Yes, Virginia, there IS a truck-driver shortage

And it was intrusive government that created it.

After a long cross-country flight, I made it out of LAX and into an Uber. I wasn’t in the mood to talk, but the driver was. And hearing that I was a journalist, he wanted to tell me a story. I’ve heard a lot of stories over the years, but this may have been the most important one I let go.

He hadn’t always been driving an Uber at 11:30 at night. Not all that long ago he used to have his own business with 7 trucks before he was bankrupted by California’s insane regulations.

I listened, but didn’t pay enough attention. The impact of California’s Democrat legislative supermajority on truckers was just another data point alongside what was happening to freelancers of all kinds and a lot of small businesses. Stories like this were everywhere and there was little interest in them even in conservative circles outside the tarnished golden state.

I’m sure California’s meddlesome over-regulation isn’t helping matters any, but the truth is that the bigger, broader hand of FederalGovCo has done more damage by far. The driver shortage has been an issue since back when I was still trucking, and that was over fifteen years ago. I still talk now and then with a good few who are still out there on the job, including my own brother, and so am still more or less up on doin’s. And what’s crystal clear is that, due to numerous factors that all boil down to inept, staggeringly clueless government micromanagement, vanishingly few young guys have any interest at all in getting into the industry. Meanwhile, the increasingly-fed-up old hands are getting out just as quick as they possibly can.

Y’know, pretty much as has happened in every other corner of the economy that has felt the five-thumbed hand of government tightening around its throat for any significant length of time.

The massive supply chain mess that’s leaving stores empty and orders unfulfilled doesn’t have a single point of failure, but dozens of them. China’s energy shortages, the overhyped predictive powers of Big Data, the fragility of the global economy, fuel costs, and welfare state worker shortages are all players. But California’s truck bans are a key link in the great failure chain.

While I was riding home that night, California trucking companies were going bankrupt at a rapid rate. Few outside the industry were paying attention or understood what that might mean.

2019 was described as a “bloodbath” for the trucking industry with 640 trucking companies across the country filing for bankruptcy in just the first half of the year. Thousands of truck drivers were left unemployed. Many went into the expanding last mile delivery business, some as contractors for Amazon. But California truckers and businesses had their own special woes.

Two years ago, Governor Newsom signed the Democrat supermajority’s Assembly Bill 5 into law. While AB5 was billed as a crackdown on Uber and Lyft, forcing the companies to treat freelance contractors as employees, the gig economy companies pushed Proposition 22 so that they were the only ones exempt from the law. (A Democrat judge has since illegally blocked the approved ballot measure while falsely claiming that it was unconstitutional.)

AB5 however was less about Uber than it was about outlawing freelance employees in order to force them into unions. The union power grab inconvenienced Uber and Lyft, but crushed freelance workers in a variety of fields including journalism. One of the fields was trucking.

Over the summer, the California Trucking Association actually went to the Supreme Court to fight AB5 and allow owners and operators to use independent contractors. The CTA listed 70,000 owner operators. In the years since AB5, Ubers have become scarcer and more expensive, which is what the law was actually designed to do, but the consequences to the trucking industry have been far worse albeit invisible to most people until now. While truckers are still protected from AB5, many in the industry are not willing to bet their future on SCOTUS.

AB5 was not only the assault on the trucking industry by California Democrats who were aggressively trying to unionize the industry and to impose environmental regulations on it.

It was not, nor was said assault limited to California or ever more onerous “Save Gaia!” measures. The willful destruction of the trucking industry is multifarious and complex, from the implementation of nearly incomprehensible tangle of hours-worked limitations to electronic-log requirements to the absurd Regen mandate, which is my personal fave. Regen is so pluperfect an encapsulation of FederalGovCo stupidity as to beggar belief. To wit:

There’s no such thing as a good time for downtime, especially when it’s unexpected. And one issue many fleet drivers don’t plan for is forced regens.

If you haven’t experienced this issue yet, consider yourself lucky. A forced regen occurs when soot builds up inside the diesel particulate filter (DPF) to the point that the vehicle is no longer operable. When this happens, a driver has to pull over and initiate a self-cleaning process that can take up to 40 minutes — valuable time that could have been spent on the road.

If that sounds confusing, it really isn’t. The DPF traps the soot; the DPF gets full; driver must pull over IMMEDIATELY for a “forced regen” when the warning light comes on, lest severe damage be done to the engine of a truck he just paid 150k or a good bit more to purchase.

Now, here’s where a sensible person’s head will start to spin like Linda Blair’s in The Exorcist. Know what a “forced regen” is? Why, nothing other than the process of ALL THE PARTICULATES AND SOOT THE FILTER REMOVED FROM THE ATMOSPHERE BEING BLOWN BACK OUT INTO THE ATMOSPHERE AGAIN. Only instead of it being done gradually, over a wide area, the gunk is expelled all at once, in a single spot. Whenever you’ve seen a big rig sitting on the side of the highway, a thick column of smoke belching skyward from the stacks, what you’re witnessing is the hand of FederalGovCo in action, just another Superstate Success Story™.

Ahh, but let’s not be offering any congratulations or humble thanks to our Lords and Masters on another Job Well Done quite yet, folks. Because as always, there’s more.

Last year, the California Air Resources Board issued a press release boasting that it had taken a “bold step to reduce truck pollution”. The bold step required switching to electric trucks.

“We are showing the world that we can move goods, grow our economy and finally dump dirty diesel,” Jared Blumenfeld, California’s Secretary for Environmental Protection, sneered.

Oh, is THAT what you think you’re “showing the world”? Because what the world is actually seeing looks not at ALL like what you just said. But hey, you do you, Poindexter. Live your truth, by all means. The snickering you’re hearing only means that we’re mighty impressed by your achievements, that’s all. Awestruck, even. Carry on.

While the ultimate truck ban was scheduled for 2045, an initial phase-in of 5% to 9% begins in 2024. Last year, California’s DMV began refusing to register thousands of trucks with an estimated 100,000 trucks under threat. With “green” trucks costing $70,000 more, this was a non-starter for already troubled independent owner-operators and even larger companies.

That was part of the plan.

Well, of course it was. These oozing chancres are always and forever working a Plan, a trait not limited to just the Califrutopia-localized sub-genus of the Rodentia Bureaucraticus species either. Bad as the worthless parasites have made our national situation already, the one certainty is that things are going to get much, much worse. That’s what they are, it’s what they do.

The Thrubbles, American-style

Alarming parallels.

The Irish Troubles is one of six models I’ve identified that could have (loosely) an American equivalent.

