COMING SOON: Open season on “liberals,” no bag limit

Wow. Just…WOW.

More from the embedded link:

A digitally altered image of Kamala Harris dressed as a McDonald’s employee has gone viral on social media, sparking debate over her recent claim that she once worked at a McDonald’s in Alameda, California. The photo, widely shared by some liberal users as supposed “proof” of Harris’s claim, is actually a modified image of a white Canadian woman who passed away from cancer in 2007.

The original photo is of Suzanne Bernier, who passed away from cancer in 2007, according to an archived webpage about her life.

These so-called “people” seem absolutely, positively determined to make it impossible not to look forward eagerly to the day they’re finally being hunted down and shot for sport, don’t they? If they go on like this, eventually banks and truck stops will be offering a free toaster oven or fancy embroidered ball cap for every shitlib pelt brought in.

Joke turns out not to be a joke after all

Okay, I admit I was just joking around (well, mostly) when I suggested yesterday that the CDC’s phonus balonus E Coli scare attempt was Überstadt retaliation against Mickey D’s. Looks like, despite everything, maybe I’m not quite as cynical as I really ought to be yet.

Democrats Target McDonald’s for Price Gouging After Trump Served Customers
Senate Democrats attacked McDonald’s on Tuesday for price gouging while it continues to “grow” profits and serve the needs of customers.

The letter, written by Sens. Ron Wyden (D-OR), Bob Casey (D-PA), and Elizabeth Warren (D-MA), underscores the success of former President Donald Trump’s campaign stop on Sunday when he worked a McDonald’s drive-thru window in Pennsylvania.

Images and video of the former president helping customers to McDonald’s finest foods nearly broke the internet. Many of Trump’s critics heralded the gesture as great retail politics and a stroke of political genius.

Senate Democrats, however, appeared very upset by Trump’s success.

In a letter addressed to McDonald’s Chief Executive Officer Chris Kempczinski, the senators sought information about the fast-food restaurant’s “increases in fast food prices over the last several years and seeking information regarding McDonald’s pricing decisions.”

The letter made no mention of the policies implemented by the Biden-Harris administration that fueled inflation.

No, of course not. Why would they have, frankly? That wouldn’t be “helping” anybody, y’know.

Entirely coincidental sequence of events

First, McDonald’s confirms what we all already knew about HoTUS: she never worked a day there in her life, contra her baldfaced lie claiming otherwise. Then came Trump’s triumphant handspring from off the top of the Golden Arches, designed to rub Kumhaula’s pathetic, pandering lie in shitlib faces. So could an attempt at a little goobermint-stage-managed payback for Mickey D’s be long in coming?

No. No, it could NOT.

McDonald’s Quarter Pounders sold at restaurants across the country may have been contaminated with E. coli, according to a warning from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The CDC says at least 49 people have contracted E. coli through this recently identified outbreak, including one person who has died and 10 who have been hospitalized.

Most of those illnesses have been reported in Nebraska (9) and Colorado (27), but have also been identified in eight other states. The one death was described as an older resident living in Colorado.

Officials say the CDC and McDonald’s have yet to determine which ingredient is contaminated and responsible for the outbreak.

Bold mine, and dispositive. Gee, nice timing, Mr Man. Clearly, FederalGovCo wants you to be afraid, be very afraid of this deadly global pandemic brought to you directly by the hated pedophile Ronald McDonald, and has only the best interests of We Duh Peepul foremost in mind. Of course, and as usual. INLINE UPDATE! Just remembered a most apt embed:

Meanwhile, don’t pay any attention to this crazy bimbette. She is, after all, crazy.

Harvard Doctor Confirms that Human ‘Brains Need Meat’
Dr Georgia Ede, a Harvard-trained nutritional and metabolic psychiatrist, says eating meat is essential for good mental health.

According to her research and findings, “the brain needs meat.” She shared her views on a radio broadcast recently.

…[D]espite the health halo that vegan diets have been given over the last few years, she claims that giving up meat could be detrimental for mental health.

‘The brain needs meat,’ she told KIRO News Radio.

‘We’re used to hearing that meat is dangerous for our total health, including our brain health, and plants are really the best way to nourish and protect our brains.’

‘But the truth of the matter is that it’s actually — that’s upside down and backward.’

