A neighbor passed on this summary of some of the little-known facts about the Kyle Rittenhouse trial. Yet most of the mainstream media is still distributing the most dishonest and hateful distortions about Kyle Rittenhouse and the trial. CNN, MSNBC, and the New York Times are the loudest and most extreme in their dishonesty and hate. Google seems to be on a full-court press to bury the truth under a high priority blizzard of lies.

I didn’t know that the Police were told to stand down as businesses were destroyed.
I didn’t know that Kyles Dad, Grandma and Friends all lived in Kenosha, 20 minutes from where he resided with his Mom part time in Illinois.
I didn’t know that someone knocked Rittenhouse down twice and then attempted to kick him with lethal force to the head.
I didn’t know that Huber had hit him in the head 2x with a skateboard.
I didn’t know Gaige Grosskreutz, aimed his gun at Kyle first, as he admitted on the stand.
I also didn’t know that in the State of Wisconsin, it is legal for Kyle to have a gun, even at 17 (which was why the gun charge was dismissed).
I didn’t know that Kyle did not cross state lines with a gun he wasn’t supposed to have. The rightful gun owner did, as he was legally permitted to do.
I also didn’t realize that Rosenbaum was a 5-time convicted child rapist, and that Huber was a 2 time convicted woman beater. I didn’t know that Grosskreutz was a convicted Burglar with an assault on his record also.

Now that Kyle Rittenhouse has been found not guilty for his legitimate use of force, we wait for the Federal response. It was Rittenhouse himself who admitted on the stand that he gave money to Dominick Black — who was dating Rittenhouse’s sister — to purchase an AR-15 style rifle for Rittenhouse from a Wisconsin hardware store because Rittenhouse was underage.
Kyle claims that the money was a gift to Black with the understanding that he would use the money to buy a rifle that would then be given to Kyle on his 18th birthday. The fact that Kyle was allowed to use the rifle while still 17 is suspicious itself. Look, I am progun and I even smell bullshit here.
If the Feds want him, this is where I see them going.
At the very least. Myself, I see them going absolutely anywhere and everywhere they can think of, because The Power cannot afford to sit idly by as true justice is done without making an all-hands effort to put a stop to that nonsense.
Dominick Black, who now lives in Racine according to court records, is charged with two counts of intentionally giving a dangerous weapon to a person under 18 causing death.
According to court documents, Rittenhouse allegedly gave cash to Black — who was dating Rittenhouse’s sister — to purchase an AR-15 style rifle for Rittenhouse from a Wisconsin hardware store because Rittenhouse was underage.
Court documents allege Rittenhouse retrieved the gun from Black’s stepfather’s house in Kenosha on Aug. 25, 2020, and that Rittenhouse and Black went together, armed, to protests in downtown Kenosha that followed the Jacob Blake shooting. Later that night, Rittenhouse shot three men, killing two, in what he and his supporters say was an act of self defense. Rittenhouse is charged with homicide.
At a brief hearing Thursday (this article is from July ’21—M), the prosecution and Black’s defense attorney made a mutual request to adjourn the Black case until after the Rittenhouse trial. The court granted that request and set the case for a status hearing on Nov. 22.
If convicted Black faces up to three years in prison for each of the counts against him.
Further swirl, churn, and perturbation.
After the shooting, Rittenhouse became a cause célèbre in conservative circles and some gun-rights advocacy groups and donations poured in to support him.
The money was collected by a Texas nonprofit called the #FightBack Foundation, founded by John Pierce and L. Lin Wood.
Pierce used a $2 million check drawn on his Los Angeles-based law firm to bail Rittenhouse out of jail in November 2020. Theoretically, the money would be returned to him now that the case has concluded.
But the Rittenhouse family fired Pierce in February and have accused him and Wood, who left the case last year, of diverting money meant to help Rittenhouse.
In September, a Kenosha lawyer named Xavier Solis filed a letter with the court saying the bail money had come from #FightBack Foundation and should be returned to the organization. Pierce is no longer affiliated with the foundation.
The father of Anthony Huber has filed a federal civil lawsuit, but not against Rittenhouse. It names the city and county of Kenosha, the sheriff, the acting and former police chiefs, and unnamed officers and deputies. The lawsuit accuses them of racial animus in allowing dozens of armed whites to remain among protesters, leading to conditions that resulted in Huber’s death. The suit remains open.
Jacob Blake has filed a federal lawsuit against Rusten Shesky, the officer who shot him, claiming his use of deadly force was excessive, violated Blake’s rights against unreasonable seizure, and was done with “malice, willfulness, and reckless indifference” to Blake’s rights. The civil case remains ongoing.
Four protesters have sued the city and county of Kenosha. They allege the curfews were selectively enforced against protesters, while officers ignored, or even encouraged, armed men like Rittenhouse. It seeks to be certified as a class action on behalf of all the people cited for curfew violations.
The water has been chummed, the hungry sharks are arriving, and the water will soon be getting quite bloody indeed. And to think, this is only the beginning of this shit, too. Yes, Kyle won the opening round yesterday, and yes, that win should not only be noted by Our Side, but raucously, publicly celebrated, as well as taken up and used as a cudgel to beat Leftard-swine skulls in with. That said, Real American eyes must remain wide open and firmly on the prize.
Rittenhouse’s Acquittal Is A Great Moment, But It’s An Atrocity Things Ever Came This Far
Savor this victory, for rarely is one so sweet or so well-earnedThe Globalist American Empire brought all its power to bear to obliterate Kyle Rittenhouse for the “crime” of protecting himself from a pedophile rapist, a violent psychopath, and an Antifa felon. They wanted to leave a smoldering crater where there was once a kind-hearted teenager, as a warning to any other do-gooders who might think about protecting their communities or themselves. What if other upstanding, moral, law-abiding Americans saw Rittenhouse as a model? Everyone in America should enjoy and celebrate Rittenhouse’s vindication. But justifiable celebration must not crowd out necessary self-reflection. There are bitter lessons in the Rittenhouse case.
Everything about the Rittenhouse prosecution represents the decline of America. In a functioning civilization, Rittenhouse would never have had to defend himself at all, because leaders would not have allowed an entire city to collapse into looting and mayhem. At the first sign of trouble, they would have sent the police out with a clear mandate to keep the streets clear and orderly by any means necessary. Would-be looters would have received the instant justice they deserved, and businesses would be protected. But America increasingly isn’t a functioning civilization, so leaders cowered, told police to stand down, and abandoned law-abiding citizens to the mob.
In a functioning civilization, even after the shooting, Rittenhouse would never have been charged. All three shootings were caught on video for the entire world to see. Every video made it obvious that Rittenhouse was defending himself. Revolverwrote about it literally the very next day.
Yet despite Rittenhouse’s obvious innocence, most of the conservative movement spent the last year and even the last week in abject cowardice, refusing to defend him.
The passion of Kyle Rittenhouse is only the beginning of what is to come.
‘Fraid so. This week’s victory was important, being not Kyle’s alone but a victory for all of us, in a very real way. Nonetheless, let’s not anybody kid ourselves here: sweet as this win is for the moment, in the larger picture it solves nothing, it changes nothing. The Enemy is still out there, his hatred for us still fiercely burning; the threat is still real; the clock is still ticking. And Real Americans still have only one option left to them, if they seriously hope to fix things.

