Just the facts

Things you maybe didn’t know about Israel and the Paleosimians, but should.

During the past week, I found that even most well informed Americans know very little about the causes of the war between Jews and Arabs in Israel. Here is a summary of 13 basic facts I think every American should know:

I. Until 1964, the word “Palestinian” rarely described Arabs who once lived in Israel. That was when KGB Agents of Communist Russia created and funded a terrorist group called the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). Its leader, Yasser Arafat, was born and raised in Egypt. The PLO was as artificial as other effective and deadly groups communists used during the Cold War to take over Algeria, South Africa, Kenya, Vietnam, and Cuba. During this time, the KGB even gave money, weapons, and training to the IRA in Ireland.

II. “Palestine” was never an Arab nation. Until the Roman Empire crushed a Jewish revolt there in the year 132, the land was known as Israel, Judah, or Judea. The Romans renamed the province Palestine to punish the Jews. The Arabs and the Turks kept that name when they conquered and occupied the province. However, they ruled it from distant Mecca, Medina, Baghdad, or Istanbul.

III. Israel or Palestine was ruined and mostly empty after the Jewish revolt. The Arabs and Turks did little to rebuild its cities or irrigation canals. The goats and camels of Arab nomads or Bedouins stripped the land of trees, vegetation, and topsoil. Once rich farmland became malaria-infested swamp or dry wilderness. Less than 10% of the previous population remained. Many were Jews.

IV. Starting in the mid-1800s, Jews from Europe and elsewhere in the Middle East began moving back. They bought land from Arab and Turkish absentee owners who had no interest in living there. For the next 90 years, Jews rebuilt cities, roads, and irrigation canals. They drained swamps, watered deserts, and planted trees and crops. As Jews made the land prosperous again, thousands of Arabs from Egypt, Syria, and other nearby countries moved there.

V. After World War One, the British and French carved new nations out of the defeated Ottoman Empire. In 1920, they created Lebanon for persecuted Christians. In 1921, they divided the Turkish province of Palestine. Eastern or “Transjordan” Palestine became an Arab kingdom. Palestine west of the Jordan River was set aside for settlement by Jews. More Jews bought empty land and moved there. Their prosperity encouraged more Arabs to move there. By 1948, there were roughly one million Arabs, 600,000 Jews, and 160,000 Christians and Druze living in that part of Palestine.

In sum, then, the Israelis took chicken shit and made chicken salad, while the so-called “Palestinians” (which don’t actually exist as either a racial/ethnic group or nationality, being mostly Jordanians and Egyptians who decided after the 1948 partition that they’d rather stay on and wage war against the hated ((((JOOJOOJOOJOOOOOOOZ!!!)))) to “reclaim” their “stolen” land when Jordan and Egypt refused to take the primordial swine into their own countries) basically follow the Israelis around like a swarm of locusts, making the chicken salad back into chicken shit. One of many examples:

Palestinians looted dozens of greenhouses on Tuesday, walking off with irrigation hoses, water pumps and plastic sheeting in a blow to fledgling efforts to reconstruct the Gaza Strip.

American Jewish donors had bought more than 3,000 greenhouses from Israeli settlers in Gaza for $14 million last month and transferred them to the Palestinian Authority. Former World Bank President James Wolfensohn, who brokered the deal, put up $500,000 of his own cash.

Palestinian police stood by helplessly Tuesday as looters carted off materials from greenhouses in several settlements, and commanders complained they did not have enough manpower to protect the prized assets. In some instances, there was no security and in others, police even joined the looters, witnesses said.

This story is from 2005, and reveals exactly what value the “Palestinians” bring to any transaction, negotation, or physical territory involving them: none whatsoever. Their claim to any part of the nation known as Judea two or three thousand years before “Palestine” was created out of Roman spite, is spurious and completely unsupported by actual, y’know, historical fact. Their agenda is genocidal, their cause despicable. Their bleeding-heart Western supporters are wilfully-blind fools, whose reflexive support is a ramshackle edifice built entirely on a foundation of distortions, emotional manipulation, Jew-hate, and bald-faced lies.

T’is the season

Be of good cheer—the holiday season officially kicked off last night, when the local classical station reran Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, complete with narration, the early annual indicator ‘round these parts that Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are nigh upon us. The other early indicator: Jurassic Media whining and bitching about how *checks notes* pumpkin spice is RAYCISSS!™, you guys!

Wait—
PUMPKIN SPICE? SRSLY?!?

Yep, apparently so.

FOOD POLITICS

Washington Post frets about ‘violent history’ of pumpkin spice
The paper reports that ‘thousands were killed, others enslaved’ over nutmeg in 1621.

The Washington Post is putting a damper on the fall by invoking the “violent history” of America’s beloved seasonal tradition: pumpkin spice.

The report titled “Fall’s favorite spice blend has a violent history” set the scene of the Dutch’s 1621 invasion of the Banda Islands (located in modern day Indonesia), detailing that “Thousands were killed, others enslaved, and many who fled to the mountains were starved out.”

University of Texas at Austin historian Adam Clulow told The Post, “The Dutch company was later accused of carrying out what some describe as the first instance of corporate genocide…And it was all for nutmeg.” The report notes that nutmeg is “one of three key spices in the blend known as pumpkin spice.”

Ahhh, not just RAYCISS™, then; RAYCISS™ in that peculiarly Southren American way, via the uniquely American system of Nee-grow chattel slavery, which absolutely no other nation in the history of the universe has ever, ever engaged in, not ever.

