Another “Known wolf”

Not-Great Britainistan takes another bold, bloody step down the highway to Hell.

Say what you like about Axel Rudakubana, the slaughterer of three English girls under ten years old, but – unlike the British Prime Minister, the Home Secretary, the Liverpool Police and most of the court eunuchs in the UK media – he appears to be an honest man:

It’s a good thing those children are dead… I am so glad… I am so happy.

He has always been entirely upfront about such things, telephoning Britain’s so-called “Childline” and asking them:

What should I do if I want to kill somebody?

Judging from his many interactions with “the authorities” (including with the laughably misnamed “Prevent” programme), the British state’s response boiled down to: Go right ahead!

It seems likely that the perpetrator of Wednesday’s Diversity Stabbing of the Day – the Afghan “asylum seeker” who killed a two-year-old boy and seriously wounded other infants in the Bavarian town of Aschaffenburg – is also “so happy”. Like Mr Rudakubana, the “asylum seeker” deliberately targeted a gathering of the very young – in this case, a kindergarten group playing in a municipal park. Like Mr Rudakubana, the “asylum seeker” did not just deliver sufficient stab wounds to kill: he plunged his knife into each target dozens and dozens of times. Like Mr Rudakubana, the “asylum seeker” was well known to the authorities: he had been detained for “violence” at least thrice.

The accompanying photo of this wretched lunatic is about as chilling as anything you’re ever likely to see.

What can one say, but: YIKES! ”Amazon killer,” no less—as if the real problem here isn’t the mass immivasion of crazed, bloodthirsty Mooselimbs at all, but the ready availablity of assorted cutlery items from various Innarnuts outlets. Steyn cuts to the chase.

It’s Islam. We all know that – and by “all” I mean everyone except politicians, policemen, reporters and baronesses.

Not all Islam, of course, but enough that, in the UK, France, Germany, anywhere west of the Czech Republic, there will be more stabbings in your future. Perhaps one day even members of the political class will be stabbed. Oh, no, wait, that already happened. In 2021 Sir David Amess was stabbed multiple times by a – go on, take a wild guess – that’s right, a Somali Muslim …and Sir David’s fellow MPs and alleged “friends” rose as one to dishonour him in death and attribute his murder to the increasing incivility in public discourse. If Sir Keir Stürmer were to be stabbed by someone who’d mistaken him for a six-year-old girl, I have no doubt that his successor would immediately announce that it was “a total disgrace” that knives were steeply discounted at Poundland.

It’s mass migration in general, and Islam more specifically: Go to Hungary, or even Ukraine – and wait for your daily Diversity Stabbing.

But Peter Lynch died in gaol, and Keir Stabber is still at liberty. The latter has now blamed the Southport carnage on “young men in their bedrooms” – which Rod Liddle amusingly took as prefiguring a crackdown on masturbation. But it’s not really funny, is it? Because Sir Keir is, as a practical matter, an accomplice of the stabbers and gang rapists. He would rather your pre-adolescent daughter gets anally branded and your kindergartner dies from up to 122 stab wounds than permit the citizenry to dissent from the state ideology that “diversity is our strength”. Which, as a practical matter, means that those who would destroy our society retain a monopoly of violence.

For as long as that lasts.

I watched the images from California – of flames consuming the entirety of Pacific Palisades, and regretted that it was not Whitehall. This is truly Orwellian: war is peace, freedom is slavery, Islamic enforcement is diversity, passivity is strength, making a fuss about stabbed and raped girls is far-right hate speech…

I feel the exactly same way about Mordor on the Potomac, Mark.

Suicide solution

I’vre had this one sitting in the hopper waiting for me to get around to it for over a week now. It was worth the wait, I promise.

Great and sobering read.

From a published SF brother!

First stop calling it a swamp to be drained! It’s a septic tank, that needs a giant flush and DOJ- FBI-CIA-DIA-ETC need a giant enema, DOGE. Let’s say 30% from top day one POTUS45-47!

Please call me back to help Sec Def, slash Special Forces, and sea pigs (squeals). Just saying….old school PT for unit selection and 10 mile run in kit, first five with everything, you need for week prior in winter desert, at five mile dump, to LBE and weapons. Bottom 30 percent of team guys gone, all chicks and chicks with dicks (gender confused).

