Comedy of errors

What a ludicrous clusterfuck.

Biden’s Secret Promise To OPEC Backfires
In 2020, Democrats blocked Trump’s proposal to buy American oil at $24 a barrel. Yesterday, a Biden official disclosed a secret offer to buy OPEC+ oil at $80 a barrel.

In early September, United States Secretary of Energy, Jennifer Granholm, told Reuters that President Joe Biden was considering extending the release of oil from America’s emergency stockpiles, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR), through October, and thus beyond the date when the program had been set to end. But then, a few hours later, an official with the Department of Energy called Reuters and contradicted Granholm, saying that the White House was not, in fact, considering more SPR releases. Five days later, the White House said it was considering refilling the SPR, thereby proposing to do the exact opposite of what Granholm had proposed.

The confusion around the Biden administration’s petroleum policy was cleared up yesterday after a senior official revealed that the White House had made a secret offer to buy up to 200 million barrels of OPEC+ oil to replenish the SPR in exchange for OPEC+ not cutting oil production. The official said the White House wanted to reassure OPEC+ that the US “won’t leave them hanging dry.” The fact that this offer was made through the White House, not the Department of Energy, may explain why a representative of the Department called Reuters to take back the remarks of Granholm, who has shown herself to be out-of-the-loop, and at a loss for words, relating to key administration decisions relating to oil and gas production.

The revelation poses political risks for Democrats who, in the spring of 2020, killed a proposal by President Donald Trump to replenish the SPR with oil from American producers, not OPEC+ ones, and at a price of $24 a barrel, not the $80 a barrel that the Biden White House promised to OPEC+. At the time, Trump was seeking to stabilize the American oil industry after the Covid-19 pandemic massively reduced oil demand. Trump and Congressional Republicans proposed spending $3 billion to fill the SPR. Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer successfully defeated the proposal, and later bragged that his party had blocked a “bailout for big oil.”

Even normally strong boosters of the Biden White House viewed the Democrats’ opposition to refilling the SPR as a major blunder. “That decision,” noted Bloomberg, “effectively cost the US billions in potential profits and meant Biden had tens of millions of fewer barrels at his disposal with which to counter price surges.” Moreover, observed Bloomberg, it will take significantly more oil today to fill the SPR than it would have two years ago. In spring 2020, the SPR contained 634 million barrels out of a capacity of 727 million. Now, the reserve is below 442 million barrels, its lowest level in 38 years.

The decision looks even worse in light of the decision by OPEC+ today to cut production, which will increase oil prices. The Biden administration in recent days has been pulling out the stops trying to persuade Saudi Arabia and other OPEC+ members, a group that includes Russia, to maintain today’s levels of oil production.

Pathetic doesn’t even begin to cover it.

A “Red Wave”?

Yeah, no.

Joe Biden’s approval rating is holding steady at 45.5 percent in the latest poll conducted by Insider Advantage for the Center for American Greatness. The national survey of 750 likely voters showed that 54.5 percent of respondents disapproved of Biden’s job performance, and 0.7 percent had no opinion or were undecided. Specifically, only 28.9 percent said they wholly “approved” of the job Biden is doing, while another 16.6 percent said they “somewhat approve.”

Among white likely voters, 42.2 percent approved of Biden’s job performance. Approval for Biden has surged among black likely voters, with 76 percent indicating they like the job Biden is doing. Only 36.3 percent of all other races approved of the job Biden is doing.

This is mind-boggling to me. As I often said of Bathhouse Barry Ogabe, in a sane country the Biden marionette’s rating would consistently hover around 15-20 percent, no more. Sadly, this is NOT that country. Bad as that no doubt is, here’s the really damning bit as regards the likelihood of any chimerical “Red Wave.”

On the question of which party they wanted in control of Congress if the election were held today, likely voters preferred Republicans over Democrats 46.5 percent to 44.4 percent, with 9.1 percent having no opinion, or undecided.

Well within the margin of error, then, which is 3.58 percent. Alas, that isn’t anywhere even close to being enough to overcome Rush Limbaugh’s famed “margin of fraud,” I’m afraid. At this dismal rate, the Vichy GOPe will do well not to LOSE Congressional seats this November.

Down in flames, quietly

A story I find curious, for more reasons than one. Bold mine, so as to highlight the curious part.

The Sunken Felicity Ace Cargo Carrier Is a Pollution Hazard for Undersea Life
The ship that went down with thousands of Porsches and Volkswagens is bad news for local marine organisms.

Thousands of cars, lithium-ion batteries, oil, gas, and an entire cargo ship now litter the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean. On March 1, the car carrier Felicity Ace sank beneath the waves near the Portuguese Azores archipelago. Now, ecologists are worried that pollution from the wreck will impact the rich undersea environment the carrier has invaded.

The ship, carrying thousands of vehicles to the United States from Europe, caught fire about two weeks before it listed to one side and sank about 200 nautical miles (230 miles) from the Azores. Its position on the Extended Continental Shelf puts it out of Portuguese jurisdiction, according to the international Law of the Sea Convention. In other words, this region of seafloor is far enough away from land that no country can automatically take over its management.

Felicity Ace sits 3,000 meters (1.9 miles) below the ocean’s surface. Upon impact, the wreck definitely affected the sea floor and all of the organisms that make their home there, deep sea ecologist Ana Colaço tells Popular Mechanics.

Her work at the Institute of Marine Research at the University of the Azores focuses on deep-sea habitats around the islands. “The most important thing to know is that the deep sea is not a desert,” she says. “If the ship is on soft sediment, there are sea cucumbers, crustaceans, and worms that live on this seafloor. There may be sponges and corals. Of course, there are fish of several kinds—the diversity of the deep sea is very high.”

When the ship went down, it was carrying 2,200 tons of fuel, 2,200 tons of oil, and up to 4,000 vehicles, some of which carried electric car batteries, the Associated Press reported the day after the sinking. Hardly any wreckage remained above the surface, but tug boats were using hoses to break up a small oil slick at the site. Portugal has been keeping a Navy vessel and an Air Force plane on site to monitor for further signs of surface pollution.

Just for the hell of it, here’s a pic of the ill-fated tub all a-smoke and aflame.

Suspicious, or not so much?
Hinky dinky polly-vous

Admittedly, we’ll probably never know how the aboard-ship fire started. But come now; with those notoriously deadly EVs and their prone-to-spontaneous-combustion batteries in the hold, we know, now don’t we? It would seem that Praetorian Media knows, at least, in light of the near-total news blackout of this event. A small spate of most cursory and obligatory coverage in the immediate aftermath of the unscheduled self-scuttling, followed by a complete media blackout?

Oh, puh-LEEZE. If this had been one of those dreaded oil tankers, the disaster would still be front-page news, we’d never hear the end of it. Hell, even today your Mark 1-Mod 0 shitlib “journalist” will now and then work in a derisive mention of the accursed Exxon Valdez when he can manage it, ferchrissakes. But, since the loss of the Felicity Ace was very likely blamable on the sacred EV, the Progtard Protected Class rule is in full effect.

