The worse, the better

I’ll admit up front that I’m not as well-versed in the strategic wiles of Vladimir Ilych Lenin as I probably ought to be. Thanks to WRSA for the steer to this intriguing JR Nyquist think-piece that provides a pretty good start on rectifying that.

When a strategist can manipulate both sides in a conflict, where each side represents one blade of a scissors, he can use the slicing of the blades to cut his way through anything. The conflict then becomes a controlled experiment in which the contenders, as thesis and antithesis, are used to establish a new thing (i.e., synthesis). In the present case, Russia and China (using their Western agent networks and “useful idiots”) are playing out this strategy. They are attempting to destabilize Europe and America to remake the world. An essential ingredient in this strategy is defeatism.

LENINIST DEFEATISM
Four overlapping “scissors strategies” are playing out, along existing fractures: (1) the Biden regime vs. MAGA; (2) Russia vs. Ukraine; (3) China vs. Taiwan; (4) Western elites vs. the exploited masses (of the collapsing Western economies). Behind these scissors strategies there is a convergence strategy, and all these strategies make use of anti-NATO and anti-capitalist defeatism.

To understand defeatism, it is useful to reflect on Lenin’s defeatism during the First World War. Russia was then fighting against Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey. As a defeatist, Lenin wanted Russia to lose the war. In that event, he envisioned coming to power in a revolution. As events played out, the war brought Russia to the brink of economic collapse in early 1917. After the abdication of the Tsar in the February Revolution, Lenin’s defeatism led him to collaborate with the German government. The Kaiser, who was desperate to get himself out of a two-front war, provided Lenin with money (sent into Russia through the Bank of Siberia) so that Lenin could overthrow the Provisional Government and give Germany peace on favorable terms. After Lenin overthrew the Provisional Government in the October Revolution, he agreed to the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk. That treaty broke up the Russian Empire and ended Russia’s participation in World War I. This is how communism was established in Russia, with Defeatism as the key.

An important marker in all this was Lenin’s opposition to “the omnipotence of ‘wealth.’” Lenin was an enemy of the Establishment. He said that capitalism exploited the workers, pauperized them, and even slaughtered them in “imperialist wars.” We notice, today, similar rhetoric coming from mixed groups of right-wing defeatists. We may aptly call this defeatism “right-wing Leninism” because its modus operandi bears a striking resemblance to Lenin’s defeatism. But that is not all. The American right is more and more identified with the working class, and Lenin was a champion of the working class; so the case is more and more curious, involving what the Marxists call “contradictions.” In this context, former Trump advisor Steve Bannon reportedly told Ron Radosh: “I’m a Leninist.” Radosh asked what he meant, and Bannon said, “Lenin wanted to destroy the state, and that’s my goal, too. I want to bring everything crashing down and destroy all of today’s Establishment.”

Bringing down the United States Government, of course, would present a golden opportunity to Russia and China. The U.S. nuclear arsenal defends the free world (to whatever extent it is still free). If the United States collapsed in the wake a right-wing revolution to “destroy all of today’s Establishment,” and if the U.S. nuclear arsenal was compromised, who is to say the free world would survive?

In light of that “to whatever extent it is still free” quip above, which is entirely apt and reasonable, can we seriously contend that it DID survive? Onwards.

Setting aside, for a moment, the opportunity that “bringing down the [American] state” represents for Russia and China, it must be admitted that our erstwhile Establishment despises the country’s white working-class. Here we find the blades of one of our scissors – i.e., the Western elites vs. the exploited masses. It is a bizarre irony that the Marxist left, having emerged from its university hatcheries into government, has deployed Critical Race Theory and feminism to suppress what turns out to be the last instinctively American class; that is, the American proletariat. In a comical inversion of political reality, the right picks up the working class as the left picks up the elite. And so, the elitist thing is to be a Marxist of a new type – promoting feminism, open borders, and genderism. The lowbrow thing is to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. It is, in fact, the unwashed masses – Hillary Clinton’s “deplorables” – who want to bring manufacturing back to the United States, who want a border wall, and who instinctively distrust the Establishment. Therefore, Bannon is a “Leninist” in the sense that he wants a revolution from below.

One must admit, since 1991, all our political terms have become inverted and confused. Yet there is method in the madness of this confusion. The idea that Bannon might call himself a Leninist goes hand-in-hand with Putin identifying himself as a Christian. As Iago said in Shakespeare’s Othello, “I am not what I am.” Bannon is not really a Leninist and Putin is not really a Christian. But a game is afoot in which, dialectically, the players become interchangeable so that the black and white pieces on the chess board can switch sides, change sides, or converge. As a strategist, I do not think all this is an accident.

The defeatism that is emerging on the right, having made revolutionary noises, shares Lenin’s hatred of bankers and high finance. And here, we are not talking about Bannon specifically. We are talking about the conspiratorial right. Precision is difficult here; but of all the conspiracy theories infecting the right, most believe that the malefactors of great wealth are the true enemies of mankind. Overthrow the banking cabal and all will be well. And so, the real right-wing Leninists – who make up an ill-defined grouping – have revolutionary aspirations at a deeper level than anybody has yet understood. Whereas conservatism hitherto deferred to Edmund Burke in his opposition to violent revolution, the right-wing Leninists have no such inhibition. Like the dialectical materialists of the communist movement, the right-wing revolutionaries have no transcendental calculus. They are not backworldsmen (in Nietzsche’s sneering coinage); and so, like the communists, they are after power – and they do not care how they come by it.

At this late and most dismal stage of the game, I have reached the point where I have no real problem with any of that; neither the “revolutionary aspirations,” part, nor the “they are after power – and they do not care how they come by it” part. I can’t honestly say the same for the ‘graphs that close out this section of the essay.