Ede has written a book on the subject: Change Your Diet, Change Your Mind. Chapters are dedicated to the impact of each food group on mental health, which are not promoted by insect-pushing globalists.

Apparently, meat is the only food that contains “every nutrient we need.”

What a pack of crazy, preposterous lies this obviously crazy woman is puking forth all over the landscape. We did mention she’s crazy, right? Via Glenn.

Lies, damned lies, statistics…

And the Atlantic liberal-propaganda rag.

Atlantic Writer Claims Trump Got Angry at Paying for Soldier’s Funeral, Deceased’s Sister Responds
You really do not hate journalists enough.

Some guy named Jeffrey Goldberg at the Atlantic recently shoveled out another Trump Derangement Syndrome screed, claiming Le Bad Orange Man got angry at the bill for a deceased soldier’s funeral that he offered to pay for back in 2020, which reportedly cost $60,000.

For additional context: Spc. Vanessa Guillén was murdered in Fort Hood, Texas, by a fellow soldier in April of 2020. Ryan McCarthy, who was Secretary of the Army at the time, investigated her murder. President Trump expressed his condolences to the family and hosted them at the White House, offering to pay for the funeral.

Here is where the story starts sounding like it was made up:

In an Oval Office meeting on December 4, 2020, officials gathered to discuss a separate national-security issue. Toward the end of the discussion, Trump asked for an update on the McCarthy investigation. Christopher Miller, the acting secretary of defense (Trump had fired his predecessor, Mark Esper, three weeks earlier, writing in a tweet, “Mark Esper has been terminated”), was in attendance, along with Miller’s chief of staff, Kash Patel. At a certain point, according to two people present at the meeting, Trump asked, “Did they bill us for the funeral? What did it cost?”

According to attendees, and to contemporaneous notes of the meeting taken by a participant, an aide answered: Yes, we received a bill; the funeral cost $60,000.

Trump became angry. “It doesn’t cost 60,000 bucks to bury a f***ing Mexican!” He turned to his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, and issued an order: “Don’t pay it!” Later that day, he was still agitated. “Can you believe it?” he said, according to a witness. “F***ing people, trying to rip me off.”

Goldberg at least had the honesty (shocking, I know) to say that Trump spokesperson Alex Pfeiffer denied that this event happened, saying, “President Donald Trump never said that. This is an outrageous lie from The Atlantic two weeks before the election.”

Mark Meadows, Trump’s Chief of Staff at the time, is also calling the story fake, saying he was in the room when this “incident” happened:

I was in the discussions featured in the Atlantic’s latest hit piece against President Trump. Let me say this.

Any suggestion that President Trump disparaged Ms. Guillen or refused to pay for her funeral expenses is absolutely false.

He was nothing but kind, gracious, and wanted to make sure that the military and the U.S. government did right by Vanessa Guillen and her family.

Of course, one might expect Trump staffers to take up for their boss, rightly or wrongly; thus, including them in his hate-piece is Goldberg’s not-quite-clever way of inoculating himself against accusations of bias, which would be entirely accurate. But what does the grieving sister of the deceased have to say about it? Nothing whatsoever good for Goldberg and his fellow Atlantic liars.

Pretty much dispositive, I’d say. Like the man says, no matter how much you hate them, you don’t hate them enough. You couldn’t, really, it isn’t possible to.

Opposite Rule, exemplified

Goose, please allow me to introduce Gander

Hey, anybody remember when foreign interference in Amerikan “elections” was a BAD thing? Nah, me neither.

British Labour Party sending staff to campaign for Harris in US swing states
WASHINGTON (TNND) — The left-leaning British Labour Party is sending nearly 100 members to U.S. battleground states to campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris ahead of the presidential election.

Sofia Patel, head of operations for the Labour Party, shared the plans via LinkedIn Wednesday. She claimed current and former party staff will target key swing states like North Carolina, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

“I have 10 spots available for anyone available to head to the battleground state of North Carolina – we will sort your housing,” Patel offered in the post.

Patel also noted she plans to arrive in the U.S. two weeks prior to the election and stay in Washington, D.C., for a few days afterward.

