Or, y’know, cometh not.

A popular catch-phrase among pro-Trump patriots is: “Nothing can stop what is coming.”

This is based on the theory that there are things quietly going on behind the scenes, that President Trump still has a hand in what is happening today.

Perhaps he is laying a giant trap for Democrats and the deep state establishment. Or perhaps the military is in control under the theory of devolution.

Or perhaps, this is all delusional wishful thinking.

I gotta go with door number two, Monty.

Devolution is an interesting concept of continuity of government plans. Its purpose is to maintain government leadership in the event that constitutional successors are incapable or incapacitated. A small and select group of military leaders would be in charge, running a shadow government behind the scenes in the event of some catastrophe.

This scenario would have kicked in if the military believed that the COVID pandemic and electoral fraud were acts of war against the U.S. by foreign and domestic actors. Some have written extensively about devolution, telling a compelling story, but that is all it is, a wishful thinking story in contradiction to what we are seeing around us. If it turns out to be true, this past year will have been the greatest show of all time. But I’m not holding my breath.

Nor should you be. There is no savior coming to our rescue, no Knight in shining armor on a white charger galloping straight out of a fairy tale to slay our enemies and save our bacon at the last second for us. There’s only…us, and that’s absolutely it. If said bacon IS to be saved at the last second, we’re the ones who are gonna have to roll up our sleeves, harden our hearts, stiffen our spines, and get it done ourselves. T’was ever thus; t’will ever be thus. Which, actually, is no bad thing; if we had properly tended to the business of vigilantly safeguarding our sacred heritage of freedom, as our Founders explicitly instructed us to do, we wouldn’t be facing the difficult and uncertain struggle now before us.

There is much wishful thinking in the belief that “nothing can stop what is coming.” Maybe nothing is coming.

Was the election on the up and up? Did COVID provide the ideal excuse to change election laws at the last minute, against Constitutional provisions and the law, to facilitate fraud? If Biden really won 12 million more votes than Obama in 2012, why are we hearing chants of “F*** you Biden” at college football games, from college students who “turned out in droves” for Biden?

There were too many coincidences in late night vote-counting, stopping and starting, to say the election was fair and proper, but so what? This probably wasn’t the first dodgy election in America and certainly won’t be the last.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but until such evidence can be produced and acted upon, it’s all “hopium.”

There is no evidence of a Trump-led shadow government pulling the strings. Yet there are shadow websites like Real Raw News, telling us of arrests, tribunals, and executions of prominent people like James Comey, Tom Hanks, Susan Rice, and Hillary Clinton, people who appear in public days after their supposed execution.

At the same time, the Durham investigation plods along, with hopes of a reckoning for Spygate conspirators. Five years have gone by with zero real punishment for anyone involved in weaponizing America’s intelligence, law enforcement, and justice agencies against a presidential candidate and subsequent administration.

Trump likes to say, “I caught them all” which provides hope, but who exactly has been caught and what is their reckoning? So far that’s been a big zero. Without signs to back up the words, it’s all just hopeful talk.

Trump laid it out before the 2016 election in a powerful but little known speech where he said:

Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt political establishment with a new government controlled by you, the American People. There is nothing the political establishment will not do, and no lie they will not tell, to hold on to their prestige and power at your expense.

Yet here we are. Trump certainly tried, but it seems the “failed and corrupt political establishment” won, holding on to their “prestige and power”. It’s not for lack of trying but even the likes of Donald Trump as president was not enough to slay the deep state dragon as he was largely alone in his efforts in Washington D.C.

Maybe something is coming, maybe not. As America descends into Cloward-Piven chaos and a Marxist future, what will stop the disasters that keep coming and coming?

Only us. Like it or not, ready or not, up to the task or not—all are required to face the cold, hard truth of the thing: There’s no one else. There’s only us. Which is only meet and just; it was always our job anyway, our burden and responsibility, and will always will be.

Something’s about to happen. I can feel it, I can smell it in the air. I woke up early this fine Sunday morning, put the coffee mocha on the stovetop, sat down to peruse the tidings of the world, and took stock. That was when I had the feeling. It feels like a point has been reached; a line in the sand, as it were. That a very large segment of the population, a segment that is far larger than what the elite’s minions claim it to be, has collectively decided that enough is enough. That this collective suicide has reached its end point. That the lunacy has to stop and that it stops with each one of us.

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;

But the form that the stopping will take is what has my spiritual senses tingling. People in general have obediently gone along with their governments out of trust and good faith. At least, that is what happened at the beginning. Just two weeks to stop the curve, remember that? That trust has not just been eroded – it has been collectively obliterated, firebombed to ashes amidst the wasteland to which society has reduced itself.

Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere   
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;

People no longer want to participate in the lies, any of them.

The best lack all conviction, while the worst   
Are full of passionate intensity.

When you think about it, our nations have been in a collective stupor for a very long time indeed. Lulled to a state of mind numbed passivity, participating in daily life in order to get yet another bauble. Mice on the spinning wheels that go nowhere in a material sense and certainly have no future in a spiritual sense.

We needed to be woken up. And the feeling that I have is that a lot more of us are now awake than ever before. Those of us who were so fortunate to stumble upon the red pill communities over the last several years are now not so alone as we once were.

Surely some revelation is at hand;
Surely the Second Coming is at hand.

It’s not that our governments have been bullying and persecuting us for the last 18 months. No, rather they have been doing so for a hundred years. And every year they have been turning the screw a little tighter, cutting one more slice off the ever shortening salami, inching up the heat on the pot of water. Something had to give.

We might be at this point because our governments have planned a new world order, a 2030 upheaval of the entire world. Or we might be here because those participating in the tightening of the screw simply couldn’t help themselves; they had nowhere else to go but push it those last few ratchets. Inch by inch, grind it out. That’s all they know, that’s what they signed up for; without that continual “improvement” then they would have no reason for existing.

And now people know. A lot more people than even two years ago. They have been rudely jolted out of their slumber. And they are terribly resolved to not taking one more step back. Our governments pushed all in on the vaccinations and a large segment of the population has called their bluff. They won’t take the jab. They won’t go to camps for national unity. There is no unity with despots, and our governments are despot central. A chaotic collective of feeble little men and puny women with no courage, with no honor, with no loyalty except to their next promotion, with no prudence, with no honesty, with no patriotism and most of all with no belief in God.

The darkness drops again; but now I know

Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle,

Theirs is a world of idolatry to their gods of science and bureaucracy. They worship at the feet of men and as such have nothing in common with their fellow man. Their souls are small. They strive not for excellence but merely for power for its own sake. And they most of all desire power over us, over we who did not completely fall for the lies; who when we realised the true nature of things then we pulled back and simply said, no, I will not do that.

I will not do that. That is the line in the sand. And once you come to that point, then you are really free. Because it doesn’t matter. None of it matters. They wanted to do as thou wilt, well now they have it. So go ahead. Do as you want. But I will not do that and I want nothing to do with those who would make me comply with tyranny. You can brush it up in any obscene makeup as you like, but the lipstick is still on a pig and I will have no part in it.

Like I said, something is going to happen. Something’s gotta’ give. It’s time.

The return of the King

For The Record: We should have built them back, on the exact spot, just like it had never happened. Not left a gurgling pit of remembrance, up the street from a mosque. Their precise restoration would have been a far more fitting memorial than would a hole in the ground. The twin holes should have been radioactive craters in Mecca and Medina. With a list of the next 20 locations to be forever expunged published and promulgated worldwide, pour encourager les autres. Ask Carthage how that worked.

Today, I remember and mourn the departed from that horrible day, as the last Americans to live their entire lives, until the last desperate hour or so, in something akin to freedom, never knowing or imagining the nannyist police state our homegrown terrorists in our own government would emplace in the aftermath of actual terrorism. And because many of the victims did what real Americans do: they ran into burning buildings, to help their fellow citizens. They took on serial killers with rolled up magazines and butter knives. They died as a sacrifice to a bloated bureaucracy that had grown stupid, fat, and complacent, and wholly abrogated its mission to preserve liberty, and then turned around and made it ten times worse in the aftermath for the free people, rather than the perpetrators.

And that’s it.

The endless wars in service of the military industrialist complex, the serial rapes of the Bill of Rights, the demagoguery by an endless conga line of liars, cheats, and thieves, I give no thought of whatsoever.

It’s another anniversary for me. That day, that very morning, twenty years ago today, was the first day I was employed to work in the Emergency Department. I’d been a nurse for six years, but spent most of that as the medic on motion pictures and television shows, but having decided that wasn’t why I became a nurse, decided some weeks earlier to return to the hospital, and get into the game, get paid for what I was worth, and make an actual difference, instead of merely doing my best to make sure my services were never needed by watching over the pampered playthings of the studio industry.