Lenin wrote, “A democratic republic is the best possible political shell of capitalism, and therefore, once capital has got control of this excellent shell…it establishes its power so securely, so firmly, that no change of individuals, of institutions or of parties in the bourgeois-democratic republic can shake this power.”[iv] Similar statements may be found on any number of right-wing websites, and could form the basis for Moscow’s late-game strategy of convergence. The far right and the far left could join forces. After all, they seem to share the same enemy.

It is mind-boggling, indeed, to think that the right and left could combine, that they could agree on a revolution to overthrow capitalism. Of course, overthrowing Wall Street and the banks might destroy the West economically. In practical terms, what could be better for Moscow and Beijing? After the West collapses, the right and left – having defeated the evil “banksters” – could be comfortably merged. If anything should go wrong (and it probably will), the hard reset of a nuclear world war could be used to force the desperate survivors into a socialist survivalism. Should reactionaries and anti-socialists attempt to resist, something akin to the Russian Civil War would play out globally, by bullet and bayonet, enabling the have-nots to overthrow the haves.

Either way, the World Revolution wins.

Um, not quite, no. The mistake Nyquist makes here is that, by declaring that Right and Left are in agreement on the necessity of “overthrowing capitalism,” he conflates the crony-fascism we currently groan under with capitalism, when the sad fact is that it’s been many a long year since there was much of genuine capitalism to be found in the Western world. He compounds that error in the following section.

We may visualize World Revolution as follows: (1) Begin a war in Ukraine that results in a global economic dislocation, either through a Russian victory or stalemate (since Western economic sanctions will apply either way, triggering the collapse of the West’s financial house of cards); (2) extend the economic mayhem by disrupting the West’s vital supply chains as China squeezes Taiwan and mobilizes for war in the Far East; (3) have a Democrat President denounce his Republican opposition as traitors (opening the way to civil war in the U.S., marking the end of U.S. global hegemony); (4) expose the bankrupt and predatory policies of the Western capitalist elite, turning the Western masses against their economic system and governments; (5) break up NATO; (6) bring about the “one Common European Home” advocated by Gorbachev and Yeltsin; (7) make the Pacific Ocean into a Chinese lake; (8) finish off the United States, occupy North America, and rule the world as a socialist commonwealth led by Moscow and Beijing.

No, no, and OH HELL no. What those of us on what he calls the Revolutionary Right—which, again: hey, fine with me, no quarrel with that, really—propose is not to destroy capitalism, liberty, and Constitutional governance, but to reinstate them. Y’know, as opposed the squalid, contra-Constitutional mess we’re currently cursed by. We wish not to join with our enemies, but to vanquish them.

If the Leftist enemy’s repeated, unanswered violence against Heritage Americans must be met with violence in order to liberate ourselves from the raw despotism of a mutant, semi-fascist US federal government, well, so be it then. If said liberation demands that Heritage Americans forsake some portion of their tolerance, their innate willingness to live and let live, their deep attachment to certain fundamental principles of the Founding Fathers in order to prevail over tyranny, then that is what must be done.

The rest of Nyquist’s piece is pretty good, particularly his examination of the Climate Change (formerly Global Warming, formerly Global Cooling, formerly The Weather) con’s roots as a tragically successful USSR ploy to undermine their adversaries in the Once-Free World. His takedown of NASA in-house dunderhead James Hansen is a joy to behold:

For obvious reasons the Soviet strategists became interested in an obscure scientific hypothesis: anthropogenic global warming. Here was a “scientific” theory with strategic utility for the socialist bloc. And then, on 23 June 1988, during a Washington, D.C. heat wave, James Hansen of the NASA Goddard Institute of Space Studies told a committee of the U.S. Senate that, “The earth is warmer in 1988 than at any time in the history of instrumental measurements….” He said there was “only a 1 percent chance of an accidental warming of this magnitude…. The greenhouse effect has been detected, and it is changing our climate now.”

Hansen’s statement, on its face, was ridiculous. There is no such thing as “accidental global warming.” Such, however, was the straw man Hansen presented as the sole alternative to the greenhouse gas theory. Scientists have long known that the Earth passes through cycles of warmer and cooler temperatures. In fact, it was warmer in the early Middle Ages than it is now. The Vikings were growing crops in Greenland, which is not possible with today’s cooler climate. Yet anthropogenic global warming has been accepted as true. To this end, facts have been systematically falsified by agents of influence in the scientific community. Careers have been ruined.

To make environmental alarmism credible, nobody was supposed to question the anthropogenic global warming theory. Those who did question the theory were labeled “science deniers,” or they were accused of being paid agents of Big Oil. Yet science is about asking questions. When all this nonsense began, scientists did not even fully understand the mechanisms responsible for global temperatures. Given their ignorance about climate, how could scientists honestly say anthropogenic global warming was scientifically proven? Of course, everyone knows – or ought to know – the sun is a major factor in heating the Earth; but in 1988 nobody realized the role played by cosmic radiation and the sun’s electromagnetic field. In this regard, the work of Henrik Svensmark has proved embarrassing to global warming advocates. Ironically, Svensmark’s work suggests that the world may not be warming. Instead, we may be headed for serious cooling – with dire consequences to global food production.

Despite the future discoveries of real scientists, James Hansen’s 1988 statements before the U.S. Senate lent credibility to what followed. The New York Times’s declared that Hansen had sounded an alarm “with such authority and force that the issue of an overheating world has suddenly moved to the forefront of public concern.”

Because hey, OF COURSE they did. But then, what would anyone expect from the Old Grey Whore—the selfsame Jurassic Media fishwrap that to this day has yet to offer a sincere apology for the lies promulgated in their pages by Pulitzer Prize-holding propagandist Walter Duranty?

The meaning of MAGA

Dave Renegade runs it down for us.

Two points:

  1. We have to agree that America is no longer great and determine how we lost our “greatness”.
  2. We have to agree that the premise of any citizen who wants their country to be great does not threaten the Republic.

I know who destroyed the Republic: Politicians and the intelligence community (mainly the CIA and their FBI lackeys). While the Democrat Party bears more responsibility for the overthrow of the Republic by the Deep State, the Republican party was complicit, incompetent and silent in the face of evil. I do not want to overlook our apathy as this “transition” to tyranny went unchallenged. However, the final consequence is that America is no longer great.

