of progtards who will suddenly understand the second part of Fuck Around, and Find Out!

THIS—this right here, right down the fucking line. Elsewhere, Aesop hits another nail dead on the head.

Gabbard and Gaetz are excellent picks by Trump, but if Gaetz hasn’t indicted most of his predecessors and their underlings by next Valentine’s Day, he’s a waste of skin and oxygen.

Yeppers, that’s about the size of it. Since taking office Gaetz has talked the talk pretty well, for which I’ve cited him approvingly here more than just once or twice. But it’ll soon be time to walk the walk; if it turns out he ain’t up to it, as a surprising number of us seem to think, then fuck him for a game of checkers.

Here we go again

Kudos and a big fat “attaboy” to Trump lawyer Mike Davis for putting it straight, no chaser.

Your “Show more” workaround:

“I DARE YOU to try to continue your lawfare against President Trump […] We’re not messing around this time and we will put your fatass in prison for conspiracy against rights.”

This. This right HERE, friends. Puts me in mind of a tasty meme I’ve been sitting on for a while now:

To quote my knuckle-tattoos: BANG, ZOOM!

Alas, there are those out there who will insist that we must “take the high road,” that we “not descend to their level,” all the same old codswallop. Ever wonder why Our Side has been losing to the Enemy for so long we can hardly even remember what winning feels like? Very simple, very easy: because Their Side plays hardball—remorselessly, unapologetically, continually—while Our Side plays soft NO-ball.

Ace offers a somewhat different, more pragmatic take:

For context: I think James started this war of words by claiming she was getting ready to prosecute Trump through is presidency.

Which itself is more evidence that all of her charges are bogus.

Here’s the trouble: Trump seems to be on the verge of the New York Court of Appeals overturning this charge. The judges were extremely skeptical of all aspects of James’ felonious prosecution.

But government paper-pushers protect each other. If the Court feels that Trump is threatening a fellow bureaucrat, they can decline to overturn the charges, or just suspend them until Trump’s out of office.

Yelling and blustering like the drunk guy in a bar feels good but it’s usually not the best strategy.

Don’t get me wrong; I do agree that Tish James is behaving illegally and is using her power to punish a political opponent. And indeed, she admitted as much in her campaign.

And it would be justice to do the same thing to her.

But it’s not wise to threaten her openly as the justices debate the charges. Especially when you’re on the verge of a huge vindication.

If you think liberal justices are going to just say “Well, they’re both doing it, there’s no harm here,” then you have a different understanding of partisan liberal Democrats than I do.

He may have a point, and it may even be a good one. Be that as it may, though, I contend that Davis’s approach is the way to go: hit ’em HARD, hit ‘em often; make ‘em cry, bring the pain down on ’em again and again and again until they beg you to stop. Then hit ‘em again, even harder. Never let up, never show ‘em an ounce of mercy. God forgives; we, on the other hand, do NOT. As Juanny Mav McLame confirmed for us so many times over so many years, treating with them as if they were honorable, decent folks is nothing but a mug’s game.

Contra our ol’ buddy Ace, I think it’s far more likely that the NY Court of Appeals is holding a moistened finger aloft, testing which way the wind is blowing—hence the rumors of abandoning the lawfare campaign against Trump. The reason for this sudden volte-face is patently obvious: FEAR, period fucking dot.

As has always been inevitable, the Left/D卐M☭CRATs/whatever spent the last five-ten years pushing way too far, way too hard, way too fast. Tuesday may have slammed on the pernicious Letitia James’s brakes for the nonce, but the accelerator pedal has assuredly been neither removed nor disconnected.

Trump’s overwhelming landslide victory this week of right ought to be viewed not as just a run-of-the-mill, politics-as-usual “election” win, but as an actual, by-God uprising. That point should be, MUST be, driven home like a stake through a vampire’s heart, so that the Goosesteppin’ Left won’t ever dare forget. Nothing less will suffice.

At the risk of becoming tiresome, I’ll make with the sagacious words of history’s greatest cavalryman Bedford Forrest once again: Get ‘em skeered, and keep the skeer on ‘em. It really is the only way. We try to make nice with the cloven-hoofed devils of the Left at our tremendous peril…a grievous unforced error we will, as usual, very much regret ere the end.