Curious? I’d say so, yeah. But hey, I can be rude like that, just ask anybody.

The unalienable right of revolution

Just when you begin to think that the great Michael Anton can’t possibly top his latest brilliant essay, he goes and raises the bar still higher on ya.

It’s ridiculous for the modern conservative to profess to admire George Washington. The real George Washington did things—many things—that the modern “conservative” cannot countenance in theory, much less in practice.

In the speech I referenced earlier, Joe Biden said, “There is no place for political violence in America. Period. None. Ever.” Leave aside the fact that his team commits such violence almost daily and with impunity. As a historical and theoretical matter, this statement is ridiculous.

It’s just a historical fact that violence birthed America. Granted, that violence was justified, organized, careful, and the furthest thing from indiscriminate. But the American Revolution was still a war waged against a government that considered itself legitimate.

Rather than play along with the conservative desire to get me to, as the kids call it, “fedpost” so that I can be served up to the security state’s wolves, I’d rather turn it around. I have a question for the conservatives—actually several. Which I know they won’t answer. So, really, the questions are for you, the reader, to ponder.

Is the right of revolution ever justified? Was it justified only that one time, in 1776, but never again? If so, why was it justified then and what makes it unjustifiable ever again? Because of historicism? Because the American Revolution was somehow an irreversible leap forward?

Is it that you think things can’t ever get bad enough to justify recourse to this right, or merely that they won’t? Is there some deep structural reason for America’s privileged position, or is our miraculous continued good fortune merely your expectation? If the latter, then you are implicitly admitting, at least in theory, that the right of revolution might, at some point, be justified—and that it has not been obviated by “history.”

Now, we should all hope that this remains merely a theoretical discussion. And, in the terms of that theoretical discussion, I maintain it as axiomatic that you can’t have natural rights without a right of revolution, just as you can’t have the founding without an actual revolution, and since you can’t have the regime of the founders without natural rights, you can’t have the founding principles or the founders’ regime without a right of revolution. Each piece is integral to the machine. Remove one, and the whole thing collapses in self-contradiction.

Finally, what does the denial of this right entail? What would it force us to do or accept? Anything and everything? Where are the limits?

The Declaration of Independence says “while evils are sufferable,” clearly implying that at some point evils cease to be sufferable. But are we to understand that insight to be wrong? Are we to accept all evils as sufferable—forever? Are we required to suffer them? God commands us to accept a certain amount of suffering as the price of living in His creation. Does He also command us to accept eternal torment from the hands of wicked men?

The implicit—and sometimes explicit—conservative answer appears to be “yes.” Turn the other cheek. Bend the knee. Endure your beatings. Forever. For if there is no recourse to a higher principle or law, then there is no other choice. To borrow from Machiavelli, the “effectual truth” of conservative pusillanimity about the right of revolution is perpetual self-subjugation to tyranny. “Weasels, compromisers, mediocrities, and losers” indeed.

The conservatives justify this counsel of perpetual passivity with the observation that things can always get worse. But things can also be made better, by the actions of men. It is the office of prudent men to discern when things are bad enough that action is justified, or even obligatory, and to devise a plan propitious of success. It is the office of the conservatives to ensure that such thoughts are never thought, and punished when they are.

One of Anton’s very best, no two ways about it. Makes me look forward to his next one, which, if the pattern holds, will be even better. Yes, you definitely want to read the whole thing.

Police: Driver admitted to intentionally killing teen at North Dakota street dance after political dispute

McHENRY, N.D. — According to court papers, it was not an accident but apparently a politically motivated attack.

The fatal vehicle-pedestrian incident happened early Sunday morning, Sept. 18, in McHenry, North Dakota, about 120 miles northwest of Fargo and 54 miles north of Jamestown.

Prosecutors allege moments before he was killed, 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson called his mom to come rescue him because 41-year-old Shannon Brandt was chasing him in the city of McHenry, where the street dance had just wrapped up.

By the time she could get there, her son was dead.

Brandt was officially charged Monday with vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of a deadly accident.

“He was the one who called 911 to report the crash,” said North Dakota Highway Patrol Capt. Bryan Niewind.

Court papers show Brandt called 911 around 2:30 a.m. Sunday and told the 911 dispatcher that he just hit Ellingson, claiming the teen was part of a Republican extremist group and was calling people to come get Brandt after a political argument.

This sort of thing just keeps right on happening, again and again and again, which will continue until we finally decide to do something about it. Sorry and all, but that will NOT involve archly pointing out the violent, hate-filled Left’s boundless “hypocrisy”; patting ourselves on the back for being “better than they are”; or, God help us, “VOTING HARDERER!” at them. But hey, we should cut the vile waste of skin a little slack, maybe. After all, he was only following the marching orders explicitly laid out by our Pedophile “***pResident***” for him. As Sefton notes:

Like the steering wheel that was in this bastard’s hands, or the rifle that was in James Hodgkinson’s hands, or the Molotov cocktails that were in Antifa’s hands, and so on and so on and scoobie doobie doobie. This attack was not a one-off just as Biden’s call for what amounts to a national pogrom, horrible as they were and unprecedented in coming from the occupant of the highest elected office in the land, were not one-offs. In one form or another, the rhetoric against us has been building in volume and intensity for years now.

Recall in the aftermath of the horrific attack in Oklahoma City, Bill Clinton blamed talk radio in a gossamer-thin veiled indictment of Rush Limbaugh. When confronted by the lie, Clinton attempted to walk it back by blaming some yahoos in the wilds of Michigan somewhere, who were speaking on “ham radio.” And before Kurt/Forrest Gump or some other troll attempts to tie us at the hip to Timothy McVeigh, he was resoundingly and loudly disavowed, as was the mass murder he committed as soon as the news broke that day.

We abhor violence. We detest it to our core. We beg and plead just to be left alone to live our lives as we want, within the constraints of our faith and our morals, and in return we gladly afford the same to anyone else. It is the anti-American Left and their party, the Democrats, that believe exactly the opposite. It is they who are the purveyors of death, violence, hate and incitement in the name of accruing absolute power. Even in the wake of this horrific attack, which you can bet your ass is only the beginning especially in the run up to the midterms, Joey opened his trap again:

During comments at the ironically titled “United We Stand” summit last week, Joe Biden declared that “hate” runs throughout American history, and once again singled out those who don’t agree with his politics as ‘violent extremists’.“

There’s a through line of hate from massacres of indigenous people to the original sin of slavery,” Biden declared.

He continued, “The terror of the clan, to anti-immigration violence against the Irish, Italians, Chinese, Mexicans. So many of those laced through our history.”

“There’s a through line of violence against religious groups anti semitic, anti Catholic, anti Mormon, anti Muslim, anti Hindu, anti Sikh,” Biden further asserted.