As to the second point, our country has to reach rock bottom in order to fight evil and rebuild a better country and future for our children. When will we know when this point is reached? The answer is simple: when our leaders are so desperate that they think we will believe that wanting to make our country great again is an extremist view and threatens the very Republic.

Some years back, I asked what seemed to me a simple, straightforward question: who could possibly be AGAINST “making American great again”? I realize now that I missed the point, and badly. For MAGA Americans, it all comes down to rededicating ourselves and our ersatz nation to the principles of liberty and limited government as prescribed in the Constitution. Yes, as Dave says, we are all too aware that America has had its greatness stripped away by the Left’s all-too-successful Long March. The thing is, though, that we do believe that America WAS great once, and can still be made so again.

Ahh, but that’s precisely where we part ways with the TWANLOCs: in their eyes, America was never “great” to begin with, and can never hope to become so unless Americans embrace the foul Leftist catechism of total despotism and subjugation without reservation. This flawlessly defines the breach between Us and Them—a chasm now grown so vast that there is no longer any realistic possibility of accommodation, reconciliation, or so much as peaceful coexistence between the opposing sides.

I’ll say it again: WE would be a-okay with peacefully coexisting with THEM, if they’d just agree to leave us alone to live as we deem fit. Doesn’t sound like too much to ask, now does it? But alas, that happens to be the very thing they can never, ever do, since their preferred flavor of tyranny used to be called Global Socialism—emphasis on the Global, mind. Any dewey-eyed university co-ed would cheerfully tell you that it just won’t work any other way, see. TL ain’t skeered of ’em.

I was not threatened by Joe Biden’s speech, he didn’t say anything new. Those who are patriots to the ideals and the principles of the republic have felt such threats and heavy-breathing hysterics often before. The squeals and mindless rants of Hillary supporters have kept that dialog alive for nearly a decade. The endless investigations of Trump, the spying on the campaign by Barack Obama, even when such treasonous actions were known by the highest offices of the Department of Justice and covered up or left undiscovered by an incurious media explained where this nation was headed. The left was always intent on choosing their dictator to rule over the rest of us. It’s how they’re wired. But no amount of hyperbolic recitations of a script, as insane as it sounded, as dismissive and even dangerous as it wanted to be to a great majority of Americans, would be greater than the injustices already inflicted by the previous several administrations.

That boat sailed long ago, its wake has rocked the even waters of justice for decades. There is no justice for anyone claiming the rights and principles of the republic. The republic is a threat to democracy, where democracy is a euphemism for fascism. The republic and the rights enjoyed by Americans stands in their way, it represents, as Barack Obama told us himself, a charter of negative rights. In other words it tells the state what it cannot do. Yes!

But the state stopped listening. It’s already too invested in the absolute degradation of the human rights encapsulated in the Bill of Rights to ever recognize such power over the state. In that way, patriots are treasonous to communist/fascism. Joe got that part right. They are the enemy.

Do you not recognize that if they can so bastardize the word “woman” to the point where no one seems to be able to recite the actual literal definition as a female uniquely capable of bearing children, that they can make communist/fascism into “democracy?” They see only their goal, not the hypocrisy, or the ridiculous twists of logic it takes to make that goal seem reasonable and justified. They don’t believe in reality, except that which they choose as reality and as such are incapable of proffering any logical conclusion to their rants.

A normal, healthy public would not be able to stomach it all. Forget political parties, simple human intelligence and empathy would preclude agreement with the vision Joe Biden and the globalist/fascist left have for the nation. But, as a nation, we are not healthy. Many have been poisoned by the constant drumbeat of leftist dogma in our schools, hospitals, social clubs, corporations and even sports, the point of which is to destroy the republic, which has fostered great acts of charity, kindness and strength to the weak and oppressed the world over. These are not the gifts of the government, but of the people themselves, those who have been spiritually enriched by a system now deemed cruel and insensitive. The good is never mentioned, only the faults and failures. No one and no system can survive such a harsh and unfair barrage of criticisms from people who do not seek good or proper, but rather the destruction and defamation of good and proper to install a system of filthy lust for power; the power to tell everyone what to speak, how to speak, what to mention and not mention about the realities of the world; power to point at anything and declare it guilty; power to not merely defeat opponents, but to utterly destroy them for the sick enjoyment of their brethren.

It’s a perverse nation that Joe Biden speaks for when he vilifies more than half of the population with a seeming slur that merely calls on Americans to seek greatness rather than accept the lie of weakness and shame. Joe Biden represents his masters, the authors of these lies about America. But every generation left to their bully tactics, their devious attempts to corrupt the nation’s children from the earliest ages into their sick blood cult of perversity dims the sight of the once glorious concept of freedom and sacred morality.

Let him speak, let him rant and rail against honesty and decency, calling it corrupt and vile as all goodness must seem to such a creature.

The situation may sometimes seem novel or new to us, but in fact this impasse has been a long time a-building. Although things have definitely hotted up over recent years, there’s actually nothing novel or new about it at all. Likewise for the one, the only way out of it. We’ve all long known what the sole solution is; ugly as it admittedly is, it’s time-honored, tried and true also.

That said, I’m not nearly as sanguine as TL about all this. Having been emboldened by the passive non-response to the Covid lockdowns; the blatantly fraudulent 2020 “election”; and the grotesque J6 persecution for the heinous crime of “parading,” of all things, the ramping-up of belligerent, threatening rhetoric openly calling for war against MAGA Americans culminating in Benito Biden’s bellicose diatribe the other night isn’t something we can afford to wave away as if it meant nothing whatsoever.

“Linguistic preparation for war”

People get ready.

