The Ukraine deception

Brandon Smith splashes a big ol’ bucket of cold-water reality around, dousing many a globalist to the skin. But one of many inconvenient truths contained therein:

There Are No US Funded Bio Labs In Ukraine?
Yes, there are. THIS IS FACT. The existence of multiple bio-labs in Ukraine has been openly admitted by US officials including Under Secretary of State Victoria Nuland. Nuland also indicated that these labs should not fall into Russian hands because of the dangerous “research materials” they contain; she refrained from calling them biological weapons. It is also openly admitted that US funding for these labs began during the Obama era (just as funding for the infamous Level 4 bio lab in Wuhan, China began during the Obama era). Obama himself toured the facilities before he became president and admitted that the labs contained anthrax and plague viruses.

The argument for US involvement in the Ukrainian bio-labs was that these dangerous materials needed to be properly secured and “protected.” Yeah, I’m not buying that, but at the very least it is absolutely and undeniably true that Ukraine holds multiple bio-labs, containing materials that could be used as biological weapons, and those labs have received ample funding from the US government. The amount of media lies and spin surrounding this one issue is truly impressive. Clearly, there is something about these labs that the government is trying to hide.

Do I think this is the reason Russia invaded Ukraine. No, not at all. The point remains, though, that White House and media arguments on the bio-labs are verifiable lies.

Gee, what a shocker. Also: UNEXPECTED!!™ Bottom line?

Most of these disinformation campaigns in the media and by political officials from the White House to Neo-Cons in the GOP are obviously designed to accomplish one thing: American support for war with Russia. Frankly, Ukraine is not worth it. The displacement of refugees is saddening but war in general only EVER serves the interests of globalists and power brokers. We can’t be lured in by false narratives and the exploitation of our empathy.

NATO involvement in Ukraine, including military involvement, has been pervasive for over a decade, well before the Russian invasion of Crimea. It’s almost like Ukraine has been groomed as a powder keg for potential global war. Now, it appears the globalists are falling back on Plan B in a desperate play to distract the public from economic destruction. Putin is a part of it, Ukraine is a part of it, and most NATO governments are a part of it. The real war is not with Russia; the real war is with the establishment elites that are playing both sides of the conflict. Why sacrifice millions in a pointless engineered conflict when we can eliminate a handful of power mongers and finally live in peace?

Bold mine, so as to underscore what I firmly believe to be the question of our age. Trump’s most important accomplishment in office was to tear the masks off these malefactors, sacrificing a great deal himself in the doing. They’re the selfsame reprobates as Brandon rails against in this essay, as it happens, villains badly in need of their just deserts. It’s now up to Real Americans to see to it that Trump’s sacrifice wasn’t in vain.

Fix: STILL IN

American “election” reform? Don’t make me laugh.

OUTRAGE: To Date Not One Single Independent, Objective and Complete Audit of Dominion Voting Machines Used in the 2020 Election Has Taken Place

Gee, how very shocking and unforeseeable. Never saw that coming, nosirreebob.

Dominion voting machines were used across the country in the 2020 election, not in all states but in many. But these machines have not been completely audited by independent and objective experts at any location since the 2020 Election.

To good Americans, it is outrageous that the Dominion machines have not been completely audited by objective and independent auditors or investigators. It’s high time that this takes place.

Unfortunately, there’s far too few of us left to make it hpppen.

The whole “election” brouhaha is so sleep-inducing at this point it’s now the most powerful and effective anti-insomnia drug since Sominex. The only remotely interesting aspects left at this point, at least for me, are what time blue-state vote-tallying will be shut down this time; what laughable, credulity-reaming excuse they’ll offer for doing so; and how long will Leftymedia wait before jumping in with both boots to pooh-pooh even the most lackadaisical suggestion that hey, the “election” just might, just maybe, just possibly may not have been strictly on the up and up as merely the booze-fed raving of conspiracy-mongering cranks, paranoiacs, terrorists, and wild-eyed insurrectionists seeking to topple the government of Our Sacred Democracy, each and every one of whom of right ought to be summarily hanged without benefit of trial for their treason.

And then we’ll all just calm the fuck down, shut the fuck up, and get the fuck back to business as usual again. Y’know, just like the last time the Demonrats brazenly and audaciously yanked an election right out from under our feet, thumbed their nose at us, and then skated away clean as a whistle, with Official Authority at every level unabashedly proclaiming No Harm, No Foul, No Fiurther Questions, Thanks. Hell, this time around we’ll probably have become so inured to the swindle there won’t be even one hopeless hail-Mary lawsuit filed, I betcher. The Citadel of Democracy will remain safe, sacrosanct, and undefiled this time. There will be no Congresscreatures crouching under tables, hiding from their despised constituents and sweating copiously in fear for their lives. No bumbling Keystone Kapital Kops Korps butterbar looey will feel it necessary to murder an innocent, unarmed, and entirely harmless female citizen in cold blood.

On the brighter side of the whole mess, Offissa Pup will not be honored this time with an official proclamation of weak-kneed gratitude from shamefaced government officials, complete with the obligatory Scroll of Heroism, dewy-eyed praise of his boundless courage in the swift and sure adminstration of Justice, By God! sung in every corner of a supportive “news” media, a cooperative commentariat, and both wings of a complicit Uniparty establishment. EVERY corner, so as to be sure no Joe Sixpack lunkhead, the intellectually-dull sort of oaf who might be relied upon to be in agreement with those murderous Jan 6 radicals, will miss the point.

The resultant stench rising off this Swampy shitfling will be foul beyond enduring. So we have THAT to look forward to, I guess.

Update! I’ve argued before a couple-three times that the only way to minimize vote fraud and meaningfully reform our elections, here or anywhere, is actually quite simple:

  1. Use ONLY paper ballots, marked and counted by hand
  2. Vote ONLY on election day
  3. Require valid ID and proof of voter registration
  4. Voter MUST present himself bodily at his designated polling station—mail-in ballots limited strictly to military personnel, diplomats and emnbassy staff, and people abroad for business purposes, in a strictly-enforced and brief timeframe
  5. Election observers MUST be present—FROM ALL PARTIES— at polling places and, later, at counting stations, allowed unfettered access for close observation of all procedures, personnel, and materials
  6. NO electronic voting or counting machines—NONE, EVER
  7. After voting, participants will receive an indelible mark on their thumb comfirming they’d already cast their ballot, disqualifying them from doing so again

Of course, none of that will work unless and until the Democrat Party (slogan: Election Thievery Since Boss Tweed!) is destroyed utterly, the earth under its mortal remains salted, scorched, and sanctified by a qualified priest or exorcist. It’s long been my opinion that, when it comes to elections, technology is NOT our friend; the old, tested and true methods are best.

Looks like I might have to rethink that opinion.

You may not yet have heard about the brilliance of Redo Voting, but it’s the latest rage in Washington, D.C. Everyone is talking about it.
You’ve heard a lot about “chain of custody” problems in the 2020 election. With Redo Voting, chain of custody is no longer an issue. It is 100% guaranteed from the printer right through exhaustion of post-election excuses. You cast your vote on a secure .gov domain website, and no one but you touches your ballot.

It can be used to vote in person or from anywhere on the planet. Here is how that aspect works:
You get a scratch-off “ballot” (again, based on the same technology as a lottery scratch-off ticket) from any retail store, scratch it, and scan the QR code underneath with your phone (you can also enter the info into your home computer browser).

  • Your browser is then directed to a state.gov website.
  • Eligible registered voters cast their votes.
  • The vote is private, secure, and sent directly to a secure database. It cannot be altered or deleted.

When voting is closed, the secretary of State applies a decryption key to the repository and tallies the votes in seconds. She/he can give the key to anyone who wants to see the results (including voters). The tallies can’t be altered.

After a quick scan of the article, I haven’t been able to find a reason to object. It’s a clever melding of old ideas and new tech, and it looks pretty damned good to me. Read the whole thing, it’ll brighten your whole day.

The road to serfdom

We’re well along on it, very nearly to its terminus at the junction of Tyranny Circle, Despot Street, and Banana Republic Way.

On Jan. 6, 2021, a protestor, 40-year-old Brady Knowlton, says that an officer at the Capitol told “You can go in, as long as you don’t break anything.” At 2:35 p.m., Knowlton did, entering through the Upper West Terrace doors. He looked around inside the building, walked through the Rotunda, lobby, and Senate chamber gallery, obeyed the officer’s injunction not to break anything, and left the building at 2:53 p.m. For that, Knowlton now faces twenty years in prison in Old Joe Biden’s vengeful banana republic.

On top of the possibility of being behind bars until 2042, Knowlton, a law student, has suffered numerous other consequences already. According to the Daily Wire, “his law degree has been withheld, his lawyers say, Airbnb has banned him and his wife, and, for reasons that remain undisclosed, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection has stripped his Global Entry access.”

Unbelievable, disgusting, infuriating, intolerable—these and so many more adjectives and epithets come instantly to mind. I’m just gonna give my FBI/DHS/DEA/USSS readers a heads up before I come right out and say it: These people MUST be stopped. They must be stripped of all power, driven from office, and dealt with harshly. If it comes to killing, and it’s going to…well, best be getting on with it then, before these monstrous thugs wantonly destroy many more lives based entirely on moonshine, propaganda, and lies. We The People must see to it that every last one of them is persecuted in measure at the very least commensurate to, preferably surpassing, the petty abuse they’ve dealt out themselves—measure for measure and drop for drop.

The self-defeating folly which speaks of “taking the high road” and “that’s not who we are,” that recoils in dread and horror of “beoming like them,” must be abandoned. This is no chess match, no sporting contest between respectful and gentlemanly combatants. It isn’t a mannerly, highminded way to resolve our dispute, because there ISN’T one; our dispute cannot be resolved. What this is is a vulgar brawl—no holds barred, no referee, no pretentions to an impossible politesse. No tapping out of this one, no clean, civilized capitulation. Only total submission, in a dirty, eye-gouging, ear-biting melee which only ends when one combatant lies bleeding, unconscious, or dead in the gutter.

According to the charges filed against him in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, Knowlton “did unlawfully and knowingly enter and remain in a restricted building and grounds.” He also “did knowingly, and with intent to impede and disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business and official functions, engage in disorderly and disruptive conduct in and within such proximity to, a restricted building and grounds, that is, any posted, cordoned-off, and otherwise restricted area within the United States Capitol and its grounds, where the Vice President and Vice President-elect were temporarily visiting.” He “willfully and knowingly engaged in disorderly and disruptive conduct within the United States Capitol Grounds.

Y’know, exactly as their like-minded ancestors did back in 1775-6, the obstreperous brutes. The similarities between THEIR terrorists, insurrectionists, and lawless brigands and OURS are striking.

In short, America was a huge underground economy. Here trade was free and enterprise unrestricted. Taxes were so often evaded that for all practical purposes there were none; a person could keep everything he earned. He could save, and invest, and eventually have his own thriving business or farm that would provide jobs for the next wave of immigrants.

Inhabited by rebellious, individualistic smugglers and tax evaders, America quickly became the most prosperous place on earth.

You may have seen pictures of the Pine Tree Flag flown by American warships during the Revolution. Why would the colonists put a pine tree on their battle flag?

The (British) government had enacted a regulation saying no colonist could cut down tall, straight trees; these trees were to be reserved for masts on Navy ships. This meant the best, most valuable trees on a person’s land had, in effect, been confiscated by the government.

When a government tree inspector would come through the forest to select and mark the best trees, colonists would follow him. These inspectors were highly trained experts, good at identifying the best trees for Navy ships – the Navy ships that were constantly pursuing smuggling ships.

When the government’s lumberjacks then came through the forest to collect the marked trees, they would find the trees had already been cut and sold – for use on the smuggling ships.

One of these ships was THE LIBERTY, owned by John Hancock. Hancock was a successful wine merchant known throughout the colonies as “The Prince of Smugglers.”  His reputation eventually earned him the honor of being the first to sign the Declaration of Independence.

