Is there really anything left to conserve?

After 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed in self-defense two left-wing rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin, credit card issuer Discover blocked its users’ ability to donate to his legal defense fund. Twitter suspended the accounts of journalists who wrote, “Kyle Rittenhouse did nothing wrong.” Facebook removed posts and videos—that is to say, evidence—that showed Rittenhouse in a positive light while threatening to delete the accounts of offenders sharing the verboten content.

“We’ve designated the shooting in Kenosha a mass murder and are removing posts in support of the shooter,” a Facebook spokesperson said. Along with the media, Silicon Valley proudly plays the part of judge, jury, and character assassin.

Throw a stone, and you’re sure to hit a major company that supports Antifa or Black Lives Matter. Throw a brick through Nike’s window, help yourself to some new shoes, and the multinational corporation will still pledge allegiance to your cause, a cause that receives sanction from much of the federal government as well. After all, that brick is great free advertising.

Based on a threat analysis conducted in August, three Department of Homeland Security draft reports concluded “white supremacist extremists [present] the most lethal threat” facing Americans headed into 2021. None of the drafts mentioned Antifa or Black Lives Matter as a domestic terrorism risk, but ranked “white supremacists” as a threat higher than foreign terrorist groups. The reason Antifa has not been designated a terrorist organization, as Trump said they would in late May, might be that DHS thinks straight, white males clinging to their Bibles and guns pose a more significant threat to our way of life.

A somber enough start, for sure, but we’re after bigger fish here.

To date, the ideological framework and power centers with which the elites justify their untouchable status, social functions, and influence remain fundamentally unchallenged. In the middle of an elite reaction, the Republican Party appears preoccupied with proving it isn’t racist.

“Conservatism” is not the tool we need when American society recently suffered a complete cultural revolution that created the consensus against which Trump crusaded to the White House, and which the ruling class is attempting to reassert. While socially conservative sentiments and aims are good, the only way to go back to what was, at this point, is to employ revolutionary tactics. Unless we find the will to disembowel the institutional entrails of the elites, their reactionary intrigue will only worsen. But this will be an impossible task if we view ourselves as the “conservative” force, as we should be working to overthrow rather than conserve the conditions that empower the ruling class to dispossess Americans of control over their national destiny.

If the aim is merely to survive this “revolution” and win elections, then we have only delayed the cycle a little while longer. To break the cycle, the engine of intrigue must be destroyed. We need the equivalent of the Hungarian “Stop Soros” laws. Entire federal agencies must be downsized and outright abolished. We must take to task corporations that have bankrolled mayhem and misinformed the public through censorship. If we do not do these things, elections will not matter in the end.

Given the cartoonish farce the Democrat-Riot Party has presented us, featuring Cadaver Joe being occasionally trotted out to flail and flub his way through another sparsely attended public appearance—hopefully without having shat his Depends before his wardens can hustle him back into lockdown in his secure, undisclosed basement—can we honestly tell ourselves that they matter all that much now?

The Church Militant

Yeah, tell me again all about how it’s all about health, safety, and combating a profligately-overhyped virus, whydon’tcha. That one’s my favorite.

SEATTLE CLOSES PARK TO PREVENT OUTDOOR WORSHIP SERVICE: This notice sounds innocuous enough, just a legitimate public health measure. The reality is officials closed the park because it was the planned site for a worship time organized by a group of local churches, assisted by Sean Feucht. Feucht’s ministry organization has organized 19 services in 19 cities during July and August.

“This is the height of hypocrisy for the City of Seattle to turn a blind eye to riots, looting, and AntiFa, while refusing to let Christians gather in a public park to sing and worship,” Feucht said in a statement in response to the closure notice. “First the government shuts down churches. Now it’s shutting down parks to stop us from worshipping. Time to stand up church!”

If they don’t, they will soon be destroyed forever. And if they continue to submit to this naked tyranny, they will deserve to be. Michael Walsh’s sage advice from way back in 2012 is even more apt today:

In 1844, faced with a Nativist threat to burn down St. Patrick’s Old Cathedral (at Prince and Mott streets), John J. Hughes, the Irish-born bishop (and later first archbishop) of New York, gathered several thousand of his mostly Irish parishioners and deployed them around the church. Any attack on the cathedral, warned the man known as “Dagger John,” would be repulsed with force. The Nativists backed down.

During the Civil War, Hughes undertook a secret mission to Europe at the personal request of Abraham Lincoln, to rally support for the Union cause and keep Britain from entering the war on the side of the Confederacy. This he did in part by explaining the facts of the life to the English: that they’d have no luck in raising troops in restive, famine-stricken Ireland to fight against America, and a great deal of trouble if they tried.

Those were the days of the two-fisted Irish clergy, who understood their dual American roles as both the spiritual leaders of their people and — when necessary — political figures as well. But those days are long gone (Cardinal O’Connor was the last of the line).

It’s good to see the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops making noises about suing the government, but it would be even better to see Archbishop (and Cardinal-designate) Timothy Dolan get out front on this issue in a very public way. “Conscientious objectors” and “civil disobedience” were all the rage on the left during the Vietnam War and the draft,” and it’s high time we tried the same tactic on them: Catholic institutions should simply ignore the law, refuse to implement it, and refuse to pay the Obamacare fines — and dare the Left utter a peep about “higher morality.” There are 77 million Catholics in the U.S., and an awful lot of them vote.

In other words, Archbishop Dolan and his confreres ought to ask themselves, What Would Dagger John Do? No need for mobs this time, just morals. But if they’re not going to vigorously defend their own faith, in a Church Militant sort of way, who will?

Pretty sure I linked and excerpted this column way back in the day, I believe; honestly, I’m astonished that I even remembered. But when I read about the above instance of the broader rejiggering of the COVID “crisis” into a convenient tool to be wielded against all the perennial hate-objects of Leftist despotism—an abominable tide that has inundated the nation this disastrous summer—it became readily apparent that some things never change after all. More, from Walsh’s second follow-up to that first Dagger John piece:

I’ve written about Bishop John J. Hughes, the first Archbishop of New York, here and here, advocating that both the Catholic clergy and its laymen take a page from that tough mick’s book and deal with the Obama administration’s unconstitutional attack on religious conscience and the First Amendment the way Dagger John would have: by defying it.