Biden vowed to expose “hate-fueled violence”, directly citing Trump supporters and conservatives in general.

“Unfortunately, such hate-fueled violence and threats are not new to America,” Biden proclaimed, adding “hate never fully goes away, it only hides.”

Projection — in this case projectile vomiting — ain’t just a river in Egypt. Make no mistake, Biden’s revolting words at Independence Hall were not just a call to arms for braindead lefties like the goon in the car that ran down the kid or even Antifa and BLM. He is fully marshaling every single arm of this illegitimate and corrupt government to turn it into a massive police state that is hell bent on crushing the life out of us.

Naturally, the scum-gargling piece of quasi-human debris bonded out with a quickness, a real deal at only a paltry 5k.

He’s only being charged with vehicular homicide — not first-degree murder, which is what he actually confessed to.

Vehicular homicide is not a murder statute — it is a manslaughter rap. It is about an unintentional homicide by vehicle, when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

THIS GUY HUNTED THIS TEENAGER DOWN, DELIBERATELY RAN HIM DOWN, THEN LEFT HIM BLEEDING IN AN ALLEY TO DIE.

That is intentional murder.

He admitted as such.

And he’s only charged with a drunk driving Oopsie?

No FBI investigation launched, even though his crime is a textbook Domestic Violent Extremist murder of a teenager.

As I noted, this Domestic Violent Extremist murder of a teenager occurred just 19 days after Joe Biden branded any Trump supporter an enemy of the state, inciting the Democrat faithful to hatred and violence.

And now a murder of a teenager — and rather than being held with no bail offered, he’s allowed to walk by putting up a mere $5,000. The bond is $50,000 but a bail company only requires you put up 10% of the bond; they put up the other 90%.

You all already know it, but I gotta say it anyhow: if somebody on Our Side had done the exact same thing to a fucking Libtard, the bond would have been a million dollars if not more—as Miguel at GFZ reminds us, bail for young Kyle Rittenhouse, accused of the heinous “crime” of acting in self-defense against an armed, bloodthirsty mob in hot pursuit of him, was set at TWO MILLION DOLLARS, ferchrissakes—assuming bond was even offered at all. You know it, I know it, and most important of all, THEY know it. BCE notes the crossing of a crucial line, with a little compare-contrast thrown in:

John Wilder of Wilder, Wealthy and Wise does his Civil War thing every week… pretty much calling it as he sees it, along with some very very good ‘punny’ Memes, and some that he needs to be taken out back and beaten with a club like a baby seal for. Anywho (Hi John! 😉 ) The whole ‘genocide’ thing has been on a LOT of peoples minds, especially anyone who believes in normalcy, sanity, two genders and maybe even that America is a nice place? Seems believing in these and a slew of what used to be nominally ‘normal’ (for the sake of the non insane people out there) makes you a Terrorist right up there with Bin Laden or Carlos the Jackal.

The line of which I speak happened on Sunday. A fuckhead Leftard (age 41) used his car to do a hit and run on a 18 year old kid…

This fucking scumbag had the audacity to say he was ‘in fear of his life’ and was somehow justified in squishing a kid. He was unsurprisingly intoxicated (DUI) when he did it… so IMO, the very fact that not only does this guy run over and kill a kid ‘from the other side of the political spectrum’ he openly admits it and then gets bonded out.

Meanwhile, the January 6th Trespassers (misdemeanor at best) sit rotting the fuck away being tortured by the fucking nigger guards, who by all reports have been ‘encouraged to reeducate the vile rayyyyyycist Republican bastards’… I also think that’s a BIG reason they’re not letting anyone out… if word gets out for really reelz on just how fucked up the J6 kids are being treated, Lynch Mobs might just actually make a reappearance. Any bets that the few who got released are forced to sign some chickenshit Ironclad Nondisclosure Act to stay out of the hoosegow?
No takers? Yeah… I thought so too.
They hate us and want us dead
It can’t be said enough, and now? In North Dakota, which is possibly the. last. place. I’d thought I’d ever see some fucktardation like that happen? If that happened there, it sure as hell is going to spread, especially if things start getting tight(er) over the next few. Stay strapped or get clapped and be the Gray Man with a Head on a Swivel.
GOING to spread? Dude, this latest of many incidents IS the spread, the pluperfect example of what “it spreading” looks like.
It’s all around us; we can’t run, we can’t hide, we can’t pretend it isn’t really happening, or that it CAN’T happen. Not anymore, we can’t. Hideous as it surely is, this is now reality for each and every Real American, wherever he or she might reside, explicitly endorsed by no less wrongly-exalted a personage than the corrupt, wet-brained, feeble rutabaga currently passing as the “American” “***pResident.***”

Try as I might, and I am, I can conjure no good reason why this murdering excrescence should be allowed to survive to see the opening day of his “trial.” I assure you without hesitation that, should any shitlib even attempt to do such a thing to my child, I would do absolutely everything in my power to see to it that a spell in prison would be the very LAST thing he needed to worry about. All in all, this seems like the perfect occasion for another Captain Mal rerun, I do believe.

Evil, or mad?

The headline and sub-hed really do say it all.

Trans Mega-Ta-Tas In Clown World Canada
Shop class teacher now says he’s a woman — and wears plastic megaboobs to school. Diversity!

Do remember the CF Rule: unless and until this creature gets his wang chopped off, he’s not a transsexual, he’s a transvestite.

We are ruled by insane people. I mean that literally: we have created a society in which everyone has to bend over backwards to accommodate the insane. Like that man above, a transgendered woman who wears massive prosthetic tits to his job AS A HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER in Canada. Reduxx, the feminist online magazine, writes:

The media has been confirmed as originating from Oakville Trafalgar High School in Oakville, Ontario.

The man seen in the photos and videos is a Manufacturing Technology instructor who allegedly began identifying as a woman last year. The teacher now goes by the name Kayla Lemieux.

Look at this lunatic:

By all means, do. I can’t remember when I’ve ever laughed so hard. Onwards.

The Toronto Sun reports that the school is going to stand by the teacher:

In fact, Shuttleworth said the employee will be supported, adding “the teacher is completely accepted and welcomed into the school community as far as the staff is concerned.”

We live in a crazy society that is increasingly not worth defending. Why on earth do we allow disturbed and perverted people among us to have their way? Why do we defer to them, instead of expecting them to conform reasonably to expectations. That man ought to be told to take his plastic megatits out, or resign. Why is that unreasonable?

I cannot wait for the backlash. Cannot wait. The scary thing is … there might never be a backlash. We might be so damned demoralized as a people that we just accept it and move on.

Sadly, it looks more and more as if that might be the way to bet. Kunstler holds that there’s more than mere mental illness in play here.

Who knew that the glorious George Jetson future would tip into a neo-medieval religious frenzy and, more to the point, one deriving its dark energy from the demonic and Satanic? You are asked to swallow ever-greater absurdities, destroying your self-respect because you know that you are a coward for not standing up to this host of degenerates.