“ I am quite sure the event in Las Vegas has shaken us all, if for no other reason that none of it appears to make any sense. The principle of Occam’s razor is that when searching for an answer to an event or circumstance, the simplest explanation is more likely over any complex set of possibilities. Bearing that in mind, the thing in Vegas is either a conspiracy so weird and convoluted it makes every crazy Kennedy assassination conspiracy theory look completely sane and plausible, or . . . the guy was bonkers . . . I’m going with bonkers.

It was inevitable that people would start repeating the “22-a-day” mantra, especially considering its looking more and more like a deliberate suicide. I hate suicide – it is so destructive and unnecessary; a permanent solution to a temporary problem that permanently affects everyone around it.

Regarding the “22-a-day” thing – can we ever put that to rest? It has never been 22 a day, it never was – not even after the worst wars we had: Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, Vietnam. The 22-a-day number is a completely flawed statistic derived from the VA taking a sample of numbers (from an incomplete and inaccurate sample set) and extrapolating it out, then the Left-Leaning Lamestream Media taking that number and running with it to prove that all us veterans are a pack of crazy Rambos – an extension of the old “Vietnam Flashback” myth (which they also made up) which validates their view that America is bad because America makes wars that turn all veterans into ticking time bombs.

Where “22-a-day” came from: The statistics come from the VA’s 2012 Suicide Data Report. The VA analyzed death certificates from 21 states from 1999-2011. Looking at the certificates, they identified which individuals were veterans and came up with 22% of all suicides were by veterans within those 21 states. They then extrapolated that number to the national number of suicides (~38,000), divided by 365.25 for days in a year, and voila: “22-a-day”!

Issues with this:

    • The statistical sample did not include California or Texas, the two states with the largest veteran populations

    • Does not account that the majority of veterans (67.7%) are over the age of 55

    • Not all deaths are correctly identified as suicides

    • Hunting accidents and/or accidental shootings (cleaning weapons etc) may be listed as suicide but are not the same thing as an intentional suicide

Not all veterans are the same – here are some numbers:

    • 18.2 million veterans, 5.5% of the US population, 7.25% of US population aged 18+

    • 3.5 million post-9/11 veterans, 19.4% of veteran population

    • 1.6 million veterans aged 18-34, 8.9% of veteran population

But not all veterans are the same, and not all suicides are the same:

A WWII vet who served 3 years and went through the horrors of the D-Day landings, Battle of the Bulge etc, is not the same thing as a guy who served in admin or support and never saw a shot fired in anger, who is not the same as a post-Vietnam/GWOT guy who did 20 years in combat arms with multiple combat tours, who is not the same as a guy who did less than 2 years and got kicked out as a private E-1 for being a substandard soldier, dope smoker whatever – but statistically they are all veterans.

A suicide by a WWII or Korean War vet in his 90s suffering from cancer who just wants to end the pain is not the same thing as a young vet in his 20s or 30s distraught from any number of life events (divorce, alcoholism, etc) plus the effects of PTSD and/or clinical depression, and not at all the same thing as the substandard individual who barely served and ended his life for whatever reason that had absolutely nothing to do with his minimal time in service.

Any suicide is a tragic thing – even one is too many. However, taking all of the above into consideration, the real number of veteran suicides among the post-Vietnam/GWOT generation is closer to 2 a week.

Unlike the last email I ran, I actually did get permission from the sender to run this one. Thanks for that, Doc, I do appreciate ya. Been having some problems of late with the Brave browser running slow as molasses in the Alaskan tundra in January, which caused me to hold off on posting this until I got a chance to look into the matter. Thankfully, I believe I have that pettifogging little issue resolved now.

My one and probably only post on the Cali wildfires

I’m with John Ringo.

Eat of it indeed. Via Ragin’ Dave, who adds:

Just for the record, I agree with this 100%. I do not care how many people lose homes in Los Angeles. Especially in Pacific Palisades, or Malibu, or Santa Monica. Because I’ve lived in LA, I’ve been to those areas, and I know without a single doubt that damn near every single person living there, with a few exceptions here and there, voted for Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass. They voted for the people who defunded the fire department. They voted for the people who fired the firefighters who refused to get the jab. They voted for the governor and his cronies who refused to fill the reservoirs. They voted for DEI instead of competence, they voted for Marxism instead of something that actually works, they voted for all of this. They voted for the regulations that prevented the fire base from being cut back. They voted for the empty fire hydrants.