I had finished all the b.s. HR classes the previous week, and was driving in to work from 5:30AM PDT that fateful Tuesday morning to begin my first shift in the world’s busiest E.R. About halfway to my first day at work, the first plane crashed into the Towers. Bound to the limitations of radio, I assumed it might have been another overcast day, and some wandering pilot had clobbered the skyscraper, much like the lost pilot who had done the same thing to the Empire State Building decades before.

Shortly before arriving at work, the second plane hit.

I needed no one in officialdom to confirm for me that we were, at that point, being hit. Two collisions isn’t a coincidence.

…So I’ve spent most of my professional career with the entire nation at war. I helped train nurses and medics who later deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, again and again, because U.S. big-city trauma centers, at that time, were seeing more gunshot wounds in a month than the Marines saw in the first six months in Afghanistan, so such centers were the keepers of the keys to how to do trauma medicine right. Until endless tar-baby retarded slogfests over there turned into an orgy of maimed and shattered people, from IEDs from here to Hell.

I watched as liberty turned into a police state, rather than common sense precautions. We should have known how wrong and how badly this was going to go, when instead of depriving the terrorists over there of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, we did it instead, Japanese Internment Camp levels of wrong, to our own free citizens here. And then doubled down, every single time. Our leaders never missed an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

I watched another generation of vets become the new Vietnam vets, used and abused, for nothing, and discarded both en masse and one by one, in return for giving arms, legs, and souls to a pointless effort, because some jackass thought we could impart democracy to people who can’t even read, and then twenty more thought that gender and perversion and whiteness were more important enemies to fight than people willing to fly airplanes into buildings in service of their 6th-century way of thinking.

As one bitterly accurate brilliant wiseass put it this week, we spent two decades, trillions of dollars, and thousands of wasted lives, to replace the Taliban with…the Taliban.

Only government can fuck up something so simple in so colossal a way. It wasn’t hubris, or anything so complex. It was purely and simply what happens when the stupidest, most evil, and most power-hungry incompetent and corrupt people in the room have been given the keys to the machines for 40 years, non-stop.

Okay, that’s excerpt aplenty, and the truth is it still ain’t even half of the masterful work Aesop has laid down for us today. In my estimation, this one is nothing short of his best ever—which is saying something. You absolutely MUST read the entirety of it. Yeah…Solidarity and their leader, true Nobel Peace Prize winner Lech Walesa. They most definitely don’t teach -anything- about the Solidarity Movement is schools here anymore. Nope, that’d be counterproductive to the plan. It ended up being a primarily peaceful overthrow-by-undermining the State via strikes, ridicule, and whatnot. Directly lifted from Wiki (not exactly an r/ourguys site):

Part of -why- it worked was that they essentially undercut like everything. They started at the docks first, refusing to unload ships, which was a HUGE part of Poland’s trade. They did strikes, walk-offs all the usual union stuff. Not for nothing, I was living in Austria as a kid and remember watching it on a Black and White TV with my DeadDad wondering if the Rooskies were going to roll in the Armor like they did in oh so many other places. It was big news to all the ‘Muricans overseas…Thing was, we didn’t know it, but Ivan the Bear at the time was a hollowed out pale shadow of it’s former badass self…Sound familiar don’t it?

So yep. They’re going the same route. They as in Leviathan. The DotGov is trying to ‘rile us up’ into doing -something- that provokes us. And their “false flag department”, while still active, is sort of, pardon the pun, IMO “out of ammunition” as no one fucking believes their bullshit-filled-bullshitting selves any longer. They/, as they say, went for the ‘cheap regular thrills’ and now? It’s gonna have to be a really huge Whangdoodle of a -something- to get our attention these days. And if it’s that big and horrific, guesstimates on my end are No One is going to believe them at all.

Hell…I’m getting intel that MANY Regular Army Units are in almost open rebellion mode now. Troops are openly mocking the CinC (illegal to do on active duty) and daring the can’t cunt commanders to try something.

Know what gives me a little frisson of delight and makes my neck hairs stand on end? The prospect of Fuck Joe Bi-den, Fuck Joe Bid-en becoming a standard marching cadence in use by all units of the dot-mil. Not gonna happen, I know, but still.

Side note, apropos of nothing: Y’all feel free to correct me if I’m remembering it wrong here, but I seem to recall the “can’t cunt” formulation BCE just deployed as a trademark Marcinkoism, as in “no-load pusnutted pencilnecked diplo-dink can’t-cunt” etc etc. I have just about all of Demo Dick’s books around here someplace, and greatly enjoyed ’em personally. On the other hand, when I was at NAS Oceana for Cousin Reg’s CoC thing at the O-club (mentioned here more than once just recently), opinions on the self-styled “Sharkman of the Delta” at our table were decidedly, umm, mixed. PARIS (AP) _ Romanian dictator Nicolae Ceausescu wept silently and his wife Elena begged for mercy as soldiers readied them for the firing squad, according to footage of their execution broadcast Sunday.

Extracts of the graphic 90-minute videotape were aired exclusively by the French television network TF1. They are the most detailed look yet at the execution Dec. 25 at a military base outside Bucharest. The Ceausescus were executed days after being toppled by a popular revolution.

″Don’t attack us 3/8 We have the right to die the way we want,″ Elena Ceausescu told soldiers and the 10-person civilian-military tribunal that sentenced the couple to death.

Nicolae Ceausescu, who ruled Romania with an iron fist for a quarter- century, struggled briefly with the soldiers but said nothing. Tears rolled down his cheeks.

Soldiers placed the couple, who were not blindfolded, against a brick wall and others rapidly opened fire, emptying their magazines. The Ceausescus crumpled under the bullets, which also peppered the brick wall.

A medic then looked for signs of life in the eyes of Elena Ceausescu as blood poured from her head. He found none.

Does it get any better than that? Yes. Amazingly, yes.

The cameraman recording the execution was accidentally wounded, said TF1 journalist Patrick Bourrat.

BREAKING: Biden Rages At Unvaccinated Americans During Angry Speech; Says He’s “Frustrated” As He Enforces New Mandates
On Thursday, Joe Biden further divided the nation by saying that he “understands” the anger and frustration towards Americans who are weary of the vaccine. He then doubled down and blamed the unvaccinated for all the covid-related problems in our country.

“Our patience is wearing thin,” Biden threatened. “Your refusal has cost all of us”, he added.

He then stoked more anger against the unvaccinated, saying that 200 million Americans+ are “frustrated” with Americans who have decided not to get vaccinated.

Biden said the vaccinated are doing the “right thing”, implying that the unvaccinated are doing the “wrong thing”, putting a target on the back of 80 million Americans.

At another point, Biden told the unvaccinated to “be prepared to pay.”

Well, somebody is gonna pay for this, yeah. We’ll find out who it ends up being soon enough, fuckface.

Honestly though, I must confess that Occupation Government El Jefe Faux Jaux Biden made several statements today with which—UNEXPECTED!!!™—I am in complete agreement (in bold):

What more is there to wait for? What more do you need to see? We’ve made vaccinations free, safe, and convenient,” Biden continued. “We’ve been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us,” Biden intoned.

“Free, safe, and convenient?” Well, one out of three (free, that would be) ain’t bad, and marks a tremendous improvement on Jaux’s usual ratio. But yeah, patience has definitely worn thin for a lot of us out here, and it’s nearly impossible to find any reason to stay our hand. Jaux’s explicit threat to use authority which the federal junta in no legal sense possesses, in order to bend the arms of defiant free-state governors *cough cough DeSantis cough cough* up between their shoulder blades should they refuse to immediately bend the knee was a nice touch, too.

He also issued a veiled threat to Republican governors who have resisted imposing tyrannical measures on their constituents. “If these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them to,” he said.

The US Constitution grants the president no such power. Lucky for ol’ Jaux, said Constitution has long since been rendered null and void. But hark! Do mine ears perceive the faint stirrings of resistance from unlikely, long-slumbering corners?

Biden’s draconian mandate on employers has inspired some pointed responses from Republicans.

Yawn. Who the fuck cares. You want “pointed” from a Repub, there’s but one place to bother looking for it. And it assuredly is not Vichy GOPers like Kevin McRINO.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded to Biden’s draconian mandates during a press conference Thursday afternoon.

“How could we get to the point in this country where you would not let them earn a living because of their choice on the vaccine? I just think that’s fundamentally wrong. I do not believe that people should lose their jobs over this issue, and we will fight that,” he said.

“I just think that the more this becomes coercive, where people have threatened mandates, and firing, and business consequences, the more he does that, the more people it alienates,” DeSantis added.  “I do not believe people should lose their jobs over this issue, and we will fight that.”

DeSantis went on to say that he didn’t think the White House had the authority to impose a rule like that on employers.

“We would obviously support protections for people who just want to earn a living,” he said.

And with that sweet, sweet DeSantis-trademark defiance—I WILL NOT COMPLY, JOE, AND YOU CAN GO AND FUCK YOURSELF—America’s Governor yet again makes it clear that, one way or another, all freedom-loving Real Americas are going to wind up relocating to the Sunshine State for the last desperate stand. But hark! again. Do mine ears perceive another roar of defiance? Why yes, I believe they do.