The reasons are above.I feared the worst. But I feared it in the George Zimmerman case, too – and despite all the fear-mongering and other pressures, the judge and jurors came through.
Yes, Kyle Rittenhouse is free. Yes, that’s “one for the good guys.” Just don’t forget to celebrate the heroes.

4DeSantis floats like a butterful, stings like a bee

When it comes to Florida’s governor, Ron DeSantis, I tend to agree with a comment Matt Walsh made on a podcast, which is that DeSantis has Trump’s courage without Trump’s baggage. Two differences between the men are, first, that, while Trump had an instinct for the Constitution, DeSantis has a lawyer’s deeper understanding of the document, and two, that DeSantis is better at keeping his eye on the ball. That means he remembers to make his statements about the American people rather than about himself.
Both those qualities came through strongly on Thursday when DeSantis chose Brandon Honda, located in the City of Brandon, Florida, as the venue for a press conference. The reason for the press conference was to sign anti-mandate legislation:

Things got even better when a reporter tried to embarrass DeSantis by asking him if anti-mandate legislation isn’t a form of big government antithetical to DeSantis’s conservative credentials. The reporter might as well have tried to tickle a cobra with a stick, because things did not go well for him after that.
Oh, I just bet they didn’t at that. One might think these stupes would know better by now, DeSantis having long since proven himself to be a seriously dangerous opponent—full of piss and vinegar; always up for a bare-knuckles duke-out; fast, strong, and agile, with good footwork and a haymaker Right(wing) cross no brain-intact pug wants to have to stop with their face.
The question is a bit hard to hear, but the reporter apparently is asking how DeSantis can simultaneously get angry at the federal government for trying to mandate vaccines when he’s using his state government to prevent vaccine mandates. The reporter doesn’t seem to grasp that there’s a difference between using the vast power of the federal government to force people to inject something into their body (a no-no under the Constitution) versus the state using its power to protect people from such force (a yes-yes under the 10th Amendment).
DeSantis, however, did grasp the difference, and he schooled the reporter with enthusiasm (emphasis mine):
So, first of all, this idea that somehow conservativism is about, like, local school boards, it’s the United States of America, not the united school boards or counties commissions of America. So, the states are the primary vehicles to protect people’s freedoms, their health, their safety, their welfare in our constitutional system.
What Biden is doing is not constitutional. There has never been a federal vaccine mandate imposed on the general public.
Now, some people say, “Hey, these local governments wanted to lock down businesses, they wanted to force mandates, they wanted to keep the kids locked out of school. Yeah, you’re damned right I overruled them on that because they were wrong. And the fact of the matter is you don’t have the right to do wrong.
The fact of the matter is, if we would have let them lock the kids out of school last year, we would have paid the piper for years and years in this state. If we had let them lock down businesses and restrict and do all that, we would have one of the highest employment rates in the country. So, we had to stand up for people’s liberties, their livelihoods, their right to work, people’s right to own a business, and it was the right thing to do.
But what Biden is doing, he does not have the…he even admitted he doesn’t have the authority to do it. Psaki admitted that they don’t have the authority to do it. And in fact, even six months ago they are all saying ‘Of course you never mandate. Of course, you never mandate.’
And so the question is, do we actually have a constitution that constrains people like Biden or is it just when he loses patience, he can do whatever the hell he wants to? No, I’ll take the Constitution, thank you very much.
I snipped out some of My President’s remarks, but the crucial points remain clear and correct. The hapless numbskull beclowned himself with an ill-considered attempt to score off a man far beyond the limited understanding of such as he. DeSantis, in an act of charity of which his wormy interlocutor was wholly unworthy, tried to explicate certain fundamental concepts about Constitutionally-correct government, as daunting and impossible a task as any mere mortal ever hoped to accomplish. Oh, who am I kidding with all my sarcasm and snark. The wormy asshole “journalist” tried to swap punches with a highly-skilled foeman invulnerable to his weak-ass arm-flapping, and America’s Gov gutted the damned hack for his presumption. That’s the long and the short of it. Bottom line?
So far, DeSantis has proven that he understands the Constitution, including federalism and states’ rights; he recognizes that the driving force behind the Constitution is individual liberty; he has political courage; he keeps his eye on the ball; and he knows how to and is willing to troll the Democrats.
Politicians have a way of disappointing us, but, for now, DeSantis is playing the game better than just about anyone else on the conservative side of the aisle.
Yup, s’trewth. I say again: I just LOVE this guy. No, DeSantis ain’t perfect; no one among us is, least of all a goddamned politician. But if there’s any other governor out there who references the moribund, nearly forgotten US Constitution at all anymore except to use it as a convenient smokescreen, prop, or misdirection—never mind actually respecting and upholding the poor thing, in both word and deed—I haven’t heard about him yet.

