Cruel, but not unusual

What IS it with Commies and their hatred for children, anyway?

This past christmas day was the 30th anniversary of the public execution by firing squad of Romania’s last Communist dictator, Nicolae Ceaușescu, who’d ruled for 24 years. In 1990, the outside world discovered his network of “child gulags,” in which an estimated 170,000 abandoned infants, children, and teens were being raised. Believing that a larger population would beef up Romania’s economy, Ceaușescu had curtailed contraception and abortion, imposed tax penalties on people who were childless, and celebrated as “heroine mothers” women who gave birth to 10 or more. Parents who couldn’t possibly handle another baby might call their new arrival “Ceauşescu’s child,” as in “Let him raise it.”

To house a generation of unwanted or unaffordable children, Ceauşescu ordered the construction or conversion of hundreds of structures around the country. Signs displayed the slogan: the state can take better care of your child than you can.

At age 3, abandoned children were sorted. Future workers would get clothes, shoes, food, and some schooling in Case de copii—“children’s homes”—while “deficient” children wouldn’t get much of anything in their Cămine Spitale. The Soviet “science of defectology” viewed disabilities in infants as intrinsic and uncurable. Even children with treatable issues—perhaps they were cross-eyed or anemic, or had a cleft lip—were classified as “unsalvageable.”

After the Romanian revolution, children in unspeakable conditions—skeletal, splashing in urine on the floor, caked with feces—were discovered and filmed by foreign news programs, including ABC’s 20/20, which broadcast “Shame of a Nation” in 1990. Like the liberators of Auschwitz 45 years before, early visitors to the institutions have been haunted all their lives by what they saw. “We flew in by helicopter over the snow to Siret, landing after midnight, subzero weather, accompanied by Romanian bodyguards carrying Uzis,” Jane Aronson tells me. A Manhattan-based pediatrician and adoption-medicine specialist, she was part of one of the first pediatric teams summoned to Romania by the new government. “We walk into a pitch-black, freezing-cold building and discover there are youngsters lurking about—they’re tiny, but older, something weird, like trolls, filthy, stinking. They’re chanting in a dronelike way, gibberish. We open a door and find a population of ‘cretins’—now it’s known as congenital iodine deficiency syndrome; untreated hypothyroidism stunts growth and brain development. I don’t know how old they were, three feet tall, could have been in their 20s. In other rooms we see teenagers the size of 6- and 7-year-olds, with no secondary sexual characteristics. There were children with underlying genetic disorders lying in cages. You start almost to disassociate.”

“I walked into an institution in Bucharest one afternoon, and there was a small child standing there sobbing,” recalls Charles A. Nelson III, a professor of pediatrics and neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and Boston Children’s Hospital. “He was heartbroken and had wet his pants. I asked, ‘What’s going on with that child?’ A worker said, ‘Well, his mother abandoned him this morning and he’s been like that all day.’ That was it. No one comforted the little boy or picked him up. That was my introduction.”

Monstrous, simply monstrous. It’s difficult to get one’s head around such mind-boggling, inhuman brutality as this. But then, as someone who lives in the nation which spawned the world’s foremost promoter and practitioner of eugenics, maybe I should just sit back and keep my fat yap shut. But similar horrors, and even more grotesque ones, aren’t the result of some failure to correctly implement or interpret Marxist ideology. They’re innate to it, baked right into the Commie cake: not an aberration, but an indivisible component of it. They crop up sooner or later in every nation-state that foolishly allows itself to be seduced by it—as if extreme abomination and atrocity were some kind of Frankenstein’s monster that, instead of electric current, require Communism to bring them fully to life. And as with Frankenstein’s misbegotten creation, there’s only one way to put an end to Communism’s deadly rampage once the monster has been reanimated and unchained to wreak its destructive havoc.

The Plot thickens

Well, this certainly didn’t take as long as I expected it to.

Kamala Harris Already Taking Head of State Phone Calls With World Leaders
Just weeks into Joe Biden’s “transition” presidency, his second-in-command, Kamala Harris has already begun taking Head of State phone calls with world leaders, it has been learned.

A White House readout of a recent call between the deeply unlikable and unpopular Harris and President Emmanuel Macron of France was first noticed by the National Pulse.

On Feb. 1, Harris also spoke with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau in her first call with a foreign leader, the Daily Mail reported.

I said from the start that I figured his puppeteers would go on with the charade that Cadaver Joe was competently in charge for a few months before somebody slipped a stiff jolt of cyanide into his daily reanimation injection, whereupon it would be announced that poor ol’ Gropey had succumbed to the FAUXVID19 Plague and the nation would pretend to be in mourning over their tragic loss as Kummala underwent her final preps for the move into the Big Chair.

I adjusted my thinking after reading (someplace or other, can’t remember now) some speculation on an even more likely scenario: the mouldering Bidencorpse would be propped up somehow for two years before the switcheroo is made, after which Harris could not only serve out Gropey’s last two years but also remain eligible to run for two full terms of her own. Should Gropey succumb before that two-year line is drawn, no dice.

Plausible? Oh, you betcher. That would give the Dems ten uninterrupted years to cement their hold on power permanently, trashing whatever pitiful remants of the country are left and completing their lusted-after Fundamental Transformation once and for all. I mean, what’s not to like? For them, I mean. Ace analysis:

State-to-state communication is supposed to always be between equals. And that means a head of a foreign state talks to the head (supposedly) of the American state.

If the president delegates a lesser official to call, then the foreign state also puts a lesser official on the call.

But Vice President (citation needed) Kamala Harris is now doing the job of the Commander in Chief.

And foreign heads of state are talking with her.

So they know. They’ve been told, Dementia Joe just isn’t up to it. He’s an old cottonheaded puppet.

This is unconstitutional. Invoke the 25th Amendment and call a lid on Sundown Joe.

A fine idea, sure enough. But the execution of such an obviously appropriate move would require a genuine, honest-to-God opposition party, an item which we seem to be all out of at the moment. In any event, one thing is perfectly clear: the Seatwarmer In Thief must be in pretty sorry shape indeed if he’s already being nudged offstage so Kummala can prematurely take her star turn. The shadowy Deep State director behind the curtain can’t be too happy about that; the Fourth Wall has been broken, throwing the whole production into a cocked hat. Some pretty fancy footwork will be necessary if suspension of disbelief is to be restored.