Smash the State

Oh noes, looks like Trump has murdered poor Peanut the Squirrel! You may laugh, but t’ain’t funny, McGee: you know as well as I do that it will be tomorrow morning’s NYT headline, and the subject of the next Kumhaula for ***”pResident”*** ad.

Operative words in this next one: “We complied.” That was your mistake, bud. NEVER comply with the whims of dictators and tyrants.

Happily, the squirrels know the appropriate response to murderous oppression. If only we humans were as intelligent as our furry four-legged friends.

You go, gi…uhhh, squirrels! Via Ed, an explainer for why this seemingly insignificant story really does matter.

In the midst of the decisive election campaign of our lifetimes, why talk about Peanut the Squirrel? Aren’t there more important issues like the polls, turnout, shenanigans, and all the day’s news?

Actually, the Peanut saga is the WHOLE story, in a nutshell.

Yeah, yeah, sorry. Onwards.

Yes, all those things matter. But the story of Peanut matters because it is a microcosm of what we are facing. A nameless, faceless, and merciless bureaucracy with no sense of proportion or empathy can, at a whim, upend people’s lives over what amounts to nothing. It can seize a beloved family pet, the mascot of an organization that does enormous good, just because some nanny-stater decides they don’t approve.

The streets of New York City are filled with criminals and migrants, billions are spent on hotel rooms for illegals, drugs are ravaging our communities, and lawlessness is spreading in ways that degrade our civilization. Those are big problems that are difficult to deal with, so the government turns its Sauron eye to Peanut because it can overwhelm the little guy with no problem.

Improving people’s lives is hard. Killing a squirrel is easy.

And far more satisfying to the kind of miserable parasite you find burrowed deeply into all goobermint bureaucracies, too.

We all get overwhelmed by the enormous challenges we face, but we can all understand the story of a squirrel. In our guts, we know what happened is wrong–what we need to understand is that this is how government works as often as not. The ostensible reason behind the raid and 5-hour squirrel (and raccoon) hunt in a man’s home is that Peanut could have rabies, and rabies control is a government function.

Oh, absolutely! Says so right there in the, um, Constitution. Not that anybody cares about that old thing anymore. Bottom line? Just this.

Fighting rabies in the wild is hard, and it is MUCH easier to euthanize a squirrel that lives indoors and could not possibly have rabies. Eight government employees can waste a day ransacking a man’s house, kill a squirrel, and call it a day without having to do anything that actually makes the public safer. Win!

PREACH it, bruh!

The last word is DOA’s.

“Whatcha gonna do with your head in a noose,” indeed. Although Joey Shithead’s response is “I DON’T KNOOOOW,” I most certainly do: nothing, that’s what.

The Coming Unpleasantness©

Lee Smith uncorks a swing-for-the-fences blast that lands way up in the cheap seats.

Is The Left Preparing For War If Trump Wins?

A: Yes. Yes, they most certainly are—a war that they will start, but that Real Americans have no choice but to win. Onwards.

The propaganda campaign labeling Donald Trump as an aspiring dictator determined to use the military and national security apparatus against his political opponents is designed not to affect the upcoming election but rather to shape the post-election environment. It is the central piece of a narrative that, by characterizing Trump as a tyrant (indeed likening him to Hitler), establishes the conditions for violence — not just another attempt on Trump’s life, but political violence on a massive scale intended to destabilize the country.

As I write in my forthcoming book Disappearing the President, Democratic Party research and media reports show that many senior party officials and operatives are preparing for the possibility of a Trump victory. Accordingly, planning is focused on undermining the incoming president with enough violence to rock his administration. Prominent post-election scenarios forecast such widespread rioting that the newly elected president would be compelled to invoke the Insurrection Act. With some senior military officials refusing to follow Trump’s orders, according to the scenarios, the U.S. Armed Forces would split, leaving America on the edge of the abyss.