Of course, I’m not talking about Catholics versus Protestants, but a sectarian conflict featuring sporadic armed political violence where the government’s primary mission is peacekeeping followed by counterterrorism.

The Irish Troubles resulted in over 50,000 casualties and 3,500 deaths over a 30-year span (1969-1998). Armed violence was widespread across Northern Ireland, but this map illustrating the deaths of civilians and British Security Forces gives us a good glimpse of where casualty-producing attacks occurred.

One of my key assumptions for this model remains that armed political volence would be geographically limited. I wouldn’t expect much from, say, central Nebraska or northern Alabama, for instance, just like many areas of Northern Ireland had very few instances of armed violence over a 30-year span. I expect most places to remain… well, pretty quiet as far as fighting is concerned. (Criminality is another matter!)

A few things… First, civilian deaths are roughly equal to deaths of all belligerents. High civilian casualties are the norm for domestic conflicts, going all the way back to at least the 1500s. As French Renaissance philosopher Michel de Montaigne (1532-1592) observed, “In truth a forraine warre is nothing so dangerous a disease as a civill.”

Second, while the 1970s were by far the most violent, war-related deaths continued to stack up over the following decades. The total death toll of 3,483 works out to an average of 116 deaths per year, or roughly one death every three days. For 30 years. Low intensity conflicts, especially insurgencies and guerrilla wars, are often protracted. Nothing happening in the United States today signals that our own domestic conflict would be short lived.

Third, I’m still compiling the numbers of fighters as a percentage of the overall populace. The end result will show that a small percentage was actively engaged in the fighting at any given time. As we see in most low intensity conflicts, a small percentage actually takes part in the fighting, followed by maybe 5-15% of the total population involved in active support at some level, and everyone else is just trying to live their lives. I suspect that the American Troubles would be similar.

The real problem for most Americans will be the economic, financial, and monetary destruction that results from armed conflict. While you’d think that high unemployment would enable the mobilization of millions of military-aged males, the disruption to transportation, shipping, and production likely means that many Americans will be focused on week to week survival, as opposed to actively fighting.

The greater the operational tempo and mass of fighters, the greater logistics you need. This likely means that the number of fighters remains relatively small compared to the efforts required to support them. Again, less than 5%, maybe even less than 1%, is likely to be engaged at any time. (That’s still a lot of people.)

On that note, the United States population today is some 200 times larger than Northern Ireland was from 1969-1998. So could we see 200 times the death toll? Certainly.

Although I still maintain that there is simply no possible way to accurately predict where this is headed or how it’s all going to end up, Culper’s comparison with The Thrubbles (hey, I’m Irish all to hell and gone on my mom’s side, so I can say it that way if I want to, dammit) seems entirely apt to me, and just as likely to yield some useful indications as any. At the end of the day, though, the one and only sure thing is that it’s going to positively SUCK.

Riding the tiger

I dunno, does it seem to anybody but me as if the dot-mil fucksticks are really going out of their way to jump harder on the SEALs than anyone else?

Defense Dept. threatening elite Navy SEALs who refuse to take COVID jab with paying back cost of training and discharge
(Natural News) The U.S. Navy’s SEAL teams are literally among the most elite military forces in the world, if not the most elite, but because the Biden regime is literally made up of exactly the kind of tyrants they accused Donald Trump of being, our country is at risk of losing many of these warriors.

According to an exclusive Fox News report, “a growing number of U.S. Navy SEALs who are seeking a religious exemption to the Defense Department’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate are being threatened and, in some cases, harassed into submission.”

Added retired SEAL chief Tim Wood on Twitter: “This is a political purge. ‘A new directive by the Navy’s COVID Consolidated Disposition Authority (CCDA) issued yesterday states that if SEALs decline the vaccine, the Navy may seek to recover from each individual SEAL the money the government has spent on training them.”

“Purging our military of its elite servicemembers is detrimental to national security. Doing so because the Commander in Chief refuses to accommodate their religious convictions is abhorrent to the Constitution. Their years of experience and leadership in service to our nation is immeasurable and irreplaceable,” Michael Berry, First Liberty Institute’s general counsel, and lieutenant colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve, who is representing approximately 34 active-duty SEALs and two reservists, told Fox News.

“Remove a SEAL from special warfare, reduce his salary, and force him to repay his training is purely vindictive and punitive. And it’s illegal. They have nothing to do with a virus,” he said.

Just when you think the nasty little dimestore dictators have finally hit Peak Pettiness and Spite, they go and up the ante on ya again. Today’s masterful Brandon Smith essay might at first glance appear to be unrelated. It is no such thing.

Covid Authoritarians Are The Cause Of America’s Problems, Not The Unvaccinated
Leftists, collectivists and globalists function according to majority rule and herd mentality. They have gatekeepers, and the gatekeepers set the agenda and dictate decision making responsibilities for the group. Leftist herds wait patiently for top-down orders from their designated gatekeepers and most of them obey without question. This is how they operate.

Liberty minded people operate in the opposite fashion. Our “leaders” are always under scrutiny, and this includes political mascots like Donald Trump. This is why, during a recent speech in Alabama, Trump was booed by a crowd of supporters after he called for them to get the covid vaccine. Conservatives generally don’t care about the person promoting the message, they only care if the message passes the smell test.

Leftists and globalists are incapable of grasping conservative principles or the conservative mindset. This fact is hilariously evident in the style of propaganda they have consistently used to try to intimidate or pressure the conservative public into compliance with the mandates. We don’t view Trump as a philosophical leader; in fact, there were so many underlying issues with his cabinet and his policies that his leadership became suspect. At most, conservatives enjoyed Trump’s administration simply because his presence in the White House drove leftist authoritarians to greater madness.

We definitely don’t care what Trump has to say on the vaccines.

There is further evidence of the disconnect I describe in the actions of leftists and the establishment when it comes to vax mandates in the workplace. I can’t tell you how many times I have heard the argument from covid cultists that conservatives “Might say we will refuse to comply, but when our livelihoods are threatened we will submit.” They believe this because that’s how THEY would respond. They are cowardly weaklings with no heart, no principles and no morals. They think that since they would cave in to the pressure, the rest of us would cave in as well.

The past month has proven them oh so wrong as millions of people stage protests and walk outs across the country. There is even refusal among around 25% of the armed forced averaged across all branches, as well as up to 50% of city police forces. Most employers and government offices can barely function as is; there is zero chance they will be able to cope with a 10% loss of workforce, let alone a 25% to 50% loss. They would crumble.

This was obviously not the plan; the globalists were not prepared for this level of resistance in the US and this is evident in their pathetic propaganda scramble. That does not mean they don’t have contingencies in place. I am already seeing a fledgling narrative in the media which is implanting the idea that any breakdown of the system in the US will actually be the fault of the unvaccinated.