UNEXPECTED!!™

Nothing in this op-ed we all don’t already know, really. But there’s a huge shocker to be found therein nonetheless, which I will reveal anon.

When the current regime in Washington, D.C. says they are “going after violent extremists,” they mean patriots.

So here we are, 20 years after 9/11, and not only is America much farther away from defeating the jihadis and communists, the communists just seized executive power in the United States one month ago.

On January 30, MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace suggested that Trump supporters who “incited violence” at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021 be convicted just like Al Qaeda’s leader in Yemen, Anwar al-Awlaki, who also “incited violence” and was killed in a U.S. drone strike in September 2011.

Put aside the fact for a moment that Nicolle Wallace lied when she said that al-Awlaki was killed because he “incited violence.” Awlaki was actually killed because he was the leader of Al Qaeda in Yemen and responsible for jihad attacks inside the United States.

The fact that the propaganda arm of the U.S. communist/jihadi cabal, the traditional media, is openly calling for violence against Americans exercising their unalienable right to freely express themselves and hold the federal government accountable when it is ruled by those hostile to the Constitution should alarm and alert all thoughtful patriots.

The point is clear. The U.S. government under the current communist regime in the White House will use and is using its full power to suppress and eliminate opposition.

The communists/democrats did it to President Trump when they traitorously and unlawfully used the FBI, CIA, DNI, and other agencies to spy on him, his family, and his staff.

They are doing and will do it to citizens.

Of course they will. It’s in their nature to do so—a simple fact with a century’s worth of historical record to back it up, which none but a witless cretin could possibly dispute or find surprising by now. No, the jawdropper revelation contained in this otherwise fairly run-of-the-mill article, which you’d better sit down before reading, is in the author’s bio:

Former FBI special agent John Guandolo has recently warned that the current, fraudulent and illegitimate regime headed by China Joe Biden claims that they will be targeting “violent extremists,” but the reality is that they are actually going after American patriots.

Well, I will be dipped in shit and deep-fried. Looks like we may have found the one and only honest, right-thinking FBI man at long, long last. Musta slipped by the screening and psych-evals somehow. Hope he has a bodyguard or three standing by, just in case.

Off the pigs turtles!

Profiles in “courage,” Congresscreature-style.

Senator Mitch McConnell used the Senate floor to brutally trash Donald Trump after the former president was found not guilty at the impeachment trial.

The speech was so unhinged that it could have just as easily came from Nancy Pelosi.

McConnell did not hold back as he ripped Trump apart for a “disgraceful dereliction of duty” and attempting to “overturn the election.”

He claimed that the protesters stormed the Capitol because they had been “fed wild falsehoods by the most powerful man on earth,” and that Trump was “practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day.”

“There’s no question – none – that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day,” McConnell said.

McConnell went on to say that “this was an intensifying crescendo of conspiracy theories” by a president who seemed determined to overturn the will of the voters or “torch” institutions on the way out.

The anti-Trump Republican did vote “not guilty” before giving the ridiculous speech.

The “man” is a piece of shit—loathsome, execrable, vile, bereft of any redeeming quality. Him, and all his fellows. The day their filthy carcasses become Mordor On The Potomac lamppost decorations can’t come soon enough to suit me. But wait, it gets even worse, if you can believe it.

Fucking scum. I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: for someone belonging to a class of people who are supposedly scared to death of We The People, Yertle McTurtle sure seems awfully confident of his armor-plated invulnerability, don’t he? It’s apparent to me that, however afraid they might or might not be, they aren’t afraid enough.

Not yet.

A real stunner

Just when I thought there was no shock left to be wrung from my poor, calloused soul.

Former WWE talent Gabbi Tuft has come out as a transgender woman.

The 42-year-old fitness guru – who wrestled under the ring name Tyler Reks – shared the news via a press release on Thursday, calling Gabbi’s journey a ‘thrilling story of gender transitioning.’

‘Gabbi is about to share her thrilling story of gender transitioning from a former WWE Superstar, Body Builder, Fitness Guru, Motivational Speaker and Motorcycle Racer to a fun loving and fabulous female,’ the release read.

‘She has been finally set free and ready to rule her world.’

It seems Gabbi had intended to reveal the news on Friday, but she took to Instagram to address the early revelation Thursday, sharing a photo of herself beaming and posing in front of an old wrestling photo as she shared her new, authentic look.

I started to embed the photo, but there are lots more of ’em, and you really need to see them for yourself. I promise you: a bizarre milestone has been surpassed here, a bar most definitely raised.

Wow.

Way too little, way too late

What the hell took you so long?

On Thursday night, Lou Dobbs reported that President Trump ordered the release of the Obamagate intelligence documents.

Lou Dobbs: President Trump is declassifying top-secret documents all related to Obamagate. That is the coordinated and years-long spying against a presidential candidate and ultimately the President of the United States and his administration, that of Donald J. Trump.

Yeh, yeh, whatevs.

On Tuesday, The Gateway Pundit got word that President Trump was going to declassify all of the Russian hoax investigation documents.

They previously reported that Deep State operatives, including people inside the White House and ostensibly on “his” side, were urging the president to keep the information from the public.

In fact, President Trump promised several times that he would release everything on the Russian hoax before he left office.

The Trump administration must now make sure these documents are released to the public.

For what? The time when such a move might actually have done some good is long behind us now. Or is there anybody out there stupid enough to imagine that Usurper Joe’s crack Injustice Dept team is going to SPRING INTO ACTION and get to the bottom of that steaming, flyblown pile of corruption?

It’s like this: Yes, they did it. Yes, we all know that they did it. And yes, they got away with it. Declassification, threatened by Trump many months ago but never followed through on for whatever incomprehensible reason, is as futilely masturbatory at this point as screaming about the ziggurat of solid evidence of election fraud in 2020 is, nothing but a chattering-class circle jerk.