They voted for everything that is now afflicting them.

Yep, that’s about the size of it. Read the rest. I say again: some of us live and learn. Others just live, and never learn.

There’ll always be an England Part the Second

In light of this revoltin’ development, the real question is: SHOULD there be?

The Biggest Peacetime Crime—and Cover-up—in British History

“Peacetime,” he says. Dumb fuck doesn’t realize he’s in a war that began a long, long time ago.

LONDON — The grooming and serial rape of thousands of English girls by men of mostly Pakistani Muslim background over several decades is the biggest peacetime crime in the history of modern Europe. It went on for many years. It is still going on. And there has been no justice for the vast majority of the victims.

British governments, both Conservative and Labour, hoped that they had buried the story after a few symbolic prosecutions in the 2010s. And it looked like they had succeeded—until Elon Musk read some of the court papers and tweeted his disgust and bafflement on X over the new year.

Britain now stands shamed before the world. The public’s suppressed wrath is bubbling to the surface in petitions, calls for a public inquiry, and demands for accountability.

The scandal is already reshaping British politics. It’s not just about the heinous nature of the crimes. It’s that every level of the British system is implicated in the cover-up.

Social workers were intimidated into silence. Local police ignored, excused, and even abetted pedophile rapists across dozens of cities. Senior police and Home Office officials deliberately avoided action in the name of maintaining what they called “community relations.” Local councilors and Members of Parliament rejected pleas for help from the parents of raped children. Charities, NGOs, and Labour MPs accused those who discussed the scandal of racism and Islamophobia. The media mostly ignored or downplayed the biggest story of their lifetimes. Zealous in their incuriosity, much of Britain’s media elite remained barnacled to the bubble of Westminster politics and its self-serving priorities.

They did this to defend a failed model of multiculturalism, and to avoid asking hard questions about failures of immigration policy and assimilation. They did this because they were afraid of being called racist or Islamophobic. They did this because Britain’s traditional class snobbery had fused with the new snobbery of political correctness.

All of which is why no one knows precisely how many thousands of young girls were raped in how many towns across Britain since the 1970s.

One of the most disgusting, vomit-inducing articles you’ll ever read, this one is. Gotta repeat this bit, because reasons.

Britain now stands shamed before the world.

Does it, though? Because I can’t honestly say I’m seeing a whole lot of shame, much as I wish it weren’t so. Plenty of ass-covering, excuse-making, and “but…but…but…” sack-scratching going around still, which to my way of thinking indicates not shame, but shamelessness.

The public’s suppressed wrath is bubbling to the surface in petitions, calls for a public inquiry, and demands for accountability.

Uh huh. Because petitions, inquiries, and toothless “demands” have always been effective before. Perhaps Englishters need to lay off suppressing their wholly-justified wrath and try expressing it for a change—explicitly, pointedly, and energetically, in the places where it can do the most good.

As has been true of politicians everywhere and everywhen, absent cash bribes they respond mainly to pressure, and, should that fail to move them in the desired direction, pain. High time they experienced some, then. The mistake people must never, ever make (but usually do) is to imagine that a single, brief application of pressure will suffice to do the trick, and that having done so it’s now safe to just walk away assuming the battle has been won and all is well again.

No, the thing to do is maintain continuous pressure until it causes them pain, never letting up until they’ve agreed to your terms and sworn to abide by them. Should the politicians renege on the deal, lather, rinse, repeat as needed. Sooner or later torches, pitchforks, white-hot branding irons, and nooses are likely to put in an appearance. If the scoundrels make hanging a few of them necessary until the rest come around, so be it. After all, they’d certainly do the same to you. Have done, in fact, and not back in long-forgotten antiquity either, but quite recently. It’s how you wound up in this awful fix in the first place.

PRO TIP FOR BRITISH SUBJECTS: Your government doesn’t give three whoops in Hell for what you like, don’t like, want, don’t want, or expect. It’s abundantly clear that the police, elected “representatives” at every level, the press, and various other institutions both public and private care far more about the welfare of the unassimilable Moslem hordes your authorities intentionally, wittingly inflicted on you (for whom “rape, pillage, burn” isn’t a pre-Medieval abstraction but an avocation) than they ever will about your wives, mothers, sisters, and/or daughters of whatever age being beaten, gang-raped, and/or murdered in broad daylight, without fear on the part of the lawless, slavering animals responsible for said serial brutality of official sanction, reprimand, or so much as a light slap on the wrist in punishment.

