Social media is crawling with self-proclaimed forensic analysts poring over footage of Wednesday’s ICE shooting in Minneapolis and insisting it shows the agent who shot Renee Nicole Good lacked justification. Some of the takes are downright embarrassing, with left-wing influencers confidently analyzing the wrong ICE agent altogether, pointing to the one at the side of the vehicle instead of the agent positioned in front of it. Some simply post the same footage we’ve all seen and merely declare the video proves the agent is a murderer.
I’ve seen it all, and let me tell you, of all the analyses out there, podcaster Tim Pool has delivered the clearest and most persuasive breakdown of the video evidence from the shooting I’ve seen yet.
After initially giving Good the benefit of the doubt, Pool says slowed-down footage forced him to reverse his position completely, and his frame-by-frame analysis is fantastic.
Pool began by acknowledging his earlier assessment and then explained why it no longer holds up. “While I initially said that I believed she wasn’t intending to hit the officer and was trying to flee, but still put the officer in fear of harm — uh, no, I’ve changed my mind,” Pool said.
What changed his view was a close examination of the video at reduced speed. And trust me, lots of people have slowed down and/or enhanced the video, but most have simply done so and claimed it only proved their original conclusion.
Pool, however, walked viewers through the footage and pointed out details that are easy to miss at full speed, details others either missed or ignored, starting with the officer’s feet.“I’m gonna show you the slowed-down footage that I believe proves this woman was intending to kill that ICE agent. Watch the officer, who has his gun drawn,” he said.
Pool highlights the moment the vehicle makes contact. “Look at his feet right here in the back left. … Notice his feet both slide backwards,” Pool explained. “You see his foot sliding? Yeah, he’s not taking a step. He’s being hit by the vehicle.”
Anticipating the usual defenses, Pool concedes a narrow point before dismantling the broader claim. “Now, I can already hear you saying, ‘Hold on, Tim, if you’re up against a vehicle and it accelerates and it pushes you out of the way, that doesn’t warrant shooting somebody.’ Agreed,” he said.
From there, Pool reversed the sequence to show how the officer ended up directly in harm’s way, and it’s a critical detail.
“Here’s the vehicle reversing. The officer is not in front of the vehicle,” Pool said. “She reverses and now he is in front of the vehicle.” He adds critical context about timing and positioning: “He initially is to the right of the vehicle. By all means argue he should not have placed … himself in this position. We’re talking about seconds.”
The most damning detail comes next.
Eh, if you say so, Matt. Myself, I never from the git-go had the slightest problem believing that—after ceaseless exhortations to interfere, impede, injure, and/or kill ICE officers in the course of doing their jobs emanating from vicious, violent Leftards—one of those mouthbreathers would actually go and do something like this. The Moral Blackmailing of the American People
In Springfield, Illinois, in 1838, a young Abraham Lincoln delivered a powerful speech decrying the “ravages of mob law” throughout the land. On Wednesday, 37-year-old “queer activist” Renee Nicole Good was fatally shot by an ICE agent in Minneapolis. Good, who had barricaded her vehicle in an attempt to obstruct an active law enforcement operation, ignored agents’ requests to exit the vehicle and instead directed her car at one of the agents. Good actually then hit the agent, who was briefly hospitalized for his injuries. But before she could do even more damage, the agent shot and killed Good. The federal government has called Good’s encounter “an act of domestic terrorism” and said the agent shot in self-defense.
Suffice it to say Minnesota’s Democratic establishment does not see it this way.
Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey responded to the deployment of 2,000 immigration agents in the area and the deadly encounter by telling ICE to “get the f*** out of Minneapolis,” while Gov. Tim Walz called the shooting “totally predictable” and “totally avoidable.” Frey, who was also mayor during the George Floyd-inspired mayhem of 2020, has lent succor to the anti-ICE provocateurs, seemingly encouraging them to make Good a Floyd-like martyr and riot accordingly. As for Walz, he’s right that this tragedy was eminently “avoidable” — but not for the reasons he thinks. If the Biden-Harris administration hadn’t let in untold millions of unvetted illegal aliens, and if Walz’s administration hadn’t conveniently overlooked hundreds of Minnesotans — of mixed immigration status — defrauding taxpayers to the tune of billions of dollars, ICE never would have embarked on this particular operation.
Liberals and open-border activists play with fire when they so casually compare ICE, as Walz previously has, to a “modern-day Gestapo.” The fact is, ICE is not the Gestapo, President Donald Trump is not Hitler, and Charlie Kirk was not a goose-stepping brownshirt. To pretend otherwise is to deprive words of meaning and to live in the theater of the absurd.
But as dangerous as this rhetoric is for officers and agents, it is the moral blackmail and “mobocratic spirit” of it all that is even more harmful to the rule of law.
Most of us assumed this dispute had been settled once and for all by the early spring of 1865, but apparently we were mistaken.
What I most want to know at this juncture is why in the ever-lovin’ blue-eyed world is Tampon “Timmeh” Waltz, after doing everything his little pea-brain can come up with in the way of fomenting insurrection against the US federal G in his sorry-ass State, has not been locked up under multiple charges of treason already.
The underlying problem all along has been that self-dramatizing Leftist morons have been getting away with personal threats, acts of violence against individuals, arson, looting, and wanton vandalism without ever facing Consequence One for any of it. They snarl ferociously about the supposed “evils” of private property, capitalism, and White People generally but have never been called out for any of their patent hatemongering. British authorities sentenced a Dorset man to 18 months in jail for inciting hate and violence on X in the heated aftermath of the 2024 Southport stabbings that left three children dead and another 10 people injured.Luke Yarwood’s posts were viewed a total of 33 times before being taken down. If I’ve done my math correctly, that’s nearly 17 days of jail time per view. If I know anything about people, half of those views were Yarwood checking his mentions.
There’s no denying the nasty nature of Yarwood’s posts, sent to X before the identity of the killer — 17-year-old Axel Rudakubana — was known, but was widely misreported to have been a Muslim immigrant. Rudakubana was born in Cardiff, but his parents were evangelical immigrants from Rwanda.
Yarwood’s posts called for “slaughter in the streets” of Muslims and encouraged people to “Head for the hotels housing them and burn them to the ground.”
“Violence and murder is the only way now. Start off burning every migrant hotel then head off to MP houses in Parliament. We need to take over by force,” he wrote.
Even a veteran of intemperate tweets like myself would never post anything like Yarwood did, but still, 33 views? III §3 treats levying war (incl. insurrection) as treason; 14th Amend. §3 disqualifies from office any prior oath-taker who thereafter engages in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.
UCMJ: No standalone “insurrection” article, but Art. 94(a)(2) punishes sedition—creating revolt/violence against lawful civil authority with intent to overthrow it—as severely as mutiny (up to death); related charges fall under Arts. 104, 134, or assimilated 18 USC §2383.
And, in my less than polite, yet no less erudite, enlisted man manner and verbiage. Go fuck yourself!

