Bill drops a real MOAB of a bombshell analysis.

The Trump strategy ever since election day seems to have focused on achieving two goals: First, to convinces as many people as possible that the election was fraudulent and, second, to demonstrate that the media, the tech oligarchs who control much of the public square, the Democrats, and the courts are equally corrupt , and up to their hips in the election theft.

In the face of this, the same targets are whining that Trump is “destabilizing” America.

I submit that is exactly what he is doing, and he is doing it deliberately, if you define America as being a creature of the progressive Democrats, the tech oligarchy, the media, and a judicial system seemingly unconcerned with the Constitution, but only in applying bad precedent to create even worse precedents.

…I consider the Chinavirus a terror attack aimed primarily at the US, but encompassing the west in general as a secondary target.

With this in mind, here is what I think.

I think Trump knew the China was waging 5g (unrestricted) war on us, and had been for many years. It may have influenced his decision to run for President.

I think the reason for the unprecedented venom of the attacks on Trump has been due to the mobilization of all of China’s 5G assets in response to Trump’s turning the tables and beginning to answer China’s attacks with the same sort of 5G warfare (persuasion, economic means, political means, and so on).

I believe that the nominal leadership of the War on Trump, people like Pelosi, Swalwell, Schumer, and all of the long term, ossified Democrat political leadership, are, in one way or another, acting as Chinese proxies. cf. Pelosi’s Communication Director/Registered Foreign agent for China, Swalwell’s honeytrap honey, Feinstein’s Chinese chauffeur/agent of twenty years, and many others that we don’t know about.

…I had thought Trump was trying to decide whether to cross the Rubicon, but I believe I underestimated him long ago. I believe he crossed the Rubicon when he came down that escalator in NYC five years ago. What he is doing now is getting ready to storm the gates of Rome.

In six days, I believe that Donald Trump intends to settle all American family business.

Calling a spade a spade.

The people dancing in the streets after the US Supreme Court tossed the Texas lawsuit yesterday are our enemies. They are not our family members, colleagues, business associates, clients, customers, neighbors, or acquaintances. They are our enemies, pure and simple. Willingly or not, informed or not, ignorant or not, corrupt or not, they would usher in the destruction of the American Republic – and apparently not bat an eye in doing so! Does the Democrat platform (read it here for yourself!) comport with your idea of the promises of the Founders and the rights instantiated in the Constitution and Bill of Rights? These people are Communists filled with hatred for America as it was founded. The sooner we figure that out, the sooner we can deal with them accordingly. They must be defeated politically at all costs if our progeny is going to have the same opportunities and freedoms as we have enjoyed.

We have gotten to the point that the political class (especially the Democrat Party) are blatantly attempting to steal a presidential election. The massive election fraud has been detailed in hundreds of lawsuit affidavits, sworn testimonies in state election fraud hearings, videos detailing the fraud, and expert statistical and other analyses (for example, here and here). The fraud is undeniable, but the Democrats, RINOs, and their media enablers completely ignore and refuse to investigate. Apparently, they all would be fine with using counterfeit money to purchase merchandise, too. Meanwhile, the courts refuse to hear Trump campaign lawsuits due to “process” and “standing” technicalities. Nowhere are the courts actually examining the evidence!

And our fellow citizens who think nothing of this are clueless about the long-term impacts on the rule of law, equal protection under the law, and the US Constitution. They are truly mushrooms, not some other convenient long-standing pejoratives like “clowns” or “fools.” A mushroom loves the dark and the consumption of fecal and decaying matter. Our citizen mushrooms love remaining inside their opaque, fact-free, and self-made cocoons while being willfully blind to reality and consuming the tripe and lies daily from the Democrat-media complex.

Such as these are our enemies, and it’s time to wake up and realize that basic fact. They live on an emotional plane that cannot be touched by fact and reason, and they really don’t care about the future of America. They can’t be persuaded to see the truth; they don’t care about the consequences of voting Democrats and are just fine with acquiescing to the stealing of the 2020 election.

What is the point of making nice to these people when the consequences for the future are so dire? What is the point of doing the Christian thing and turning the other cheek? They want us to meekly knuckle under and be silenced. Screw that! They all need to be confronted at every opportunity, called out for what they are (enemies of America and Constitution), chastised at every opportunity, and ostracized. We also need to light fires under our elected representatives regardless of party and broom the political class. And any money you spend should be spent on businesses who are your political allies, not any who support Democrat or globalist causes – and certainly not on ANYONE who advertises on the legacy media. Where you spend your money makes a real difference.

Let’s face it: there will always be charlatans, liars, grifters, knaves, and thieves in the political class. It’s what they do! The trick is to pay them sufficient attention in order to winkle the truth of their enduring corruption out of them, and then to vote them out (or better yet, prevent them from being elected in the first place!). But more importantly, we need to confront those mushrooms and lemmings who vote for these people. In point of fact, our real enemies are those who elect these Pied Pipers time after time, and the sooner we learn to deal with that root cause, the better for the country at large. No war – including those of the political variety – can be won without the enemy first having been properly identified.