Unfortunately, as the story of the Pine Tree illustrates, America did not remain beyond the reach of government. As the colonists’ wealth increased, politicians began making more and more efforts to steal – “tax” – this wealth.  More and more bureaucrats and troops were sent to the colonies to enforce laws and shut down down the underground economy.

The colonists’ reaction was dramatic. The infamous Stamp Tax, for instance, was greeted by armed rebellion; tax collectors were tarred and feathered, a procedure which usually resulted in death. When John Hancock was arrested, the people rioted and the government’s agents barely escaped with their lives.

As I’m sure you all know, these examples are only the tip of a very large iceberg of criminality and treason. Read all of this one; the discussion which follows—of Jonathan Mayhew’s 1750 “Higher Law” sermon, which would become the intellectual lynchpin of the American Revolution—is well worth the price of admission itself. Now back to our own lawless brigands.

If Knowlton’s contention that a police officer said he could go in is true, it vitiates all these charges, and Knowlton’s claim is certainly corroborated by photographic and video evidence of cops at the Capitol opening gates, holding the doors open for protestors, and reports that police even posed for selfies with protestors.

Oh, it does far more than vitiate them; it refutes them utterly, revealing for all to see contra-Constitutional of the illegitimacy of the US Superstate. Also, when the FBI raided Knowlton’s home, they found no evidence whatsoever “concerning the breach and unlawful entry” of the Capitol, or “of any conspiracy, planning, or preparation,” or “maps or diagrams” of the Capitol, or of any “materials, devices, or tools” that Knowlton might have planned to use to get inside.

So why is the government pursuing Knowlton with such ferocity?

Because the Ruling Class of any dictatorship simply cannot afford to let dissent and protest flourish unmolested; it must be ruthlessly crushed without delay, lest it become widespread enough to eventually be a credible threat to them. Increasing (and increasingly strident) political dissent, then a Resistance movement to the tyrannous government, resulting in the immediate, excessive response from the tyrants, are markers indicating progress along History’s path. Team Liberty today is farther along that path than it may think, but definitely not nearly as far as we probably should be.

The most bitter irony of our time is two-fold: first, the ugly spectacle of government officials making a show of solemnly swearing an oath they have no intention of honoring, to protect and defend a Constitution they have no affection for or allegiance to. Second, the irksome annual midsummer orgy of seal-like barking, peacock-like strutting, and self-congratulatory “celebration of Muh Freedumbs!” by the same clueless ignorami who mindlessly assist in the forging of the very chains that bind and subdue them—chains whose loud clanking they mulishly refuse to hear.

Imagine a country that imprisons peaceful protestors on false charges of participating in an attempt to overthrow the government, as part of efforts to discredit and ultimately criminalize all opposition to the ruling party’s agenda.

Don’t need to “imagine,” Robert; we’re living in one. Amerika v2.0 today evinces nearly every telltale characteristic and/or condition that, taken altogether, explicitly define the word tyranny. There are but a steadily-dwindling few of those boxes left to be ticked off. As far as we know, I mean.

People who entered a public building when police held the door open for them are being held in solitary confinement and given draconian punishments far out of proportion to what they actually did. This is the sort of thing that happens in Third World countries, right? This is the sort of thing tinpot dictators do in banana republics, where the rulers gained power by underhanded means and have no respect for due process, the rule of law, or the rights of their citizens — right?

Well, yes, of course it is. It all has an extremely familiar ring to it, like the chorus of an old favorite song you haven’t heard in years and whose lyrics you can’t quite retrieve from the mists of memory, as well it should.

In America, we no longer have a single justice system for all people, regardless of race, or of power, or privilege, or the protected victimhood status they may have among the Leftist intelligentsia. We no longer have a justice system that is indifferent to and independent of political pressure. The politically and culturally dominant Left is not content with the massive power and influence it wields now; it is determined to silence all opposition and destroy it utterly.

And they’re very near now to successful realization of ALL their ambition, in full. Which is why the people must very soon rise up to bring them down utterly, using any and all means. We long ago failed to acknowledge the deadly threat they represent; for a long age, we averted our gaze as the cancer metastasized, undermined, and doubled and redoubled its deadly power. Now, thanks to our own sloth and self-deception, instead of swatting a mosquito in order to remove a mere nuisance, we must destroy an overgrown, hulking monster—a fearful Juggernaut whose strength and capabilities have waxed to the full, while our own have waned.

If this be treason, make the most of it. And may God grant that we prove able to live up to our forebears’ example.

Unkinked, unserious

Or, as Arthur labels it, Justice for Cornrows.

House passes CROWN Act, banning race-based hair discrimination
The House passed legislation on Friday that would prohibit discrimination against people with hair styles associated with a particular race or national origin.

Lawmakers passed the bill, titled the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair, or CROWN, Act, largely along party lines, 235-189. Only 14 Republicans joined Democrats in support of the measure.

Don’t ever let it be said that the US Congress can’t, or won’t, tackle the truly serious issues.

“For too long, Black girls have been discriminated against and criminalized for the hair that grows on our heads and the way we move through and show up in this world,” said Rep. Ayanna Pressley (D-Mass.).

Black women in particular are more likely to report feeling discriminated against because of their hairstyles.

Or just because, y’know, reasons ‘n’ shit, nomesayin? Back over to Arthur for some closing hilarity.

I love the name, the CROWN Act, cuz dey be thinking dey dreadlocks be crownz and sheeit. See also: Kangz, We Wuz.

Criminalized you say? For your hair and the way you “move through…this world”? This is a choice example of how blaque gals move through this world…

[…a few clips of random black-beeyotch violence and mayhem…]

Whenever they “show up” in the world, chaos and violence seem to follow them.

A serious nation doesn’t devote even a second of time to the “problem” of racist hair rules.

Nope. Then again, all sense of seriousness and mature propriety fled Mordor On The Potomac and its environs long, long ago, alas.

Blowback for Brandon

Hey, if the shoe fits…which, y’know, it does.

BREAKING: Laid-off Keystone XL pipeline workers BLAST Joe Biden for LYING about American oil production

Laid-off Keystone XL pipeline workers had choice words for President Joe Biden in a Fox News segment Saturday. Focusing on soaring gas prices across America, the segment included interviews with a group of laid-off workers.

“We should be able to sustain ourselves and not depend on other nations raising their price and then affect us. That shouldn’t even be in the question,” one worker told Fox News.

The Fox News reporter then asked: “If we want to get the price of gas down right now, we want to drop the price of gas, what do we need to do right now?”

“Put us to work right now. And you will see not only the fuel prices go down, but you will see the price of everything else go down with it,” the worker replied.

Workers then turned attention to Biden. “He’s pushing for solar and wind power, but it’s been proven over and over, that’s just not as efficient as burning natural gas, refining crude.” Another worked continued, saying: “We are sick of hearing, ‘This is Putin’s price hike.'”

Plenty more where that came from—every word a gem, every word the plain and simple 24-karat truth, the most salient insight helpfully emphasized above by moi. Brandon and his co-conspirators should be made to own their intentional sabotage of American energy independence, though. After all, it’s not as if they haven’t lectured, hectored, and pimped their silly, emasculated electric toy “cars”—along with the whole kit and kaboodle of their obsolete and unworkable “sustainable energy” folderol—long enough for everyone to know their true colors by now: Green, and Red.

It’s not as if they don’t realize the damage their lunatic jihad against fossil fuels—the most efficient, reliable, easily-gleaned and -managed energy source there is as of right this minute, the only one even remotely capable of powering a robust industrial economy—has and will do to the US, its economy, and ordinary Americans, mind. They know full well. It’s just that they don’t give a flying fuck at a plate-glass window about it, that’s all. At this point, they appear to have lost all patience, abandoned the gauzy illusion of logical persuasion and fair debate, and have moved on to openly waging economic war against the legitimate interests of the nation and her people—a most cruel and abominable war indeed.

Alas, but this is who they are. This iswhat they do. For the Left, the Almighty Agenda—raw, untrammeled power and control—always and forever comes first, overriding all other concerns. T’was ever thus, or nearly so. The last honest, honorable, and sincerely patriotic Democrat expired along with JFK or thereabouts, leaving us with the bizarre degenerates we’re saddled with at present. The modern bumper crop of amoral, hedonistic Democrats are an affliction, a cancer, one that must be excised completely, by whatever means necessary, if the body politic is ever to be restored to some semblance of health. Mike Walsh knows the scoremostly.

A specter is haunting America—the specter of the Democrat Party. Like an evil spirit that cannot be exorcised, the Democrats have been plaguing the United States since Aaron Burr shot and killed Alexander Hamilton in 1804. Ferociously pro-slavery, the Democrats divided the country practically from its inception, blocked the path to abolition and eventually took up arms against the nation after the election of the first Republican president, firing on Fort Sumter and seceding en masse from the Union. And, a week after they had lost that war, one of them assassinated Abraham Lincoln, elevating a Democrat from a Confederate state to the presidency, and plunging the country into more needless turmoil.

With a track record like this it’s a wonder the party is even still legal.

It really shouldn’t oughta be, and I mean that with every fibre of my being, literally and sincerely. No nation-state with the least regard for its own legitimacy is in any way obligated to tolerate the existence of a powerful political party flatly sworn to undermine, weaken, and injure said nation-state, even as it is diligently beavering away at that self-same project. As for the tyrannies, look to history to provide numerous examples of just how forgiving a dictator and/or ruling cabal usually is when it comes to clutching national parties fomenting unrest and insurrection fondly to its bosom, allowing them to carry on unmolested.

Hell, in those places you’re liable to the get the chop merely for walking around in public view with the smallest, most respectful and innocuous protest sign conceivable hoisted over your shoulder. Anything more radical than the most obsequious and Milquetoast-ian dissent, and the State’s bullyboys will fall on your doomed head like a crap-ton of sizeable rocks. Won’t be no dragging of the feet about the matter, either. The absolute least such an igner’nt fool can anticipate is to wake up next morning chained to a wall of a damp, noisome cell enjoying a ferocious headache; a seriously split lip; a whole passel of fresh new aches, pains, and deep-purple bruising scattered about his body; and little to no memory of how he got himself into this sorry state.

Make no mistake: rhe more strident you wax in your political agitation, the worse things are going to get for you. Count on it. Far better to just keep your lip zipped; walk with a bit of a stoop and a shuffle, no hint of any confident strut showing through; accept whatever Authority gives you without question or complaint; and make sure you’re always securely tucked into the middle of a crowd of other people, safely out of easy sight whenever you’re out and about, and you’ll be all right. Probably. Think “grey, ordinary, bland” so hard you actually project that image bodily, so that the aura of your shy, harmless nature rises off of you in visible waves.

For more on this, you want to take a leisurely stroll through the indispensable Julie Kelly’s AmGreat Jan 6 “riot” archive. These columns are an unflinching examination at the mid-to-late stages of America’s godawful descent from more-or-less proper governance into Tyranny Most Dire, vital material for anyone with a stomach strong enough to handle them. It’s dismal, ugly stuff, trust me it is—achingly painful reading for any poor naif still clinging to the battered belief in the ongoing existence of his cherished but long-extinct Republic, however far afield it may have strayed from the golden dreams of its Founders. Be sure you have a fifth of something stout handy when you do this. Trust me, you’re going to need it.

And yet, after the bloodiest war in our history—and with a sizable component of “peace Democrats” in the North actively rooting and voting against Lincoln in the election of 1864 while supporting his opponent: the failed Union general George McClellan—they’re still around to plague us. It wasn’t until the arrival of Ulysses S. Grant as commander of all the Union armies in 1864 that Honest Abe found the right man for the job: someone who would mercilessly crush the life out of the Democrats and their armies, destroy slavery, and reunite the states.

The midterms are still eight months away but Real America is crying out for succor right now.