Patel’s profile shows she previously spent time in the Hillary Clinton campaign from October to November of 2016. She included the description “travelled to the US to campaign for Clinton in the presidential election.”

Leave it to MTG to make with the stinging, snappy riposte, in her accustomed gadfly role.

Reacting to Patel’s post was Sen. Tom Cotton, R-Ark., who suggested via X it was “yet another reason to vote for President Trump.” Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., also weighed in, telling the Labour Party it is breaking Federal Election Commission law.

“Foreign nationals are not allowed to be involved in anyway in U.S. elections,” Rep. Greene wrote via X. “Please go back to the UK and fix your own mass immigration problems that are ruining your country.”

And of course, the rock star I know affectionately as the God-Emperor of Earth put his own oar in as well.

X owner Elon Musk wrote simply “this is illegal” in his own post on the matter.

Well said: pithy, straight to the fucking point, no BS, no mincing of words or surplus verbiage—only this and nothing more, as Poe once said in a slightly different context. You tell ‘em, Elon ol’ boy. Back to Limey-land witcha, MSXZZ Patel, and most ricky-tick; do not pass go, do not collect two hundred dollars.

Can’t stop the steal

Still think Trump/Vance will defeat Kumhaula and Tampon Timmeh the Pillsbury Doughpyrsynz©, do ya? If so, may I ask why, exactly?

North Carolina gives counties affected by Hurricane Helene voting flexibility
Voters in the western part of the battleground state, which was hit hard by the storm, will be able to drop off completed absentee ballots to any county election board.

North Carolina’s election board voted Monday to give residents in the western part of the state, which was hit hardest by Hurricane Helene, greater flexibility to vote by mail and run their elections.

Voters in 13 counties heavily affected by the storm will have more ways to obtain and deliver absentee ballots, while county boards will have more ability to modify their election administration plans. The changes, approved by unanimous vote of the bipartisan board, come 10 days before early voting begins in the battleground state and as mail voting is already underway.

Voters in those counties who want to cast ballots by mail will be able to request and receive them in person until Nov. 4, the day before Election Day, rather than the Tuesday before, under the usual rules. They will also be able to drop off their ballots at any county board of elections in the state or any polling sites in their counties. Previously, voters were limited to dropping absentee ballots off at the board of elections or early voting sites in their counties.

The ballots will be counted if they are received by 7:30 p.m. ET on Election Day.

The emergency provisions will allow county boards, with bipartisan majority votes, to change their early voting hours and schedules if necessary. They will be able to move polling sites as necessary and even move them into other counties if necessary.

Greenfield says it, no fuss, no muss.

Come on, you knew this was coming. Never let a crisis go to waste. Instead of providing immediate aid, the Biden-Harris administration worsened the crisis in North Carolina. Because a crisis justifies setting aside election rules.

While some flexbility makes sense after a natural disaster, this is a formula for flooding the election with unaccountable mail ballots aimed at counties under the firm control of partisan political machines.

Who benefits? That’s a tough one.

Ain’t it, though. Ain’t it just.

Unless and until we get back to One Man, One Paper Ballot, One Day, concluding with purple-inked thumbs before being permitted to exit the polling place—ie, no EZ-Hack electronic voting machines; no Election “Season” nonsense; no mail-ins or early voting except for military personnel stationed overseas; hand-counted in a scrupulously monitored tabulation facility before observers representing all participating political parties; no interruptions, pauses, or breaks until the count is done, however long that may take—it’s all just stuff and nonsense.

Let election-riggers, -tamperers, and -fraudsters caught red-handed at their nefarious jiggery-pokery be indicted, prosecuted, and promptly executed for High Treason, pour encourages les autres. If Real Americans don’t take their national elections seriously enough to nut-up and adopt the aforementioned measures—extreme though they may look to daintier, more squeamish eyes—there can be no real possibility of ever unfucking America’s national “elections,” and the disgraceful traveshamockery will carry on as it presently does.

His mouth is moving again

Right straight to Hell with this dirty, demented whoreson.

Biden labels people ‘brain dead’ to doubt ‘climate crisis’ fueled Hurricane Helene: ‘Put politics aside’
President Biden called on Americans Wednesday to “put politics aside” to focus on Hurricane Helene recovery efforts — moments before stepping on his own message by saying that anyone who doubts climate change’s role in the disaster “must be brain dead.”

