“Peaceful protest has failed”

It had to be tried—it was right and JUST that it be tried, which is a Good Thing and not a Bad Thing—just as all the other preliminary steps did. Even though some of us fully expected each step to fail in its turn, they were by no means a waste of time and effort. As I’ve insisted all along: this is a process, not an event. Although in the early stages bloodshed and combat may arguably have been avoidable, in my view they are now inevitable; once the process has progressed beyond a certain point, it can no longer be stopped—by anyone on either side of it.

So now, we move on to the next step.

Peaceful protests have just about run their course. On Monday a few hundred construction workers turned on their Union bosses for selling them out to big Pharma. Today the mob may turn on police, media or the Government.

So far the lying press have made a big meal whenever a policeman has been bruised when accidentally knocked over by people trying to avoid being pepper sprayed, trampled on by a horse or avoiding being shot with rubber bullets. On Saturday a few police were bruised all at the same time as the crowd broke through their lines. Yet it was only the police themselves who took the time to deliberately hurt people when they were already on the ground. None of the mob actively attacked the police.

The anger and violence on display against the CFMEU shows us that the peaceful protestors are about to be replaced by the angry mob.

I can guarantee you that no one who has been to any of the freedom rallies over the last year, would have been at the CFMEU headquarters throwing bottles and smashing windows. These are the people who played by the rules, didn’t care what was going on politically, as long as they could get by. These were physical men, happy to do physical work and not concern themselves with the world as long as they were free to provide for their families without interference.

But betray this kind of man, don’t expect him to write to the newspaper, bitch on social media or call a lawyer. When his blood is up, nothing will cool it down again until his rage has run its course.

These are the men who will be coming to protests from now on. If these men see a couple of pigs throw an old lady to the ground and then follow up and pepper spray her, don’t expect them to just pull out their phones and call them names. Expect blood.

While I fully share the author’s horror and dread of what is surely to come, I must also say this: Shouldn’t there be blood? What can be the moral argument for turning the other cheek yet again, when the authorities are guilty of committing the atrocities—NOT an overstatement, NOT hyperbole—he cites above, the ones I railed about myself a few nights ago? Is there really no point at which meeting violence with violence is to be deemed appropriate?

The days of people like me giving nice uplifting speeches to nice peaceful people is over. Nice people never change anything. I have failed. We have failed. History must repeat as history inevitably always does.

I do not want violence, I do not encourage it, I will not incite it. I will not initiate it. I simply know from history, that I cannot stop it. It is almost upon us. Be prepared.

I should mention the other incidents Stephen mentions above, I think.

Melbourne Australia Police and Riot Squads Fire Upon Peaceful Protestors While Media Frame COVID Anti-Lockdown Protests as Domestic Extremists
On day three of the Melbourne labor union protests against the brutal COVID lock-downs and forced mRNA genetic experiments, the Victorian government decided to open fire upon the peaceful protestors. The police triggered a ‘no-fly zone’ in the Melbourne metropolitan area to stop media from using their helicopters to record the protests and violent police activity.

While the official motive given by police for the media ban was to block protestors from knowing where the thousands of police were amassing; the background issue of the government wanting to keep the Australian people from seeing police open fire upon their own citizens is transparently obvious. Americans would be wise to pay attention to all facets of how the Australian government is moving violently against their own citizens.

As we have seen in the U.S, there is an alarming alignment between the operatives of the Australian government and the media stenographers who willingly push a “violent extremist” narrative in order to downplay the brutal police tactics being deployed against ordinary working class Victorians. As you watch the first video below, it is well worth remembering these are the same Melbourne police units who took a knee during last years Black Lives Matter protests in Melbourne.

Thousands of heavily outfitted and well-armed jackboots -with armor plated MRAP vehicles in support- confronted the protest groups throughout the Melbourne metro area. The police deployments forced the groups to assemble at Melbourne’s Shrine of Remembrance where a stand-off took place between the protestors and thousands of police units surrounding them. Once they had the protestors surrounded, the police began tightening the perimeter, until they eventually opened fire with tear gas and rubber bullets.

The riot units were essentially shooting trapped fish in a barrel, while secondary units moved in from the perimeter to arrest those targeted. It is ironic this video was filmed at Victoria’s national memorial honoring the service and sacrifice of Australians in war and peacekeeping.

As you can see from the video on the scene, the protesting group was non violent. The police jackboot tactics however, were extremely confrontational…and all of this is under the premise of “protecting public health and safety.” Think about it…

The situation in Australia has surpassed the merely abominable, and has become well and truly unendurable. But Americans are in no position to indulge in any smugness or condescension over the Aussie plight. Being well along the path to tyranny and total subjugation ourselves, the distinction between us is one not of kind but of degree, and a woefully small degree at that. Sad to say, Oz’s troubles aren’t a warning to us, not anymore. They’re a preview.

Hundreds of U.S. Navy SEALs are on the verge of being undeployable because they are refusing a Pentagon order to take a COVID-19 vaccine, according to a lawyer representing some of them.

R. Davis Younts, a lieutenant colonel in the Air Force reserve who is a military lawyer and is representing several of the special operators as a private attorney, indicated that the number of SEALs involved represents about one-quarter of the nearly 2,500 members of the elite fighting force.

The loss of so many of the special operators, who are on the verge of being placed in a non-deployable status, would severely cripple military readiness because special forces troops in all branches “play an outsized role in modern military operations,” Just the News reported.

Some of the SEALs were told they had until this week to get the COVID jab, leading them to claim a religious exemption since they were out of time to try and find another workaround, Younts said.

“My clients include several Navy SEALs who are a small part of a large group of SEALs and other military members who are being asked to choose between their faith and their ability to serve our nation,” he told Carlson. “They have been told that if they seek a religious accommodation, they likely will no longer be able to serve our country as Navy SEALs and been given an arbitrary deadline to comply with the vaccine mandate.

Well hey, it’s not as if a third-rate power like Amerika v2.0 is ever gonna need ’em for anything again anyhow.

The attorney said that the Defense Department has put its ultimatum in writing that SEALs who are not vaccinated, including any who received a religious exemption or have natural immunity from having contracted the virus already, will not be able to deploy with their assigned teams, which will essentially end their careers as special operators.

Tim Parlatore, an attorney who helped secure the acquittal of Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher after he was charged with the murder of an ISIS prisoner, told the outlet he has confirmed that large numbers of SEALS are refusing the vaccine at this time.

“It’s in the hundreds. And it’s not the senior leadership. It’s all the shooters and it is going to have a huge impact,” Parlatore said. “If they continue with this asinine policy you are going to have the complete decimation of the SEAL teams,” he said.

Oh, there’s gonna be a “complete decimation” of a whole hell of a lot more than just that, bub. Compared to what’s just down the road for us all, the woes of a few hundred cornholed SEAL operators are gonna come to seem like some very small beer indeed. But does the Biden junta have yet another, harder slap in the face in store for America’s taken-for-granted Warrior Class, you ask? Three guesses, sez I.

The White House said it “strongly opposes” a provision in the 2022 defense spending bill that would block the Pentagon from dishonorably discharging a service member who refuses to get the COVID-19 vaccine.

A section in the House version of the National Defense Authorization Act would limit military commanders’ options for disciplining those who fail to comply with the vaccination mandate, the White House Office of Management and Budget said in a statement of administration policy Wednesday.

The Pentagon has described the vaccine mandate as a “lawful order” that must be obeyed.

“To enable a uniformed force to fight with discipline, commanders must have the ability to give orders and take appropriate disciplinary measures,” the White House said in a statement.