Biden has been a fervent culprit behind the narrative that everything from economic instability and supply chain problems to social divisions should be blamed on unvaccinated Americans. That’s right, the majority of these disasters started on Biden’s watch and because of his policies, but somehow WE are the real danger. Yes, the draconian mandates are illegal and unconstitutional and yes, mandates are not laws in any form, and yes, Biden and his handlers are acting like dictators and there is no reason to do anything they say. But, we are the bad guys. This is classic communist gaslighting.

Here’s an idea: Stop trying to enforce covid mandates and vaccine passports. Stop paying people to stay home from work with covid welfare bribes. Stop generating trillions of dollars in fiat stimulus from thin air to pay for even more useless programs we don’t need. Then watch how quickly stagflation, economic instability, the workforce shortages and most other problems in the US suddenly disappear. The unvaccinated are not the source of American distress, the globalists and errand boys like Biden and blue state governors are the cause. Remove them from the equation and America’s future looks much brighter.

Ahh, but there’s the rub, see. Removing them from the equation is indeed crucial, the front-and-center survival imperative—NOT in any rhetorical or figurative sense, but quite literally. The task will require direct, physical action. If we ought to have learned anything by now, it’s that these bipedal plague-rats will never remove themselves, of their own volition, for any reason whatsoever—public health and/or safety, domestic tranquillity, America’s future as a nation. Be assured that they will neither go willingly nor quietly. To adapt one of my own pet phrases, they will have to BE removed.

I’d guess that one of the very best ways to get THAT party started for reals would be to keep right on pissing all over the SEALs the way they’ve been doing. From all I’ve seen of them, SEALs are NOT guys who are in the habit of standing still for bucketloads of wanton abuse from slope-shouldered pissants and office-bound bureauweasels.

Example, set

Gestapo goon squad shows up at Ocker’s door, attempts to intimidate and harrass him by waving a printout of his Fakebook page in his face, which includes a pic they threateningly allege might be legally-actionable evidence of his attendance at an “illegal protest.”

Ocker ain’t having any.

This guy right here gets it. He really does. These two officers of the corrupt law knocked on the wrong door.

A few highlights:

  • First off, he’s laughing throughout this whole scene. Laughing in their faces. (Because this is all a joke.)
  • “So, what are we here for? Are you here to serve me, or?…[laughter] It’s loserish, it’s like, sad. What is this? I mean, where are we going in life? We’ve got the cops coming around here to tell me that I’ve been at a protest six months ago.”
  • “Why are you working for this corrupt government? What are you guys doing? Who are you serving? Are you serving us? Or are you serving the corrupt government and health officials that want no good for you? They’re not there for you.”
  • “Black Lives Matter protest was 2 weeks before that! Was that illegal? You knocking on their doors? You’re not.”
  • “So if I say no [I wasn’t there] you’re not going to give me the paperwork? You’re going to go home?”
  • “You’re asking me if I’m at a protest six months ago. I don’t recall. I do not recall. I don’t recall, I’m sorry. I don’t recall. I don’t recall.”

Absolutely perfect. I hope these officers take something from what they’ve just heard. Probably they wont, though.

Good on ya for seeing those oinkers off proper, mate. A satisfying conclusion, right enough, but the post’s author closes on a sour note.

I’m so thankful to live in the Land of the Free!

Uh huh. One of you guys want to break the bad news to poor deluded Mr Pritchard and dry him out behind the ears, or should I do it?

Git hot or go home

There’s a “new anger” in town, of a sort the ancient Festivus “Airing Of Grievances” tradition isn’t strong enough to overcome.

One thing Americans can presumably all agree on in our current cold civil war is that civility, mutual if grudging respect, and rational if testy debate in our political discourse have all been replaced by a hair-trigger performative outrage, the scorched-earth warfare of cancel culture, and even occasional violence. It’s difficult to remember that there was a time when even acerbic antagonists like William Buckley and Gore Vidal could trade barbs onstage without hurling chairs at each other and inciting nationwide rioting. What has happened to us? How did we come to this point? And is this state of rage destined to be a permanent feature of our cultural and political landscape?

Peter Wood, president of the National Association of Scholars and author of the essential 1620: A Critical Response to the 1619 Project, has addressed these questions incisively in a must-read, brand new book titled Wrath: America Enraged. He agreed to answer some questions about the book.

Mark Tapson: Mr. Wood, what is the “new anger,” and what is the difference between anger and wrath in a political context?

Peter Wood: “New anger” is show-off anger, the display of someone who expects to be admired for the performance or to boast about it afterwards: anger mixed with self-delight.  New anger contrasts to the older ethic of trying to master your anger and not to let it master you.  Through much of American history, giving free vent to anger was regarded as a sign of weakness and immaturity.  We admired the man or woman who, when provoked, found ways to handle the situation without descending into rage.  Of course, that kind of self-control often failed, at which point brawls erupted.  Those who brawled in public or in private, however, were not regarded as good people.  Those who turned to anger too quickly or too often were shamed.

“New anger” became a recognizable force in American life in the 1950s, though it was at first a trend confined to avant garde parts of society:  the beat generation, early adepts of Freudian psychoanalysis, and people reading French existentialist novels. From these seeds grew the counterculture of the sixties, and then the disillusioned anger of the Big Chill 1970s.  I am collapsing a lot of history into a few sentences.  The breakdown of the older ideals of emotional self-control and their replacement by a new ethic of emotional expressiveness didn’t happen overnight or all at once or equally in all sectors of society.  Fifteen years ago I spent a whole book (A Bee in the Mouth: Anger in America Now) to describe the slow progression of new anger into the position it now has of cultural dominance. I’m mindful that whole generations have grown up for whom there is nothing “new” about “new anger.” It is all they have ever experienced unless they have been immersed in the world of Turner Classic Movies, where you can glimpse a world ruled by different emotional norms.

But you ask me “what is the difference between anger and wrath in a political context?” The political left, going all the way back to the 1950s and even earlier upheld the view that American society is so unjust that people should indeed feel righteous indignation and anger at our institutions. The form of this leftist anger, of course, shifted with other changes in the national temperament. A Woody Guthrie protest song of the Dust Bowl years expressed leftist anger in a vivid way but it was meant to rally people and it had a good-humored element to it. As new anger emerged in the 1950s, leftist anger began to take on a darker tone. The Beat poet Allen Ginsberg wrote a poem in 1956 titled “America,” in which he told the country, “Go fuck yourself with your atom bomb.” The shock of a line like that has dissipated over the years as vulgarity has become common, but it was a pretty big step at the time, and it opened a rhetorical arms race on the left. Finding ever newer and more offensive ways to express anger became a competition among leftist artists, intellectuals, and self-styled rebels.