God, but it must truly suck to be as wholly, inchoately miserable as these shitlib cocksickles are determined to be every single minute of every single day of their miserable existences. I wouldn’t trade places with them if you paid me by the hour, myself.

There are no bad dogs, just bad dog owners

Shitty father, shitty Doggie Daddy.

The Shocking Truth Behind Biden’s Dogs’ Aggressive Behavior
In Biden’s first year in office, Joe Biden’s dog Major became a problem for the White House, which decided to cover up the fact the German Shepherd had bitten several Secret agents. The Bidens eventually “solved” the problem by sending Major off to live with family friends and replacing him with a new German Shepherd puppy, Commander.

As a dog owner, I found the story horrifying. I cherished my dog Zuzu, a beagle/bulldog mix, for nearly twelve years before she died in July. She couldn’t always come with us on certain trips, and leaving her with family or even a kennel was excruciatingly difficult for me. Seeing the Bidens, who claimed to be dog people, give up their dog, essentially exchanging him for another one…it told me their dogs were nothing more than props for the media cameras.

And yet, it is actually so much worse.

Commander turned out to be no different than Major, and we eventually learned the new canine was responsible for several biting incidents since 2021. By the latest count, it’s now been 12 incidents.

Something doesn’t make sense. German Shepherds are notoriously intelligent dogs that are easy to train. Why are Joe Biden’s dogs so aggressive? The White House blames the high-stress environment at the White House—but that doesn’t add up, considering the Obamas, Bushes, and Clintons all had dogs at the White House without similar problems. The latest incident finally prompted the White House to remove Commander from the White House.

“The President and First Lady care deeply about the safety of those who work at the White House and those who protect them every day,” Jill Biden’s communications director, Elizabeth Alexander, said in a statement. “They remain grateful for the patience and support of the U.S. Secret Service and all involved, as they continue to work through solutions.”

“It is beyond belief that, even after Judicial Watch exposed their attacking 10 Secret Service personnel, Joe and Jill Biden have continued to let their dog menace and attack Secret Service and White House staff. Let’s be blunt: the dangerous dog could kill someone,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The ongoing Biden administration cover-up of the Biden dog attacks on Secret Service agents is dangerous corruption.”

The cover-up is just the beginning of the disturbing aspects of this story. According to sources that spoke to Judicial Watch, Joe Biden “has mistreated his dog.” The watchdog group has learned that Joe has even “punched and kicked his dogs.”

In light of how Hunter turned out after decades of being used by his father as little more than a bagman for the Biden Crime Familia’s innumerable bribery and influence-peddling enterprises, plus the serial sexual abuse of his own daughter from childhood on into her early teens, who can seriously imagine that this foul fiend would have any problem with abusing his publicity-prop dogs behind closed doors too?

Clearly, far from being the genial, jovial, grandfatherly type his handlers present him as—loves ice cream and vintage Corvettes; affectionate to children; just a friendly, fun-loving Regular Joe, with malice towards none and charity for all—the “man” is an irredeemable monster. Just more confirmation that Pedo Jaux really is the evil, soulless piece of shit we’ve always known him to be.

Wring your hands over how awfully, awfully awful it would be if we “became like them,” that we must always “take the high road” all you want, but the day Faux Jaux “Pedo Peter” BuyEm© at long last departs this vale of tears and descends into Hell to spend eternity with his old pal and kindred spirit Satan should thenceforth be celebrated as a national holiday if you ask me.

Wide-screen TVs, 500 dollar sneakers, and KFC hardest hit

Another Nee-grow scumbag* offed by a cop in self-defense, another American city burned and looted by frothing, yowling baboons.

Widespread Mass Looting Overnight in Philly
Mass looting is being reported all over Philadelphia tonight. There are accounts of Center City stores being cleaned out by looters, including Lululemon, the Apple Store, a Foot Locker near the Liberty Bell, and many others.

One woman screamed, “Everyone must eat!” at the looting of a wine store.

Thugs even tried to loot a Popeyes restaurant:

Because OF COURSE they did. “Hey yo, we be loo-inn ‘n’ sheeit, yo!”

If you are surprised by anything at all in that video, you are beyond help and should probably check yourself into some kind of home. Onwards.

There are unconfirmed reports of looters livestreaming their crimes, monitoring police scanners, and coordinating their efforts on social media.

The looting is reportedly in response to murder charges being dropped against a cop who allegedly acted in self-defense during a traffic stop. Eddie Irizarry, who is Hispanic*, pulled a knife on cops while in his vehicle.

Hispanic, eh? Well, what the hell, any excuse will do.

According to Fox29:

A judge has dismissed all charges, including a murder count, against Philadelphia Police Officer Mark Dial who shot and killed a driver as he sat inside his vehicle last month.

Philadelphia Municipal Judge Wendy Pew made her ruling Tuesday after watching video of the fatal shooting of 27-year-old Eddie Irizarry. The defense had asserted that Officer Mark Dial was acting in self-defense when he fired his weapon at close range through the rolled-up driver’s side window of Irizarry’s sedan during a vehicle stop on August 14….

…Irizarry’s family has said that Dial deserves a long prison sentence. The defense, meanwhile, has blasted Krasner’s decision to charge Dial with murder.