Well, DUH. They’re worried, they’re out of work, the grocery-store pickin’s are mighty slim. Which is no real issue anyhow: even if there WAS food on those shelves like in the Goode Olde Days of yore, they couldn’t afford to buy any thanks to Bidenflation. Certainly, a few gallons of gas for the drive over is WAY out of reach. For the first time since the Great Depression, Americans are confronting real deprivation and want, after long luxuriating in the plenitude created by the system they passively watched being ruined a-purpose, when they weren’t actively helping destroy it. Worse, as I’ve said before, this is only the beginning of our national nightmare. When it will end, IF it will end, is known only to God Himself.

I only wish I could believe that this planned disaster, with its concomitant needless suffering, would be enough for Americans to finally and fully understand what the bitter, toxic fruits of Demonrat rule have been for nigh on a century, and to firmly decide they don’t want anything more to do with the lousy bastards. If the howling hell-storm now unfurling all around us finishes the criminal conspiracy masquerading as a political party for good, erasing all traces of their malignant misrule forever, I’d consider it well worth the suffering. Sorry, but I can’t.

Hoping that their Uniparty partners-in-crime might be taken down along with the Dems is just bugfiucknuts. Oh, I suppose it’s barely&mdas;BARELY—possible, sure. But it’s wildly, grotesquely improbable. Nobody should waste any time fantasizing about it, lest such useless woolgathering obscure or distract us from the arduous real-world work required to actually get the thing done.

Gasoline, home heating oil, electricity, natural gas—the prices continue to soar, already past the point of recent plausibility and heading into economic terra incognita. Millions of illegal aliens pour across the nearly erased southern border. A befuddled Joe Biden threatens to sleepwalk us into an armed conflict with the ghost of the old Soviet Union in the form of Vladimir Putin’s Russia, and disinformation is rife on both sides of the conflict in the Ukraine. In a parliamentary system, Biden’s government would have fallen right after the debacle in Afghanistan—but barring a miracle we’ve got another three years to suffer.

For just over a year, Americans have watched with admirable patience as their economy collapsed, their legal system was perverted to serve the interests of a few, their nation’s military degraded, and their freedom of speech subverted via the government’s fascistic and unconstitutional co-opting of the social media sites. Meanwhile, woke corporations and a thoroughly compromised media crack down on the commercial and personal privacy of anybody that runs afoul of the New Normal while manic Greens demand a return to the days of three-masted schooners and windmills. Such relentless cultural and economic sabotage would be considered an act of war if done by anyone else—but here it goes by the fellow-traveler names of “dissent,” “patriotism,” and “progressivism.”

Walsh goes on from there to lob a few undeserved stinkbombs at Trump as if he was still at all relevant, and then this:

The other is Florida governor Ron DeSantis. Smart, pugnacious, and unflappable, DeSantis has emerged as the chief thorn in Joe Biden and the Left’s side. After his narrow win over a guy who was later found dead drunk in a Miami Beach hotel room he was sharing with a gay porn producer who had overdosed on crystal meth, DeSantis has cemented his hold on the former swing state, turning it solid red. Unlike Trump, who at the moment is powerless, the squeaky-clean DeSantis upstages Biden and the Democrats on a regular basis; his canny and unflappable handling of the “pandemic” has given rise to a new nickname for the Sunshine State: the Free State of Florida.

DeSantis, 43, can make no public noises about seeking the presidency at this point. He must get past his re-election for governor in the fall first and hope the voters rally to take back control of Congress from the narrowest-of-narrow Democrat majorities. With his wife, Casey, now seemingly recovered from a bout with cancer, he is sitting pretty.

It’s widely thought that if Trump declares, DeSantis will wait his turn in 2028. But why should he spend four years on ice behind a lightning rod with no further political future? Polls already show him creeping up on Trump and a smashing re-election victory will only gain him more prominence. Lots can happen in three years, especially when his possible primary opponent is getting on in years. After Biden, will America want another geriatric president? Or will the voters prefer a guy 32 years younger, with nothing but upside?

I hope and pray he stays on in Florida instead. DeSantis can render the remaining handful of non-authoritarian fragments of what was once the great American republic far greater service there than in Mordor On The Potomac, where the Deep State’s legions of orcs, trolls, and winged Nazgul will rip him to bloody gobbets of raw meat as they did Trump.

Sorry, Mike, but there really, truly is no voting our way out of this. However it comes about, something far more direct, proactive, and potent than toodling on over to the local polling place to cast a meaningless ballot in a systemically corrupt “election” is gonna be required of us. Possibly, a way may yet be found short of actual, violent revolution against the bloated, evil Federal Leviathan. We should all pray for that. But it WILL involve some level of violent upheaval, of that I’m certain. The yawning divide between us is simply unbridgeable to allow for anything less, and unless and until the Left’s marrow-deep megalomania is well and truly extinguished the conflict will rage on, even intensify.

For my own part, I find myself losing interest more and more in national politics and the DC doings. After all we’ve witnessed since Inauguration Day 2016, the DC charade and rot so gallantly exposed by Trump has left me largely indifferent as to who might be installed in the now-tainted White House as figurehead-of-state, beyond whatever entertainment value one can derive from it. Our self-declared Masters are gonna do what they’re gonna do regardless, leaving the workaday schlubs to pay the freight for their disastrously inept folly as per usual. Until they’ve been thrown off, by hook or by crook, there really isn’t a whole lot for the little guy to do other than just grin and bear it.

Update! More on Brandon’s wholly-intentional and pre-planned fuel-price assault on America.

Nonprofit food deliveries concerned cost of gas could price out volunteer drivers
It’s never been more expensive for volunteer food drivers to make deliveries for nonprofits. The cost of gas in Georgia is more than $4 per gallon, an all-time high.

Meals on Wheels volunteer driver Sal Depasquale brings food to 89-year-old Frances Crowder once a week.

“He’s always on time,” Crowder said. “Oh boy, I don’t know what we’d do without Mr. Sal.”

Inserted betwixt the above paragraph and the next one, we find one of those ubiquitous clickbait links to another related article, which I found modestly amusing:

BIDEN: ‘CAN’T DO MUCH RIGHT NOW’ TO LOWER SOARING GAS PRICES, ‘RUSSIA’S RESPONSIBLE’

Gratifying to see this hapless liar floundering so desperately, innit? Allow me to translate Dopey Gropey’s usual ham-fisted prevarication into Truth:

  • Say not “can’t,” Gropey. Say “won’t,” or if that doesn’t suffice to keep the risible, pathetic attempt at deception semi-viable and your lying ass covered, try “have no desire to” instead.
    • Okay, the closing schnauzer-slodder is getting quite damned stale at this point. After so many years watching you blaggards fellate your beloved USSR, all dewy-eyed and face lovingly aflush as you were gratingly demanding the US hew closely to its horrid example, later compounded by your latest beloved candidate for Token First Female President’s use of the Rooskies to underhandedly, illegally, even treasonously slither her way into the White House, your sudden volte face into frothing hatred for all things Russia and/or Putin has a distinctly malodorous aroma wafting from it. As for Putin himself, I just can’t make myself jump into those waters along with everybody and his sister’s cat’s grandmother, seemingly. Yes, yes, yes: dictator, strongman, warlord, thug—got it, granted, so stipulated. So what the bloody deuce did y’all expect from Russia, anyway? I mean, it’s Russia, ferchrissake. Throughout its history, whenever they’ve slipped up and allowed somebody who really WASN’T one or all of those things to take power as head of state, they’ve bestirred themselves to correct the error toot sweet. I do heartily disapprove of his jumping poor Poland, yes; I would much prefer the valiant, indomitable, and admirable Poles to remain free and independent. But is there a soul so innocent and/or oblivious as to have been at all surprised by it?

His deplorable Ukraine incursion aside, though, which I’m confident will be undone sooner rather than later, I must confess I’m just a wee mite fond of Putin. His sneering, openly-expressed contempt for President Mommy Jeans I thoroughly enjoyed; his proud basking in traditional masculinity and its multitude of related sins, with none of the obllgatory genuflecting and fashionable groveling towards the LGBTQIXN39Whatthefuckever herd-orthodoxy I find refreshing. He’s something of a throwback to an earlier era, a more clear, natural, and honest age. I must say, if the choice was offered of either Putin or the decrepit bleeding hemorrhoid we’re suffering under now as the US president, I’d take the unevolved Rooskie trog any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. We could use a strong, no-bullshit leader like ol’ Vlad right about now, I think.

In any event, Brandon’s odd reflex to blame anything and everything on Russia has not a thing to do with reality and everything to do with Gropey’s will to somehow survive politically, to stanch the copious bleeding of his innumerable self-inflicted wounds. But enough of that, back to the original topic we go.

Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit food delivery service. Depasquale has been a volunteer driver for more than 10 years.

“It’s a valuable service, and it helps people who need help,” Depasquale said.

It’s never been more expensive for drivers to make deliveries. The cost of gas in Georgia is more than $4 per gallon, an all-time high. Depasquale makes three or four deliveries every week. He’s concerned if prices continue to skyrocket, volunteer drivers like him will drop out. This could dramatically increase his workload and pain at the pump.

Cross Services, Meals on Wheels’s parent company, is watching gas prices around the country. The company still has enough drivers to make deliveries, but are afraid that could change if prices stay this high.

“Hopefully we’ll retain them,” said Cross Services Senior Services Coordinator Mary Jo Buettner. “But, again it depends on how long that price of gas stays up so high and keeps going up.”

As long as Democrats are in charge, be assured that that is precisely what they’ll do. For them, this situation is no disaster, no terrible problem that must be remedied. It represehts the successful implementation of a long-standing policy goal—a win, not a loss or mistake. The misery will not just continue, but increase…until they have been removed from power. Far from being complex or difficult to understand, it really is just that simple, folks.

Want to Make America Great Again, Heritage Americans in flyover country, small towns, and suburban enclaves? You have to Make Democrats Afraid Again, then see to it they stay that way. Like it or not, it’s the only way; nothing less will do the trick.

A final note: my brother tells me that his conversations with other truckers indicate that, should diesel passe the five-dollar/gallon mark, a large number of his fellow independents and owner/operators intend to shut ’em down. They’ll do it too; they’ll have to, they won’t have any choice in the matter. My brother his own self is near that point already; he told me the other day that his every-other-day fillup, formerly around 250 to 300 dollars, cost him well over eight hundred bucks last time. No business can go on hemorrhaging that kind of money for very long before quickly bleeding out. Think the huge truck-driver shortage, a genuinely dangerous situation, couldn’t possibly get much worse than it already is? Think the price of every good, every commodity, can’t keep rising so insanely? Think this is a crisis we’re in now? Just you wait until thousands more trucks, the lifeblood of our economy, have been taken off the road for good.

Again: only the beginning, now unstoppable, needless and nonsensical. All of it, every last bit, a man-caused disaster created entirely and intentionally by Leftard Democrats, for nefarious purposes. That’s the long and the short of it. I won’t be lending my endorsement by participating further in American “elections,” as if they were above-board and credible, thereby granting tacit, open-ended license to my oppressors to do as they please, rather than the bread-and-circuses theatrical distraction they in fact are. But I do wish someone who feels differently about it would sit down and explain to me how ANY decent, reasonably intelligent and informed adult—seeing all that we’ve seen, knowing all that we know, at least nominally awake and of sound mind generally—could even hypothetically justify voting for a Democrat, ever.

And yet.

Where such people are I don’t know. They’re outside my ken. But sometimes, when I’m in a twee coffee bar or near a spontaneous drum circle, I can feel them.

The mind, it boggles.

Milestone reached

Anybody remember when State Media ran those somber “grim milestone” reports each and every night on the TeeWee “news,” reminding everyone of Shrubya’s totally unacceptable body count in Iraq and Afghanistan?

Nah, me neither.

The total number of adverse reactions reported in the USA is 1,084,457 as of that date. Over one million adverse reactions…yet the media, and the medical establishment, trumpet how “safe” the vaccines are! If that’s “safe”, then I’m Mata Hari! (The reports for Europe are just as bad, if not worse in certain countries.) Of particular importance is the incidence of heart problems (particularly pericarditis and myocarditis) encountered among the vaccinated. Another looming issue is the rise in stillbirths among vaccinated pregnant women: “We are currently on pace to see a yearly total of 2,838 recorded fetal deaths following COVID-19 shots, while the yearly average of recorded fetal deaths following the vaccination of pregnant women for the past 30 years has been an average of 74 fetal deaths per year.”