Invoking the language of treason and traitors is linguistic preparation for war. Before invading Poland, Hitler and his henchmen spent months castigating the Poles as dangerous enemies intent on attacking Germany, as well as an inferior people undeserving of mercy (not unlike Hillary’s “basket of deplorables”). In Rwanda, Hutu radio stations called the Tutsi “the cockroaches” for months before the slaughter began. By such similar lies, the Left is laying the ground for its own war on conservatives.

If they can convince the public that conservatives really are “Quislings” and “white nationalist terrorists,” then any kind of repressive measures can be justified. Few would object to “preventive detention” of “traitors” in the case of “a clear and present danger to American Democracy.”

This is no time for complacency. The Left’s increasingly strident language of violence lays the ground for “preemptive” physical violence. I pray I am wrong, but I see the seeds of civil war being sown. The Left will reap the whirlwind, but at great cost to all Americans. We are approaching the precipice.

“Approaching”? Dude, we’re standing right on it, our toes hanging off the edge. But you don’t have to take my word for it, the proof is all up in our very faces.

I read someplace, can’t remember where I saw it, that the PantiFa goons explicitly vowed to gun down any sane people who dared to show up and protest the Groomer sickos and their little event. Does it get even worse, you’re wondering? Don’t ask.

Former Tennessee GOP House candidate Robby Starbuck noted the drag show and antifa force came in a deep-red Texas district.

“This drag show for CHILDREN took place in Roanoke, Texas where they have a Republican Mayor elected with 90% of the vote,” Starbuck tweeted. “If we can’t stop this evil in red states, counties and towns then shame on us. We need strong anti-grooming laws and we MUST prosecute.”

Reports counted about 20 children and several self-proclaimed teachers at the event.

As we must just assume by now, no cops were anywhere to be found, granting tacit permission for this militant and notoriously violent de facto hard-Left militia to menace passersby with what, had anybody reading this done anything even remotely similar, would surely be denounced as “deadly military-style fully-semi-automatic assault weapon guns.” Andy Ngo notes another important aspect:

It’s long been SOP to dismiss pAntiFa as a gaggle of no-ball sissy-maries living in Mom’s basement, just ineffectual dorksnorts certain to flee the scene in abject terror the moment they run up against any opposition worthy of the name. And yeah, that surely fits plenty of them well enough. All the same, though, we do NOT need to be kidding ourselves that there aren’t plenty of dedicated, dangerous revolutionaries in their ranks as well. No, you can’t stiffen up a bucket of water with a fistful of buckshot, as the old saying holds. But still. Divemedic sums up the whole sorry situation.

This nation is separated into armed camps. They are polarized like no other time since the 1860s:

You have the hard-core Communists of Antifa, BLM, and their cronies. They are armed, violent, and just itching to get their revolution on. They are using the J6 protest as their Reichstag fire, an excuse to seize power.

The so-called MAGA Republicans, who represent the majority of the politically aware right, are sick of the bullshit and are pushing back. They are not looking for a fight, but are well armed and pissed off. All they wanted was to be left alone.

There are the kiddie diddlers. The fags, trannies, and other deviants who see the power vacuum as a way to be able to fuck little kids. The left is content to let them have their way with your kids, as long as they throw their weight behind this commie takeover.

Then there is the “go along to get along” pussy wing of the Republican party, the political whores whose only core value is to do whatever it takes to remain in power, even if that means kissing Democrat ass to stay there. Their chairman is Mitch McConnel. He is ready to kiss Biden’s ring, proving that he is out of touch with mainstream Republicans and unfit to manage a Planet Smoothie franchise.

All I know is that this new move to inflammatory rhetoric by the President is not a good sign.

Nope. Then again, things have been steadily headed in this direction for so long now that nobody who’s been paying attention ought to be the least bit surprised by it. “Approaching the precipice”? Dude, precipices don’t COME much precipice-ier than this here.

Putting a face on the Deep State

Bill Barr’s, for one.

“Number one is that I think a lot of the attacks on the FBI are over the top because a decision like this is not made by the FBI,” former Attorney General William Barr told the Bari Weiss podcast on August 25.

“In fact, I don’t think the FBI would push a decision that it’s best to go in and search and obtain those documents after being jerked around for a year and a half. The decision would be made at the Department of Justice, by subordinates of the AG, and ultimately signed off on by the AG. The FBI would be told to go and execute it. I think the idea that the FBI is the problem here is misplaced.”

The former AG was more disturbed by “the constant pandering to outrage” on the right, without discussion of whether the outrage had any merit. The FBI seized Trump’s passports, leaving the impression that the former president had committed a crime and was now a flight risk. FBI agents also rummaged through the closets of Melania Trump, an act of pure intimidation. With Trump attorneys forced outside, the FBI could easily have planted or destroyed information. If that is not cause for outrage, it’s hard to imagine what might qualify.

On the other hand, the former AG explained, “I don’t think that Chris Wray is that type of leader nor do I think the people around Chris Wray are those types of leaders,” people who might “throw the FBI’s weight around to interfere in the political process.” Barr thinks Wray is “very cautious about that,” but observers have to wonder.

When selected as FBI boss, Wray denied any “spying” had taken place against the Trump campaign. As the world now knows, the FBI did spy on the Trump campaign. In 2018, Wray proclaimed, “I do not believe special counsel Mueller is on a witch hunt.”

Mueller’s “professional investigation,” aided by partisan Democrats, turned up no evidence of collusion with Russia. All told, Christopher Wray doesn’t sound like someone who is “very cautious” about interfering in the political process. Wray is all-in with the Mar-a-Lago raid, and as it turns out, so is William Barr.

“What is the nature of the highly classified information?” Barr wondered. “What is the evidence, if any, of active conceit by the president or those around him in Mar-a-Lago to mislead the government?” Remember, in Barr’s view, Trump had been “jerking around” the FBI for a year and a half, so they had to launch the raid.