I’m using the word to capture that moment of emotional impasse in which the person has been angered beyond endurance and sees no way ahead. All the exits have been blocked and the places where emotional expression could be channeled into political or legal action seem to be out of reach. Wrath is collective despair suddenly torn free of all (or at least most) restraints because the other side has chosen to rule by foce and intimidation, not by the consent of the governed.

Which, to me at least, highlights a simple fact: The wrath of Heritage Americans is rational, reasonable, and entirely justified. It is reactive, the just and proper response all citizens of a free republic should feel over the depredations of those who propose to enslave them. The Left’s wrath, in razor-sharp contrast, is none of those things, being no more than the response of overindulged juveniles to the thwarting of their will to absolute power, or the adult rejection of their presumed right to wield it. There is no justification for such unreflective, self-serving rage, nothing reasonable or rational about it. Rather than indulging or even tolerating it, it needs to be punished, and mercilessly.

Sorry, Commie brats, I’m afraid you just don’t get to wave your chubby fists around in inchoate rage because freemen decline to just quietly roll over and let you rule them. That ain’t how it works, I’m afraid. Freedom-oriented folks—being peaceable, mature sorts whose primary wish is to be left alone by the likes of you snotnoses—will put up with a lot, to be sure. But there IS a limit to their forebearance, which limit you are well past, whether you know it or not. To learn more about all this, keep fucking around and find out. I promise you won’t like it.

“A CONTAGION of COURAGE”

Not a moment too soon, either. But, human nature being what it is, that’s almost always the way; nornal, sane, peaceable sorts tend to be slow to rile up and get moving, until all of a sudden…they aren’t.

Resistance Is Not Futile
After mass vaccinating the oblivious sheeple (the first 30%), then incentivizing or threatening the easily controlled obedience worshipers (another 30%), the genocidal vaccine pushers have reached the fiercely resisting 40% of the country that refuses to go along with vaccine tyranny.

All across America, pilots, firefighters, police officers, sheriff’s deputies, construction workers, office workers and many other people are saying, “Take this jab and shove it!”

Courage is contagious.

When groups of informed Americans rise up and say, “No!” to the genocidal vaccine tyrants, the tyrants are eventually forced to back down for the simple reason that you can’t run society without workers. And if those workers decide that risking their health and life isn’t worth a measly paycheck in soon-to-be-worthless dollars, society simply cannot function.

The revolt of the workers is best captured in this explicit video by “Old Man Cruz” (not related to Sen. Ted Cruz), a construction worker who explains what happens when workers stand up to vaccine tyranny…

It seems cliché to say that our nation is at the crossroads, but it’s true. The path we choose from here will be the path our nation continues down for the foreseeable future. If we succumb to the medical tyranny staring down at us, then we will beginning our descent on the aforementioned slippery slope with no realistic chance of recovery. If we fight this oppression and declare we are a free people, then our oblivion will be delayed until the next existential threat arises.

If there’s a silver lining to all of this, it’s that the nation needs an infusion of patriotism in action from time to time. Our patriotic muscles are like real muscles. They need to be exercised or the grow weaker. Today is our opportunity to defend the Constitution and the God-given freedoms the Constitution highlights. If we are to be a free people, then we must recognize that our freedoms will not defend themselves. It takes action at times like these. It takes courage.

It takes us. All of us.

Pandemic Panic Theater has turned a large number of Americans into pawns of the powers-that-be. But there are still millions of Americans who can stand up to oppression. Will we?

If history is any guide, some will; most won’t. What remains to be seen is if ENOUGH of us will. I’m inclined to think so, myself. Contra Rucker’s penultimate ‘graph, it DOESN’T take “all of us.” It only takes enough. And happily, once a stalwart handful get the train rolling, we all might be surprised at how many more folks will quickly jump aboard.

A tale of two countries

Two sets of laws, two sets of beliefs, two sets of outcomes. See if you can spot which one of them is nothing but arrant, evil horseshit.

Our Representatives, Not J6 Protesters, Defile the ‘Sacred’ U.S. Capitol
Here is how Joe Biden’s Justice Department recently described the actions of Robert Reeder, a Maryland man whose life has been ruined since he was charged with four misdemeanors related to his participation in the January 6 protest: “The attack on the U.S. Capitol…was one of the only times in our history when the building was literally occupied by hostile participants,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Joshua Rothstein wrote in an August filing. “The Defendant chose to be a part of the desecration of the Capitol rotunda. The Defendant stood in the center of the rotunda, where Ruther (sic) Bader Ginsburg, John Lewis, Ronald Reagan, Dwight Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, and Abraham Lincoln, among others, lied in state. What the Defendant chose to record and celebrate at that place, at that time, was antithetical to the events that most Americans associate with the Capitol rotunda.”

“Indeed, his very presence in the Capitol rotunda that day was a desecration of hallowed ground.”

Now, for credentialed D.C. insiders like Joshua Rothstein, that undoubtedly is true. After all, Reeder, unlike Joshua Rothstein, did not attend Columbia Law School. Reeder was a FedEx truck driver until the company fired him after his arrest and now he can’t find another job. As he said during his sentencing hearing last Friday, he is “radioactive”—so he cannot afford to throw himself a 40th birthday party like Joshua Rothstein just did. Rothstein’s party, held at a rented-out D.C. restaurant, was complete with truffles and monogrammed cookies and attended by former Homeland Security director Jeh Johnson and other Beltway bigwigs, Politico reported.

In fact, Robert Reeder, thanks to people like Josua Rothstein and his journo pals, doesn’t have many friends any more. Reeder’s teenage son, who shares his father’s name, doesn’t want to go to school; he’s bullied because of his father’s involvement on January 6, even though Reeder didn’t attack anyone or vandalize any property.

Reeder’s family and neighbors have abandoned him, too. As Reeder tearfully explained to a federal judge on Friday, even his church told him to stop coming because he was a distraction. “That’s tough because it was my support group,” Reeder told Judge Thomas Hogan, who ignored Reeder’s desperate plea for compassion and sentenced him to three months in prison for pleading guilty to one count of “parading” in the Capitol building—a place Hogan described as “sacrosanct.”

Rothstein, who wanted Reeder in jail for six months, told the court Reeder walked around like “he was a congressman” on January 6.

While it’s true Reeder did enter the Capitol building twice, he acted nothing like a United States congressman.