There’s been a groundswell of disapproval and distrust for Vance of late in certain Alt-American quarters for various reasons, some of which I can maybe understand. But I can’t honestly say I concur with that; I have no real problem with JD myself, and Lord knows he’s on the beam on this one. Update (1452ET): President Biden will speak at 5pm ET, where he is expected to announce what’s already been leaked – that most federal workers and contractors will be required to get vaccinated after a 75-day ‘ramp-up’ period. If workers decline to receive shots in that time frame, they will be subject to termination.

“We would like to be a model for what we think other business and organizations should do around the country,” said White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki.

Further, Biden is expected to announce that the Department of Labor will compel employers with over 100 workers to mandate vaccines, or weekly testing.

Employers who don’t abide by the new policy will face “substantial fines up to nearly $14,000 per violation,” according to a senior Biden official (via PBS). What’s more, Biden will require health care workers at hospitals which take Medicare and Medicaid to be vaccinated – impacting over 17 million workers.

As resistance to President Biden’s booster-shot push grows, it appears the administration is – just as we expected – upping the pressure on federal workers who haven’t yet been vaccinated – while asking private businesses to do the same. According to CNN, the Biden Admin will no longer allow workers to get tested weekly instead of taking the vaccine. Instead, he’s signing an executive order Thursday requiring all workers to get the vaccine or face indefinite suspension.

What’s more, Biden’s order will extend to employees of government contractors. Per CNN, the same standard will be extended to employees of contractors who do business with the federal government. The Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and National Institute of Health will also complete their previously announced vaccination requirements, which the White House believes has covered 2.5MM people.

This marks a significant escalation since earlier in the summer, when Biden unveiled a requirement that federal workers be vaccinated, but allowed for those who opted out to be subject to stringent mitigation measures like weekly tests.

As is his wont, Biden’s statement was shot through with falsehood after deception after misdirection, all of it provably and entirely untrue, from the first word to the last. Construction of the House Of Covid—a prison, more correctly, its foundation bricked with lies from its very inception—is now finished. It lacks only its assigned complement of NonVaxxed inmates to be complete. It must be burned to the ground by Patriots instead, without further ado.

With this undeniably tyrannical Imperial Decree, whoever is manipulating the marionette strings that make Biden’s mouth move opened fire on Ft Sumter, so to speak. The final curtain has dropped on the ragged remnants of freedom; whatever few tattered, torn scraps that still remained of our long-since-defunct Constitution have been set alight to burn away forever. We have examined and analyzed and discussed it long and passionately, here and elsewhere, over and again. Today, the discussion has well and truly ended. Today, the time has come when every American must make that most grim of choices, in close consultation with his own conscience and courage, each for himself. Will I resist, or will I comply? Will I fight to reassert my precious liberty? Or will I shirk my duty to myself and my posterity by accepting the bit of tyranny, staining the noble legacy of my Forefathers with the shameful, cowardly taint of surrender?

This is no time for ceremony. The question before the House is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. Are we disposed to be of the number of those who, having eyes, see not, and having ears, hear not, the things which so nearly concern their temporal salvation?

For my part, whatever anguish of spirit it may cost, I am willing to know the whole truth—to know the worst and to provide for it. I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided; and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the British ministry for the last ten years, to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves and the House?

Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, sir; it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with these warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation? Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled that force must be called in to win back our love? Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation—the last arguments to which kings resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motives for it? Has Great Britain any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies?

No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us; they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the British ministry have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer on the subject? Nothing.

We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves longer.

Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. There’s talking, and then there’s DOING

Aesop has a little something to say in response to last night’s response to Sefton’s response to…well, you get the idea.

Having people, anyone, even those firmly on our side, calling for “MOAR ELECTIONS! VOTE HARDERER!!” is like watching a Spelling Bee at the Special Olympics, with the soundtrack provided by Retarded Kids’ Nails On A Chalkboard.

WHAT THE BLISTERING HELL IS IT GOING TO TAKE BEFORE PEOPLE UNFUCK THEMSELVES, SMELL THE COFFEE, AND WAKE THE FUCK UP?!?!?

Asking for 100,000,000 friends and neighbors.

Well, not so long ago I figured it would be gun-banning and -confiscation that was going to do it. After further reflection, I can to believe that the spark that would finally set off the powder keg was more likely to be widespread hunger. Currently, it feels to me more like (Not)Vaxx mandates, passports, and “Green Zone” camps will be the long-anticipated Final Straw. Honestly, though, we’re all deeply into SWAG territory at this point, where the flip of aa coin is about as likely to provide the correct answer as I am, or anybody else for that matter.

We tried the bloodless ballot-box revolution, so beloved of this nation the entirety of the time we were an actual constitutional republic. Now, however, we are manifestly neither of those things.

The other side decided the time had come, finally, to preclude that option. You think they’re going to give you a second chance on that, EVER?

The Other Side made the choice to end honest elections. On their heads be the consequences. Or hopefully, around their necks. And once a nation crosses that Rubicon, there is no other way out of what follows.

The only way this nightmare ends, EVER, is with rivers of blood, and mountains of skulls.

Ours. Or Theirs.

I vote for Theirs. I’m sentimental like that.

Seconded, with gusto, right down to the last syllable of it.

That said, though, I feel I ought to to offer a small caveat to all and sundry. To wit: NONE of us should ever make the mistake of assuming he has gleaned full and certain knowledge concerning what another of us is doing, is not doing, or might soon be doing, merely from reading a blog post.

Speaking strictly for myself here, although I resolved from the long-ago day this humble blog declared itself open for business that I was going to be completely candid and truthful in everything I wrote here, that commitment nonetheless does NOT mean that my every last opinion, idea, or deed will be chronicled on CF. In these days of Fedposters (or, as Expat hilariously dubs such vermin, “Glow-niggers”) skulking about everywhere—a time when every one of us is also under constant physical surveillance, being recorded, tracked, and logged under the ever-watchful Eye of Sauron every minute of our day—it is at best tactically unwise to helpfully provide The Enemy with any scrap of intel on your movements and activities he hasn’t already hoovered up.

CF Lifers probably feel as if, after years of choking down the swill dished out hereabouts, they know me pretty well. They’re not entirely wrong about that—but no, they don’t know EVERYTHING about me. They can’t, if for no other reason than that “everything” isn’t posted here, and in fact couldn’t possibly be. Even if I did want to put it all up for public perusal and discussion (which I assure you I do NOT), fact is that “everything” is just way too big to fit on a blog, no matter how comprehensive, ambitious, and/or narcissistic a blog it is.

Assuming you have full knowledge of what actions anyone is, has, or will be taking based only on a blogwriter’s posts is, as I said, a mistake—a damned stupid one at that, since the perpetrator could easily have avoided making it via the simple expedient of a moment’s careful thought. The mistake is compounded by its utter uselessness for our side, moreso by the potential usefulness it offers to our adversary, and most of all by one simple truth: thath

Especially in the blogosphere, especially in these increasingly parlous times, none of us can afford to be careless about the information we put out there for anyone with an internet connection to discover. Being too cavalier, too inattentive, too profligate with accurate, detailed intel on what you’re up to awards a tangible and quite valuable advantage to an enemy that is already well ahead on that score. Believe me, The Enemy needs no assistance whatever from you. So don’t give him any.

Much as it pains me to say, it’s time for us to consider what we’re willing to publicly say, how we say it, and above all, who’s listening in. No, I’m not advocating harsh self-censorship, exactly. Neither am I suggesting we all start taking counsel of our fears, mellowing our rhetoric, or God forbid, standing down altogether and just accepting defeat. We absolutely must remain open, forthright, and bold in both word and deed, now more than ever before.

But these times also require that we be realistic, wily, and fully awake to both the risks we run and the capabilities of our enemy. Things are escalating rapidly, the stakes getting higher, the situation becoming so fluid and unpredictable it’s ever more difficult to accurately assess. This is the time to be smart about all this, to be frank with ourselves about the approaching confrontation. It is assuredly NOT the time to be hanging any targets on our own backs out of impatience or inattention. Let’s none of us be showing The Enemy any more of our cards from here on out. If he is to gain the final victory over us, then let’s by God make damned sure he has to earn it—and that the price of victory is painfully exorbitant.

Literally, physically painful, I mean.

Know thine enemy

Billy Beck on the ultimate hopelessness of any campaign of “massed passive civil disobedience“—he cites the examples of Thoreau, MLK, and Ghandi—waged against an essentially amoral, conscience-bereft foe. Such as, say, the US government.

None of this would have worked against Hitler, Stalin, or Mao.

Can you think why?

It’s because the very idea of passive disobedience of unjust law, and submitting one’s own life to it, requires a moral conscience in the enemy, to which to make the appeal. One cannot stand in front of a criminal without moral conscience and appeal for a rational mercy. He simply will not care. In Nazi Germany, the USSR, or Communist China (to this very day), all three of these men and their followers would have been summarily crushed.