A DD, of course, deals a crippling, life-wrecking blow to the man hit with one. To wit:

A fucking D.D.?  Oh man, now that is a line that they don’t seem to understand what that means. A D.D. means like zero post-military bennies, in fact it’s like getting a felony on the record. In fact it’s worse than a felony. They fucking lose all veterans’ benefits, and are forbidden from owning a firearm, working for the government and taking out bank loans. Typical reasons for dishonorable discharges include murder, rape, treason, etc. These are not trivial crimes, and dishonorable discharges are usually given only after a general court martial. And the consequences don’t stop after separation from the military, since it typically prevents the use of any military benefits, and is considered a felony in civilian life…that means no 2nd Amendment rights! Oh…good luck getting a job!

How very typical of the Biden junta. Strong-arm its opponents, use judicial contortions to punish them for daring to disagree with its edicts, and try to destroy their lives with the power of the federal government.

So servicemen who have done their duty, have served honorably in all other respects, but have a philosophical or religious objection to being forced to accept the CCP flu vaccination will be treated the same way as murderers and rapists and deserters?

Biden and the whores who pull his strings are without honor, have no concept of what honor is, cannot comprehend honorable actions, and simply assume that all Americans who act contrary to the junta’s desires are enemies of the state and should be crushed under the weight of its authority.

That’s the thing, though: we’re ALL “enemies of the State” now—the State as it currently exists, the illegitimate one that insidiously supplanted America That Was in the dead of night, by every manner of sneakthievery and skullduggery. I consider it to be a badge of honor myself, and so should the SEALs and all other soon-to-be-separated military personnel, SOF or otherwise. And with that in mind, there IS a potential silver lining here.

This has to be the stupidest fucking plan EVER implemented by ANY and ALL DotGov and DotMil in history. I mean Holy. Fucking. Shit. Not only are they going to purely gut the Special Operations Community, but then after busting their asses loyally, doing the dirtiest of deed for them, to not only cashier them all, but also essentially fuck them in the ass (with ground glass and sand, sans lube) on the way out the door in the form of “criminalizing them”.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah. That’ll work. I’m sure that they’ll take that news with a calm, measured response. Well, actually, the few SEALs I’ve interacted with? On a good day they tend to be the sleepy-eyed bored looking dude at the back of the room, who’s usually calculating how much effort it’ll take to kill every one in the aforementioned room. So, yeah, it’ll be calm and measured. But NOT in the way I think these idiots think it’ll happen. Just short of locking the SEALs up, we’re talking for real no-shit trained unmerciful killers.  

And by literally criminalizing “freedom of choice” and “my body, my choice” in DIRECT violation of the Nurnberg codes, whelp, In my fictional world, three SEAL Teams in concert could wreak absolute havoc in an incredibly short period of time. Hell, a Direct Assault of the Capitol by one Team, killing as they go, and the Senate and congress hit simultaneously by another Team? Or even a simple “decapitation strike” on the White House? I mean these guys? The “regular fuzz” to include even the Secret Service are not prepared to do anything other than to become “good Feds” i.e. dead as doornails IF the SEALs decide to turn them into “good Feds”. Literally there ain’t no “quit” in them. I could realistically see it.  

If anything, IF the SEALs went “full retard” I could literally visualize the cops, standing on the stairs of the Capitol Building listening to the gunshots, screams, grunts, explosions, and not doing a fucking thing. Like standing there, waiting. Watching torrents of blood run in rivers down the marble stairs and saying to each other “I ain’t paid near the fuck enough to go in there for anything.” and waiting for the noise to die down. Then, as the noise tapers and stops, a platoon sized element of blood soaked warriors walk out the door, covered in gore, gobbets of flesh, weapons shouldered and smoking, and look at the cops and the leader says something: “Don’t make us come back…” and walks off, unmolested.

Know what’s keeping me awake nights of late? Wondering whether all this fuck-uppery should be thought of as a real-life demonstration of “they know not what they do” in action—just the core, marrow-deep stupidity endemic throughout Mordor on the Potomac in full effect—or not. The hotter the dumpster fire burns, the more it all—ALL of it, I mean, from the Biden Bugout to the border boobery to the fifty-megaton backfire of (Not)Vaxx fascism, the whole damned goatfuck ENTIRE—begins to look to me as if it simply COULDN’T be happenstance, bad luck, or mere incompetence.

No, this HAS to be some sort of a plan, an op they’re running on us. Doesn’t it? I suppose it might barely be possible that these Deep State/Biden junta klowns are indeed this mind-blowingly, hamfistedly D-M-U-B, yes. BARELY. But really now, how LIKELY can that be? Because if they ARE that stupid, they’d have to be unable to tie their own shoes, feed themselves, or come in out of the rain—much less scheme, claw, and back-stab their way up to the highest-level positions in the most powerful, amoral, and blackhearted tyranny the world has ever known.

But if it IS some kind of plan or op, then what on earth do our would-be Masters intend to achieve by it? What is the desired outcome of all this, how do they define success? Is instigating flailing, mindless, widespread and ongoing chaos the whole point?

Whatever the behind-the-scenes truth of the matter may be—whether this is an ingenious plan worthy of The Insidious Dr Fu Manchu himself, or the kind of clumsy anarchy only a rubber-room-wardful of board-certified, one hundred and ninety proof retards could possibly contrive—things are obviously NOT going well for them. For one thing, it’s apparent they’ve been caught on the weak foot by the sudden almighty blast of real resistance to them, which is only going to grow and worsen from here. By tightening their grip on our throats, they create the very conditions that will bring them down. It’s one of history’s most fulsome ironies: that the bane of all tyrants, sooner or later, is tyranny itself.

The nature of government is force

And also theft.

If you break a religious rule, your conscience is supposed to punish you, if you break one of society’s rules, people cluck their tongues or shun you. But government doesn’t deal in intangibles. Break a government rule and it throws you into a reinforced concrete prison with real iron bars. It hires full-time skilled employees, at your expense, to catch you, lock you in, and watch you, plus (if you try to escape) expert marksmen, to shoot you with bullets you paid for…

The government buys all manner of things—and no expense is spared. Government has an unlimited source of income as long as the citizens have an ounce of strength left to work. Government spending is limited only by the boundaries of human greed. No one has ever found the limits of human greed, but our government is constantly exploring the frontiers, forever pushing them further outward. It is hard to believe that the politicians can actually find ways to spend all the money they appropriate, in the time allotted. Our government may have a secret bank account in Switzerland, in case it has to leave the country in a hurry.

Most amazing of all is the way a government gets its funds. It’s a new twist on an old obsession: Our money burns a hole in their pocket. When religion needs money, it passes a collection plate and lets you decide how much to give, if anything. When society needs money, a silver-haired matron rings your doorbell, and you are free to say you gave at the office. The geejy bird [government] has a better system; each year it figures out exactly how much the public will stand for—short of actual armed rebellion—and spends it in advance. Then on April 15 it says, “You pay or go to jail.” Belonging to a government is like having your credit card stolen.

“Taxation is theft!” rises the cry from thousands of freedom lovers. And it is so, if viewed through the lens of direct comparison. After all, what practical difference is there between the highwayman who points a gun at you and says “Your money or your life,” and the IRS agent who assesses you for some obscene amount he says you “owe,” and tells you to pay or go to prison? It’s just that the latter thief has the majesty of “the law” behind him – and did you get any say in that? I didn’t.

Me neither. Then again, in accordance with its nature, government never asks. It tells. Francis includes a few more examples of government’s thieving nature, to which I would like to append this one:

After the FBI seized Joseph Ruiz’s life savings during a raid on a safe deposit box business in Beverly Hills, the unemployed chef went to court to retrieve his $57,000. A judge ordered the government to tell Ruiz why it was trying to confiscate the money.

It came from drug trafficking, an FBI agent responded in court papers.

Ruiz’s income was too low for him to have that much money, and his side business selling bongs made from liquor bottles suggested he was an unlicensed pot dealer, the agent wrote. The FBI also said a dog had smelled unspecified drugs on Ruiz’s cash.

The FBI was wrong. When Ruiz produced records showing the source of his money was legitimate, the government dropped its false accusation and returned his money.

