Further proof, as if any were needed

What does Mike’s Iron Law #873 say? They will NOT stop. They will NEVER stop. They will have to BE stopped. Period fucking dot, end of fucking story.

A New And Predictable Front For Gun Grabbers
Something many of us have been warning about keeps unfolding. While attempts to pass any sort of direct gun bans through Congress have been stymied for a long time and Supreme Court decisions like New York State Rifle & Pistol Association, Inc. v. Bruen have been instrumental in overturning unconstitutional state gun control laws, it is clear that the anti-2A forces are not giving up and are instead increasingly doing an end-around on Congress via lawfare.

Here is the latest effort on the lawfare front…

Families of the children who survived the 2022 Robb Elementary mass shooting and parents of those who died have filed a lawsuit against UPS and FedEx, claiming the shipping companies played a part in the massacre that left two teachers and 19 children dead by transporting the rifle and trigger accessories to the gunman.

The lawsuit, filed in Bexar County last month, seeks a jury trial to determine compensatory and punitive damages. The suit claims that the actions of the shipping company caused the families to “suffer and sustain severe physical, mental, and emotional harm” that has resulted and will continue to result in medical expenses and losses of income throughout their lives.

FedEx delivered the AR-15-style rifle to Oasis Outback, which is where the shooter picked up the firearm, the lawsuit said. UPS sent the Hell-Fire trigger modification, which allows a semiautomatic rifle to shoot at a faster rate of speed, to the shooter.

The lawsuit would seem to be without merit. Both the AR-15 and the trigger modification are perfectly legal products, shipped under tight controls. All firearms shipped in the U.S. must be delivered to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder and those FFLs are subject to strict rules about transfers and are under the oversight of the ATF. Meritless or not, frivolous lawsuits like these might find a sympathetic activist judge and jury who will go along, and even if that doesn’t happen there is an enormous cost to defending a company against lawsuits like this.

While these lawsuits are partly a money grab (the families are also suing Instagram and Activision along with Daniel Defense because the Uvalde shooter played Call of Duty), they are also aimed at shutting down a critical pipeline for gun-owners. It won’t happen with this lawsuit but just as the Firearms Policy Coalition likes to meme, the lawsuit printer runs non-stop, and it works for gun control groups just as much as it does for pro-2A groups like the FPC and GOA.

I keep saying we are in a unique window right now for buying firearms and while most of you presumably already have a bunch, now is the time to make sure you have the right firearms and ammo and accessories. Maybe it is time to upgrade your main rifle or your everyday carry pistol. Perhaps an upgraded trigger? You can always use more magazines. Or spare parts, Big Country did a good post the other day about what bits and bobs you should have for your AR: Needed Some Time Off and What to Have to Service Your Boom-Stick. Point is, don’t take for granted how awesome things are for gun buyers right now, it will not last.

You have been warned. What you do with that warning is your bidness.

That’s about the size of it, yeah. Y’know, sometimes I just can’t help but HATE being proved right all the time.

What Trump is, what D卐M☭CRATs are

TL calls ‘em as we all sees ‘em.

I, along with most of the readers of this blog, might have always known this about the communists in government, might have seen the corruption in the Department of Justice as far back as Ruby Ridge, even further, back to what they called the Prairie Rebellion of the 1970s or the events surrounding the American Indian Movement (AIM). When a government is corrupt, it can take decades to bring that level of understanding to the otherwise unaffected general public. But once you have that watershed moment, that change in understanding, it becomes the new world that will take decades upon decades to reverse.

The Democrats/communists don’t realize how much they’ve given up. They are no longer the party of the people, they’re the party of the freaks, of the BLM and Antifa goons, the party of FBI raids on grandmothers. They’re the party of political, police-state tactics.

The hush money trial turned Trump into a Mandela-like figure and only going to jail will further that image, while, at the same time, they’ve turned Biden into a Stalin-like character, jailing his political opponents. But they’ve done much worse for the image of the United States, that has now lost the moral authority to criticize China, Russia or North Korea. They’ve joined the tribe of the oppressive regimes and made the only way to reverse the trend voting for Trump. Trump won’t imprison his political opponents, because he’s not a communist and doesn’t have to force some ideology down the throats of the majority. He is the majority. What he will have to do, though, is dismantle the DOJ and the FBI, because they’re the facilitators of this fall from grace, they’re the feces on the face of the Statue of Liberty.

Alex Soros, George’s son, said that spreading the “convicted felon” label anywhere and everywhere was the key to winning the election and I hope they do it. Every time I hear them use that moniker, I think to myself: only because of dirty cops, corrupt judges and bought off District Attorneys. That’s who the Democrats are, corrupt, nasty, little communists. The duty of every anti-communists is to point it out, don’t let this watershed moment pass without an uproar.

Some of us out here are doing all we can to see to that, TL. In fact, speaking for myself, being old and crippled, that’s about the only contribution left for me to make, alas. But I damned sure intend to keep on making it, for as long as I possibly can.

Update! Glenn reels off a quip in his signature style.

INSURRECTION: Anti-Israel protesters burn UC Berkeley police vehicle with ‘incendiary device’ in ‘retaliation’ for arrests. Have you noticed that MAGA people don’t “retaliate” for arrests?

There was a time when that would have been considered a virtue, and rightly so—a marker of reasoned restraint, maturity, and politesse. Now, though, I can’t help but wonder if it hasn’t become something of a vice, a strategic weakness in actual fact, one which stands to be our ultimate undoing.

The Donald Trump of Julius Caesars

As promised/threatened earlier: the fall of the Republic, then and now.

Observations During The Late Republic
For the first time in a long time, I have turned back to Roman history. It has been something like 2 decades since I read anything to do with Rome. But, recently, as part of my fitness and general “be strong, not fat” program (on which I shall write more, as well), I am listening to Mike Duncan’s “The History of Rome” podcast. Ironically, I reached Julius Caesar in the last stages of the First Triumvirate just as the Donald Trump “hush money” trial got really interesting.