Tucker Carlson revealed that his production team has had access to Kyle Rittenhouse while filming a documentary, and today he played never-before-seen footage of Rittenhouse leaving the courthouse and revealing his thoughts on what he’s been through in the American justice system. Footage shows that Carlson’s cameras have been with Rittenhouse for a while documenting his journey through the agonizing trial that finally ended on Friday in a not guilty verdict.

“It’s something that keeps you up at night. Once you finally do get to sleep your dreams are about what happened and you’re waking up in a dark cold sweat,” said Rittenhouse describing PTSD. “It’s scary actually. The dreams feel so real and they’re not the same at all. They’re all different,” he said. “What if I did let Mr. Rosenbaum steal my gun?” he asked playing through all the scenarios that plague him at night.
Cameras show Rittenhouse leaving the courthouse with a big smile on his face. “The jury reached the correct verdict,” he said. “It’s been a rough journey but we made it through it. We made it through the hard part.”
Those brief quotes from the interview are all I’ve seen as of now, but y’all can be sure I’ll keep my eyes peeled for more. The ones above are a poignant reminder of the pain one of our own was forced by these monsters to endure, and that the need for a reckoning will never go away until the malefactors have been made to pay for their crimes, the very last measure of justice extracted from each and every one of the filthy bastards.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson covered the exoneration of Kyle Rittenhouse tonight on his show and played a clip from a behind-the-scenes documentary that he plans to release in December on Fox Nation.
Carlson also announced that on Monday, he would be airing an interview with Rittenhouse on his show.
Hoo boy, that’s gonna mean Kyle ain’t the only one with nightmares. That announcement will have CNN tossing, turning, and sweating rivers all this weekend too, I imagine. Almost makes me wish I hadn’t dumped cable nearly ten years ago or so.
“You have dreams about what happened?” Rittenhouse is asked.
Rittenhouse responded, “Every single night, it’s quite scary actually because the dreams feel so real and they’re not the same at all, they’re all different.”
“They’re the different scenarios that run through your head during the day like what could have happened, like I’m alive but what could have happened, like what if I wasn’t alive, or what if I did let Mr. Rosenbaum steal my gun,” Rittenhouse continued.
Rittenhouse explained, “It’s those type of dreams, the outcome of, it’s bad, but almost every outcome is either me getting seriously injured or hurt and those are just the dreams I have on a daily basis.”
As Rittenhouse spoke, different scenes were played and then it segued into him receiving the verdict.
After that, Rittenhouse is seen riding in a car and is asked, “How do you feel man?”
“The jury reached the correct verdict, self defense is not illegal and I believe they came to the correct verdict and I’m glad everything went well and it’s been a rough journey, but we made it through it, we made it through the hard part,” a smiling Rittenhouse replied.
It would be nice to think so, wouldn’t it? Alas, it ain’t the way to bet, not in the death throes of Amerika v2.0. The Feds will be putting their jackboots in straightaway, among a whole scabrous army of other miscellaneous pustules, afflictions, and excrescences. This is merely one meeting engagement in what will almost surely be a long war, a bloody conflict which won’t end until our Enemy lies in stinking, flyblown windrows all across the New American Killing Fields, in number great enough to dishearten their surviving confreres—who may very well think themselves the more unfortunate ones when all is said and done.
5Ominously irresolute
Looks like poor, doomed Kyle might’ve stopped shopping around for a defense attorney sooner than was good for him.
Kyle Rittenhouse’s attorneys asked the judge on Wednesday to declare a mistrial without prejudice before the jury reaches a decision, arguing that the prosecutors sent them an inferior version of a key video. A mistrial with prejudice means Rittenhouse could be tried again if the judge were to grant the request. Judge Bruce Schroeder did not immediately rule on the request, the second mistrial motion this week. On Monday, the defense filed a mistrial motion with prejudice.
Defense attorney Corey Chirafisi argued that the defense team would have done things differently had they received the higher quality video earlier. Although neither video shows Rittenhouse aiming his gun at the Ziminskis, the defense team is suggesting that the state manipulated critical evidence.
Assistant District Attorney James Kraus argued that it was not the fault of prosecutors that the file got compressed when it was received by the defense.
“We’re focusing too heavily on a technological glitch,” he said.
Uh huh. Die in a fucking fire, you lying, soulless son of a bitch. This next bit grabbed my attention.
Although Kraus claimed to have no idea how to compress a video, a video software app called Handbrake was spotted on his laptop during the hearing on Wednesday.
Handbrake calls itself an “open source video transcoder” that converts video from nearly any format.
The program is used to compress and downsize videos, but in doing so, it reduces the quality, tech experts say.
I haven’t been called upon to do a whole hell of a lot of video editing over the years and have little if any aptitude for it, but coincidentally enough I have Handbrake on the Trusty iMac myself, have even used it a good few times. It’s an excellent application, user-friendly and by no means a bridge too far to be learned and made useful for any reasonably intelligent person.
As for reduction in quality, that comes hand in glove with ALL compression utilities and/or devices. Actually, reduction in quality is an unavoidable part of the compression process, whether it’s video, audio, or data; in a way, it’s the whole point of compression. You can’t reduce a file, vid, or audio track to a smaller size without sacrificing at least some sharpness, clarity, and detail along the way. Life on Earth just ain’t that way, sorry.
Loss of quality is hardly the point at issue in this case anyway; intentional deception is. By concealing the existence of a higher-res version from the defense—which, by the way, is against the fucking law in American courts, explicitly and specifically so—until the very last hours of their little Kangaroo Court, the grubby, transparently dishonest persecution team added yet another tier of blatantly unethical manipulation atop what was already a ziggurat of illegality. The rest of us can only hope and pray that the standards, qualifications, and practices for DA offices in their own localities haven’t quite scraped the bottom of the barrel yet, as those in Wisconsin clearly have.
In any event, this is NOT indicative of the defense team’s confidence in winning an acquittal. No lawyer, I, nor do I play one on TV, but it looks to me as if they’re floundering and flailing here, casting about for any hook they can hang a “Not Guilty” hat on. I am hardly the Lone Ranger on that view, either.
“Without prejudice” means a new trial. They base this on not having the best quality video. They say they would have prepared their defense differently.
This could just be setting up an “in case” situation if Rittenhouse is found guilty.
But this also means the defense thinks that Rittenhouse will be convicted.
If the prosecution agrees to this, then the judge is likely to grant a new trial. I suppose the judge COULD, MAYBE deny the motion, but it’s hard if both defense and prosecution agree.
Prosecution opposes — because they think that the jury, by asking to see the “raises gun” video, is thinking about convicting.
I disagree with that, actually. When a jury wants to see something, sometimes it’s just to clear their last doubts. The OJ jury wanted to review the testimony of the chauffeur who said that he kept ringing OJ’s doorbell and OJ didn’t answer for a half hour (because he was showering after killing his wife), IIRC. People took that to mean they were going to convict. I, smartly, thought it meant they were reviewing it in order to dismiss it.
But this does not look good, my friends.
Indeed it doesn’t. It almost doesn’t really matter, though—not this particular incident of prosecutorial malfeasance and criminality, not all the myriad others already seen, not even which way the verdict itself goes. Kyle’s life is almost certainly ruined already. As the ugly Amerikan truism says, the process is the punishment in our irredeemably warped (in)justice system, which means that from here on out, there are two possibilities, neither of them at all palatable:
- If convicted, Kyle spends the rest of his days behind bars in a maximum-security prison, therefore rendering his life expectancy quite brief
- If acquitted, Kyle spends the rest of his days in court, desperately fighting off as many civil trials, personal injury lawsuits, and miscellaneous other lawyerly harrassments as the Evil Left and George Soros can cobble together to throw at him
Now admittedly, one of those outcomes is objectively more tolerable than the other. But both are decidedly unpleasant, to put it delicately; both redirect an innocent and exemplary young man away from probably a productive and worthwhile life and towards a life of frustration, futility, and hopelessness; both bear about as much resemblance to the concepts of fairness and true justice as I do to this poor little guy:
And, well, here we all are. I say again: this abominable trial should never have happened at all. As for Rittenhouse’s Soros-bought-and-paid-for persecution team, I’ll let Herschel deal with them.
One more time, the entire team of prosecuting attorneys needs to be flogged in broad daylight, stripped naked, and marched to the town square and put in stocks as an example to children everywhere.
A capital idea, but the very least the bastards deserve. I’d prefer a dead-of-night ceremony involving tar, feathers, riding on rails, being splashed about in a lake a bit, the evening’s festivities topped off with a length of thick rope and a tall, sturdy tree myself. But I’m perfectly okay with some light drawing and quartering and/or dragging them around for miles at high speed behind an old pickup truck also, if that would suit other folks better. Hey, I ain’t hard to get along with. Easygoing, agreeable, open to reasonable compromise, that’s me all over.