The USA’s Democratic Party of Chaos is behind all of this lunacy. It has gotten so bad that many no longer even follow the news of serial outrages by the regime led (nominally) by the empty vessel called “Joe Biden.” Millions of border-jumpers have crossed into Texas and Arizona the past two years. The New York Times / CNN axis of news doesn’t cover it because they want it to continue. Apart from the economic refugees coming across there are substantial numbers of demonically murderous people, many of them not Mexican, but from all quarters of the world, including places with a grudge against our country. Not a few of them are identified as international terrorists. Yet, in they come. The welcome mat is out for them — while our joke of a president rails against “white supremacist domestic terrorists” (another lie you’re supposed to swallow).

What is the answer when faced with a large-scale religious disturbance in society, especially one displaying all the earmarks of overt, archetypal evil? You call in an exorcist. That has been Donald Trump’s true role in this millenarian mega-crisis. He is seeking to cast out evil spirits afflicting this sore-beset national community and the evil spirits are frantic to stop his ministrations by any means.

He is, of course, a most untoward avatar in this war of good against evil. He came out of the infernal circle of New York real estate development. The assumption all along is that he must be tainted by dirty dealing with the mobs who ran the construction unions, but after six years of relentless investigation by the Southern District of New York and the Manhattan District Attorney’s office, the legions of hell came up with…nothing. How was this possible? Well, they tried their darndest, and now they’re trying again with some double-jeopardy maneuvers. The law, to these degenerates, is just an instrument of their own will-to-power.

Americans, except for the very old, are not disposed to attending church, meaning they are not reminded at regular intervals, and formal rituals, that good and evil exists in all of us, and that we have a duty to our sacred consciousness to tend to the right side, to “the better angels of our nature,” Lincoln put it. Ultimately, the Left will choke to death on its many crimes and we can return to being a people who confidently know the difference between right and wrong.

Sorry, but they aren’t going to just “choke to death on (their) many crimes” spontaneously, without effort on the part of Good. When has the struggle against Evil—which, make no mistake, is what we’re currently caught up in, Kunstler is perfectly correct about that—ever been resolved so easily as that? No, the Left isn’t going to just “choke to death” unaided. They’ll have to be strangled.

Compare, contrast

I hope he’s mistaken, but I fear he isn’t.

At SteynOnline we no longer observe the 9/11 anniversary, for reasons I outlined last year:

The war is lost, at home and abroad. On the domestic front, we doubled the rate of Muslim immigration to the west and began assimilating ourselves with Islam’s strictures on freedom of expression and the like. The decade-and-a-half since the Danish Mohammed cartoons has been one long remorseless surrender on core western liberties. When a school teacher gets beheaded in the street, there is no outrage at the act, just a mild regret that he should have been foolish enough to provoke his own fate. Even the milder jests from the immediate post-9/11 era – the cartoon of the woman trying on new burqas in the changing room and wondering, ‘Does my bomb look big in this?’ – would not be published today:

In the broader society, our rulers quickly determined that it was easier to punish us than our enemies. The post-9/11 security state surely helped soften up western populations for the ChiCom-19 lockdowns, in which entire nations have been reduced to TSA-administered airports.

As for the war overseas, it ended with a military that can do everything except win handing the keys to Afghanistan back to the guys who pulled off 9/11 – and apologizing for the two-decade inconvenience by gifting the mullahs with some of the most expensive infrastructure on the planet plus an air force, approximately five assault rifles for every Taliban fighter, and express check-in for the forty-seven per cent of the Afghan population that apparently served as US translators.

I thought I could not despise the men who brought us to this pretty pass any more than I do. But here ya go:

CBS News has confirmed military prosecutors and defense attorneys are negotiating potential plea deals that could take the death penalty off the table for the five defendants accused in the 9/11 attacks.

That would be the hairy-backed mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four marginally less hirsute co-conspirators. So, after two decades of leisurely legal jousting back and forth through, this is how it ends. Don’t worry, the plea deals are premised on the quintet being given “substantial sentences” – which one assumes means something less than life without the possibility of parole, else why not say so? In addition, the men will receive “treatment for alleged torture they experienced while in CIA custody“.

Oh, really? How about financial compensation?

Gotta hand it to KSM: He fought the law, and he won. He was captured in Rawalpindi on March 1st 2003, which is nineteen-and-a-half years ago – or twice as long as the First and Second World Wars combined.

If you were about to roll your eyes and sneer “Is there nothing this sclerotic pseudo-republic can do?”, hey, not so fast. Per MSNBC’s finest:

September 11 was a terrorist attack.

January 6 was a terrorist attack…

Both were attacks on America.

And we must seek justice for the latter as we did for the former.

Er, are you sure you got that the right way round? In the time it takes KSM’s lawyers to file a motion of reconsideration of their motion to continue the scheduling conference to schedule the reconsideration of their previous motion to continue, the January 6th “terrorists” have been banged up in solitary, railroaded into copping a plea, and led off to the Big House. It would no longer surprise me if the men who plotted the murder of the 2,977 good souls lost that day were out and strolling the boulevards of Jalalabad long before the 1/6 “insurrectionists” are freed.

Wouldn’t surprise me either, not in the least. But then, why would it? The Left despises us far more than they ever will their unlikely-seeming ally and confrere KSM, whose abiding hatred for America and individual liberty they share, if from a secular, libertine perspective instead of the barbarian-savage pseudo-religion one. And make no mistake, it’s the Left who are in charge here. “Desperate,” “panicked”? Sure, pull the other one, whydon’tcha. It has a bell on it.

“9/11, Islam, and the US: What Have We Learned”

Apparently, nothing worth knowing.

Twenty-one years after 9/11 in this supposedly “Islamophobic” country, U.S. Muslims have gained unprecedented political and cultural influence. The Muslim population in the U.S. increased to 3.85 million in 2020. Mosques have more than doubled from 1,209 in 2000 to 2,769 in 2020. These are not grounds for any grudge, as the U.S. is magnet for people seeking prosperity and religious freedom.

But it is troubling that for a country based on the rule of law, Islam and Muslims have acquired an immunity and exemption from any critical scrutiny, no matter how justified. This “Islamic exceptionalism” operates blatantly at the political and cultural levels and is a recurring pattern going back to almost immediately after 9/11, when George Bush declared that “Islam is peace.”

Ilhan Omar, a Muslim supremacist, who has made herself invincible by donning the woke cloak of “fighting for justice, for equality, for the right for us [Muslims] to equally exist in this country” and notably ungrateful to the U.S., given her life history, vaporized the human suffering of 9/11 when she said, “CAIR was founded after 9/11 because they recognized that some people did something and that all of us were starting to lose access to our civil liberties.”

Her breezy dismissal of the 9/11 carnage came in the same speech that she opened by lamenting “a tragic, tragic nightmare that has happened to Muslims in New Zealand,” referencing the Christchurch attacks. For comparison’s sake, the New Zealand attacks left 49 dead against the 2,997 on 9/11. She has suffered no political consequences and is invariably elected by her “Islamophobic” voters.