In the late Roman Republic, Patricians, wealthy Plebians, and successful Generals were often prosecuted for crimes (real and imaginary) after they left office and no longer were protected by the office they held. They were prosecuted by their political enemies, as a general rule of thumb, in order to gain power, prevent the individual from gaining further power, and so forth.

One of the key reasons that Julius Caesar broke Roman law and led his Army across the Rubicon River and into Italy was that he knew that his political enemies were going to prosecute him for crimes they believed he had committed while Consul. Once his 10 year term of Pro-Consul of Cis-Alpine Gaul was complete, they would bring charges against him and then have him exiled or executed. He attempted to negotiate with the Senate for amnesty from prosecution in return for relinquishing command of his Legions, but the Senate refused and ordered him to relinquish command and return to Rome alone.

When Julius Caesar refused, he knew (and said) that the die was cast, meaning that he would have to fight a civil war now. And he led his legions into Italy, which ultimately ended the Republic.

If you think this isn’t what we see happening right now in America, you don’t understand that history and how it is repeating itself.

I think it safe to say that, in Amerika v2.0, there are a great many historical parallels that aren’t understood—or even known, for that matter—by a great many people. And should you try to explain it to them, they’ll either

  • Stuff their fingers into their ears and ignore you completely
  • Accuse you of the Hate Crime of Mansplaining, call the cops, and demand you be arrested, which the cops will assuredly do
  • Physically assault you for your intolerable defense of the hated Patriarchy
  • Call you a damned liar
  • Run away to the nearest officially-licensed Safe Space, having been Triggered by your Violent© act of oppression, bigotry, and Literal Genocide

Those, among other unpleasant possibilities.

Moar Verdict fallout

Leave it to the ever-brilliant CatTurd to hit the Vichy GOpers with it like a brickbat to the kisser. It’s another damnable “Read more…” Tweet, so I’ll just skip the embedding and cut straight to the transcription chase.

Catturd ™

@catturd2

Dear Republican Party

@GOP

 …

I don’t want to hear another damn word about Ukraine.

I don’t want to hear another damn word about Israel.

I don’t want to hear another damn word about GAZA.

I don’t want to hear another damn word about Taiwan.

I don’t want to hear another damn word about any other country except the USA, you America-last war pigs.

The fascist Democrat Party has completely destroyed our country from within, we have a wide open border, and they’re shitting on the Constitution while you spineless, coward losers get rich on insider trading, rage tweet, and talk about your “principles.”

They’re literally arresting their political opponents and their lawyers and having kangaroo communists show trials – and you pitiful, worthless losers are doing absolutely nothing.

If you don’t have balls to fight for freedom – RESIGN!!!

At this late date, there’s little if any point to wagging my fingers in anybody’s face concerning the fact that the GOPe’s notorious unwillingness to show fight isn’t due to any lack of balls, but to the fact that they’re actually complicit. No matter; CatTurd’s general sentiment here remains valid, and the point is still worth making. Updates to follow…

Update! Our blog-bud Aesop brings the pain, bruise, and agony (to quote the inimitable American Dream, Dusty Rhodes) perfectly.

The meaning of today’s verdict is actually quite simple:

The Democrat Party hereby announces that they have formally seceded from the United States Of America.

This announcement, therefore, makes them nothing less, at best, than seditious criminals and rebellious traitors, and as such, liable to hanging or shooting on sight, wherever and whenever found, top to bottom, and coast to coast.

The only open question is not any longer whether there will be an open, shooting civil war, but when it will commence being a range with the firing line fully open in both directions.

That’s not an incitement to anyone, nor intended as any such thing; it’s merely a statement of facts.

Whether the nation rises up as one and purges the rot, or doesn’t, there is an immutable Truth smacking us all in the face:

America That Once Was Is

ABSOLUTELY IRRETRIEVABLY OVER.

It didn’t die of natural causes.

The Democratic Party Killed It.

All that remains to be seen, from now going forward, is whether We, the People, have the stones to hold them and their members accountable for the murder, round them up, and begin the mass hangings or shootings on sight such a calculated and treasonous criminal act demands.

If not, this was the moment when we began our irreversible slide into being Amerizuela, with all the trimmings, for years to decades.

Absitively, posolutely, indubitably so. You don’t have to like it, and when it comes right down to the nut-cutting, you really, really shouldn’t. You DO have to admit the inescapable truth of it, and disport yourselves accordingly.

And speaking of the Best Dressed Man in Wrestling, well, what the hey.

Y’know, I watched Dusty wrestle for years until his retirement from the ring, whereupon he joined Mean Gene Okerlund in the WCW broadcast booth as a blow-by-blow announcer, and I swear I think he was actually more entertaining on the mic than he was in the squared circle. Which, y’know, is really saying something.

Updated update! Don Surber, too, knows the score.

Of course they will send him to prison
Of course they convicted him. There is no justice in New York City. The Mafia proved that a century ago when it bought off the judges. The corruption runs deep and putrid in the city that never sleeps. Alvin the Chipmunk Bragg ran for prosecutor on a platform of letting criminals run rampant and bringing Donald Trump down. No one should be surprised by the 34 cries of guilty by a jury of liberal sheep.

New Yorkers love living in swill. They brag about their swill city and its diversity and rightly so.

There are black victims of violent crime. There are white victims of violent crime. There are Asian victims of violent crime. There are Hispanic victims of violent crime. There are Jewish victims of violent crime.

New Yorkers laugh and mock the victims because the city sides with the bad guys. Criminals no longer have to post bail. Businessmen who take out loans and repay them with interest, however, must post millions of dollars in bond to appeal a ridiculous verdict.

The clean and relatively crime-free city that Rudy Giuliani bequeathed to New Yorkers has gone back to rot.

New Yorkers are responsible for this. This is the life they chose. They elect the corrupt and communistic.