As Tommy Robinson could tell his fellow Britons, there’s no help coming; you are entirely on your own, like it or not. In Not-So-Great Britain sorely-beset Normals have no advocates, no right to defend themselves, and no legal recourse. There is no knight in shining armor on a big white charger galloping to the rescue in the very nick of time. Brave Sir Launcelot perished long ago, leaving no uncut but valiant young Percival as his successor-designate to carry on with the obligatory dragon-slaying, succouring of damsels in distress, Grail-seeking, Round Table mead-swilling, and miscellaneous errantry.

If it’s the squeaky wheel that gets the grease, as the old saw has it, then I reckon it’s time and well past time Brits did some serious squeaking. In stupidly allowing their tyrannical government to disarm them without dissent or demur, His Majesty’s subjects made a bed for themselves in which no decent, self-respecting person should complacently lie. The central issue confronting the West entire is no great secret; we all know what it is, what it portends for us. All self-deception, all equivocation, all pussyfooting around must cease posthaste. Assuming it’s not already too late, that is.

Ask a stupid question

Get an obvious answer.

Could the Feds Have Been Involved in the New Orleans Jihad Massacre?
Would they do such a thing?

Robert, Robert, Robert. You know the answer to that as well as I do, as well as everybody who’s been paying any attention at all does: OF COURSE they would. And, y’know, did, in all likelihood.

Trust in our government has lowered to the point that some people are suggesting that the New Orleans jihad massacre was aided and abetted, or even concocted, by the feds in order to stir up unrest as Trump prepares to return to the presidency, or to create a pretext for some other action. Some of those who are making suggestions of this kind, such as Candace Owens, just want to find some plausible way to blame Jews, or to claim that it’s all in the service of trying to get the U.S. involved in a war in the Middle East on behalf of Israel. Those types, including Owens herself, tend to downplay or deny outright the reality of Islamic jihad, preferring to see virtually all the workings of the wide world as the puppet show of the all-powerful and ever-unseen Zionists. Still, would the feds really get involved in a jihad plot to kill Americans? Sure.

No one really knows for sure, except the conspirators, if there are any, whether or not the feds are involved. And jihad is real, as the news out of Africa, Asia and Europe shows daily. Still, the question must be asked: would the feds really aid and abet a jihad terror attack? Have they really become that corrupt and compromised? And the answer is: yes. Of course they would, and yes, they’re that corrupt. The evidence for this fact lies in their behavior at the Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest that Pamela Geller and I organized in May, 2015.

The Daily Beast wrote in August 2016 about how this undercover FBI agent encouraged the jihadis. The Beast’s Katie Zavadski wrote: “Days before an ISIS sympathizer attacked a cartoon contest in Garland, Texas, he received a text from an undercover FBI agent. ‘Tear up Texas,’ the agent messaged Elton Simpson days before he opened fire at the Draw Muhammad event, according to an affidavit (pdf) filed in federal court Thursday.”

This was not entrapment. Simpson and his partner Nadir Soofiwere determined jihadis who had scouted out other targets. Simpson, along with Soofi and another jihadi, Abdul Malik Abdul Kareem, who supplied weapons to the pair and helped train them, sought information about pipe bombs and plotted to attack the Super Bowl, and planned to go to Syria to join the Islamic State (ISIS), long before anyone told him to “tear up Texas.”

But what was the FBI’s game in telling them to do that? Why didn’t they have a phalanx of agents in place, ready to stop the attack? Or did they want the attack to succeed, so that Barack Obama’s vow that “the future must not belong to those who slander the prophet of Islam” would be vividly illustrated, and intimidate any other Americans who might be contemplating defending the freedom of speech into silence?

We twice asked the FBI for an investigation into this matter. They ignored us, of course.

One mo’ time ag’in: OF COURSE they did. Anybody surprised by that at this late date is a pluperfect five-star fucking moron.

((((DEM JOOJOOJOOJOOOOOZ!!!)))) MURDER “AT LEAST 10,” WOUND 35 IN NOLA TERRORIST ATTACK

Oh no wait, hold on, that was actually…ummm…uhhh…uhhhhh….

*clears throat nervously*

*sound of paper shuffling, rattling*

*cough cough*

Never mind. As you were, Crackpot Rightists and shitlib idiots.