The official congressional record does not show Reeder as a co-sponsor of Joe Biden’s $3.5 trillion boondoggle—a figure closer to $5 trillion according to some analyses—that will raise at least $2 trillion in new taxes and redistribute the windfall to Democrats’ pet projects including paid family leave, child tax credits, free college, expanded health care coverage, and “clean energy.”

Robert Reeder isn’t responsible for a wide open southern border that threatens our safety and our sovereignty. There’s no evidence he consented to deploy millions of U.S. troops and spend trillions of U.S. tax dollars on failed foreign wars that culminated with a humiliating exit from Afghanistan resuling in the murder of 13 American servicemembers while leaving behind $80 billion in weaponry and artillery.

He didn’t participate in two preposterous impeachment trials against Donald Trump, one of which was a ruse to cover-up the Biden family overseas racket before the 2020 primaries, or the vile character assasination of a Supreme Court justice nominee.

He didn’t marry his brother to commit immigration fraud, repeatedly lie to the American public about an “abundance of evidence” to prove Trump-Russia election collusion, scream “we’re gonna impeach the motherfucker” after being sworn-in to Congress, encourage people to publicly harass Trump officials, or bend a knee in the “sacred” Capitol building to honor George Floyd. There is no statement from Reeder condemning America as systemically racist and supporting a new federal holiday to collectively repent for George Floyd’s death.

Joshua Rothstein was wrong when he claimed that January 6 was the first time the Capitol had been invaded by “hostile participants.” With the exception of a handful of decent lawmakers, the “sacred” ground of the Capitol building is occupied by “hostile participants” every day—congressmen of both political parties, who hold American citizens such as Robert Reeder and the other 630-plus January 6 defendants in open contempt. Those representatives have done far more irreversible damage to the country than a few thousand Trump supporters could ever do—and, unlike January 6, their rampage is ongoing.

If this obscenity doesn’t leave you absolutely sick with fury, please consider having someone nearby check to see that you still have a pulse. Because frankly, I don’t see how any Real American possibly could.

Stuck in the loop

The six-step EnviroNazi Virtue loop, that would be.

One: Britain goes big on wind turbines in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from traditional power sources.

Two: The wind don’t blow and the power don’t flow.

Three: A subsequent massive increase in demand for natural gas as a power source drives wholesale gas prices through the roof.

Four: CF Fertilisers, a US-owned British fertiliser business that also produces carbon dioxide for commercial use, suspends production because high gas prices have made the business unprofitable.

Five: Carbon dioxide is a required component for meat packaging. Without reliable supplies of commercial carbon dioxide, Britain faces a food shortage.

Six: The British government, which spent millions of pounds to cut carbon dioxide emissions, will now give millions of pounds to CF Fertilisers so it can produce carbon dioxide.

Perfect.

Perfect indeed—for the Environuts and their self-perpetuating Climate Change (formerly Global Warming, formerly Global Cooling, formerly “the weather”) scam. For saner sorts, not so much. The thing to remember about the 6S-EV Loop is this: you can step aboard anytime, but the only way you can get back off again is by shooting a whole slew of the sonsabitches who talked you getting onto their little forever-go-round in the first damned place.

Accentuate the positive

After opening with some encouraging tidings re: the Rittenhouse railroading, BCE shifts fire to another item whose implications might be taken as encouraging as well.

Also, ‘nother topic: Seems Larry Vickers of Vickers Tactical ran into an issue. The ATF seized ALL of his weaponry. https://www.mom-at-arms.com/post/atf-seizes-larry-vickers-machine-guns

Now for those who don’t know, Larry Vickers is fucking Legend in the SPECOPS community. He’s a retired Delta Operator. A real bad ass. He’s been in the gun biddness for quite a spell. Now, this was just announced, but so far he himself and his fecesbook and other online instances haven’t said a word about the seizures. The date on the paperwork is from 25 August. It runs to 182 pages. As in like 40 guns listed on each page.  THAT is one hell of an arsenal.

Now, since he ain’t said shit, the ATF isn’t saying shit, I’ve been thinking on it. Dangerous I know.
BUT
Suppose that there was or is a group of highly trained men who wanted to change things?
I described in one of my poasts a decapitation-style-strike on the FedGov in a fictional fashion by HIGHLY disgruntled Navy SEAL teams in a alt-universe. It was good writing and y’all loved it from what I got in the feedback.
That being said

What if reality was closer than we imagined?

One of the big(ger) problems a group of guys like that would have is getting the weaponry to do such ‘dirty deeds’ They couldn’t just roll into the arms room and check out their issued shytte. That’s raise more Red Flags than a Soviet May Day Parade. Telegraph the intentions faaar too easily, and man, you just can’t steal from an arms room…waaay too difficult. The Po-Po would be on you like stink on shit

However
A retired sympathetic Delta Operator who owns a metric fuckton of ‘party favors’?
Now granted, I’m speculating right out of my ass…BUT, it’d make one hell of a movie Aye? Doubt we’ll ever know, but hey, it sounds cool as fuck. IF it was going that route, well it got smothered in the crib so to speak. Mores the pity.
So what say you?

I say hell’s mothafuckin’ YEAH, that’s what. Before anybody out there gets a serious case of the Sadz over the story, though, do bear in mind: should Expat’s movie-script speculation turn out to be on the beam, and I hope to hell it is, what actually got “smothered in the crib” was the FIRST try at it. Expect others. Also bear in mind: Process, not event. This kind of thing is all just part of said process. Expect, also, that you won’t be hearing much if any reportage from the MotherFuckingMedia concerning any of these, uhh, film-script dress rehearsals (a-HENH) as and when they occur. You won’t. Until all of a sudden you dobecause they’ve become so damned numerous and widespread that news of them can no longer be adequately suppressed.

And that’s the point, see, at which the dam will burst and flood the whole joint with floor-to-ceiling coverage of said incidents—hysterical, shrieking coverage, 24-7, featuring panicky, teary-eyed “journalists” profligately spewing condemnatory verbiage such as “dangerous white supremacist revolutionary racist Nazi bloodshed mass murder” and the like around the place. Said verbiage explicitly commanded by Moderate Merry Garland and his band of drooling DoJ bohunks, natch.

In the movie, I mean. Not in real life. Because that would be wrong.

The song remains the same

There history goes again, rhyming.

The fate imposed on (LTC Stuart) Scheller is eerily similar to the fate of Colonel Alfred Dreyfus, the Jewish French officer who was scapegoated for the crimes of their military establishment and elite officer class.

Dreyfus, despite his rank, was an outsider, as is Scheller.

Dreyfus’s case was built around a traitor who was covertly feeding intelligence to the German enemy. The French military refused to believe that one of their favored officers, one with close access to the elites, would do such a thing. So, they went in search of a sacrificial goat. They found it in Dreyfus.