Do bear in mind that those record-setting numbers come from the VAERS numbers, which even the CDC itself has admitted almost certainly amounts only to a fraction of the real total.

Medical “science” is racing to explain away those reactions (which, as the bottom graphic above shows, are worse than all previous vaccines of any kind since records began to be kept). Guess what excuse they’ve just invented?

Oh, I’m sure it’s a good one. The deadly OMIGAWD!!™ variant? White supremacists? Trump? The heartbreak of psoriasis? WHAT?!?

Guess what? It’s not the vaccines’ fault at all – it’s stress! That’s why so many vaccine recipients are dropping dead with heart problems!

Note, too, that this excuse will also be used to motivate more money for the medical establishment: “without at least doubling the current funding, the NHS will not be able to tackle the ‘trauma timebomb’, which could have potentially fatal consequences for those suffering with long-term PPSD”. Yeah, riiiiiiiiight. It’s not the vaccines’ fault, so go on foisting their poison on as many people as possible – and give us more money while you’re at it, so we can treat a wholly invented, non-existent stress disorder!

D’you ever get the feeling that the medical establishment as a whole is trying to play us all for suckers?

Sure, and why not? It seems to have worked out extremely well for them so far.

If you haven’t, I suggest you don’t understand the reality of the situation. Do they really think we’re that stupid?

Of course they do; who could possibly imagine otherwise? Have they ever given anybody a single reason to think that they don’t? The big question here is: ARE we? Because frankly, having put up with everygottdamned thing they’ve done over the last nigh-on two years at the very least without a murmur of complaint, I’ve not seen just a whole lot of evidence so far that says they’re wrong in that insulting assessment.

In all the previous pandemics in human history, nobody ever even thought about, or postulated, or theorized, or investigated this syndrome…yet suddenly, out of nowhere, it’s a major factor in fatalities among the vaccinated?

Hate to say it, but in a very sad way there may be a fairly plausible argument in support of the idea, especially when you consider the lamentable reality that the vast majority of Americans today are NOT the sort of stout, independent-minded, indomitable souls their forebears were. Not even close, they ain’t. In a nation populated shore to shore with thoroughly steercotted fruits, flakes, and nuts who get their panties in a bunch over some sane person offhandedly referring to them as “he” instead of “XHRSHIMX” or some other stupid horseshit, the real shocker is that falling over stone-dead because OHHH, I JUST CAN’T EVEN!!! isn’t a lot more common than it is.

Of Ford Rangers and fascism

It might seem like something of a stretch, to some of you out there. Would that it were so.

The Diesel Ranger That’s Probably Not for Us
The redesigned 2022 Ranger – it’s bigger than the current model we can buy here in the U.S. – has just been launched “globally.” Actually, hemispherically – since our hemisphere (the North American chunk of it) will not get the new Ranger until 2023.

And we will probably not get the new turbodiesel V6 that will be optional in the new Ranger in other hemispheres. Including even Australia – where people are tackled by armed government workers for not “masking” outdoors…but diesels are still largely free to roam.

Not so much here.

It is harder to get a diesel engine past through the needle’s eye of government ukase pertaining to allowable emissions than it would be to stuff an actual camel through such an attenuated aperture. Even with the grafting on of chemical exhaust scrubbers, DEF tanks and the re-engineering of the once-simpler, once less-complex diesel engine to a state of greater complexity than a current gas-burning engine, they still have difficulty making the cut.

The few – and it is very few, indeed – that do are very expensive as a result.

As a for-instance, the only Ranger-sized truck that’s available with a diesel engine in America as of the 2022 model year is the Chevy Colorado and its GMC-badged twin, the Canyon. The diesel is, however, only available in crew cab Canyons and Colorados near the apex of the trim pyramid and then only if you buy it as part of a $5,185 package, which means spending at least $35,000 to get the diesel in this truck.

That makes it too rich for most Americans.

Or rather, makes it too expensive to make much sense – especially in view of the slight – about 6 MPG – fuel economy benefit vs. the gasoline V6 that’s available as a much less costly option in lower-trim/lower cost versions of this pick-up.

It’s likely that these same factors will keep the diesel engine outside this market – precisely because it no longer is one.

The balance has tipped decidedly in the direction of a fascist economy.

It’s a case I’ve made here myself numerous times over lo, these many years. The depressing thing is that, rather than dwindling over time, supporting evidence is piling up faster than ever before. More depressing realizations yet to come, which we will be addressing anon.

The  relevant – the defining – element of fascism is: private property allowed – but controlled and directed by the state.

You’re allowed to build cars – and trucks – but only within the parameters laid down by the state. You can buy a car or truck, but only those cars and trucks the state says you may buy (and then, you may retain possession only so long as you pay the required – and ongoing – mandatory tithes and use it in accordance with the state’s allowable usages).

That is fascism – which doesn’t fundamentally alter whether said in German, Italian or American.

Unlimited power to decree what they (the car companies) can sell and what we may buy. It is why we cannot get the diesel engines – plural – that are already available in the current Ranger, on sale in places like Australia.

Which, by the way, is also available with a manual transmission. But not for us. The Ranger we get – now and pending – is and will be automatic-only, for the same reason we won’t get the diesels.

It’s not just cars and trucks, either – as hardly needs to be stated. It is everything. Or rather, there is nothing – in principle if not in actual fact – that the government hasn’t asserted its power to allow or not and if the former, under what conditions.

It’s a shame there aren’t goose-stepping soldiers saluting the Leader – in high definition color.

People might notice it then.

Possibly, some might even object.

SOME will object, of course. But how many of us won’t? Worse, how many would actually be in favor of such a development, even enthusiastically so? Which brings us to the worst, most depressing realization of all: In light of how radically the Left has retailored the national fabric—altering the nation’s character and identity with malice aforethought—could those dangerously deluded fools have become a majority of Americans? Because if that’s the case, it strongly suggests that those guilty of “not noticing” just became the very least of our concerns.

On the other hand, I do have to confess that, on my most jaded and cynical evenings, a correctly-aligned dictator or military junta seems like it could well be a significant improvement over the Democracy Theater™ shit-circus we’re being thorougly and painfully snootered by at the moment. A Royal Highness, Generalissimo, Emperor, or scowling, beetle-browed Il Duce might come as a breath of fresh air, long as he hated Leftists with a fierly passion that burned with the heat of a thousand Suns and wasn’t above the judicious application of thumbscrews, stretching ’em on the rack, or tossing their sorry asses in the Iron Maiden for a goodish spell now and again, just to keep the conniving, nefarious bastards in their place and freshen up their memory as to who’s really in charge around this joint.

Perhaps a dictator is no different than a great many other things in this life: Neither entirely good nor entirely bad overall, necessarily. The main thing is making sure you get yourself the right kind of dictator, that’s all.

Omicron-O-Mighty!

Dick with ears skeets off yet again.

BRENNAN: Senator Cruz told the attorney general you should be prosecuted.

FAUCI: Yeah. I have to laugh at that. I should be prosecuted? What happened on Jan. 6, senator?

BRENNAN: Do you think that this is about making you a scapegoat to deflect–

DR. FAUCI: Of course-

BRENNAN: –From President Trump?

FAUCI: Of course, you have to be asleep not to figure that one out.

BRENNAN: Well, there are a lot of Republican senators taking aim at this. I mean–

FAUCI: That’s OK, I’m just going to do my job and I’m going to be saving lives and they’re going to be lying.

It is a tragic and embarrassing statement about the American people and their commitment to their own Constitutional rights, to liberty itself, that “Dr” Anthony “Mengele The Lesser” Fauxci’s brain-pan wasn’t ventilated via long-distance .308Win or .338 Lapua HVAC service years ago. I can think of no good excuse Americans might possibly come up with to explain it. Kunstler expounds further on the poisonous little gnome.

Does it finally look like Dr. Anthony Fauci is trying to carry out an assisted suicide of the United States? On the Sunday Morning TV chat circuit, the White House Covid-19 czar (a.k.a. The Science) declared that the new Omicron variant is “a clarion call” to get people vaccinated. Is that so, Dr. Fauci? Considering how well your “vaccines” work? And how many people have been maimed and killed by their side-effects? (More than all other vaccines combined over the past thirty years.) And how you knavishly outlawed effective and cheap early treatment protocols that would have put Covid-19 down by June of 2020 (and saved half-a-million lives). The Science also called on Sunday for the general re-masking of the public and averred to the possibility of more lockdowns ahead. And just at Christmas-time, you understand. What a nose this rascal has for politics!

Senator Ted Cruz (TX) called for the Department of Justice to prosecute The Science for lying to Congress, which The Science smugly laughed off, perhaps knowing that his world-beating, maliciously incompetent leadership in the Coronavirus saga would end up incriminating and delegitimizing the entire corrupt, Pharma-captured US public health bureaucracy, with collateral damage everywhere else in government — and therefore that no authority in the land would dare to swear him under oath in a court-of-law. Or so he may think for now.

Meanwhile, Virologist Barry Schoub, Chairman of South Africa’s Ministerial Advisory Committee on COVID-19 Vaccines, declared the new Omicron Coronavirus “mild.” Could it be that the whole hoary Covid-19 narrative is falling apart now? Could Dr. Fauci and his sleazy associates in the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the WHO, the Big Pharma C-suites, the grifting university research labs, the despicable social media combine, and yet more sinister outfits such as the CIA and the WEF — might this unholy host of villains and fixers find themselves on-the-run? And might Omicron represent for them some final grasp at the last straw of narrative control?

It’s pretty clear that citizens of the liberal democracies are fed up with being pushed around, jabbed, driven out of business, lied-to, gaslighted, and deprived of their livelihoods. They increasingly can’t believe any of the bullshit issued by the medical establishment and its political hand-maidens, and why should they? The countries with the highest vaccination rates also happen to be the ones with the highest Covid cases. Countries with low vaccination rates and widespread use of early treatment with common drugs have low Covid cases. Two weeks after Japan okayed the use of Ivermectin in mid-November of this year, cases fell from a big surge down to near zero. What part of that is complicated?

The Covid-19 mindfuck worked to distract the country’s attention from the activities of characters like Lawfare avatar Marc Elias of the DNC’s Perkins Coie law firm and Marc Zuckerberg of Facebook, going all around the swing states in 2020 with sacks full of money, arranging election procedures such as mass mail-in voting with no voter ID to facilitate the victory of the obviously non compos mentis empty shell of “Joe Biden”. That did work. Just what the country needed, too, at this perilous moment of history: a fake head-of-state. The people mostly played along for two years until very lately, seeing at last how they have been robbed of their health, their wealth, their future, and very likely their children’s futures. Watch them now as they turn on the ones who made all that happen.

T’is a consummation devoutly to be wished. We’ll see, I suppose. Myself, I’m still up and then down on that prospect, and never have been anything like as confident as James is even on my best day. I’m still seeing FAR too many morons driving alone in their cars fully face-diapered up every day to be overly optimistic about it. One thing I AM absolutely certain of: No amount of Congressional “investigations,” blue-ribbon panels, and/or calls for the DoJ to “DO something!!!” are going to shift Herr Doktor Fauxci one centimeter closer to his final exit from government “service.”

No, the last, best opportunity to get rid of the mass-murdering sumbitch via nonviolent means was Trump’s, who as President could quite easily have fired the arrogant, loathsome rectal polyp long ago, and goddamned well should have too. For whatever inexplicable reason, though, Orange Man Bad didn’t get around to something that certainly should have been amongst the top five items on January 21st, 2016’s List Of Things I MUST DO As President Before Lunch Today, and…well, that’s that, really. Nobody better be wasting time or effort hoping Shits ‘N’ Giggles are gonna do it, nor whoever the next three or eight TPTB-approved Pretend Presidents end up being, either. It’s another of those jobs that, if they truly want it done, Real Americans are just going to have to roll up their sleeves—so to speak—and do it themselves.