Ruiz is one of roughly 800 people whose money and valuables the FBI seized from safe deposit boxes they rented at the U.S. Private Vaults store in a strip mall on Olympic Boulevard.

Federal agents had suspected for years that criminals were stashing loot there, and they assert that’s exactly what they found. The government is trying to confiscate $86 million in cash and a stockpile of jewelry, rare coins and precious metals taken from about half of the boxes.

But six months after the raid, the FBI and U.S. attorney’s office in Los Angeles have produced no evidence of criminal wrongdoing by the vast majority of box holders whose belongings the government is trying to keep.

Some lawyers for box holders say the government’s entire operation is a “money grab” to acquire tens of millions of dollars for the Justice Department through forfeiture. A spokesman for the U.S. attorney’s office denied that and said some of the money it recovers will go to crime victims.

In civil forfeitures, no criminal conviction is required. The government just needs to prove that it’s more likely than not that the money or property it seeks to confiscate was linked to criminal activity.

In warrants authorizing the search and seizure of all “business equipment” at U.S. Private Vaults, U.S. Magistrate Steven Kim placed strict limits on the government, explicitly barring federal agents from searching the contents of each box for evidence of criminal wrongdoing.

In the warrant application, submitted by Assistant U.S. Atty. Andrew Brown, a statement by FBI agent Lynne Zellhart assured Kim that agents’ inspection of each box would “extend no further than necessary to determine ownership” so that belongings could be returned once the government took an inventory of the property seized.

Box holder lawsuits allege that those promises were false and that agents, with no probable cause, intended from the start to rummage through the boxes looking for evidence in the criminal investigation.

Which is, of course, true.

“They pulled a bank heist in broad daylight,” Ruiz said. “They didn’t even apologize.”

The incurable incompetence, corruption, and moral rot of the Federal Bureau of Investigation was on full display last week.

Within a 24-hour period, some of America’s toughest female athletes recounted to a Senate committee their painful tales of how the FBI ignored evidence that team doctor Larry Nassar was a sexual predator, and a powerful attorney who colluded with the FBI to concoct one of the most animating chapters of the Trump-Russia collusion fiction was indicted for lying to federal officials.

Overlap in the two cases is more than ironic, it’s illustrative: Michael Sussman, a lawyer for Perkins Coie, the law firm that was working on behalf of the Hillary Clinton campaign, met with the FBI’s general counsel in September 2016 to plant a false story about Donald Trump’s financial ties to a Russian bank. That same month, the Indianapolis Star broke the story of how Nassar, the longtime physician for the USA Gymnastics team, had sexually abused several female gymnasts. One victim filed a lawsuit after the FBI refused to investigate complaints made to at least two FBI field offices in 2015 and 2016.

But the FBI at that time was too preoccupied with protecting Hillary Clinton to deal with a monster who had systematically raped nearly 300 female American athletes. (As Lee Smith recently noted, the FBI “has been used for a quarter of a century as the place to clean up the Clintons’ dirt.”)

Infuriatingly, Wray fired only one agent involved in the Nassar fiasco—and the man was fired the week before the Senate hearing, six years after he first interviewed Maroney. “Someone perhaps more cynical than I would conclude it was this hearing here staring the FBI in the face that prompted that action,” Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) said to Wray.

But what ails the FBI cannot be solved with a few firings. It cannot be solved with more congressional oversight or threats to cut federal funding. The moral rot that infects the agency from top to bottom renders the agency unsalvageable.

“This conduct by these FBI agents…who are expected to protect the public is unacceptable, disgusting, and shameful,” Maggie Nichols, the gymnast who first reported Nassar’s crimes to the FBI, told the committee.

Her description, however, applies to the entire FBI—an institution with no shame, no remorse, and no accountability. There’s no fix for that.

Au contraire, Jules, NOT true. I can think of one straightaway—a fix which I positively guarantee will do the job quite nicely, with almost no real effort, inconvenience, or delay. Very inexpensive, too, requiring nothing in the way of equipment other than 1) a box of matches for the HQ building in Quantico; 2) a jerrycan of gasoline and several cans of Sterno; and 3) some salt for the earth on which the accursed building presently stands. Throw in a few lengths of stout chain and some padlocks for the doors to keep any of the bipedal rats inside from escaping and you’ll still be well within the bounds of what most of us would deem a reasonable budget, especially when balanced against the tremendous benefit the project would bring.

For the life of me, I can’t think what on earth we’re waiting for.

There’s also a CIA training compound and shooting range not far away from there, if I recall correctly. Which I probably don’t; my memory is NOT to be trusted these days, I’m afraid.

Massive Development in Victoria, Australia – Major Trade Union CFMEU Goes To War Against Union Leadership and Politicians Over Mandated Vaccinations – Premier Daniel Andrews Shuts Down Industry
The Construction, Forestry, Maritime, Mining and Energy Union (CFMEU) has declared war against their own leadership, John Setka (left, circled), for not fighting against the mandatory COVID vaccine.  As he was attempting to hunker down in his office headquarters, union boss John Setka physically came under attack from his own union membership over his political relationship with Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews.

This is the U.S. equivalent of AFL-CIO members launching a violent uprising against former union President Richard Trumka; and then Trumka running to Joe Biden for help and protection from his own membership.

The CFMEU members are the heavy-hitting blue-collar construction and dirty fingernail workers, and the leadership of the CFMEU are the thug-like mobsters who run the union.

Just like the AFL-CIO or UAW in America, the union leadership in Australia is politically corrupt and disconnected from the members they serve. Earlier today (AU-time), the union members organized to confront the union leadership.

When CFMEU union boss John Setka tried to weasel his way out of the confrontation things turned violent. The members have had enough of the lockdowns, ridiculous COVID regulations and now the forced vaccinations. Setka shouted, “What do you want me to do, shut it down?” The members erupted in cheers. Yes, that is exactly what they want.

The trade union members recognize their leadership is politically corrupt and supporting the totalitarian rules of the government. After things turned violent, Setka was forced to retreat to his office and position his foot-soldiers at the doors to protect him. The members launched a full frontal assault on the building, smashing windows, throwing bottles and forcing Setka’s thugs to run back inside.

Trapped and under assault from his own members, John Setka called for police and riot squads to rescue him from his own members. The riot police showed up in their ninja turtles uniforms and started firing rubber bullets and tear gas at the angry union members in the crowd. The workers fought back as hundreds of police units arrived to secure the building and attempt to form a defensive ring around the CFMEU building. Suffice to say, John Setka and Premier Daniel Andrews clutched their pearls and called the angry union workers a violent mob.

In an attempt to save face and give the appearance of having control over the situation; in a transparently political move; Premier Daniel Andrews then announced a retaliatory shutdown of the Victorian construction industry for two weeks. Essentially Daniels is trying to lockdown the CFMEU members, before the CFMEU members could strike.

Daniels and Setka know the members have the power in this scenario – so, they are trying to avoid the political optic of having the construction industry workers strike and lock down the economy, by being proactive and shutting down the industry. It is a face saving maneuver meant to give the illusion of power. However, shutting down the industry is what the union members wanted Union President Setka to do.

Is that all, you ask? No, it most certainly is NOT all.

Animals certainly fits, although it wasn’t merely “their country” they disgraced, but humanity itself. That these two rançid curs could find it within themselves to even think of dowsing with Hellfire-juice an innocuous old woman who would surely have conjured, in the minds of better men, memories of home-baked cookies and joyous childhood Christmases at the home and hearth of their own dear Grandmas is all the confirmation needed of the dominance of pure evil in the mental makeup of these two excrescences. Anyone possessed of the slightest trace of compassion and conscience would have checked fire and passed on by rather than damn themselves to Hell’s hottest corner the way they did.