Civil disobedience was all the rage on the left when I was a lad during the Vietnam War era. Refuse to register for the draft; declare your conscientious objector status if called; refuse to pay that portion of your taxes that went to support the Pentagon, etc. The liberals couldn’t wrap themselves in enough moral goodness as they cursed and spat upon the returning soldiers in their customarily peaceful and tolerant fashion.

Time to turn the tables by using their own weapons and tactics against them.

It was said of Dagger John that he was “more a Roman gladiator than a devout follower of the meek founder of Christianity.” To face the secular threat of the modern Left, we’re going to need a lot more gladiators.

It ain’t just the Christian church, both Protestant and Catholic, that needs to get its head out of the sand, shed all comforting delusions, and boldly defy our would-be masters. For all of us, it’s quickly boiling down to this simple expression: On your feet, or on your knees.

You don’t have to like it. But you DO have to recognize it.

In any war, to refuse to fight back vigorously is effectively to surrender. At such a perilous crossroads of history not only our freedom but our very future hangs precariously in the balance…waiting. A stark, binary choice must be made; there is no longer any middle ground, no third way, no half-measures. Anyone who declines to engage, in any way they can manage, in defense of what’s right, just, and true might as well just declare themselves actively in league with the enemy and be done with it.

Craven update! Oh, it’s the Church Militant alright. But not in the way Walsh meant.

Black Lives Matter DESTROYED and TORCHED the historic St. John’s Church in Washington DC in late May.

St. John’s was designed by noted architect Benjamin Henry Latrobe to serve Episcopalians in the neighborhoods in the western end of Washington. The cornerstone of St. John’s was set on September 14, 1815.

Beginning with James Madison, until the present, every President of the United States has attended a service at St. John’s Church.

BLM torched it.

St. John’s Church leaders invited Black Lives Matter to paint race-based themes on the boarded up church this weekend.

They did not ask for Christian themes — they asked for racial themes.

Well, I mean, this IS Episcopalians we’re talking about here. But still. One can’t help but wonder what or who might be influencing these pathetic fools to prostrate themselves at the altar of cowardice and appeasement. Could it be…ohh, let me see…SATAN?!?

This has been going on for decades, of course, but its most striking manifestation of late has been the near-total failure of the Christian church to expose and reject the destructive fraud that is Black Lives Matter.

That kind of failure requires extraordinary ignorance, extraordinary cowardice, or both. After all, it’s not like the veil hasn’t come off Black Lives Matter, if it was ever there in the first place. Its founders openly profess their allegiance to Marxism, history’s most genocidal ideology. Its members repeatedly encourage violence, destruction, and even murder. Its website calls for the “disruption of the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure”, the end of accepting heterosexuality as normal, and the avoidance of “environments in which men are centered”.

At least two of its leading lights—Patrisse Cullors and Malina Abdullah—practice a Yoruban zombie religion in which they may, or may not, sacrifice animals to invite the spirits of the dead to possess their bodies during their nightly riot activities. (Abdullah says she’s become very friendly with the spirits of the dead, and has had a lot of laughs with one named “Wakeesha”).

In addition, the cited catalyst for the entire movement—the “murder” of Trayvon Martin in 2012—is a lie. Trayvon Martin was not “murdered”. He violently assaulted a man named George Zimmerman by pounding his head into the pavement. Zimmerman then shot him in self-defense. That’s precisely why a jury of six women acquitted him. Yet Black Lives Matter is still calling it a “murder” on its website.

The second rationale for the movement—that a racist white cop gunned down an innocent “gentle giant” named Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri—is also a lie. After robbing a store, Brown attacked a police officer trying to arrest him. As a result, the officer shot Brown in self-defense. Attorney General Eric Holder himself confirmed this after an exhaustive review.

These aren’t the only Black Lives Matter lies, of course. It’s a lie that there’s an epidemic of racist police shootings. It’s a lie that defunding the police will help black communities (it does just the opposite, and has already directly enabled the murder of hundreds more black people, including children).

In short, you couldn’t invent an organization which more flagrantly violates a greater number of Biblical commandments and Christian ideals than Black Lives Matter. You have murder, beatings, necromancy, stealing, bearing false witness, covetousness, lying, insurrection against duly-elected leaders, worshipping false gods, assaults on the family, assaults on heterosexuality, and a transparently fake concern for the black lives every real Christian is duty-bound to see as creations of God. It’s a Satanic dream.

And yet…

Pretty much all of Leftism is a Satanic dream, really. Ironic that the modern libtard-subverted church would be so eager to grovel at the feet of the Prince Of Lies, solely in order to court the favor of people who hate them above almost anything else.

The way forward

Can’t remember where it was that I ran across this guy, but into Ye Olde Blogrolle and bookmarks he’s surely a-going, with a quickness.

The title of today’s essay is the answer to the pressing question, “What would you do were you Trump?”

Opening fire is what I would do if I were in charge. What you are I ourselves should do is a difficult question, when even self defense against the mob is a crime. (If you’re white or unwoke.) But that it is such a difficult question is why I, if I were in charge, would open fire.

Now it is not legal to riot, burn, loot, pillage, commit mayhem and murder, even if done in the name of “anti-racism” or whatever other slogan the rabble uses to justify their rapine. It is, however, legal to use force, even deadly force, to quell riots. Further, everybody knows all these things and the reasons behind them. So opening fire is justified, though perhaps not prudent. I say it is prudent, and hope to convince you of that.

Everybody also knows progressive mayors, governors and most of our oligarchs are encouraging the riots, asking their own people, as it were, to shit in their own backyards and then light themselves on fire. These rulers have no love for their peoples, and are acting immorally to increase their own power. These rulers thus have no moral authority and can and must be usurped by higher authority. Part of “opening fire” would include the arrest, trial, and hanging of those mayors, governors, and oligarchs convicted of treason and dereliction of sacred duty.

