A New York State Assembly candidate who carries the official stamp of approval from Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani and the Democratic Socialists of America is facing heavy criticism after comments resurfaced in which she trashed the Fourth of July and other American holidays. How much more do the people of New York need to see to understand that the far left hates them and the country, values, and way of life they take for granted on a daily basis?

A: A gargantuan majority of NYC dwellers being dyed-in-the-wool Leftards themselves, they not only know already, they also agree a billion kajillion zillion percent with the expressed sentiments which the PJM scribe finds so abysmally shocking. Oh, lady, many millions of us who’ve actually served and sworn that oath, know both the constitution and the UCMJ intimately. Because we’ve had to decide many thousands of times if we were in accordance with each and both, before we shed blood, our own and others, for and in accordance with both.

As someone whose been in direct combat on behalf of our people in adherence to both the Constitution and the UCMJ. Here’s my rebuttal:

US Constitution on insurrection: Art. I §8 cl.15 empowers Congress to call forth militia to suppress insurrections; Art. III §3 treats levying war (incl. insurrection) as treason; 14th Amend. §3 disqualifies from office any prior oath-taker who thereafter engages in insurrection or rebellion against the United States.

UCMJ: No standalone “insurrection” article, but Art. 94(a)(2) punishes sedition—creating revolt/violence against lawful civil authority with intent to overthrow it—as severely as mutiny (up to death); related charges fall under Arts. 104, 134, or assimilated 18 USC §2383.

And, in my less than polite, yet no less erudite, enlisted man manner and verbiage. Go fuck yourself!

Hold on. That Jake Sullivan? Hillary Clinton’s sidekick in her Russia collusion fraud? That Jake Sullivan, who covered for Hillary’s use of a personal server on which she conducted state department business? Sullivan was Joe Biden’s National Security aide. That Jake Sullivan, who helped “plan” —to the extent there were any plans — the bug-out from Afghanistan? That guy who was so damnable that President Trump stripped away his security clearance? That guy? Yes, that guy.

Sullivan may not have his security clearance anymore, but that’s not stopping him from fulfilling his job duties at the Harvard Kennedy School as the inaugural Henry “Kissinger Professor of the Practice of Statecraft and World Order.” You can’t make this stuff up.

Happily, as long as we allow D卐M☭CRATs to live and carry on as they do, we won’t ever need to make anything up.

I’ve been on tenterhooks waiting for Mark’s first post-traumatic-election barrage to drop, obsessively checking Steyn Online ever thirty seconds or so, and as usual he doesn’t disappoint. Elsewhere, this story might make y’all feel a bit better about things.

Local NC Farm Steps Up Amid Schumer Shutdown
As the federal government continues to display its blatant dysfunction, communities are stepping up to take care of their own, and thank goodness. Here in eastern North Carolina, we have a local treasure called Pogies at the Farm, and they are stepping up in a big way: boxes piled with farm-fresh produce to neighbors in need for free.

With a valid ID and SNAP card, folks can claim enough fruits and vegetables to feed a family of four for a week.

“There is no reason anyone should go hungry in a nation as plentiful as ours,” the farm posted on their Facebook page.

Corn, squash, potatoes, peppers, and apples are just a sampling of the bounty grown on the farm. If families want to purchase meat harvested from the farm’s livestock, they can get 30% off on Saturdays with the same credentials. So far, 200 boxes have been requested, but not enough have been sponsored. For $25, anyone online can help put food on someone’s table. Click here if you’re interested in helping.

Pogies at the Farm is open to the community in the form of free events, school field trips, and market days. Pogies also has a fishing and kayak business half an hour from the farm, offering summer camps, hourly rentals, and charters. I mention this because Pogies is wholly invested in our community in ways that I’ve not seen in other places. I am not at all surprised they are holding the line while the Schumer Shutdown lingers.x

Folks, it just doesn’t GET any more American that that right there: private citizens stepping in and doing whatever they can to help out their neighbors in need, rather than just sitting back on their lard-asses bitching, pissing, and moaning because De Gub’mink ain’t come riding in on the big white charger to save the day yet. Endless kudos to the good people at Pogies at the Farm for their kindness and open-hearted generosity. One last thing before we move along.

It is worth mentioning that I have no idea what Pogies’ political affiliations or preferences are.