The Obamagate/Russiagate/Ukrainegate/FBIgate/Laptopgate scams are way past their sell-by date—as stale and moldy as Earth Shoes, Mood Rings, and your deceased Aunt Maude’s orange shag carpet. Who cares about the Barrackorrhoids’ 2016 election jiggery-pokery anymore anyhow? After all, the self-same mountebanks just successfully stole another one outright in front of our faces. They got away with that, too.

Hold on, though, it gets even worse.

CNBC Washington Correspondent Wamon Javors reported on Thursday that President Trump has a slew of pardons ready to go as well as plans to appoint special counsels to investigate meth addict Hunter Biden and possibly the Dominion voting machines!

Great. That’ll go on for, what, four days tops before Usurper Joe is inaugurated and cancels the whole thing? But hey, maybe somebody could talk Honest Jim Comey into spearheading a new “investigation” based on Trump’s tardy document-dump. Anything’s possible, right? What the heck, if you’re gonna dream, dream big.

And maybe, just maybe, the horse really will learn to sing.

Say. Her. Name

God bless this man.

As usual, street artist SABO has managed to trigger the Left with his latest venture.

The artist, who was on Capitol Hill at the time of the rally and the riot, is well known for tweaking the noses of Leftist politicians, Hollywood, and Trump himself.

This time, however, SABO’s using the Left’s own rhetorical tropes to call attention to the case of Ashli Babbitt, the Air Force Veteran who was shot and killed by Capitol Police for breaching the Capitol entrance.

He’s created a free downloadable poster of Babbitt in hopes that the life of the Trump supporter will not be forgotten.

SABO told PJ Media that the Left continually tells us that people aren’t dangerous if they’re not armed, so why was Babbitt shot?

“This woman was unarmed, many of the protesters were escorted into the building,” SABO said. “Why was she killed? We spent the summer watching BLM and ANTIFA Burn, Loot and Murder from coast to coast while law enforcement stood down and did nothing. Why her? Unlike Breanna Taylor, Ashli was never found to have a dead body in the truck of her car. Her boyfriend wasn’t a drug dealer. Unlike George Floyd she wasn’t high on drugs, resisting arrest when she was killed by police. I want this image to be used to honor her in the same way the Left has honored their own who have died.”

Already downloaded my own copies, one of which I’ll be downsizing for deployment in the CF sidebar. According to Taft, some poor sap posted Sabo’s piece on Instaphlegm, with unsurprising results:

Some of the replies to the post were chilling and sad. One said, “went to DC and came out D-ceased.” Another said with a laugh emoji “DEADKAREN?” Still another claimed that Babbitt was “burning in hell.” A woman who goes by the handle of “mandatory carry” said, “Don’t be absurd- They can’t say her name, she’s a actual victim.” Another responded that she was “a victim of her own stupidity.”

Others said “terrible loss of life. But…she shouldn’t have gone in that building.”

Be assured that no one will be cancelled for saying horrible things about Ashli Babbitt.

We can disagree on politics, but is there really any disagreement over someone’s tragic death?

Victoria, Victoria, Victoria. Can you possibly be so naive as that? Of COURSE there is “disagreement” over it. In fact, the death of anyone who blasphemously resists or rejects Progtalitarian religious dogma is no tragedy whatsoever to the Satanic Left, no matter what the circumstances are. Evidence aplenty that the callous goblins of the Left regard enemy fatalities as cause not for mourning but for orgiastic celebration is right there in your own damned article, and plenty more of it has been rubbed in the faces of decent people for years and years now.

Real Americans better get wise to exactly what these vile, vicious subhumans really are, before it’s too fucking late to stop them.

Fear not, America: Your FBI™ is on the job

I know I said was just about done with posting about, or paying the least bit of attention to, any more election-theft news. But this one sorta grabbed me for some reason.

BREAKING: FBI Claims Jurisdiction and Yesterday Took Control of Shredded Ballots Being Analyzed in Georgia – Sends Them Back to Shredder
The FBI in Georgia stopped the forensic analysis of shredded ballots, took the ballots away from the forensic team and brought them back to the shredder.

The FBI demanded that they had jurisdiction of the review of ballots in Georgia. Then yesterday the FBI took control of the shredding truck and materials and demanded the shredding operation be completed.

Yep, just openly laughing in our faces now. But hey, no sweat; we’re really gonna show ’em in 2024! Right, gang?

Questions, questions

Looks like pretty much every conservablogger but me is tripping all over themselves in a mad rush to disavow the wrongity-wrong-wrongness of today’s horrendous and unacceptable events. A representative sample:

People will have different opinions on this. On the one hand, you will have people who say that the left-wing riots during the summer were met with cheer and applause by the media so what’s the point of being any better? On the other hand, this is logically dumb and counter-productive. One of the last vestiges of Trump’s movement was that his followers didn’t do this kind of thing. They kept their cool and showed their support in a way that made sense and was effective. Instead of burning things, they got out and knocked on doors. Shoving police at the Capitol while trying to storm the building accomplishes nothing but marginalizing the movement. Further, it’s simply not right. If you spent all summer denouncing violence in Kenosha and Minneapolis, you can’t now excuse this as acceptable.

Think not, do ya? Just watch me. Because one of these things is NOT like the other. Kenosha, Mogadish-apolis, and all the rest were sparked by a false narrative; incited and cheered on by the Left for purely political purposes; and intentionally allowed to take place and metastasize without interference from conniving shitlib governors and mayors, also for purely political purposes. They were part and parcel of a larger four-year campaign to, by hook or by crook, unseat a duly-elected President—a blunt-force reminder that Real Americans will no longer be allowed any say in who rules them.

Today’s uprising, in contrast, was an act of rebellion against a demonstrably corrupt, malificent, and illegitimate tyranny. It was a reaction by ordinarily peaceable citizens who, over the past two months, have watched as their last hope for a redress of legitimate grievances was denied them via a fraud so brazen as to amount to a personal insult. It all brings to mind a few questions for our esteemed (ie, non-shitlib) colleagues who are expressing such deep abhorrence for today’s “shocking violence”:

  • Just how the hell do you think this country came into being in the first place?
  • Is it your contention that the US government remains in accord with the blueprint drawn by the Founders in the Constitution?
  • Do you believe it “counter-productive” or “effective” that Americans meekly acquiesce to the theft of the 2020 election, thereby granting tacit consent to being robbed, as well as legitimacy to the scoundrels who robbed them?
  • Do you think the Founders would have been as compliant as we’ve been for so long? Based on what history tells us, do you think today’s uprising would mortify and shame them? Or would it make them proud?
  • Does this Tweet from one of Herschel’s readers resonate with you at all? Even a wee bit?