True enough. But…when you said the Enemy “must be defeated politically” up there in the first paragraph? Hate to rain on your parade here and all, but no war was ever won using political means as the one and only weapon, either. Now, I get the reluctance to squarely confront the harsher realities of war, honest I do. It’s a very human reaction to horror; there’s no shame in it, to be sure.

But when one’s opening move is to declare himself restricted to waging “political” warfare exclusively—or, in another context, to “fight” some damned thing or other by continuing to vote in rigged elections, or by “speaking out,” or by any means other than just physically pummeling your opponent until he’s stretched out on the floor quacking like a crosseyed duck—well, it isn’t really war we’re talking about here, now is it? Not that it matters much. You were defeated long before the first shot was fired anyway.

It’s a good enough article nevertheless, and apart from my above Pecksniffery I don’t see a whole hell of a lot to argue with in it. But this general squeamishness over admitting that this really IS war—that Team Liberty must undertake that whole ugy Killing People And Breaking Stuff™ business that victory in war requires—may well be the very thing that undoes us in the end.

The Demonrat/GOPe/Ruling Class playbook, that is.

Trump upset this legalized political graft formula, so he had 75% of Washington out to bury him from Day One. All of the Rats, and half of the GOP. Impossible math to overcome.

And it’s not only the politicians: it’s the bureaucrats, generals, admirals, intel and DOJ bosses, leading academics and top MSM figures. Our ruling class elites are all in on the scam, moving through a continuously revolving door of doing political favors, switching jobs and obtaining seven-figure financial rewards, all while protecting one another, plus getting their undeserving brats into Ivy League schools, and then up into the ruling class nomenklatura. Chelsea Clinton was not unique, she was just a high profile example.

Donald Trump threatened this entire legalized graft arrangement with his efforts to “Drain the Swamp,” and in return he got the (so-far) non-kinetic but very real “Plomo” of all political and propaganda gun barrels fired at him from every player in this profoundly rotten system. I don’t need to run down the bill of particulars, it is familiar to all, right up to the election stolen in front of our faces.

So the Swamp won. For now.

And if the election math was bad in 2020 (considering the now-SCOTUS-approved use of ChiCom Fraud-O-Matic vote switching machines, plus truckloads of bogus “mail-in” ballots (with no witnesses at the counting), then just imagine 2022, when 20 million (at least) illegal aliens will be amnestied and given a DemSocRat voter registration card on the same day. The implicit deal will be: Vote Rat, and the Rats will welcome the rest of your foreign family into the USA with no hassles.

Thus the rolling DemSocRat snowball becomes an unstoppable avalanche. This is how The Golden State became one-party Calizuela in one generation: motor-voter at the DMV for all comers, with no questions asked, ever.

And this is how America will become Amerizuela. This is the proven DemSocRat playbook being exported nationwide.

But patriotic Americans will not calmly accept becoming powerless serfs, “Amerizuelans,” under an obviously fraudulent POTUS, in the form of the senile (and soon to be gone) Beijing Biden, and his VP (and soon to be POTUS), Kommie Harris. It has become glaringly obvious even to a blind man that these two grifting non-entities were illegitimately installed at the top of the American power pyramid by our bipartisan ruling-class nomenklatura to protect their beloved Swamp.

Patriots will not accept this election theft, and the socialist tyranny that is sure to follow if it is left unchecked.

There will be blood.

What a terrible thing, to be forced into a position of actually having to hope there will be. Great big buckets of it. But…well, here we all are. The thing that ought to give the Enemy pause, and would if he had a lick of fucking sense, is that so many Real Americans are becoming ever more eager to get this party started for real, and genuinely look forward to extracting some serious payback from their tormentors.

Something cooking update! Proggy really can’t afford NOT to pay heed, whether he knows it or not.

The “Supreme Court” did what I predicted they would do. I was correct, though I take no joy in that fact. At Instapundit, Glenn has this post up. Most interesting to me isn’t the fact that the court rejected the argument, nor what the experts think about that. It is the comments on the article, which are currently well over 1100. A sample of them follows.

I’ve been pondering a reaction to this news. Fairly simple. It’s time to get serious.

How so? Whatcha gonna doo?

It’s time to finally accept the fact that we have a corrupt Federal government that prosecutes not based upon the rule of law, but based upon politics. We cannot rely on what is right or what is legal to save us.

It’s a complete and total game changer.

IF THE SUPREME COURT
will not uphold the Constitution, and the next administration is in office only through the open in-you-face rigging of a national election in a handful of counties in a handful of swing states, what moral responsibility do we have to follow SCT decisions and listen to the next administration?

None, I would argue.

SO be it. The Constitution is dead, no Constitution, no Republic. No Republic, no federal government.

Of late, I’m seeing some downright savage e-mails from correspondents whose anger, long contained at a slow simmer, has heated to a seething rage. The next step is for rage to boil on over into resolve, a prickly state that demands action to quiet. All in all, it’s a recipe for disaster for Chef Prog-Tard-Dee, whose over-confidence and inattention near a hot stove might just get him badly burned.

Something’s cooking out there, all right. As the coup-roux thickens, my initially-solid skepticism about the chance of a real, no-shit American uprising taking place is beginning to dissolve.