And this brings us to America in the 21st century.

The central question in all of this, in our current context is:

Is there enough of a moral conscience remaining in American culture to which to appeal by “flooding the courts and embracing the prisons,” as I said?

I still think the question is valid, but I am less certain of the answer than ever before.

The reason why is this:

It’s the socialists who are driving ethics and politics in America, now. Anything resembling anti-socialist politics (of any variant) has been fighting a rear-guard action since the end of the Reagan administration. (Their intellectual and moral cowardice, however, goes back to their betrayal of Barry Goldwater in 1964, and this is actually a very good analogy to Trump, today. John McCain is a great example.) Culturally, the socialists have possessed the political and ethical initiative beginning with Clinton in 1993.

There is no price that they would not pay — in your money or blood — in order to establish their utopia. The notorious communist historian Eric Hobsbawm said that twenty million lives would be worth it. He said this in 1994. He meant what he said, and all socialists hold the same basic conviction.

What’s at question here is the nature of the fight.

Thoreau, Gandhi, and King were spiritual soldiers. The difference is that they didn’t fight with guns. They fought with ideas, in action.

The socialists have no serious regard for dissent of any sort, and they reject ideas, especially. They do not value human morality: theirs is the morality (if we call it that) of predatory animals.

Billy posted this back in January, two days after the 1/6 “insurrection” false-flag op. The subsequent calamities since, compounded by the terrifying acceleration of their rate of occurrence, serve to underline the post’s grim continuing relevance.

We’ve seen plenty and to spare of strident editorial blatting from our self-styled allies employing a too-familiar and increasingly irksome MO: first, forthrightly acknowledge that we now have ourselves an actual, by-God war on our hands here—a war it is absolutely imperative for Team Liberty to wage, and to win—then, after several of what were once quaintly known as “column inches” all a-brim with steamy fooferaw in support of “fighting” and “defying” and “resisting” and other such tough talk, suddenly reverse course to nonchalantly insist that said war must, dammit, MUST be “fought” strictly via “legal, Constitutional, nonviolent” methods. The premise behind that alacritous back-and-fill is fundamentally flawed, the underlying assumption sheer fantasy.

Left unsaid is a dated and dangerous misperception: that any hope still remains that the DC Leviathan-state sitting atop America’s heaving torso like the elephant in the Spiriva inhaler commercials might yet be reformed; that it is in the main staffed with basically decent, honest Americans who predominantly hold bedrock values which, despite being in notable disagreement with those of the Founders, can nevertheless be trusted to fulfill their oath to uphold them; that both of these projects are worth pursuing in serious fashion, and not mere pipe dreams, flights of fancy, or full-on delusions so obviously untethered from reality that Don Quixote de la Mancha himself would sneer at them as preposterous.

Misguided or misinformed our Left antagonists may well be, these people keen. But at the end of the day, they are still our countrymen, fellow Americans within whose hearts the Declaration’s immortal pulse still strongly beats, and who therefore can still be reached by appeals to a reason they’re immune to, in advocacy of principles they abhor. If Team Liberty can only present its argument logically and respectfully enough; find a sympathetic enough judge to preside over its latest lawsuit; assemble marchers in number enough for the next nonviolent protest rally…why, The Enemy must SURELY be so impressed by such restraint, such rectitude, such politesse that he will simply HAVE to agree to reconsider and relent! Right?

RIGHT?!?

Wrong. As Billy says, such intellectual diffidence is but a recipe for defeat against an enemy such as this. If we are to win through, we must first of all face some difficult facts: That the government for which the Constitution provided the blueprint exists now in memory alone; that the current government bears not so much as a passing resemblance to its predecessor, no matter how tightly one squints one’s eyes, rendering it by definition an illegitimate, fraudulent, and thus intolerable imposture; that the core beliefs, assumptions, and ambitions of We The People are in direct opposition to those of our adversary, creating a yawning political and ideological chasm so deep and so wide it can never be spanned. Most crucial of all: that compromise and peaceful coexistence between the two sides is no longer possible.

When you must do battle with a monstrous adversary who places no limit on the extremes his barbarism and cruelty might compass—a struggle in which defeat means death, quite literally—then your survival will depend on recalibrating your own ruthlessness to exceed his, or at barest minimum match it. This is the precise shape and nature of the battle before us. Understandable though it is that some of us still desperately seek a way to breathe life into the murdered hope of receiving humane, merciful treatment from inhuman, merciless blackguards, it is still folly—deadly folly.

The positions of the combatants are hardened, the divide clean and clear, the choice as simple as it is stark: there will be liberty, or there will be tyranny. And that, truly is ALL. The conflict between them is not new, unique, or unusual. On the contrary, this conundrum is written throughout the annals of human civilization. Rarely has the conflict been resolved without violent upheaval; never has its resolution been other than temporary.

In our human conceit, each generation presumes itself to be in control of such events. We most certainly are NOT. Properly perceived, they are not events at all but processes, all part of a historical pattern whose inevitability and terrifying immensity places itself far outside the pitiful reach of even the most powerful and perceptive of men, although they usually do play a role in its initiation. But once the process is set into motion, it very quickly swells into just too big a damned thing for mere men to direct, slow, or stop.

To reduce the issue to metaphorical terms, one could imagine not a car jouncing roughly along a rocky and sharply-curving mountain road, but a ship being violently tossed upon a heaving, storm-wracked sea. The latter is a much better fit with our current wildly-careering, unmanageable predicament, for the car is at least nominally under the control of its human driver, whereas the ship’s captain—though able to exert some small influence on his circumstances, however ineffectual—is in truth but a passenger, if not quite a helpless spectator. Whatever comforting lies to the contrary the beleagured captain may tell himself in hopes of soothing his mortal vanity, his destiny ultimately rests in King Neptune’s hands, not in his own.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, fellas, but if y’all sincerely want to try to right this fast-foundering ship, “legal, Constitutional, nonviolent” just ain’t gonna cut it this go ’round. No “demand” you can ever make, regardless of how firm a tone you use, is going to move those Billy correctly identifies as “predatory animals” to just slink away and leave you the hell alone. Harsher, more radical measures are the only thing that will work.

To Sefton

So my very first blog-stop every day, after I’ve painfully hauled my creaky, clanky old carcass out of bed, grabbed a cuppa Joe, and lit the first smoke of the day, is always JJ Sefton’s reliably-excellent Morning Report over at the ol’ AoSHQ. As y’all no doubt know, last Thursday I did a post (“Time to wise up, dont’cha think?“) gingerly (well, for me) taking Sefton to task for this passage in that day’s edition of the MR:

Emphasis mine, because with all due respect to the author, RUFKM? We’re going to play by rules which the other side not only never does but now never needs to because the game, the stadium and the entire league has been wiped out?! Please. Let’s stop pretending. The thugs and terrorist goons of Antifa and BLM are already assaulting us in the streets while the crooked cops, DAs and judges are throwing us into political prisons just for daring to show up in public. But, that said, I think it’s crucial to still show up and vote, not so much being confident that Dao-Min Yen can’t steal the election, but that in the likely event that that happens it will just underscore the fact that America is no more and that we are being held hostage, in many ways just like the hundreds or thousands of Americans left behind in Afghanistan.

I registered my (frankly niggling) disagreement with JJ here with as much caution and reserve as I could muster—neither of those things being what anybody would call my long suit, since I never have had a whole hell of a lot of ’em to begin with—and did so with great reluctance and trepidation. I’ve been a tremendous fan of Sefton’s skillful, astute blogging since before he even came on board at the ol’ Ace Place. JJ is a damned fine writer, and in my opinion has made a valuable contribution at AoSHQ since taking up the post there. The last thing in the world I’d ever want to do would be to antagonize him, slight or insult him, or hurt him personally in any way. As I said in the post: he’s one of Our Guys, and a highly admirable and valuable one at that, one of the most indispensible players on Team Liberty’s first-string squad of heartbreakers and lifetakers.

With that mind, I published the Thursday post with no slight trepidation, although in truth I also didn’t really think it too likely that JJ would ever even see the damned thing. For one thing, there’s never yet been a link to CF from the HQ to my knowledge; honestly, I have no idea if Ace or any of the cobs over there even look in on this site at all. Which, y’know, that’s perfectly okay, I got no gripe with ’em for it. Although I rely a good bit on the HQ as a blog-fodder source, I’ve had no more than a brief and perfectly cordial email exchange or two with Ace over the years, and no such correspondence with any of the cobs. Which, too, is perfectly okay. They do their thing, I do mine. I like their work, I respect them, I check their site more than once a day. We have a great many beliefs and opinions in common, but not all of them. That’s as it should be, too. Anyone who finds himself in one hundred percent, across-the-board agreement with someone else is probably crazy as a shithouse rat, a certified headcase.