By vilifying Trump as a despotic madman who must be stopped before he can commence his reign of terror, the regime’s propaganda apparatus not only slanders Trump but also pre-emptively threatens the reputation, as well as the livelihood and perhaps the liberty, of current military personnel. The point is to push the military against Trump: When the time comes to act, will you stand for democracy or side with a tyrant who sees the military only as an instrument to advance his personal interests?

For instance, last week the Atlantic’s editor-in-chief, Jeffrey Goldberg, quoted former Trump administration officials claiming that the Republican candidate is contemptuous of America’s armed forces and, according to Trump’s former chief of staff, John Kelly, wishes he could command the same respect that Hitler commanded from his general officers.

This is not the first time that Trump has been compared to Hitler or that Kelly, a retired Marine general, turned on his former commander-in-chief. Kelly was the key source for a story published before the 2020 election, also in the Atlantic and also by Jeffrey Goldberg, that alleged Trump had called American WWII soldiers buried in French cemeteries “suckers and losers.”

The veracity of Kelly’s latest revelation that Trump admires Hitler must of course be judged against the fact that he waited five years to disclose it, even if it is unlikely to have much effect on the current election cycle. The military, and veterans of the Global War on Terror in particular, overwhelmingly support the candidate opposed to waging endless and strategically pointless foreign wars. Moreover, Trump has weathered far more damaging fabrications — like the false allegations that he had been compromised by Russian intelligence — that only galvanized support for him.

The purpose of the Hitler narrative is not to alter the electoral preferences of left-wing media audiences already solidly in the anti-Trump column, but rather to justify taking extreme measures against the Republican candidate and the America First movement and ensure that the bulk of the military sides with the anti-Trump plot. Thus, it is best understood in the context of recent accounts promising, or urging, violence after the November vote.

Annnnd bingo, there it all is. You might think of this as a sort of companion-piece to tonight’s Eyrie offering, neither of which you want to miss a single word of. Read both of ‘em in their entirety, and then…just think about it while you’re loading mags.

Opposite Rule, exemplified

This. This. Right. HERE.

Your “See more…” workaround.

They put Bannon in prison.

They put Navarro in prison.

They are trying to bankrupt Gateway Pundit.

They indicted the CFO of Epoch Times.

They are investigating Elon Musk.

They are trying to put Donald Trump in prison.

They are trying to disbar Jeff Clark.

They disbarred John Eastman and debanked him.

They arrested the doctor who blew the whistle that a Texas hospital was illegally performing gender reassignment surgeries on minors.

They indicted and disbarred Rudy Giuliani.

They spied on Catholic Churches.

They put concerned parents who went to school board meetings on the FBI watchlists.

They imprisoned 1500 protestors, most first time nonviolent offenders.

But Donald Trump is going to weaponize the government to go after his enemies?

Kinda says it all, don’t it? As codified in Mike’s Iron Law #462, actually.

Hamas “protester” gets his

Your feel-good video of the day week month year century millennium geological epoch.

And PIIING! Down like the sack of shit he truly is goeth Mr Tough Guy. I’ve watched this one ten times already, and it ain’t ever gonna get old. My only regret is that X won’t let me press the “Like” button eight hundred and fifty bajillion times.

Via Ace, who quips:

Hamas made one enemy too many: This time, they pissed off an LA restaurant owner who, if I understand his words properly, is connected to the “Albanian mob.”

And he doesn’t need the mob for back-up. He’s got Mr. Left and Mr. Right with him at all times.

Heh. In-fucking-DEED. As the late great Charles Bukowski once famously said: the problem with these people is that their cities have never been bombed, their women have never been made slaves, they’ve never known hunger, and (I might add) they’ve never been punched in their silly faces or made to feel truly, deeply afraid.

Can’t stop the steal

Still think Trump/Vance will defeat Kumhaula and Tampon Timmeh the Pillsbury Doughpyrsynz©, do ya? If so, may I ask why, exactly?

North Carolina gives counties affected by Hurricane Helene voting flexibility
Voters in the western part of the battleground state, which was hit hard by the storm, will be able to drop off completed absentee ballots to any county election board.