If you ain’t mad as hell, you ain’t paying attention.

This is just an observation (because I’m not looking forward to gulag life), but I think the only thing keeping Trump voters from burning the whole corrupt system down right now is that nobody knows whom or what to attack. That should be a pretty sobering consideration for an establishment class that thinks it just stole the 2020 presidential election fair and square. If there were a ship out in the harbor loaded up with all the Democrats’ fraudulent ballots from the election, there’s no doubt in my mind that a hundred million Americans would dress up as members of the Washington Football Club and sink that ship to the bottom of the sea. If the politicians and journalists who call the District of Corruption home were wearing bright red coats, I suspect they’d find themselves tossed to the curb head-first by every small business–owner going belly-up right now due to political whims disguised as public health orders. If there were a field of battle to defend or clearly demarcated enemy zones on the map, I’m guessing the powder keg ignited from mail-in ballot fraud this election cycle would have already gone boom!

The truth is that Americans are mad, and they should be. They have put up with four years of fake Russian collusion hoaxes and fake impeachments and fake judges using their powers to hamstring lawful executive orders from President Trump. They have watched the CIA abuse its powers to spy on a Republican political campaign and the FBI abuse its powers to punish political allies of the president, and the only person facing any semblance of justice in the whole mess is some no-name young lawyer from deep in the bowels of the Deep State’s operations against Trump who lacked the judgment to understand that his own side would use him as a scapegoat. Police officers have been totally thrown under the bus so that lawless Democrat mayors and district attorneys could send armies of Antifa thugs into the streets this election year as a show of strength. Old and young veterans have been watching elected officials tear up the Constitution they took oaths to defend, and if fighting broke out tomorrow, I think 90% of those former soldiers would be at the front lines the day after next.

We have a tinderbox right now, and about the only miracle saving the Establishment Club in D.C. from the impending inferno is that the Americans most fired up to tear the whole thing down are the same Americans who have spent their lives respecting the rule of law and American institutions. Drink that irony in! The men and women in D.C. who see themselves as part of the “permanent government” have abused their powers to take down a sitting president, Establishment Club Republicans have looked the other way as Democrats used the cover of a pandemic to justify the dumping of unaccounted mail-in ballots across battleground states to overturn an otherwise likely Trump victory, and the only thing keeping Trump voters from destroying the whole corrupt system is their own self-restraint. As soon as enough of them decide that a two-tiered justice system that protects leftist agitators while persecuting the MAGA crowd is unacceptable or that a rigged election system that magically lifts establishment candidates to victory is illegitimate, then the whole house of cards comes crashing down.

There are two horns on the beastly dilemna we’re perched on. One is the corrupt and maleficent Deep State apparat: deeply entrenched, invulnerable, and dangerous. Then we have the broader, civilian Left, consisting of cultural, educational, and propaganda sub-divisions, among others.

The Deep State wing amounts to the nuts-and-bolts mechanism of tyranny and oppression—the gears that do the physical grinding and crushing of its victims, the prisons they’re incarcerated in, the multitudinous officials that micromanage their lives and order them around. The Cultural wing is more along the lines of a Psychological Warfare branch, charged with bewildering, humiliating, and demoralizing Real Americans: convincing the opposition that resistance is futile, leaching the spirit of defiance and self-sufficiency from their very souls.

The enemy is all too familiar by now, surely. Who he is; what he wants; his beliefs, his intentions, his methods, all have been explicitly laid out for us through tedious sermonizing, street protests, threats, and brutal beatdowns. We’ve all had to look upon his ugly face—enduring his taunts and slanders, pretending to defer to his self-proclaimed superiority, deflecting his scrutiny as well as we can—for our whole lives. He isn’t just out in the open; he’s all up in our grill, cocking his snook at us in contempt and daring us to do something about it.

Identifying “whom or what to attack” is by no means difficult. In as target-rich an environment as the one we currently occupy, the difficulty is selecting which targets should be serviced first—a decision which hangs in part on whether it might be more effective if we prioritize one wing over the other for destruction.

WHAT NOW? The Fight for Our Freedom Continues Despite SCOTUS Ruling on Texas

Well, it should—indeed, it must. But the futile hope to see this grievous wrong righted via legal means should be dispensed with at this point. Indeed, it must.

We have to decide are we willing to live in a country where Obama judges ignore justice and rule on their own desires?

Are we willing to live in a country where the FBI attacks honest courageous Americans for calling out corruption rather than deal with the criminals committing the corruption?

Are we willing to live in a country where hard-working Americans pay for government excess and corruption while Democrats create non-profits so they don’t have to pay taxes?

Do we want to live where the upper crust makes millions and billions sending our jobs overseas while allowing anyone to cross our borders?

Do we want to live where babies who miraculously survive abortion are murdered?

Do we want to live where you are forced to wear a mask to stop a cold- like- flu that those under 75 are virtually immune to or be forced to take vaccines that may make us sick?

Do we want to live where Big Media is worse than the Pravda and Big Tech is worse – where lies are the truth and the truth is lies and where our every step and word are observed or censored?