To all but the willfully blind, the FBI is now the American KGB, and like that organization engaged in “special tasks,” not exactly within the law. The FBI plants evidence (funds planted on Trump associate George Papodopoulos), falsifies evidence (Kevin Clinesmith changing the email about Carter Page), engages in political stagecraft, (the fake Whitmer kidnap plot) and pressures social media platforms to avoid news of Hunter Biden’s laptop, supposedly “Russian disinformation.”

Back in 2020, Attorney General Barr hadn’t seen evidence of voter fraud on a scale that would have affected the outcome of the election. Weiss did not press Barr for details on the audits his DOJ conducted on races that suddenly reversed in favor of Biden.

Barr provided no tallies of the number of illegals who had voted in California, where the “motor voter” program automatically registers illegals to vote. Stuffed ballot boxes, as shown in 2000 Mules, also escaped his notice. No second thoughts about voter fraud, but the former AG and CIA man remained certain about POTUS 45.

“Trump is his own worst enemy,” Barr told Weiss. “He’s incorrigible. He doesn’t take advice from people. I said to him when I first started that I thought he was going to lose the election unless he adjusted a little bit. And if he did adjust, he could go down in history as a great president. He continued to be self-indulgent and petty and turned off key constituencies that ultimately made the difference in the election.”

For the former AG, voter fraud had nothing to do with it. Embattled Americans can thank Barr for providing a moment of clarity.

Donald Trump is not his own worst enemy. Donald Trump’s worst enemies include his own attorney general, members of his own party, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which has now crossed the line.

Whatever special tasks the FBI has planned, former attorney general William Barr will be there to back them up, just as he did with FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi. The defender of the deep state can be no friend of the people.

Precisely, indubitably so. I was foolish enough to buy into all the “square shooter, impartial seeker of truth and justice” guff early on, which in hindsight is kinda embarrassing. As a commenter puts it, Bill Barr IS the Deep State; he and his ilk can only ever be part of the problem, never the solution.

Row it back Redux

Sorry, Joe, we heard ya just fine the first time.

Joe Biden on Friday walked back his attacks on the millions of American citizens who support former President Donald Trump, telling reporters that he doesn’t consider “any Trump supporter a threat to the country.”

This comes less than a day after he called Trump supporters “MAGA forces,” and warned that they are a “threat to this country.”

The Biden White House in recent weeks has sharpened its attacks against its political opponents, calling Trump supporters a far-right “extremist threat” to Democracy who are motivated by an ideology of “semi-fascism.” That disturbingly harsh rhetoric culminated in a Hitleresque diatribe Thursday night, shocking and horrifying at least half the nation.

“Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our Republic,” Biden bellowed during his speech at Independence National Historical Parkin Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He went on to assert that “there’s no question that the Republican party today is dominated, driven, and intimidated by Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans,” and repeated his claim that they are “a threat to this country.”

Doubling down on this message, Biden’s Twitter account sent out the following tweet just before his address: “Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country.”

Following an event on the American Rescue Plan in the South Court Auditorium on the White House campus, Friday morning, Biden denied that he called Trump supporters a threat to the country.

“I don’t consider any Trump supporter a threat to the country,” he said in response to a question from Fox News reporter Peter Doocy.

In fairness, as conservative commentator Auron MacIntyre quipped on Twitter: Biden “may legitimately not remember that he gave a speech last night.”

Yup. Even more important, we must all bear in mind that—last night, today, and EVERY day, until he finally assumes room temperature and joins the Choir invisible at long, long last—the marginally-ambulatory rutabaga was only saying what he’d been told to say. Deb closes out her post with some bitter truth from, of all places, the RNC.

Sadly, the comments section abounds with depressing hoo-raw like this:

Biden is not allowed to walk back his assertion that half the country is deplorable, dangerous, evil, criminal.

We will highlight his speech all the way to Election Day.

Uh huh, that’s nice. And then, when they rig it just like they already did in 2020…?

Personally, I think it amounts to adding insult to injury when the addled-pated old fraud pokes out that forked tongue of his to announce that hey, gang, I really don’t consider y’all a threat like I said I did last night. For the sake of this beleaguered, virtually extinct nation, we’d all better hope like hell that there are still enough of us out there who DO pose a credible threat to the Power’s Sacred Democracy™ (GAG, SPIT) to save our bacon in the end.

Embrace anger

We stand at the crossroads, ostensibly “led” by a corrupt, senile pedophile who is stumbling through history without the vaguest clue of who he is, what he’s doing, or where he’s going.

The meat of the speech was no better than Biden’s health. He kept repeating the term “MAGA,” painting those who voted for Donald Trump as evil fascists that pose a direct threat to the very well-being of the nation. That’s ludicrous, and as I’ve shared before, it’s also incredibly dangerous. When you begin attack tens of millions of Americans as scum, suggesting they are going to destroy “our democracy,” that justifies just about anything in response, doesn’t it? Someone is going to get hurt based on his incitement.

For sure and certain, which is perfectly meet and just. After tonight, it is absolutely imperative for Real Americans—or, put in the way I plan to use from here on out because fuck Joe Biden, that’s why, MAGA Americans—to see to it that it’ll be shitlibs doing most of the hurting, not Our Side.

Some may see this as a sad or lamentable situation, but I must admit that I no longer can. Let our course of action henceforth be the one commended to us by our Founding Fathers as the only just and proper way to deal with tyrants like Biden and his vile Democrat Party. Contra Pedo Jaux and his forked-tongue blather, when anger is righteous, it should be embraced not with reluctance or regret, but pridefully, even joyously. The solemn American duty to offer stiff resistance to all tyranny for the sake of ourselves and our posterity is no burden; it’s an honor.

All that aside, though, Biden’s brazen call for violence, bloodshed, and hatred was not entirely without its moments.

Heh. That’s the spirit. Resist we much, fuckface.

Update! STILL not getting it.

Tonight’s speech was a dark moment in American history. It shows a man desperate and gasping at straws as he sees his presidency—and the country he claims to love—crumbling around him.