The folks over there have made AoSHQ a genuine blogosphere juggernaut, one of the biggest of the Bigs, by dint of a lot of what Heinlein called “skull sweat,” dedication, and effort. Having been on this beat myself for twenty years now almost to the very day, I know full well how much work it is, what it requires of the person doing it. Trust me, this blogging gig takes a lot more out of a fella than most who haven’t tried it probably realize— it’s way more time- and labor-intensive, more just plain exhausting, than you might think. The people at AoSHQ didn’t rise to their current lofty position by either coincidence or dumb luck, I assure you.

So in light of all of the above, imagine my surprise to see this earlier today:

Good morning, kids. Tuesday and it’s back to work and school after the long Labor Day weekend. Or at least it would be if we were living in normal times. But this is the “new normal” where we are through a glass and darkly. I don’t usually respond to criticism but in this instance I feel it will help make my point about the state of play and what it means for all of us. Mike over at Cold Fury was a bit irked with my observations on elections in a post-2020 world:

I do hate to look as if I’m jumping all over JJ here; I have tremendous respect for him, and always enjoy his posts. Thankfully, after the above-noted momentary swerve into the “Vote HARDERER!TM” ditch, he righted himself and got back on track again with those closing ‘graphs. But I declare, if I see one more of Our Guys (and Sefton surely is that) so much as bring up American “elections” again as if they still mattered as anything other than pure theater, I may just start rending my garments, tearing out what hair I have left, and swallowing my tongue over it.

It’s a fair point, because I too have on more than one occasion called out pundits, respected and otherwise, who write the most perceptive essays on where we’re at yet shit all over them in the end with exhortations to organize and/or “Vote HARDERER.” In my own defense I will chalk it up to not adequately articulating and organizing my thoughts insofar as my perception of things, so with that let me see if I can get it right. As I said, through a glass and darkly. It’s some sort of alternate reality where everything appears to function as before but it’s all wrong. Terribly wrong. For me that happened 20 years ago this week. Shock, numbness, and denial. After that comes acceptance and G-d help me if I ever feel that because I’ll have to stick my head in an oven. Assuming we haven’t banned natural gas by then.

A perfect response, in my opinion, adroitly and handsomely done. JJ goes on from there to make another point I’ve been meaning to get around to myself, but haven’t yet found time or opportunity for it:

Some people, and absolutely justifiably so, are calling for the impeachment and removal from office of Joe Biden.

The Afghanistan disaster has surely taken out what little fetid wind was left in the sails of Nancy Pelosi’s Trump-hate, January 6 committee. Instead of a Monrovian “era of good feelings,” America is having and executing a time of increasing unease over bad policy failings in every important field, ostensibly presided over by an opinionated but incoherent man approaching the last extremity of cognition adequate to hold such a great office. It cannot go on like this and it won’t.

Joe Biden is not up to the job. Barring a miracle (and they do occur sometimes), he will not go on for three-and-a-half years. The powers that be in the Democratic Party appear already to be trying to shuffle the vice president out of the deck and bring in someone who might be able to hold the commanding heights of American government through what is building up to be a broad consensus for radical changes of personnel and policy.

Aside from his blind worship of FDR which has rendered more than a few otherwise cogent essays unreadable, I really like and respect Conrad Black. But here too, the “miracle” he’s relying on is not Biden lasting until 2024, but of a leopard changing its spots. Joe Biden is merely the proverbial deck chair on the Titanic. The entire Democrat Party, and sad to say most of the GOP, are at best incompetent grifters and at worst anti-American ideologues. Even if you got rid of both parties we’re still left with the Leviathan bureaucracy – including our military – that is 100% Marxist/socialist and a seriously corrupted judiciary which is just as bad. And that’s just government. The same rot has infected our schools, private sector and even our houses of worship. I am in total agreement that some sort of miracle is required at this point. But replacing Biden and even Harris along with him, is not it.

Black, like so many people, is still under the illusion that America functions under regular order, with the rules, conventions and norms associated with them respected and followed. Canadian or not, the fact that he and so many others cannot or will not see that the USA as of last January 6th has been overthrown is troubling to say the least. Troubling but understandable. It’s human nature to not want to face that horrible, undeniable truth. Maybe that’s why I dithered or sent mixed signals about voting.

Ironically enough, I’m smack in the middle of work on a post saying almost exactly the same thing. Mine will undoubtedly be a lot wordier than his, with wild stream-of-consciousness digressions, overlooked typos, and miscellaneous other grammatical, syntatical, conceptual, and structural atrocities scattered throughout. Hey, you get what you pay for, people. Now, to the thrilling conclusion:

But there’s no denying that the enemy is doing all it can to consolidate power, control elections, flood the country with foreigners (now including unvetted Afghanis in the thousands), and continue to use a phony health “crisis” as a means to eviscerate whatever shred of the Constitution still existing. Did I mention sick a feral law enforcement and intelligence apparatus on anyone who dares object, soon to be aided and abetted by a military that can’t fight the PLA or the Taliban but has its weapons trained on the climate and “insurrectionists” but mostly average G-d fearing Americans.

So, what do we do? If you vote, they’ll steal it or otherwise create some other pretext to cancel the elections to avoid being ousted, Dao-Min Yen notwithstanding. If we don’t vote, they win automatically and declare a mandate (which is what they do win, lose or draw anyway). Do we take to the streets peacefully? That risks being arrested for insurrection. Do we do nothing? I wish I knew what to tell you. We are out of time. Either there is a mass movement of civil disobedience where people really do have to risk everything here and now or else it’s over over here. And there for 500 years as the Pox ChiCom-ica replaces the Pax Americana.

I’ve never felt so helpless, useless and hopeless in my entire life. I’m just sick and tired. Maybe I just need to eat something.

Fret not, my friend. The way things are going, NOT feeling the way you do would be something to worry about. Your reaction, though certainly discomfiting and unpleasant, is the only sane, appropriate option for any American whose moral compass and integrity remain intact and functional. The problem here ain’t with you. It’s with them—with what they’ve done, and continue to get away with doing. It’s a bona fide litany of outrage and evil so excessive, so brazen, so mind-bendingly perverse that it might make even Lucifer himself blanche and recoil in disgust. As a decent and honorable man yourself, if you weren’t positively choking from despair, gloom, and incandescent rage over the whole sordid mess, it would be an indication that there’s something seriously, seriously wrong with you.

It’s about time

Will the U.S. trucker anti-vax shutdown look like the Australian version?
Tuesday was set to be the day that American truckers were to park their trucks to protest possible vaccine mandates on the horizon, but it remains to be seen whether their actions will be as headline-grabbing as the Australian driver shutdown.

On August 29, a group of Australian truckers managed to shut down M-1 on the Gold Coast for about an hour to protest employer mandated vaccines. The truckers draped a banner reading “Truckies keep Australia moving, not politicians” across the front of their trucks and caused major traffic disruptions on the highway.

The protest activity was joined by a group of non-trucking industry protesters angry over COVID-19 shutdowns, bringing the estimated number of demonstrators up to 100, according to local news outlets. Police eventually broke up the blockade and forced the trucks off of M-1.

Protest activities continued into Tuesday in Australia. The West Australian reports that 150 people were arrested and 600 cited on Tuesday at various anti-vaccine, anti-lockdown protest activities in Australia, many of them not associated with the trucking industry.

Here in the U.S., a rise in the number of Delta variant cases combined with FDA approval of one of the major COVID vaccines has pushed many major American employers and the federal government to require the jab for some workers.

Though there has so far been no serious push to require vaccines for American truck drivers, the U.S. trucking industry at large has been hesitant to take the vaccine and has been vocal about their dislike for employer vaccine mandates.

After reading reports on the planned Australian strike, many U.S. truckers began plotting their own shutdown on social media — in part in support of the Australian movement and also to warn employers and the federal government that they don’t want the jab.

One of the most outspoken advocates for a U.S. shutdown was TikTok user The Disrespected Trucker, who called for truck drivers to gather at various locations across the country on August 31st in a protest mirroring the planned Australian blockades.

“On August 31st, on Tuesday, we’re asking that everybody not go to work. If they’re out on the road, shut your truck down. There are guys that plan on putting their trucks across the road. There’s guys who plan on parking on the side of the road, parking at home, and at truck stops. I’m not telling anyone how to do it or what to do,” The Disrespected Trucker told followers.

However, TikTok abruptly shut down The Disrespected Trucker account, forcing the trucker onto Twitter and possibly stymieing organized protests in the U.S.

Because of course they did. Proving thereby that, no matter the accent, tyrants are essentially the same the world over. They can be relied upon to do the same old things, commit the same old atrocities, and resort to the same old strategies and tactics every damned time.

While many truckers have said that they do not plan to participate, as of Tuesday afternoon, there is some evidence that U.S. truckers are participating in protest activities.

A Facebook live video shared by Sparky Anderson appears to show a slow roll driver protest near Nashville, Tennessee, that ended with a truck bearing a sign reading “#Freedom Stop The Tires” being pulled over by police.