None of us want any of this. Today we fight on. We will never surrender our freedom. We will work through the courts and fight for justice. But we will never live in tyranny.

Hate to be the one to clue you in on this, Joe, but you ARE living in tyranny. And if the only way Americans will “fight” to secure justice is to “work through the courts,” then we’ll all go right ON living in tyranny. Another example:

American apocalypse

Riders on the storm.

Lately, I have found myself turning to the Book of Revelations, written by the Apostle John and transmitted to the world in the first century A.D. Everyone is familiar with the vision of the four horsemen in Rev. 6:1-8, where they appear with the opening of the first four of the seven seals that bring forth the cataclysm of the end times.

In our “time and setting,” one might think that we are witnessing the last days of the American Republic, following massive electoral fraud, the suppression of facts by the media, the ubiquitous practice of censorship by the tech platforms, and the (so far) pusillanimous refusal of the courts to rectify the greatest electoral scandal, by several orders of magnitude, since the defeat of Andrew Jackson in the “corrupt bargain” of 1824.

Given the cultural forces that have been at work undermining the joists and beams of the nation, the impending calamity comes as no surprise. The four horsemen are riding again, and their names are Feminism, Climate, COVID-19, and the Democratic Party.

I cannot pronounce on the tenets of any specific communion, but I do believe that without faith in the transcendent, however mysterious and elusive, and without holding to a morality based on the values of truth and courage, then in consequence “whatsoever worketh abomination” (Revelations 21:27) will wreak destruction upon a people and a nation.

The four horsemen of the American Apocalypse are riding hard and, in the absence of popular conviction and institutional integrity, the sequel will not be in doubt. In Holman Hunt’s celebrated painting The Light of the World, based on Revelations 3:20 and representing Christ standing before a closed door, it is instructive to note that the door has no handle and can be opened only by the dweller inside. The religious symbolism is obvious and is elaborately explained in Jeremy Maas’ Holman Hunt and the Light of the World, but in our context, the message is that the citizens of the country and the courts within have been called to open the door and let in the light of truth. The fate of the Republic hangs in the balance.

Looks like that fate has today been officially sealed.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Friday rebuffed a last-ditch attempt by Texas to block electors from four battleground states — all of which backed President-elect Joe Biden — from voting in the Electoral College, delivering a fatal blow to President Trump and his allies in their quest to overturn the results of the presidential election.

The high court refused to take up the lawsuit filed Monday by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that took aim at the election results in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin.

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the court said in an unsigned order.

But Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, said the court does “not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.”

Ace sums up the grim tidings.

The ultimate Friday Night News Dump: The Constitution is repealed; America is no longer a democratic republic.

“Standing” is a doctrine without much rigor. Judges find standing when they want to take a case, and don’t find it when they want to bury a case.

Yes, that’s true: The Court has no discretion to not take the case. The Constitution says they must take it.

But whatever, I guess the Constitution is a tax now or something.

Well, no. It remains the sad, spindly parody of itself it was long ago incrementally reduced to, over many years of painstaking and deliberate effort by the Left: a total irrelevancy, a meaningless document stripped of any but purely historical interest, bearing no relationship whatsoever to the governance and “law” of this contemptible joke of a banana republic.

The Democrat-Socialists and the evil Left should have been stopped dead in their tracks well before their lengthy campaign of treasonous destruction had advanced to this extreme. Because of our reluctance to recognize the enemy and engage him, there are no good choices left to us. Ironically, the torpor of ordinary Americans—thoroughly conciliatory people whose only wish was to be left alone to live their lives in peace by the tyrannical Left—has made the very war they so desperately hoped to forestall unavoidable.

So be it then. The last die has been thrown, the final hand dealt. Whether out of cowardice or corruption, the so-called “Supreme” Court chose to traduce their oaths with today’s outrageous transgression against sober jurisprudence. With that betrayal, there now remains but one course of action left for Team Liberty: fight or die.

Lock and load, folks; the battle for the tatterdemalion scraps of freedom and dignity we still enjoy is shortly to be joined, for real and for keeps. We are about to learn just how many Americans remain truly American. May enough of us prove worthy of our proud, noble heritage to turn the dismal tide at last.

Update! Build back better.

“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law,” Texas GOP chairman Allen West said in a statement, “resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic.”

The “constitutional republic” HAS no future; it’s long been dead, and today the last spade of earth was shoveled onto its grave.

West also suggested that “law-abiding” states should “bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”

A capital idea, one I support wholeheartedly. But that new Union had damned well better make building the ability to defend effectively against all-out military attack by Progtardistan a top priority, right from the git-go. Otherwise, Freedomlandia’s survival will be measurable in weeks, months at the outside. Rest assured that such a war of conquest seeking the re-subjugation of the breakaway nation’s citizenry is more than a mere “possibility” or “concern”; it is an absolute certainty—a matter not of if but of when.

Let them take arms update! Aesop draws a line under it.

With this dismissal, the Supreme Court of the United States has just ruled that the Constitution of the United States no longer has jurisdiction over the United States. In so doing, they have also self-deligitimized any jurisdiction they formerly possessed.