“Desperate”? No, no, a thousand times no. What I saw was a cocksure, aggressive usurper blatantly doing battlespace prep, urging his Satanic followers on to war against their erstwhile countrymen. Unless and until we recognize what’s taking place right before our very eyes, we can never truly be ready for what’s coming.

Getting it now?

Vile bastards need to be made to bleed. No, I do NOT mean figuratively.

They Want Her Dead: Marjorie Taylor Greene Swatted for Second Night in a Row
For the second night in a row, police showed up at the home of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) in the early hours of Thursday morning, responding to a fake 911 call. Once again, it appears that someone on the Left is hoping to get Greene into a situation in which she or others in her home could be killed.

Two police officers rushed to Greene’s home in Rome, Ga., in response to a call they received at 2:53 a.m. The call, according to the Rome Police Department, was about “a male possibly shooting his family members and then himself.”

MSN reported that “the suspect, who called through an internet chat that appeared to be a suicide crisis line, falsely told police responders that a man ‘came out as trans-gender and claimed they shot the family’ at Greene’s address, the report said.” The caller gave his name as Wayne Greene and told police on the call: “If anyone tried to stop me from shooting myself, I will shoot them.” He also warned cops that “they would be waiting for us.”

At the house, there was, of course, no Wayne Greene. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene once again met the police officers at the front door, as she did in the early hours of Wednesday morning. They told her about the call and, according to the Rome Police Department, “confirmed this was a second false report.” The report added that the call can’t be traced, “due to the person(s) using a VPN.”

As Greene stated Wednesday, “This is how they get people killed…it’s like political terrorism.” Police responding to what they have been led to believe is a crisis situation could all too easily respond mistakenly but lethally to innocuous behavior, resulting in Greene’s death or the death of someone else at the house.

Terrorism—no need for that “political” modifier, since ALL terrorism is by definition political—is precisely what this is. Be assured, the investigation and/or prosecution (if any) of this heinous act of bona fide terrorism will be languid and lackadaisical at best, if not downright reluctant, MTG being considered by the Deep State and its various “law enforcement” entities as an approved, legitimate target. Bottom line?

This makes it clear yet again: radical Leftists are totalitarians. They want their opponents silenced. They want their opponents dead. They will brook no dissent.

Precisely, indubitably so. Rest assured that, henceforth, the only justice MTG or any other Real American can realistically expect to see visited upon their assailants and tormentors for their criminal brigandry is vigilante justice.

People get ready

They won’t stop.

It’s Inevitable: Trump Will Be Indicted
Americans should prepare for the spectacle of Donald Trump pleading not guilty to charges brought by the Biden Justice Department.

It now appears inevitable that the Justice Department will bring criminal charges against the former president. FBI Director Christopher Wray’s stunt at Mar-a-Lago on August 8 is part of creating the optical illusion that Donald Trump is guilty of any number of crimes related to January 6 or the mishandling of secret government documents—or both. On Monday, the Justice Department subpoenaed another Trump White House lawyer as the legal momentum accelerates.

As evidence mounts that Trump supporters cannot get a fair trial in Washington—surveys of prospective jurors conducted by defense counsel show a heavy bias against January 6 protesters—D.C. District Court judges have denied each change of venue motion. Coverage of the January 6 select committee hearings undoubtedly has amplified that bias, especially for high-profile defendants such as members of the Oath Keepers. The committee has focused on the roles of both the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, airing videos of their conduct that day and attempting to tie these alleged militias to Donald Trump.

A week after a former member of the Oath Keepers testified before a televised hearing in July, defense attorneys representing the Oath Keepers filed another motion to delay the trial and move it out of D.C. “The main point we have to consider is that you have a congressional committee that goes out and paints the Oath Keepers as white supremacists,” one defense attorney explained to Judge Amit Mehta, another Obama appointee.

Ahh, there’s another of those hunnert-and-ten-percent all-American names again, like I mentioned the other night.

Mehta rejected the argument and took umbrage at another attorney’s suggestion the committee’s work was political. “This is not a forum to express your political views or your views about the motivations of the committee,” Mehta scolded. “I don’t think they’re hosting the hearings just to interrupt this trial.”

He denied the motion; the first Oath Keepers trial begins next month. It’s possible the Justice Department will charge Trump for conspiracy for allegedly working with the “militias” to attack the Capitol.

This is the legal and judicial circle of hell now fired up to come for President Trump—a vengeful Justice Department run by Obama loyalists working with a weaponized FBI to bring criminal charges against hundreds of Trump supporters who then face the wrath of enraged judges of both political parties. There is no way out.

And at this point, there’s no way out for Merrick Lavrentiy (FIFYA—M) Garland, either. Democrats have raised expectations that Trump soon will be in handcuffs; failure to do so will result in a harsh backlash by their own voters this fall. After six years of promises, Democrats better deliver the goods on Trump or face intra-party revolt.

Americans should prepare for the inevitable—the unprecedented sight of a former president pleading not guilty to crimes he is alleged to have committed by a Justice Department run by his successor and potential rival in the next presidential election.

Fair enough, I suppose, as long as the filthy, fascist Do(In)J is fully awake themselves to the need to prepare for an appropriately, umm, kinetic response when they fit Trump for the shiny chrome bracelets.

Of course, Jules is right, although by pulling up short at “indicted,” she didn’t take the thought quite as far as she should have. At this point, can anybody still seriously imagine that Trump is NOT headed directly to prison, via any stratagem, pretext, or ruse the federal juggernaut can gin up for the purpose? In the immortal words of good ol’ Mike Ness:

Update! A few words excreted by the villainous, conniving scumsack who OUGHT to be facing indictment and a nice, long prison stretch instead of the blameless Trump.

The man who was one half of “The Lovers,” as President Trump called them, disgraced FBI investigator Peter Strzok, Mr. Russia Collusion hoax extraordinaire himself, has implored America to trust the FBI on the Mar-a-Lago raid.

Please clap.

Strzok appeared on MSNBC’s Morning Joe program to argue in support of the integrity of the FBI because they really mean it this time.