Several embedded vids at the link, all of which are heartening. One thing you can be sure of: as things progress, more of us become alive to what’s really going on out there, and resistance to tyranny ramps up, dimestore dictators everywhere will make it ever more difficult to access the truth about what’s happening. Count on it; it’s who they are, it’s what they do. Which just makes it all the more critical that folks like me—hell, all of us—buckle down and redouble our efforts to make sure the real story continues to be disseminated, just as widely and as quickly as we can make it happen, whatever it may take.

The Social Contract construct

There is a fundamental question that needs to be asked when examining the vaccine passport issue, and what I find is that almost no one in the mainstream is tackling it directly. The question is this:

Is it legally and morally acceptable to constrict the rights and economic access of people in order to force them to submit to an experimental “vaccine”, or any other medical procedure for that matter?

Furthermore, who gets to decide what medical procedures are acceptable to enforce? Who gets to be the all powerful and benevolent overseer of every human being’s health path. I ask this because I don’t think many people realize the future repercussions of allowing governments or corporations (the same thing these days) to dictate covid vaccinations. It doesn’t stop there; in fact, we have no idea where this stops once the Pandora’s box is opened.

No need to mull that one over much, if it all: it will NEVER stop. This is just the nature of life under totalitarian tyranny. For the Ruling Class, there will always and forever be yet another battle to fight; yet another restriction to instate and enforce; yet another unruly mind to be brought to heel and enslaved. Understand those things and everything suddenly makes sense. Fail to grasp that this really is who and what we now confront—that, contra Sinclair Lewis, it COULD happen here, and in fact it has, right before our eyes—and you will be mown down like so much unresisting grass.

For example, the primary argument of the covid cult and the establishment in favor of vaccine passports is the “social contract” fantasy. They claim that because we “live in a society”, everything we do affects everyone else in some way, and because we are all interconnected in our “collective” we are thus beholden to the collective. In other words, the collective has the “right” to micro-manage the life of the individual because if the individual is allowed to make his/her own decisions they might potentially cause harm to the whole group.

In case you are not familiar with this philosophy it is an extension of socialism and cultural Marxism, and it stands at the very core of vaccine passport propaganda. I have actually had public debates with pro-socialist people in the past who have tried to defend the merits of socialism and every single time the argument comes down to one singular disconnect – I say that if a group of people want to go off and start their own little socialist community they have every right to…as long as it is VOLUNTARY. Then if it fails and collapses it doesn’t matter because it doesn’t affect me or anyone else who did not want to participate.

The problem is that these Socialists/communists/Marxists/collectivists simply do not grasp the notion of voluntarism.

No, they understand it well enough. The problem, actually, is that—as with the overarching notion of individualism itself—they’re unalterably, fanatically opposed to it. For them, those ideas are the Main Enemy, and they fully and firmly intend to vanquish this hated foe for all time.

They believe that people need to be forced into doing the right thing or helping others, and they are the people that get to decide what the right thing is and who gets the help. They are the people that get to decide what freedoms are acceptable and what freedoms are inconvenient to their agenda. When they say “We live in a society…”, what they really mean is “You live in OUR society, and WE will determine what is best for you.”

In terms of vaccine passports, the collectivist social contract is a key element. They claim that being unvaxxed is not a personal freedom because the unvaxxed are a risk to the lives of everyone else. The social contract is therefore violated because by making a personal life choice you are endangering the rights of others.

Quite a convenient little misdirection, that, since they acknowledge NO individual rights whatsoever, for anyone but themselves. You have only those rights they bestow on you, not a jot or tittle beyond. And even those meager few can be suspended or revoked at any time, for any reason, at the behest of their most trivial whim. For your own good, of course.

Mainstream propaganda asserts that the unvaxxed will somehow become petri dishes for new mutations that will harm vaccinated people. There is no evidence to support this claim. In fact, there is more evidence that suggests it is vaccinated people that will trigger mutations and variants. The media says that this is not cause for any concern, but if it’s not then neither should we be concerned about mutations that gestate in the unvaxxed population, if there are any.

The fact of the matter is that more and more scientific evidence is proving that the experimental vaccines are NOT effective and that the unvaxxed are actually safer from covid regardless of the variant or mutation.

This begs the question: Why take the mRNA cocktail at all? What is there to gain? Well, there is nothing to gain in terms of health safety. Even if you happen to be part of the 0.26% of people at risk from covid, you are better off in the long run taking your chances with natural immunity than getting the jab.

The answer to the question is not about health, but about denial of access. Government’s and their corporate partners are trying to make it so you MUST take the vaccine in order to participate in normal social activities, or even to keep a job. Not only that, but the process goes on forever because every year there will be new variants and new booster shots. The only reason to take the vaccine is to keep at least a handful of your freedoms and to avoid poverty and starvation.

The frenetic full-court press to get this mystery chemical concoction into every arm is more than sufficient reason to uncompromosingly resist—especially in light of the campaign of dishonesty, ever-escalating panic-pimping, and manipulation we’ve already been subjected to. What sensible, informed person could possibly justify trusting them now, after all that transparently suspicious behavior?

In terms of government, the covid cult will claim that there are Supreme Court precedents for legal enforcement of vaccinations. Honestly, I don’t care, and neither do millions of other Americans. A bunch of high priests in robes do not get to dictate my independent health decisions; I make those decisions and there’s nothing that they can do about it.

Absotively, posilutely bingo, Brandon. Hear me well, Leftards, and understand: My God-given right to self-determination is NOT up for debate or discussion—full stop, end of story. Neither is that or any other of my natural rights subject in any way to:

  • The judgment of a corrupted and inconsistent Supreme Court, or any other court, at any level
  • The unlawful edicts of Constitutionally-illegitimate government, at any level
  • The megalomaniacal fancy of faceless, unaccountable bureaucrats deeply embedded at EVERY level
  • The unqualified interpretation of law enforcement officers, at any level
  • The desires of overly-ambitious, double-dealing medical personnel; scientific research institutions; and/or pharmaceutical companies, in particular any of those reliant on Federal funding for much of their income

And that’s flat. The thrilling conclusion:

This is where we have to come to terms with the morals and principles involved – The lives of others are in no way affected by my decision to refuse to comply with vaccine passports. And just because a group of people have irrational fears about the threat of covid does not mean people with more discernment about the facts should be required to make them “feel better” or feel safer.

The bottom line is this: Our freedoms are more important than your paranoid fears, and we will not comply. We do not subscribe to your false social contract, and you are in no position to dictate the terms of our “society”. Don’t like it? You are more than welcome to leave the country and start a vaccinated Utopia somewhere else. We’ll see how that works out for you in the long run.

Bingo again, although the chance of them just going away to build their unattainable dream-world elsewhere and tend to their own knitting thenceforth isn’t just slim, it’s nonexistent. We’ll have to take a very different tack if we ever hope to get them off our backs and rid ourselves of them, and all the misery and woe they create, for good.

A method to the madness

Never attribute to malice what can be explained by sheer stupidity. Except on those occasions when it’s actually both.

Yet when confronted with states organizing in blocs to execute tasks reserved to itself — the so-called “Western States Pact” comes to mind, as do the various states sending forces to the U.S.-Mexico border — the federal government seems strangely passive and inert. Perhaps that’s to the good.

It’s tempting to look at unforced errors like this in isolation, just one episode among many. We shouldn’t. The truth is that Afghanistan is part of a larger pattern. Pull the camera back a bit, and the picture becomes more disturbing than even the grim images from Kabul’s beleaguered airport. The incompetence on display in that country is just the latest episode of blundering from a federal government that increasingly cannot do anything it should.

It’s the inevitable end stage of a federal government forever extending its reach to do much more than it should, including many things it is specifically forbidden to do, thereby increasing its own scope, wealth, and power. The irony is that eventually, the monstrous greed and egocentrism driving the actions of over-ambitious despots is also the very thing that dooms them before all is said and done—a cycle that has repeated itself so reliably throughout the history of human civilization as to make one suspect it may be encoded in our DNA somewhere. I repeat: He who tries to control everything, controls nothing.

The national government as envisioned and established by the American Founders has just one purpose, succinctly set forth in the Declaration of Independence: “to secure these rights.” Since then, Americans have come to expect federal governance in Washington, D.C., to fulfill an array of roles. For most of American history, it did a credible job of meeting those expectations. Americans of my parents’ generation, for example, reasonably expected the federal government to successfully defend them from enemies abroad and secure law and order at home. They expected it to meet the challenge of public health crises, and run an efficient immigration system. They expected it to assert a monopoly on national authority, and to promote and defend a common American civic narrative.

Which is precisely the point at which things began to unravel. As the American Sheeple grew softer and more complacent, they lost the thread of the Founders’ vision completely. The clamor for ever-more perks and “protections” bestowed by Mommy Government opened a door that ought to have remained securely closed and locked, thus offering our would-be masters all the invitation they’d ever need to insinuate the tentacles of tyranny into every nook, cranny, and corner of American life.