Opening fire might indeed lose Trump the election, because propagandists would scream “Literally Hitler!” with demonic fury—well, with increased demonic fury. These propagandists would be believed by a sufficient number of the easily persuaded. If Trump loses because of opening fire, right wing purges would begin in earnest next January, and our approach toward the leftist singularity would accelerate.

But don’t forget we accelerate if Trump loses even without opening fire. The perplexed, unbelieving looks on the faces of aging right wing boomers gripping their yellowed copies of the Constitution as new “laws” are passed to confiscate guns, limit speech, and ban “hate” might even be worth seeing. If you can’t have a sense of humor as the world burns, then you will never learn to laugh.

Yep, I definitely like the cut of Briggs’ jib. I especially enjoyed the bit about arresting, trying, and hanging these criminal governors and mayors. All joking around aside, that’s a proposal that, while perhaps distasteful in some small ways, is seriously in need of following through on. He has more and even better ideas, all of which I support wholeheartedly. And then there’s this one:

Looting As Reparations Is A Good Idea

Even though riots, looting, pillaging, murder and mayhem and treason are illegal, immoral, and unethical, and that putting them down through the use of violence is historically validated, legal, moral, and ethical, we all know violence is wrong. So, even though I advocated opening fire on the lawless rabble two days ago, I now see no good Christian can advocate fighting the lawless takeover of our cities. I therefore embrace looting as a means to redress in social inequities.

In this, I follow California in saying we need to “Consider Needs Of Looters Before Charging Them“. Looting can be a positive good.

The theory how looting is good insists only BLACKS!—this spelling is racism-free—were ever slaves, and only whites their masters. All whites share in the guilt of slavery, because they are white and whites share in all evils because they are white. Every BLACK! was beaten, raped, tortured and killed daily while a slave, which traumatized the genetics of their descendants. (Yes.)

The idea is that all these other races, like whites, must pony up because they have benefited from the labors of the slaves. The reasoning goes like this: sewers, corn off the cob in cans, electricity, and other whatnots are here and being used, and slaves were once here and were made to do work. Therefore, all are beneficiaries of slavery, and so all must pay.

Of course, modern BLACKS! also benefit and use these same services and infrastructures like everybody else, and have done so for a long time. These usages would have done some good to BLACKS!, like they have to other races, but because of thing called systemic racism, the good didn’t stick in BLACKS!

Systemic racism is officially defined as the racism that remains once racism has been removed.

So it’s reparations. New reparations, that is. The older reparations, such as sixty-some years of Affirmative Action, quotas in hiring and matriculation, set asides in contracts, endless woke corporate donations and pandering, an official History Month and federal holiday, accelerated promotions, the worship of the BLACK! bodies and BLACK! culture, and so on and so on and so on were not really reparations because they were not called reparations. Words matter.

They do at that. Just so long as we make certain that they all wind up folded, spindled, and mutilated into meaning the exact opposite of what was originally intended, hey, it’s all good.

Ohhh, it is ON now!

Rock ‘n’ roll legend Elvis Presley’s famous mansion “Graceland” in Memphis, Tennessee has been vandalized by BLM supporters.

On Monday night, “protesters” who support the Marxist organization Black Lives Matter spray-painted slogans such as “Defund the police,” “Abolish ICE,” “F*ck 12,” “F*ck Trump,” and more on the wall and sidewalks surrounding the estate.

The damage is estimated to cost around $150,000.

Country musician Travis Tritt condemned the vandalism on Twitter, writing, “Anyone who personally knew Elvis will tell you that he absolutely loved the black community and the black community loved him. It breaks my heart to see his memory tarnished this way.”

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee said, “Where I come from you don’t mess with Elvis!”

Damned straight you don’t. Kill them. Kill them ALL. No mercy, no quarter, no remorse.

Simple solutions are rarely either simple, or solutions

Schlichter splashes a bucket of cold-water practical reality all over the “send in the troops” idea.

Let me share some background. After I got off active duty the first time, I joined the California Army National Guard. For the next 23 years I participated in, planned, and commanded during multiple civilian support operations. I was in the Los Angeles Riots, the Northridge Earthquake, and I commanded two battalions along with other forces in northern San Diego County during the 2007 fires. I planned ops from platoon to state headquarters level, and wrote about civil support ops in Infantry magazine and even in a first-of-its-kind law review article. So, I know a little about this stuff.

And what I know tells me that, despite our fantastic soldiers’ abilities, this is a bad idea.

But why? Let’s address the donkey in the room – Democrat governors, mayors and district attorneys do not want military forces deployed and will at least refuse to cooperate with them, if not actively hinder them. That makes a blue city like Portland a “non-permissive environment,” and the military is certainly designed to operate in them. That’s why when the military moves in force with, say, an infantry brigade combat team (IBCT) of 5,000 soldiers plus support elements (thousands more), we essentially deploy a small town with everything we need to survive – food, fuel, ammo, medical, maintenance, commo, power, transportation, even lawyers. Typically, in cities engulfed in chaos, it’s a permissive environment. The cops work with us. They take custody of arrestees, hold them, and the DA prosecutes them. Hospitals take in our wounded and sick. We use local government property to operate out of. We have access to the infrastructure of society. But what if the Democrat regime refuses to allow all that? Then the troops are on their own; it’s now an invasion, and while doable logistically, it takes a massive footprint.

A permissive environment solves some, but not all of the issues we will review. A non-permissive environment makes the whole thing exponentially worse.

The complications and punji-pits just go on a-multiplying from there, and Kurt delves into ’em thoroughly. I’ve been torn from the start about it myself; on the one hand, it’s tough to argue that a President should sit on his hands while a large number of Democrat-Riot Party governors and mayors sit back and let their cities be damaged and destroyed, rendered uninhabitable by their so-called leaders’ refusal to live up to their responsibilities, honor their oath of office, and do their duty.