“When police officers ordered him to show his hands, he instead produced a weapon and pointed it at an armed police officer,” lawyer Brian McMonagle told reporters this month. “In no world (are) those facts murder.”

Not surprisingly, the District Attorney’s Office, headed by Soros DA Larry Krasner, announced that it would appeal the decision. Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney inflamed the situation by tweeting his support for the man who pulled a knife on police officers.

Which, along with the rest of the PJM report, only means that the people of Philadelphia richly deserve whatever they get. As is usually the case, I’m with Sefton on this.

Honestly, my give-a-shit-ometer is barely registering. And I have many friends and acquaintances who live in or near Center City and in the outlying burbs, along with an abiding affection for that town. At least the town as it was years ago. Sorry to friends and family and others who voted for this as well as that overgrown, slovenly brain-addled sloth loping around the Senate and toking on spliffs in the cloak room, election after election. You got exactly what you voted for so enjoy it, my erstwhile friends. I pray you all wake the hell up and fast. I fear you never will even if you should come face to face with these poor innocent victims of institutional white supremacy. I’ve got news for you; flashing your BLM t-shirt won’t shield you.

Nor should it, either. As far as I’m concerned, the voters of Philly brought all this on themselves; now, they get to enjoy the ride they volunteered themselves for. So sit back and suck on it, assholes.

As of 11:45 p.m., looting is ongoing in the City of Brotherly Love, and police are struggling to keep up with all the reports. Pray for their safety tonight.

Shyeeeaaah, NO. Myself, I’ll be praying for casualties, as yet another shitlib city gets exactly what it voted for, good and hard. Maybe Abbott could send three or eight busloads of “migrants” to the City of Brotherly Love to help out in their time of trouble.

Local developments update! Breaking news from CLT: Gibmedats are gathering in the downtown area, threatening to “burn this mothafackah up ’n’ sheet” in a major chimp-out if De White Mayng doesn’t immediately agree to bring back Price’s Chicken Coop, in its old location.

“Rep. Jamie Raskin: ‘It’ll Be the End of the Republican Party’ if Biden Impeachment Proceeds”

Actually, Congresscritter, with such an incredible preponderance of credible evidence of “treason, bribery, high crimes and” etc, it’s WAY more likely to be the end of their treacherous, collaborationist Party if they don’t.

Try to follow the logic train here, such as there is one.

Via HuffPost (emphasis added):

Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said House Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s (R-Calif.) move to launch an impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden could backfire badly.

“I can’t tell you the number of Democrats who’ve come up to me today to say, ‘Let them do the impeachment, it will be the end of the Republican Party,’” Raskin said on MSNBC on Tuesday night.

Raskin said those lawmakers predicted that the impeachment proceedings “will end up in complete defeat and humiliation” for the Republicans.

McCarthy’s move comes after Republicans in the House have made accusations of corruption against Biden for months, but have so far failed to produce any evidence*.

*cough-cough* BULLSHIT *cough-cough*

Continuing via HuffPost:

Raskin said he’s against the inquiry for a simple reason.

“I’ve got a little bit too much respect and love for the Constitution just to let them go down that road without at least pointing out that the constitutional standard is treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors,” he said. “And they don’t have evidence of any wrongdoing at all.”

He said House Republicans have thousands of documents obtained via subpoena and dozens of hours of witness interviews.

“But far from proving their claims, it all disproves their claims,” he said. “It all shows that nobody’s laid a glove on Joe Biden and he wasn’t involved in any of Hunter Biden’s business activities. And so, that’s really the end of the case.”

So to recap: Raskin is sure that Republicans impeaching Biden will somehow end in “complete defeat and humiliation” for his political opponents, whom his party has repeatedly claimed are an existential threat to Democracy™ itself. Yet he opposes allowing the inquiry to proceed out of “respect for the Constitution,” even though his party just recently impeached the former president twice on arguably more dubious grounds than the coming Biden impeachment.

That all checks out.

Insofar as anything these stinking Swamp critters say ever checks out, yeah, I suppose it does.

“The writing is on the wall”

What more is there to say, really? Because it IS.

We used to have a proper country but now McDonald’s is removing self-service soda machines and the writing is on the wall 😭
Welcome to the future of fast food.

You have to order at kiosks because the restaurants can’t afford cashiers. But they also can’t trust you to fill up your own Coke or Mickey D’s Sweet Tea, so you’ll have to get your beverage from the pimply teen at the counter who couldn’t take your order.

At least, within the next few years, that’s going to be the case at every McDonald’s restaurant in the US.

The official story from Mickey D’s is that this is to keep a uniform service to all customers so that everyone gets what they order.

But the real reason is that, in some locations, they have to deal with common criminals coming into the stores and using the soda fountain without paying.

It will also certainly cut down on the number of refills people get as well.

But that’s life in the modern world. You have to place your own order because they can’t afford cashiers, and you can’t fill up your own drink because there are too many thieves around.

Ain’t life in Amerika v2.0 grand?

“IMAX-level projection”

That’s what Diogenes Sarcastica calls it, and she ain’t wrong about that.

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) ripped Speaker Kevin McCarthy’s (R-Calif.) announcement that the House will pursue an impeachment inquiry into President Biden, describing the probe as “a kangaroo court, fishing expedition and conspiracy theater rolled into one.”