“Islamophobic”? Hardly. Her so-called “constituents” having gradually invaded, occupied, and gained overwhelming-majority status in her Minnesota district, they’re Muslims.

The determination to exonerate Islam is deeply embedded in mainstream media. On September 11, 2018, the New York Times tweeted (and later deleted) that “airplanes took aim” at Twin Towers on 9/11. For the Times, the malignant agency of Osama bin Laden and the international team that planned the carnage counted for nothing.

During the Pulse Nightclub attack in Orlando in 2016, the killer Omar Mateen placed a “chilling, calm, and deliberate” call to 911, calling himself an “Islamic soldier.” Obama admitted that Mateen had pledged allegiance to “ISIL” and said that “countering this extremist ideology is increasingly going to be as important as making sure that we are disrupting plots from the outside.”

Yet, if an attack that is clearly terrorist in nature (it is immaterial if it was mixed up with troubled sexuality, as claimed) is somehow transmogrified and elevated seamlessly into a national memorial for gay rights and excludes any reference to the Islamic motivation of this act, then we as a nation have traveled long and hard down the road of self-delusion and surrender to Islam.

Major Nidal Hasan’s terrorist attack in Fort Hood in 2009, which killed 13 people and wounded dozens, was classified, incredibly, as “workplace violence.” In 2021, he exulted and congratulated the Taliban in a triumphant victory message from death row after they had seized control of Afghanistan. On death row, Nidal’s sentence is likely meaningless, as he will probably live his full life.

Although Muslims make up a bit more than one per cent of the U.S. population, they constitute about nine percent of the state prison population. Muslim immigration has dramatically increased the risk of female genital mutilation (FGM) which is understood in many Islamic countries as a religious obligation. In North America, Muslims commit most of the honor killings.

We have reached here because of the unbreakable alliance of the left and Islam. Leftists’ frequent accusations of “Islamophobia” are grossly exaggerated and more powerful than any weapon. This does not imply that Muslims cannot be targeted. But the left’s partnership with Islam has succeeded in achieving a unique moral inversion. Leftists have conferred upon a specific religion and its followers blanket immunity from hostile examination, and simultaneously labeled those as making any enquiry, no matter how justified by facts, as intolerant, and excluded them from the streams of authorized debate.

September 11 was the day that the towers fell, and the U.S. began its submission to Islam. Unless checked, it will surely hasten our downfall as a nation.

It has, it is, and it assuredly will. Bad as all the above is, though, there’s worse still.

When news that military prosecutors are negotiating a plea deal with 9/11 architect Khalid Sheikh Mohammed hit my desk, I had to check the source to see if it wasn’t satire. Of all days for this news to hit, why drop it now?

According to Fox News:

U.S. military prosecutors are reportedly negotiating potential plea deals with 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other conspirators imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay. The plea deals may allow the five dependents to escape a potential death penalty, according to CBS. Mohammed is widely credited with being the architect of the 9/11 terror attacks. The other four defendants are Ramzi Binalshibh, Mustafa Ahmed al-Hawsawi, Walid bin Attash and Ammar al-Baluchi.

Attorneys for the defendants reportedly say they would be willing to enter a guilty plea in exchange for taking the death penalty off the table, as well as for getting treatment for alleged torture they experienced while in CIA custody.

Retired actor and active patriot James Woods noticed what many of us did, that the timing of the news is an outrage:

To see this headline on September 11 is appalling. Why is justice such an elusive concept in America today? Will the heinous among us never be held accountable? This is an outrage, and to read about it on this sacred day is an insult to the fallen.

The timing of this news is not a coincidence any more than the timing of the Benghazi attack was a coincidence. They’re insulting us. They’re laughing at us. This regime truly and absolutely hates America and they’re proud of that fact.

Incredible, and thoroughly sick-making. How bitter a pill, that rather than avenging our 9/11 dead, we choose instead to profane their memory so disgracefully.

Update! And just like that, a DemonRat ProPol plummets from merely disgusting before auguring in to truly, deeply appalling.

Senate Intelligence chair says it’s ‘stunning’ that over 20 years after Sept. 11, attacks on the symbol of democracy are ‘not coming from terrorists’ but from ‘insurgents’ at the Capitol on Jan. 6

It’d be nice to think so, but I doublechecked, and no, this is NOT the Bee, alas.

Senate Intelligence chair Mark Warner said it’s “stunning” that 21 years after the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, “the attack on the symbol of our democracy” hadn’t come from foreign threats but from within the US.

“I remember, as most Americans do, where they were on 9/11. I was in the middle of a political campaign and suddenly, the differences with my opponent seem very small in comparison and our country came together.”

Yeah, yeah…for all of three whole days, when the first shitlib claims that America had brought 9/11 on itself and therefore “had it coming” appeared, shattering the phony, short-lived sense of “unity.” I expected precisely that to happen, even posted about it here at the time, as I recollect. In fact, it’s a big part of the reason I named the blog what I did.

“The stunning thing to me is here we are 20 years later, and the attack on the symbol of our democracy was not coming from terrorists, but it came from literally insurgents attacking the Capitol on January 6th,” he added.

Warner said that he felt the country is “stronger,” and the “intelligence community has performed remarkably,” compared to 21 years ago.

“I think the threat of terror has diminished,” he said.

However, he added that he’s concerned about internal threats.

“But I do worry about some of the activity in this country where the election deniers, the insurgency that took place on January 6th, that is something I hope we could see that same kind of unity of spirit,” he said.

“Unity”? With self-serving shitlib poseurs like yourself? I’d rather gargle diarrhea, thanks.

Pipe dream

Too many of my Rightwing Nazi Deathbeast confreres forget to include a most important point in their deliberations.

Is society becoming Balkanized? Hell, yes!

That’s the half-right part.

Now, stop playing checkers, and think for five seconds about what happens after that.

How did Balkanization work out in 1776?

How about in 1845 in Texas?

Or 1849 in California?

How about 1861 in the South?

How did it work out for the Balkans themselves in 1939?

South Korea in 1950?

South Vietnam in 1960?

Ukraine since 2000?

Even the stupidest slow learner ought to be able to buy a clue here.

To work (assuming it ever can, which I think is a fool’s errand, but we’ll grant it arguendo for the moment), all parties have to be willing to accept the status quo.

Yep. And, parasitical Lefty shitwits aside for the moment, there’s another party to this discussion sitting at the table, the one my compatriots leave out, the one that has more weight to throw around than the others combined: FederalGovCo.