It’s misery, all the way down

Our pal Diogenes Sarcastica sums it up better than I’ve ever seen it done yet.

Being Woke is like watching Schindler’s List, Sophie’s Choice and the ending to Old Yeller twice a week and listening to the song Strange Fruit and a mix of Robert Johnson in your car everyday. No one can function with that kind of concentrated depression floating around in their head.

Suffering is an inevitable part of life. Maybe a necessary part. Suffering inspires artists, and it makes philosophers strive for Truth. But Wokeism is a kind of self-destructive despair. There’s no wholesome hug at the end of that pride rainbow. Wokeism is an empty despair that can’t build anything.

By George, I think she’s got it.

2024 in review

Hell with that shitlib Dave Barry and his snarky swipes at anyone to the right of Josef Stalin, David Thompson dishes out the real deal.

The Year Reheated
In which we marvel at the mental contortions of our self-imagined betters.

The year began with a male Guardian columnist, Mr Phineas Harper, announcing his plan to heroically advance “gender equality” via the medium of self-absorption and by wearing a pleated skirt. Guardian readers were invited to believe that the sight of Mr Harper “dancing in skirts” and feeling “buoyed up” by compliments regarding his ensemble would, in ways never quite pinned down, liberate British women from their grim, downtrodden existence.

We also paid a visit to the pages of Scientific American, where assistant professor Juan P Madrid indulged his urges to police other people’s speech, while wasting the time and energy of those more obviously productive. “The language of astronomy,” we were told, “is needlessly violent,” with the word collision being singled out as particularly brutal and masculine. An astronomer carelessly referring to a planet being stripped of its ozone layer by a gamma-ray burst, would, according to Dr Madrid, be using “misogynistic language” and should therefore be subject to the sternest of hands-on-hips chiding and an official reprimand.

And we concluded a trilogy of posts on the subject of crime and punishment – and the status-chasing contortions of progressives, for whom, pretentious leniency is a kind of social jewellery with which to impress one’s peers. And according to whom, the wellbeing of habitual burglars is much more important than the wellbeing of their numerous victims, whose homes have just been violated, especially if the burglar is a “young black person.”

In February, we learned, via a Canadian socialist podcaster named Nora Loreto, that habitual car theft is a “victimless” crime, a trivial thing. Even a third conviction for thieving someone else’s car should not result in incarceration or any physical impediment, because the victims of car theft – who do not exist, apparently – “get new cars though.” “I write books and I know things,” announced Nora, who lives in Quebec, where, in the last year, the rate of car theft has practically doubled.

Other topics included an educational effort in San Francisco, in which elementary school children were expected to “disrupt whiteness,” and to have – or at least regurgitate – strong opinions on the Israeli military. Needless to say, this focus on political indoctrination and imagining “a world without police, money, or landlords,” came at the expense of more mundane subjects, with English and maths scores hitting record lows, and with less than 4% of students considered numerate. All in the name of “removing barriers to learning.”

And we pondered the weirdly woke marketing of retailer John Lewis, whose customers were doubtless inspired to shop harder and more often thanks to photographs of store employees accompanied by details of their mental health problems and niche sexual leanings. Among them, Mr Marc Geoffrey Albert Whitcombe, now known as Ruby, who was thrilled by “the chance to express my true inner self,” and who was photographed in an enormous rose-adorned wig and while clutching a cat o’ nine tails. Customers intrigued by this in-store display soon discovered Mr Whitcombe’s social media presence, which consists of hundreds of selfies in which he attempts erotic poses, complete with ladies’ lingerie and while gripping sex toys in his mouth.

As if all the above wasn’t nauseating enough already, David carries on in like emetic vein from there.

Volume UP, please

Any CF Lifer who has ever done hard time in retail Hell is really gonna dig this one.

Update! Completely OT, but another feel-good video of the week nonetheless.

The sad thing is, that pesky reporter is too damned dumb to even know what a complete horse’s ass Sheriff Judd just made of him. Glenn cuts straight to the heart of the matter in that pithy, understated way he has: “Shooting people who are in the process of committing violent crimes isn’t socially ‘dangerous.’ It’s socially virtuous.” Heh. Indeed.

Kaczynski Vs Luigi Babe: a comparison

An intriguing idea, one I hadn’t ever thought of myself before. From the NYT, of all unlikely places.