But no. Incomprehensible as it must be to every decent, non-evil human being, the humane thing is of course NOT what they chose to do. Maybe this grotesque contravention of everything the words “police officer” used to mean to the general public had its roots in the increasing estrangement of LEOs from said public. Perhaps they hold a sick, perverse misperception of what police work ought and ought not to entail. Whatever the case may be, this is a mindset that of right ought to render every cop who indulges it totally unfit to work in the field. Worse yet, whatever convoluted mind-path these sadistic thugs had to walk in order to get themselves to a place where such an attack seemed kosher and in order to them is a much darker omen—because any man capable of following such a path isn’t just unfit to be a cop. The decent, the honorable, and the civilized tolerates his presence among them at their own peril.

Funny, that. It’s just the opposite of my reaction. I think it’s one of the prouder moments in Australian history, especially after gun confiscations.

The only thing that would have made it prouder would have been for them to have shot the cops.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—The Federal Bureau of Investigation is disappointed by the low attendance at the D.C. rally they organized for Trump supporters today.

In spite of the FBI’s best efforts to lure a bunch of angry MAGA insurrectionists to the Capitol this weekend, only a few hundred FBI agents dressed as MAGA insurrectionists showed up.

“Ivermectin! Get your hot, fresh Ivermectin HEEEERRRRE!” cried one agent selling bootleg Ivermectin tablets from Tractor Supply Company. Unfortunately, he only made a couple of sales to a few other FBI agents from other field offices he didn’t recognize.

“Greetings, fellow Trump supporters,” said another agent. “Let’s go insurrect the government, shall we, fellas? Maybe kidnap Gretchen Whitmer? Whadaya say boys? Say—I sure do love racism!” He was then immediately tackled by three other FBI agents who dragged him to an unmarked van.

Another field agent passed out flyers for a “Super Secret Satanic Pedophile Meeting”, but was sad to find there were no takers, except one lady named Hillaria Clintonania.

Confirmed: Armed Man Arrested at J6 Rally is Federal Officer – US Attorney’s Office in DC Will Not Prosecute

No, of course they won’t.

A federal law enforcement officer was arrested carrying a gun at Saturday’s rally at the U.S. Capitol billed to support the suspects charged in January’s insurrection but will not be prosecuted.

The 27-year-old New Jersey man is an officer with U.S. Customs and Border Protection. He was arrested by Capitol Police for illegally possessing a gun on the grounds of the Capitol after people in the crowd reported seeing him with a handgun and notified nearby officers.

Generally, under federal law, law enforcement officers are given reciprocity to legally carry their weapons in other states, even those with restrictive gun laws. But the law has an exemption for government property or military bases where it is illegal to carry a gun, like the U.S. Capitol.

A spokesman for the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington said prosecutors were “not moving forward with charges” but did not provide additional information about the decision.

Two law enforcement officials said the officer was not at the rally in any official capacity.

Trust us on that. No, really, you guys!

Bottom line: As the US has now inarguably completed the transition from the Dysfunctional Republic category into straight-up Illegitimate Tyranny status, Patriots should consider showing up at only one final rally, protest, or mass gathering of any kind held in or near Mordor On The Potomac, capital city of the Occupation Government. And that last time, all attendees of said rally, protest, whatever, should NOT forget to bring the guns along. Until that day arrives, there is no longer a single, solitary reason for any Real American to risk showing his face anywhere near the God-forsaken place…and one helluva lot of excellent reasons NOT to.

A war is coming. I have heard it argued that this war must be avoided; that it is “exactly what the establishment wants.” I disagree. I think globalists like those at the World Economic Forum certainly want enough chaos to provide cover for the implementation of their global “Reset” agenda, but they don’t want a full blown rebellion. They only want events in which the outcome is controllable or predictable – They do not want a massive organized resistance that might surprise them.

Ultimately it doesn’t matter because the war is already at our doorstep. A person has two choices: Fight or be enslaved. There is no third option. There is no walking away. There is no hiding from it and there is no passive solution to it.

Joe Biden’s recent declaration of a federal level nationwide vaccine mandate has all but ensured that conflict is inevitable. Why?  Because it is the first major step towards a two-tier society in which the unvaxxed are cut out of the economy. The next step? Forced vaccinations under threat of fines and imprisonment, the threat of confiscation of one’s children, or vaccination at the barrel of a gun. Needless to say, this was not at all surprising to me. In December of last year I published an article titled ‘If You Thought 2020 Was Bad, Watch What Happens In 2021’, stating that:

“There will then be a major push to require medical passports proving a person is not infected to enter into any public place. This means submission to 24/7 contact tracing or getting a new vaccine whenever ordered to. Basically, your life will be under the total control of state or federal governments if you want to have any semblance of returning to your normal life…..New mutations of COVID-19 will be conveniently found every year from now on, meaning the public will have to get new vaccinations constantly, and medical tyranny will never go away unless people take an aggressive stand.”

I have also mentioned often in the past that Biden WOULD institute federal level vaccines mandates and possibly even Level 4 lockdowns. We are not to the point yet of lockdowns by executive order, but the Biden Administration is trying to dive headlong into the control agenda with an executive order stating that all businesses in the US with 100 employees or more must require those employees to provide proof of vaccination or demand employees show a negative covid test weekly (which will be impossible for most people). In other words, the Orwellian rise of vaccine passports has officially begun in the US.

Not only was Biden’s announcement an utter violation of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it was also condescending and vitriolic towards Americans who refuse to become guinea pigs for the experimental and untested vaccines. Biden suggested that the establishment “Has been patient, but their patience is wearing thin.”

I have to say, Biden is in for a shock if he thinks we care.

The biggest question is – Why should anyone submit to covid mandates at all? Mandates are not laws, they are color of law restrictions without legal merit. The bottom line? Unconstitutional orders are not to be followed. This leads us to the state and local strategies for fighting back against the federal passport mandates. Let’s get into it:

Follows, a list of suggested tacks to take, some of them a bit obvious, some having been put forth in several places already. Those I won’t go into now, other than to say that I have no real problem with any of ’em. These next, though, I particularly like, the last one most of all:

Confiscate Federal Lands And Resources
Any state that is cut off from its rightful share of tax dollars can easily claim domain over federal lands and the resources on them. It is the EPA restrictions on these lands that have been unfairly used to kill numerous industries across the country. With proper management, these resources can be used to revitalize state economies and offset any federal funds lost.

Offer Businesses Federal Tax Exemptions If They Relocate
Red states can also punish the federal government by stopping IRS tax collections within their borders and turning the tables on Biden. Numerous businesses would be itching to escape Biden’s high tax rates and would bring jobs and wealth into red states, leaving the conformist blue states in the dust.

Boot Federal Agencies Out Of The State Or County
Local law enforcement is refusing to enforce mandates in many places, which is a good start, but eventually sheriffs and communities may have to remove federal presence entirely in order to stop violations if civil liberties.

Offer Safe Havens For Military Personnel That Go AWOL To Avoid Forced Vaccination
A large percentage of soldiers say they will not comply with federal vax requirements and this is completely understandable given the evidence I just presented above. It would be to the benefit of red states to offer protection for soldiers that leave the military based on the principle of health autonomy. Perhaps they could even help in forming state militias…

Heh. That’s the spirit—undermine the tyrant even as he’s trying8 to undermine you. Better still, Brandon’s finale waxes downright obstreperous.

Unify For Defense
If Biden and the globalists continue to push for medical tyranny in states and counties that do not want it, there will eventually be calls for secession. There will also be attempts by blue states to restrict the travel of people from red states using covid passport checkpoints. We all know this is coming. All conservative counties should be organizing localized security through public militias, and state governments should be thinking along these lines as well. If there’s one thing authoritarians HATE more than anything else it is suffering the existence of free neighbors. They will try to stop us from being free, and we must be ready to answer their violence with our own.

Finally, I would like to speak to Joe Biden directly, since Joe was so keen on personally addressing us:

Joe, let me clarify this in the simplest terms possible so that you can grasp it – You are not important. You are not a lawmaker and you are not a ruler, you are an employee of the American people, that is all your are supposed to be. And though you may wish to be a dictator, that’s not going to happen. We will not allow it. I realize that you are a puppet and that your globalist handlers make most of your decisions and write most of your statements for you, so you can pass this message on to them as well: WE WILL NOT COMPLY. It’s not going to happen. Get used to the idea.