In America’s case, the hullabaloo about Scheller distracts attention away from General Milley who, without authority, contacted the Chinese enemy to assure them that he would give them prior notice should his Commander in Chief, the President of the United States, give an order to attack them.

In Dreyfus’s case, the guilty party was a treasonous officer named Esterhazy and it took an incoming head of the French military intelligence, a diligent officer named Georges Piquart, to reveal the real culprit as Esterhazy.

By that time, the Jew Dreyfus has been publicly demoted, shamed, and shipped off to Devil’s Island, a penal colony off the shores of distant French Guiana in South America.

When the military ruling class was given overwhelming evidence of the guilt of Esterhazy, and their incompetence and cover-up, they shipped Piquart off to a North African battlefront in the hope that he would be killed.  When he wasn’t, he was imprisoned.

When Marine Colonel Scheller spoke out publicly to demand accountability after thirteen American military personnel had been murdered in Kabul, the top Pentagon officials did what the French did: they relieved him of his duty and confined him to solitary confinement as the French did with Georges Piquart 123 years ago.

When rumors began to circle implicating Esterhazy in the treasonous incident, the French military court hastily held a show trial that acquitted Esterhazy of all wrongdoing.

Despite the banishment of both Dreyfus and Piquart, news circulated about a miscarriage of justice and the evidence of a national cover-up in the top ranks of the French military establishment.

I took a courageous journalist, Emile Zola, to write an article in a leading French newspaper titled “J’Accuse!” in which he defended Dreyfus and accused the hierarchy of a cover-up.

As a result, Zola was accused and convicted of libel, but he escaped to Britain to continue his righteous campaign for justice for Dreyfus and Piquart.

That’s what always seems to happen with these round-robin railroadings and ass-covering coverups: they go on expanding and expanding until they become too big to be contained. And that’s when TPTB grow desperate enough to start taking down people who weren’t involved at all in the original issue. Which cruel perversion of the very concept of justice TPTB doesn’t give a fig about, natch, every last one of them being soulless, merciless vampires whose sole desire is to remain tightly clamped to the neck of the Body Politic, so to speak, sucking away forever. Anybody, even the most peripheral figures, who becomes a credible threat to their supply of Serf blood is gonna see ’em get REALLY mean.

Which leaves only one option open: STAKE the motherfuckers, right through the heart, cut off the head, and burn the corpse to cinders. So to speak.

Dreyfus was shipped back to France to face yet another trial by the same establishment. In 1899, he was again court-martialed and found guilty.

By this time the mood had changed in France and, days after the trial, Dreyfus was pardoned by the French president on all charges. However, it took another seven years before Dreyfus was exonerated and reinstated into the French army, fully twelve years since he was publicly shamed.

It took individual men of courage to face down the political and military establishment in France to change the public mood and restore justice for both Dreyfus and Piquart.

How many courageous individuals, how many years will it take, to bring justice to Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller and expose the rotten hypocrisy in the top ranks of the Pentagon and the White House?

Dunno; how many ash stakes, machetes, and torches can said individuals tote with ’em to LeJeune, then on up to Mordor on the Potomac? Because we can’t call the job well and truly done until the entire coven of vampires has been wiped out.

So to speak.

By the numbers

Aesop contends that that’s how the Perfumed Princes are fucking up in their campaign to crush LTC Scheller for the heinous crime of speaking the ugly truth about them right out in front of God and everybody.

We read where some folks commenting are all doom-and-gloom worried about the future prospects of Lt. Col. Scheller, USMC.

Bitch, please.

As if.

The way you “protect” someone like this, with balls the size of church bells, is hand him a bayonet, and then get out of his way.

If they were smart, they’d simply drop all charges, separate him from service post-haste, and grant him a full pension, and hope he just goes off and plays golf. But they’re not that smart.

I hope he’s right about all that, I truly do, and in a just world he surely would be. Unfortunately, this is most definitely NOT such a world, nor anything even close. Which means that it’s no better than even-money odds that they’ll just quietly Epstein him, and hope nobody notices.

And that, my friends, will open a whole ‘nother can of worms, one they’re gonna enjoy even less than the one they have now. Read it all to find out how well THAT might work out for ’em.

Harbinger of doom update! Well, this tears it. The poor guy is well and truly cornholed now.

A growing number of conservative lawmakers on Capitol Hill are rallying to the cause of a Marine lieutenant colonel jailed this week for his outspoken and repeated criticism of his superiors and what he said was their failure to take responsibility for mishandling the chaotic final days of the U.S. war in Afghanistan.

Yep, he’s definitely hosed. Any time “conservative lawmakers” declare themselves to be in your corner the fight is officially over, and you lost.

The cure

When liberty is the disease.

If it is accepted that GM – if any company – can make employment conditional upon submitting to a “vaccination” it will have set the precedent for requiring employees to submit to medical procedures, generally.

If the justification is accepted for mandatory submission to “vaccinations” then the justification has already been accepted for mandatory submission to health checkups, psychiatric evaluations, the mandatory answering of probing questions into one’s personal affairs – as any such thing can be asserted by control freaks to present a potential risk to the “health” of employees and thus, GM – any employer – is entitled to know and to impose whatever it decides to be necessary as regards such things.

As the condition of being allowed to work.

It will no longer be – ask your doctor. It will be – go see the doctor. And – do as the doctor says. Period.

Take whatever meds he says you must take. Submit to any procedure he says is “necessary.” Answer all of his questions. These to inevitably include questions regarding whether you own any firearms – which the same Leftists pushing the Jab also have already defined as a matter of…“public health.”

Else find another job.

People are fools if they do not grasp this.

They were fools for not grasping – decades ago – that submitting to pee tests as a condition of employment would inevitably lead to this.

Many years ago, when I was running an air-freight pickup and delivery route for Airborne Express, a state-mandated drug test was implemented for all drivers, regardless of whether they had a CDL or not. I strenuously objected, and flatly told my boss Eric—somewhat of a conservatarian, he was, with whom I enjoyed many a political discussion over the years I worked for him—that I would NOT be taking one, that I would quit first. He knew me well enough by then to know I meant it, and would do it; thankfully, he also valued me highly enough as an employee to just quietly let the matter slide so I could continue working for him.

That unofficial, almost certainly unlawful arrangement between me and the bossman stood until I got my CDL so as to graduate to the big trucks, with nary a word spoken about it by anybody. I never gave any thought to the whole affair as an omen of darker days to come. Looking around me today, I suppose I should have. In a very personal sense, you could say a pattern had been established, a precedent set.