    IronyInDC.png

One more question, which I’ll preface with Ace’s bitter musing on the murder of Ashli Babbit:

Weird, because leftwing terrorists set fire to federal buildings and laid siege to a federal courthouse for an entire summer and at no point did the police or federal troopers ever use live rounds — in fact, they barely used even nonlethal rounds. They allowed themselves to be pummeled by antifa and BLM.

But now it’s time to use live ammunition on civilian protesters, huh?

I guess the use of violent force is permissible when putting down some protests!

What a surprise, it turns out that it’s conservatives that the agents of the state are allowed to beat, shoot, and kill!

Wow, this coin we keep flipping just keeps coming up against us!

My question: if today’s “mob violence” was “simply not right,” then is the only acceptable alternative for Real Americans to just knuckle under and accept life under tyranny?

Is there any hill you think is worth dying on? Any cause or principle to which we’re willing to pledge “our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor”—and MEAN it?

Not to pick on the guy or anything, but Bonchie’s next passage raises a few more questions.

I’m probably speaking into the wind at this point, but here’s what Trump should actually do. Instead of worrying about whipping up his supporters at a final rally over a lost cause, he should be declassifying literally everything that would expose corruption within the government. Further, he should be forcing the selection of a special counsel to investigate Hunter and Joe Biden. Those are actions that would actually matter in the long term. This rioting at the Capitol doesn’t matter. It doesn’t change anything. It doesn’t expose anything.

Dude, SRSLY? So how much more corruption do you feel needs to be “exposed” at this late date, anyway? Is there any reason whatsoever to believe that exposing any damned thing at all is going to change anything? Or that another “special counsel” investigation either A) won’t be brought to a screeching, smoking halt right around, oh, early AM on January 21st after Biden’s “inauguration,” or B) end up yielding pretty much the same revolting caricature of “justice” that the Barr/Durham dumbshow produced?

Last question: Do Americans have the gall to go on calling it “the land of the free, the home of the brave” if they fail to resist this criminal charade and defy its perpetrators, to the very last ounce of their strength?

Update! Sarah Hoyt lays it down.

And for the record, no, I will not condemn the protesters. Should they have gone into the Capitol? I don’t know. Why shouldn’t they have? It’s not like they went and hanged the corruptocrats using their own intestines as ropes. They might — or might not. Really, do you trust the reporting? In this time, in this place? — have broken windows. And then walked, carefully between the ropes? Sure, why not. Let’s roll with that narrative. They might have made a mess of Nancy Ice Cream Pelosi’s office. Maybe. Again…. reporting?

You know what they didn’t do? They didn’t kill anyone. That was reserved for someone who shot through a door sidelight at a protester. You know what else they didn’t do? Use live ammo. You know what else they didn’t do? Trample the flag, which the capitol police did, while being begged not to. You know what else they didn’t do? shine lasers in cops eyes, set fire to the building, loot it, or shoot fireworks at people.

Spare me your pearl clutching. How do you propose we get our republic back if demonstrations are “rude?” When they committed blatant fraud in two elections, right before our eyes, and thereby abolished the representative part of the republic, and with it the constitutional part, what are you going to do? Write them strongly worded letters? Or wait till they fraud 2022 just as blatantly, while you stand around being utterly stunned?

It’s time to ditch the Marquis de Queensberry rules. It’s time to stop fighting with our feet in a bucket. Yes, what happened today was very very bad. Yes, it means that what comes next will probably come with a butcher’s bill. I have sons in military age. I’m not thrilled.

BUT the fault is not of the protesters. The fault is of the corruptocrats, yes, including the Supreme Court Justices, every one of them who found it easier to roll over for fraud and not let the ridiculous level of fraud in the elections have its day in court.

If you’re going to clutch pearls and tut tut do so at those who passed the buck, refused to do their jobs or sided with the left in the hopes of being eaten last.

The angry Americans, many of them despoiled out of their livelihoods by the elite’s Covid-19 fun and games designed to destroy the economy so they could steal the election, are the least guilty here. It’s quite likely — if G-d watches out for fools, children, and the United States of America — they’ll be held up as heroes some day.

Preach it, girlfriend. Couldn’t have said it better myself. Meanwhile, Steyn deployed Tucker’s mic to handily dispense with that “not who we are” bushwa.

People are surprised when a tactic that’s proved effective by one group of people, is taken up by another group of people.

People say ‘this is not who we are.’ Have you not turned on the tv since Memorial Day? This is EXACTLY who we are.

Nancy Pelosi told us she didn’t care about old statues. Mitch McConnell said he didn’t care about the names of military bases. But suddenly this old building is important now.

Know who brandished the “not who we are” admonishment more than just about anybody else? Three guesses.

The Washington Free Beacon has put together a video montage of Obama using his catchphrase, “it’s not who we are” 46 times.

Since there is little flexibility in his thinking, “not who we are” is likely to be used even more to delegitimize his opponents as his term in office runs down, his popularity sinks, and he becomes ever more desperate to stifle mounting criticism.

No matter how many times it’s used, it is a weak debate trick to muzzle his opponents by suggesting that no true American could possibly disagree with his point of view.

Says all you’ll ever need to know about the kind of people who say it, their real intentions, and their integrity.

Whodunit?

It begins. Or….does it???

Having a life, I didn’t get to the Internet early on Christmas Day to check into the particulars of the appalling blast that went off in downtown Nashville the morning of 25 December.  So I am hardly the first to notice that the homely little RV seen in security camera videos, which apparently carried the bomb to the intended location, was parked directly adjacent to a major regional hub facility for AT&T, located in the 100 block of 2nd Avenue North.

The AT&T building took the greatest damage from the enormous blast, and I doubt we will learn at any point that something else was supposedly the target.  At least two eyewitnesses speaking to local media confirmed that the RV sat on the street a few feet from the AT&T building for some time (apparently a minimum of nearly an hour; possibly more) prior to the blast.