The Unabomber’s Influence Is Deeper and More Dangerous Than We Know
I published a novel about the Unabomber this year, and during a book tour stop in Seattle, a high school teacher raised his hand and asked me what he could tell his students about Ted Kaczynski, because he was a hero to so many of them. The question stopped me cold, reminding me that Mr. Kaczynski’s influence is deeper and more widespread than most people realize.

The same feeling of cold unease returned this week when I read news reports that Luigi Mangione, the suspect charged in the killing of UnitedHealthcare’s chief executive, Brian Thompson, had posted a favorable review of the Unabomber’s manifesto online. The similarities didn’t end there. The meticulous planning and use of symbolism in the crime reminded me of Mr. Kaczynski, who spent years choosing his targets, designing disguises (even gluing false soles to the bottoms of his shoes) and leaving messages for investigators. The words “deny,” “defend” and “depose” written on the bullet casings found by Mr. Thompson’s body were an eerie echo of the “FC” for Freedom Club that Mr. Kaczynski carved into his bombs. The fact that Mr. Mangione allegedly made his own gun and carried a copy of his own manifesto reinforced the similarities.

There is, of course, still much we don’t know about Mr. Mangione: a full picture of who he is, and what factors shaped him and motivated him. But the teacher’s suggestion that the Unabomber was a hero to some of his students pointed to a larger truth. To many young people living in a system of extreme economic disparity, in a world they believe is on the verge of ecological collapse, the Unabomber represents a dark, growing ideological desperation. To them, his ruthlessly intellectualized turn to violence can seem justified.

At some point before much more time has passed, Our Side will have to get over its girlish squeamishness regarding this purported “ruthlessly intellectualized turn to violence” being utterly unthinkable, amoral, and completely out of bounds, I’m afraid. That’s owing to one very simple reason which ought to be obvious: if we don’t rise to the challenge and match the Leftist enemy blow for blow and then some, then we must inevitably lose to them. And as all of us should know full well by now, losing to the Left means losing absolutely everything.

You definitely want to read all of this one, it’s quite good. Never thought I’d hear myself say that about a NYT article, but there you are. Strange days indeed, sure to get stranger still as time marches ever on.

Oh yeah, almost forgot: the “Luigi Babe” reference in the post title hails from my own voluminous memory archive—just another of my ceaseless attempts to amuse myself which constitute one of the primary reasons this h’yar blog exists in the first place. Hey, even if none of y’all get a laugh out of it, I do. As is said of the Hokey Pokey, that’s what it’s all about.

See, Luigi Babe (as he insisted everyone call him) was this irritatingly ubiquitious show promoter, self-styled raconteur, and all-around hipster douchebag back in my NYC days. He was unfailingly chatty, touchy-feely, faux friendly, cloying, and utterly oblivious as to how vanishingly few, if any, of his fellow scenesters actually liked him even just a little bit.

When I was host/DJ/barman of a popular weekly rockabilly night* at what was bona fide Downtown scene-maker Deb Parker’s arguably least-successful venture, Babyland, Luigi Babe would show up every Thursday night, to everyone else’s profound chagrin.

If I’m lying, I’m flying: the minute Luigi Babe made his Grande Entrance into Babyland (or anyplace else, really)—clad in his trademark vintage gabardine suit with matching fedora and ascot, an immaculately-drawn pencil-thin moustache adorning his upper lip, flourishing his affected cigarette-holder in one hand like a scepter, carrying himself as if he were the dashing reincarnation of Clark Gable and/or Errol Flynn, the fleshly exemplar of what people mean by the word smarm—you’d see ten or twenty other regulars get up from their booths and beat feet for the exit with alacrity, often as not abandoning a table-full of overly pricy cocktails untouched in the urgency of making good their post-haste escape. Jackets, handsome cardigan sweaters, gloves, purses, you name it, who cares? These were but material objects, no more; unlike the precious time lost enduring the dread Luigi Babe’s presence, they could be replaced.

No shit, the dust cloud those fleeing bar patrons left in their wake would’ve shamed even the Roadrunner speeding away from Wile E Coyote. MEEP MEEP!

* Yclept the Chicken Shack, which moniker would go on to earn me a subtly cheeky nod from no less august a personage than the great Max Weinberg, at a Conan O’Brien show taping—yet another of those incredible stories I really gotta tell y’all sometime

Inevitable

Did someone say “dysfunctional” just a moment ago? Why yes, I believe someone did at that.