The comment — which came during a press conference alongside House Minority Whip Katherine Clark (D-Mass.) and House Democratic Caucus Chairman Pete Aguilar (D-Calif.) — came hours after McCarthy, in a public statement, directed House committees to open a formal impeachment inquiry into Biden.

“There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has engaged in wrongdoing; there is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed a crime,” Jeffries said Tuesday.

“This is an illegitimate impeachment inquiry. Period, full stop,” he continued. “It’s a waste of time and taxpayer dollars.”

Uhhhh HUH. Dan Bongino puts paid to that arrant nonsense.

BonginoImpeachment

Indeed. Jeffries’ completely risible statement is of a piece with Obama’s old “not one smidgen of corruption” laugh-line, simple horseshit of the purest ray serene.

McCarthy’s impeachment blah-de-blah will go nowhere, natch—just more Uniparty Resistance kabuki, that’s all. Personally, I’m much more in favor of Will Rogers’s suggestion:

This country has come to feel the same when Congress is in session as when the baby gets hold of a hammer.

There ought to be one day – just one – when there is open season on senators.

I’d buy that for a dollar. I would by no means restrict it to just senators, though. The “one day” thing is fine…as long as it’s one day per year.

You DO know what the 9/11 attacks were all about right, right?

As always, it was about guess who.

As MisHum reminds us, liars gotta lie.

Update! If it WASN’T parody, how could you possibly tell?

Biden Comforts 9/11 Victims By Telling About The Time He Was Playing Jenga And His Tower Fell Down
ANCHORAGE, AK — With Americans across the country remembering the tragic events of September 11, 2001, President Joe Biden offered the victims’ families comfort by telling them about the time he watched in horror as his Jenga tower fell right before his eyes.

“9/11 was an unspeakable tragedy, and not only because my son died in the towers,” Biden said. “I’ve been in the same situation myself. For me, it was the time I was playing Jenga with Hunter. We were celebrating a sweet deal we had just closed with a company owned by some Chinamen. It was my turn. The tower was in rough shape, but I thought I could still make my move. I poked around and there weren’t any loose pieces left. None. So I found one I thought I could get out. I gave a…I gave it…I gave the…the…the thing there…a good pull. And it just all came down. Right there. All I could do was watch. I watched the tower fall. Sad day, folks.”

Surviving loved ones of people who lost their lives on 9/11 seemed unmoved by the president’s remarks. “Did he seriously just say that?” asked one young man who never knew his own father due to being an infant the day the World Trade Center towers fell. “I could be mistaken, but I don’t think anyone died after losing a game of Jenga.”

What those heartless, uncaring, self-centered 9/11 survivor-families probably don’t realize is that, after his Jenga tower collapsed, Too Aulde Jaux looked on in horror as a fire broke out in the Jenga kitchen and quickly spread, ultimately incinerating his entire Jenga family trapped inside—most especially his heroically martyred son Jenga Beaux, who was simultaneously being killed in Afghanistan by a drunken trunk driver as well.

A Rittenhouse primer

Remedial Amerika v2.0© 101.

The immediate pretext of the violence of August of 2020 in Kenosha was the shooting of Jacob Blake. Blake’s girlfriend and mother of his children had called the police on him, reporting that he was in her house unlawfully and had taken her car keys and was attempting to leave with at least one of the children, over whom he had no custody. Every cop dreads a domestic dispute, especially in the context of the chaotic nihilism of the underclass. Blake resisted every effort to talk and every attempt at non-lethal arrest, and, knife in hand, turned on the officer attempting to bring him into custody while Blake was in the process of fleeing the scene with a child. The officer shot Blake, who survived but is now paralyzed from the waist down. The shooting was later ruled justified and the officer returned to work without sanction, but that was in the future, and in the summer of 2020, the managerial state, the radical left, and the media all had a common project, the removal of Donald Trump from office by any means necessary. The police shooting of a black man, regardless of facts or context, would immediately be weaponized to that end.

It is important to understand the dynamic between these three forces. The managerial state is not itself leftist; it is not committed to a project of equality or the amelioration of social problems arising from capitalism. It is a neoliberal oligarchy focused on globalization, creating homogenous populations managed through the creation and provision of material desire, corporatist, statist, and bureaucratic, but above all committed to progressive ends through the benign rule of credentialed elites. Leftism figures into this as both a safety valve and system of control. Leftists amenable to the elite are parked in sinecures in universities, NGOs, and corporate HR departments, where they can do the hard work of destroying what remains of traditional culture, thereby serving the interests of neoliberals, for whom such is a hindrance to the creation of the mass-man they need to consume the new product. The other leftists, those too deranged, mentally ill, or violent for life in an office, are allowed to form militias that operate in territories given over to leftist rule, Portland, Oakland, etc. This is Antifa and its hangers-on, the black bloc of Nazgul who show up whenever the regime needs to remind the normies what happens when its protections are withdrawn. The media, for its part, has the task of packaging and contextualizing the violence and destruction as both legitimate and part of the bigger project of removing regime enemies in the name of keeping everyone safe. That’s a nice store you have there…be a shame if it got burned down because of racism. Best to let the nice people at GAE get back to running things. So remember, show up and vote D. You wouldn’t want us to have to come back.