Americans can only expect “more of the same and worse” in terms of coercive coronavirus mandates if people do not begin standing up and speaking out, Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo told Breitbart News in an exclusive interview on Friday.“I really think that people do need to stand up and stand for what they believe to be true,” Florida’s surgeon general said when asked what advice he would give to Americans who are facing mandates which could potentially impact their lives and livelihoods.
“I mean, I think that unfortunately, part of the reason we’ve gotten to a place now where people who once said on the record that you couldn’t force people to take vaccine for COVID-19 are now saying the opposite thing — that in fact not only can you, you should force people to take this vaccine — I think that … part of the reason that has happened is because enough people have not been outspoken about their rights,” Ladapo said. “So I think that these medical decisions are for people to make. I think that goes from everything from masks mandates to now these vaccinate mandates and vaccine passports.”
“And I think that if people who don’t agree that that’s the appropriate approach, policy approach, the appropriate health policy approach, to these problems, if they don’t speak up, we can expect more of the same and worse,” he predicted. “I think this is the time for people to speak up.”
Ladapo claimed that such policies have “worsened racial and ethnic disparities” but expressed his belief that the motives are “not about health.”
“It promotes division, and what’s worse is that it basically demonstrates no respect for human rights and human autonomy and the right for people to make health decisions, which they really do have,” he said, explaining that some public health officials have successfully convinced Americans that “they don’t have permission to make decisions about their health.”

Never in my darkest dreams did I ever think that A) this sadly fallen nation would plummet so deeply into the hellish sinkhole of authoritarian tyranny that opinions and beliefs such as these—once commonly held, those beliefs being part of the philosophical framework of the now-deceased Republic and all—would come to sound radical and outrageous; and 2) Florida, of all places, would be the only US state left with officials who proudly advocate and govern based on those beliefs, thereby establishing itself as the last bastion of American liberty.