Host Joe Scarborough caused a spit-take when he said in passing that “we never believed” the Steele Dossier “from the start.” But the dossier turd was polished by Scarborough’s own guest and Strzok’s on-the-side honey, FBI Attorney Lisa Page. Joe’s bloviation continued and he eventually got to a question, sort of, with the pronouncement, “the FBI makes mistakes, the church makes mistakes, people make mistakes. Should this be any reason for Americans not trust what the FBI and DOJ are doing now in pursuit of protecting classified documents? [sic]”

Sit down, because you’re not going to believe what Strzok said. “Well, yes, Joe, absolutely the American public should trust what the FBI’s doing.” He continued, conflating the “Midyear Exam” — Hillary Clinton’s email scandal — with “Crossfire Hurricane” — the fake Russia Collusion scam — and the raid on President Donald Trump’s home. “You know, I think back on the year and a half I spent with the team looking at Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. There was no concern, there was no outrage on behalf of any Republican.” Which brings to mind a question: Why would any Republican be upset about the investigation into the chardonnay-swilling Secretary of State keeping a non-government server on which she did sensitive government business at home? For all the world’s sophisticated spy agencies to read secret State Department files — and, of course, Hillary’s Yoga poses and Chelsea’s wedding plans? In that case, Republicans asked for an investigation, not an invasion.

“We used search warrants and conducted a very invasive investigation…It’s not that the FBI is targeting any one side or the other.” Scarborough sat stone-faced as Strzok went on, “What you see is the FBI going out on a day-in and day-out basis, objectively investigating allegations of law.” Joe never followed up with a query about the FBI raiding Hillary’s Chappaqua manse, which didn’t happen.

“Trust us,” is it? Die in a fucking fire, Government-man. The very fact that you still walk the Earth a free man is a shame and a disgrace, one which befouls the very concept of decency and honor.

War, by any other name

Close, but no cigar.

In war, each side tries to cripple the other’s economy by targeting and destroying its transportation infrastructure: ports, airfields, roads, bridges, railroads, rivers, and canals. The United States, however, like many countries, wrecks its own transportation systems—not with bombs but with laws and regulations.

I think it’s just soooo darned cute, how you seem to actually believe these aren’t acts of war. Five examples follow, none of which convinces me that they weren’t in fact committed by a hostile government as part of the war it’s currently waging against its own people. Bottom line?

Transportation is essential to any economy. Transportation expands the size of markets, market size determines the scope for the division of labor, and division of labor drives productivity. A nation’s transportation infrastructure is critical to its survival, but even the best infrastructure in the world cannot move people and products if laws and regulations create enough roadblocks.

Nope, still not convinced. After all, it’s hardly as if The Enemy doesn’t know that as well as the rest of us do.

Tyranny trainees

The government is NOT your friend.

IRS Training Included Armed Agents Carrying Out Simulated Assault on Suburban Home

Well, of course it did. And why the hell wouldn’t it? Every good soldier knows that to be effective, an army trains for the enemy it expects to be fighting.

The training was featured in the 2021 IRS annual report, which shows agents at the agency’s National Criminal Investigation Training Academy (NCITA), which is located within the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) in Brunswick, Georgia.

Training also includes “physical fitness conditioning and use of force training, which includes firearms, weaponless tactics, and building entry,” according to the report.

“In addition to SAIT, NCITA assists in providing advanced training to special agents in use of force, firearms instruction, defensive tactics, and building entry.”

The training simulation is likely to prompt concern following the revelation of an IRS job posting that announced it was looking to hire people who are ready to kill.

The job ad listed one of the “major duties” of IRS agents to be able to “carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary.”

Oh, be assured that they’ll always deem it “necessary.” And in a less upside-down, inside-out, topsy-turvy America, liberty-loving patriots would diligently see to it that it WAS, too.

RACIST WHITE SUPREMACIST ISLAMOPHOBIC TERRORISTS STRIKE AGAIN!!!

Don’t anybody worry; I’m sure those good, über-competent patriots at our awesome FBI will spring into action any moment now to announce their total confustication as to what the motive for this might possibly have been.

Author Salman Rushdie is likely to lose one of his eyes and is currently on a ventilator after he was attacked on stage at a literary event in upstate New York on Friday, a report said.

“The news is not good,” the 75-year-old writer’s agent, Andrew Wylie, told The New York Times.

“Salman will likely lose one eye; the nerves in his arm were severed; and his liver was stabbed and damaged,” said Wylie.

Rushdie, who is still unable to speak, was attacked by a lone man while speaking at an event at the Chautauqua Institution in Chautauqua, NY, about 75 miles south of Buffalo.

He was scheduled to speak about the United States as a place for exiled authors “as a home for freedom of expression,” according to the institute. After the stabbing, he was transported by helicopter to a hospital in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Yeah, well, not anymore, Salman. Not for a good, long while now, I’m afraid. That’s a battle we lost many moons ago, as you just found out yourself in a most horrible way.

A witness who was in the audience told The Post that Rushdie tried to run off the stage, and the two men scuffled before audience members rushed onstage to subdue the attacker.

Wait for it…waaaiiiit for it…

His alleged attacker, 24-year-old Hadi Matar, of Fairview, New Jersey, was arrested by a state trooper at the scene, the Times reported.

Hm. Nice solid, all-American name there, wouldn’t you say? Why, a name like that fairly well screams “bred-in-the-bone, 100% AMERICAN by birth, lineage, and creed” to the high heavens. No wonder the FBI always finds itself so deeply perplexed every time yet another of these bizarre, inexplicable events happens, right out of a clear blue sky and against every expectation. Guess we’ll never know for sure what caused it.

How do I hate him?

Let me count the ways.

FBI Director Christopher Wray gave remarks in Omaha, Nebraska today. He was questioned about reaction to the FBI raid on President Trump’s home and noted threats circulating online against federal agents and the Justice Department are “deplorable and dangerous.” “I’m always concerned about threats to law enforcement,” Wray said. “Violence against law enforcement is not the answer, no matter who you’re upset with.”