We are peaceful people and always have been. Our tolerance of your trespasses thus far is proof of that. But do not mistake our peacefulness as weakness. If you keep coming after us, you will regret it. We will teach you an important lesson in humility; a lesson you and your elitist friends sorely need and will not enjoy. This is a promise.

The animating contest of freedom

Peace at any price is no kind of bargain.

If the 9/11 terrorists were alive today to look at the changes they wrought in America with that one act, on that one day, how could they be anything but delighted? If the goal was just to kill Americans, they were successful. If the goal was to warp and distort the fabric of American life, they were successful beyond their wildest dreams. They succeeded in that because we decided that safety was more important than anything else.

If our founders had valued safety over freedom we’d still be British. And I suspect an increasing number of academics, intellectual elites, and government bureaucrats wouldn’t see the harm in that—one country, they think, is very much like another. Life in Canada isn’t so different from life here, etc., etc.

And that brings us to the coronavirus. This disease is not, as some thoughtless people have claimed, our generation’s “World War II”: For one thing, you can’t have a war without fighting back. It is rather another 9/11—a successful attack on the American way of life. The attack comes from China this time. But the results are similar:

Joe Biden said on September 9, just two days before the 20th anniversary of September 11, that he would force everyone to get the vaccine, and seek to punish those who do not: “This is not about freedom or personal choice. It’s about protecting yourself and those around you.” That sentence, among the most disgusting ever spoken by an American president, is music to the ears of the Chinese Communist Party. It’s music to the ears of the Taliban. It’s music to the ears of every America-hating bastard everywhere, including those who were born and live here and who are teaching our children in school to hate America.

A few months ago, you were a conspiracy theorist for suggesting that vaccine passports would even be considered. Today, you’re a conspiracy theorist for suggesting there might be something wrong with the idea.

Joe Biden’s America is America in name only, just as he himself is president in name only. You see people driving around alone in their cars wearing masks on their faces—so terrified of getting sick that they have become sickness itself. They wouldn’t have been willing to fight World War II. They’re peace-at-any-pricers: the people who would have been willing to accept a Nazified Europe in exchange for Hitler’s agreement to let Britain continue existing. (There were plenty of those people in Britain at the time; thank God they were not in charge.)

So I’m not going to get the vaccine. I’m not going to wear a mask, anywhere. If someone asks me whether I’ve been vaccinated, I’ll tell him the truth: That it’s none of his business.

If you prefer safety to freedom, that’s your choice: It’s a free country. You can even tell me “screw your freedom,” as a once-popular actor recently said. But I reserve the right to make my own choices too, and I’m for freedom. Freedom at any price. That is the essence of America.

Myself, I’m just happy to finally run across a column that acknowledges the plain fact that, just as American liberty could never have been secured without violence, it likewise cannot be maintained should any generation of the Founders’ posterity foreswear the use of violence in its defense. Calls for “freedom at any price” can only sound flat and flaccid when accompanied by such timorous, historically-illiterate backpedaling. Threats of “war” unsupported by any credible likelihood of follow-through harsher than rhetoric, lawsuits, and “voting” are no real threat at all, just empty bluster and bluff. And, as any poker player can tell you, bluffs will, sooner or later, get called.

Remember the other night, when I said that Field Marshall Lt Major Brigadier Superduper Obergruppenfuhrer His Most Awesome Almightiness Millicent’s several acts of treason, insubordination, and subversion, among various other heinous transgressions, were “the very textbook definition of ‘overstepping his authority'”? Well, today we had a live demonstration of the very textbook definition of the word “chutzpah.”

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Milley released a statement through a spokesman that confirmed the reporting in the new book Peril by Bob Woodward and Robert Costa that stated Milley had two conversations with his counterpart in the Chinese military that undermined President Trump and also a meeting Milley had with military leaders to insert himself into the nuclear launch command to subvert Trump’s authority as commander-in-chief after the January 6 riot at the Capitol.

Statement released by Joint Staff spokesman Col. Dave Butler:

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs regularly communicates with Chiefs of Defense across the world, including with China and Russia. These conversations remain vital to improving mutual understanding of U.S. national security interests, reducing tensions, providing clarity and avoiding unintended consequences or conflict.

His calls with the Chinese and others in October and January were in keeping with these duties and responsibilities conveying reassurance in order to maintain strategic stability. All calls from the Chairman to his counterparts, including those reported, are staffed, coordinated and communicated with the Department of Defense and the interagency.

Also in keeping with his responsibilities as senior military advisor to the President and Secretary of Defense, General Milley frequently conducts meetings with uniformed leaders across the Services to ensure all leaders are aware of current issues. The meeting regarding nuclear weapons protocols was to remind uniformed leaders in the Pentagon of the long-established and robust procedures in light of media reporting on the subject.

General Milley continues to act and advise within his authority in the lawful tradition of civilian control of the military and his oath to the Constitution.”

Signs, portents

Well, this certainly doesn’t sound very good.

Back in 2007, there were hints that a financial disaster were coming, it’s just that many of them were simply missed, even though they were obvious in hindsight. As a firefighter, I saw them: Multiple families living in brand new, expensive homes without a stick of furniture. They could barely make the payment on their adjustable rate balloon mortgage, so they certainly couldn’t afford furniture. All it took was an increase in gas prices to set off the entire mortgage collapse.

There are again signs of an impending financial disaster, and they are everywhere. For example:

My in-laws were in Maine for the summer. They returned last week. Just before they returned, my wife went over to their house to prepare it for their arrival. While she was there, she smelled something odd, like rotting garbage. The smell was coming from the refrigerator. Even though the display on the door said it was cold, it was not. All of the food had rotted.

After a rather nasty cleaning session, the in-laws returned home. They went shopping for a new refrigerator, and there were not many to be had. It turns out that there is no supply coming from overseas, where most of them are made. The ones that ARE getting through are not enough to meet demand. There are lengthy backorders.

Yet another sign that the economy is grinding to a halt is coming from the auto industry. GM and Ford have suspended the production of pickup trucks because of the shortage in computer chips. This is a disaster for Ford Motor Company. All Ford makes is trucks, SUVs, and the Mustang. Ford reports that its sales are down 32 percent.

Total Ford Motor Company sales during July 2021 decreased 32 percent from last July, selling only 120,053 units. Sales of cars were hit hardest, with a 78% reduction to 4,365 units. Trucks were down 38 percent to 72,574 units, and SUV sales dropped 35 percent to 43,114 units.

That news was bad enough, but was ever worse for August, as Ford sales dropped 33 percent in August from the same month last year.

If this is a disaster for Ford, it is also a disaster for the US economy. Ford is the 21st largest company in the USA, and GM is the 22nd.

We are seeing shortages in all sorts of things: supplies are hard to find. Chicken, lumber, microchips, gas, steel, metals, chlorine, and ketchup packets are all in short supply. We shut down the world’s economy, and it is not wanting to restart. We can’t even get people to return to work.

“Experts” can argue about it for months, but no matter the cause, the result is the same. This slowdown of the economy is going to continue for months, perhaps several years. How many businesses will fail as a result is anyone’s guess. One thing is for sure, though. The economy is going to get much, much worse. Inflation is going to increase markedly as the law of supply and demand begins to take hold. Once Suzy Soccermom figures out that there is a problem, expect panic buying and even more shortages as she begins to panic shop for things.