Judge Juan Merchan does their bidding because most New Yorkers hate decency and they hate the rule of law. This is a city that honors a career criminal and drug addict — George Floyd — while making the author of the Declaration of Independence a pariah.

All perfectly true and accurate, no argument to make from here, as far as it goes. Unfortunately, it’s worse than that though: nowadays, it applies not just to NYC alone, Don. Not by a long yard, it don’t. Surber waxes even more depressingly prophetic from there, before finally collapsing in an exhausted heap on the old reliable standby. To wit:

Judge Merchan deliberately gave Trump a trial riddled with errors that demand an appellate court to overturn him.

That won’t happen because everyone knows John Roberts is a pawn of the deep state and the trio of justices that Trump appointed to the high court fear the mob will go after their kids and their loved ones. That fear is well-founded. Why would a lower appellate court even take the case on?

Judge Merchan will put Trump in prison. He has to or the DNC’s checks to his daughter won’t clear the bank.

The state will proceed to confiscate all of Trump’s property — including Mar-a-Lago which will trigger a decades-long legal battle between Florida and New York, which will end when Floridians foolishly elect a Democrat governor.

The only hope the nation has left is to elect Trump president on November 5.

Dude, SRSLY?!? All the power, all the Überstadt muscle being flexed, the unabashed, in-your-face lawlessness and brazen criminality, extending from the Oval Office all the way down to the most benighted, semi-sentient shitlib NYC juror—yet somehow, some way, you think Trump is going to win the next sure-to-be-rigged “election”? Sorry—agreeable though it is to idly imagine, I still just can’t quite see it happening; as comforting fantasies go, it’s the pure, the blushful Hoppocrene. If that truly IS the only hope we have left, then in practical terms we have no hope at all.

Update to the updated update! It occurs to me that, even now, “What next?” is the wrong question. What Real Americans need to be asking themselves (and each other) is, “Okay, what the hell are we gonna do about this shit?” Think proactive, not reactive, people. Although defense might sometimes forestall defeat, it’s offense that wins the game. That mindset has been axiomatic with every great football coach since Vince Lombardi, every great general since at least George Patton.

One of the primary reasons the Confederacy’s Robert E Lee believed deep in his soul that his breakaway nation was foredoomed to ultimate defeat was the various cold, implacable realities that forced him and his boss President Jeff Davis to adopt the strategic defensive, rather than the offensive they both greatly preferred. The two great men discussed this very issue many times over the course of the war; neither of them was happy about it, but they never managed to find a way around their dilemna.

The Verdict, Part the Second

What the hell, there’s plenty left to say yet about today’s traveshamockery, so let’s go ahead and start a new post for all that. First off, Sean Davis says he ain’t playing no more.

The part below the “Read more” PITA is worth including, I think.

There’s only one way to deal with nuclear war, which is what Democrats have unleashed, and that is mutually assured destruction. Democrats declared war on our entire system of justice and the rule of law, and our only options are victory or defeat. I intend to win. Do you?

We’ll find out soon enough, I suppose. Sean followed up with a most excellent idear.

Oh HELL yeah! This needs to happen so bad I just…can’t…EVEN. So howzabout it then, Gov Abbott? Wanna kneecap your home-state (and elsewhere) detractors who insist that you’re a fake, phony fraud, a squish who only pretends to be a solid defend-the-borders man for the TeeWee cameras? Sic AG Paxton, who in fact IS a real-deal Texas pit bull, on Bribem and Lavrenti Garland and just watch your poll numbers soar. Oh, and speaking of Paxton…

‘He’s Very Talented’: Trump Floats Texas AG Ken Paxton As US Attorney General
Donald Trump has floated the possibility of nominating Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton to be U.S. Attorney General if he wins the presidency in November.

Speaking with a local television station at the NRA conference in Dallas over the weekend, Trump was asked whether he would consider Paxton for the role.

“I would, actually,” Trump responded. “He’s very, very talented. I mean, we have a lot of people that want that one and will be very good at it. But he’s a very talented guy.”

“I fought for him when he had the difficulty and we won,” he continued. “He had some people really after him, and I thought it was really unfair.”

Paxton has long been a steadfast ally of Trump, having previously launched legal challenges against the 2020 presidential election results in four key states. He was also present at the “Stop The Steal” rally that took place before the January 6th Capitol protests.

Trump, meanwhile, endorsed Paxton’s reelection campaign in 2022, describing him as someone who “advances America First policies in order to Make America Great Again.”

Huh. Somehow this story escaped my notice when it first went up a week ago, even though Red State is one of my regular blogfodder-trolling spots. But I have to say, I definitely dig the idea. Not that “convicted felon” Donald Trump (get used to it, there’ll be no escaping the lurid canard from now on) has a snowball’s chance of regaining the forever-tainted “pResidency,” natch. However, a threatened Paxton appointment sounds great just the same, if only as a ruse to make the wee shitlib tykes cwy their widdle eyes out fwom fwight.

From another “What’s next…?” article, I find this extremely amusing.

If you thought this country was divided before, we could likely see upheaval like never before. With many seeing this trial as politically motivated by the left to take him off the ballot, what happens next?

First off, he can still run for president.

The Constitution states a candidate must be at least 35 years old, a natural-born U.S. citizen, and a resident in the country for at least 14 years. There is nothing noted about criminal charges.

Can he pardon himself?

No. Because it is a state conviction, he will not be able to pardon himself as president. Presidents only have jurisdiction over federal convictions.

Can any state take him off the ballot?

They did try, but no. The 14th Amendment, which was passed after the Civil War, states that no one who has participated in an insurrection may run for the presidency. While some states have tried to claim this against Trump regarding Jan. 6th, they have been unsuccessful in proving it. He will still be on the ballot, as long as he is the Republican nominee.

How can he serve as president if he is also serving a criminal sentence?

It is expected that due to his age and this being his first conviction, he will not serve prison time. He may be given probation, which would mean he would have to ask permission every time he leaves the state of New York. If sentenced to time in prison, which would undoubtedly be frowned upon as a politically motivated move, he could still actually legally serve as president from behind bars. (Can you believe I just said those words?)