Democrat Jay Jones, a former state delegate with a history of unhinged remarks, narrowly defeated Republican incumbent Jason Miyares on Tuesday, winning 51.6% of the vote with 80% of precincts reporting, according to the Associated Press. Jones’s troubles began when 2022 text messages surfaced in which he told then–Republican colleague Carrie Coyner he’d give former House Speaker Todd Gilbert “two bullets to the head” and “piss on his grave.” Coyner also recalled Jones remarking in 2020 that “the deaths of a few police officers could save other lives.”
Just two days before those texts leaked, court records revealed that Jones had satisfied a reckless driving sentence — after being caught going 116 mph in a 70 — by logging half of his required 1,000 hours of community service with his own political action committee, Meet Our Moment. Prosecutors later appointed a special investigator to look into whether Jones misrepresented those hours. The deal spared him jail time and left him with only a $1,500 fine.
Miyares, whose mother escaped communist Cuba and who made history in 2021 as Virginia’s first Hispanic attorney general, ran on law and order. “I’m thinking, Holy Moses, that’s an invitation,” added the Louisiana Republican, reflecting on the January 2022 press conference, during which Biden went off the rails while responding to criticisms of his agenda raised by the White House press corps.
Was Biden ever even ON the rails, really?
“It depends on what [Russia] does,” Biden said at the time when asked about Putin’s plans. “It’s one thing if it’s a minor incursion and we end up having to fight about what to do and not do.”
Kennedy recalled thinking at the time that the president’s rhetoric “was dangerous.”“I think he just started rambling,” the senator said, before rattling off other foreign policy flubs. “Afghanistan. [Biden] removed the sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. He removed the sanctions on Iran from selling their oil. Now, President Xi in China is working with Putin and Russia and the Ayatollah in Iran, they see all this.”
“Rambling,” you say? Nuh-uh, Jack, not the Joe Biden I know.
“They’re working together, and they saw the president, who was not clearly in grasp — didn’t have a clean grasp on all of his faculties. They saw the weakness, and they made their move. And that’s how Ukraine started,” he added.
Kennedy also claimed that he could see the Democrat’s “neurodegenerative disease … got worse” over time.
“I figured his staff was getting maybe four hours, five hours of work out in the day. He couldn’t help it,” The Republican claimed. “His staff cleverly hid it until they couldn’t anymore. He had the debate in front of God and the country and the American people — and the American people saw it, and they said, ‘Look, this man is just, he’s like my grandpa, you know, who I just took the car keys from.’”
Astute fella, that Sen Kennedy. Got a real flair for language, too.

Bondi, Noem forcefully criticize Democratic plan to launch ICE tracker
WASHINGTON — White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said a Democratic plan to launch a “master ICE tracker” would amount to “actively putting the lives of ICE agents at risk” after Attorney General Pam Bondi and Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem forcefully hit back against the push to monitor activity of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in communities.Leavitt’s comment at Thursday’s White House press briefing, in which she also criticized other ICE tracker apps that “left-wing activists have created,” came after Noem took to X to warn against the proposal, announced this week by Rep. Robert Garcia, D-Calif.
“Let’s call this what it is: a pipeline that will funnel information on American law enforcement directly into the hands of anarchists, domestic terrorists, and cartel members,” Noem claimed in her post.
The post included a clip of Garcia at a news conference alongside Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass on Monday in which he announced the plan for Democrats on the House Oversight Committee to launch such a tracker on its website.
“Over the course of the next couple of weeks, the Oversight Committee will be launching on their website a master ICE tracker where we are going to be essentially tracking every single instance that we can verify that the community will be able to send us information on,” the California Democrat said. “And it will be all available in one central place.”
If I’ve said it once I’ve said it a thousand times, and I’m gonna keep right on sayhing it: The criminal organization masquerading as a political partty known as the D卐M☭CRAT Party should be disbanded, dismantled, and formally outlawed by the US Congress. Yesterday wouldn’t be too soon.

The political, regulatory, lawfare and street assaults on ICE are a multi-front war to protect a form of organized crime, human trafficking and illegal border invasion, that the Democrats disproportionately benefit from. And California and Oregon Dems are testing out strategies that will be copied by their colleagues across the country as part of a campaign of insurrection.
The anti-ICE violence is not random, it’s not extremist, it’s coming from the top down. It’s a coordinated insurrection and it should be treated like one.