As I wrote earlier on Saturday, Vice President JD Vance was on hand to deliver remarks to an enthusiastic crowd of Marines at the United States Marine Corps’ 250th Birthday Celebration event at Camp Pendleton in California.

But he managed to find time before arriving at the base to give his thoughts on the latest revelations involving Zohran Mamdani – the man whom the Democrats are championing to become the next mayor of New York City.

In case you missed the latest, here’s Bonchie to bring us up to speed on Mamdani seeming in recent days to drop any pretense of being something other than an aficionado of radical Islamist thought:

Who is Imam Siraj Wahhaj? That’s a complicated question, not because his background is morally opaque, but because his history of directly supporting Islamic terrorism is so extensive.

  1. He was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.
  2. He called for establishing an Islamic state in America, calling for Muslim immigrants to “establish Allah’s deen.”
  3. He has called for ending democracy in favor of Islamic law.
  4. He testified in defense of Omar Abdel-Rahman, otherwise known as the “Blind Sheik.”
  5. He’s repeatedly encouraged Muslims to use political power in America in service to Islam.
  6. He has three children who have been charged with terrorism offenses.

Anyway, in a post on his X account Saturday, the vice president showed he isn’t willing to let the Democrats slide for their hypocrisy over political violence, challenging them to be consistent on the issue when it comes to Mamdani:

Vance wrote “I’ve been reliably informed that Democrats are opposed to any kind of political violence, so I look forward to them universally condemning Zohran Mamdani for campaigning with an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorist plot that killed 6 New Yorkers.”

In a reply to the tweet, he shared a NY Post story on the radical imam and that damning image of him campaigning with Mamdani. The title spells things out: “New York Post: Mamdani appears smiling, arm-in-arm with unindicted ‘93 WTC bombing co-conspirator and terrorist apologist.”

Neither of these two yodeling degenerates ought to be allowed into the US at all, much less showing their asses this way. They should be at the top of Trump’s Deport NOW list. Until they’re escorted in cuffs and shackles onto the flight back to whatever desert shithole they call home, they should be held in a nice, cozy cell on Riker’s Island’s roughest, meanest block-tier. Straight GenPop—no PC, no privileges, no private cell, full integration with the other incarcerees. The Nazi Lowriders, the Mexican Mafia, the Gangster Disciples, whothehellever wants to take a pop at their sorry asses, have at it. For the life of me, I just cannot see how ANY self-respecting New Yorker could countenance casting a ballot for this Mamdani turdball. Lest we forget, this is still the city that suffered immensely in the long, drawn-out aftermath of 9/11; there are still folks there who vividly remember that blackest of days. And now, having survived that hellish nightmare, having buried thousands of their fellow New Yorkers afterward, having for weeks inhaled lungful after lungful of the acrid, choking smoke made of the burning buildings, office furniture, carpets, cars, etc—a good portion of which smoke consisted also of the incinerated bodies of yet more of their fellow New Yorkers (firefighters, cops, EMTs. WTC office personnel, friends, neighbors)—they’re going to line up like goddamned lemmings and elect as mayor an evil sumbitch who consorts with, flatters, and flashes his toothiest whore’s grin at those self-same pusbags? As if 1993 and 9/11 had never even happened at all?

If they DO usher this Muzzie-fellating Commie cretin into Gracie Mansion, the überliberal gobshites of NYC deserve whatever fiery Hell rains down upon their empty noggins afterward, and should NOT receive a jot or tittle of sympathy, alms, or taxpayer-funded assistance of any kind from any of the rest of us, forevermore. So now Trump is sending his human-trafficking mother-murdering ass to a safe third country, Uganda.

But what’s this? Suddenly Albrego-Garcia has developed a “reasonable fear” of persecution in Uganda, too!!!

Federal judges are at it again. Another Obama appointee has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia. The Hill reports:

A federal judge on Monday doubled down that the Trump administration is “absolutely forbidden” from removing mistakenly deported man Kilmar Abrego Garcia from the U.S., for now.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis, an appointee of former President Obama, blocked Abrego Garcia’s deportation to Uganda until she can hold a hearing to determine whether the administration will let him contest his removal to the third country.

Recall that it was President Trump that questioned this, recall that he was branded a traitor by many that claim to be on the “right”*.