Hey, Marg, in Amerika v2.0 that’s just another example of the sort of thing we’re ALL gonna have to get used to, alas. At least, unless/until Real Americans finally r’are up on their hind legs and smite the ever-lovin’ blue-eyed SHIT out of these scrofulous shitweasels, at any rate—so punishingly that it leaves ‘em too damned scared to open their mouths in public ever again, not even to breathe.

Meanwhile, another of the repulsive nuggets of wormy, slime-encrusted squirrel dung behind the lawless persecution of Trump seems mighty proud of his despicable self.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg spoke to reporters Thursday evening after guilty verdicts were handed down against former president Donald Trump, attempting to cast himself as a statesman who went after a corrupt, seemingly untouchable politician and, despite all temptations to act in a biased manner, worked with the people in his office to honorably carry out their duty. “I was just doing my job,” he says.

I want to thank this phenomenal prosecution team, embodying the finest traditions of this office: professionalism, integrity, dedication, and service. They are model public servants, and I am proud and humbled to serve side-by-side with them.

An even more insulting and provocative assertion from Bragg in his short press conference was this:

And while this defendant may be unlike any other in American history…we arrived at this trial and ultimately today at this verdict in the same manner as every other case that comes through the courtroom doors: by following the facts and the law and by doing so without fear or favor.

That’s just simply not the case. This prosecution was planned for years, and if Alvin Bragg was prosecuting all cases in which a political candidate or their attorney entered into a paid non-disclosure agreement with someone who had negative information about them, well, there would be lots of Democrats under indictment right now. Perhaps Bragg can next look into the 51 people who signed the letter declaring the laptop the U.S. Department of Justice has now confirmed as belonging to Hunter Biden as “Russian disinformation” in the lead-up to the 2020 presidential election – and those who orchestrated its composition – and see what positions they were promised in a potential Biden administration or other monetary or professional benefits they were promised/given in exchange for their advocacy?

PRO TIP: Don’t let’s anybody be holding their breath, ‘kay? Get him: “without fear or favor,” yet. Be sure to add the scoundrel Bragg to the list—with berobed blaggard “Judge” Mechan—of Korrupt Kourtroom Demo-Klowns who, in a better, more just world, would’ve been hanged by the neck until dead, dead, DEAD months ago.

Kelly’s hot streak continues

Megyn Kelly looks better than ever: beautiful, unflappable, and self-assured. She’s doing her own thing her own way as host of her independent SiriusXM show, and damned if she ain’t kicking ass and taking names too. You go, girl! This time out, it’s dissembling shitlib sad-sack Bill Maher—who I freely admit does get something right once in a rare while—with his (turkey) neck on MK’s chopping block.

Megyn Kelly Brutally Fact Checks Bill Maher’s Left Wing Talking Points to His Face
For a while now, I’ve been willing to give left-wing comedian Bill Maher a lot of credit when he criticizes the radical left. He’s challenged left-wing orthodoxy enough that it’s actually newsworthy and important when he does. But at heart, he’s still a leftist who, as he proved in an appearance on “The Megyn Kelly Show” on SiriusXM on Tuesday, still lets his rabid anti-Trumpism cloud his judgment.

During the show, while talking about the 2024 election and the choice between Biden and Trump, Maher argued that “you have to respect who wins an election or else you don’t have the kind of country we’ve always had before.”

To which Kelly pointed out, “Hillary Clinton, of course, is the original election denier. I’m sure you voted for her in ’16.”

“Well, she’s not an election denier,” Maher insisted.

“She absolutely was the OG election denier,” Kelly retorted.

“First of all, she came out before the sun had risen to concede the election to Trump,” Maher pushed back, as if that matters.

“And then spent the next four years saying he was illegitimate, he was an illegitimate president,” Kelly pointed out.

“Okay, well, first of all, she didn’t say he was an illegitimate,” Maher claimed.

“Yes, she did,”

“Tell me exactly what she said,” Maher challenged.

“She said those exact words repeatedly.”

Megyn Kelly, is, of course correct.

Which Miz Megyn proved without further ado, via running a video montage of Her Herness!!!™ saying/doing exactly what Kelly said she did. Maher being Maher, he continued to waffle, weasel, and worm around weakly for another few seconds, splitting any available semantic hair he thought Megyn might let him get away with while his interlocutor blandly affixed the latest scalp to her battle-belt. Poor, luckless Maher’s ordeal only got worse from there, with Megyn savagely eviscerating him on a new topic, leaving him sweaty, flushed, and plainly wishing he was anywhere else by the end of the festivities. Watch the vid; mere text just doesn’t do it justice.

I like her, I must say; like good bourbon, she only improves with age, and seems to have really come into her own of late. It’s a damned shame about her pointless (and apparently ongoing) kerfuffle with Trump in 2015, but hey, whatchagonnado, I suppose. I could be all wet, and probably am, but it looks to me as if Trump gets a kick out of baiting Kelly now and again, almost like he’s doing it for his own entertainment. Certainly, there’s no shortage of fat, juicy shitlib targets I’d prefer to see him go after, instead of burning ammo taking potshots towards the Right.

Then again, he’s done that all along; what the hey, Trump’s gonna Trump. Too, it’s not as if Kelly hasn’t gotten a few things back-asswards and wrong herself, although to the best of my knowledge she promptly acknowledges and corrects the error once the lightbulb has finally clicked on—which, as a journalist, is no more nor less than her professional obligation, any personal scruples aside. All just part of the process, I reckon. Trump would be punching far below his weight in going after a trifling anklebiter like Bill Maher, granted. But that in no way suggests that Kelly’s skillful smackdown wasn’t worthwhile.

2

OH NO, NOT THAT!

Well, that does it, folks, we’ve no choice now but to give ‘em whatever they want. With this announcement, we Climate Deniers are well and truly done.