Yeah, yeah, peaceful partition, secession, whatever you prefer to call it, might indeed be a fine thing, at least in theory. But there are a few things we should all bear closely in mind, whether we’re for it or ag’in it:

  • Eglin Air Force Base
  • Hurlburt Air Force Base
  • MacDill Air Force Base
  • NAS Pensacola
  • NS Mayport
  • Naval Air Warfare Center Training System Division
  • Lackland Air Force Base
  • Fort Bliss Army Base
  • Fort Hood Army Base
  • Camp Mabry Army Base

Those are but a small selection of federal military installations in Florida and Texas alone, the ones I could remember off the top of my head. There are many more of them, not a single one of which’s personnel, land area, buildings, machinery and vehicles, and sundry other matériel the federal goobermint is ever going to give up equably, willingly, and non-violently. No matter how passionately one advocates for some form of national divorce, no matter how logical or reasonable the arguments assembled in its favor, it just ain’t happening. It’s preposterous on the very face of it.

Which is not necessarily to say that the secession fantasy can never become reality. There’s one, and only one, way it might, and even then you’ll still have the rage-fueled, hate-driven, batshit-crazy Left to deal with.

You’re still going to have to shoot sumbitches in the face, long past the point you’re sick of it, and they still won’t leave you alone, not ever, until there aren’t any of them left. Look at what happened in Rhodesia. Look at what’s going on in South Africa. Look at Israel. You can’t build the fences high enough to make people who want to kill you stop trying. And there’s no where left to run. You’ll have to hunt them down and exterminate them to bring that happy moment to fruition. Waiting for the knock at the door is planning to fail.

Ayup, that’s about the size of it. Barring some heretofore unlooked-for, near-total FederalGovCo collapse—unimaginable until just recently, but looking more plausible of late—severe enough to force it to retract its claws, relax its stranglehold, and reconsider its consuming lust for total control and limitless power, the only way prospective breakaway states can hope to achieve true independence is through a major conflagration. As things now stand, FederalGovCo will NOT blithely step aside and “allow them to depart in peace.”

Just in time for Christmas!

Kuenstler has the latest on the new Fauxvid vaccine, rigorously tested on eight (8) lab mice, every one of whom…ummm, got Fauxvid. Surprise! But the part I want to address involves another matter altogether, one that Our Side has been all abuzz about of late.

Following his Mouth-of-Hell speech last week, declaring war on half the country, “Joe Biden’s” prospects are dimming along with sclerotic circuits in his brainpan. The Party of Chaos is desperate to survive the midterm election. Therefore, look for them to grudge up an excuse to make them not happen. They need a “national emergency” and they’ll manufacture one if necessary. Wait for it.

Sorry, can’t see it. Not that The Enemy would refrain from cancelling the impending “election” out of moral or ethical concerns, mind. No, they won’t do it for a purely pragmatic reason. To wit: they don’t need to. That being the case, why should they, then? They pulled off the 2020 hijacking without a hitch; who even knows how many other times it’s been done over the years, but there can be no doubt that “Democrats” and “election fraud” go together like beans and cornbread. So far, it’s been a winning hand for ’em; why fold now?

Moreover, they’re cunning enough to know that perpetuating the battered and bruised charade of “elections” will far better serve their purposes than pulling back the curtain on exactly what they’re talking about when they sanctimoniously fulminate on “our sacred democracy,” an irreversible act that will affect the national state of play in all sorts of unpredictable ways, none of them happy-making, a risk-fraught throwing of a switch that can’t be switched back off again. Ever.

They know they need to keep the wool pulled over as many Real American eyes as possible, to make sure overly optimistic Milquetoast conservatives remain blindly invested in the idea of more-or-less “free and fair elections” for as long as they can. The transparent, brazen fraudulence of 2020’s farce was a blatant thumb in Election Integrity’s eye if ever there was one; the docile, supine non-response reassured them that a successful repeat performance was eminently possible.

Nope, I can conjure no reason whatsoever for them to cancel any elections, and every reason in the world NOT to. At least until they’re taught that it will assuredly cost them to do so, and I mean dearly.

Everything old is new again

Mark Twain is claimed to have said “History doesn’t repeat itself, but it often rhymes.” Perhaps he did, perhaps he didn’t, but after reading Divemedic’s ingenious post, I’m saying to hell with all that; it definitely repeats itself, as far as I’m concerned.

In a nation weakened by worldwide economic issues and a world that has grown weary of war and strife, a chief executive struggles

The head law enforcement officer of the nation, acting on orders of the chief executive, orders a raid on the opposition party’s headquarters. There, the police find evidence of seditious material, including a plot to attack public buildings. The chief executive takes to the airwaves with claims that the opposition is planning to attack the capitol.

Shortly thereafter, the capitol is attacked, and one of the men arrested in an unemployed construction worker who admits to being under the command of the leader of the opposition party. The chief executive declares, “we must crush out this murderous pest with an iron fist.”

A few hours later, the chief executive issued an executive order that effectively abolished freedom of speech, assembly, privacy and the press; legalized phone tapping and interception of correspondence; and that 4,000 people be arrested, imprisoned and tortured.

Later that year, a sensational criminal trial got under way. The man who burned the Capitol, the leader of the opposition party, and several key figures of the opposition party went on trial for sedition.

As the trial proceeded, a different kind of trial captured the public discourse. A member of the opposition undertook an independent investigation of the destruction of the Capitol. The combined research resulted in the publication of The Brown Book on the Insurrection. It included early accounts police brutality, as well as an argument that the insurrectionists were simply pawns. The chief executive’s party members were the real criminals, the book argued, and they orchestrated the insurrection to consolidate political power. The book became a bestseller, translated into 24 languages and sold around Europe and the U.S.

At any rate, a full 5% of the legislature was declared to be in league with the accused insurrection. They were imprisoned and held for a trial that would never come. Their seats were left vacant, and the leader’s party was free to hold legislative referendums without them present.

Fearing that the insurrectionists were gaining enough power to become a threat to the very nation, the legislature passed an enabling act that temporarily granted emergency legislative powers to the chief executive so that he and the head of the nation’s law enforcement could deal with the spreading insurrection. Soon thereafter, the chief executive passed away after a sudden and brief illness. The chief law enforcement executive then declared himself to be the new chief executive, then used his emergency powers to pass a law declaring himself to be the permanent head of government and disbanded the legislature. He ordered jailed anyone who opposed his new powers.

Read on for the O Henry-esque twist at the end.

Toby Rogers, his eyes open.

Why are they doing this to us? Ten theories of the case

In the movement, we’ve been circling around two big questions for the past two years:

Who is “they”; and
Why are they doing this* to us?

*this being: developing and releasing bioweapons into the population; suppressing safe and effective treatments; destroying the global economy via lockdowns; pushing dangerous shots with negative efficacy that maim, kill, and cause infertility at an astonishing rate; and implementing global totalitarianism including the suspension of Constitutional rights and the introduction of central bank digital currencies, 24/7/365 digital surveillance, and vaccine/carbon/ESG passports.

For now I want to set aside the question of “Who is ‘they’?” Generally speaking I think we are dealing with structures not individual actors. If Bill Gates died of a heart attack tomorrow I doubt it would make much difference in the trajectory of this crisis — he would quickly be replaced by another character who is just as bad or worse.