If GM and the other companies making the Jab a job requirement are not backed down. Because if not, expect the Jab to become universally required – by all employers. Even the self-employed won’t be safe – because these Freaks will proceed to make any financial transaction conditional on Proof of Jab. Banks won’t deal with you – which means you won’t be able to receive payments or make them, except via cash – which you can also expect the Freaks to try to outlaw, too.

Their intent is not to treat you. It is to cure you of any semblance of personal liberty – to make choices for yourself – that may still enjoy. For you to have one choice: Compliance – with everything.

Or have (and own) nothing.

Oh, there’s always another choice, a workaround waiting to be discovered. Might be difficult, might be dangerous. It might be purchasable only at a terrible price. It might even be life-altering, radically and permanently so. But I assure you, it’s always there.

Do not expect the government – this government, at any rate – to do the backing down. It will double down, using the risible argument that “private companies” have the right to impose such indecencies. It is risible, in part, because corporations like GM are “private” to the same degree that you are a “customer” of the DMV’s. Corporations are by definition government-created entities, favored by government with special status that limits their liability, including liability for damages caused by the corporation.

As for example the corporations using the government to force people to roll up their sleeves, who used the government to shield them from liability for the crippling injuries and deaths their products cause – while making billions in extorted profits in the process.

The Superstate will indeed double down, and keep right on doing so, until it too is “backed down,” to borrow Eric’s turn of phrase for GM up there. Unfortunately for us, backing down FederalGovCo will entail more effort, more difficulty, more uncertainty, and more risk—like, orders of magnitude more. Plus, the penalty for failure is pretty severe. On the other hand, though, submitting without even making an attempt is the worst of all.

Once upon a time, there was baseball, hot dogs, apple pie and Chevrolet.

Wouldn’t it be great if those times make a comeback?

They can. All it will take is enough of us to say No.

GM isn’t the only car company. There are other car companies that haven’t become the adjuncts of the coercive state, which together seek to reduce us to a status worse than that of the cows in the field.

We are not their livestock.

Let’s make that clear to them.

Better make it clear to FederalGovCo first. If we can pull off a win there, we can always settle up with GM later on. And if we can’t, we’re gonna have much more pressing concerns than GM anyhow.

Political prisoner

We all knew it was coming. Which, far from quelling the anger out of fear of possible consequences, ought to stoke the fire from Hot, But Manageable right on up to Killing Rage.

Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, the Marine officer whose meteoric rise to internet fandom began with a video criticizing military leadership over Afghanistan, is currently in the brig, his father told Task & Purpose.

“All our son did is ask the questions that everybody was asking themselves, but they were too scared to speak out loud,” said Stu Scheller Sr. “He was asking for accountability. In fact, I think he even asked for an apology that we made mistakes, but they couldn’t do that, which is mind-blowing.”

He said that his son is expected to appear before a military hearing on Thursday.

“They had a gag order on him and asked him not to speak,” the senior Scheller said. “He did, and they incarcerated him. They don’t know what to do with him.”
After this story was first published, the Marine Corps issued a statement confirming that Scheller has been sent to the brig.

“Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller Jr. is currently in pre-trial confinement in the Regional Brig for Marine Corps Installations East aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune pending an Article 32 preliminary hearing,” said Capt.Sam Stephenson, a spokesman for Training and Education Command. “The time, date, and location of the proceedings have not been determined. Lt. Col. Scheller will be afforded all due process.”

(After publication the Marine Corps confirmed that Scheller is accused of the following offenses under the UCMJ: Article 88: Contempt toward officials, Article 90: Willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer, Article 92: Failure to obey an order, and Article 133: Conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman.)

I am not a Marine, nor do I play one TV, but for me the charges break down like this:

  • On the second and third: Scheller is inarguably guilty as charged
  • On the fourth: The charge is not only spurious, but is in direct opposition to observable reality; Scheller is in truth the living, breathing embodiment of how an officer for whom integrity and courage are still more than just empty words ought to conduct himself
  • On the first: Guilty as charged, said guilt mitigated entirely by the simple fact that contempt, for almost any officer above the rank of Lt Colonel, is the only opinion of the miserable rumpswabs any honest, self-respecting man could possibly hold

Stipulated: in time of peace—more importantly, with a military whose flag-rank officer corps has NOT been corrupted stem to stern by the crippling toxins of political correctness, partisanship, and self-dealing—LTC Scheller’s defiance would amount to insubordination, and the harm done to respect for the chain of command would indeed warrant the harshest punishment.

Unfortunately, that is no longer the military and flag-rank officer corps we actually have. If it were, it’s doubtful in the extreme that Scheller would have felt the need to do what he did in the first damned place. To my way of thinking, the burden of criminality is properly on the shoulders of the reprobates **cough-cough Obama cough-cough** who purposefully perverted the higher-officer corps wholesale, and the ladder-climbing, ass-kicking scoundrels who acceeded to positions they were wholly unworthy of a result of said perversion.

It isn’t LTC Scheller who should be sitting in a cell awaiting trial and punishment. It’s his accusers. Scheller’s real crime was his courage, and his inability to just sit back and keep his mouth shut in the immediate presence of the brazen outrages, the raw treason, to which he was forced to bear witness. Yon says:

One who Surrenders to the Machine vs Warrior who Stands
LTC Scheller is essentially a prisoner of war at this point. Not by letter of the law, but in essence.

Scheller is the first POW in the unfolding civil war. A Marine officer taken by Marines.

Notice the narrator misses the point of self-sacrifice. It’s all about career.

The longer Scheller fights, the more support he gathers. The harder the war-losers punish Marine Scheller, the stronger this leader becomes. This true Marine can flip the script and suddenly outrank this tormentors through elected office, and/or power of the pen.

It’s only over if he quits. If Scheller goes Honey Badger, they are in for torn flesh.

I support this True Marine, Lieutenant Colonel Scheller. This Officer put his country first.

Indeed. The shameful attempt at a political lynching of this good and honorable Marine cannot stand. Every Real American has a personal obligation to meet the standard he so bravely and selflessly set to make damned sure that it doesn’t. Torn flesh is but a down-payment on the debts his tormentors have incurred.

No property, no rights

And no freedom, either.

In the West, the morality of the state has been determined by how much or how little it respects the basic rights of its citizens. During the Cold War this was a critical measure used to justify foreign policy. The American government claimed it was within its rights to overthrow South American governments that got too chummy with the Soviets because they would endanger the rights of their people. On the other hand, they would back anti-communist dictators because they were better than communists.

There was a lot of lying and dissembling on this issue, but the principle was important to Western governments, so they made a big show of it. In America, for example, this meant protecting property rights from the excesses of the state. As a practical matter, it meant the state had to prove they had good reason for violating your rights before the court would permit them from doing it. They had to get a warrant, for example, before tapping your phone or riffling through your papers.