North Carolina’s election board voted Monday to give residents in the western part of the state, which was hit hardest by Hurricane Helene, greater flexibility to vote by mail and run their elections.

Voters in 13 counties heavily affected by the storm will have more ways to obtain and deliver absentee ballots, while county boards will have more ability to modify their election administration plans. The changes, approved by unanimous vote of the bipartisan board, come 10 days before early voting begins in the battleground state and as mail voting is already underway.

Voters in those counties who want to cast ballots by mail will be able to request and receive them in person until Nov. 4, the day before Election Day, rather than the Tuesday before, under the usual rules. They will also be able to drop off their ballots at any county board of elections in the state or any polling sites in their counties. Previously, voters were limited to dropping absentee ballots off at the board of elections or early voting sites in their counties.

The ballots will be counted if they are received by 7:30 p.m. ET on Election Day.

The emergency provisions will allow county boards, with bipartisan majority votes, to change their early voting hours and schedules if necessary. They will be able to move polling sites as necessary and even move them into other counties if necessary.

Greenfield says it, no fuss, no muss.

Come on, you knew this was coming. Never let a crisis go to waste. Instead of providing immediate aid, the Biden-Harris administration worsened the crisis in North Carolina. Because a crisis justifies setting aside election rules.

While some flexbility makes sense after a natural disaster, this is a formula for flooding the election with unaccountable mail ballots aimed at counties under the firm control of partisan political machines.

Who benefits? That’s a tough one.

Ain’t it, though. Ain’t it just.

Unless and until we get back to One Man, One Paper Ballot, One Day, concluding with purple-inked thumbs before being permitted to exit the polling place—ie, no EZ-Hack electronic voting machines; no Election “Season” nonsense; no mail-ins or early voting except for military personnel stationed overseas; hand-counted in a scrupulously monitored tabulation facility before observers representing all participating political parties; no interruptions, pauses, or breaks until the count is done, however long that may take—it’s all just stuff and nonsense.

Let election-riggers, -tamperers, and -fraudsters caught red-handed at their nefarious jiggery-pokery be indicted, prosecuted, and promptly executed for High Treason, pour encourages les autres. If Real Americans don’t take their national elections seriously enough to nut-up and adopt the aforementioned measures—extreme though they may look to daintier, more squeamish eyes—there can be no real possibility of ever unfucking America’s national “elections,” and the disgraceful traveshamockery will carry on as it presently does.

History lesson

Our boozum chum, frequent commenter, and esteemed CF Lifer hhluce provides us with a real gem of an educational post centering on a Fredrick Douglass speech which includes some enduring words of wisdom which, IIRC, currently live on in our Notable Quotes section at right. hh’s post was good enough that, rather than excerpt and link it here, I decided to just repost in its entirety at my Substack hang as a bonus Eyrie edition. Do check it out, you won’t regret it.

Another red pill, down the hatch

First Megyn Kelly, now Roseanne Barr—where will it all end?

Not a single punch pulled; not a smidgeon of irresolution, timidity, or fence-straddling; every last word of it the raw, unvarnished truth—every point hammered home boisterously, boastfully, ferociously. In the above broad-spectrum diatribe Roseanne exhibits the subtlety of a steam locomotive; the gingerly restraint of a barroom brawl; the soothing delicacy of a stick of TNT, its fuse alight; the biddable diffidence of a fistful of brass knuckles; the careful politesse of a hungry Great White shark slashing through a school of unwary minnows. She is confrontational, not conciliatory. She holds nothing whatsoever back, offering neither mercy nor apology.

Love her or hate her, Roseanne obviously groks certain essential facts, among them:

  • That, whatever they may once have been in the long ago and far away, Leftists can no longer be safely regarded as our friends, our countrymen, or just honest, well-intentioned fellow citizens who, although we may occasionally disagree with them on specific relatively minor issues, remain loyal Americans who share our fundamental beliefs and/or aspirations
  • That, regrettably, tragically, Leftists are now the avowed Enemy of the American nation, Her institutions, Her Founding principles, and Her people
  • That said Enemy is multitudinous, serious, and implacably devoted to the utter destruction of absolutely everything we hold dear

In sum, then, if Real Americans are ever to defeat the perfidious Left, Barr just gave an advanced-level course of instruction in how it must be DONE: not via discussion, not via accommodation, but via bludgeoning—brutal, unstinting, and whole-souled, using any and every weapon ready to hand, be it rhetorical, metaphorical, or physical. Not with a smile, but a snarl. A heart not tender, but hard…and terrible.