“In a moment like this, we put politics aside, at least we should put it all aside, and we have here,” the retiring 81-year-old president said during a recovery briefing in Raleigh, NC.

“There are no Democrats or Republicans, there are only Americans, and our job is to help as many people as we can, as quickly as we can, and as thoroughly as we can.”

The consoler-in-chief, seated next to the Tar Heel State’s Democratic governor, Roy Cooper, and emergency officials after an aerial tour of the Asheville area, pivoted moments later to an attack on the mostly Republican skeptics about the role of fossil fuel use in severe weather.

“Unite” with scuttling D卐M☭CRAT cockroaches like you and Komrade Kooper for the furtherance of the Climate Change (formerly Global Warming, formerly Global Cooling, formerly The Weather)™ ploy, Jaux? Yeah, no; I’d rather gargle crackwhore diarrhea, thanks. MUCH rather, in fact, six days a week and twice on Sundays. Drop dead, whydon’tcha—a process with which any Real American you’d care to name would be more than happy to assist you via the judicious application of a .308 caliber prescription.

Gotta love how, immediately after the brazen jackass flippantly denied any more aid to suffering, ruined Appalachian Americans who bore the brunt of the gut-wrenching Helene catastophe, he eagerly jumps in with both Left feet to try and turn a natural disaster into a political opportunity. He even has the unmitigated gall to misnomer this “put(ting) politics aside,” in what would have to take the trophy for the most transparently self-contradictory statement of all time. Only the scummiest, sleaziest, most heartless ProPol would be capable of such a thing. Here’s hoping Pedo Peter is made to pay for this outrage in fullest possible measure—slowly, painfully, permanently.

Ukraine’s Zelensky Used U.S. Military Assets To Campaign For Harris in Pennsylvania
Zelensky’s visit with Harris surrogates in Pennsylvania comes one day after The New Yorker published an interview in which he criticized Trump and Vance.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appeared to use U.S. military assets to campaign for Vice President Kamala Harris on a visit to battleground state Pennsylvania on Monday.

On another trip to ask the U.S. government for money and munitions, Zelensky toured a Pennsylvania ammunition plant with Gov. Josh Shapiro, a prominent Kamala Harris surrogate, and other Democrats, including Sen. Bob Casey. Zelensky arrived in Scranton, Pennsylvania (President Joe Biden’s oft-referenced birthplace), aboard a U.S. Air Force C-17, images of which he used to advertise his visit. In a message recorded from the inside the aircraft, Zelensky noted, “This fall will determine what’s next in this war.”

“Zelensky is in Pennsylvania today, signing bombs with Gov. Shapiro. Zelensky is also attacking J.D. Vance in the biggest, most important battleground state in the country during an election year,” Sean Parnell, former Pennsylvania Republican candidate for U.S. Senate, said at a Trump rally Monday. “Folks, if that ain’t foreign election interference, I don’t know what is.”

“Trump makes political statements in his election campaign,” Zelensky said. “My feeling is that Trump doesn’t really know how to stop the war even if he might think he knows how,” Zelensky added [emphasis original]. “With this war, oftentimes, the deeper you look at it the less you understand. I’ve seen many leaders who were convinced they knew how to end it tomorrow, and as they waded deeper into it, they realized it’s not that simple.”

Oh, I dunno, Smurfette, I betcha he does know at least one simple, sure-fire way to end it. To wit: shutting off the US money, munitions, and materiel spigot oughta do the trick quite nicely, I believe.

Update! The Bee knows, same as I do, you do, Trump does, and everybody else.

Democrats Invite Foreign Leader To Meddle In U.S. Elections
SCRANTON, PA — Democrats celebrated as foreign leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy visited an ammunition factory in the hotly contested swing state of Pennsylvania to meddle in U.S. elections.

The Ukrainian President was quick to publicly throw his support behind Kamala Harris while placing his signature on artillery rounds.

“If Donald Trump wins in November, he will end the war, and also my generous allowance of billions from the United States,” said Zelenskyy. “Ukraine represents democracy and stuff. And Russia stands for not democracy or whatever. So a vote for Trump means you hate democracy. I am proud to endorse Kamala Harris, and I will prove my support by laundering millions of dollars I received from the U.S. government through various third parties until they end up in Democrat super PACs. It’s the least I can do for democracy.”