The first state National Guard unit has made itself clear to the Department of Defense it has no intention of enforcing its Covid-19 vaccine mandate.“The Oklahoma National Guard has rejected the Defense Department’s requirement for all service members to receive the coronavirus vaccine and will allow personnel to sidestep the policy with no repercussions, a potential blueprint for Republican governors who have challenged Biden administration mandates,” the Washington Post reported.
“Brig. Gen. Thomas Mancino, appointed this week by Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) as adjutant of the state’s 10,000 National Guard soldiers and airmen, on Thursday notified those under his command that they are not required to receive the vaccine and won’t be punished if they decline it,” the report added.
“It’s an extraordinary refusal of Pentagon policy and follows Stitt’s written request to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin seeking suspension of the requirement for Guard personnel in the state,” the report noted.“We will respond appropriately,” John Kirby, a Pentagon spokesperson, said of Stitt’s letter.

DeSantis Threatens To Bus Illegal Immigrants Right To Biden’s Doorstep In Delaware If He Doesn’t Secure Border
Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said Wednesday he would send illegal immigrants to Delaware if President Joe Biden didn’t secure the southern border.DeSantis was responding to a question about secret “migrant flights” sent to Florida from areas near the southern border. White House press secretary Jen Psaki previously said Oct. 19 it should be “no surprise” to Americans that the Biden administration is flying migrants to Florida and New York from the southern border.
“If they’re going to come here, we’ll provide buses. I will send them to Delaware and do that. If he’s not going to support the border being secured, then he should be able to have everyone there,” DeSantis said.
DeSantis issued an executive order in September that prohibited Florida state agencies from helping the Biden administration to transport illegal immigrants. DeSantis also said he would be suing the Biden administration for its “catch and release” program.
DeSantis previously characterized the border crisis as an “intentional policy” based on an “open borders ideology.”
“The Biden Administration refuses to abide by the immigration laws of our country, and states bear the brunt of the federal government’s failures,” DeSantis’ office said in a statement to the Daily Caller. “Governor DeSantis is committed to filling that void of leadership and doing everything in his power to protect Floridians.”
“Of course, it would be ideal if the federal government would do its job and use the resources at their disposal to enforce federal law, but since that’s not happening, the state has to step up wherever possible to mitigate the impact of the Biden Border Crisis,” the statement reads.
“If that means sending illegal aliens to Delaware, or even Martha’s Vineyard, so be it. Since Biden believes the open border free for all is good for our country, I’m sure he won’t object,” DeSantis’ office said.
Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz introduced the Stop the SURGE Act on Oct. 19, which would establish ports of entry in a number of Democratic-led areas, including Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, Martha’s Vineyard, Governors Island, New York, and multiple locations in California. The bill is intended to “alleviate the massive overload at the southern border,” according to Cruz.
Why yes, as I matter of fact I DID just swipe the whole damned DC article for the above “excerpt.” That’s how much I enjoyed this story. And yes, I do understand that the chances of DeSantis actually following through and making his threat stick for reals hover somewhere between slim and don’t make me laugh, for all sorts of reasons—some of them probably good ones, I suppose. I do not care, not one whit I don’t. The mere fact that America’s Gov is feisty enough to fire so outré and unheard of a shot across Brandon’s shit-smeared bow will do to be going on with as far as I’m concerned.

Numero Uno: I will henceforth be referring to the great and powerful Ron DeSantis not as “America’s Governor,” my own original term of endearment, but as the President of Real America. Ted Cruz wants Texas to secede if ‘things become hopeless’ in the US
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) said that Texas should secede if Democrats “fundamentally” destroy the U.S. but added that “he is not ready to give up on America yet.”“If the Democrats end the filibuster, if they fundamentally destroy the country, if they pack the Supreme Court, if they make D.C. a state, if they federalize elections, if they massively expand voter fraud, there may come a point where it’s hopeless,” Cruz said while speaking at an event at Texas A&M last month.
The Republican senator was responding to a question posed by a student in the crowd who asked him how he felt about the Texas secessionist movement.
“I think Texas has a responsibility to the country, and I’m not ready to give up on America. I love this country,” he said.
It’s good to hear a sitting United States Senator as prominent as Cruz unafraid to speak his mind openly on an increasingly burning topic like this. Very striking too, even though plenty of folks are going to be displeased indeed with his reticence, which they’ll perceive as waffling or even outright duplicity. I don’t see it that way myself. I mean, think about it: when was the last time you heard a US Senator willing to discuss the mere idea of secession with the seriousness it merits, even going so far as to endorse a reclamation of the proper rights and authority of the several states, rather than laughing the whole thing off as just wild-eyed radical claptrap undeserving of adult consideration? I like the barely-veiled threat that comes next even better.
He also added that Texas has an added responsibility to the U.S. as it is currently “an amazing force keeping America from going off the cliff” and “keeping America grounded in the values that built this country.”
However, he emphasized that the country isn’t at that point where Texas would secede and while he doesn’t support the movement, he “understands the sentiment behind it.”
“We’re not there yet, and if there comes a point where it’s hopeless, then I think we take NASA, we take the military, we take the oil,” Cruz said.
Heh. Take everydamnedthing you can grab, Ted, and Godspeed to you and to the Great Republic of Texas all around.
Seeing as how there’s not a single ounce of back-off to be found anywhere on the Left nowadays, their inborn zealotry and will to destroy all opposition accelerating like Big Daddy Don Garlits dropping the hammer in his rail job after banging a meth, cocaine, and Top Fuel hotshot in the pits, the most pressing question will soon be how many of Cruz’s fellow Texans are riding along side-by-side with him on this wild run, maybe even a bit further on down the strip than he is and beginning to pull away sharpish? Don’t kid yourself that calling it a Gulag is in any way hyperbole, exaggeration, or overstatement. “Inflammatory rhetoric” I can accept, since calling this hideously un-American atrocity by its proper name damned well ought to be inflammatory.
Two Republican members of Congress on Thursday night visited defendants jailed in the nation’s capital on charges in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, confirming a federal judge’s determination that the conditions were “beyond belief.”
Reps. Louie Gohmert of Texas and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia joined a pre-scheduled tour of the D.C. jail by members of the D.C. Council. But earlier in the day they went to Mayor Muriel Bowser’s office and delivered a letter demanding access to the “Patriot Wing” of the jail, arguing it is their duty as Congress members to oversee how the city spends taxpayer dollars.
Greene recounted the visit in a thread on Twitter.
“I’ve never seen human suffering like I witnessed last night,” she said.
The Georgia lawmaker said that when she walked into the “Patriot” wing of the jail, she was “greeted by men with overwhelming cheers who rushed out to meet me with tears streaming down their faces,” describing them as “forgotten & hopeless.”
“It was like walking into a prisoner of war camp and seeing men whose eyes can’t believe someone had made it in to see them. They are suffering greatly,” she said of the Jan. 6 defendants.
“Virtually no medical care, very poor food quality, and being put through re-education which most of them are rejecting.”
Greene said she and her staff are writing a full report of her three-hour tour.
“I am committed to ending this political war and seeing that our justice system is never used against Americans as a political weapon ever again,” she said.
The freshman lawmaker said she is “beginning a plan for real prison reform.”
“Our nation is broken and our people are divided,” the congresswoman said. “It’s time to fix it.”
Hate to be the one to break this to ya, Marge, but filing reports and sponsoring more legislation ain’t gonna get it done, anymore than lawsuits, peaceful protest, or Voting Harderer!™ at them will. “Ending this political war” is the wrong goal anyway—what needs to be the focus now is WINNING it, and fighting as if we intend to win. Alas, that can only mean war—and, as the great Bedford Forrest well knew: War means fighting, and fighting means killing. Bill comes right out and says it, before going a wee mite wobbly.
The reason this is happening, of course, is that treating these people like deadly dangerous animals is part of the narrative that a their almost entirely peaceful protesting at the Capital on January 6 was a hyperviolent domestic armed insurrection carried out at Donald Trump’s behest.
This is so pathologically delusional that only lefties could believe it, and even if they don’t (our leftymedia doesn’t, but it knows which side its ideological bread and cash sandwich is buttered on) they will pretend they do to support the narrative and their own jobs.
What excuse do we on the right have? These are our brothers and sisters, in some cases literally. What message are we sending when we abandon them to rot in some CIA-run punishment mill in the nation’s capitol?
Enough is enough. It’s time to get them out.