Henceforth, any American (so-called) who attempts to flinch from, evade, or ignore these harsh realities confirms himself as unworthy of the very freedom he professes to treasure.

If you are in fact a legit hooman bean desirous of registering yourself a CF user name so as to be able to comment only to find yourself caught up as collateral damage in one of my irregularly (un)scheduled sweeps for hinky registration attempts, please shoot me a kite at the email addy over in the right sidebar and let me know so’s I can get ya fixed up manually.

ALSO NOTE: You MUST use a valid, legit email address in order to successfully register, the new anti-spam software I installed last night requires it. My thanks to Barry for all his help sorting this mess out last night.

Comments appear entirely at the whim of the guy who pays the bills for this site and may be deleted, ridiculed, maliciously edited for purposes of mockery, or otherwise pissed over as he in his capricious fancy sees fit. The CF comments section is pretty free-form and rough and tumble; tolerance level for rowdiness and misbehavior is fairly high here, but is NOT without limit.

Management is under no obligation whatever to allow the comments section to be taken over and ruined by trolls, Leftists, and/or other oxygen thieves, and will take any measures deemed necessary to prevent such. Conduct yourself with the merest modicum of decorum, courtesy, and respect and you'll be fine. Pick pointless squabbles with other commenters, fling provocative personal insults, issue threats, or annoy the host (me) and...you won't.

Should you find yourself sanctioned after running afoul of the CF comments policy as stated and feel you have been wronged, please download and complete the Butthurt Report form below in quadruplicate; retain one copy for your personal records and send the others to the email address posted in the right sidebar.

Please refrain from whining, sniveling, and/or bursting into tears and waving your chubby fists around in frustrated rage, lest you suffer an aneurysm or stroke unnecessarily. Your completed form will be reviewed and your complaint addressed whenever management feels like getting around to it. Thank you.

"There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters."
Daniel Webster

“When I was young I was depressed all the time. But suicide no longer seemed a possibility in my life. At my age there was very little left to kill.”

“A slave is one who waits for someone to come and free him.”

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”
Frank Zappa

“The right of a nation to kill a tyrant in case of necessity can no more be doubted than to hang a robber, or kill a flea.”
John Adams

"It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged."
GK Chesterton

"I predict that the Bush administration will be seen by freedom-wishing Americans a generation or two hence as the hinge on the cell door locking up our freedom. When my children are my age, they will not be free in any recognizably traditional American meaning of the word. I’d tell them to emigrate, but there’s nowhere left to go. I am left with nauseating near-conviction that I am a member of the last generation in the history of the world that is minimally truly free."
Donald Sensing

"The only way to live free is to live unobserved."
Etienne de la Boiete

"History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid."
Dwight D. Eisenhower

"To put it simply, the Left is the stupid and the insane, led by the evil. You can’t persuade the stupid or the insane and you had damn well better fight the evil."

"There is no better way to stamp your power on people than through the dead hand of bureaucracy. You cannot reason with paperwork."
David Black, from Turn Left For Gibraltar

"If the laws of God and men, are therefore of no effect, when the magistracy is left at liberty to break them; and if the lusts of those who are too strong for the tribunals of justice, cannot be otherwise restrained than by sedition, tumults and war, those seditions, tumults and wars, are justified by the laws of God and man."
John Adams

"The limits of tyranny are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."
Frederick Douglass

"Give me the media and I will make of any nation a herd of swine."
Joseph Goebbels

“I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: As government expands, liberty contracts.”
Ronald Reagan

"Ain't no misunderstanding this war. They want to rule us and aim to do it. We aim not to allow it. All there is to it."
NC Reed, from Parno's Peril

"I just want a government that fits in the box it originally came in."