Update! In New Zealand, in Australia, in the UK, in Austria, in the FUSA, there is a simple, self-evident truth that applies across the entire world: No national populace has ever complied its way out of tyranny.

Yesterday the Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardern, announced her infantile traffic light system, which will govern everything you can and can’t do as decided by the bureaucrats in Wellington.

It is as illogical as it is childish. For example “Green is when COVID-19 is across New Zealand, including sporadic imported cases. Community transmission is limited and COVID-19 hospitalisations will be at a manageable level. The health system will be ready to respond, including primary care, public health, and hospitals.”

That is like MOST OF NZ! Yet she’s plunged most of the country into Orange and the rest into Red.

Apparently, the draconian restrictions placed on the unvaxxed is to keep us all safe from the vaxxed…I’m not kidding. The lack of joined-up thinking is getting to ridiculous proportions.

If you are still unvaxxed at this point in time you aren’t going to get vaxxed. We’ve made our choice, we don’t need protection from anyone or anything. This is a nanny state writ large.

Meanwhile, more evidence has been revealed that shows the “protection” the vaccines supposedly impart to the population is a mirage, or a sham.

This ends when enough of you stop playing their stupid games. While you still think you can comply your way out of tyranny the silly games with silly prizes will just keep on coming.

The tyrant is drunk on the power she’s got. She isn’t going to let it go easily. She most certainly won’t let it go by you complying with the demands.

But the unvaxxed now have another tool in their kitbag. The government has declared us Untermenschen. Grant Robertson is suggesting that if you are unvaxxed or if your business doesn’t use their rules then you will no longer be able to access government assistance.

So the unvaxxed should cease paying tax and their businesses should cease paying tax. We have been frozen out of society, so we should cease to contribute to the society that is oppressing us.

Lock us out, ostracise us, take our freedoms, send us underground. This is a classic example of how people become radicalised. And this is all on Jacinda Ardern. She’s created divisions and hate when there was none before.

The tyrant must be deposed. I have no idea yet how that happens, but happen it must.

Oh, I think you do have an idea, actually. We ALL know full well “how that happens”; it’s never been any big secret, there’s no mystery to it all. There has only ever been just the one way to do it, and anyone with even a passing knowledge of history knows precisely what that is. While we’re at it, let’s be perfectly clear on an important distinction: excepting rare instances under unusual circumstances, throwing off a despotic government isn’t something that just “happens.” Rather, it is an extremely dangerous, drawn-out, and arduous process, requiring tremendous sacrifice of those valiant souls who actively and consciously undertake to DO it.

Liberation from tyranny does not HAPPEN—passively, spontaneously, all unlooked-for and out of the blue. Revolution, to call it by its proper name, is DONE—actively, purposefully, only after a long train of ever-escalating abuses and usurpations has finally outstripped the willingness or ability of the abused to endure more of it. My own internal back-and-forth over when, or even whether, over-entitled, risk-phobic Kens and Karens in what used to be America might get fed up enough to hoist the black flag and start cutting throats aside, make no mistake: EVERY national population has its limit, and WILL surely revolt if its would-be rulers exceed it, whether from malice, overconfidence, or fateful inattentiveness.

Present-day dimestore dictators such as Fauxci and the rest of his vile ilk do themselves no favor when they forget or ignore a certain truism, constant and reliable enough to amount to a mathematical equation of sorts:

What this is doing is encouraging extremism. It will, if it continues, end in bloodshed. Of either the refuseniks, or the tyrant enablers. A wise ruler would step back now.

Because the more one oppresses, the harsher will you be treated.

Yep. T’was ever thus, and ever will be. Sadly, tragically even, wise rulers seem to be in decidedly short supply nowadays. But sooner or later, in one way or another, they will learn. ALL will learn.

Again.

Common culprit

I’ve been wondering when (or if) anyone was going to notice this, and was beginning to think it would be left up to me to bring it up myself. Thankfully, Glenn finally saved me the trouble, although even he doesn’t get it entirely right.

A common thread in Waukesha tragedy, Kenosha shootings: Government failure

See the problem there? It’s hardly an unusual mistake, and it’s one I’ve carped about more than once of late: an erroneous premise, assuming something not actually in evidence. Onwards.

When white teenager Kyle Rittenhouse shot three white men who were violently assaulting him, it somehow got treated by the press and politicians as a racial hate crime. President Joe Biden (falsely) called Rittenhouse a white supremacist, and the discussion of his case was so focused on racial issues that many Americans mistakenly thought that the three men Rittenhouse shot were black.

But when a black man, Darrell Brooks, with a long history of posting hateful anti-white rhetoric on social media drove a car into a mostly white Christmas parade, killing six people and injuring dozens, the press was eager to wish the story away. (The New York Times buried it on page A22.) Even when a Black Lives Matter activist connected it to the Rittenhouse verdict, observing “it sounds like the revolution has started,” the media generally downplayed it.

Were the races reversed, of course, we all know that the press would be turning its coverage up to 11, with deep dives into Darrell Brooks’ associations, beliefs, friends and family and more. But doing that here wouldn’t fit the narrative.

In fact, though, there is a thread connecting the Rittenhouse shootings and the Waukesha mass murder. But the thread isn’t so much racism as awful Democratic politicians.

After police shot Jacob Blake in Kenosha, sparking unrest, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers (D) didn’t call up the National Guard and secure the streets. Instead, he sent out an inflammatory tweet, saying, “What we know for certain is that he is not the first Black man or person to have been shot or injured or mercilessly killed at the hands of individuals in law enforcement in our state or our country.”

What followed was a night of arson and rioting. Evers nonetheless sent only a trickle of National Guard over the next two days and declined federal assistance. The result was a huge amount of violence and property destruction (largely affecting the city’s working-class and poor neighborhoods) and a background of unrest that led Kyle Rittenhouse to try to guard businesses and help the injured — a teenager setting out to do what the government refused to do.

Likewise, the Waukesha mass murder was the result of government failure. Darrell Brooks had already been charged with deliberately running over his girlfriend at a gas station and, incredibly, had been released on a mere $1,000 bail. All told, Brooks had been charged with three felonies, plus resistance to arrest and bail jumping.

All that and only $1,000 bail?

Both the Kenosha shootings and the Waukesha mass murder happened because the government failed to do its job. Those are the wages of progressive politics. For the likes of Evers, Chisholm and AOC, the wages are good. But the rest of us pay.

Betwixt the above excerpt’s penultimate paragraph and the last one, Insty makes some good points, but the problem I mentioned above remains: as is almost always the case, these particular incidents are not examples of Demonrat policy failure, but success. Last year’s officially-endorsed chaos served the real purpose perfectly: it drove Trump from office, intimidated and terrorized the intended targets, and drove in the wedge between racial and socioeconomic classes further and more snugly—all vital and ongoing projects for not only the Demonrat Party specifically, but for the Uniparty/Deep State/TPTB generally.

Only to People of the Blue Pill, whose vision is distorted by the mistaken assumption that their goals and intentions are roughly the same as ours, can such resounding success look like failure. Once you let go and realize that there is actually not the slightest congruity between them, it all begins to make sense. Even the best mechanic can’t determine what’s wrong with the engine until he’s raised the hood.

Truth can be stranger than fiction

There once was a day when I would have straightaway laughed this off as straight-up paranoia, the worst sort of conspiracy-theorizing—something that can only be the product of a diseased mind.

But this is not that day.

Two interesting tidbits directly from Kyle’s defense attorney in his closing argument. One, Joseph Rosenbaum, who was carrying his belongings in a hospital bag, as if he had just been released from a mental health facility, and who was said to have just been released from a mental health facility, and who himself said on video he had just been released, “and wasn’t afraid to go back,” has no record of having been at any mental health facility or detention center, and neither the defense or the prosecution can account for his whereabouts prior to the riot. So the defense tried to locate where this guy came from, or where he was in the weeks prior to the riot, to show he was a mental headcase, but they couldn’t locate any info, despite him clearly having been under a hold somewhere, dealing with therapists of some sort and believing himself he was locked up. Make of that what you will.

Two, Gaige Grosskreutz was brought into the hospital amblulatory and conscious, but in shock with his bicep blown off, and somehow he ended up admitted  as an anonymous patient with no name, so his best friend couldn’t find him when he went to be with him. I doubt Gaige was thinking clearly enough in those frantic moments to request he be listed as a John Doe. I doubt the hospital, getting a rush patient in from the riots with his arm blown off, thought to hide his identity as they were trying to wheel him into emergency surgery. So how did he end up anonymized, even days later?

Now suppose the riot was a complex intel operation, being run from an underground command center many miles away, by intel professionals watching events live on their TV screens, like feeds from numerous “streamers” like Gaige who were running around with their phones, streaming the riot. Suppose that command center was giving orders to their operatives on the ground in the riot through hidden earpieces, using bounced signals from locally positioned repeaters brought in by “Antifa” commanders. Imagine the plan for that night was to make an example out of some patriot who was armed, to counter the images of armed patriots in body armor protesting the Cabal, and make those guys look less scary. Suppose that command center picked Kyle out of the video streams during the early moments of the riot, because he was clearly young, out of shape, naive to how things worked, and looked like a Cherry these seasoned Cabal assets could roll over.

In the trial we learned, that at just the wrong moment, whoever was protecting the CarSource suddenly bailed with no explanation as the crowd moved in (the defense said it in closing). Then, one of the “leaders” of the armed patriots asked 17 year old Kyle to go down there to take the position, and at the same moment, Kyle’s “buddy” in the buddy system the patriots were using, who had been assigned to him earlier (a forty something Army vet), suddenly disappeared inexplicably from the side of the 17 year old kid he should have felt responsible for. So Kyle was suddenly alone and could not find him, just as the order to head to CarSource came in. So Kyle went toward the CarSource alone on orders, where Joseph Rosenbaum was hiding behind a car waiting, and where the FBI had just moved its overhead drone and aviation units to that location to record everything that was about to happen.

What Cabal didn’t know was Kyle was under God’s protection, and just happened to be extra-sharp and highly cool under fire as well. So he smokes two Cabal protesters and cripples a third, all clearly in compliance with all legal strictures, before successfully exfiling and getting to safety. After everything plays out, nobody can say where Rosenbaum came from. Nobody can identify or locate crucial characters, like “Yellow Pants” and “Jump Kick Guy” (both terms from the trial), despite the FBI undoubtedly having the Identification of everyone present that night, and the videos going global. And when Grosskruetz gets admitted to the hospital, somebody knows this will be a clusterfuck, and has the authority to contact the hospital and make sure his name is removed from his admission records, so nobody can find him until they see all the videos, sort out how they are going to deal with it, and figure out what his story will need to be.

It feels like a mad scramble by command after a perfectly planned clock-work op targeting a cherry turned into an epic Goatfuck, and they needed to hide everything until they could figure out how how bad it was, and how they needed to handle it. After Kyle cleaned house, and command gave the order to shut down the riot and send everyone home right after it (why did the shooting not invigorate the crowd to riot even worse?), I will bet there were upwards of a dozen seasoned, high ranking intel professionals gathered in a conference room somewhere shitting bricks, grabbing all the video they could, and trying to figure out how they would keep this epic Goatfuck from blowing stratospheric. I would not be surprised at one point one said, “Well, at least tell me this little shit killed a black guy, so we have something to work with!”

All of that fits together far better as coordinated intel activity, than it does as a random series of events, and odd coincidences, which left Kyle all alone, in the middle of the mob, under attack, with multiple aviation over him.

One the one hand, William of Occam’s renowned Razor holds that when evaluating several competing explanations for the same incident or phenomenon, the simplest is likely to be the correct one. On the other, though, the Sherlock Holmesian Fallacy theory maintains that “When you have eliminated all which is impossible, then whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth.” I dunno, people, you pays your money and you takes your choice, I suppose. One thing I AM sure of, though, is that none among us should fall into the trap of assuming that an ostensibly responsible and reliable federal agency such as Famous But Incompetent would never do such a harebrained, risky, and patently immoral thing. At this point, I think it safe to say that we should all know better than that by now.