Um, okay, who wants to tell these two smug, unappealing termegants? Because to be perfectly honest about it, I wouldn’t throw so much as a three-stroke hump, pump, ’n’ dump into either the sloppy, sag-bellied she-manatee on the left or the withered, leather-snootched corpsicle at right on a fucking bet. Not if they were the last two human females on Earth, I was 16 and kneewalking drunk at last call on Saturday night, horny as a two-peckered billy goat, and desperate enough to fuck mud. Not even with Divemedic’s dick and Big Country pushing, I wouldn’t.

Lock up the nookie jar if you want, “ladies,” it ain’t gonna harelip me none, I’m afraid. Whatever it is you think you’re peddling, there is NO market for it over here. Compared to these two godawful crones, Mother Thumb and her four daughters look like the hottest date imaginable.

“Pussy boycott?” By all means, please, please do; have a heart, don’t make us beg you to. For the second time this week, the story of Br’er Rabbitt and the briar patch springs immediately to mind.

I did enjoy this response:

Heh. Yep, agreed.

As the clock ticks

Criminal malfeasance, plain as day and beyond debate.

‘FBI Kept PUSHING’: Damning Thread Shows Just How Involved the FBI Really WAS in Plot to ‘Fednap’ Whitmer
As the country is a hot mess of horrible in more ways than one under the current leadership, it’s easy for things to sort of fall off your radar. Take for example, the FEDnapping hoax aka a so-called plot from a Michigan milita to kidnap Gretchen Whi(t)mer.

You guys remember that, yes? When a militia was somehow inspired by Trump or white supremacy or something to try and kidnap GRETCH?

Yeah, it sounds stupid when you see it like that but…it was real.

A real hoax, that is.

Follows, a crapton of Tweets laying out the nefarious FederalGovCo plot in detail, after which a seriously flabbergasted Sam J sarcastically quips:

We honestly don’t even know what to say at this point.

Wow.

But you know, we’re not supposed to even talk about the possibility of FBI agents fueling what happened on January 6th.

Ahem.

InfuckingDEED, girl. Not supposed to? Not allowed to, more like, don’t even dare to at that, on pain of consequences most dire as punishment for our appalling impudence.

Hey, when your new puppy piddles on the rug, you gotta give him a swat with a rolled-up newspaper, scold him with a sharpish “NO!” in your best command-voice, rub his nose in his own mess, and chuck his unruly ass outside for a while, amIright? Unsettling as it can sometimes be for you, now and then you must be stern with the cute little rascal, or else he won’t ever be properly housetrained, amIright?

Every dog owner knows that instilling discipline is something dogs need, really; it’s good for them, in all sorts of ways. When you get right down to it, you owe the pup that, it’s your duty to him as Supreme Master of the house. Fulfill that duty and your home will be a happy one, a place of refuge and comfort, all who shelter within its walls safe, secure, and content. Be derelict in said duty, and your home…well, suffice it to say that it won’t be.

And that’s precisely how our exalted lords and masters regard us unmannerly, grimy, grunting Serf Class oafs: as untrained puppies badly in need of corrective instruction in knowing our place, obedience, and unquestioning fealty to our betters. Contra what I said the other night about noblesse oblige being dead and long gone, it actually isn’t; it lives on in Ruling Class hearts and minds, although they don’t consciously know that, and wouldn’t acknowledge its ongoing influence if they did.

It’s just that today, noblesse oblige applies in a slightly different way, in a differently-structured society whose lowly subjects have long since forsaken their philosophical orientation towards the Founding principles of ordered liberty, the rule of law by consent of the governed, individual self-determination, and strictly limited government, shifting the culture towards their exact opposites. A Leftist-driven cultural shift, mind, one that breathed new life into the tenaciously non-extinct corpus of the old noblesse oblige, from a national polity that had once strenuously objected to such a grotesque relic from the Dark Age days of Kings, Queens, and the far-flung colonial empires whose enslaved aboriginals they cruelly exploited and abused, when they weren’t outright exterminating the poor dears for sport.

Ace asks a silly question:

So when do these FBI agents go on trial for conspiracy to commit kidnapping?

Oh, we all know the answer to that one, I’m afraid. At the risk of sounding like the proverbial broken record, I’ll point out yet again that at this late stage of the game, there’s but one burning question left to answer. It’s a daunting question, a painful question, in all honesty a truly terrifying one. Nevertheless, the awful thing sits there staring every Real American straight in the face…waiting. Sooner or later, one way or another, for good or for ill, it WILL be answered; dodging, delaying, or deluding ourselves that the question is neither pressing nor all that important provides a de facto answer in and of itself, a most condemnatory one—the very answer our oppressors are relying on us to give, smugly assuming that, in our cowardice, dependence, and decadent self-absorption, we have no other viable choice.

May God have mercy on us if that calumnious assumption proves to be correct.

Get in their punk-ass faces, punch back twice as hard

Reynolds pens one hell of a fine article extolling the multifarious virtues of pushing back.

Pushback Works
Campus political violence and the moral and practical aspects of resistance.

Pushback works.

That’s the lesson of the pro-Hamas protests on college campuses, and the reaction to them. It’s a lesson that many of us need to take to heart.

With support from lefty foundations and NGOs, and training from professional leftists activists, pro-Hamas encampments were established at campuses all across America. Libraries were the victim of rampages, Jewish students literally wound up hiding in attics, were assaulted, and were taunted and greeted with chants of “go back to Poland.” “Checkpoints” manned by Hamas sympathizers barred Jewish students, or anyone who wouldn’t renounce “Zionism,” from some parts of campus. American flags were torn down and replaced with Palestinian flags. It looked as if the protesters had the momentum, as university administrations responded supinely. And then, something happened.

People fought back. Mostly fraternity guys, who in this season have become the defenders of Western civilization.