Bill, you know I love ya and all, but…nope. Our DC “reps,” with exceptions so few the number could easily be toted up without needing to remove one’s shoes, are all in on it—they ain’t ag’in it, they’re fer it, as the country folk hereabouts might say. The sad, sorry truth is that Team Liberty HAS NO representation in DC, hasn’t for years now. The slithery, slimery reptiles who poke out their forked tongues to falsely proclaim their fidelity to acting as “duly elected representatives of Duh Peepul”—on the increasingly rare occasions they even bother anymore—are in fact our opponents. They are on the other side.
Oh, it’s time to get ’em out all right. Time, and way past time, couldn’t agree more on that. But words, paperwork, and strongly-worded letters expressing dissatisfaction with their performance are no longer sufficient to shift even one of the DC orcs into reconsideration of their intolerable depredations, if ever they were in the first place. At this point, not even explicit and detailed threats of grievous bodily harm will avail us, nor free a one of our brothers currently in durance vile. Not unless those threats are fully, firmly, and swiftly backed up here in what the cool kids nowadays call meatspace, thereby fundamentally transforming threats into promises.
If we want our fellow Patriots sprung, and we certainly should, we’ll need to add that to the ever-lengthening list of things we’re just gonna have to damned well do ourselves. I think at this point nobody needs me to spell out exactly what THAT will require of us, right?