Fake news

Not that I don’t believe absolutely in seizing all imaginable opportunities to slam the sorry bastards, but the “Fake White House” story really is much ado about nothing, I’m afraid. Or, shall we say, virtually nothing.

Fact Check-A fake set was not created for Biden’s COVID-19 booster shot
A misleading claim is circulating on social media sites that U.S. President Joe Biden received his booster shot for COVID-19 on a ‘fake White House set.’

A Twitter post (here) says, “Why did Joe Biden just give an interview from a fake Oval Office in a fake White House?”

The President’s immunization filming occurred at an actual location on the White House grounds.

According to Speeches and Remarks listed on the White House website (here), the Sept. 27 event was filmed and photographed at the South Court Auditorium located in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building. This building serves as the office of White House staff (here) and rests on the grounds of the White House next to the West Wing. A 2020 YouTube video captured during the Trump administration, which features a West Wing and Eisenhower Executive Office tour, is visible  here.

VERDICT
Missing context. The set used during press coverage of the President was not fake or at a fake White House. A Reuters photographer present described the set to be decorative, and it is in the South Court Auditorium located in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building.

Unsurprising in the extreme, how the shitlib propagandists at Rooters so valiantly leaped onto their snow-white chargers to ride to the rescue of their Kabuki State masters in their very hour of need, no? As I said, the whole “scandal” is perfectly explainable—a highly unusual case of FederalGovCo sleight of hand behind which there is really nothing whatever sinister. That said, though, there IS a slight problem with the overeager Rooters “debunking” above, which Bill caught right away.

The EEOB is not “the White House.” It is an entirely separate building. Even if the paid professional hack liars of Reuters received an invitation to The White House, they would not journey to the EEOB, because it is not The White House. Nor are any other structures on the grounds of the White House that are separate from the White House itself “The White House.”

So, the bottom line is: Reuters “debunked” the claim that the Joetato received his booster shot in a fake White House Office, by demonstrating that the “office” was a set (fake office) constructed in a building (the EEOB) which is not the White House.

Ooooops.

As for the fake booster shot, I know which way I’d bet.

I’ve assumed right along that all the higher-tier ProPols showily LEADING THE WAY! by making their “vaccinations” public were actually receving a dose of saline or the like, particularly once scads of people started dropping like Tasered fawns all the place after offering themselves up to the Überreich as candidates to play the “Lab Rat” role. I may have to rethink that assumption after Kommisar Newsome so delightfully keeled over the way he did, though.

Either way, the FWH setup makes perfect sense to anybody who has ever been professionally involved in movie production, TeeWee, or recording-studio work. If you haven’t, allow me to assure you that setting up any kind of stage or set for broadcasting, audio or film recording, or videotaping purposes is a mind-bendingly slow, intricate, and backbreaking procedure. There are so many gears that must mesh flawlessly to make the magic happen: mics and/or other pickups must be exactly placed and, if directional, properly aimed; multitrack audio levels and EQ’s must be properly adjusted, both individually and in relation to each other; cameras must be placed correctly; many, MANY lights must be hung, pointed, and checked; light levels, which will change constantly as the day wears on for outdoor scenes, must be measured and fine-tuned; ambient noise must be suppressed, if not eliminated altogether.

And that’s just the start of it. Then, on a film or TV set, throw in the miles and miles of cable required so the audio, camera, monitoring, and other systems I ain’t even gonna bring up can connect and “talk” to each other, as well as the even MORE miles and miles of electrical cords to power all that gear. All that and plenty more besides—schlepping, uncrating, stringing, hanging, hooking up, adjusting, testing 1-2-1-2-1-2, fiddling with, checking again, etc etc etc—has to happen before the crew has so much as shot a single inch of film, the band has struck its opening chord in the tracking room, or your local fluffy anchorthing has begun primping in the back of the Nitwitness News!!! mobile-unit van.

And then, at the end of the long, long day, everything has to be carefully packed up, reloaded onto the trucks in an organized fashion, and hauled back to the warehouse. Next morning: lather, rinse, repeat.

So yeah, I can’t find much to get in a lather over if somebody on the White House production crew got the bright idea of using a pre-prepped set for presidential speeches, announcements, press conference meat-beatery, and such—one that didn’t have to be broken down and then reassembled every damned day. Fake it might be, but what it also is is sensible, practical, and efficient. Might be nice if one of those well-paid Barad Dur minions could carve out a minute to see to it that the fake scenery visible through the fake window in the fake president’s fake office more closely lines up with what season it is outside, sure. But what the heck.

After the endless barrage of shit sandwiches our Mordor on the Potomac masters have rammed down our gullets one after another the past nigh on two years, a Fake White House soundstage isn’t all that difficult to swallow, seems to me. Nor is it anywhere near the nastiest-tasting thing we’ve had to gag down, not by a long yard. How wonderful it would be if this was the biggest, most dangerous issue Real Americans had to worry about, eh?

Think they won’t?

Better think again.

The Biden Regime Will Turn the Military on the People Unless We Push Back
“The coldest of all cold monsters.” That is what the modern state is. Nietzsche’s devastating analysis in Thus Spoke Zarathustra hit the nail on the head: the state is an engine of death. It wages war on the people, its agents are “annihilators” who seek the destruction of everything vital and potent.

All who witnessed the last 18 months of the COVID regime and the biomedical tyranny imposed by Joe Biden and his handlers implicitly understand what Nietzsche meant. The bureaucrats who make up the arm of the state, who serve this cold monster, hate the people. They make their lives miserable. Lockdowns, vax mandates, mask orders, critical race theory in schools, transgender bathrooms…the list goes on and on.

Ritual humiliation is the point. The agents of state power see themselves as the rightful masters of the people. To these creatures of the institutions, citizens are nothing but human resources to be bent to their malformed will.

This perverse view extends even to the American military. The time is coming, soon, in which the armed forces will be turned openly against the people. The Biden inauguration lockdown in D.C.—replete with checkpoints, thousands of national guardsmen, and the full weight of the nation’s security apparatus—was only a taste of things to come.

The Biden regime has no moral compunction against using force at home to impose its will. The barriers are practical, not ideological. Biden, in June of this year, mocked “gun-rights advocates” as a defense against tyranny. They would need “F-15s and nuclear weapons” to defeat the state, Biden claimed.

Implicit in this apparently weird statement is the acknowledgement that his administration would not hesitate to turn its full military might, including atomic bombs, against the populace in a war. The state, the coldest of cold monsters, headed by an endless mob of Anthony Faucis would not hesitate to impose its will in the most brutal manner possible.

At this late date, I think it safe to say that anyone who doesn’t realize that ain’t ever going to.

As America becomes more divided and as the political class becomes more and more unhinged in its attempt to cling to power, the likelihood of state violence against the people increases. America is lucky. So far, there has been no real right-wing acts of terror against the regime. If there were, the situation might already have gotten out of hand.

And if the “right-wing” had demonstrated long, long ago that FederalGovCo would be prevented from breaching its Constitutional constraints by any and all necessary means, we wouldn’t have landed ourselves in this sorry situation to begin with. “Lucky,” you say? Show me a man content to rely on mere luck to safeguard his essential liberty and I’ll show you a man who’s already lost it, and won’t be getting it back anytime soon.

If Americans on the Right are to prevent the use of the military and national security apparatus against the people, we must defang these institutions. The most powerful weapon at our disposal right now is mockery.

GOTT IN HIMMEL, but I am so almighty tired of this crap. Allow me to rephrase my previous statement: Show me a man whose “most powerful weapon” is mockery, and I’ll show you a contemptible slave.

We must strip America’s surveillance state and our bloated military industrial complex of honor and deference.

As if they gave so much as a damp fart about honor, “deference” (whatever the hell he means by that twipe), or least of all what the Serf Class might think of them.

As a practical measure, we need to get public approval for the military to below 40 percent. Without a majority backing its actions, the armed forces cannot be used domestically without significant problems.

Problems such as…?!? Their public-approval rating plummetting all the way to 38%, say? The only “problem” that might keep these people up nights is the prospect of some lone American Patriot slipping stealthily into his house in the wee hours and quietly slitting his fucking throat, or the administration of a little .308 caliber justice from a great distance.

What Christopher Rufo did with critical race theory must be done with the post-9/11 security state.

You do know, I hope, that regardless of Christopher Rufo (whothehell ever THAT might be) and his stunning, peaceful, and entirely legal VICTORY!!! over the forces of darkness, CRT is still being taught in most government schools. Who knows, maybe if we subjected those who teach it to a searing blast of Extreme Mockery™ and strip them of all “honor and deference” they might change their ways, eh?

The Right needs to stay on message, pointing out over and over again that the military establishment is ideologically leftist and defends its own bureaucratic interest.

One more time: THEY KNOW THESE THINGS. THEY ARE PROUD OF IT. THEY DO NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK AT A ROLLING DONUT WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THAT.

Patriotic Americans have no choice but to wage unceasing spiritual warfare

against our degenerate and corrupt ruling class within the foreign policy establishment. Social media provides an excellent avenue for doing so. Twitter, for one, is populated with a horde of high and mid-level military officers who are both extremely liberal and extraordinarily hostile to the citizenry. They must be exposed for what they are.

GREAT idea. Why, there must be at least forty or fifty people who don’t know what they are by now.

This spiritual battle is just getting started, but there is no time to waste. Americans must join the fray. Unless we push back, the use of America’s institutions of “national defense” will be turned against the people. Spiritedness in defense of our rights is our best weapon.

Complete rusty codswallop. I swear, I’m beginning to think the little gawdhelpus actually BELIEVES this horseshit. Oh, this battle is just getting started alright. But as long as we continue to handicap ourselves by insisting it is and must always remain purely spiritual, we will continue to lose.

Inside the Amerikan Gulag

Don’t kid yourself that calling it a Gulag is in any way hyperbole, exaggeration, or overstatement. “Inflammatory rhetoric” I can accept, since calling this hideously un-American atrocity by its proper name damned well ought to be inflammatory.

Two Republican members of Congress on Thursday night visited defendants jailed in the nation’s capital on charges in the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol, confirming a federal judge’s determination that the conditions were “beyond belief.”

Reps. Louie Gohmert of Texas and Marjorie Taylor Greene of Georgia joined a pre-scheduled tour of the D.C. jail by members of the D.C. Council. But earlier in the day they went to Mayor Muriel Bowser’s office and delivered a letter demanding access to the “Patriot Wing” of the jail, arguing it is their  duty as Congress members to oversee how the city spends taxpayer dollars.

Greene recounted the visit in a thread on Twitter.

“I’ve never seen human suffering like I witnessed last night,” she said.

The Georgia lawmaker said that when she walked into the “Patriot” wing of the jail, she was “greeted by men with overwhelming cheers who rushed out to meet me with tears streaming down their faces,” describing them as “forgotten & hopeless.”

“It was like walking into a prisoner of war camp and seeing men whose eyes can’t believe someone had made it in to see them. They are suffering greatly,” she said of the Jan. 6 defendants.

“Virtually no medical care, very poor food quality, and being put through re-education which most of them are rejecting.”

Greene said she and her staff are writing a full report of her three-hour tour.

“I am committed to ending this political war and seeing that our justice system is never used against Americans as a political weapon ever again,” she said.

The freshman lawmaker said she is “beginning a plan for real prison reform.”

“Our nation is broken and our people are divided,” the congresswoman said. “It’s time to fix it.”

Hate to be the one to break this to ya, Marge, but filing reports and sponsoring more legislation ain’t gonna get it done, anymore than lawsuits, peaceful protest, or Voting Harderer!™ at them will. “Ending this political war” is the wrong goal anyway—what needs to be the focus now is WINNING it, and fighting as if we intend to win. Alas, that can only mean war—and, as the great Bedford Forrest well knew: War means fighting, and fighting means killing. Bill comes right out and says it, before going a wee mite wobbly.