On the other, though, it couldn’t have been more apparent that, their obstructionism aside, those outright criminal Demonrat officials were salivating at the prospect of being to brand Trump a dictator when he tried to restore law and order via military force. It is NEVER a good idea to do what Demonrats want—NEVER.

On the gripping hand, I can’t help but be reminded of Lincoln’s frustrated fatalism in January 1862: “It is exceedingly discouraging. As everywhere else, nothing can be done.”

But that isn’t by any means what Schlichter is saying.

These hard truths are not to say there is nothing for the feds to do. Until the Democrat regimes decide this needs to end and cooperate, the feds should do one of the few things the feds are good at – taking down large criminal organizations. Antifa is just like the drug cartels with less testosterone, and just like the mafia except with worse clothes and less testosterone. The feds should ignore the street thugs who make up the shock troops. It was no coincidence that 100 percent of the people Kyle shot had criminal records. The feds should focus on the LARPing middle class SJWs and the dedicated Marxist cadre and use RICO, conspiracy, and other federal charges to take them out and lock them up. When little Ashleigh from the suburbs realizes that she’s looking at five years in federal prison instead of heading back to the Evergreen State to finish her Bolivian Trans Dance of the 13th Century degree, the lawyer daddy buys her will get her to sing like a canary about her commie pals. The feds should identify and map the whole criminal organization, identify its players and funding, and wipe it out.

Look, it’s perfectly understandable to be frustrated. But getting mad at Trump because he is not doing something that would turn into the cluster fark to end all cluster farks is doing exactly what the liberal elite and its media minions want. Let Portland and the rest of the blue cities trash themselves. Let the DOJ, which has already charged dozens of these degenerates with federal beefs, do its thing. And make sure you get out and vote straight Republican if you want any hope of this ever ending.

Feds start leveling rare civil disorder charges against demonstrators for alleged violence at Portland protests
Two men and a woman appeared before a federal judge Wednesday in Portland, becoming the first in Oregon to face the rare federal charge of civil disorder for alleged violence during this summer’s turbulent protests.

A Seattle man is accused of launching a ball bearing with a slingshot during a downtown demonstration in July and striking a Portland Fire Bureau medic.

A Portland woman is accused of throwing a helmet that struck a police sergeant in the head last week outside the Police Bureau’s North Precinct.

The felony cases against Jesse Herman Bates, 38, Michelle Peterson O’Connor, 31, and Krystopher Michael Donnelly, 27, mark a significant detour from past practice in Oregon — federal prosecutors here haven’t used the charge in recent memory.

But U.S. attorneys in half a dozen other cities have brought similar civil disorder charges tied to violence that has erupted during protests nationwide decrying the May 25 death of George Floyd, a Black man who died after a white Minneapolis police officer knelt on his neck for more than eight minutes.

The Oregon U.S. Attorney’s Office is reviewing other violent actions from the last three months of protests and is expected to pursue similar civil disorder prosecutions.

What the hell, it’s a start. And if this courageous, valiant PantiFa warrior’s reaction to getting pinched is any indication, maybe it might suffice:

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – A Neenah man had a flamethrower, smoke grenades and fireworks during a demonstration in Green Bay Saturday night, according to police and prosecutors.

Matthew Banta, 23, is charged with obstructing an officer and two counts of felony bail jumping.

The criminal complaint says Banta “is known to be a violent Antifa member who incites violence in otherwise relatively peaceful protests.” Police say he’s known as “Commander Red.”

Green Bay police say they were called for “a whole bunch of white people with sticks, baseball bats and helmets headed… towards the police” on Walnut St. near Webster Ave.

“I don’t know who comes to a protest with a baseball bat for anything other than criminal or illegal activity,” said Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith.

A responding officer says he saw four individuals walking towards a protest with baseball bats. One man was wearing a metal helmet with goggles and military-style gear with multiple pouches, and was carrying an Antifa flag. When the officer pulled his squad car in front of the group, they ran away. The officer caught Banta, who was carrying the flag, and says Banta “dropped into the fetal position and began crying.” He accused the officer of lying on him; the officer replied nobody was on him.

Now, none of us should make the mistake of assuming they’re all as soft and gutless as this puling, pussified little baglapper is. Certainly, there are some genuinely hard boys in amongst the scrofulous, contemptible rabble of creampuffs, thumbsuckers, and mama’s boys. But there only has to be a large enough percentage of them who are for the whole sorry facade to be brought crashing down, perhaps even without having to destroy the nation utterly in getting the job done.

Hotting up

Wanna talk terrorist murder, shitlibs? Assassins? I don’t think you do. I really don’t.

On Saturday, hundreds of Trump supporters gathered in the outskirts of Portland in a “Cruise Rally” in pick-up trucks with a lot of Trump 2020 flags decked out all over the cars.

After their rally, they then decided to drive into Portland. They were set upon, in the words of the media, by “counter-protesters” otherwise known as radical leftists/Antifa folk.

Leftist tried to block some of the cars, other cars they threw things at, threatened or stole flags from. Some of the Trump supporters defended themselves with pepper spray or paintball guns. There were multiple fights between the two groups.

They cornered Patriot Prayer’s Joey Gibson and beat the heck out of him. He survived because the folks in the gas station saved him and pulled him inside. Then Antifa tried to besiege the station.

But as we reported earlier, the worst incident was when a man came up and apparently walking up to the Trump supporter and fired point blank, killing him.

Then they celebrated the death of the Trump supporter, cheering when one of their leaders announced he was dead, even burning an American flag in the celebration, after slandering the man calling him a “nazi” and saying “our community held its own. they “took out the trash.”

The rancid piece of subhuman debris who pulled the trigger appears to be a 48 year old snowboard instructor named Michael Reinoehl.

The Nationalist Review wrote in their in-depth report, “the 48-year-old ‘professional snowboarder’ was previously featured on a Bloomberg promo for the riots where he described himself as part of the rioter’s security apparatus. Reinoehl touted his military experience and described events that led up to him receiving a bullet grazing on his arm. In the video, a neck tattoo identical to the shooter’s own tattoo is seen on his neck.”