However, there appears to be a (possibly minor) discrepancy for which I haven’t yet seen a resolution.  The location from which the RV seemed to be broadcasting an audio warning over a loudspeaker, if we go by the viral image seen across American TV screens on Friday, was not the location where it blew up.  It’s not just that an eyewitness interviewed on a local news station described a different location (video below).  It’s that there’s no bomb blast where the RV was sitting in that viral image.  The bomb blast is visible in post-explosion videos down where the eyewitnesses have said it was just before the explosion.  So the RV apparently moved — not just down the street, but across the street — after the Nashville police provided the image that went viral.

Lots more stuff at the link, and a hol-eee-FUCK!!!-ton more to mull over. In the course of citing the arrest of a purported suspect already, Bill mentions another of an abundance of aspects to this which are well out of the usual run:

There you have it. Dunno what it means. A smallish, 63 year old longhair gave his house away, filled his RV with high explosives, and blew up the AT&T regional center.

Your guess is as good as mine. Random observation: They are releasing a hell of a lot of info very quickly. That usually only occurs when the authorities want to establish one particular narrative.

My personal gut take, strictly off the cuff and based on not much, is that this thing smells like some kind of proof-of-concept trial run, perhaps meant to determine the reach of the AT&T comm node that was the obvious target. But who knows. I’m pretty confident that it ain’t Muzzrats this time. As natural (and usually accurate) an assumption as that is nowadays, the evacuation warning broadcast for a half-hour before boomtime militates against that well enough all by itself, I should think. OTOH, I’ve seen it noted here and there that THAT is an old tried-and-true standby from the IRA’s bag ‘o tricks.

Nor do I suspect any pAntiFa/BLM/random Commie lunkheads. Those cretins would most likely have fumblefucked their way into a premature detonation and blown themselves up.

No, I think it’s gotta be White Guys on this one. Whether it was OUR WGs, or false flag Feds, or some other bunch with unknowm designs, we may never know. But White Guys for sure. The only real certainty is something that I reminded my brother about yesterday, the sly warning we’ve all heard from teachers or professors: You WILL be seeing this material again.

Count on it.

Update! Enlightened speculation with historical backup courtesy of Bracken, via WRSA.

In the mid 1980s, Cuba began to allow flights from the USA to Cuba via the Bahamas and Mexico. The anti-communist Cubans in South Florida took a dim view of the travel agencies that handled the arrangements. A method to show their displeasure was the near-simultaneous bombings of several of these travel agencies in South Florida. (Same night, indicating coordination and professionalism.)

The method of attack was simple and ingenious. A big plastic commercial-grade trash bin on wheels was placed outside the store-front windows of the targets. Looks innocent enough at night. A simple camping gas bottle was opened at the bottom, a plumber’s candle was taped near the top. The lid of the bin kept the candle from blowing out, or the rising gas from blowing away, and the lid hid the candle light from view. But the lid did not totally seal the bin, so the candle would keep burning. The rising gas reaches the lit candle, and BOOM.

These simple gas bombs totally gutted the travel agencies, blowing out their interior walls and ceilings. The businesses on either side were heavily damaged also. (This happened without the greater effect of the gas bomb trash bin being located in a tight alley with walls on either side, that is, no “tamping” effect to amplify the blast wave.)

Now move from Miami 1980s to Nashville 2020 and do some SWAG extrapolation, from an 80 or 100 gallon commercial-size wheeled plastic trash bin, to a pretty big RV. The Nashville bomber/s didn’t detonate a propane tank full of liquid propane, he/they just let the bottles fill the entire RV with a thick cloud of gas. The trash bins that totally wrecked the travel agencies contained about a max of 10 cubic feet of gas when they reached the lit candle. What are the dimensions of the interior of an RV like the one in Nashville? Call it 20L X 8W X 6H just for a rough calculation, ignoring the cab area. I come up with 960 cubic feet, call it a thousand with the cab. 10 cubic feet in a trash bin placed outside the windows of the travel agencies totally wrecked wrecked them, ceilings and walls blown out, neighbor businesses heavily damaged. The bin bomb is 10 cubic feet of gas. The RV bomb is a thousand cubic feet of gas.

No crater tells me it’s not even ANFO (Ammonium Nitrate/Fuel Oil), which is about 40% as powerful as TNT, depending on variables, which is given an explosive factor of 1.0. (C-4 is 1.4) Even an ANFO bomb would have cratered the street. IMHO this was “just” a pressure bomb. I’m guessing it was simple flammable gas released into a sealed container (the RV with all outlets sealed) and ignited remotely or on a timer.

For sure the feds already know all this. They are probably freaking out because they will not be able to keep it a secret how easy it is to make a rolling gas bomb. The purpose of this bomb might have been “educational,” just to show how simple and powerful a mobile gas bomb can be to create and use.

You’ll want to read the whole post, of course, but I’m finding the “WHY” more interesting than the “WHO” or the “HOW” at the moment.

Things that make you go HMMM update! More speculation and intriguingly intriguing intrigue from David DeGerolamo at NCRen: “Did We Get the Keys to the Deep State in Nashville?

Tuned in update! Roger Simon gets the message.

Even with the warning, considerable collateral damage to businesses on Second Street and close by was inevitable, as if they all hadn’t had enough already.

Nevertheless, the person or persons who did this act—likely experienced with explosives in some way—ignored that potential destruction.

They clearly wanted to send a message he, she or they believed was of too much importance.

At this point anyway, that message appears to be that we live in a surveillance state from the likes of AT&T and our government and that that must end for the survival of our republic as it was conceived.

Our liberties no longer exist. China may be trying to take us over, but we’re already halfway there ourselves.

Given how divided our country is, what happened in Nashville this Christmas morning may have been the first salvo in a second civil war.

Of course, there is always the possibility that one side is impersonating the other in this action—that it is a false-flag operation.

But if so, it’s even more a license for civil war.

Whose statues will be torn down this time?

If this does turn out to be our time’s Ft Sumter Moment, statues and monuments are going to be of little or no concern. Gonna be plenty of other things torn down that are of FAR greater—or at least more immediate—importance, I suspect.