Taiwan on its own.
According to Russia’s Interfax news agency, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov recently announced, “Just like the overwhelming majority of other countries, Russia views Taiwan as part of the People’s Republic of China. This is the premise we proceed from and will continue to proceed from in our policy.” At the time of this statement, Russian forces were conducting joint naval exercises with Chinese forces in the Pacific—culminating in a 10-ship joint formation sailing through Japan’s Tsugaru Strait on October 18.
This, following a series of unprecedented Chinese military aircraft incursions into Taiwan’s airspace, has rattled Taiwan and America’s other allies in the region, namely Japan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Brunei and Malaysia. During the first week of October, over 150 aircraft, including advanced SU-30 fighters and H-6 heavy bombers, flew into Taiwanese airspace. An unprecedented 56 tactical aircraft penetrated Taiwan’s airspace in a single 24-hour period on October 4, the highest single day total to date.
China has already taken control of multiple islands claimed by these allies in an effort to access vast oil and natural gas resources, as well as project its military power in the contested territorial waters of the South China Sea. China’s ongoing trade dispute with Australia has also ratcheted up tensions in the region.
The U.S. foreign policy establishment has rushed to assure Taiwan and its other allies that the United States intends to honor its regional security agreements. Of late, Joe Biden has publicly pledged to defend the Japanese Senkaku islands, which China claims as its territory.
BWAAAA-HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! The notion of the ever-more-enfeebled FUSA actually leaping into the fray to make war against the ChiComs in defense of our RoC allies is ludicrous, and has been for a while now. Realistically, it’s inconceivable that any president since Reagan at least would have dared to honor the explicit US treaty commitment to act militarily in defense of Taiwan against ChiCom aggression—today, the idea is even more bizarre. For numerous reasons, it’s gone from inconceivable to…well, ludicrous.
Thanks to past U.S. economic and domestic policies, we allowed our manufacturing base to be exported to China. While offshoring American jobs to cheaper labor in China was good for U.S. multinational corporations, it resulted in China effectively capturing the bulk of American industrial capacity for consumer goods. This gives China immense leverage within the U.S. economy.
Look now at the supply disruptions spreading across the United States, which result in no small part from our inability to offload Chinese consumer goods at West Coast ports. Consider how U.S. sanctions against China might create an even greater disruption in the supply of goods that the U.S. no longer has the ability to produce. This dynamic gives China considerable sway with a U.S. political donor class that derives its wealth from Chinese industrial capacity. It makes the idea that the Biden Administration would have the will to impose crippling U.S. sanctions as a check against a Chinese invasion of Taiwan unrealistic.
In contrast to China’s relative position of strength, the world has watched as America lost two wars in our failed Global War on Terror. Our withdrawal from Afghanistan was exceptionally humiliating, not just to America, but also to our allies. It was so bad, the UK parliament held Biden in contempt for his mishandling of the withdrawal. Americans swallowed hard when it was revealed that the U.S. general in charge of the evacuation asked the British SAS commander to stop conducting rescue missions to retrieve UK citizens because it was embarrassing the airport-bound U.S. military. We went on to leave thousands of U.S. citizens behind in Afghanistan with only a shrug of Joe Biden’s shoulders.
Today, the United States is a deeply divided nation on the brink of open internal conflict. The Biden Administration is gleefully running down a list of ill-conceived policies that historically have resulted in civil unrest and rebellion. Oblivious to its own incompetence or the concerns of working-class America, it has labeled half the population domestic extremists, including parents angry that their children are being indoctrinated into woke-Marxist ideology. Just this past week, Biden’s national approval rating hit 38 percent and is dropping rapidly. It’s no secret that he appears to be suffering from cognitive decline and who, exactly, is running the country has yet to be revealed. America is at its weakest point in at least a century, and China, as well as the rest of the world, notices.
Numerous reasons, as I said, but the boldface bit is the one that dwarves all the others. As the American populace has grown ever more complacent, indecisive, and vacuous, their will to victory—their willingness to even countenance making war at all, for any reason—has proportionately withered as well, in mirror-like reflection. It’s unlikely in the extreme that present-day American lotus eaters in any great numbers would support military action to defend this country.
Taiwan? Shhyeeeaaah, pull the other one, whydon’tcha. It has a bell on it.
Which may actually turn out to be a good thing in the long run. Fact is, Real Americans have much bigger and more pressing issues confronting us right here at home—issues that will have to be dealt with, issues that simply cannot be back-burnered, ignored, or blithely waved away. Hate it for Taiwan and all, but the rip in our national fabric is so profound that it’s no easy thing to define the FUSA as a nation at all anymore, except in the loosest terms. In a great many minds, the Great Schism has already taken place. And in a non-trivial percentage of those, there is little or no desire to knit the country back together again.
With regard to a China-Taiwan conflict, the danger to America does not necessarily come from what happens to Taiwan. The danger comes from how radically the geopolitical status quo in the Pacific might change should China retake Taiwan by force in the face of U.S. opposition—or lack of opposition.
If the United States opposes China and fails to stop its move against Taiwan, then we will have shown ourselves incapable of fulfilling our security agreements in the Pacific.
Which is, y’know, true.
If the United States demurs and abandons Taiwan to the Chinese, then we will have shown that our security agreements are not worth the paper on which they are printed.
Which is also, y’know, true.
Either way, this likely results in the restructuring of alliances in the Pacific away from an impotent or feckless United States to accommodate the new global hegemon—China. The second and third order effects of our losses in the Pacific would reverberate across Europe, particularly in areas threatened by an expansionist Russia…which has opportunistically positioned itself for just such a situation.
This, too, could be looked at as a good thing from some perspectives, or maybe a not-entirely-disastrous one. The cold reality is that Amerika v2.0 is a paper tiger, a hollowed-out shell whose only resemblance now to the once-mighty military, economic, and geopolitical juggernaut I call America That Was (swiped from the finest TV show ever conceived, natch) is entirely superficial. As Morton points out, every imaginable Taiwan scenario ends badly for this third-rate power, worse for Free Taiwan.
The post-WW2 treaties promising pipsqueak nations a US defensive shield against Commie aggression now only serve to highlight the unpleasant fact that our antecedents wrote a lot of checks that the current generation hasn’t the means to make good on. The sooner our feckless, braggadocious ProPols admit this forthrightly, sit down, and stop running their fat yaps as if it was still 1947 the better I’ll like it. Because the sad delusion of an American colossus permanently astride the globe, omnipotent and unchallengeable, is getting to be pretty embarrassing at this point.

DeSantis Pledges to Stand Up Against DOJ Efforts to ‘Silence’ Parents at School Board Meetings
“Attorney General Garland is weaponizing the DOJ by using the FBI to pursue concerned parents and silence them through intimidation,” DeSantis tweeted. “Florida will defend the free speech rights of its citizens and will not allow federal agents to squelch dissent.”DeSantis’s office later released a statement pointing out that harassment is already a crime in Florida, and that state law enforcement is “perfectly capable of responding to crimes in Florida, and we have never heard the FBI suggest otherwise.”
“However, disagreement is not harassment,” the statement continued. “Protest is not terrorism, unless it involves rioting, looting, and assault, like some of the left-wing protests of summer 2020. Again, all of those actions are crimes in Florida and will be prosecuted, regardless of political context.”
Garland directed the FBI to address “threats” against school board members and other school employees on Monday after a letter to the White House from the National School Boards Association alleged that parents voicing frustration over school policies and curriculum at board meetings “could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes.”
Spoken like a true “moderate” there, Merrick. Hey hey, I have an idea: let’s make this dimestore-dictator a Supreme Court Justice!