Democrats were enthusiastic about the endorsement. “We’re very glad this foreign leader has chosen to meddle in our democracy,” said Governor Josh Shapiro while placing his signature on various deadly weapons. “We invite other countries to meddle with our democracy on behalf of Democrats in order to save democracy.”

At publishing time, Zelenskyy had been spotted in Philadelphia filling out mail-in ballots.

Is that last bit real, or is it satire? Who the hell can even tell anymore.

Lies, damned lies, and…

BlueAnon.

The rise of BlueAnon
Unhinged left-wing conspiracy theories have entered the mainstream

Someone call the disinformation police! Left-wing conspiracy theories and attempts to manipulate the media are spiraling out of control ahead of the 2024 election. From tall tales about former president Donald Trump staging his own assassination attempt to the lower-stakes speculation that Republican vice presidential candidate J.D. Vance is wearing guyliner, “BlueAnon” has reemerged in a big way.

BlueAnon is a blanket term coined by some conservatives to describe liberal and left-wing conspiracy theories. It intentionally rhymes with QAnon, the arguably better-known right-wing conspiracy, and mostly arose in response to what many regard as the Russian collusion hoax, the idea that Trump colluded with the Russian government to win the 2016 presidential election. Several stories stemming from the Russian collusion hoax were outlandish and unverified yet embraced by prominent members of the media and people in high-level positions within the national security state and the Democratic Party. The claims were also the subject of a special counsel investigation into President Trump.

Jonathan Chait, a political reporter for New York magazine, has said that claims of Russia blackmailing Trump with a so-called “pee tape” are “perfectly consistent with what we know about both parties.” Propelled by House Intelligence Committee chairman Adam Schiff’s claim to have evidence of collusion, and consistently false reporting from the media about Trump campaign contacts with Russia, left-wing figures like Rosie O’Donnell, Bette Midler, Spike Lee and the Krassenstein brothers pushed the hashtag #MuellerTime to insinuate that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Trump would lead to his imminent indictment and arrest.

Disinformation experts and media outlets have routinely placed the bulk of the blame for “misinformation” and “disinformation” online on right-wing sources. But they have mostly failed to acknowledge the breadth and impact of the Russian collusion hoax, plus other popular BlueAnon fake stories: that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was involved in a gang rape; that actor Jussie Smollett was attacked by two Trump supporters; that Trump failed to condemn white supremacists in Charlottesville in summer 2017; that Trump told people to inject bleach during the pandemic and other stories that were shared — or are still peddled to this day — at levels as high as the presidency. Most also ignore the stories and ideas that were deemed right-wing misinformation but ended up being correct: the Hunter Biden laptop story; that Covid-19 likely came from a laboratory leak; that there were undercover federal agents at the January 6 riot; or that President Joe Biden was suffering obvious cognitive decline. All were labeled conspiracy theories; all turned out to be true.

Yers after the term “BlueAnon” first popped up on social media, it’s clear that left-wing disinformation is as prolific as ever — and that it becomes more prominent whenever Trump or Republicans appear to be succeeding.

David Harsanyi, a senior editor at the Federalist and author of the forthcoming The Rise of Blue Anon: How the Democrats Became a Party of Conspiracy Theorists, argues that left-wing conspiracy theories often receive institutional backing, which makes the average American more likely to believe they are true. That makes them “more dangerous,” he says.

But some mainstream actors are still reluctant to admit that BlueAnon is a legitimate problem. “The primary parallel between ‘BlueAnon’ and QAnon is that they rhyme. Beyond that, it’s a stretch,” the Washington Post’s Philip Bump wrote in mid-July. The Google News results for “BlueAnon” are significantly shorter than results for “QAnon” — three pages com- pared to thirty.

Harsanyi, though, says BlueAnon has always been around. It just didn’t have a neat nickname until 2021. “The left has been pushing wild conspiracies and paranoia for decades. I lay out that history,” Harsanyi says. “Are Democrats any more likely to accept the results of a presidential election? They haven’t done it in decades. After Trump won in 2016, they simply gave into their worst conspiratorial instincts. It’s a lot easier to convince people that their political opponents are crypto-Putin assets hell-bent on instituting The Handmaid’s Tale than it is to debate them.”