Highbrows going low

The rich are different from you or I. Except when they ain’t.

The by-product of New York-area real estate demand isn’t just limited to staggering price tags. It also tends to create cachet with areas that other, less intense markets might consider just plain peculiar. Case-in-point: Montauk Shores, a trailer park with million-dollar listings, billionaire residents, and a parking lot filled with six-figure cars. A stone’s throw from Andy Warhol’s beach getaway and Dick Cavett’s famous estate and situated along Ditch Plains Beach, Montauk Shores —“the park,” as it’s familiarly known throughout the Hamptons—got its start as a modest campground for surfers and beach bunnies, becoming a co-operatively owned mobile home condominium park in 1976, before its recent reinvention as a real estate juggernaut.

Peter and Lois Moore, husband-and-wife brokers with The Corcoran Group, have had several exclusive listings in Montauk Shores over the years, so AD caught up with them to discuss property trends in what has become a heated real estate enclave. “About seven or eight years ago, these trailers became rather popular, and the waterfront lots came to be acquired by high-net-worth individuals,” Peter explains. For units along the water, the Moores say to expect a seven-figure price tag, while lots a few rows inland tend to hover between a half-million to a million. “It’s been a steady climb,” Peter says. “We have seen more consistency in pricing on an upward curve than we have in other residential areas.” Because of its proximity to the beach, the units have been subject to another only-in-the-Hamptons real estate trend. “Oftentimes, they’re second homes for buyers who don’t stay in them; they just use them as beach cabanas,” Peter explains.

7 figures? Okay, I come from a long line of confirmed trailer trash on my mom’s side. I have friends who have lived in trailer parks, and have whiled away many a pleasant hour hanging out in their homes. I have lived in a trailer park my own self.

Suffice it to say, then, that I have no problem whatsoever with the mobile-home lifestyle. So I feel qualified to state with perfect confidence that the article’s accompanying photo shows what is definitely a very nice trailer park—EXTREMELY nice, probably the nicest I’ve ever seen. Neat, well-kept, organized, clean. No sign of the decay, neglect, and chaotic clutter common to such places.

The first trailer I lived in had been my mom’s years before, a custom job she purchased when my folks split up in 1979. She sited the trailer on land bought by her folks way back in 1937, around eight-ten acres that my grandparents farmed right up until my grandpa dropped dead of a heart attack on his way home from an all-night poker game, in 1976. After living there for several years, my mom moved into the renovated farmhouse that still shares the family plot with that old trailer, which her sister and brother-in-law took over in their turn. They happily lived there for the rest of their lives. My aunt Sarah went first, her old man Rabbit (actually Hubert, which he just hated) succumbing to his overwhelming grief shortly after.

The old trailer sat empty for several years after that, gradually going to hell just as all houses will when left to sit unoccupied for long periods. Then, when my own marriage blew up in my face, I moved in. After I’d been in the place a few months, I was struck with the idea of getting hold of some iron pipe and fabricating a submarine periscope, to be mounted up on the rusty roof just for giggles. Unfortunately, I never did it. My uncle Larry bought the house and land from my mom and stepdad years back. An old WestPac Navy man, he moved his Filipino wife and her young ‘uns in, and they live there still. One of his stepsons is in my mom’s old trailer now, having done extensive renovations and repairs with assistance from his American wife, who’s a dab hand at projects of that nature.

I’m perfectly fine with trailers. But I don’t care HOW nice the trailer (or the park it sits in) is, or how much family history is wrapped up in it, trailers are basically just cheap tin cans—flimsy, cramped domiciles shaped exactly like your standard box of saltines. Not very many people move into a trailer intending to stay there forever. The things are only built to last for around twenty years or so anyway. After that, the place will start to cave in around your ears, with leaky roofs, drafty windows, holes in the floors, sagging cabinets, and such-like suddenly cropping up as if they were on a strict schedule.

Standard trailer doors are nothing but two thin layers of aluminum over a styrofoam core. Any healthy pre-teen could easily kick his way through one without straining himself, and I’m sure plenty of them have. The fixtures are all cut to odd-ball sizes and dimensions, and you can’t just trot on off to Lowes when you need to replace a window or a sink. There are mobile-home stores expressly dealing in that stuff, at surprisingly high prices, too.

A trailer is NEVER an “investment.” Not even close. It’s a product with a depreciation rate higher than a three-owner Yugo’s, one which appeals exclusively to the niche-est of niche markets. A trailer is typically either A) a temporary stand-in for the real house you hope to step up to later; B) a crash pad for bottom-of-the-societal-barrel types to get roaring drunk in on weekends, and/or cook meth in; or C) a place where destitute older people go to die. Also scattered in amongst the aforementioned categories are miscellaneous misfits, ne’er do wells, and recently-paroled convicts. Then you have the uncharacterizable weirdos who can never quite shake off the nagging feeling that they wound up there by mistake—like, say, myself. Those last often think of themselves as being IN the trailer park, but not OF the trailer park. It’s a comforting thought, but they’re probably wrong.

“Half a million to a million” for a trailer? Proof positive that some people have more money than sense…but at those rates, not for long. Maybe a nice, long visit from a true trailer-park maven like Ricky might wise those spendthrifts up to a thing or two.

Chinese wild cards

Pulling ’em from a crooked deck.

Let’s say, for the sake of argument, that my theory is correct, and that the upcoming DNI report on foreign interference in the 2020 election is incredibly damaging to China and the Democrats, and that it lays bare specific instances of corruption where China has influenced individuals to aid in the theft of the election, both Democrats and Republicans.

Let’s then posit that Trump does invoke the Insurrection Act, declares martial law of some sort, maybe to order either a national redo of the election, or a redo in the fraudulently stolen states.  Let’s further say that Trump actually arrests the most egregious criminals.

Okay, so what then?

Whatever it is, it won’t be pretty, it won’t be fun, it will go on a lot longer than certain overconfident types prefer to imagine, and ultimate victory is by no means a sure thing. But read on to see what the ChiComs have cooking for us next.