Payton McNabb had dreams of becoming a college athlete, until a volleyball spiked by a transgender competitor came within inches of killing her when she was 17 and forever changed the trajectory of her life.

Now, in the hopes of preventing history from repeating itself, she’s sharing her story in the new documentary “Kill Shot: How Payton McNabb Turned Tragedy Into Triumph,” created by the Independent Women’s Forum.

“If my story can in any way help prevent this from happening to at least just one woman or girl, then it was all worth it,” McNabb, now 19, told The Post.

Payton McNabb’s story is being featured in a new documentary from the Independent Women’s Forum.

Before that fateful game in 2022, McNabb and her teammates at Hiwassee Dam High School in Murphy, NC, were aware of a transgender player on the opposing team but afraid to speak their concerns.

“We never thought we would ever be put in this position to begin with,” she said. “I didn’t know one person who agreed with [a transgender athlete competing against us] on my team, but we didn’t know what to do.”

The match was relatively uneventful until that player spiked the ball directly into McNabb’s head, knocking her unconscious for 30 seconds and sending the whole gym into a shocked silence.

Everyone else — including the trans player — ultimately finished the game, while McNabb was rushed off the court with a concussion, neck injury and two black eyes.

“It was 100% avoidable, if only my rights as a female athlete had been more important than a man’s feelings,” she said.

The full extent of her injury unfolded over weeks, as McNabb was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, a brain bleed, partial paralysis and loss of peripheral vision on her right side. She also suffered ongoing memory loss, confusion and severe headaches.

Bold mine. There will be more of it going forward, on this you can rely. But hey, as long as the “transgender” community “feels seen,” and is kowtowed to by those genocidal “”binaries,” then that’s all that really matters, and justice has been served. In a manner of speaking.

Update! Sick.

The latest bit of insanity–no doubt funded by the pay-for-play climate coverage grant that ensures that the Associate Press keeps pumping out climate change propaganda day and night–is this profile of Kamala Harris’ favorite drag queen, Pattie Gonia.

Patti, you see, is on a mission to save the earth by looking fabulous while spouting nonsense.

And the Associated Press is convinced enough that Pattie Gonia will help save the world that they devote a profile including a lot of video time to ensuring that the world follows his efforts to save humanity–at least save humanity until civilization collapses from cultural rot.

Pattie is now touring to bring his message of Queer environmentalism to the world, and I gather that this is supposed to be inspiring a new generation of degenerates to love Gaia and fight the heteronormative racist sexist homophobic capitalist pigs who are destroying Mother Nature.

NEW YORK (AP) — Dressed in a sequin-laced, sleeveless top and puffy pink skirt, drag queen Pattie Gonia strides around the stage in white high-heeled boots that come up to the knees, telling the crowd that nature must be a woman.

“She is trying to kill us in the most passive-aggressive way possible,” joked Gonia, lip-syncing audio from a routine by comedian Michelle Wolf. “It’s not some sort of immediate fire or flood or a cool explosion. She’s just like, ‘What? I raised the temperature a little.’”

“Are you uncomfortable?” continued Gonia, who has a neatly trimmed mustache, long black eyelashes and a wig of long and flowing red hair. “Maybe I wouldn’t have (raised the temperature) if you had taken out the recycling, like I asked!

Indeedy. Recycling rates–recycling, outside of perhaps aluminum and a few other products, is actually worthless and occasionally destruct–will undoubtedly rise because the people drawn to Pattie Gonia were indifferent to these issues prior to his Queer lectures.

Un-huh. Got it.

Yes, there’s video and pix both of this cavorting dementoid at the link, which must be seen to be believed.

Dysfunction, all the way down

I don’t usually write about these events, but in this latest case I will make an exception by way of making a broader point.

The 15-year-old girl who killed two people and wounded six others when she opened fire at her Wisconsin Christian school had been in therapy over her troubled home life with her parents — who repeatedly divorced and remarried, court records show.

Natalie “Samantha” Rupnow, who died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound after the deadly mass shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison on Monday, was at times yanked between her parents’ homes every two or three days when they were separated, according to records obtained by the Washington Post.