Government is always a blunt instrument and men are not angels so to avoid office holders and bureaucrats from abusing the rights of the people they first had to demonstrate there was a compelling government interest in declaring your backyard a wetland or banning a certain activity. Put another away, it was the duty of the government to make the affirmative argument. Citizens did not have to justify their rights to exercise them. They were assumed.

Property is a useful metric in this regard because it is simple and the economic basis of Western society. Even in feudalism property rights were respected, because ownership was what made the system possible. The right to speak out or organize are up for debate to some degree, but the right to own the fruits of your labor is the starting point for social organization in the West. It is what makes communism alien and why it has always been the domain of outsiders and subversives.

The general violation of property rights is now the norm. The tech oligarchs, for example, strongly oppose private property. If they don’t like what you are saying on your website, they will steal your domain name. They will collude to limit your ability to hold a job or have a bank account. What used to be a sacred right of all people is now up for debate with an unelected oligarchical class as the judge and jury. What is yours is theirs and what is theirs is theirs and they own everything.

Today, the people in charge have no respect for the law or the concept of law, so their agents just do as they please. In fact, they take pride in trampling the rights of the people, because it pleases their masters. The goons prosecuting the January 6th protestors, for example, take a sadistic pleasure in the torment they are inflicting on the people caught in their trap. Their intentional cruelty has become a positional good, something that elevates them in the eyes of the oligarchs.

The Declaration of Independence is a remarkable document that is mostly remembered for the opening lines. Even though those lines have been abused by the very tyrants that now rule over us, the document is a remarkable expression of Western thought and Anglo-Saxon morality. After the long bill of indictment against the king, a list familiar today, there is this line. “A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”

The beauty of that line is that it qualifies the moral depravity of the tyrant by juxtaposing it against the nature of a free people. A people who sit idly by as their rulers trample their ancient rights are getting the government they deserve. A free people, in contrast,  must hold their prince to the highest moral standard. It is immoral for them to do otherwise, as it violates that which defines them as free people. Every tyrant issues his own death warrant to the free people he seeks to oppress.

True, dat. Or, as some fool or other recently put it: The bane of all tyrants, sooner or later, is tyranny itself. The thing is, it’s usually up to We The People to see to it that the tyrant’s self-issued death warrant is executed.

2

CAUTION: Armageddon ahead

In front of our very eyes.

The current experimental injection being forced upon the world is a recipe for disaster, as the mounting evidence shows. The jab already has killed many thousands and has maimed millions across the globe. Yet, the profiteers still push it, knowing its potential for population control, something Bill Gates actually revealed a few years ago. For elites, it’s also a source of great personal wealth.

Resistance to the forced jab continues to grow, as does the oppression to mandate the shot. In countries where private citizens have been disarmed, we are witnessing the spread of tyranny like a raging wildfire. In America also, the heat in the kettle is rising, but people are now feeling the pressure and choosing to resist. Many are about to lose their jobs, and they are accepting it. These wise and courageous ones recognize that giving just an inch to the enemy further empowers them and further erodes our freedom. We may not yet face the threat at gunpoint to take the “vaccine,” but securing food, accessing bank funds, traveling, and access to other daily needs is slowly becoming more challenging. The warped Communist Biden government is proceeding with caution, hoping to wear us down by every means possible, short of threats of violence. But you can be sure that violence will be employed if they can somehow disarm us.

This fact leads me to explore the minds of our nation’s founding fathers. The greatest insurance against mass tyranny is—and always will be—the armed private citizen. While America has failed to assemble and maintain a well-regulated Militia, the private armed American is a powerful stopgap to the onslaught of a derelict government turning to violence.

And now, we are finally beginning to recognize the dire need for Patriots and Conservatives to organize. Nothing short of a full-fledged assault against the Communist domestic dictators will do, be they mock leaders like Biden, or Marxist governors like Gavin Newsom. We are now seeing freedom lovers worldwide rise up against unethical police officers and military forces that serve the dark side and torment us. This fellowship of freedom fighters has now begun to take a stand and say, “No more!” We are fed up with the lies, deception, propaganda, indoctrination, and fear-mongering. We will no longer accept being told to cover our faces or accept the toxic jab, close our businesses, or isolate ourselves from one another. The brotherhood of mankind has been created in the image of God. Thus, God, Himself tells us—and that instills in every man and woman a deep-seated yearning for freedom to create, to prosper, and to live according to the laws of humanity.

You can be sure that the whole world has seen the torchlight of Lady Liberty, and they crave it more than do we Americans who take our liberty for granted. But as the tyranny escalates and as freedom wanes, the dormant patriots are awakening in our once free republic as well. Yes, a war has already been declared against the United States Constitution. Now we see clearly that our freedom is near to being tossed over a cliff. Under such tyranny years ago, the American Revolution was fought and won. If we so choose once again, nothing can stop the Second American Revolution that is now brewing already. But the war could be carried far and wide, and who knows… perhaps a World Revolutionary War is on the horizon. A freedom fight is always a just war, and the brotherhood of man seeking freedom is a mighty powerful army. Now is the time to act. And when the storm passes, we shall behold a most glorious rainbow!

We can but hope. Until then, we can either get militant or get kilt. Almost certainly both, actually, for a yet-to-be-dtermined number of us. The Enemy, for his part, is immovably committed to forcing the issue.

Joe Biden made an absolutely insane claim about getting back to normal after COVID-19. He’s now saying that we have to get 97-98% of Americans vaccinated before normalcy can return in this country.

Historically, herd immunity was reached once approximately 70% of a community was immune to a virus. That would include those vaccinated and those with natural immunity. The problem is that the authoritarian dictator that runs this country doesn’t believe in science.

Um, no. The problem is that he in fact IS an authoritarian dictator. Do understand that, as I’ve said before, “Biden” is obviously neither in charge nor remotely cognizant of any of this, that the very name “Biden” is merely shorthand for whoever it is that really calls the shots in Amerika v2.0: a genuine Legion Of Evil whose names we’ll never know, whose faces we’ll never see.

The second link above might be a tad heavy on the Xtian proselytizing for some of you, so if that ain’t your thang, feel free to skip it. I ain’t much bothered by it myself, although I would admittedly prefer it if his whole analysis didn’t revolve around it and he would just stick to the worldly aspects of the issue, so I can easily see how the author’s focus on Biblical prophecy might grate. Though I do consider myself a Christian, I’m also sure a lot of the stricter believers would condemn me as a Bad one.

I am left with nauseating near-conviction that I am a member of the last generation in the history of the world that is minimally truly free."