Hellzapoppin’

Folks, the developments have been breaking so fast and furious today I can’t even keep abreast of them all, much less write about ’em. But this is a truly big one, I believe, perhaps even the biggest.

After considerable legal filings intended to block the release of a forensic report of Antrim County Dominion vote tabulation systems, a Michigan judge has lifted a gag order allowing the plaintiff, Allied Security Operations Group, to publicly release the findings.

The results of the forensic audit, while limited only to the vote tabulations in Antrim county, are damning for the Michigan system of elections.

According to the audit:

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.

The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud.

Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.

[…] The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity.

[…] It is critical to understand that the Dominion system classifies ballots into two categories, 1) normal ballots and 2) adjudicated ballots. Ballots sent to adjudication can be altered by administrators, and adjudication files can be moved between different Results Tally and Reporting (RTR) terminals with no audit trail of which administrator actually adjudicates (i.e. votes) the ballot batch.

[…] A staggering number of votes required adjudication. This was a 2020 issue not seen in previous election cycles still stored on the server. This is caused by intentional errors in the system. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency or audit trail. Our examination of the server logs indicates that this high error rate was incongruent with patterns from previous years.

The statement attributing these issues to human error is not consistent with the forensic evaluation, which points more correctly to systemic machine and/or software errors. The systemic errors are intentionally designed to create errors in order to push a high volume of ballots to bulk adjudication.

[…] Research is ongoing. However, based on the preliminary results, we conclude that the errors are so significant that they call into question the integrity and legitimacy of the results in the Antrim County 2020 election to the point that the results are not certifiable.

Because the same machines and software are used in 48 other counties in Michigan, this casts doubt on the integrity of the entire election in the state of Michigan.

The parts I bolded alone are just, well, ummm…just…I mean…

DAYUMMM. If your hometown McDonald’s had a french-fry machine that burned 68 percent of ’em, they’d shut that fucker down pronto, with big fat lawsuits filed by close of business that same day. Note also: Dominion’s rigged election-fraud machines are used in 28 states, not just those “48 other” Michigan counties.

The Usurper Biden won nothing. The 2020 election was stolen—period, full stop, end of story. Uncle Gropey may yet be sworn in on January 20th. But he was most certainly not ELECTED president. That’s all there is to it.

Annnnd again

Meh. I’ll believe it when I see it.

Disney announced a lot of their big plans for the future in a huge investor presentation last week, but they didn’t announce all of them. There’s one property that I’ve been hearing whispers about that didn’t get mentioned. That property is Firefly. The lack of an announcement about it doesn’t mean, however, that Disney isn’t keen to do something with the Joss Whedon cult phenom. In fact, they’re working on a new Firefly series for Disney+. Development on their Firefly reboot is in such an early stage, however, that they couldn’t make an announcement about it during last week’s Investor Day.

Disney acquired the rights to Firefly in their acquisition of Fox back in 2019. There was no immediate move to do anything with the property, but something has changed. That something is the end of movie theaters.

Movie theaters are done. The biggest chain in the world will likely shutter permanently next month and the others are likely to follow suit. As a result Disney’s focus is shifting away from movies and towards producing programming for streaming platforms. Their investor presentation last week demonstrated this with a strong focus on Disney+ programming. To feed the streaming beast Disney needs more and more TV programming. Specifically, they’d like to have something that’s a draw besides Star Wars and Marvel. One of their plans to up the variety of content on their streaming platform is Firefly.

My source tells me that Disney is in early development on a Firefly reboot. The new show would start the story of Captain Mal Reynolds and his crew aboard the Serenity over from scratch, with an aim to make this a long-running series on Disney+. There is a twist here and the twist is that they see the show as ideal family-friendly programming for Disney+. My source tells me they’re planning to target it more at a PG-adventure, family audience and less at the sort of PG-13 dynamic the original Joss Whedon show went for.

This shift in tone suggests the new version of Firefly might drop characters like Inara, who is basically a prostitute. Instead it’ll probably lean more into the fun and adventure aspect of the universe’s stories. Fans may initially be unhappy, but it’s easy to see a way it could work.

Easier by far to see a lot more ways they could screw the pooch. And since it’s fully-Woke Disney we’re talking about here, I think I know which is the better bet, sorry as I am to have to say it.

As for dumping Inara, well, let’s see here. Shepherd Book, Wash, and Mr Universe all died in Serenity, so they’re gone. From the sound of it, Disney will probably neuter Captain Mal into an indecisive, wimpy man-child, always in search of a shoulder to cry on or a group hug, less Captain Kirk and more Ensign Hamlet. Simon Tam will be rendered hors de transgendeur in a desperate bid to “modernize” the franchise, making it more palatable for today’s non-binary audience. Jayne will finally break out those sassy cocktail dresses he’s kept secreted in a footlocker all this time unbeknownst to the rest of the Firefly crew, mincing around the galley belting out classic Broadway showtunes in a fluttery falsetto. Kaylee, in despair over Simon’s sudden gender uncertainty, will abandon ship to become a nun on Convent, a remote planet settled by Catholic colonists. Eventually, her chronic sexual frustration will drive her to announce a new self-identity: Negro male. She will leave Convent to return to Earth, where she will join BLM and then be killed in a mostly-peaceful riot.

I’d be thrilled to see a properly-done Firefly, but I have my doubts about this one. The word “reboot” itself is a red flag; the show doesn’t need rejiggering or re-imagining or rebooting, it just needs restarting, nothing more. As Glenn quips: “Given what Disney has done to Star Wars, I’m not sure we should celebrate.” Indeed. More than likely, almost certainly, the greatest TV show EVER will be defanged, declawed, deballed, and as far as I’m concerned, defunct.

American apocalypse

Riders on the storm.

Lately, I have found myself turning to the Book of Revelations, written by the Apostle John and transmitted to the world in the first century A.D. Everyone is familiar with the vision of the four horsemen in Rev. 6:1-8, where they appear with the opening of the first four of the seven seals that bring forth the cataclysm of the end times.

In our “time and setting,” one might think that we are witnessing the last days of the American Republic, following massive electoral fraud, the suppression of facts by the media, the ubiquitous practice of censorship by the tech platforms, and the (so far) pusillanimous refusal of the courts to rectify the greatest electoral scandal, by several orders of magnitude, since the defeat of Andrew Jackson in the “corrupt bargain” of 1824.