The Democrat governor of Wisconsin, Tony Evers, denounced the police shooting, making sure to include phrases like “racism” and “merciless killing” in between meaningless caveats. The plan was clearly to give Kenosha up to the sack and the left got the message loud and clear. All summer, Black Lives Matter, an amorphous group/movement that was equal parts grift and instrument of leftist radicalism, had organized protests which devolved (or developed) into violence, often featuring Antifa, more anonymous, more violent, and more purely ideological. Now that fury was set to descend on Kenosha. The system called out the National Guard, people boarded up windows, but it was obvious that nothing meaningful was going to be done to protect lives and property should the left decide to attack either. The people of Kenosha were to be made an example of; their role was to cry in front of their burned-out donut shops while Joy Reid mocked their impotent white tears.

Into this situation stepped Kyle Rittenhouse. Rittenhouse, as noted, was in town due to his work and familial connections. After the first night of destruction Rittenhouse and some friends volunteered to clean up graffiti; he then stayed on in town to help protect businesses the next night. One of his friends loaned him an AR-15 for this purpose. Guarding a used car lot, which the police and National Guard were content to let be razed, Rittenhouse was attacked by two protestors, Joshua Ziminski and Joseph Rosenbaum. Both men were violent criminals; the former was carrying a stolen handgun while engaging in multiple acts of arson, while the latter was a mentally-ill, drug-addicted pedophile recently released from both prison and a mental hospital. Ziminski seems to have been the more calculating of the two, with Rosenbaum simply possessed of a perverse urge to destroy. In any case, they were but part of a larger mob making its way down the main strip, being driven there by riot control elsewhere. It seems that it was Ziminski who initially pointed Rittenhouse out to Rosenbaum, and Rosenbaum charged at him, daring him to shoot him while inexplicably screaming anti-black racial slurs at the white Rittenhouse. At nearly the exact moment Rosenbaum caught up to Rittenhouse, hurling a plastic bag containing all of his worldly possessions at the teen, Ziminski fired a shot in the air. Rittenhouse turned on Rosenbaum at the sound, whereupon the latter grabbed at the AR-15 Rittenhouse was carrying. Tucker Carlson described what happened next better than I ever could:

DiedAsHeLived

A great moment in TV history.

At this point, egged on by Ziminski, the rest of the mob turned on Rittenhouse, who had actually stopped to administer aid to Rosenbaum. Rittenhouse fled in the direction of the line of the barricades of law enforcement with the mob in hot pursuit. One of them, Anthony Huber, attacked Rittenhouse with his skateboard, dealing out several blows that dropped Rittenhouse to the ground. Before Huber, another mentally ill violent criminal, could strike him fatally, Rittenhouse fired from a prone position and shot Huber through the chest. As he staggered off dying, another man, Gaige Grosskreutz, approached Rittenhouse, pistol in hand. This was the first encounter Rittenhouse had had that night with someone who wasn’t already a felon and Rittenhouse helped Grosskreutz avoid catching his first charge by shooting him through the arm. Having dispatched three attackers in a few minutes’ time, all of them grown men and demonstrably lethally dangerous, Rittenhouse threw up his hands and wandered over to the police, who simply let him walk through their line. Discovering that he was wanted, his mother took him to turn himself in the next day.

The moral of the story: a mulish belief in the continued viability and essential fairness of a manifestly broken, disruptive, and wholly dysfunctional system just might get you killed. As the author notes (and I’ve said here myself several times), the Left will see to it that Rittenhouse, a bona fide American hero, is persecuted and tormented for the rest of his life. To wit:

EXCLUSIVE: Kyle Rittenhouse Sued by Estate of Criminal He Shot in Self-Defense
The estate of Joseph Rosenbaum has filed a lawsuit on the third anniversary of the Kenosha incident.

Sydnie Henry | August 25, 2023

Please note the date, and expect to be seeing similar stories about once every year or so, in perpetuity, until the day poor Kyle finally expires—on which day the obituaries puked forth by Praetorian Media will excoriate him as a “notorious” “murderer” who wantonly slaughtered two completely innocent American patriots in cold blood, for no reason whatsoever. Possibly the most egregious aspect of these obits will be the handwringing over how Rittenhouse got away with his “crime” scot free, the worst miscarriage of “justice” in Amerikkka since…well, since the last one—a notion which is no more nor less than obscene.

Update! I had forgotten about it until just now, but this auspicious anniversary calls for a rerun of my own original creation from back in the day.

Good. And. HARD

Reading these next two maddening stories, I’m more convinced than ever that no one has ever understood democracy as thoroughly as did HL Mencken. First up, a little Maui Wowie.

After President Joe Biden traveled to Maui and all-too-typically cited his own personal history in order to comfort the grieving residents of the island, where at least 115 people have been declared dead from the fire that engulfed the town of Lahaina, he was blasted on social media for his colossal insensitivity.

“Hearing you talk about your house that had a little fire, you ‘almost lost your house and your Corvette,’ there were children that were incinerated to ash, you f***king old man, you vile human being,” one man said in a viral video.

“You’re so out of touch with the common man, you don’t even know how to speak to them,” he continued. “The only way you think you can establish commonality with them is to lie, ‘The same thing happened to you no matter what the tragedy is.’ He referenced Biden attempting to commiserate with Gold Star Moms who lost their son in action by citing his son Beau’s death from brain cancer: “Your son wasn’t killed in action, by the way,” adding furiously, “Your house didn’t burn down. Your children weren’t burned to death.”