The only answer to that has to start with gunfire, and end with nooses.

Conduct yourselves appropriately. The entire social contract is therefore dissolved. 
If you swore an oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, that bill has just come due. The government of the United States has now entered into a state of war with its own people. 
If there is no Constitution, there is no law, no republic, and no allegiance due to any authority constituted under it and subservient to it. That includes the national government, and every former US state and territory. At the stroke of a pen, they have all become pretenders.

The time for talking has ended. Come as you are.

May God have mercy on my enemies, for I shall have none.

Earlier, he also speculated on some potential opening gambits.

If a few cubic yards of concrete accidentally get poured into an underground vault, you ain’t repairing that for some time.

The same is true if you weld manhole covers and service plates to their rings.

If you shoot the boss, they can replace him in 15 minutes. If you hit the truck with the tools and supplies, that takes days to weeks to replace. But if you take out the guys who fix the stuff, they take months to years to replace. And the other ones don’t want to show up for work either, afterwards.

BLM and Antifa already have a rep for burning things, and trying to derail trains. They should get 100% credit for anything like that going forward, forever.

If someone shoots a guy driving a truck, there’s a body. But if someone drops a letter off with pictures of his kids at school, and he decides maybe he ought to call in sick, there’s no body, and little to follow up on. (One might even have the envelope delivered at a truck stop, and suggest he uncouple, and return home without his load.) Same result.

A train track missing a rail on the outside of a medium curve will usually derail a train. (With modern rails, you have to bridge the contact between the section with wire or something, which BLM has figured out, per recent news reports.)
If that derailment happens to interfere with a major industrial plant, arterial roadway, etc., that’s a two-fer.

This is the same reason military manuals recommend dropping tall objects (trees, towers, smokestacks) over roadways, bridges, and power transmission lines. Half the effort, twice the result.

Yet another word the Left has folded, spindled, and mutilated into meaning exactly the opposite of what it actually does mean.

No one’s explained why a USPS truck driver was trucking 20-30 pallet-sized cartons of already-completed PA ballots into PA from NYFS.

No one’s explained why all poll watchers and press were lied out of the Atlanta counting room.

No one’s explained why after that happened, multiple cartons of ballots were pulled out of hiding and counted, God alone knows how many times.

No one’s explained why the woman responsible for that explained on her social media page that she admitted to stuffing the Atlanta ballot boxes and throwing the election victory from Trump (when the rules were being followed) to Biden (once the ballot stuffing began).

No one’s explained satisfactorily why Dominion voting machines are pre-loaded to count a single vote for Trump as .87 votes, and a vote for Biden as 1.13 votes (which was why you had the ridiculous fractions of votes showing up on live tallies all night).

No one’s explained why all the key swing states all decided, independently, to stop counting votes after 2AM, nor why when they resumed there were magical swings in votes suddenly giving Biden just barely enough votes to win every single state.

No one’s explained how, in states that were split 51/49, there suddenly appeared whale-choking gobs of ballots that were 98% Biden, and 2% Trump.

No one’s explained why Republican poll watchers were systematically excluded from all the states where such obvious and massive shenanigans occurred, and why the windows were blocked, and why, when they were allowed to watch, it was from half a football field away, through binoculars, providing anything but an actual view of the proceedings.

None of this has been “debunked’, no matter how many times the lying sonsofbitches at Communist News Network et al keep repeating The Big Lie, and trying to gaslight the entire country on the real score, when they talk about it at all.

Because there is no explanation, except to acknowledge that election fraud and stealing, not on an Industrial Age scale, but on an Information Age scale, took place in plain sight on Election Night, and for days afterwards, cheered on and abetted by an anti-Trump and pro-communist media, exactly as described by the president, and just as anyone with two brain cells has seen with their own lying eyes.

People were willing to shoot federal agents over one old thieving geezer’s range land grazing fee thefts in Nevada. They were one wonky trigger spring from opening the ball, and that was years ago.

Everybody that thinks 70M people now – who know in their bones they’ve been cheated of a landslide election victory – are going to roll over for wholesale presidential election theft, and do nothing, signify that by standing on your head.

It’s their nonchalant assumption that of course we’re going to get away with it! that galls me most.

They know not what they do.

OK, the first thing to say is to apologise for the sheer cheek of some upstart limey like me commenting on the election in America, but I have to say something because I am sitting here in shocked astonishment looking at what appears to be an engineered tyrannical coup d’état against not just President Trump but against the very ideal of democracy itself.

I’m not going to go into the details of the numerous unprecedented issues of corruption and fraud surrounding this election because those details are many and some are already in the public domain anyway. I am simply going to observe that this is a monumental moment not just in the history of America but in the history of the world, and a monumentally catastrophic moment in terms of freedom, democracy, morality decency and honesty. Those who understand what is actually happening don’t need the whole thing spelled out to them, but those who think nothing terribly untoward is happening other than that President Trump is behaving badly, should listen carefully. Very, very carefully.