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a blue million times: if it wasn’t for lies, the Goosesteppin’ Left would have nothing whatsoever to say. That really is the long and the short of it.

The irony here is that, after more than five (5) decades of touting the old Soviet Union as having a vastly superior system to our own in every imaginable aspect, they now find it convenient to wave their chubby little fists in apoplectic fury over the very idea that Russia could have any influence on Amerika v2.0’s political shitshow.

Got Haitians redux

By way of being a follow-up, kinda sorta, to tonight’s Eyrie offering.

‘What Has My Town Become?’: Springfield Residents Say It’s Falling Apart Amid Haitian Influx
FEATURE: What I saw in Springfield, Ohio

SPRINGFIELD, OHIO — The city has a certain charm, a small-town feel dotted with grand buildings. It’s an all-American scene fit for a postcard — and one residents worry they are at risk of losing.

Residents of Springfield didn’t expect that their community would be tossed into the center of one of the most consequential elections in American history. They also didn’t expect the town of 58,000 to receive as many as 20,000 Haitian migrants in just a few short years, ushering in a shift that’s left many Springfielders feeling like foreigners in their own home, and worried for their economic prospects.

The surge of Haitian migrants came during the Biden-Harris administration, when more than 300,000 Haitians who crossed the border into the United States were offered temporary protected status, allowing them to live and work in the United States without becoming citizens.

The people of Springfield were never asked if they wanted the migrant influx, and voted overwhelmingly for Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020. But now that the migrant surge is here, many are eager to tell their stories.

“You walk into a store and you feel like your language isn’t the predominant language. It’s kind of weird,” one lifelong resident of Springfield who asked not to be named said over a cup of coffee. “If you’re willing to go to a new place you need to invest your efforts into learning that and becoming acclimated and accustomed to it as well.” But it isn’t just the cultural differences that have him on edge.

“There’s no section of this town that I feel safe in,” he added. “I don’t even like my wife to shop here. We try to go grocery shopping in other cities.”

The article carries on in like infuriating vein from there, of which you won’t enjoy reading the all but definitely should anyway.

Liberals: If we don’t get our way, we will assassinate you

Also liberals: These assassination attempts are all YOUR fault, not ours.

Well, of COURSE they are, Mollie. Just remember the handy-dandy rule of thumb: OUR speech is “violence,” THEIR violence is “speech.”

Some things really never DO change

History doesn’t repeat itself but only rhymes, eh? The hell you say.

“The Russians are dumbfounded by the many little things our soldiers carry on their person. They think the snapshots of our homes, our rooms, our girls, are propaganda. It takes a very long time to convince them that they are genuine, that all Germans are not cannibals. They presently even doubt the truth of the indoctrinated catchword: Germanski nix Kultura. In a few days time, here as elsewhere, the Russians come and ask if they may be allowed to hang up again their icons and their crucifixes. Previously under the Soviet regime they have had to keep them hidden away because of the disapproval of a son, a daughter, or a commissar. That we raise no objection to their displaying them evidently impresses them. If you tell them that there are any amount of crucifixes and religious pictures to be seen in our country they can hardly believe it. Hastily they re-erect their holy niches and repeatedly assure us of their hope that this permission will not be revoked. They live in terror of their commissars, who keep the village under surveillance and spy on its inhabitants. This office is often undertaken by the village schoolmaster.”

Bold mine, and dispositive. Sure looks as if history is repeating itself pretty damned exactly, if you ask me.

The above passage is from the amazing Hans-Ulrich Rudel’s amazing autobiography, Stuka Pilot—a book I’ve had ever since I was but a wee chap, and of late have been skimming through yet again, just for the halibut.

Do understand, please, that this is NOT to be taken as any kind of endorsement of Naziism over Communism, as all too many of us are wont to do nowadays. Far as I’m concerned that’s a distinction without a difference; there’s little to choose between the two, and to be enslaved under one is tantamount to being likewise enslaved under the other. Thanks but no thanks, bub. No matter how you slice ‘em, they’re both pure baloney.

I am left with nauseating near-conviction that I am a member of the last generation in the history of the world that is minimally truly free."