Another thing I spent most of last year shrieking about was the mind-bending catastrophe that must follow from the hamhanded attempt to assert control over a national economy far beyond the comprehension of ProPol hacks, whose negligible intelligence and ability are routinely dwarfed by their stupendous arrogance. Again and again, I insisted that the onset of this ruinous interference would likely be delayed at first, allowing time for the damage to slowly spread throughout the most effective prosperity-generation system ever known to man and, eventually, break the machine down completely. Even when Trump seemed to miraculously revivify the economy last fall, I felt the reprieve could only be temporary, kind of like the way terminal patients can rally unexpectedly and against all odds—inexplicably acting, looking, even feeling much better for about three days or so, before their condition drastically worsens and the patient finally succumbs. We are at an impasse. With incessant fear mongering over the latest covid variants and the government obsession with 100% vaccination, the pro- and anti-vaccine groups are squaring off .  It is a conflict between those who see their submission to the vaccination as a badge of personal responsibility and civic-mindedness versus those who see it as merely an excuse for authoritarianism. Unless pro-vax people choose to stand down and walk away from the fight, our economic future will grow increasingly unstable.

This is the foreboding backdrop of our economic tale, and it is important to keep in mind that the technocratic exploitation of the covid non-crisis as a push for supremacy is going to color EVERYTHING that happens in our financial system from now on. You cannot talk about our economic condition without including the effects of the pandemic theater.

I believe that the next year in particular is going to be adrenalized and chaotic beyond what we have already seen in 2020-2021. Like I said, there are two sides of America that are now completely opposed in almost every way. Something is going to snap, and I suspect this will happen in 12 months or less.
The U.S. economy is itself an underlying disaster in the making and in many ways the Covid issue is a convenient distraction away from a much larger threat.

The pandemic response has conjured an even greater crisis because the shutdowns of vast parts of the service sector led to trillions more in stimulus just to keep an array of businesses from closing permanently, let alone the trillions of dollars that are STILL being printed to boost unemployment checks.

All of this monetary trickery is going to end, and when it does, there will be a fiscal reckoning beyond anything the world has seen in centuries.

Here are some of the most immediate dangers as I see them in the next 12 months, and what they mean for our future…

Itemized analysis follows, all of it astute enough and also totally depressing, but the closer is what hammers in the proverbial Final Nail.

Vaccine Passports Will Be The Death Rattle Of Small Businesses
Small businesses make up around 50% of the U.S. retail market and are a big part of jobs numbers. I find it less than coincidental that nearly every single action on the part of the government in terms of the Covid response has led to a retail apocalypse that has eclipsed the small business sector while keeping the corporate retail sector alive. The last nail in the coffin for smaller service providers will be vaccine passports, if they are allowed to take root.

Biden’s latest and predictable announcement of a vaccine passport executive order apparently applies only to companies with 100 employees or more, but this represents a large number of small to moderate businesses, and if Biden gets his way ALL businesses will be included eventually.  I will be writing extensively on this in my next article.

Many retailers are already sounding the alarm over the fear of possible vaccine passports for customers because they know that they will lose at least half of their customer base in response. The enforcement of such rules would require extra costs that will grind down their profit margins. And let’s not forget that if a customer sneaks through security measures, that business might be held liable and fined into oblivion. It’s a lose/lose for business owners which means, again, that many thousands more businesses will close down.

America’s economy will be annihilated.

We all know that the government under Biden is not going to give up on vaccinations or the mandates. They will continue to press until they get what they want (or until the public stops them). Don’t get too comfortable in the relative calm that we have enjoyed until recently as far as Covid restrictions are concerned.

And, well, here we all are it comes.

A couple nights ago I said: You do not, MUST NOT EVER willingly lay Principle on the altar of Safety, no matter what cause, what purported emergency, is put forth as justification. Addendum: You do not, MUST NOT EVER allow people who have never run a private-sector business, met a payroll, or done an honest day’s work at a productive, useful job in their entire lives get their ignorant, incompetent mitts on the national ecosystem.

Of course, asking a ProPol to kindly refrain from meddling in affairs which are much too big for him is about as useful as asking a horse to fly; the question presupposes certain requisite traits which are nowhere in evidence among the species. In the case of despecta politicus, the absent trait is humility.

This is based on the theory that there are things quietly going on behind the scenes, that President Trump still has a hand in what is happening today.

Perhaps he is laying a giant trap for Democrats and the deep state establishment. Or perhaps the military is in control under the theory of devolution.

Or perhaps, this is all delusional wishful thinking.

Devolution is an interesting concept of continuity of government plans. Its purpose is to maintain government leadership in the event that constitutional successors are incapable or incapacitated. A small and select group of military leaders would be in charge, running a shadow government behind the scenes in the event of some catastrophe.

This scenario would have kicked in if the military believed that the COVID pandemic and electoral fraud were acts of war against the U.S. by foreign and domestic actors. Some have written extensively about devolution, telling a compelling story, but that is all it is, a wishful thinking story in contradiction to what we are seeing around us. If it turns out to be true, this past year will have been the greatest show of all time. But I’m not holding my breath.

Nor should you be. There is no savior coming to our rescue, no Knight in shining armor on a white charger galloping straight out of a fairy tale to slay our enemies and save our bacon at the last second for us. There’s only…us, and that’s absolutely it. If said bacon IS to be saved at the last second, we’re the ones who are gonna have to roll up our sleeves, harden our hearts, stiffen our spines, and get it done ourselves. T’was ever thus; t’will ever be thus. Which, actually, is no bad thing; if we had properly tended to the business of vigilantly safeguarding our sacred heritage of freedom, as our Founders explicitly instructed us to do, we wouldn’t be facing the difficult and uncertain struggle now before us.

There is much wishful thinking in the belief that “nothing can stop what is coming.” Maybe nothing is coming.

Was the election on the up and up? Did COVID provide the ideal excuse to change election laws at the last minute, against Constitutional provisions and the law, to facilitate fraud? If Biden really won 12 million more votes than Obama in 2012, why are we hearing chants of “F*** you Biden” at college football games, from college students who “turned out in droves” for Biden?

There were too many coincidences in late night vote-counting, stopping and starting, to say the election was fair and proper, but so what? This probably wasn’t the first dodgy election in America and certainly won’t be the last.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but until such evidence can be produced and acted upon, it’s all “hopium.”

There is no evidence of a Trump-led shadow government pulling the strings. Yet there are shadow websites like Real Raw News, telling us of arrests, tribunals, and executions of prominent people like James Comey, Tom Hanks, Susan Rice, and Hillary Clinton, people who appear in public days after their supposed execution.

At the same time, the Durham investigation plods along, with hopes of a reckoning for Spygate conspirators. Five years have gone by with zero real punishment for anyone involved in weaponizing America’s intelligence, law enforcement, and justice agencies against a presidential candidate and subsequent administration.

Trump likes to say, “I caught them all” which provides hope, but who exactly has been caught and what is their reckoning? So far that’s been a big zero. Without signs to back up the words, it’s all just hopeful talk.

Trump laid it out before the 2016 election in a powerful but little known speech where he said:

Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt political establishment with a new government controlled by you, the American People. There is nothing the political establishment will not do, and no lie they will not tell, to hold on to their prestige and power at your expense.

Yet here we are. Trump certainly tried, but it seems the “failed and corrupt political establishment” won, holding on to their “prestige and power”. It’s not for lack of trying but even the likes of Donald Trump as president was not enough to slay the deep state dragon as he was largely alone in his efforts in Washington D.C.

Maybe something is coming, maybe not. As America descends into Cloward-Piven chaos and a Marxist future, what will stop the disasters that keep coming and coming?

Only us. Like it or not, ready or not, up to the task or not—all are required to face the cold, hard truth of the thing: There’s no one else. There’s only us. Which is only meet and just; it was always our job anyway, our burden and responsibility, and will always will be.

Congress exempt from Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate
President Biden’s executive order mandating COVID-19 vaccines among all federal workers does not apply to members of Congress, the federal court system or their staffers.

Biden’s order Thursday mandating COVID-19 vaccinations among federal workers and contractors drops the option of regular testing and allows only some religious and disability exemptions. The order applies only to employees of the executive branch and does not apply to the legislative or judicial branches of government, the White House confirmed to Fox News.