There history goes again, rhyming.
The fate imposed on (LTC Stuart) Scheller is eerily similar to the fate of Colonel Alfred Dreyfus, the Jewish French officer who was scapegoated for the crimes of their military establishment and elite officer class.
Dreyfus, despite his rank, was an outsider, as is Scheller.
Dreyfus’s case was built around a traitor who was covertly feeding intelligence to the German enemy. The French military refused to believe that one of their favored officers, one with close access to the elites, would do such a thing. So, they went in search of a sacrificial goat. They found it in Dreyfus.
In America’s case, the hullabaloo about Scheller distracts attention away from General Milley who, without authority, contacted the Chinese enemy to assure them that he would give them prior notice should his Commander in Chief, the President of the United States, give an order to attack them.
In Dreyfus’s case, the guilty party was a treasonous officer named Esterhazy and it took an incoming head of the French military intelligence, a diligent officer named Georges Piquart, to reveal the real culprit as Esterhazy.
By that time, the Jew Dreyfus has been publicly demoted, shamed, and shipped off to Devil’s Island, a penal colony off the shores of distant French Guiana in South America.
When the military ruling class was given overwhelming evidence of the guilt of Esterhazy, and their incompetence and cover-up, they shipped Piquart off to a North African battlefront in the hope that he would be killed. When he wasn’t, he was imprisoned.
When Marine Colonel Scheller spoke out publicly to demand accountability after thirteen American military personnel had been murdered in Kabul, the top Pentagon officials did what the French did: they relieved him of his duty and confined him to solitary confinement as the French did with Georges Piquart 123 years ago.
When rumors began to circle implicating Esterhazy in the treasonous incident, the French military court hastily held a show trial that acquitted Esterhazy of all wrongdoing.
Despite the banishment of both Dreyfus and Piquart, news circulated about a miscarriage of justice and the evidence of a national cover-up in the top ranks of the French military establishment.
I took a courageous journalist, Emile Zola, to write an article in a leading French newspaper titled “J’Accuse!” in which he defended Dreyfus and accused the hierarchy of a cover-up.
As a result, Zola was accused and convicted of libel, but he escaped to Britain to continue his righteous campaign for justice for Dreyfus and Piquart.
That’s what always seems to happen with these round-robin railroadings and ass-covering coverups: they go on expanding and expanding until they become too big to be contained. And that’s when TPTB grow desperate enough to start taking down people who weren’t involved at all in the original issue. Which cruel perversion of the very concept of justice TPTB doesn’t give a fig about, natch, every last one of them being soulless, merciless vampires whose sole desire is to remain tightly clamped to the neck of the Body Politic, so to speak, sucking away forever. Anybody, even the most peripheral figures, who becomes a credible threat to their supply of Serf blood is gonna see ’em get REALLY mean.
Which leaves only one option open: STAKE the motherfuckers, right through the heart, cut off the head, and burn the corpse to cinders. So to speak.
Dreyfus was shipped back to France to face yet another trial by the same establishment. In 1899, he was again court-martialed and found guilty.
By this time the mood had changed in France and, days after the trial, Dreyfus was pardoned by the French president on all charges. However, it took another seven years before Dreyfus was exonerated and reinstated into the French army, fully twelve years since he was publicly shamed.
It took individual men of courage to face down the political and military establishment in France to change the public mood and restore justice for both Dreyfus and Piquart.
How many courageous individuals, how many years will it take, to bring justice to Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller and expose the rotten hypocrisy in the top ranks of the Pentagon and the White House?
Dunno; how many ash stakes, machetes, and torches can said individuals tote with ’em to LeJeune, then on up to Mordor on the Potomac? Because we can’t call the job well and truly done until the entire coven of vampires has been wiped out.

Smith & Wesson Ditches Massachusetts Over Pending Legislation, Moves Headquarters To Tennessee
Less than six months after gunmaker Kimber Mfg. moved from New York to Alabama due in part to ‘gun and business-friendly support’ from the red state, Smith & Wesson is moving out of Massachusetts – and will relocate its headquarters to Maryville, Tennessee in 2023, according to Bloomberg.The nation’s largest gun manufacturer cited restrictive legislation currently under consideration in Mass., which if enacted, would prohibit the company from manufacturing certain guns in the state they’ve called home for nearly 170 years.
“These bills would prevent Smith & Wesson from manufacturing firearms that are legal in almost every state in America and that are safely used by tens of millions of law-abiding citizens every day exercising their Constitutional 2nd Amendment rights, protecting themselves and their families, and enjoying the shooting sports,” said SWBI CEO Mark Smith.
“While we are hopeful that this arbitrary and damaging legislation will be defeated in this session, these products made up over 60% of our revenue last year, and the unfortunate likelihood that such restrictions would be raised again led to a review of the best path forward for Smith & Wesson,” he added.
The move will bring 750 jobs to Maryville, along with a $125 million investment, according to the Wall Street Journal, citing the Tennessee Department of Economic & Community Development.

Having been trapped in the People’s Republic of Massachusetts all these years, the move will no doubt neccessitate, for whatever employees decide to come along, a substantial psychological readjustment to help them cope with the wholly unfamiliar concept of freedom and individual rights. But they’ll all be much better off for it in the long run.
Springfield Mayor Domenic Sarno said in a statement that the move will cost the city 550 job, which he described as ‘devastating’ for the families involved. The city said they would attempt to work with the gunmaker to try and retain 1,000 remaining jobs.
Aww, that’s a damned shame. The fact is that at this point, ANY company situated behind Enemy lines up North and associated in any manner at all with firearms has to have a death wish. Regardless of how long the company may have thrived there, how deep its roots in the community were before, such companies are now in hostile territory, thus are living on borrowed time. The sad fact must be faced: the anti-2A shitlib majority population in those climes doesn’t want you, doesn’t like you, and doesn’t intend to tolerate your presence among them for very much longer. The bad. You should have made this move a long time ago. You waited too long, just at the time when housing prices are at a peak.
The ugly. You’re leaving some manufacturing in Massachusetts. This is a bad move, and you’ll live to regret it, from unionization from one plant to another, to further restrictions on firearms manufacturing. What – you don’t really think this is the last, do you?
If you do, you’re a suicidal fool, and will deserve what you’ll soon be getting.