They expected these things because it routinely delivered on those expectations. No longer. Suddenly, catastrophically, the recent past reveals that the federal government in Washington D.C. cannot be relied upon to do any of these things.

It’s a shocking realization for Americans who grew up secure in the promise of American governance. It’s less shocking for those of us who have been watching the erosion of civic order for some time. For the past half-century, the defining phenomenon of American civics has been the collapse of institutional trust. Americans who used to believe in the mediating institutions of society, from the presidency to the Elks Club to the U.S. Postal Service to organized religion and beyond, no longer do. That isn’t because the people have failed the institutions. It’s the other way around. The only institution that survived the generational collapse in popular trust was the military. It remains to be seen whether the blundering end to the Afghanistan war changes that. My guess is Americans will continue to respect and admire the men and women who choose to serve — and cast an increasingly skeptical eye on a class of generals and admirals who haven’t delivered a definitive American wartime victory in over 30 years.

In the 1926 novel The Sun Also Rises, Hemingway has Bill Gorton ask Mike Campbell how he went bankrupt. “Two ways,” comes the answer, “Gradually and then suddenly.” The diminishment to impotence of the federal government is like that. We’re in the “suddenly” phase now. One moment you’re a citizen of a well-running republic. The next moment you see that the federal government seems unable to fulfill its most basic responsibilities. Confronted with aggressive attacks on the common civic narrative that is the prerequisite for any national existence, it can’t seem to do anything but capitulate to the attackers. Confronted with the very same people who attacked America on 9/11, it can’t seem to figure out how to avoid yet another humiliation at their hands.

If the federal government can’t win a war, can’t preserve law and order, can’t secure its own seat of governance, can’t control the border, and can’t defend the idea of America, then what can it do? Well, it can collect taxes. It can also guarantee lucrative employment for a class of elite mediocrities who will never endure consequences for their growing list of failures. As I write this, the president is reported to have refused to fire anyone for the Afghanistan disaster. That isn’t because the buck stops with him; sacking someone would just be, as Axios reports, “tantamount to admitting a mistake.”

It’s hard to blame President Biden. If the administration admits one mistake, where will it end? Its list of mistakes is long, and acknowledging them all would constitute an existential threat.

Ahh, but can we be entirely certain that they really ARE mistakes? Or mightn’t there be something bigger, more complex, more sinister going on here?

If you take the time to piece together the puzzle, you begin to see a very disturbing picture. In seven short months, the Biden administration hasn’t only, via policy and executive decisions, precipitated a dire crisis on the U.S. southern border and an unforced debacle in Afghanistan — the latter with dark strategic implications vis-à-vis the PRC, Russia, Iran, and North Korea, along with an anticipated resurgence in terrorism but appears to seek to break the American spirit.

The picture emerging strongly suggests that demoralizing Americans isn’t merely a consequence of bad policies, poor decision-making, and incompetence.

We know this: control requires submission. Saul Alinsky summed up the argument for demoralization to achieve control: “Rule 3: Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat.”

In a nation of 330 million souls, accustomed as a birthright to independence, submission must be exacted through the threat or use of force and through the enervation of spirit. A beaten-down people are an acquiescent people. Go ask Russians — those still living who endured the Soviet era and who suffer under Putin’s authoritarianism.

As to the continuing disaster and humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan, when has a U.S. president abandoned countrymen to fates that will surely involve imprisonment, torture, and death at the hands of an enemy? Including Afghani loyalists, the scope of the depravity and carnage to come will be mind-numbing.

Biden has rendered our world-class military impotent in Afghanistan. This imposed feebleness is bad enough, but it sends another message to Americans: “The United States is no longer the world’s dominant power. We’re capitulating to an irregular army of mostly Pashtun tribesmen.  We must accept their terms and abide by their directives. The vanquished must submit.”

Which brings us back to a people’s submission. That’s indeed a goal of the elites who underwrite the Democratic Party, the left that provides votes and muscle, and the establishment players who profit from it. It’s easier to conquer the downtrodden.

Whether or not this sinister Biden-fronted coalition succeeds is in our hands — the hands of tens of millions of patriotic Americans. Our spirits can only break if we allow it. Unbroken, we can — we must — defeat this gathering tyranny.

Indeed we can, and must. The very first step along the road back to reclaiming our lost liberty and natural rights, however, is a blunt acknowledgment that it will never—CAN never—be achieved via political, legal, or rhetorical methods alone. In truth, it will mean fighting. And, as the world’s foremost cavalryman famously said, fighting means killing.

But America’s politics barely musters that profound a conflict: AOC wants radical judges to overturn the remnants of the constitutional order; Lindsey Graham votes to confirm them all anyway. It’s not an argument about the pace, only one’s publicly stated enthusiasm for it.

As to their certainty about “the direction” we’re headed, Chesterton remarks a paragraph or two later:

A dead thing can go with the stream, but only a living thing can go against it.

There are a lot of “dead things” going with the stream. The United States military is utterly dead, at least in terms of being a force of influence in the world for anyone other than German supermarket managers dependent on the local base’s patronage. Thoroughly Modern Milley goes with the flow because he’s all ribbons and no chest. Pentagon press releases read like Teen Beat in the Seventies. Last Wednesday, as the chaos at the gates of Hamid Karzai International was beamed around the world, the United States Army stayed on message:

I saw on Twitter some veterans objecting to Tucker Carlson’s ongoing mockery of a military that boasts of new flight suits for pregnant fighter pilots: Yeah, right, they scoffed at Tucker, let us know when you’ve been through boot camp. The only point of boot camp is to assist in the winning of wars. If you can’t win a war, boot camp is bollocks: it does not fulfill its purpose. How can you be so tone-deaf, so self-unaware that you don’t realize that it’s not just some Faux News blowhard but near the entirety of the planet that’s laughing at you? You’ve just given the guys who pulled off 9/11 a victory bonus of 22,174 humvees to ride around in, and you’re so bloody out of it you want to talk about boot camp? Every veteran should be joining that poor shmuck who got fired the other day and demanding mass resignations at the Pentagon. And, if you’re not, carry on with the boot-camp braggadocio for the next seven decades of unwon wars, and see what things are like by then. The US military needs to be much smaller, leaner, meaner, and way savvier about the world.

I find most of the US news coverage of what’s happening somewhat narrow: on the right, it’s all about leaving no American behind; on the left, it’s about leaving none of the 4.7 million (at the time of writing) Afghan interpreters behind. Everywhere else, it’s about a world leaving America behind.

But so what? Most Americans have little appetite for the tedious chores of global hegemon; they’re already shrugging off Afghanistan for the exciting victories closer to home: Harvard’s new “chaplain” is an atheist; DC’s most elite private schools have decided that “physics classes will include discussions of social justice such as kneeling during the national anthem”; in California, high-schoolers now place their hands on their hearts before the LGBTQWERTY flag and teacher Kristin Pitzen declares, “I pledge allegiance to the queers.” There is nothing progressive or edgy or groovy about these weary provocations: American education is merely another dead thing, inert and decayed and drifting with the stream. The contempt in which it is held by Xi and Macron alike is entirely deserved.

Out there, in towns you’ve never heard of, among people you’ve never heard of, there is still life in America, but to survive they will have to give up reflex veneration for institutions that despise them. The urgent objective is to throw off this awful diseased albatross of a self-enriching know-nothing Sino-suck-up elite whose chosen frontman’s decrepitude was designed to teach voters that electoral politics is entirely irrelevant as a mechanism of change. Any meaningful course correction will not come from McConnell and McCarthy: You have to shift the direction, and the dead thing of Conservatism Inc will drift along with the flow.

To the rest of the planet, the last fortnight has made the legendary “moderate” a too perfect embodiment of the superpower as rotting cadaver. Oh, but the corpse knows who his enemies are: After British cabinet ministers were quoted in the Washington press as calling Biden “senile” and “doolally”, the Telegraph reports that Joe is bent on revenge.

Y’all know which list that would be, right?

[SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Aug. 31, 2021] Project Veritas released shocking new video today of California AP Government teacher, Gabriel Gipe, boasting about politically indoctrinating his students at Inderkum High School.

Gipe said that his intention is to radicalize students into supporting Marxist ideas by using the public school system as an avenue to incentivize them to participate in fringe extracurricular events.

“I have 180 days to turn them [students] into revolutionaries…Scare the f*ck out of them,” Gipe said.

Right away, I can think of one other person who badly needs to have the fuck scared out of him. At least one.

Gipe said he keeps track of his students’ political inclinations. He is also perplexed when a student expresses discomfort with the decorations in his public-school classroom.

“So, they take an ideology quiz and I put [the results] on the [classroom] wall. Every year, they get further and further left…I’m like, ‘These ideologies are considered extreme, right? Extreme times breed extreme ideologies.’ Right? There is a reason why Generation Z, these kids, are becoming further and further left,” he said.