Just one more datapoint confirming that these self-serving, insufferable cake-eaters don’t fear We The People anywhere NEAR enough, and badly need to be apprised of their error posthaste. Explicitly, vividly, and in a way that will have them jolting awake screaming in sweaty, gibbering terror every night for the rest of their worthless lives.

On principles and motivations

When you know the Who, the What, and the How, all that remains to suss out is the Why. Which, when it’s government under discussion, is never all that tough to do.

The question is on every thinking person’s minds – though the answer varies. What is this all about?

The Push for the Jab?

The most benign explanation is that they – the pharmaceutical cartels that wield shocking influence over the government – are determined to use the government they bought and paid for to get a return on their investment, via enshrining mandatory and universal forced-medicine. People are fools if they believe that this is a one-time thing.

I have been screaming into the wind for decades about the importance of understanding precedents. If they can make you do A then they can make you do A1. So, if it becomes a requirement that you roll up your sleeve for this Jab, you will be required to roll up your sleeve for future Jabs – and perhaps much more than just Jabs.

Which is exactly what I was screaming into the void about right from the “two weeks to flatten the curve” phase of the even-now-escalating Fauxvid scam: You do not, MUST NOT EVER willingly lay Principle on the altar of Safety, no matter what cause, what purported emergency, is put forth as justification. Period, full stop, end of story. Historically speaking, the purpose of an altar is sacrifice. Allow yourself to be gulled into forgetting that—even once, even momentarily—and whatever dear, imperiled thing placed thereupon will almost certainly be lost to you, for all time.

And, well, here we all are.

If, after all, the precedent is established that you must submit to a medical procedure because you might otherwise get sick and might otherwise get others sick, then other medical procedures will be similarly required – and justified on he same basis. If the precedent is accepted, there is no way to argue against such an expansion – the principle of the thing having been conceded.

It is like the income tax, or the property tax on your home or any other tax. If the principle is accepted that you “owe” the government a penny because the government decrees you “owe” it a penny, what is to prevent it from decreeing you “owe” it a dollar? If the precedent is allowed to stand that the government can just take your penny, there is no principled objection to it taking more.

There may well be more to it than just money – and the control it will enable over the lives of every American who is compelled to work in order to earn his daily bread. We certainly know it is not about our “health,” a fatuity that would be funny were it not for the tens of thousands of deaths and serious, life-altering Adverse Events (as these are styled) that are undeniably associated with the Jab. It is ridiculous – it is evil – to demand that people who are perfectly healthy and whose health is in little, if any, serious jeopardy from a sickness that does not kill 99.8-something percent of the healthy population take the risk of being Jabbed.

Imagine the government ordering people to buy and drive a car that has racked up a body count even 1 percent of the total reported to VAERS – the Vaccine Adverse Reporting System. Well, take that back. The government has effectively ordered people to buy and drive electric cars – which present a known and inherent risk of fire, due to the nature of high-capacity electric car batteries and the known fire risk associated with “fast” charging them. The government has also turned a blind eye to the known risk of defective air bags, which it recalled but which it also refused to allow to be disabled until they could be replaced.

The reason for that being the precedent that would be set, if it did allow it. The government cannot admit error anymore than Dracula can sunbathe. It would be to concede non-omniscience. That it does not always know best. That its decisions sometimes result in…adverse effects.

Let’s just make it another of Mike’s Iron Laws: Place not your trust in government. For it is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant, and a fearful master; never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action.

I don’t give a damn whether Washington said those last lines or not, they’re still true, and ought always to be kept foremost in mind.

Lessons learned

All of them harsh, ugly, unsettling ones.

Some days back a friend asked me what we have learned twenty years after 9/11. I sent these answers:

1) That our enemies have taken our measure, and we never took theirs. Bin Laden’s strategic predictions vis a vis Afghanistan and the United States have been vindicated: 9/11 was for the other side a massive, generational strategic success.

2) That the entire American governing apparatus is incapable of real strategic thought.

3) That the federal government of the United States is much more inventive, determined, and relentless in curbing its own citizenry than it is in curbing those who would slaughter that citizenry.

4) That the federal government of the United States will allow foreign-power interests — specifically Saudi and Pakistani — to override and eclipse the just interests of the American citizenry.

5) The preceding item exists, of course, because we are ruled by an elite with much stronger social ties to other elites than to the people of our republic.

6) That our generational response to 9/11 guarantees that 9/11 will happen again and again.

This twentieth anniversary is even more depressing and cruel than they usually are. We didn’t suffer as a lot of Americans did that day — my wife made it out of Lower Manhattan alive, for one thing — but because we are Americans, we suffered. Our leadership class was utterly incompetent to the moment, and remained so for the succeeding generation. Today we have inflicted upon us the twin bookends of blundering who mark the two-decade span. In Pennsylvania, President George W. Bush speaks: the man who cared more for Saudis than Americans while the fires still burned, who abandoned the hunt for the immediate perpetrator mere weeks after the massacre, and who cynically leveraged the moment to pursue his own disastrous projects. In Manhattan, President Joe Biden speaks: the lone figure of significance who opposed the raid to get Osama Bin Laden, and the man who presided over the shameful humiliation of defeat in Afghanistan.
A healthy and virtuous republican citizenry would shun them, and erase their names from the record.

Some questions arise. Now that we’ve decided it’s fine for Al Qaeda and the Taliban to have a country of their own again, can we at least abolish the TSA? Now that we’ve given Al Qaeda and the Taliban a stupendous cache of arms and ammunition, can we eliminate all federal gun-control law? Now that we’ve decided we have a community of interest with the Taliban — including its Al Qaeda elements — can we release everyone jailed on account of January 6th?

Hey, just asking. It hardly seems unreasonable for Americans to ask Washington, D.C., for treatment as generous as Washington, D.C., accords the terrorist movements who slaughtered thousands of us in our own streets.

Not gonna happen, which, as his bitter sarcasm indicates, the author well knows already. Things having worked out so swimmingly for our oppressors, with authoritarian tyranny so comfortably settled in and secure on American shoulders, it’s obvious our masters learned a few useful lessons themselves. Out of all of them, the rewards gained from the mutually-reinforcing virtues of patience and single-mindedness would have to be near the top of the list.

Getting schooled updated! More damning and damaging are the lessons we DIDN’T learn.

America has not learned the lessons of 9/11. The lessons were lost as they were being learned.

Foreign pressure on political leaders in Washington, intellectual laziness or dishonesty in the intelligence community, and political correctness-turned-wokeness made it so.

American society repeated those unlearned lessons as the global pandemic spread from China.

The unlearned lesson goes like this: Trust your instincts about who was responsible for crimes perpetrated against you. Ask tough questions to find out who was behind them, and ruthlessly hold those top enablers accountable. Suspect those who deny the obvious and who discourage honest inquiry. Resist those who abuse their authority and erode constitutional rights in a misguided quest for “security” and “safety.” If you see something, say something loudly and ceaselessly.

In both man-made cataclysms, powerful foreign interests imposed extraordinary pressure to prevent the American public from demanding that the obvious funders and state sponsors be held accountable.

This is not a partisan issue.

The George W. Bush Administration actively discouraged its political allies at home from asking questions about the then-Saudi regime’s state and family-sponsorship of jihadist movements. It refused to entertain questions about involvement of the jihadist regime of Qatar.

For certain, al-Qaeda did not represent the beliefs of many of the world’s Muslims and Islamic clerics and scholars.

Oh? Name three. Go ahead, I’ll wait.

But it absolutely reflected the beliefs of elements of the Saudi regime of the time, and the entire Qatar regime then as now, to say nothing of the international Muslim Brotherhood that they funded.

In a goodwill bid toward Muslim people everywhere, Bush gave his “religion of peace” speech at the Islamic Center in Washington, D.C. All well and good. And all proper wartime public diplomacy.