“How dare you get up there and speak this way?” he snapped. “Your job is to go there and assuage them in a way that you talk to them about their loss, that you can’t imagine what it’s like, that you can’t imagine what it’s like never to find the bodies of the poor children who were sent home from schools. They died alone! Alone. In fear. Without their parents or guardian. The most abhorrent thing happened. You’re a disgusting, despicable bastard.”

“You ‘almost lost your cat?’ Go f*** yourself,” he concluded.

Yeah, I’d say SOMEbody ought to go fuck themselves for sure and certain. I’m just not entirely sure it shouldn’t be the whole goddamned kit and kaboodle of them. Lots of other Twitter X rips on the soulless, senile old fraud included with the article—all of them coming from the overwhelmingly liberal populace of a West Pacific island chain that “voted” for none other than Pedo Jaux Buyem in 2020 by well over 63 percent, and has reliably pulled the lever for D卐M☭CRATs in every “election” since said islands inexplicably became a state.

Not that the guy’s wrong in anything he says about Buyem, mind, be he the typical Islander shitlib or no. Hey, there’s bound to be three or four Hawaiians who ain’t, right?

In our next example of getting exactly what you voted for, and richly deserving it, the “good people” of Oakland are declaring themselves fed up too.

Sick and Tired in Oakland
The city’s NAACP chapter calls out its political leaders to do something about an “intolerable public safety crisis.”

On July 27, the Oakland NAACP published a scathing letter decrying the city’s failure to keep its vulnerable communities safe from persistent violence from high-risk offenders.

“Oakland residents are sick and tired of our intolerable public safety crisis that overwhelmingly impacts minority communities,” the letter begins. “There is nothing compassionate or progressive about allowing criminal behavior to fester and rob Oakland residents of their basic rights to public safety. It is not racist or unkind to want to be safe from crime.”

The NAACP called on Oakland to declare a “state of emergency” due to the untamed spiral of crime. “Murders, shootings, violent armed robberies, home invasions, car break-ins, sideshows, and highway shootouts have become a pervasive fixture of life in Oakland,” the letter warns.

Indeed, much of the crime data support the NAACP’s portrayal of disenfranchised and increasingly endangered Oakland residents. The most recent week’s Oakland Police Department statistics show that violent crimes have risen (year to date, compared with last year) by 18 percent, while overall crime is up 28 percent. The recent trend represents a major reversal from a few years earlier. Between 2012 and 2018, the city reduced gun violence by 50 percent, aided by its Oakland Ceasefire program, which implemented strategies such as “focused enforcement” involving the highest-risk individuals. In the first two years following the George Floyd uprisings, however, homicides rose 17.6 percent.

Oakland has seen radical shifts in its police department in recent years. The department is down 100 officers, according to Councilman Noel Gallo, though the NAACP states in its letter that various experts view the department as short as many as 500 officers from optimal levels. (The force’s current size is 734 officers).

Uh HUH. SO, how’s that “defund the police” bushwa you demanded not so long ago working out for ya then, idiots? From where I sit, it looks to be working out exactly as the more intelligent among us said it would from the start—and then got denounced by you as RAYCISS!!!!™ for having the outrageous temerity to say so right out loud.

I gravely doubt if a single man Jack of these maleducated ignoramii—whether they’re breathing through their mouths in Hawaii, Kalifornia, Chicago, or NYC—has even the vaguest clue who HL Mencken was, but they could all benefit from boning up on him. Because being the irascible, curmudgeonly visionary he was, he foresaw every bit of this horseshit long, long ago.

Civilization, in fact, grows more maudlin and hysterical; especially under democracy it tends to degenerate into a mere combat of crazes; the whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary. Wars are no longer waged by the will of superior men, capable of judging dispassionately and intelligently the causes behind them and the effects flowing out of them. The are now begun by first throwing a mob into a panic; they are ended only when it has spent its ferine fury.

As democracy is perfected, the office of president represents, more and more closely, the inner soul of the people. On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart’s desire at last and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Under democracy one party always devotes its chief energies to trying to prove that the other party is unfit to rule—and both commonly succeed, and are right.

Democracy is a pathetic belief in the collective wisdom of individual ignorance.

Democracy is also a form of worship. It is the worship of Jackals by Jackasses.

Liberty and democracy are eternal enemies, and every one knows it who has ever given any sober reflection to the matter.

Democracy turns upon and devours itself. Universal suffrage, in theory the palladium of our liberties, becomes the assurance of our slavery. And that slavery will grow more and more abject and ignoble as the differential birth rate, the deliberate encouragement of mendicancy and the failure of popular education produce a larger and larger mass of prehensile half-wits, and so make the demagogues more and more secure.

An honest, reasonably intelligent soul might wish to try argue that he’s incorrect about any of that, but I can’t for the life of me see how he’d go about it without beclowning himself spectacularly in the doing of it.

Working as intended update! Joe Mannix makes an excellent point.

As the details about the disastrous Maui fire continue to unfold, many people are left wondering how the hell a foul-up this spectacular is possible. How did everything go so wrong at every level of the response? Why did Maui have to wait for water authorization? Why were the emergency sirens not activated? Why was traffic allegedly blocked from leaving on the only good road out? Assuming that all of what we’ve heard is true, how did so much go wrong?

I think that the sad conclusion is that, in reality, nothing went wrong. Not officially. Everyone likely followed every guideline, rule, regulation and requirement. Procedural compliance was probably quite good. What apparently nobody did, however, was the single most important thing: think. The environment in which they operate has been designed to eliminate the need to think and ensure compliance instead.