“I have an Antifa flag on my [classroom] wall and a student complained about that — he said it made him feel uncomfortable. Well, this [Antifa flag] is meant to make fascists feel uncomfortable, so if you feel uncomfortable, I don’t really know what to tell you. Maybe you shouldn’t be aligning with the values that this [Antifa flag] is antithetical to.”

Those “values” would be Communism, Red in tooth and claw, for anyone out there who might not have known.

The public-school teacher went on to suggest that a viable solution for society’s problems is a violent overthrow of the U.S. Government.

“Like, why aren’t people just taking up arms? Like why can’t we, you know — take up arms against the state? We have historical examples of that happening, and them getting crushed and being martyrs for a cause and it’s like — okay well, it’s slow going because it takes a massive amount of organization,” Gipe said.

I wholeheartedly assure you, filthwad, that there will indeed be some serious taking up of arms very soon now. Said arms will NOT be pointed in the direction you seem to anticipate, and you will NOT enjoy your experience of it, which will be extremely brief.

Undoubtedly so. Might want to spread the word among those “great people” regarding what I said immediately above, at your earliest convenience. Won’t prevent you all from getting what’s coming to you, but maybe if you make the whole process more convenient for us by gathering together in one spot, things can be worked out so that it’ll be head-shots rather than starting at the ankles and working our way up from there. The repulsive, infuriating story excerpted above, repeated all across the formerly-fruited plain, is precisely how and why we are where we are today. As so many of us have repeatedly insisted: the only way to fix this is by removing all such insidious influences—bodily, permanently, by any means needed—from the schools, then remaking the entire “education” system top to bottom. Nothing short of that will suffice. And even then it will only solve the problem temporarily. Which, see, is where Jefferson’s admonition to “eternal vigilance” comes in.

Want your stolen liberty back? Want your children educated, not indoctrinated? Want FederalGovCo put back into its Constitutionally-correct box? Want to live your life according to the choices YOU make, without government meddling or mandate? You know what you must do, Glasshoppa: Find something Communist, and kill it. Lather, rinse, repeat, until the nation has been freed of the worst of the loathsome breed, and the remaining few are too terrified to open their yaps in advocacy for Marxism ever again. That’s the long and the short of it.

No half-measures

Get hot or go home.

How can benefits flow from coercion and the wholesale violation of individual rights? What gives a small minority the right to coerce and subjugate the rest? Why is the burden of proof always on those who oppose coercion and defend individual rights? Why are those who arrogate to themselves the power to rule by violence never called to account for their many and massive failures, even as the world they’ve created slides into an abyss from which it may never emerge? Why, if people are supposedly unfit for freedom and running their own lives, are some people fit to run everyone else’s lives? Why are words and phrases like “lockdown,” “masking,” “mandatory vaccines,” and “vaccine passports” not treated as the obscenities they are, while words and phrases like “freedom,” “liberty,” “individual rights,” “individual autonomy,” and “personal sovereignty” are freakish, beyond-the-pale concepts that cannot be mentioned among those who consider themselves polite society?

“Screw polite society” is a phrase that should have been uttered long ago, and which has to be uttered now. If someone claims the right to lock you down, close your business, destroy your job, make you wear an ineffective mask, decree your life’s activities contingent on proof you’ve been injected with an ineffective and dangerous vaccine whose makers cannot be sued, and prevents you from questioning or protesting this tyranny; if someone claims the right to force you to accept as legal tender a piece of paper or computer entry whose value is entirely dependent on the value of promises not to create too many of them from thieves who never keep their promises; if someone claims the right to invade countries which pose no threat, and to pay for it with your taxes, your credit, and the lives of you, your fellow citizens, and the invaded; if someone claims the right to impose regulations, laws, and decrees that destroy your ability to act in your own best interest, render you guilty until you prove yourself innocent, extort your compliance at the price of your job, business, or freedom, and only benefit—through extortion, bribery, and the peddling of influence and favors—those who promulgate and enforce them; if someone claims the right to the products of your mind, work, imagination, and integrity to promote the “equality” of those who offer nothing but their screeching “needs”; then their claims versus your resistance are not polite differences of opinion. They are matters of life and death.

Consider these people who want absolute power over you. They’re several layers removed from the realities that confront the rest of us. Many of them have never put in an honest day’s work—where someone willingly pays them because the value of what they produce is greater than what they’re paid—never met a payroll, never had to stretch $5.16 until the end of next week. From their sinecures they prattle and preach, lobby and legislate, censor and suppress, tax and tyrannize, revolving satellites in a firmament centered on government and its power. The revere their credentialed aristocracy and drip contempt for those not in it. Publicly they don’t hide their condescension, privately they stifle any doubts that it’s not merited. If they take any notice of the outsiders’ resentment, they attribute it to jealously and mentally move on.

A great reordering is coming. It won’t be imposed by behemoth institutions, it will organically evolve from individuals, families, and small communities of interest. The behemoths are centralized, bureaucratic, parasitic, and corrupt dinosaurs. They won’t survive the decentralized chaos they’re unknowingly fomenting. There is no ecological role for the Potomac brontosaurus or any other mega-government. They and the gargantuan states over which they preside and plunder have outlived whatever usefulness they may have once had. Nature ruthlessly winnows the useless. The behemoths will be winnowed.

Survival requires adaptation and adaptive order can emerge from chaos. Historically, order has been imposed in a myriad of violent variants, superficially different political philosophies but at root all the same. The coming chaos will present an opportunity for organic order to emerge, based on freedom, individual rights, and voluntary interaction and exchange. It’s order for those who seek neither to control nor be controlled, a philosophical and psychological evolution many will never attain. Those that do will find a patch of territory and stake their claim to freedom, defend it, and flourish. It may not be large, but an acre of freedom is better than a continent of tyranny.

What’s required are the people who are unafraid to claim their individual rights, every single one of them, and will go all the way to secure them. It will be no victory to “win” some slight rollback in tyranny—fewer Covid mandates, lower taxes, a tapering of fiat debt monetization, military withdrawal from an occupied nation, etc. Rollbacks are a fool’s errand, later rerolled forward. Nothing short of total victory—the elimination of tyranny—will do.

If you reflexively cringe when someone calls you selfish for claiming what’s yours, if you’re unwilling to defend your life and rights, so be it, assuredly they will be taken from you. If you want to be free from tyranny, if you want to peaceably live your life as you see fit, if you want to go all the way and create something entirely new, and if you’re willing to work and fight for it, that can be your and your posterity’s future.

Robert Gore has produced a mighty fine work here, and no mistake. Aesop calls it “the best essay I’ve read all year,” and I for one ain’t gonna argue with the man. I will say this much: if we wait until we get to where Australia is to act, then we probably just shouldn’t bother at all, because we’ve already lost.

On Saturday afternoon, a father walking with his daughter in the Garrison Point Reserve in George’s Hall, Australia, was handcuffed by local police after he was found unmasked in Sydney’s coronavirus-hit western suburbs.

Footage of the incident, obtained by the Daily Mail, shows the man sitting with his hands behind his back, as his daughter wanders nearby.

“Come on guys, be fair, a little bit,” said the man who was filming. “He’s got a daughter here. She is by herself. Look, the little girl is scared, man.”

The officers told the man filming that the father had “committed an offense.”

“He hasn’t committed an offense – I walked past and saw everything,” the man filming said to the law enforcement officers. The father then told police that he would not speak to them until his daughter was by his side.

The officer has the young daughter return to her father, who then sits in his lap as he is sitting with handcuffs on his wrists.

The father told police that he was dropping his daughter off with his sister then going for a run, during which he would not have to wear a mask.

Absolutely unbelievable. Anybody still wish-hoping that Real Americans can count on the Blue we used to Back to be with us when Gore’s Great Reordering begins for real is hereby strongly advised to think again. I mean, STRONGLY.

How do we BEGIN?

It’s a question I have asked many times. It’s a question many commenters here have asked.

I am just as frustrated as all of you that keep saying “the time for talk is over.” Believe me I know. I have been saying that for an extremely long time now.

I am tired of hearing the statement made that we must wait and not act first. Are we going to wait until it’s too late? I believe we are already at the point where it may be too late and our chances of success will be minimal. However it is better to die on your feet than live on your knees as a slave.

Our country has been overthrown/stolen from us. It’s time to quit talking about it and it’s time to start fighting for our freedom. While I’m not skilled in how to begin a Revolution, neither were our Founding Fathers. They fought for what they believed in and did what was right, regardless the certain death they faced. Are we lesser men?

Indubitably so; no disgrace in that, necessarily, since they were genuine titans among men, whose mettle very few before or since could hope to meet, or even approach. The real question is: are we man enough? We’ll very soon find out.

As for Scheller, you regime pusbags just go ‘head on and make a martyr of the man, whydon’tcha. Let’s all see how that works out for ya in the end.