The reason this is happening, of course, is that treating these people like deadly dangerous animals is part of the narrative that a their almost entirely peaceful protesting at the Capital on January 6 was a hyperviolent domestic armed insurrection carried out at Donald Trump’s behest.

This is so pathologically delusional that only lefties could believe it, and even if they don’t (our leftymedia doesn’t, but it knows which side its ideological bread and cash sandwich is buttered on) they will pretend they do to support the narrative and their own jobs.

What excuse do we on the right have? These are our brothers and sisters, in some cases literally. What message are we sending when we abandon them to rot in some CIA-run punishment mill in the nation’s capitol?

Enough is enough. It’s time to get them out.

Perfectly simple, perfectly correct up until this:

Let your D.C. reps know that you will no longer support them turniing a blind eye to this travest of justice.

Bill, you know I love ya and all, but…nope. Our DC “reps,” with exceptions so few the number could easily be toted up without needing to remove one’s shoes, are all in on it—they ain’t ag’in it, they’re fer it, as the country folk hereabouts might say. The sad, sorry truth is that Team Liberty HAS NO representation in DC, hasn’t for years now. The slithery, slimery reptiles who poke out their forked tongues to falsely proclaim their fidelity to acting as “duly elected representatives of Duh Peepul”—on the increasingly rare occasions they even bother anymore—are in fact our opponents. They are on the other side.

Oh, it’s time to get ’em out all right. Time, and way past time, couldn’t agree more on that. But words, paperwork, and strongly-worded letters expressing dissatisfaction with their performance are no longer sufficient to shift even one of the DC orcs into reconsideration of their intolerable depredations, if ever they were in the first place. At this point, not even explicit and detailed threats of grievous bodily harm will avail us, nor free a one of our brothers currently in durance vile. Not unless those threats are fully, firmly, and swiftly backed up here in what the cool kids nowadays call meatspace, thereby fundamentally transforming threats into promises.

If we want our fellow Patriots sprung, and we certainly should, we’ll need to add that to the ever-lengthening list of things we’re just gonna have to damned well do ourselves. I think at this point nobody needs me to spell out exactly what THAT will require of us, right?

IT’S MORNING IN AMERICA!!!!!ELEVENTY

THANK GOD WE GOT MITT YOUNGKIN ELECTED SAVED WE’RE ALL SAVED FREE AT LASS FREE AT LASS PRAISE GAWD AWMIGHTY WE’S FREE AT LASS

Now let’s all be sure to hold our breath really, really hard while we wait for Amerika v2.0—or even the Commonwealth of Virginia, for that matter—to be put right again, mmkay?

It’s important to keep elections in perspective. The Youngkin win in Virginia was a backlash against wokeness and willful societal destruction in the name of not being a horrible person. The old saying “nice guys finish last” reflects the rough and tumble world of politics. For those who would rather maintain civility, decency and self respect, it’s sometimes better to lose than to get into the gutter with one’s opponent just to win, depending on what one stands to win. When it comes to a bonus, or a raise, one might opt to remain decent and faithful to the virtues one promotes to his children. When it comes to the survival of the nation or the culture, there are no depths that should not be plumbed in order to win that fight, because no virtue is taught by starvation or execution.

The Youngkin win was a BFYTW win. It doesn’t solve anything. It doesn’t make voting any more valid or trustworthy or the way out of anything. It might stop CRT from being taught in Virginia schools for a while, but that fight isn’t over until the school boards are ripped up and replaced. It might prevent a few 14-year-old girls from getting raped in the bathroom by skirt-wearing sexual deviants, but it won’t stop rape. There are bigger issues to be addressed on that score. There is a whole segment of society attempting to normalize sodomy and rape of little boys and girls that no vote will alter or eliminate. That’s up to serious men aware of the issues and prepared to solve it once and for all.

I was a huge proponent of getting out the vote in Virginia, because it had a force-multiplier effect. Democrats losing the governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general offices sends a message to AOC and the squad. The close governor’s race in New Jersey is a virtual slap in the face to vaxx mandates. It emboldens the moderate Democrats. All of that, pushes back against the $5 Trillion-dollar infrastructure and budget momentum, giving Democrats in largely red districts the backbone to push back against AOC and her Green New Deal. Preventing a huge budget expenditure slows inflation, which pushes down on the price of food and other goods ahead of a dark winter. But it goes no further than that. It’s one battle in a long war, but seeing a few willing to fight boosts morale. Still, the only reason the election in Virginia went off with success is because they had 100% roles filled in election officials and monitor positions instead of the customary 28%. They had RNC officials on the phone ready to answer concerns when raised at polling places and officials there ready to respond. That comes back on the people to get involved locally, fill all of those spots and make sure there is someone on the other end of the phone when it rings.

The turnout and success of the governor’s race in Virginia was nothing other than a stalling tactic and anyone who thinks it’s anything else isn’t paying attention, but that was a needed respite from the drumbeat march of communism, forced injections, woke schools and border madness. It’s much more important for its symbolism to a demoralized “right” than it achieves practically. There are still uses for politics, but for those seeking one-off solutions, politics won’t achieve it. Nothing will, because there are no one-off solutions.

This is a war. That was a battle. It’s good to win once in a while; to have the front moved back a few yards now and then, but the war rages on.

As it will do, whether we like it or not. The orgy of back-slapping triumphalism and self-congratulation on Our Side are all fine and well, I guess, but don’t look for me to join in. OF COURSE the Uniparty cabal is willing to allow a milquetoast Vichy GOPer win one now and again. And lest anybody think I was kidding or exaggerating when I referred to Virginia’s new Potemkin governor as “Mitt Youngkin” just now, I implore you to reconsider.

Glenn Allen Youngkin (born December 9, 1966) is an American businessman and politician who is the governor-elect of Virginia. He is expected to be inaugurated as the 74th governor of Virginia on January 15, 2022. A member of the Republican Party, Youngkin defeated former Democratic governor Terry McAuliffe in the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial election. Prior to entering politics, he spent 25 years at the private-equity firm the Carlyle Group, later becoming its CEO. Youngkin stepped down from the Carlyle Group in September 2020, and announced his candidacy for the 2021 Virginia gubernatorial election in January 2021.

Hmmmm…Carlyle Group, is it? I dunno, sounds kinda familiar.

Carlyle is a unique model, assembled at the planetary level on the capitalism of relationships or “capitalism of access” to use the 1993 expression of the American magazine New Republic. Today, in spite of its denials, the group incarnates the “military-industrial complex” against which Republican President Dwight Eisenhower warned the American people when he left office in 1961.

That didn’t prevent George Bush senior from occupying a position as consultant to Carlyle for the ten years ending October 2003. It was the first time in United States’ history that a former president worked for a Pentagon supplier. His son, George W. Bush, also knows Carlyle well. The group found him a job in February 1990, while his father occupied the White House: administrator for Caterair, a Texas company specialized in aerial catering. The episode does not figure in the president’s official biography. When George W. Bush left Caterair in 1994, before becoming Governor of Texas, the company was in bad shape.

“It’s not possible to get closer to the administration than Carlyle is,” asserts Charles Lewis, Director of the Center for Public Integrity, a non-partisan organization in Washington. “George Bush senior earned money from private interests that worked for the government of which his son was president. You could even say that the president could one day profit financially, through his father’s investments, from the political decisions he himself took,” he adds.

The collection of influential characters who now work, have worked, or have invested in the group would make the most convinced conspiracy theorists incredulous. They include among others, John Major, former British Prime Minister; Fidel Ramos, former Philippines President; Park Tae Joon, former South Korean Prime Minister; Saudi Prince Al-Walid; Colin Powell, the present Secretary of State; James Baker III, former Secretary of State; Caspar Weinberger, former Defense Secretary; Richard Darman, former White House Budget Director; the billionaire George Soros, and even some bin Laden family members. You can add Alice Albright, daughter of Madeleine Albright, former Secretary of State; Arthur Lewitt, former SEC head; William Kennard, former head of the FCC, to this list. Finally, add in the Europeans: Karl Otto Poehl, former Bundesbank president; the now-deceased Henri Martre, who was president of Aerospatiale; and Etienne Davignon, former president of the Belgian Generale Holding Company.

Carlyle isn’t only a collection of power people. It maintains holdings in close to 200 companies and, above all, provides returns on its investments that have exceeded 30 % for a decade. “Compared to the five hundred people we employ in the world, the number of former statesmen is quite small, a dozen at most,” explains Christopher Ullmann, Carlyle Vice-President for communication. “We’re accused of every wrong, but no one has ever brought proof of any kind of misappropriation. No legal proceeding has ever been brought against us. We’re a handy target for whoever wants to take shots at the American government and the president.”

Carlyle was created in 1987 in the salons of the New York eponymous palace, with five million dollars. Its founders, four lawyers, including David Rubenstein (a former Jimmy Carter advisor), had the -limited- ambition at the time of profiting from a flaw in fiscal legislation that authorized companies owned by Eskimos in Alaska to give their losses to profitable companies that would thus pay reduced taxes. The group vegetated until January 1989 and the arrival at its helm of the man who would invent the Carlyle system, Frank Carlucci. Former Assistant Director of the CIA, National Security Advisor, then Ronald Reagan’s Defense Secretary, Mr. Carlucci counted in Washington. He is one of current Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld’s closest friends. They were roommates as students at Princeton together. Later, their paths crossed in several administrations and they even worked for a time at the same company, Sears Roebuck.

SO, basically the money-laundry for the Perpetual War department of the Deep State, then. Or, if it better suits you, one of the glass panels on the notorious revolving door all ProPol grifters rely on for their self-enrichment. Onwards.

Youngkin won the nomination at the party’s state convention on May 10, 2021, after multiple rounds of ranked-choice voting at 39 locations across the state. He defeated six other candidates. All the Republican candidates, including Youngkin, stressed their allegiance to Donald Trump and Trumpism, although other candidates for the nomination, such as state senator Amanda Chase, were the most vocally pro-Trump. After winning the party’s nomination, Youngkin was endorsed by Trump. Youngkin called the endorsement an “honor” but has sought to distance himself from some of Trump’s most ardent supporters. The New York Times wrote in October that Youngkin had sought to localize the race. Youngkin openly courted both anti- and pro-Trump supporters.

According to PolitiFact, before the Republican convention, Youngkin “toed a delicate line when asked if Biden was legitimately elected. He acknowledged that Biden was president but would not clearly say whether he thought the president was fairly elected. After the convention, Youngkin began acknowledging that Biden’s election was legitimate.” Amanda Chase, who has advanced conspiracy theories about the 2020 election, acted as a campaign surrogate, and the Associated Press noted that Youngkin “failed to refute a conspiracy theory” about the 2020 election; when asked at one of his rallies if Trump could be restored as president, Youngkin replied “I don’t know the particulars about how that can happen because what’s happening in the court system is moving slowly and it’s unclear.”

I can only doff my cap in awe of this remarkable display of supple, practically boneless fence-straddling. Even for a ProPol, his “flexibility” stands out.

While running in the Republican primary, Youngkin pledged to “stand up against all of the legislation that has been passed by the Democrats” and to be an opponent of abortion. Youngkin criticized the Texas Heartbeat Act, which bans most abortions after the sixth week of pregnancy, stating he instead favors a “pain threshold bill,” which occurs around twenty weeks. Youngkin personally opposes same-sex marriage, but has said he would not interfere with the issue as governor.

THAT’S telling ’em, Gov!

He spoke out against gun legislation that Democrats had passed, including expanded background checks, handgun purchase limitations and red flag laws. After winning the nomination, he de-emphasized these social issues, seeking to appeal to suburban swing voters. In July, he was caught on a hot mic telling an activist that he would limit his comments about abortion during the campaign so that he would not alienate independent voters. Also in July, the National Rifle Association (NRA) declined to endorse Youngkin after he declined to fill out their candidate survey. In September, a Democratic-aligned group began running ads in conservative parts of Virginia, seeking to diminish Republican turnout by attacking his lack of an endorsement from the NRA.