Trump was labeled a traitor for refusing to accept the Russian hack narrative without evidence. Even his own DNI at the time, Dan Coats, as well as many Republicans, publicly pushed back against him. As it turns out, Trump was absolutely correct, and the newly released emails from Gabbard now confirm that his skepticism was justified.

West Coast, Messed Coast™– Holy Environy! Newsom Desperately Tries to Sell Refinery He Helped Close
In California, Gov. Gavin Newsom is desperately trying to find a buyer for an oil refinery that he and his policies were instrumental in shooing from the state. Newsom’s policies have driven multiple refineries out of the state. Valero Oil has given up and plans to close a San Francisco-area refinery in 2026.

“California’s effort to save the refinery from closing also marks a shift from the focus of government policy in recent years to champion green initiatives and restrict fossil fuel usage, that has led to an often tense relationship between the state and oil companies,” Reuters reports.

Valero plans to completely close down in 2026. California had 40 refineries in the 1980s. The recently announced closures will leave as few as seven refineries operational by 2026.

West Coast, Messed Coast™ residents are finding out in real time, if they hadn’t known already, that high gas prices weren’t only the product of greedy oil companies and plundering gas station owners, as Democrats have told them all these years. 

“High gas prices?! We’ll pass a law to investigate these scallywags!” 

California’s gas prices are “42.2% higher than the national average, 40.7% higher than Arizona, 20% higher than Nevada, 46.86% higher than Florida, and a whopping 63.12% higher than Texas.” It’s not a good look when you want to win your party’s nomination to be president of the free world.

It turns out that when your environmental policies force the closure of multiple oil refineries cranking out homegrown gas, you are forced to import more expensive gas. It has the side effect of making you look really dumb, Gavin Newsom. Worse, it makes the other states that follow California’s environmental lead — looking at you, Oregon and Washington — look even dumber.

Even when I was just a wee tyke, I understood that if you played in the street, you were liable to get run over. Apparently, that’s just too darn complex a cause-effect relationship for Woke Supergenii to figure out on their own.

There is, I think, among many, a weariness of seeing escalating levels of fucking about with too little of the customary finding out.

The activists’ power lies in an assumption that their victims will not risk injuring their assailants.

But to insist that the victims should remain trapped, inert, and at the mercy of their aggressors, indefinitely, and while risking greater danger to themselves or their property, does not strike me as a morally persuasive position. And note that the activists typically rush from all sides, rapidly surrounding the car and its occupants, intensifying the alarm, the likelihood of panic, and drastically reducing the driver’s options. This is not accidental.

There’s an implied dare. The game being, “You won’t do what’s needed, despite our alarming and menacing behaviour, because you’re nicer than us, less vain, and not unhinged, and so we can dominate you and terrorise you, and break your stuff, for as long as we want, for shits and giggles.”

Well. I would suggest that the activists’ own actions render their wellbeing of very low importance.

“Low?” Howzabout NO, David? Better still, none whatsoever, at least as far as I’m concerned.

Gangs of cowardly, violent Leftard bully-boys charging up from behind the dumpster they’d been hiding behind, encircliog some innocent motorist whose only wish was to get back home from work without incident—the mob threatening their victim, beating on his car, kicking dents in its body panels and/or hood, wrecking the paint job with keys, pocket knives, or other metal objects, rocking the car furiously on its suspension just as a psyop intended to terrorize their horrified prey, etc. of right ought to be mown down by the blameless drivers they’re assaulting. For the life of me, I really can’t understand why a lot more of these rectal polyps weren’t put in the hospital (or the morgue) long ago, back when the Left’s War on Western Civ first began. We very much need to do our utmost to get those disappointing casualty numbers up to where they should be.

What the actual fuck is up with all this, anyway? There you are, locked in your car snug as a bug in a rug—safe, sound, and totally secure inside a 2-ton metal enclosure which is perfectly capable of racing away from this confederacy of dunces under its own steam, anytime you feel like applying pressure to the accelerator pedal under your right foot. In fact, that is precisely what the car was designed to do, the reason for its very existence.