For decades, of course, leftist mobs on campus have run wild without much pushback. Their threats and destruction have been excused as just a “passion for justice” or some such twaddle. While university administrators demand exquisite sensitivity to the feelings of favored groups, everyone else is told to just put up with lefty excesses.

But a funny thing happened: When people started pushing back, suddenly the administrators got some backbone.

To be fair, the pushback hasn’t just been from frat guys. There had been pressure from donors sufficient to get some university presidents fired, but when it came to getting the encampments moved off campus, it was the on-campus resistance that did it.

The fact is, if nobody resists, most people will go with the flow even if they don’t like it. And administrators won’t lift a finger to protect unpopular minorities from one-sided violence. But as soon as the violence becomes two-sided, they fear expanding disorder and act to bring things under control. When you’re being assaulted and terrorized, that’s your problem. When you fight back, you make it everybody’s problem, and the authorities are under pressure to act.

Annnnnd bingo, there it is. Lesson driven home with a high-powered nailgun: when you just lie back and put up with being abused, said abuse will not only continue, but escalate. When you step up and demonstrate firmly that you will NOT put up with it but will retaliate, you have taken responsibility for your own defense, thereby affirming your own self-respect and demonstrating that you are not anybody they want to mess with, which are the first crucial steps towards ending the abuse. Period fucking dot.

Via Ace, it’s not as if these cringing, posturing pussyfarts are gonna do anything but whine about it anyhow, so pushing back is definitely worth a shot.

Be sure to watch the vid in its entirety, lest you miss the deliciously satisfying conclusion wherein the faggoty-ass little bitch goes mewling at a wholly indifferent pair of campus cops about not “protecting” him, piteously blubbing “what am I paying taxes for” while they glower at him with palpable contempt. As if he’d ever actually paid a nickel in taxes in his entire worthless life. That’s for Mummy and Daddykins to do, y’unnerstand. “Maggot” is certainly the mot juste for these pustulent little crawly things.

Kristi, we hardly knew ye!

It’s a damnable shame, I had such high hopes for her up till now. Alas, no longer, although I suppose there’s still barely a ghost of a glimmer of a slim snowball’s shadow of an outside chance that she’s just the latest victim of yet another shitlib con/hit job, career-destroying words put into her mouth by shady malefactors while she wasn’t paying close enough attention. I certainly wouldn’t bet money I couldn’t afford to lose on it, but it’s just possible. Just. Maybe. I guess.

“Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but nobody wants to lift no heavy-ass weights.” – Ronnie Coleman

Writing an interesting and engaging article often requires a significant amount of time and energy.

Writing an entire book, especially one that is insightful and captivating, is truly an incredible accomplishment, because it requires SO MUCH WORK AND TIME to complete the mission.

In the political publishing industry, however, the top “authors” have gamed the system entirely. The entire genre is a fraudulent mess of epic proportions.

I’m only 34, but I’ve been in the media and publishing space for quite some time, having written for pretty much every major right of center publication you could think of. I have no idea how long this massive grift has been occurring, but I can assure you it’s been going on for decades.

One such high profile example of political ghostwriting dates back to 1956, with Profiles In Courage, the 1956 volume that helped to establish the intellectual and political bonafides of John F. Kennedy.

Now, there has been a noticeable distinction between how “insiders” and “outsiders” have interpreted the flaming dumpster fire that is the publicity tour related to South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s upcoming book. The general public seems confused about the idea that Noem seemingly didn’t know about so many things that were in *her own book*.

From stories of psychopathically mass-shooting her animals to concocted tales of talking tough to Kim Jong Un, Noem’s answers for her claimed antics, and the repeated falsehoods claimed under her namesake, have gone from bad to worse.

It’s a given that many of us in the space already wrote off the idea Noem would write any of her own book. But she has taken the laziness of politician “publishing” to new heights. She apparently didn’t proofread any of her book either, despite narrating the audiobook. Given the historic botch job, I’m glad that the public is starting to ask more questions about this incredibly sketchy operation.

The Kristi Noem saga has exposed an open secret about the political publishing industry: a tiny percentage of “authors” in the space write their own books. And those real authors are often smothered by fake authors with a machine in place to promote their fake autobiographies, which take time and opportunity away from those who have put in the work.

For politicians, I would estimate that maybe 1 percent write their own books. Some spend occasional time with their ghostwriter in order to best express their personality and ideas. Others, like Noem, just mail it in entirely, and have the ghostwriter rely upon public material from speeches and appearances.

Yeah, well, it’s kinda hard to decide which of the two likely scenarios is worse: that she neither wrote NOR read the thing and is therefore blissfully unaware of the kind of bizarre, godawful stories related therein, or *shudder* that she IS aware of them, because they’re, y’know, TRUE and ACCURATE, and she sees nothing wrong with the material, is perfectly comfortable with it, and frankly just can’t understand what all the uproar is about.

I admit I didn’t know a whole heck of a lot about Da Guv before all this, but what little I did know I liked; excepting a few decisions on which she arguably screwed the pooch, her heart during her tenure as Governor has seemed for the most part to be in the right place, Constitutionally-speaking. After getting off on exactly the wrong foot initially, her flat refusal later to exercise dictatorial power over her constituents during the FauxVid psyop/trial run, further fleshed out by some admirably thoughtful, high-minded, and rare-as-hen’s-teeth perorations explicating the specific limits on what she was and was not empowered to do as the Governor of a sovereign State under the US Constitution, I found extremely appealing.

Tough; capable; feisty; determined; far and away the most breathtakingly attractive politician (in the strictly physical sense, which I know I’m not allowed to either notice or mention right out loud, but hey, fuck all y’all) in America today, male or female—Kristi Noem seemed to have the Right Stuff, veritable bucketloads of it. By every indication well on the way to solid renown, respect, and success as a national political figure, all she really had to do was simply not fuck up. Sadly, after this needless, self-inflicted kill shot, I preminisce no return to the salad days for poor Mrs Noem. Stick a fork in her, she is well and truly done. If the woman is as reckless, clueless, weird, and just plain D-M-U-B dumb as this spectacular crash ’n’ burn suggests, could be we dodged a bullet with her. Which makes the Great Noem Flameout of ’24 an occasion not for sadness over what might have been, but for a heavy sigh of relief for being spared in the nick of time.