And all a lie, every damned word of it. It was the opening class in Unlearned Lessons 101, a course of instruciton for which the syllabus might easily read: Never go to war against an enemy you’re forbidden to call by his rightful name.

So here we are, 20 years after the jihadist terrorist attacks that redefined our country, triggered a global techno-security system with endless mission creep, handing over our Afghanistan sacrifices to the Taliban and Xi Jinping.

We failed to learn the lessons necessary for victory. And as we don our toylike masks and fight one another over whether or not to take experimental vaccines, and enter everybody into an ever-growing global database, we fail yet again to understand those who attacked us all.

Even though, in our inner consciences, we understand very well.

Well, some of us anyway. As prep for our final exams, we will discover how many of us do, and whether that number will be high enough for a passing grade.

BREAKING: Biden Rages At Unvaccinated Americans During Angry Speech; Says He’s “Frustrated” As He Enforces New Mandates
On Thursday, Joe Biden further divided the nation by saying that he “understands” the anger and frustration towards Americans who are weary of the vaccine. He then doubled down and blamed the unvaccinated for all the covid-related problems in our country.

“Our patience is wearing thin,” Biden threatened. “Your refusal has cost all of us”, he added.

He then stoked more anger against the unvaccinated, saying that 200 million Americans+ are “frustrated” with Americans who have decided not to get vaccinated.

Biden said the vaccinated are doing the “right thing”, implying that the unvaccinated are doing the “wrong thing”, putting a target on the back of 80 million Americans.

At another point, Biden told the unvaccinated to “be prepared to pay.”

Well, somebody is gonna pay for this, yeah. We’ll find out who it ends up being soon enough, fuckface.

Honestly though, I must confess that Occupation Government El Jefe Faux Jaux Biden made several statements today with which—UNEXPECTED!!!™—I am in complete agreement (in bold):

What more is there to wait for? What more do you need to see? We’ve made vaccinations free, safe, and convenient,” Biden continued. “We’ve been patient but our patience is wearing thin and your refusal has cost all of us,” Biden intoned.

“Free, safe, and convenient?” Well, one out of three (free, that would be) ain’t bad, and marks a tremendous improvement on Jaux’s usual ratio. But yeah, patience has definitely worn thin for a lot of us out here, and it’s nearly impossible to find any reason to stay our hand. Jaux’s explicit threat to use authority which the federal junta in no legal sense possesses, in order to bend the arms of defiant free-state governors *cough cough DeSantis cough cough* up between their shoulder blades should they refuse to immediately bend the knee was a nice touch, too.

He also issued a veiled threat to Republican governors who have resisted imposing tyrannical measures on their constituents. “If these governors won’t help us beat the pandemic, I’ll use my power as president to get them to,” he said.

The US Constitution grants the president no such power. Lucky for ol’ Jaux, said Constitution has long since been rendered null and void. But hark! Do mine ears perceive the faint stirrings of resistance from unlikely, long-slumbering corners?

Biden’s draconian mandate on employers has inspired some pointed responses from Republicans.

Yawn. Who the fuck cares. You want “pointed” from a Repub, there’s but one place to bother looking for it. And it assuredly is not Vichy GOPers like Kevin McRINO.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis responded to Biden’s draconian mandates during a press conference Thursday afternoon.

“How could we get to the point in this country where you would not let them earn a living because of their choice on the vaccine? I just think that’s fundamentally wrong. I do not believe that people should lose their jobs over this issue, and we will fight that,” he said.

“I just think that the more this becomes coercive, where people have threatened mandates, and firing, and business consequences, the more he does that, the more people it alienates,” DeSantis added.  “I do not believe people should lose their jobs over this issue, and we will fight that.”

DeSantis went on to say that he didn’t think the White House had the authority to impose a rule like that on employers.

“We would obviously support protections for people who just want to earn a living,” he said.

And with that sweet, sweet DeSantis-trademark defiance—I WILL NOT COMPLY, JOE, AND YOU CAN GO AND FUCK YOURSELF—America’s Governor yet again makes it clear that, one way or another, all freedom-loving Real Americas are going to wind up relocating to the Sunshine State for the last desperate stand. But hark! again. Do mine ears perceive another roar of defiance? Why yes, I believe they do.


Well said, JD, and right on the button. There’s been a groundswell of disapproval and distrust for Vance of late in certain Alt-American quarters for various reasons, some of which I can maybe understand. But I can’t honestly say I concur with that; I have no real problem with JD myself, and Lord knows he’s on the beam on this one. Meanwhile, Tyler Durden puts a little meat on the bare bones above for us.

Update (1452ET): President Biden will speak at 5pm ET, where he is expected to announce what’s already been leaked – that most federal workers and contractors will be required to get vaccinated after a 75-day ‘ramp-up’ period. If workers decline to receive shots in that time frame, they will be subject to termination.

“We would like to be a model for what we think other business and organizations should do around the country,” said White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki.

Further, Biden is expected to announce that the Department of Labor will compel employers with over 100 workers to mandate vaccines, or weekly testing.

Employers who don’t abide by the new policy will face “substantial fines up to nearly $14,000 per violation,” according to a senior Biden official (via PBS). What’s more, Biden will require health care workers at hospitals which take Medicare and Medicaid to be vaccinated – impacting over 17 million workers.

As resistance to President Biden’s booster-shot push grows, it appears the administration is – just as we expected – upping the pressure on federal workers who haven’t yet been vaccinated – while asking private businesses to do the same. According to CNN, the Biden Admin will no longer allow workers to get tested weekly instead of taking the vaccine. Instead, he’s signing an executive order Thursday requiring all workers to get the vaccine or face indefinite suspension.

What’s more, Biden’s order will extend to employees of government contractors. Per CNN, the same standard will be extended to employees of contractors who do business with the federal government. The Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Indian Health Service and National Institute of Health will also complete their previously announced vaccination requirements, which the White House believes has covered 2.5MM people.

This marks a significant escalation since earlier in the summer, when Biden unveiled a requirement that federal workers be vaccinated, but allowed for those who opted out to be subject to stringent mitigation measures like weekly tests.

And that, folks, is a wrap for America That Was.

As is his wont, Biden’s statement was shot through with falsehood after deception after misdirection, all of it provably and entirely untrue, from the first word to the last. Construction of the House Of Covid—a prison, more correctly, its foundation bricked with lies from its very inception—is now finished. It lacks only its assigned complement of NonVaxxed inmates to be complete. It must be burned to the ground by Patriots instead, without further ado.

With this undeniably tyrannical Imperial Decree, whoever is manipulating the marionette strings that make Biden’s mouth move opened fire on Ft Sumter, so to speak. The final curtain has dropped on the ragged remnants of freedom; whatever few tattered, torn scraps that still remained of our long-since-defunct Constitution have been set alight to burn away forever. We have examined and analyzed and discussed it long and passionately, here and elsewhere, over and again. Today, the discussion has well and truly ended. Today, the time has come when every American must make that most grim of choices, in close consultation with his own conscience and courage, each for himself. Will I resist, or will I comply? Will I fight to reassert my precious liberty? Or will I shirk my duty to myself and my posterity by accepting the bit of tyranny, staining the noble legacy of my Forefathers with the shameful, cowardly taint of surrender?

I know not what course others may take

This is no time for ceremony. The question before the House is one of awful moment to this country. For my own part I consider it as nothing less than a question of freedom or slavery; and in proportion to the magnitude of the subject ought to be the freedom of the debate. It is only in this way that we can hope to arrive at truth, and fulfill the great responsibility which we hold to God and our country. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us.

The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable—and let it come! I repeat it, sir, let it come!

It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, “Peace! Peace!”—but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! If anyone has ever said it better or more movingly than that brilliant and indomitable giant among men, I certainly haven’t heard about it. And if those words fail to stir your blood and inflame your very soul with the will to stand against the mightiest imaginable foe, to either live in freedom at all and any cost or to perish with honor in the pursuit of it, then you damned sure ain’t no countryman of mine.