Youngkin supports the COVID-19 vaccine, but opposes mask and vaccine mandates. He supports eliminating the grocery tax, suspending the gas tax increase, offering a one-time rebate on income tax, doubling the standard deduction on income tax, cutting the retirement tax on veterans’ income, and implementing voter approval for any additional increase to local property taxes, which the Associated Press has called the “most wide-ranging and detailed” plan of his campaign.

Enough already. The one thing we can all be sure of about this Mark-1, Mod-0 shitweasel is that not ONE of this greasy weasels’ empty campaign pledges—nebulous and changeable as they already are—will be even half-assedly pursued, let alone implemented, without first receiving approval and permission from The Power.

Yeah, a victory once in a while can be a heartening thing, good for morale, even when it’s one as self-evidently meaningless as this one is. Nonetheless, the sad, central fact remains: it changes nothing, and nothing will be changed by it. As I’ve said so many times: Amerikan “elections” are meaningful solely as entertainment. They are theater, nothing more. At this point, they are the very acme and omega of what is meant by the phrase “bread and circuses.” If that still trips your trigger enough to actually go out and cast a vote—hey, have it, and more power to ya. You won’t need to elbow me aside to do it, I assure you.

Which does not in any way mean that all of us shouldn’t be rubbing Demonrat noses in it nonetheless; certainly, we should, and I mean every single chance we get. The more they suffer, the unhappier they are, the better off Real Americans are, no matter what. Back to TL for the denouement.

The problem is, and always has been, that states like Texas don’t recognize their own strength and abilities to exercise the power of the Tenth Amendment against a federal government that refuses to “faithfully execute” the laws. There are court cases to be brought, but answering the threat can’t wait for court cases. It’s easy to get frustrated by the lack of will of anyone on the right to do their job, push the envelope and solve the problem. People like Governor Abbott will never do it. They aren’t creative, they aren’t brave enough to face the federal government down in the interest of the citizens of Texas. He’s a peacetime governor, not a wartime governor. He simply doesn’t understand the serious nature of the threat.

Beyond the election there are more important issues. Every state is teaching CRT somewhere. Every town is a border town when the federal government flies these illegal immigrants all over the country to avoid the optics of them piling up on the border. Every state is pushing the vaxx mandate. There’s a lot of work and we need to stay on top of it.

Indeed. If elections alone could change anything, they’d be illegal.

So many things back-asswards and wrong in this one it would take me months to cover them all.

Compromise to Make America Great Again

WELL. There’s an inauspicious start if ever I saw one.

A devout Catholic and a pro-abortion socialist walk into a conference room. No, this isn’t a setup for a joke. It’s an example of how America can win. If that seems odd, consider this one: a slave owner and an abolitionist walk into a hall in Philadelphia. That’s no joke, either: it’s how America began.

In 1787, men who wanted slavery to end convened in Philadelphia with men who wanted slavery to grow. Their purpose was to write America’s Constitution. Alexander Hamilton and Gouverneur Morris, delegates to the convention, were ardent abolitionists. George Washington, chairman of the convention, opposed slavery, too, writing a year before “there is not a man living who wishes more sincerely than I do, to see a plan adopted for the abolition of it.” Pierce Butler, delegate for South Carolina, thought otherwise. “The security the southern states want is that their negroes may not be taken from them,” he declared.

The Framers bridged a nation over these deep divides. Congress today can’t even pass an infrastructure bill needed to fix bridges. A bridge too far for this Congress is—well, any bridge.

Let’s all just please ignore the fact that, if past form is any indication, the “infrastructure” bill will result in precious few bridges being fixed, if any. But there’ll be whacking great soupçons of taxpayer gelt freely ladled out to federal employees, labor unions, illegal aliens, failing green energy companies, and any other Demonrat grifter-constituency groups astute enough to put their hands out for a nice taste.

America is the one nation that has best realized freedom and equality for all. Americans are freer and more equal and yet of more colors and creeds than citizens of any other nation. America rid herself of slavery, which had been international practice. She liberated Japan from despotism and Europe from Fascists, Nazis, and communists. She enriched her people, among whom even the poorest are rich compared to billions abroad. She proved that a nation of men free to think as they will, speak as they wish, and do as they please can together achieve more than any nation forcing its citizens to think, say, and do as the government commands. What would be obvious to the Framers seems utterly lost on too many today: compromise made all this brilliant success possible.

Fair enough, but I have a question.

Q: Why was compromise possible in 1787, but in 2021 is neither possible nor at all desirable? A:

  • In 1787, one side could be confident that the opposition was bargaining in good faith; in 2021, this is NOT the case
  • In 1787, both sides pursued the same primary objectives despite differences on how it might best be accomplished—individual liberty, safeguards against tyranny, government of, by, and for the people; in 2021, there is a fundamental conflict between not just the details, but the objectives themselves
  • In 1787, negotiations were conducted by men for whom personal integrity and good character were of paramount importance; in 2021, the opposition considers integrity to be an exploitable weakness, and the definition of “good character” has, as with so many other words and phrases, been upended to mean the exact opposite of what had traditionally been understood
  • In 1787, negotiations were conducted by men who, while by no means agreeing on everything, for the most part had many of their values, ambitions, and personal backgrounds in common with the rest; most importantly, they respected dissenting opinion instead of despising it; in 2021, no trace of comity, respect, and tolerance for dissent is to be found on the Left, with whom Real Americans share almost nothing apart from rough geographic proximity
  • In 1787, all negotiating parties could be secure in the knowledge that, all of them being honest, respectable men for whom their word was their bond, the terms of any compromise would be fully honored and upheld; in 2021, the record shows that any compromise serves the opposition purely as a jumping-off point for demanding further concessions, on the rare occasions when the agreement isn’t just ignored and/or flung down and danced upon before the ink has had time to dry
  • In 1787, American citizens had elected representatives who correctly understood their role as public servants and therefore could be trusted to advocate their constituents’ interests vigorously and honorably; in 2021, Amerikan subjects have no representation in the federal government whatsoever, their interests are of no importance to anyone in the federal government, and the political parties operate in barely-veiled collusion rather than honest opposition

The pitiful denouement:

Uncompromising moralism rejects more than America’s founding. It rejects any secular government over a free people. Either the governed are free to disagree over what is right or the government decides what is right over the objections of the governed. The only way for the governed to remain free while the government inches its way toward the true good is compromise. Some compromises already occurred in the Constitution: they are set. Others remain.

In a word, NO. Our Founders—those wisest, most far-sighted of men—knew well that carrying on in search of a way to forge a reasonable compromise with the tyrant King George, particularly after years spent bootlessly imploring him for redress of grievances, would be the very height of folly. They knew what the matter was all going come down to eventually, what they were going to have to do to free themselves. And instead of bleating and whimpering endlessly about lawsuits, non-violent protest, and “compromise,” they didn’t flinch from their duty to themselves and their posterity as they perceived it. They just by-God did it.

Compromise would have doomed them; uncompromising adherence to the “moralism” of human political liberty set a sterling example for an entire civilization to emulate. As I’ve said before: any fool advocating “compromise” with the Demonrats must grapple with one simple question: Which of the Bill of Rights are you willing to trade away, then? Until they’ve provided a straightforward answer to that question, they needn’t waste their breath hectoring me about any “compromise.” They have not one thing to say that I’m at all interested in paying attention to.

“Uncompromising moralism” when it comes to tyranny is EXACTLY WHAT AMERICA’S FOUNDING WAS BASED UPON. It is in no way a “rejection” of anything whatsoever else…other than tyranny. So it was then, so it remains now.

The author of the above is under the sway of several paralyzing delusions, first among them that the central government as currently constituted is not only Constitutionally legitimate, but is in fact nobly trying to “inch its way towards the true good” of its benighted subjects as well. As if nothing we’ve seen over the last not quite two years—the Fauxvid power-grab; PantiFa/BLM riots; the wink-nudge sanction of same by governors, mayors, and other authorities; ongoing FBI corruption and thuggery; the fraudulent 2020 election, to name but a few—had ever happened at all. As if Amerika v2.0 bears even a trifling resemblance to America That Was. As if the country wasn’t already teetering on the brink of catastrophe and collapse brought on and exacerbated by its own goddamned government.

From this original self-deception the other noxious fallacies sprout, as branches from a tree-trunk. Debate and haggling over which branch might best be swapped for another is a mug’s game. When the tree itself has become toxic, none but a fool bothers with pruning. You chop the fucker down and burn the remnants to ashes, lest the whole orchard become sickened unto death from close proximity to its poison.

Phony “compromise” with villainous, amoral totalitarians barren of integrity, suffused with ill intent, and unswervingly committed to the “fundamental transformation” of America as founded into a monstrous, despotic shitrapy, is precisely what got us into the dire straits we find ourselves in today. Heaven preserve us from the dolts who still try to persuade us that only more of the same can possibly save us. There IS a way aspiring tyrants can be effectively dealt with, but reruns of the self-same DC dumbshow we’ve already been forced to watch again and again and again wouldn’t be it.

Even so, Callaghan is by no means alone in his self-deception. Steyn adroitly eviscerates Charlie Kirk, feebly laboring under similar crippling, self-negating delusions, as evidenced by the tail-chasing nonsense he mistakes for argumentation in dispute with an interlocutor way more intelligent and perceptive than Kirk appears to be:

Covidstan has sufficiently restricted my movements these last two years that I see fewer things firsthand than I might wish and am dependent, therefore, on media coverage, which is never a good thing. The parents pushing back against the social engineers (at best) and (at worst) rape-enablers of the Virginia school boards seem, given the provocations, calm and of moderate mien by comparison with the sick ideological commissars attempting to silence them.

But elsewhere there is the increasing sense that the combination of Covid, the election and the accelerating politicization of agencies such as the Department of Justice and the FBI have pushed us closer to the Yeatsian point: “the centre cannot hold”. This exchange is making the rounds:

AUDIENCE MEMBER: When do we get to use the guns? No, and I’m not — that’s not a joke. I’m not saying it like that. I mean, literally, where’s the line? How many elections are they going to steal before we kill these people?

Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was not anxious to go down this road:

KIRK: I’m going to denounce that and I’m going to tell you why. Because you’re playing into all their plans and they’re trying to make you do this…They are trying to make you do something that will be violent that will justify a takeover of your freedoms and liberties, the likes of which we have never seen. We are close to have –

AUDIENCE MEMBER: They’re already doing it.

KIRK: Hold on. We are close to have momentum to be able to get this country back on a trajectory using the peaceful means that we have at us…They fear us holding the line with self-control and discipline, taking over school board meetings. They are the ones that are willing to use federal force against us.

And I know that people get fired up. We are living under fascism. We are living under this tyranny. But if you think for a second that they’re not wanting you to all of a sudden get that next level where they’re going to say, OK, we need Patriot Act 2.0. If you think that, you know, Waco is bad, wait until you see what they want to do next.

Mr Kirk is trying to thread a difficult needle here: “We are living under fascism” and “tyranny”, but it is not yet time for getting out the guns.

Not a difficult needle—an IMPOSSIBLE one to thread, thanks to certain self-evident contradictions which no true American ought ever to contemplate disgracing himself seeking to reconcile. I know nothing whatever about the man, but the above quotes reveal that Charlie Kirk is either a fraud, a buffoon, or an out-and-out moron desperately cherishing a long-gone memory, dizzied into stupefaction by his own circular illogic.

Between liberty and tyranny, there can be no compromise worth the making. The two are polar opposites; by definition there is no common ground to be found between them. The idea that such might nonetheless exist is chimerical, an ever-elusive phantom any wise, self-respecting, freedom-oriented American knows better than to fritter away a moment of his time and an ounce of his strength in search of. In these times, he well knows that there are far more important things he must do.

Again: Either there is liberty, or there is tyranny.

Choose.