The world outside the democratic West is a very brutal place. No left-leaning liberal would wish to live in Saudi Arabia, or Sierra Leone, or countless other such places. No left leaning liberal would wish to have lived in Europe during most of the decades of the 20th century which saw so much devastation and death courtesy of political totalitarians seeking nothing more than power and nothing other than power. These corrupt, totalitarian systems were finally defeated because America fought on the right side of good v evil, of freedom versus tyranny and did so at great sacrifice in terms of the many young men who never made it home again, who died in foreign fields and foreign seas in order to preserve freedom and democracy.

Yet here we are, toward the end of 2020 looking at the very real possibility of the breakdown of democracy in America itself. What would have been unthinkable for so long, over so many generations of Americans, can no longer be considered unthinkable. If this gross subversion of democracy is not dealt with in a satisfactory manner by the lawyers then I see no reason, no reason at all why America should not descend into violence and potential civil war in the worst case scenario, or simply lose all confidence in any future elections as a best case scenario — which can only and inexorably lead to the worse case scenario again.

Destroying the democratic foundations of America will certainly have real world consequences. When Donald Trump won the Presidency in 2016 the far-left cried Russian collusion and displayed their visceral hatred across the entire left-wing spectrum, but their anger wasn’t based on the undermining of democracy; their anger was merely that of the petulant, spoiled child denied a shiny bauble. Their anger was lukewarm, false, unjustifiable. Their anger was mere political posturing and they now think the anger of Trump supporters is the same — mere political posturing.

But how wrong they are. How dangerously wrong they are. The anger of Trump’s supporters is white hot, it is incendiary, it is real and it is entirely, eminently justifiable, and it is not the anger of the loser, it is the anger of the wronged and is about so much more than Trump, this is about the democratic future of the United States of America. When a country reaches the point of such legal corruption and such moral degeneracy that democracy can be overturned in full view of a complicit and unquestioning media and liberal establishment there is very little guarantee that democracy will ever recover. This is why the anger is at boiling point, and even now, the left cannot understand what they have done.

I hope and pray this will be resolved by the legal process, but I implore the Democrats, the left-wingers, the socialists and the communists to stop pretending what you have done is acceptable. It is not, and the consequences could be catastrophic both for you, for America and for the world.

They won’t heed a word of it, of course, badly as they need to. As Herschel so aptly puts it, our British cousin “understands the danger the corruption has caused for America better than the people who caused it, or aided it, or who simply looked the other way.” As is so often the case with arrogant fools, the lesson will only be learned the hard way.

It’s getting more and more difficult to distinguish it from war by the usual old means.

There are only two possible results to the current crisis. Both are incendiary. Biden’s handlers brazen out their crimes, because GOP legislatures and the U.S. Supreme Court have failed to rectify the offenses. Or Republican legislators do their duty, and/or the Court’s five originalist justices uphold the Constitution, thereby giving the presidency to the rightful winner, Donald J. Trump.

A Trump victory may eventually have a happy ending. But in righting this most grievous wrong, the road ahead will be rough. The Civil War ended with the Union holding and slavery abolished. But the price paid getting there was stiff, and it took a century to dissipate hard feelings and end Democrat-sanctioned apartheid in the South. We really are two peoples living in one nation. The divisions are stark. These disputed elections will drive us further apart.

The criminal enterprise spearheaded by Democrats will resume warfare not only on a victorious president, but on us. This criminal coalition will seethe in rage that their evil designs were thwarted — but by their logic, only temporarily. The prize for this unholy alliance remains the same: seize power for their gain and to rule over us. Give these rogues credit: their power-lust makes them relentless. Meaning, we need to defeat them so thoroughly that reengaging the fight is kamikaze crazy.

Mob violence, which would resume, isn’t a “tantrum,” as some dainty conservatives have characterized it. That trivializes billions of dollars in property destruction and violence against innocents, including police, who are becoming scarcer in Democrat-run cities. You can bet that the mongrels of war will be loosed with a vengeance.

What of the Deep State? At the very least, bad players at the CIA and FBI, principally, would stay on offense, hoping to stave off Trump’s resolute initiatives to thoroughly clean out these viper’s nests.

Democrats will hold a slim majority in the U.S. House. Pelosi, those harpies Tlaib, Omar, Pressley, and Ocasio-Cortez, Adam Schiff, the Democrats’ chief psychotic, and a slew of other power-grubbers would make endless mischief for the president.

COVID — vaccine included — will continue as an all-purpose excuse for blue state shutdowns. With Trump installed at the White House, Democrat governors would hope that continuing to subtract blue states from the national economic mix depresses the economy overall.

On the other hand, if Biden’s handlers steal the election, Trump’s America won’t riot. We’re a civil, law-abiding people.

Which renders the outcome a foregone conclusion, and Trump’s America will lose.

President Trump won’t pass his days on the links at Mar-a-Lago. He’d remain the leader of half of America, who are unreconciled to the republic’s subversion. That also makes the president a target for Democrats and the left. Trump’s tax returns would be plundered, and attempts made to criminalize him and his family.

Targeting Trump for persecution targets all honest, patriotic Americans. Democrats weaponized the law years ago. They’d have no trouble using it as a terror weapon once the White House is secured.