The Left is now very upset that someone showed up with a gun and shot rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin because they are against…violence and lawlessness and civic unrest? Since when?

I have some big news for every glib apologist and coiffed tankie on the miserably compliant Left: You built this. You refused to condemn and stop it. You asked for this. You don’t get to take the high ground now. You own this. Quite literally: you paid for it. Leftist foundations and politicians have nurtured and grown BLM for many years now. We’re still not sure why more Republican leaders have not pointed out that convicted terrorist Susan Rosenberg is on the Board of Directors for the fundraising arm of BLM, for instance—but they should.

True, we’ve all paid for it. We’ve paid with our tax dollars to put generations of kids through a public school gulag that teaches them to justify exactly this sort of violence based on a toxic combination of identity politics and “America is evil.” We’ve paid the businesses we buy from even as we’ve watched them spend millions teaching and enforcing the same hateful ideology, turning Big Corporate into a giant re-education camp that scares workers into political submission. We’ve paid with our time using social media and the data we’ve given our tech companies as they slyly shape the public square with their speech codes.

But the American people will never forget what you did. What you started. Because we will have to put this evil genie back in the bottle. And it will take time and force—violence—in order to do so.

You have abetted the destruction of our cities so you could win an election. You—you corporate stooges, you glib and sinister Nurse Ratcheds, you elegant child abusers and mob apologists—have become a new party all your own. You are now the BLM-Antifa Party. You are too scared or too complicit to denounce either group.

Yet you now heap fearful denunciations on those who, however ill-advisedly, try to defend the life, liberty, and property that their complicit and incompetent governments will not. We will not mindlessly accept your kneejerk narrative about Kyle Rittenhouse being some kind of crazed Nazi who gunned down innocent protestors in cold blood. Your convenient narrative does not comport with the facts that even the New York Times recently set forth. We will wait for more facts. We will watch all the video. We will not throw him under the bus, and neither should any American who believes in equality under the law.

Of course we don’t want citizens roaming the streets with guns drawn. Of course this tempts fate—and risks more tragic, needless violence. But that’s the point for the BLM-Antifa Party. That’s exactly what they want. That’s exactly what you asked for when you unleashed them.

The “moral” outrage of the twitterati right now is, in truth, shameless cowardice. Do you really think people are supposed to sit back and let “mostly peaceful” militias and mobs destroy their cities because you say so? Kenosha is supposed to welcome out-of-town extremists trained in terror tactics and shelter in place while their city is smashed to bits and burned to the ground?

No.

A good piece through and through by Dr Matthew Peterson, one of the founding editors of the American Mind website, but I have to say this “however ill-advisedly” nonsense is wearing thin. Likewise all the guff popping up about how he’s “just a child,” that his parents should have never let him go to Kenosha, that he had no business whatsoever “traveling across state lines” all of the twelve or fifteen miles it is from his home of Antioch, Illinois to insert himself into a fraught and dangerous situation he was neither intellectually nor emotionally equipped to handle in an adult fashion.

Well, bullshit. In my not-even-slightly-humble opinion, this young man ought to be praised to the heavens by all right-thinking people, from now till doomsday. He bravely stepped up to try to help his neighbors in need; his steady, measured actions when violently attacked by a rabid mob prove that at 17 he’s way more of an adult than one hell of a lot of snot-nosed shitlibs I can think of ever will be.

As for the disingenous shrieking from the demon Left dubbing him “the vigilante assassin,” a white supremacist murderer, a “domestic terrorist” and similar rot, to hell with them. Here’s how this brutal, heartless killer spent his day prior to successfully defending himself against the usual Leftard violence:

Mr. Rittenhouse was arrested early Wednesday in his hometown, Antioch, Ill., which is about 30 minutes southwest of the protests in Kenosha, just over the state line.

Multiple posts on his social media accounts proclaim support for pro-police causes like the Blue Lives Matter movement and Humanize the Badge, a nonprofit that he ran a Facebook fund-raiser for on his 16th birthday.

In most of the footage The Times has reviewed from before the shootings, Mr. Rittenhouse is around this area. He also offers medical assistance to protesters.

About 15 minutes before the first shooting, police officers drive past Mr. Rittenhouse, and the other armed civilians who claim to be protecting the dealership, and offer water out of appreciation.

Mr. Rittenhouse walks up to a police vehicle carrying his rifle and talks with the officers.

He eventually leaves the dealership and is barred by the police from returning. Six minutes later footage shows Mr. Rittenhouse being chased by an unknown group of people into the parking lot of another dealership several blocks away.

Rittenhouse was also photographed earlier that day helping to scrub graffiti off of a wall and other such hateful, murderously racist terrorist activity.

Screw the Proggy assholes, pantywaisted Weepycons, and everybody else wringing their hands and moaning about him. Their armchair-quarterbacking is just background noise, and should be treated as such. Kyle felt the need to go to Kenosha and volunteer his assistance, in any way he could be of help. He very sensibly came prepared to defend his life against the mad dogs unleashed there, as elsewhere, by local Democrat-Socialist-Rioter Party officials. He kept his calm and manfully stood his ground when faced with an unprovoked, homicidal attack, giving a good accounting of himself.

He was outnumbered, but he wasn’t outgunned. Under tremendous pressure, he cooly took out the trash, removing some true filth from the streets of Wisconsin. His parents should be mighty damned proud of their boy, I say. I’d just bet there’s a USMC recruited somewhere in the area who is practically drooling over the prospect of signing up such a stellar example of brave, resourceful, and upstanding American manhood.

Throw Kyle under the bus? NEVER. I say again: he is a bona fide American Hero, and my hat is off to him. Every Real American should support, encourage, and stand behind him without reservation or reluctance.

Francis weighs in on Kenosha, American Hero Kyle Rittenhouse, and the general state of affairs using an all-too-lawerly Tweet lamenting “the weaponization of the prosecutorial process” as a dire threat to “the rule of law”—which, it ain’t that the guy is wrong about that, necessarily; it’s just that he’s way, WAY late to the party—as his jumping-off point.