Put-up job

Waitwaitwait, you mean to tell me that the whole thing was all just a DO(I)J swindle all along?!? That Meinherr Garland’s DO(I)J really, truly is as marrow-deep corrupt and partisan-politicized as some of us have been insisting for years? Why, I can’t believe it. I WON’T believe it.

The DOJ’s Doctored Crime Scene Photo of Mar-a-Lago Raid
New disclosures in Special Counsel Jack Smith’s espionage case against Donald Trump reveal the FBI tampered with evidence to create the infamous photo–and DOJ has lied about it for nearly two years.

It is the picture that launched a thousand pearl-clutching articles.

A few weeks after the armed FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago in August 2022, the Department of Justice released a stunning photograph depicting alleged contraband seized from Donald Trump’s Palm Beach estate that day; the image showed colored sheets representing scary classification levels attached to files purportedly discovered in Trump’s private office.

Included as a government exhibit to oppose Trump’s lawsuit requesting a special master to vet the 13,000 items taken from his residence, the crime scene pic immediately went viral—just as Attorney General Merrick Garland, who authorized the unprecedented raid, intended.

At the time, even regime-friendly mouthpieces questioned the need and optics of the raid; the photo helped juice the DOJ’s justification for the storming of Trump’s castle.

“[The] question of whether Trump had classified material with him at his Mar-a-Lago resort has captured the public’s attention. The photo published by the government appears to answer that question quite affirmatively,” Washington Post resident fact checker Philip Bump wrote on August 31, 2022.

Yeah, well, y’know, the Washington Post. That would of course be the longtime regime house organ Washington Post, after all. Fake News doesn’t come any more Fake Newsier than them. Onwards.

Some of Bump’s colleagues were more hyperbolic. An ex-CIA officer told ABC News the cover sheets indicated the highest level of secrecy, which in the wrong hands could have resulted in murder. “People’s lives are truly at stake. Without being melodramatic, anything that helps an adversary identify a human source means life and death,” intelligence expert Douglas London melodramatically warned in reaction to the photo.

The New York Times insisted the photo was consistent with how the FBI handles criminal investigations. “[It] is standard practice for the F.B.I. to take evidentiary pictures of materials recovered in a search to ensure that items are properly cataloged and accounted for. Files or documents are not tossed around randomly, even though they might appear that way; they are usually splayed out so they can be separately identified by their markings,” reporters Glenn Thrush and Adam Goldman wrote on August 31, 2022.

Except…that is not what happened.

And it most certainly wasn’t, as the article goes on from there to detail. Highest possible kudos for the indespensible Julie Kelly for yet another marvelous real-journalistic coup de main. The woman is like a fucking machine.

Kid, you don’t even KNOW from violence

And that’s too bad as far as I’m concerned, because she could really, really use a crash course in it.

I’m a student who was arrested at a Columbia protest. I am not a hero, nor am I a villain.
New York Mayor Eric Adams has said that there were no incidents of violence. That’s not true.

Yeah, whyn’tcha eat a whole bag of dicks there,  Bimbelina. To my way of thinking, the violence hasn’t started until the nightsticks have come out.

Tuesday night, two dozen Columbia University students linked arms in front of the student-occupied Hamilton Hall at dusk. I was one of them.

We sang with broken yet mighty voices, “Your people are my people, your people are mine; your people are my people, our struggles align.” We were a group of activists of differing faiths and none, friends and strangers united, linking arms with one another and, in spirit, with the generations of courageous students who came before us. Electricity crackled through the air from the growing protests echoing just beyond the university gates – gates I had just moments ago slipped through and sprinted from like a bat out of hell.

We knew we were likely to be arrested for being on campus despite the university-mandated shelter-in-place order, but chose we to run into the fire anyway.

As a human chain, draped in keffiyehs and shaking like leaves in the autumn wind, we sang with hushed tones and breathed deeply as hundreds of New York police officers armed with flash grenades and pepper spray marched toward us like a military parade.

As they approached from multiple directions, we sang with frail and cracking voices, “This love that I have, the world didn’t give it to me; the world didn’t give it, the world can’t take it away,” as officers threatened student journalists with arrest, presumably to ensure minimal coverage of the aggression they were about to exert.

Students in dorms craned their necks and shakily stretched their iPhones out windows to observe the impending attack.

We clung tighter to one another as they approached us, and seized us like rag dolls and slammed us into the hallowed ground of brick and concrete. But unlike rag dolls, we bleed, we crack, we bruise, we feel.

Police at Columbia were anything but professional

Once dispersed, I held my hands up to show I was neither resisting nor armed. In response, I was handled brutally by police alongside other students being shoved down concrete steps saying with shameless condescension, “Watch your step.” We were arrested, bound and shuttled down to 1 Police Plaza, where the New York Police Department had a pizza party prepared for arresting officers.

They threw us in cells like animals – cells where the only toilets women could use lacked any privacy and where our naked bodies were in plain sight to throngs of male officers.

Aw, poor widdle dawlin’. Ain’t much fun being in the slam, huh? And bad as jail is, even that isn’t a patch on actual, y’know, prison. Later in the article, this deluded, pig-ign’ant young ‘un manages to come off as at least somewhat reasonable, if still ignorant, blind, and historically illiterate.

On Saturday, I hosted a Passover Seder at my cramped Manhattan apartment for many of my closest friends. Representing many faiths and none, we broke bread together and celebrated the Jewish liberation from slavery and a broken, unjust system of oppression.

On Tuesday I was shackled and arrested as part of the campus movement that many in the news media are calling “antisemitic.” It isn’t.