But what, then, do patriots do if Trump is so attacked? What of the injuries to our lives, liberties, and pursuits of happiness that would surely emerge from a Biden administration? Where, in the days ahead, is the breaking point, the point of no return in this unfolding conflict? When will a critical mass of Americans reach their pain thresholds? When will patriots say enough is enough?

That’s the biggest question of all, isn’t it? The root problem is that the enemies of liberty and Constitutional order—the Deep State; Enemedia; bureaucrats and career politicians, at every level; the Democrat-Socialist ~~Party~~ crime syndicate; the Left en masse—have all lost their fear of Real Americans. Real Americans must now harden their hearts, strengthen their resolve, and do what they must to demonstrate just how mistaken their enemies were about that, and to ensure that the appropriate fear is re-instilled and maintained in them.

So I’m afraid you’ll all just have to be punished.

North Carolina will soon be under a new, modified stay-at-home order, including a 10 p.m. curfew, Gov. Roy Cooper announced Tuesday.

The new rules aimed at limiting gatherings go into effect Friday at 5 p.m. and are scheduled to run through 5 p.m. Jan. 8.

Or, y’know, however long it takes you serfs to learn your lesson and do as you’re told.

The new executive order also increases restrictions on alcohol sales, ordering businesses to stop selling alcohol after 9 p.m. The state had previously limited alcohol sales until 11 p.m. in an order first implemented in August.

“We will do more if the trends do not improve,” Cooper warned.

Oh, I don’t have the slightest doubt about that. Unless and until enough North Carolinians wake the fuck up to finally make with the torches and pitchforks, drag your sorry ass out of the governor’s mansion, and turn you into a holiday lamp-post decoration, at any rate.

Perdue has DONE NOTHING to address the MASSIVE voter fraud in Georgia.
 He quickly threw President Trump under the bus after senile Joe Biden stole the election.

And now he’s on camera TRASHING TRUMP?

What an idiot.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel A. Alito Jr. Gives State Officials Until Dec. 9 To File Response, General Assembly’s Republican Leadership “have No Intention of Doing So”
The date set by Justice Alito — who oversees emergency petitions arising from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware for the court — comes one day after what is known as the “safe harbor date,” the federal deadline for states to resolve outstanding challenges to their elections. Once it has passed, the state’s slate of appointed electors is considered to be locked in for the Dec. 14 Electoral College vote.

“The timing here matters,” said University of California-Irvine law professor Richard L. Hasen, in a post Thursday evening on his Election Law Blog. “I don’t see a path for Trump to use court cases to overturn the election results in even one state, much less the three states he would need at a minimum to get a different result in the Electoral College. But as the clock ticks down, those tiny chances fade into nothing.”

Bill puts it bluntly.

The state legislatures obviously aren’t going to do anything. The judicial system is equally obviously not going to do anything.

So Trump will have to do something.

We should find out what that will be fairly soon.

If he’s actually going to do anything.

I honestly don’t know whether he will or not. On one hand, Trump has to be awake to what lies ahead, not just for him but for his entire family, if state elected officials and/or the “justice system” abandon their clear duty to undo this criminal outrage. On the other hand, I still can’t quite see Trump taking such a step; “reluctant” would be putting it mildly indeed, I think. Nonetheless, the only useful option left should the USSC refuse to put this right will be to heed General Flynn’s advice:

Former national security adviser Michael Flynn promoted a petition Tuesday calling on President Donald Trump to temporarily suspend the U.S. Constitution, declare martial law and order the military to oversee a national re-vote for the 2020 presidential election.

The petition, published Tuesday by the Ohio-based non-profit group We The People Convention, said there was “no peaceful way left to preserve our Union” following President-elect Joe Biden’s electoral victory and urged Trump to exercise his “extraordinary authority” to avert a second civil war.

“Limited Martial Law is clearly a better option than Civil War!” a letter accompanying the petition states.

Flynn, to whom Trump granted a presidential pardon last Wednesday related to the retired Army general’s December 2017 guilty plea for making false statements to the FBI, tweeted a link to the petition Tuesday evening.

“Freedom never kneels except for God,” Flynn tweeted.

Pro-Trump lawyer Lin Wood also promoted the petition on Tuesday, tweeting that Trump should “declare martial law” to avert a civil war spurred on by bad actors led by communist China.

Trump may have tipped a broad wink in that direction himself.

Ask yourself this question: What was the purpose of yesterday’s White House speech about election fraud and vote rigging?

If you think it was all about Trump communicating to the people, think again. This speech was really about Trump communicating with Chris Miller and the DoD about foreign interference in the U.S. election while laying out the key national security justifications that are necessary to invoke what I’m calling the “national security option” for defending the United States against an attempted cyber warfare coup.

Although I wholeheartedly support Trump declaring martial law, limited or not, to thwart this blatant coup-by-fraud and restore something at least resembling a fair and honest election, that isn’t going to solve the problem either. Because the problem is much broader than a single stolen election. The real root of the problem is the continued existence of a nakedly criminal enterprise masquerading as a political party that stole the damned thing—an unabashedly Marxist mafia that stands in direct opposition to Constitutionally-correct government.