Director Wray also noted that FBI agents should be “valued and cherished” for their willingness to “put their lives on the line” to protect the institutions of government.

Yeah, you just hold your breath waiting on that, you sniveling, puke-a-licious douchenozzle.

This is the same agency that refused to prosecute any FBI agents involved in the cover-up operation to protect rapes of U.S. female gymnasts, and the same FBI agency who conducted a four-year corrupt investigation of false Trump-Russia accusations manufactured by Democrat political operatives.

Which barely amounts to even a trifling litany of FBI transgressions, an infinitesimally tiny drop in a staggeringly capacious bucket.

The collapse of institutional credibility has nothing to do with deplorable Americans and everything to do with their own conduct.

Precisely so. You reap it, you sow it, dorksnort. None but the most wilfully purblind of self-deluded ninnyheimers would put any faith or trust at all in you at this late stage of the game. Die screaming, whydon’tcha. Or, to tweak a grand old Irish locution a wee dram, may you descend into Hell an hour before the angels know you’re dead. Now please excuse me for a sec while I go look for that World’s Smallest Violin I know I got lying around here someplace.

A perfect candidate for a bad case of the cancer

Die, Commie bitch.

Today Biden Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm cheered the price of gasoline and electricity in America.

Granholm says, “We’re witnessing the beginning of one of the most significant events in human history… It can’t progress fast enough.”

We must all hope and pray that we are, yes. Just not the “significant events” YOU think.

UPRISING!

Everything old is new again.

There seems to be a glaring mismatch between the two sides and their Senate leaders. Unless they play by the same rules, however, we may be headed for a situation that bears some resemblance to the one that caused the Nationalist uprising in Spain in July 1936. As the leading historian of that cataclysm Stanley Payne shows, by the summer of 1936, the leftists running the government had abandoned any semblance of fair play and could scarcely be described as constitutionally minded. Much of the Spanish Left energetically supported three coups against the Spanish Republic, did nothing to stop assassinations and bombings carried out by anarchists and radical socialists, and after February 1936 jailed their opposition. Although the uprising against the Left did not lead to the restoration of constitutional government in Spain, it may have been warranted, given the extent to which order had broken down. Although I doubt we can muster a Right as large and determined as the one that existed in Spain in 1936 or that we’re on the verge of the long, bloody civil war of the kind that lasted there until 1939, our ideological divisions seem every bit as profound.

In any case, the mismatch that now exists between our revolutionary Left and their mostly tepid, confrontation-shy opposition cannot go on indefinitely. Those playing defense must learn to battle back or else retreat into historical irrelevance. Just about all Senate Democrats voted twice to remove Trump from office, supported a congressional bill that would have legalized abortion up until birth everywhere, and endorsed the federalization of elections without safeguards. They also openly flout Supreme Court decisions, whether on abortion or the carrying of concealed weapons, if these decisions don’t advance their interests.

Democrats sat smiling as the summer of violence their leaders financed raged on two years ago. And they are not exactly broken up that their partisans are now threatening the homes and lives of uncooperative Supreme Court justices. Not a single Democratic Senator broke rank to vote for any Trump pick for the Supreme Court; nor can I recall Democrats who voted to confirm any Trump cabinet appointee. Where exactly do we find evidence of Democratic bipartisanship?

At the very least Republicans should stop speaking about restoring a relationship that no longer exists. It should stop imagining that a return to bipartisanship will occur if their side “cooperates.” The late, esteemed Angelo Codevilla issued this warning to the Democrats in September 2021:

The Democratic Party’s practical error, with regard to vaccination as with regard to the way it ended the U.S. presence in Afghanistan, is the hubris by which it has forgotten that when you make war on anyone, they may well make war on you.

We are still waiting for Codevilla’s prediction to come true, which means for a Republican opposition to push back with vigor.

Oh, it’s gonna have to mean a whole hell of a lot more than just that, if we truly expect to ever see real, meaningful change.

Destructive but Mostly Peaceful Insurrection

Correct me if I’m wrong here, but wouldn’t this be, like, an actual insurrection?

The Morton’s madness isn’t the only recent case of protests going too far. Two weeks ago in Arizona, protesters tried to invade the state capital, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. “As groups realized the state legislature was in session, they attempted to breach the doors of the Arizona Senate and force their way into the building.”

Police had to use tear gas to get the riot under control — but not before “significant criminal damage impacted” a number of memorials and buildings. Where are the Democrats condemning this insurrection?

Yeah, I wouldn’t be holding my breath waiting for it if I were you. Is there more, you ask? Hey, these are shitlibs we’re talking about here; of COURSE there is.

Lefties now think they can do whatever they want when they’re angry about an issue. It’s not just Kavanaugh and it’s not just abortion.

On the July 4, environmentalists blocked the DC Beltway. A video showed one motorist begging them to open a lane. “One lane, I am asking, one lane,” he said, explaining he was on parole and would go back to jail if he was late for work. The protesters couldn’t have cared less. After the agitated man got physical with the road-blockers, he was arrested.

A few weeks ago, a group of environment nutjobs slashed tires on 40 SUVs in New York City.

Funny, innit, how this sort of thing never seems to get reported on the 6 o’clock news, or anywhere else.

These protesters don’t care about the rest of us, but only their own emotions. They’re mad, so we have to deal with them disrupting our lives.

These babies have so much power and control over the rest of us because Democrats cater to this with soft language and even frequent defense of these unacceptable protests.

If those targeting a Supreme Court justice, or constantly stopping traffic to get us to pay attention to their concerns, were on the right, every Republican politician in the country would be asked about it ad nauseam. It’s long past the time that Democrats get the same treatment.

“The same treatment” is the very LEAST they should get—that, and a whole hell of a lot worse besides. The miserable curs need to be made to hurt—physically, severely. It’s the only way to put a stop to this arrant horseshit.