Given the cultural forces that have been at work undermining the joists and beams of the nation, the impending calamity comes as no surprise. The four horsemen are riding again, and their names are Feminism, Climate, COVID-19, and the Democratic Party.

I cannot pronounce on the tenets of any specific communion, but I do believe that without faith in the transcendent, however mysterious and elusive, and without holding to a morality based on the values of truth and courage, then in consequence “whatsoever worketh abomination” (Revelations 21:27) will wreak destruction upon a people and a nation.

The four horsemen of the American Apocalypse are riding hard and, in the absence of popular conviction and institutional integrity, the sequel will not be in doubt. In Holman Hunt’s celebrated painting The Light of the World, based on Revelations 3:20 and representing Christ standing before a closed door, it is instructive to note that the door has no handle and can be opened only by the dweller inside. The religious symbolism is obvious and is elaborately explained in Jeremy Maas’ Holman Hunt and the Light of the World, but in our context, the message is that the citizens of the country and the courts within have been called to open the door and let in the light of truth. The fate of the Republic hangs in the balance.

Looks like that fate has today been officially sealed.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Friday rebuffed a last-ditch attempt by Texas to block electors from four battleground states — all of which backed President-elect Joe Biden — from voting in the Electoral College, delivering a fatal blow to President Trump and his allies in their quest to overturn the results of the presidential election.

The high court refused to take up the lawsuit filed Monday by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that took aim at the election results in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin.

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the court said in an unsigned order.

But Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, said the court does “not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.”

Ace sums up the grim tidings.

The ultimate Friday Night News Dump: The Constitution is repealed; America is no longer a democratic republic.

“Standing” is a doctrine without much rigor. Judges find standing when they want to take a case, and don’t find it when they want to bury a case.

Yes, that’s true: The Court has no discretion to not take the case. The Constitution says they must take it.

But whatever, I guess the Constitution is a tax now or something.

Well, no. It remains the sad, spindly parody of itself it was long ago incrementally reduced to, over many years of painstaking and deliberate effort by the Left: a total irrelevancy, a meaningless document stripped of any but purely historical interest, bearing no relationship whatsoever to the governance and “law” of this contemptible joke of a banana republic.

The Democrat-Socialists and the evil Left should have been stopped dead in their tracks well before their lengthy campaign of treasonous destruction had advanced to this extreme. Because of our reluctance to recognize the enemy and engage him, there are no good choices left to us. Ironically, the torpor of ordinary Americans—thoroughly conciliatory people whose only wish was to be left alone to live their lives in peace by the tyrannical Left—has made the very war they so desperately hoped to forestall unavoidable.

So be it then. The last die has been thrown, the final hand dealt. Whether out of cowardice or corruption, the so-called “Supreme” Court chose to traduce their oaths with today’s outrageous transgression against sober jurisprudence. With that betrayal, there now remains but one course of action left for Team Liberty: fight or die.

Lock and load, folks; the battle for the tatterdemalion scraps of freedom and dignity we still enjoy is shortly to be joined, for real and for keeps. We are about to learn just how many Americans remain truly American. May enough of us prove worthy of our proud, noble heritage to turn the dismal tide at last.

Update! Build back better.

“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law,” Texas GOP chairman Allen West said in a statement, “resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic.”

The “constitutional republic” HAS no future; it’s long been dead, and today the last spade of earth was shoveled onto its grave.

West also suggested that “law-abiding” states should “bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”

A capital idea, one I support wholeheartedly. But that new Union had damned well better make building the ability to defend effectively against all-out military attack by Progtardistan a top priority, right from the git-go. Otherwise, Freedomlandia’s survival will be measurable in weeks, months at the outside. Rest assured that such a war of conquest seeking the re-subjugation of the breakaway nation’s citizenry is more than a mere “possibility” or “concern”; it is an absolute certainty—a matter not of if but of when.

Let them take arms update! Aesop draws a line under it.

With this dismissal, the Supreme Court of the United States has just ruled that the Constitution of the United States no longer has jurisdiction over the United States. In so doing, they have also self-deligitimized any jurisdiction they formerly possessed.

The only answer to that has to start with gunfire, and end with nooses.

Conduct yourselves appropriately. The entire social contract is therefore dissolved.

If you swore an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that bill has just come due. The government of the United States has now entered into a state of war with its own people.

If there is no Constitution, there is no law, no republic, and no allegiance due to any authority constituted under it and subservient to it. That includes the national government, and every former US state and territory. At the stroke of a pen, they have all become pretenders.

The time for talking has ended. Come as you are.

May God have mercy on my enemies, for I shall have none.

Earlier, he also speculated on some potential opening gambits.

If a few cubic yards of concrete accidentally get poured into an underground vault, you ain’t repairing that for some time.

The same is true if you weld manhole covers and service plates to their rings.

If you shoot the boss, they can replace him in 15 minutes. If you hit the truck with the tools and supplies, that takes days to weeks to replace. But if you take out the guys who fix the stuff, they take months to years to replace. And the other ones don’t want to show up for work either, afterwards.

BLM and Antifa already have a rep for burning things, and trying to derail trains. They should get 100% credit for anything like that going forward, forever.

If someone shoots a guy driving a truck, there’s a body. But if someone drops a letter off with pictures of his kids at school, and he decides maybe he ought to call in sick, there’s no body, and little to follow up on. (One might even have the envelope delivered at a truck stop, and suggest he uncouple, and return home without his load.) Same result.

A train track missing a rail on the outside of a medium curve will usually derail a train. (With modern rails, you have to bridge the contact between the section with wire or something, which BLM has figured out, per recent news reports.)
If that derailment happens to interfere with a major industrial plant, arterial roadway, etc., that’s a two-fer.

This is the same reason military manuals recommend dropping tall objects (trees, towers, smokestacks) over roadways, bridges, and power transmission lines. Half the effort, twice the result.

A great many more at the link, and more yet in the comments. Our would-be masters know not what they’ve done, methinks. But they went ahead and did it anyhow, so may they have as rough a ride as can be imagined from here on out.