Critically, our fellow Jewish students are not the villains in this story. They are our friends, our family, our blood, our fellow foot soldiers. Like us, they bleed, they crack, they bruise, they feel. At no point have the student organizers called for or promoted violence against our Jewish brothers and sisters. We are calling to end the violence and genocide against our Palestinian brothers and sisters.

“Genocide,” yet. “Genocide,” yet AGAIN. Know who really IS calling for genocide—truly, literally, and without embarrassment or hesitation—means every word they say when they do, and has tried over and over again to get the genocide ball a-rolling? Three guesses, first two don’t count.

I realize you’re severely handicapped in your quest for knowledge by not having any non-Lefty-idjit teachers to ask about it; being surrounded by ideologically-rigid, obstinate clods wearing the mask of “educators” at your overrated Leftybaby factory makes it a tough row for any sincere, open-minded knowledge-seeker to hoe. But I beg, don’t let that stop you. Cast off the shackles of arrogance-in-ignorance native to callow youth; stop the sob-sister whining when your criminal actions bring consequences you are in no way prepared to shoulder; and, as Minor Threat suggests in the song “12XU,” flex your head.

Trust me, girl, you’ll be a much better person for it. No easy, obvious path is ever worth following, likewise an angry, destructive mob.

Chicago Mayor Panics, Runs From Reporters Asking About Slain Cop’s Funeral
Mayor Brandon Johnson had another one of his panic attacks Thursday, running away from reporters like NBC Chicago’s Mary Ann Ahern, who just wanted to ask him–among other things– about his administration pressuring the family of slain Chicago Police officer Luis Huesca, to let Johnson attend his funeral. Johnson ultimately did not attend, even though he and other officials spilled their petulant, childish drama over the somber event. To watch him succumb to his panic attacks over questions about the funeral I leave this link: https://x.com/MaryAnnAhernNBC/status/1786118723230707763 “Why do you have to run from us Mr. Mayor?” asked Ahern.

But Ahern knows the answer. He’s a snowflake, a grape who can’t take the pressure of leadership. And there are just about 100 days until the hard left tear up the Democratic National Convention. What a party it will be.

According to reporting by Fran Spielman of the Sun Times, Johnson’s team tried to push the mourning Huesca family into inviting him to the funeral of the slain officer. I’ve never seen anything so despicable in Chicago politics and most of you know I’ve seen a lot.

If there’s anything lower than that, it’s running away like a whipped dog when you get caught.

He has a coward’s built-in excuse though, he might say Huesca’s mother didn’t understand the bad Spanish of his police officials and aides who initially tried to intimidate her by insisting he had to attend her son’s funeral, that it was mandatory. That it was all lost in translation. He’s craven enough, with his panic attacks, to try it. And he’ll always play the race card if it doesn’t work.

It’s John Kass, who as is his usual wont pulls not a single punch throughout, so of course you’ll want to read the whole thing.

RFKjr halo slips

Is pushed, more like.

A resurfaced clip of Robert F. Kennedy during a 2005 IdeaCity speech shows Kennedy stating that “red state people are more likely to murder you.”

It’d be nice to think so, at any rate, seeing as how we all know who it is they’re most likely to be murdering. And those “people” have it coming, far as we’re concerned.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s strategy of engaging with conservative media contrasts sharply with his past and present liberal ideologies. His 2005 speech, where he made disparaging remarks about “red state” people, and his ongoing criticism of conservative policies, like his labeling of voter ID laws as “racially rancid,” have not been thoroughly addressed in his recent media appearances.

This oversight by conservative media to confront Kennedy on his record is perplexing, given his advocacy for policies that are antithetical to conservative values, such as a 70% tax bracket and the elimination of gas-powered engines. Chris LaCivita, co-campaign manager for Donald Trump, expressed frustration to Politico, highlighting the contradiction in giving Kennedy a platform: “It is concerning and beyond logic that there are some conservative platforms that continue to give a voice to someone…who generally subscribes to the same school of thought as Karl Marx.”

Along with murdering certain people, Kennedy also makes a few other invidious assertions:

Establishing once and for all that, contrary to popular belief, if you REALLY wanna party hearty, you need to be hanging with those stick-in-the-mud, uptight Conservative prunefaces. I mean, seriously now: knocked-up teenybopper chicks? Pr0n? Degenerate video games? Only one thing to say to all that:

I must say, it certainly took dumpster-diving shitlib “journalists” long enough to dig this up. And you know as well as I do that there’s bound to have been multitudes of the asswarts sweating veritable bullets until they did, thereby damping down a prospective threat to their hero, Pedo Peter, and his behind-the-scenes puppetmaster, our Lord and Savior Bathhouse Barry Himself. I really can’t see RFKjr as very much of a threat to Orange Man Bad, who’ll doubtless be murdered in his prison cell by the time “Election” Day 24 rolls around anyways.

Please do note that I’m assuming it’s shitlibs behind this snipe hunt, although the article says it’s actually “conservative media.” So of course and as usual, I could very well be all wet on the whole mishegoss.

Via Ace, who begs to differ with my take on who’s threatened by this latest in a long, long line of spectacular Kennedy flame-outs and who ain’t.

A Marist poll found that RFKJr. is pulling more support from Trump than from Biden. This poll, which seems like an outlier in putting Biden ahead of Trump, says that Biden is +3 in a head-to-head but rises to +5 in a multicandidate five-way race, suggesting that RFKJr. is pulling more support from Trump than from Biden.

Ah well, no matter; he briefly provided us with a little idle, cheap amusement, but now his apportioned Fifteen Minutes are well and truly up.

Your feel-good video of the week

New York shitlib vandalizes Florida man’s truck because it has an anti-Biden bumper-sticker on it, is too goddamned stupid to realize the parking lot has video cameras recording his felony offense, gets his sorry ass hauled off to jail in handcuffs.

Beautiful. As I always say: couldn’t happen to a nicer asshole. Rot in jail, fuckface; hope you enjoy being repeatedly gang-butt-raped while you’re in stir.