Her mother and father, Mellissa and Jeff Rupnow, first married in 2011, two years after they had Natalie, who had recently started using the first name Samantha.

They divorced in 2014 and shared custody of Natalie, who they agreed would live primarily with her mother.

The couple then remarried three years later in 2017 — just to get divorced for a second time another three years after that, in 2020.

This time, they more evenly split custody of their daughter, with Natalie spending two days with her father, then two days with her mother, followed by three days with her father again in a schedule that would alternate weekly, the DC paper reported.

They married for a third time shortly thereafter — but by April 2021 were splitting up again.

A judge granted the divorce a month later but noted that “parties [were] admonished concerning remarriage,” according to court documents.

In July 2022, a mediator ruled that the couple would again share custody of Natalie but she would live primarily with her father.

By that time, Natalie, just 12 years old, was going to therapy sessions that were meant to help determine which parent she would spend her weeks with, according to court records.

There’s more awfulness yet, all of it as dysfunctional as dysfunctional gets, but the above ought to make for a good enough start. With an upbringing as unstable as that, and as common as such familial instability has come to be nowadays, the real wonder is that more of these poor waifs aren’t picking up a piece and going all “I Don’t Like Mondays” on the rest of the world. The closer is about as stinging a wry jab as I think I’ve ever seen.

Something missing from this picture

And Justine Bateman knows what it is.

As Arte Johnson used to say:

I do like Justine’s “Selective Activism” formulation, it suits the bastard Left to a “T.”

Update! You’ll probably notice a link to the “Peter Sellers on Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In” clip at top left when the above vid ends. I clicked on it, and the guy rising up from the shrubbery at stage right is none other than the incomparable Peter Sellers. Sellers pulls off his brief Laugh In cameo with his usual élan, brio, and understated brilliance. Ah, those were the days.

Updated update! Just spitballing here, but if the esteemed Ms Bateman keeps on like she’s been doing I’m gonna have to institute a “Celebrity Smart” category just for her, as a counterweight to our long-established “Celebrity Stupid” one. In fact…a-yup, done and done. You go, girl, and welcome aboard!

Did someone say “shithole” just now?

Why yes, I believe someone did.

It turns out that Haiti is indeed a shithole
One of my MP buddies had been in Haiti after a hurricane. Disaster relief and all that. Some of the locals had decided to steal a 55-gallon drum of something or other. Just tipped it over and rolled it away, all the way to their shack. Now, this being Haiti, a lot of the roads are dirt roads, which means that my MP buddy and his squad simply had to follow the tracks that are left when one is rolling a 55 gallon drum. And so the did. Just following the tracks for about 500 yards, whereupon they found the 55 gallon drum “hidden” under a pile of garbage, and when my buddy and his squad went to retrieve that drum, they were met with accusations of theft and thuggery. And when my buddy pointed out that they were simply retrieving an item that the locals had stolen, every single person there swore on a stack of bibles that they didn’t steal anything.

Despite the evidence. The blatant, obvious evidence that they had stolen the 55 gallon drum, clearly marked as US property, with the tracks still fresh and clean in the dirt road.

Haiti is a shithole. It’s always been a shithole. The Dominican Republic knows this, which is why they built a fence along their border with Haiti and they refuse to let Haitians into the DR. There is absolutely no reason that we should be letting Haitians into the USA, as the chance of them acculturating and integrating is pretty damn small. If you want to help Haiti, do it in Haiti, but you’re going to have to bring guns, a strong stomach, and the will to be ruthless to the gangs that currently control Haiti. And I don’t see many Americans willing to do that. In order to help Haiti, you have to be willing to kill the cannibalistic gangs. Let me say that louder for the people in the back: In order to help Haiti, you have to be willing to shoot the gangs that are killing and eating people. I don’t see the American public being willing to (do) that.

I don’t see the American sheepul being willing to do much of anything that would inconvenience themselves in even the smallest way. Best thing to do for Haiti is to get the hell out of the nightmarish hellhole altogether, stay the hell out, and studiously ignore its very existence henceforth. Let the feral CHIDs (Cannibalistic Humanoid Island Dwellers) burn their own country to the ground if that’s what they want to do, and to hell with every man Jack of them. The DR obviously understands the proper way to deal with Haiti, which doesn’t involve “helping” in any way, shape, or form. And after all, having been forced by an accident of geography to live next door to these irredeemable animals, who would know better than they?