As for the aforementioned confederacy of dunces, either they have at least the bare minimum of intelligence required for them to comprehend that, once the car is under way, the “protest” is o-v-e-r OVER, and he/she/xhir/it really needs to get out of the street and well clear of said moving vehicle, or they do not. If he/she/xhir/it elects NOT to move his/her/xhir/its stupid ass out of the way, then our cognitively-challenged Leftards really shouldn’t find it too upsetting  when their stupidity results, as it inevitably must, in their being flattened and/or becoming entangled in the car’s undercarriage and dragged down the street a ways, sustaining numerous painful injuries including but not limited to:

  • Road rash over most of human hood ornament’s body
  • Cracked ribs, flailed ribcage, punctured/deflated lungs
  • Fractured skull, brain swelling
  • Broken arms, collarbone, hip(s), and/or legs
  • Miscellaneous bruises, contusions, lacerations, and asphalt burns

It’s as David says: the activists count on the assumption that the victims of their feral brigandry will never strike back against their assailants. That assumption badly needs to be, absolutely MUST be, radically altered so it can better align itself with a more balanced, equitable, mutually respectful social compact which is bound to emerge from the current disorder, irremediable enmity, and systemic dysfunction. Likewise, childish tantrums evincing a total absence of self-discipline, self-control, and mature, reflective self-assessment; low/no regard for the rights of others; near-pathological narcissism; a boundless, ungoverned self-indulgence which the afflicted Wokester believes himself/herself/xhirself/tself to be not just entitled to, but altogether deserving of—bestowed on him by natural right, as integral a part of who and what he is as are his blonde hair, lanky frame, and blue eyes; no more than is due and proper for such a wonderfully superior, elevated human being as he/she/xhir/it so obviously is;

Right straight to Hell with just sitting passively in the car, hoping against hope that the approaching Wokester jackal-pack will decide to just go away and leave you be, without any real harm done to either your person or your ride. You know as well as I do that that is NOT going to be the way this scenario shakes out. Keep in mind, too, that it isn’t just a car you’re sitting in; it’s also a weapon, and a damned effective one when deployed properly, by someone who has no intention of just rolling over and playing dead for a passel of spoiled, snotnosed little toerags who couldn’t punch their way out of a wet paper bag without bursting into tears at the sheer horror of such brutal violence—which is to say, someone who is a flinty, gimlet-eyed realist that, although he likes people generally and is therefore viscerally appalled at the prospect of inflicting grievous bodily injury on his fellow man as long as he himself is treated with the respect, restraint, and friendly, affable charm far more typical of him. Even so, if these refugees from Coney Island’s infamous Freak Show really do want to throw down, he’s perfectly prepared to get all in amongst ‘em himself, and this is a man who plays strictly to win.

So why the actual fuck would any self-respecting American man let a mincing assortment of chickenshit pussies, scrawny, slope-shouldered gamer-geeks, and fat, repulsive broads sporting third-degree friction burns on her legs caused by the way her inner thighs rub together as she waddles along have their way with him, anyway? They started the shit, time for us to finish it. Don’t just sit there like an inert lump, go proactive: put the pedal to the metal, point those shiny chrome grill teeth at dead-center of the closest-packed cluster of giggling oxygen thieves, and bring some REAL pain down on those empty heads. Teach ‘em a lesson they won’t easily forget. The sooner Normals stop putting up with Lefty’s shit, the sooner there won’t be any more shit for us to put up with.

Where’s Barack? A Legacy Lurking in the Back Row
We’ve seen the pattern before. A crisis brews. The stakes rise. The Democratic bench starts looking thinner than Kamala Harris’s approval rating. Panic spreads like a brushfire through a dry Iowa field. Cameras swivel. Eyebrows arch. And then, like clockwork, someone utters the question that hovers between desperation and delusion:

Where’s Barack Obama?

It’s not rhetorical.

And no, he’s not coming.

Not when it matters. Not when it’s hard. Not when the heavy lifting begins and everybody’s looking for someone with strength, clout, and credibility to pick up the load.

Obama is quick to weigh in with eloquent hindsight. 

He’ll tweet. 

He’ll podcast. 

He’ll deliver a university lecture with the tempo of a symphony. 

This, after all, is the man who once told the world he was the one we’d been waiting for, that the rise of the oceans would begin to slow and our planet would begin to heal. 

But when the moment demands more than language, when political muscle, risk, and sweat are required, he evaporates. Like fog off a tepid lake. All promise, no presence.

Like vapor off a wet sidewalk in August, his presence fades just as the temperature rises.

Oh, I dunno about all THAT, now; seems like even for a guy supposedly restricting himself entirely to lurking in the shadows, he’s managed to do a hell of a lot of quantifiable real-world damage just the same.