Today I want to focus on the question of WHY? Below I sketch out eight theories of the case — most of which you’ll already recognize and then a new theory that came to me this week.

I. Political Economy

Let’s start with the political economy theory of the case. “Follow the money” is always a good strategy. RFK, Jr. has shown that vaccines are a $50 billion a year industry that generates another $500 billion a year in revenue from treatments for vaccine injury. That’s Pharma’s business model — they cause autism, ADHD, autoimmune disorders, childhood cancer, diabetes, dementia, epilepsy, Tourette’s, etc. — and then they sell expensive patented treatments to the injured who depend on these pharmaceutical products to survive.

Toxic Covid shots add another $50 billion annually in vaccine revenue and probably another $500 billion in revenue from treatments for myocarditis, infertility, cancer etc. So Pharma doubled their revenue in just two years — not too shabby!

II. The base determines the superstructure

I’ve written a bit about this in the past but I keep returning to this theme because it explains a lot. To summarize briefly: “the base determines the superstructure” which means that the values and corresponding institutions of every era are shaped by the mode of production (types of industries, ways that wealth is generated) of that era. Our current economy is built around Eds., Meds., Media, & Tech. The people who work in these industries come to identify with and see the world through the interests of their employer. Pharma poisons 95% of the population through the childhood vaccine schedule, schools require it to create demand, and media + “higher education” cover up the harms. Big tech lends a hand through surveillance, censorship, and amplification of the preferred industry narrative. These industries hire, promote, and reward people just like them — people lacking in empathy who just want to fit in — and the system thus reproduces and magnifies itself.

Read of it, for It Is Good. Chilling, terrifying even, but good, to include this most interesting proposition:

VI. Eugenics

Holocaust survivor Vera Sharav makes a strong case that the problem is eugenics once again rearing its ugly head. She argues that eugenics never went away after World War II and she points out that 1,600 of the top Nazi scientists and doctors were brought over to the United States where they left their imprint on key institutions and helped train the next generation of scientists and doctors. Now we are reaping the fruits of this poisonous tree.

I must admit, I hadn’t considered this idea myself, but it all dovetails in a quite appalling way with my previous post. Via WRSA, who appends links to two other more-or-less companion pieces which I haven’t gotten to yet before concluding:

Read each, then pass them on.

Grok the necessary inferences from the information and the embedded links.

Know what “iatrogenic”* means, and what that implies about everything you have seen over the past 30 months.

Know that every man and woman chooses – each day, every moment – whether they will serve Good or whether they will serve Evil.

Know what your duties are as a moral actor.

Know that you and yours are fighting the greatest mass murder conspiracy this planet has ever seen.

Keep resisting.

No matter what.

Yes indeed. At the end of the day, however insurmountable the odds may seem in our weaker, less hopeful moments, what other choice is there, really?

Embalmers Are Making Shocking Discoveries in the Blood of the Dead
It sounds like a bad horror movie script from the 1960s, but it isn’t.

The Epoch Times is reporting that embalmers from around the nation are speaking out about strange blood clots they have been finding in the bodies of the deceased since around 2020 or 2021.

The clots are said to be white, fibrous, and rubbery and can be the size of a grain of sand or as long as a human leg. They can be as thick as a pinky finger. One embalmer claimed they can be “nearly the strength of steel.” Embalmers across the nation are contending that these clots are not normal.

Some bodies have so many clots that the embalmers are forced to drain blood from several points instead of just one. The embalming process takes roughly two hours but can take four hours if the bodies have a lot of clotting.

“Prior to 2020, 2021, we probably would see somewhere between 5 to 10 percent of the bodies that we would embalm having blood clots,” licensed embalmer Richard Hirschman told The Epoch Times.

Today, Hirschman, who embalms in Alabama, claims that 50% to 70% of the bodies have clots.

“For me to embalm a body without any clots, kind of like how it was in the day, prior to all of this stuff, it’s rare,” Hirschman continued.

“The exception is to embalm a body without clots,” he added.

“They’re not even dead from COVID. They’re dying of sudden heart attacks, strokes, cancers,” Hirschman stated. “It doesn’t seem to matter what these people die of nowadays, so many of them have the same anomalies in their blood.”

No one knows yet if the clots are due to COVID-19, the vaccine, or something else, but embalmers from around the country agree that these specific clots were not seen until recently.

Oh, I betcha I could make a pretty good guess on that one. Or did the deceitful, malignant fiends so urgently pimping their phony, useless “vaccine” maybe think some of us have been referring to it as the “clot shot” all along for no reason at all?

“Linguistic preparation for war”

People get ready.

Invoking the language of treason and traitors is linguistic preparation for war. Before invading Poland, Hitler and his henchmen spent months castigating the Poles as dangerous enemies intent on attacking Germany, as well as an inferior people undeserving of mercy (not unlike Hillary’s “basket of deplorables”). In Rwanda, Hutu radio stations called the Tutsi “the cockroaches” for months before the slaughter began. By such similar lies, the Left is laying the ground for its own war on conservatives.

If they can convince the public that conservatives really are “Quislings” and “white nationalist terrorists,” then any kind of repressive measures can be justified. Few would object to “preventive detention” of “traitors” in the case of “a clear and present danger to American Democracy.”

This is no time for complacency. The Left’s increasingly strident language of violence lays the ground for “preemptive” physical violence. I pray I am wrong, but I see the seeds of civil war being sown. The Left will reap the whirlwind, but at great cost to all Americans. We are approaching the precipice.

“Approaching”? Dude, we’re standing right on it, our toes hanging off the edge. But you don’t have to take my word for it, the proof is all up in our very faces.

I read someplace, can’t remember where I saw it, that the PantiFa goons explicitly vowed to gun down any sane people who dared to show up and protest the Groomer sickos and their little event. Does it get even worse, you’re wondering? Don’t ask.

Former Tennessee GOP House candidate Robby Starbuck noted the drag show and antifa force came in a deep-red Texas district.

“This drag show for CHILDREN took place in Roanoke, Texas where they have a Republican Mayor elected with 90% of the vote,” Starbuck tweeted. “If we can’t stop this evil in red states, counties and towns then shame on us. We need strong anti-grooming laws and we MUST prosecute.”

Reports counted about 20 children and several self-proclaimed teachers at the event.

As we must just assume by now, no cops were anywhere to be found, granting tacit permission for this militant and notoriously violent de facto hard-Left militia to menace passersby with what, had anybody reading this done anything even remotely similar, would surely be denounced as “deadly military-style fully-semi-automatic assault weapon guns.” Andy Ngo notes another important aspect:

It’s long been SOP to dismiss pAntiFa as a gaggle of no-ball sissy-maries living in Mom’s basement, just ineffectual dorksnorts certain to flee the scene in abject terror the moment they run up against any opposition worthy of the name. And yeah, that surely fits plenty of them well enough. All the same, though, we do NOT need to be kidding ourselves that there aren’t plenty of dedicated, dangerous revolutionaries in their ranks as well. No, you can’t stiffen up a bucket of water with a fistful of buckshot, as the old saying holds. But still. Divemedic sums up the whole sorry situation.