“Threatens” the rule of law? THREATENS?

The rule of law died when prosecutors, mayors, and governors started siding with the rioters and against peaceable citizens going about their lawful business.

If you don’t get it even now – if you think, for whatever reason, that it could never encroach upon you and yours – you’re living in a dream.

The hell with the useless facial diapers, Gentle Reader. They’re about as relevant to your “protection” as a screen door in a submarine.

Meaningless aside: “useless as teats on a boar-hog” was the way my Grandma always put it—more colorful, certainly, and I always liked it. But Fran’s pharse works just as well. Onwards.

Go armed at all times. And – need I say it? – be ready to use your weapons, whatever they may be.

There is no law any longer in Kenosha, Seattle, Portland, and several other places; there is only power. Unless it’s opposed – not merely in word, but in forethought, preparation, and deed – from this moment forward, it will reach every smallest corner of these United States. If we want the law back, We the People must assert it and stand ready to defend it. In all candor, that responsibility has never belonged to anyone else.

Posilutely, absotively correct. Well, except that, at this late stage of the game, it isn’t so much the law we must defend—it’s our lives, our loved ones, our homes, our neighborhoods, our businesses, and our personal property. Once more: none of this has happened accidentally, or by coincidence. It all comes down to one simple thing, and it ain’t pretty. To wit:

Anyone could have seen this coming. The question that should be asked after an armed man shot two rioters on the streets of Kenosha is, what did you expect? Here’s the scenario: mobs of criminals are torching and looting the private businesses of Americans all over the country and local law enforcement won’t stop them. Not only will they not stop them but anyone who is arrested is released immediately to do it all over again the next night (see Portland). Did you expect that this could go on without more violence? How did you think it would end? Where was this going—social change to utopia? Cities are burning. New York City is now a place no retailer will go. How much more of this did you think people would take?

Here’s the bad news. Kyle Rittenhouse, whom we know nothing about, is only the beginning of what is to come. It’s going to get much worse, and people like me who are anti-war and want nothing but peace with my countrymen are about to become severely disappointed.

Any speculation on Rittenhouse’s motives is total stupidity in the fog of war when facts are indecipherable from lies. Don’t attempt it. Let us just look at the general climate in which this tragedy occurred. And I use the word “tragedy” somewhat reluctantly because all involved in this, especially the government officials who let it happen, deserve exactly what they got.

If you go out to protest in an environment where you know there is looting and mayhem, I don’t care what happens to you. Not even a little. Photographic evidence appears to point to self-defense. It’s too soon to tell but it appears from these photographs that at least one of the people who was shot was holding a gun.

A video shows the alleged shooter saying he was there to protect private property. There is no evidence that any press outlet can find to prove that he is a “white supremacist,” as is being alleged all over social media. He could just be a person concerned about escalating violence and no law enforcement stopping it who got fed up waiting for the adults in the room to do their jobs. He was arrested on suspicion of first-degree intentional homicide.

Maybe he will be acquitted in court. Who knows? That’s not important. What is important is that this is only the beginning of a scary and dark time in American history and I’m not the only one who sees it. Mobs are accosting diners and demanding they display the Communist fist. Do you think this is going to end the way the mobs want it to? How many of you would rather be dead than Red? Make a choice now because this is where we are in the timeline of human events. Your time to make a choice is running out. The mob is perfectly willing to do it for you.

Therefore: Kyle Rittenhouse’s shooting of him was justifiable self-defense, and it’s beyond any disputation.

Do citizens have to surround the courthouse and start lighting it up until they release him?

Is that the only thing our cowardly, terrorist-supporting Democrat politicians understand, now? The force and menace of a “mostly peaceful” mob?

Actually, I don’t think they really do understand at all. These fools have chosen to overinvest in blind faith that they and their semi-sub rosa minions—a pet army of halfwit primordial goons, pampered suburban brats, and sundry Commie useful idiots—possess an unchallengeable monopoly on force and menace. It is now imperative that they be taught otherwise, forcefully and without delay.

Surrounding the courthouse and lighting it up ought to be the very least of their concerns before Real Americans are done with them. They need to be made to fear for their own lives for a change, and to never forget the taste of it. Anything less, and…we lose.

Kicking ass, taking names

Say what you will, I remain a big fan of the Proud Boys.

It was another “don’t start nuthin’, won’t be nuthin’” clash in Portland on Saturday. Antifa and Black Lives Matter protesters crashed a pro-police Back the Blue rally downtown. True to form, antifa and BLM went from counter-“protesting” to violently attacking people.

We’ve seen it before.

The Back the Blue rally included members of Proud Boys, a multi-racial (yes) group of America-loving and antifa-hating tough guys and gals, who will fight back if the Leftist mob starts something. They come prepared to do battle.

And guess what? That’s exactly what happened. If antifa doesn’t start the violence then no violence happens.

Proud Boys are defined by the mainstream media and the Left (but I repeat myself) as “white supremacists,” but they appear to be a much more ethnically diverse group than antifa is. The local leader is Hispanic.

As they often do, the Portland Police watched while the melee ensued.

Sorry, but I have no use for the “don’t start none, won’t be none” bushwa. It’s weak, it’s whiny (Mommy, AnitFa hit us fiiirrrst!!), and it’s a sure-fire formula for defeat. If the Proud Boys and any other assemblage of patriotic Real Americans were to begin hunting PantiFa twerps down in the streets like wild game—shooting them, skinning the carcasses, nailing the pelts to the side of the barn to cure in the sun—that’d be just jakesy-jooksey with me.

It’s waaaay past time for our side to stop with the weeping and wailing over how critically vitally critical it is that our side doesn’t “fire the first shot.” The first shot was fired a long fucking time ago. Instead of worrying about “the optics” or whatever mean things shitlib media might say about us, it’s about time we started shooting back…before this war is over, and lost. This next bit speaks volumes about just how close to that unwelcome eventuality we already are, and not just in Portland either:

“Hate speech” and violence are, of course, welcome and tacitly encouraged by Portland authorities…as long as it’s the right people perpetrating them. Hundreds of PantiFa/BurnLootMurder criminals have been released after arrest, with no charges filed by the turn-em-loose-Bruce liberal DA.