Until that problem (at least) is addressed and eliminated, America’s third-world joke of a national “election” system will remain unreformed, and the insufferable Klown Kar Elekshun we’ve just witnessed will be rerun endlessly. No sane or decent person can be happy that we’ve been brought to such a sad, sorry pass. But here we all are anyway. It ain’t Trump alone who finds himself with some very difficult decisions to make.

Foreboding time

Many people talk of a foreboding sense. A sense that something is very close to erupting on the surface. I believe, and have said for months, the eruption will come as a result of overreach by control authority in reference to COVID dictates. We are very close.

The power of government comes from the people; or as we say in the U.S. “from the consent of the governed.” When the people lead, the politicians are forced to follow.

Without implied consent the municipal or state government has no power. None.

As a result, the nonsense ends when the majority of We The People no longer give our consent.

How do We The People retract our consent? We simply refuse to comply.

When the majority of people simply refuse to comply with unilateral dictates, and laugh in the faces of those who attempt to enforce them, the government no longer has power.

If one person refuses to comply, the government or control authority can, and likely will, intervene. However, if tens of thousands rebuke these unconstitutional decrees, there isn’t a damn thing govt can do to stop it… and they know it. A non-compliant snowball becomes an unstoppable freedom avalanche.

If one restaurant and/or bar opens, the state can target the owner. But if every bar and restaurant in town opens; and if everyone ignores and dispatches the silly dictates of the local, regional or state officials; there isn’t a damned thing they can do about it.

The power of the local, regional or state authority comes from the expressed consent of the people. As soon as the majority of people in that municipality deny that consent, those officials and state authoritarians lose all of their power.

Yes, it really is that simple.

Well, maybe. It’s far more likely that, rather than sit back and watch their stolen power evaporate, our illegitimate authorities will double down on harrassing, fining, and locking up as many as they possibly can. The silver lining, though, is that—should We The People go on “bitterly clinging” to our righteous defiance, even double down ourselves—THAT will be what signals the onset of the Power’s true death throes, and this nightmare regime will begin to totter and fall at last.

I’ve debated with I don’t even know how many folks, both online and in meatspace, who maintained over these last months that if we could all just make it to Election Day, then all this lockdown/urban rioting/Leftard lunacy crap would finally be over and done with. ‘Fraid not, folks. Election Day was merely the beginning. The struggle is NOW; it is ongoing, and it will be neither quickly nor easily won. As Bill Murray so memorably said, in one of the greatest movies ever:

Appeasement, then and now

The Bell of Treason, by P.E. Caquet, is gripping but painful reading. It tells the story of the Munich deal from a viewpoint we rarely hear it: that of the Czechs. Instead of focusing on the fears of the French or the British, it shows us the steely resolve, and tragic patriotic fervor, of the liberty-loving Czechs. They could never believe that their allies would throw them under the bus. Nor did the German generals who plotted to overthrow Hitler rather than start a war they couldn’t win.

And that’s the point: The Germans were far too weak to win a war in 1938. They had fewer tanks than France, and most of them were inferior. They were incapable of blowing up Allied tanks, but vulnerable to their shells. The Luftwaffe at the time was more hype than reality. The U-boats that would later devastate British shipping still hadn’t been built.

Meanwhile the Czech military was almost half as strong as Germany’s. It had solid, realistic plans for resisting until the French could bail it out. English and French appeasers warned against massive German bombing of their cities — which wouldn’t even be possible for two more years. Powerful Czech fortresses guarded its mountainous borders. Poland was still unconquered, and posed a threat to the German rear. The Soviet Union hadn’t yet switched to ally itself with Hitler, and might have intervened.

In every way, the prospects of a war against Nazi Germany were better in 1938 than they’d prove in 1940, when Germany finally chose the moment to blitzkrieg its way into France. The much stronger Panzers that would roll then into Paris were made … in factories taken over from the Czechs, after Hitler’s bloodless conquest.

With all this in mind, I’d like my fellow patriots to consider: If this vote fraud was real, and leading Democrats are really so disdainful of democracy, is the time for taking extraordinary means to stop them now? Or once they fully control the U.S. military, the FBI, the NSA, the CIA, the IRS and the Secret Service? Once the last flickers of free speech have flickered out on social media, and the last cable network switched sides, as Fox News just did? Once courts have essentially nullified the Second Amendment, and millions of our timid neighbors have dutifully turned in their guns? Once ANTIFA expands into every American city?

Just read this catalog of tyrannical, punitive measures prominent Trump opponents have called for even before the election has been settled.

Appeasement doesn’t prevent a war. It just postpones it. Abandoning your allies and champions is a great way to ensure that you’ll fight alone.

And what do we do if God forbid we learn that the voter fraud was all too real, but can’t prove it in time to stop a gang of thieves from constitutionally taking power? I really don’t have answer to this last one. I hope Donald Trump does.

Actually, we all DO have the answer, and most of us are well aware of what it entails. But reluctance to wage war until there is simply no other alternative is a most human trait; even though it can exact a steep toll, it isn’t entirely a bad thing. Clinging to denial and self-deception until reality brings us face to face with the brutal truth is a story as old as Time itself.