This nation is separated into armed camps. They are polarized like no other time since the 1860s:

You have the hard-core Communists of Antifa, BLM, and their cronies. They are armed, violent, and just itching to get their revolution on. They are using the J6 protest as their Reichstag fire, an excuse to seize power.

The so-called MAGA Republicans, who represent the majority of the politically aware right, are sick of the bullshit and are pushing back. They are not looking for a fight, but are well armed and pissed off. All they wanted was to be left alone.

There are the kiddie diddlers. The fags, trannies, and other deviants who see the power vacuum as a way to be able to fuck little kids. The left is content to let them have their way with your kids, as long as they throw their weight behind this commie takeover.

Then there is the “go along to get along” pussy wing of the Republican party, the political whores whose only core value is to do whatever it takes to remain in power, even if that means kissing Democrat ass to stay there. Their chairman is Mitch McConnel. He is ready to kiss Biden’s ring, proving that he is out of touch with mainstream Republicans and unfit to manage a Planet Smoothie franchise.

All I know is that this new move to inflammatory rhetoric by the President is not a good sign.

Nope. Then again, things have been steadily headed in this direction for so long now that nobody who’s been paying attention ought to be the least bit surprised by it. “Approaching the precipice”? Dude, precipices don’t COME much precipice-ier than this here.

PSYCH!!!

Fascinating stuff, if also a bit disturbing.

5 Psychological Experiments That Explain the Modern World
“Cognitive Dissonance”, “Diffusion of Responsibility”, and “learned helplessness” are phrases that regularly do the rounds, but where do they come from and what (do) they mean?

Well, here are the important psycho-social experiments that teach us about the way people think, but more than that they actually explain how our modern world works, and just how we got into this mess.

The Experiment: Let’s start with the most famous. Beginning in 1963, Yale psychologist Stanley Milgram conducted a series of experiments now referred to as the Milgram Obedience Experiments.

The setting is simple, Subject A is told to conduct a memory test on Subject B, and administer electric shocks when he makes mistakes. Of course, Subject B does not exist, and the electric shocks are not real. Instead, actors would cry, ask for help or pretend to be unconscious, all the while Subject A would be encouraged to carry on administering the shocks.

The vast majority of subjects carried on with the test and gave the shocks, despite the distress of “Subject B”.

The Conclusion: In his paper on this experiment Stanley Milgram coined the term “diffusion of responsibility”, describing the psychological process by which a person can excuse or justify doing harm to someone if they believe it’s not really their fault, they won’t be held accountable, or they do not have a choice.

The Application: Almost literally endless. All institutions can use this phenomenon to pressure people into acting against their own moral code. The army, the police, hospital staff – wherever there is a hierarchy or perceived authority, people will fall victim to the diffusion of their own responsibility.

NOTE: They made a decent film about Milgram, and the backlash his experiments caused called Experimenter. In recent years there has been a major pushback on this experiment, with articles in the MSM attacking the findings and methodology and new “researchers” claiming “it does not prove what you think it does.”

Though they’re all quite interesting, the story of the “Monkey Ladder” experiment has to be my favorite of them, for reasons you’ll understand when you read about it. The takeaway?

So, there they are. Five of the most critical pieces of psychological research ever done, hopefully going forward nobody will be left in the dark when these concepts or experiments are referenced.

But the point of this article is not to just make you, the reader, understand these experiments…it is also meant to remind you that they do.

The people in charge, the elite, the 1%, “The Party”. The powers that be – or shouldn’t be – whatever you want to call them.

They know these experiments. They have studied them. They’ve probably replicated them countless times on grand scales and in unethical ways we can barely imagine. Who knows exactly what takes place in the dank dark dungeons of the deep state?

Just remember, they know how the human mind works.

  • They know they can make people do anything if they reassure them they won’t be held responsible.
  • They know that they can rely on people to abuse any power they’re given, OR believe they are powerless if they’re treated that way.
  • They know that peer pressure will change a lot of people’s minds even in the face of undeniable reality, especially if you make them feel completely alone.
  • They know that if you offer people only a small reward for completing a task, they will make up their own psychological justification for taking it.
  • They know that people will mindlessly do whatever everyone else is doing without ever asking for a reason.
  • And they know that people will happily believe something that never happened if it is repeated often enough.

They know all of this. And they use that knowledge all the time – All. The. Time.

Every commercial you see, every article you read, every movie they release, every item on the news, every “viral” social media post, every trending hashtag.

Every war. Every pandemic. Every headline.

All of them are constructed with these principles in mind to elicit specific emotional reactions that steer your behaviour and beliefs. That’s how the media works, not to inform you, not to entertain you…but to control you.

And they have it down to a science. Always remember that.

Indeed they do. The ginned up CoVid panic proved that beyond all possibility of doubt or debate.

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”
Frank Zappa

“The right of a nation to kill a tyrant in case of necessity can no more be doubted than to hang a robber, or kill a flea.”

Bertrand de Jouvenel

"It is terrible to contemplate how few politicians are hanged."
GK Chesterton

"I predict that the Bush administration will be seen by freedom-wishing Americans a generation or two hence as the hinge on the cell door locking up our freedom. When my children are my age, they will not be free in any recognizably traditional American meaning of the word. I’d tell them to emigrate, but there’s nowhere left to go. I am left with nauseating near-conviction that I am a member of the last generation in the history of the world that is minimally truly free."
Donald Sensing

Etienne de la Boiete

"History does not long entrust the care of freedom to the weak or the timid."
Dwight D. Eisenhower

"To put it simply, the Left is the stupid and the insane, led by the evil. You can’t persuade the stupid or the insane and you had damn well better fight the evil."
Skeptic

"There is no better way to stamp your power on people than through the dead hand of bureaucracy. You cannot reason with paperwork."
David Black, from Turn Left For Gibraltar

"If the laws of God and men, are therefore of no effect, when the magistracy is left at liberty to break them; and if the lusts of those who are too strong for the tribunals of justice, cannot be otherwise restrained than by sedition, tumults and war, those seditions, tumults and wars, are justified by the laws of God and man."
John Adams

"The limits of tyranny are prescribed by the endurance of those whom they oppress."
Frederick Douglass

"Give me the media and I will make of any nation a herd of swine."
Joseph Goebbels

“I hope we once again have reminded people that man is not free unless government is limited. There’s a clear cause and effect here that is as neat and predictable as a law of physics: As government expands, liberty contracts.”
Ronald Reagan

"Ain't no misunderstanding this war. They want to rule us and aim to do it. We aim not to allow it. All there is to it."
NC Reed, from Parno's Peril

"I just want a government that fits in the box it originally came in."
Bill Whittle