Newly installed Multnomah County District Attorney Mike Schmidt has already announced that he will not prosecute most charges against antifa – even for rioting.

Videographer Mike Strickland can attest to the two-tiered justice system in Portland. In 2016, antifa protesters chased him out of a Black Lives Matter rally and roughed him up. When they noticed he was still covering the event, a large group came back to inflict more punishment. Strickland pulled his legally-possessed gun and held back the crowd. No shots were fired and Strickland was the only one hurt that day.

He went to jail. His case is on appeal.

Why, of course he did. In Amerika v2.0, the State requires that all dissidents, nonconformists, and Badthinkers take their beatings obediently, without a word of complaint.

Well, fuck all that noise, sayeth I. If the Proud Boys are willing to risk jail time; a chorus of the usual slanders, sneers, and false accusations against them, of everything from “racism” to simple chronic halitosis, from the usual hypocritical liars; and even sniffy disdain from those on the notional Right who ought to be cheering them on, but are just too damned dainty to ever contemplate some righteous beatdowns being dealt out to those most deserving of them—well, I for one am glad to see that there’s at least somebody out there willing to confront certain ugly realities head-on, enduring slings and arrows from every direction to just do the necessary and crack some fucking empty-ass Commie skulls wide the fuck open.

So yeah, you go get ’em, Proud Boys. Y’all make me wish I was about twenty years younger, you really do.

In one of the more hilarious videos to come out of the chaos, a Black Lives Matter militant can be heard whining about how the police are “just standing there” as the extremist leftists got their butts handed to them by the patriots.

“When the cops are gone, you’re gonna deal with us,” one of the patriots was filmed warning the anti-cop leftists.

Black Lives Matter militants roved into the wrong Milwaukee neighborhood Monday night.

A Milwaukee homeowner wasn’t having it and fired warning shots at protesters in his neighborhood.

“This dude is shooting at us!” A Black Lives Matter militant is heard saying as they scattered like cockroaches and ran for their lives.

Never let a good crisis go to waste

Beats the hell out of the usual tack of never missing an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

Conservatives are missing a vital opportunity to remake American education. For the first time in our history, millions of schoolchildren will not have a public school to attend in the fall. Warranted or not, coronavirus fears present conservatives with an opportunity to offer an alternative to traditional public-school education, but they have yet to propose one.

Conservatives have spent decades trying to support alternatives to public school with some success. According to the National Center of Education Statistics, the number of children enrolled in either private schools, charter schools or home-schooling increased to 10.5 million in 2016, up from 7.7 million in 1999. The number, while increasing substantially, still pales in comparison to the 47.3 million children who attend public schools.

As devastating as the coronavirus has been to the wealth and wellbeing of Americans, it has offered a valuable opportunity for conservatives to move a number of children out of the public school system permanently.

Republican governors and mayors could have enacted substantial reforms by offering financial incentives to parents to home-school their children during the pandemic. Taking funds from states’ or cities’ education budgets, and redirecting them to parents, could have been a positive change that voters might accept, especially given that most want schools to remain closed, according to a poll by the Washington Post. Sending direct funds to families also would help alleviate some of their financial pressures, especially when many must choose between going to work and sending their children to school.

The coronavirus pandemic may have destroyed many things, but the opportunity to rebuild and create a more conservative future is out there. Simply reopening the public schools isn’t the answer.

The accompanying opportunity to discredit, dismantle, and destroy the teachers unions, which are nothing more than an auxiliary fund-raising arm of the DNC by now, shouldn’t be ignored either.

You guys will remember my post the other night featuring the shot across the bow issued to the Shasta County, California board of supervisors by a fed-up local business owner. Well, Gerard ran across a more complete transcript of this fine American’s stirring warning, plus video. I consider the unexpurgated version well worth putting up.

I wasn’t gonna speak but I was asked to speak here. Sheriff, good to see you. I’m telling you guys, I’m pretty appalled with what’s going on. At first we sat as concerned citizens, we all wanted to figure out how to navigate our way through this whole Covid thing. And as we realized that it’s not quite as dangerous as we thought it’d be, I was absolutely appalled at the cowardice. You’re just sitting there with your masks on. I don’t blame you for wearing masks because I’d be hiding my face too if I were you, for what you’re doing. It’s absolutely horrendous what you’re doing to these people. I’m a business owner and I’m telling you, our families are starving. You guys can sit here with your jobs, you can sit here and you’re getting paid, you can fall asleep in your chair like that gentleman’s doing behind his mask right there. And I’m telling you right now, that right now we’re being peaceful. And you better be happy that we’re good citizens, that we’re peaceful citizens.

But it’s not gonna be peaceful much longer. This isn’t a threat, I am not a criminal, I’ve never been a criminal, but I’m telling you: good citizens are gonna turn into real concerned and revolutionary citizens real soon. And nobody else is gonna say that. I’m probably the only person that has the balls to say what I’m saying right now. That we’re building, we’re organizing, and we’ll work with law enforcement or without law enforcement. But you won’t stop us when time comes because our families are starving.

And if you don’t hear the seriousness in my voice, I hope you open your ears. You absolutely listen to what I’m saying. Because this is a warning. For what’s coming. It’s not gonna be peaceful much longer. It’s not gonna be “rah-rahs,” it’s not gonna be speeches, it’s not gonna be gathering outside saying the Pledge of Allegiance, it’s not gonna be waving flags. It’s gonna be real.

When you’ve seen the things that I’ve seen — I went to war for this country. I’ve seen the ugliest, dirtiest part of humanity. I’ve been in combat. And I never wanna go back again. But I’m telling you what, I will to save this country. If it has to be against our own citizens, it will happen. And there’s a million people like me. And you won’t stop us.