The purpose of the rules laid down in such great volume for so long a time is to obviate thinking. You don’t need to think if there’s a rule to cover whatever it is you need to do. Follow the rules, comply with the procedures, adhere to the regulations and you will achieve your goal or at least be shielded from any poor consequences. Nobody is to blame, because the rules were followed. The rules are there to act as a substitute for thinking. Robotic adherence to the rules – and striving to have a rule for all things – is awfully bad in situations that even slightly deviate from the context envisioned by the rulemakers.

Juat another of the many wonderful attributes of kakistocratic bureaucracy run amok. For certain values of the word “wonderful,” that is.

Biden to Maui survivors: “I feel your pain”

Hope you didn’t take that bet I warned you about yesterday. Because Lying Kiddie-Diddlin’ Jaux could barely even wait until he got to Maui before attempting to make the story all about himself.

Biden told Maui wildfire survivors that he can relate, citing a small fire he had in his kitchen in 2004
During Biden’s visit to Maui, where the devastating wildfires have killed at least 114 people, he made a 13-minute speech to a group of survivors in Lahaina —the city destroyed by flames, with nearly every building (reduced) to ash and rubble.

“I don’t want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense, Jill and I, what it’s like to lose a home,” he said, according to remarks published by The White House.

He referred to an incident in 2004, when he was a senator for Delaware, and in Washington, DC, to appear on “Meet The Press.” Biden described how lightning struck a pond by his Delaware home, hitting a wire, and coming up underneath his home into the heating and air conditioning ducts.

“To make a long story short, I almost lost my wife, my ’67 Corvette, and my cat,” Biden said. “But all kidding aside, I watched the firefighters, the way they responded.”

Biden has in the past been accused of embellishing the house-fire story.

He once said that he knew what it was like to have “had a house burn down with my wife in it.” Last year, he also told survivors of Hurricane Ian in Florida that he “lost an awful lot of” his Delaware home in the fire, per The New York Times.

But the Cranston Heights Fire Company, which responded to the 2004 blaze, described it to the New York Post as an “insignificant fire” that did not lead to multiple alarms or need a widespread incident response throughout the county.

The fire at Biden’s home did not result in any injuries. Meanwhile, dozens have been injured by the fires in Maui, with some 850 people still missing and the death toll still slowly continuing to rise.

So? Jaux doesn’t care about any of that, or those people, or much of anything else, really. They’re all just props for the theater production dramatizing the life and times of the scummiest, sleaziest, most corrupt ProPol ever to rise from the DC sewers to seize the Imperial throne with both grubby hands. Think I’m overstating the case? That even as vile and crusty an old grifter as Senile Jaux must feel something over their loss?

Better think again, chum. Hell, he’s so old and raddled he can’t even stay awake while he’s supposed to be feigning concern for the TeeWee cameras.

Give the lousy, despicable bastard credit for one thing: in just one illegitimate term, he’s managed to supplant his master Bathhouse Barry in the Worst US President In History™ slot.

Predictable as yesterday’s sunrise

Ace indirectly offers a couple of bets I wouldn’t take even if I WAS a betting man. Which, y’know, I ain’t.

Biden, Who Has Been on Two (2) Vacations Since the Maui Wildfires and Said “No Comment” When Asked About Them, Will Finally Tour Hawaii
—Ace

And I’m sure he won’t work in a Special Bonus Vacation while he’s there.

Heh. See what I mean? Bet Numero dos:

Nope, not having any of that one either. Nor should you, unless you have no problem with throwing good money down the terlet.

Doxx their asses!

May or may not be true, but I sure hope that it is.

ATLANTA — The purported names and addresses of members of the grand jury that indicted Donald Trump and 18 of his co-defendants on state racketeering charges this week have been posted on a fringe website that often features violent rhetoric, NBC News has learned.

NBC News is choosing not to name the website featuring the addresses to avoid further spreading the information.

Because OF COURSE you are.

The Fulton County District Attorney’s Office declined to comment. District Attorney Fani Willis faced racist threats ahead of the return of the indictment, and additional security measures were put in place, with some employees being allowed to work from home.

The grand jurors’ purported addresses were spotted by Advance Democracy, a nonpartisan research group founded by Daniel J. Jones, a former FBI investigator and staffer for the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee.

Founded by a former Fibbie and Swamp Senate staffer? Hey, sure sounds “nonpartisan” enough to me. I’m quite confident that this “Advance Democracy” bunch is nothing at all like those nasty “fringe” websites with their “violent rhetoric” and all, yesirreebob.

Me, I’m with Divemedic:

Remember back during the Chauvin trial, when people were threatening witnesses? The defense attorneys in the trial received death threats? Or when the jury members were found to be members of BLM and Antifa marches? All of that was not a problem.

Now that news outlets are claiming people are doing the same in the Trump case, it’s a problem again. I hope they are. Goose, gander, all of that. However, I don’t believe that it’s happening. This is the tail wagging the dog- the news is creating content to get people riled up.

If I *do* locate such a website, I will of course link to it.

As will I. These commie motherfuckers who stole our country from us want a fight, they by-God ought to get themselves one—a bruising, bare-knuckles brawl in which we deploy every imaginable weapon and/or stratagem available to us, in any way we can find to use them. Period fucking dot.

There they go again

Another day, another “FBI is baffled as to what the motive might have been…” jihadist with big, big plans.