Open the county. Let our citizens do what they need to do. Let owners of businesses do what they need to do to feed their families. Take the masks off. Quit masking and muzzling your children. The psychological damage you’re doing to them is horrible. I’ve had six friends kill themselves since it’s happened. Veterans who lost their jobs. How do you feel about being complicit in perpetuating that. The greatest hoax ever perpetuated on the American people. And you’re part of it while you wear your masks. In Shasta County, we’re supposed to be Red country up here. Not Blue country, we’re Red country up here.

Spicy time countdown

This has been my own thought for a fair bit now.

Regardless of who is elected, it’ll be civil war
I’m not going to say that what we’ve been experiencing over the last three months have been the first salvos of a civil war, but it sure looks like it. While hard-line socialists in the Democratic Party are working within the political infrastructure and behaving as though they are conducting the business of governance according to the rule of law and constitutionally established procedures, they are in fact in the process of fomenting civil war – or at least, they have made it apparent that they are willing to go that far if they are not able to gain ascendency via political means.

One of their prerequisites for standing down appears to be the removal of President Donald Trump, whether this is achieved via the general election in November or by some other means. It is clear – and should be clear to historians in the future – that the impeachment proceedings that took place in 2019 and early 2020 were nothing more than an attempted coup against our president.

Failing that, elected officials in Washington (both Republican and Democrat), their supporters, powerful Democrat donors and far left activists in the streets and corridors of power orchestrated violent demonstrations on the pretext of widespread racism on the part of police agencies across the country. Elected officials in Democrat-controlled enclaves have allowed these to persist in order to serve their greater agenda.

And make no mistake: The two-party system in America has been an illusion and a deception for quite some time. Most Republican elected officials who support the president are only supporting him because of his popularity amongst Republicans and swing voters. Nearly all of them hold allegiance to the Washington establishment and have been vehemently opposed to Trump’s housekeeping efforts from the start.

And although we know that political rhetoric has had a tendency to get nasty and hyperbolic during election cycles since our nation’s earliest days, the magnitude of the lies and the level of projection being proffered by everyone from Black Lives Matter and Antifa thugs to Kamala Harris and Joe Biden have truly pushed the boundaries of the surreal. I mean, when Bill Clinton has the nerve to criticize President Trump’s behavior in the Oval Office as he did this week at the Democratic National Convention, it becomes clear that these people have no sense of shame, and have cast both decency and reality to the wind.

It is entirely possible that if President Trump secures reelection, the left will escalate and extend the scope of the violence, touching off a full-blown, costly civil war. I believe it is equally possible that if Joe Biden wins the election, heretofore law-abiding Americans will determine that enough is enough, rise up and take decisive action against leftist dissidents, with the same unfortunate result.

Should this occur, it will be a civil war such as we’ve seen in many other nations over the years, rather than what transpired during the Civil War: Potential enemies will be present in our cities and towns, in our neighborhoods and occasionally in our own homes. Lines between enemy combatants will be blurred, as will those between police, the military and the militias that will inevitably rise up. BLM and Antifa thugs will continue to ply their trade until they are beaten back, or they prevail.

It should be clear by now to all but the intellectually indolent or deficient that those on the left thrive on the suffering of the citizenry at large. In fact, it was the deep suffering generated by the Obama administration that led to the election of Donald Trump in 2016. Now, like spoiled but very dangerous children, the left intends to prolong the pain of civil unrest until we get rid of him.

I shouldn’t have to point this out, but people who thrive on the suffering of others are inherently evil. Prudent individuals do not concern themselves with decorum or even fairness when dealing with evil people.

Nope, nor should they. Instead, they fix the evil people’s breathing problem—the problem being, they still ARE breathing.

In fairness, though, we should probably grant that not all of them are in fact evil; some of them are just stupid. Either way, we’ve conceded the Left’s presumed “right” to rule over and control us for much too long now. It’s long past time we rescinded that misguided concession, by whatever means we must.

War to the knife, knife to the hilt: I don’t see any way it can possibly be averted now, and that’s a terrible, terrible tragedy. But our differences are irreconcilable; we have here a chasm that cannot be bridged in any honorable fashion. There is no resolution in which any semblance of liberty can be preserved. The Left has made it clear that they will not relent until every last Real American submits and is brought fully and firmly to heel. That is, quite simply, unacceptable. Bane on the ballot

And he has a “D” after his name.

In Christopher Nolan’s 2012 film, “The Dark Knight Rises,” Bane the mercenary revolutionary emerges from the shadows after Gotham City has been at peace for eight years with a clear agenda: Destroy Gotham. He cannot abide seeing Gotham thrive.

A master of psychology and deception, Bane does not just ride into town with an army of evil henchmen. He does do that, and he even robs Gotham’s Wall Street, but mere financial gain is not his motive. He wants to turn Gotham inside out so that it devours itself, discrediting everything Gotham once stood for in the process.

Bane cloaks himself in the enticing language of social justice: “We come here not as conquerors but as liberators, to return control of this city to the people.”

He says this after commandeering a football stadium full of terrified citizens he is “liberating” from their freedom, after he has already murdered the mayor: one noble-sounding sentence in a paragraph of threats. He intends to liberate nothing, and destroy everything. He knows the language of social justice will fool enough gullible people long enough to keep them from stopping him.

Social justice language is powerful because it tugs at our human desire for fairness. It’s also a terrible lie. Selina Kyle—Catwoman—is initially won over by Bane’s tricks. At a lavish Wayne Manor party at the beginning of the film, Kyle tells billionaire Bruce Wayne whose side she is on. “There’s a storm coming, Mr. Wayne,” she says seductively. “You and your friends better batten down the hatches, because when it hits, you’re all gonna wonder how you ever thought you could live so large and leave so little for the rest of us.”

Kyle could have been a speechwriter for the Democratic Party. So could Bane. They both sound like a pastiche of Antifa, Occupy Wall Street, Black Lives Matter, and socialist Bernie Sanders, who lost the Democratic primary battle but has won the ideological war for the party’s soul.

Shhhyeah, right. Like that coven of Commie bloodsuckers has a soul.