Philadelphia teen charged with planning national terrorist attack
Heavily armed law enforcement officers swarmed the Philadelphia home of a teenager who was plotting to launch a national terrorist attack, authorities said.

The suspect, an unnamed 17-year-old, was in contact with a global terrorist group affiliated with al Qaeda and had access to a “significant” number of guns and was building bombs, FBI Special Agent in Charge Jacqueline Maguire said during a Monday press conference.

The teen, who was arrested Friday, “conducted general research” into potential targets that weren’t confined to one location, and they were not just in Philadelphia, she said.

Bold mine, and the only reason I find this story at all interesting. I mean, leaving aside the distinctive aroma of “false-flag SQUIRREL!!™ psy-op to distract from (insert latest BuyEm crime family scandal HERE)” wafting from this, OF COURSE the targets were “not just in Philadelphia.” Really, at this point who the hell would bother with bombing poor old Philly? That would be like bombing Baltimore or Detroit or Mogadishu or something. How could one even tell any of those places had been bombed, and if somebody did bomb one, what would look any different afterwards there?

Are you down with the sickness?

Asking for a friend.

Could this sick polity be better personified than by the tragi-comic figure at the head of it: “Joe Biden” along with the Biden family? The scope of this clan’s derangements is almost Shakespearean, lacking only that decorum of personal presentation on view in all the Bard’s plays. King Lear, tormented as he was, would never face-plant after a speech. His daughters had a lot to worry about, but as far as we know, they were not subjected to showering with the big guy. And, there were no known recordings of the Earl of Gloucester smoking crack with naked, under-age girls.

Yet, in the real-life of our nation, “JB’s” troubles mount as each day peels off the calendar. Only the most pathologically credulous might fail to notice the slime trail of bribery lately uncovered by congressional sleuths. “JB” obviously put himself in the service of interests outside the United States, and how is that working out now, notably in Ukraine, where he has levered us into the most perilously half-assed war imaginable — the losing of which will dash what’s left of America’s standing in the world?

One thing that has become clear in this cabbage soup of perfidy, is just how blobbed-up Volodymyr Zelensky was when President Donald Trump made that fateful phone call to him in August of 2019 inquiring about “JB’s” curious doings in Kiev over the years. Did Z follow-up that call immediately with one to Alexander Vindman in the National Security Counsel…who then called Eric Ciaramella of the NSC and CIA? Because, voilà, there was something supernatural about how fast we were off to Impeachment Number One!

And now the not-insane cohort of Americans is prompted to ask whether this war in Ukraine was provoked in any part to cover-up all the nefarious blobbery that preceded it — and not just Hunter and “Joe Biden’s” capers, but the machinations, too, of State Department blobette Victoria Nuland and her retinue in the Kiev embassy, Marie Yovanovitch, George Kent, and many others of the Blob persuasion. A review of all this suggests that “Joe Biden” is what has driven the Democratic Party insane. And now, of course, they can’t seem to get rid of him, like a demon riding them through an endless nightmare.

Sorry, Jim, you’re putting the effect before the cause here. In actuality, it’s very much vice the versa: first, the D卐M☭CRAT Party Criminal Organization went insane, thus burdening us with…Pedo Jaux BuyHim, the witless Usurper In Thief.

Instead, they have bent every last effort to get rid of “JB’s” supposed rival, Donald Trump, who has been inducted into a Lawfare-engineered chamber of horrors designed to slice-and-dice him into a million pieces and strew the shreds into the Potomac for the blue crabs to feed on. One can’t imagine a lamer case than the charges Special Counsel Jack Smith has cooked up against Mr. Trump for verbally expressing doubt about the probity of election 2020. Will Mr. Smith be able to prove any of this, assuming that it is now against the law in America to believe something and say so?

Logically, Mr. Trump’s defense might present reasons why he believed the election was rife with fraud, by introducing evidence of said fraud, of which there is actually an impressive amount now, despite whatever mendacious bullshit you see in The New York Times and on MSNBC. Do you suppose Judge Tanya Chutkan would do anything but allow that evidence to be introduced? And if she disallows it, is that not instantly grounds for a mistrial, since it would prove beyond a reasonable doubt there were good reasons, after all, for Mr. Trump to express what he believed?

On the contrary, I very much suppose that the judge will move Heaven and Earth to disallow that evidence, by hook or by crook. Although I do find your starry-eyed naïveté quite endearing.

Things are getting durned interesting. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FLA) offered a charming plan this week to counter this deceitful DOJ crusade. Here’s how it would work. First, the House Judiciary Committee calls Special Counsel Jack Smith to give transcribed testimony in the next fifteen days regarding the weaponization of the First Amendment. If he refuses, subpoena him. If he ignores the subpoena, the Committee holds him in criminal contempt of Congress, and issues a formal referral to Attorney General Merrick Garland. If Mr. Garland ignores the referral, impeach the SOB forthwith. At the same time, invite Mr. Trump to give testimony to the Committee as a whistleblower, conferring congressional immunity to him among the usual whistleblower protections as stated in law (under 18 U.S. Code 6002 and 6005).

I’ve nothing at all against Gaetz, really, but let’s not anyone be holding our breath in hopes that a single item on that devoutly-to-be-wished list might ever actually come to pass. Yes, current reality bites right enough. But then, that’s reality for ya. Deal with that, or get run over by it.
