Immortal, beloved

Y’all know by now that I’m more of a Mozart guy myself, but that still leaves plenty of space in my coal-black heart for good ol’ Ludwig Van Beethoven. I’ve been enjoying a bigger helping of the great man’s work than usual the past month, courtesy of the local classical station’s celebratory programming to commemorate the musical giant’s birthday. Somewhat curdling my pleasure, alas, is the fact that I had to grit my remaining teeth through the blasted 9th Symphony three fucking times today.

Understand, it’s not that I don’t appreciate the 9th as the genuine masterpiece it inarguably is. It’s just that I’ve heard it so many times I long ago got sick of the damned thing. If I never hear the 9th again in my life that will be entirely satisfactory, with no insult whatever to either the symphony nor its composer expressed or implied. For the record, I feel exactly the same way about Handel’s Messiah, another earwig which to my discomfort is nearly impossible to avoid this time of year.

Funnily enough, there’s another piece by Ludwig Van that I haven’t tired of, one that’s closely reminiscent of the 9th’s renowned Ode To Joy in certain spots. Let’s have a listen, shall we?

Also funnily enough, one of the YT commenters commends the tempo of this particular rendition as being “exactly correct.” The reason the comment merits a “funnily enough” is that I’ve been noticing, with increasing irritation, how many modern conductors seem to want the orchestra they’re in charge of to perform every work from the Classical or Romantic Period as if their foremost consideration is to just get through it as speedily as they possibly can. Hearing the musicians stampede through these classics as if the recording studio was burning down around their very ears just gripes me no end. I can’t begin to imagine why these conductors think it’s a good idea. And I fervently wish they’d just cut this crap out already.

While we’re at it, there’s another fantastic Beethoven piece I’ll leave you with—the Adagio movement of a piano piece not quite as well-known as the Emperor Concerto is, I reckon, but an unforgettable one in its own right nonetheless.

Happy 250th, Beethoven, and thanks for all the fish.

Kill Bill

Nobody brings the heat quite like Ace does. Exhibit A:

Cartoonishly Fat Democrat Huckster Bill Kristol Dream-Journals for Hours on Twitter About What the New Political Party He’ll be Leading Will be Called
—Ace

Serious. People.

Who’s going to follow this obese, cognitively-declining traitor anywhere?

Fuck, I wouldn’t follow this gelatinous pile of failure and decay into an Arby’s. And I would actually like to go to an Arby’s.

He’s just sitting there on Twitter like an unemployed grifter (hey… ) noodling about what he’s going to call his Fantasy Political Party.

He’s going to be a leader of men?

How does that work? Are we now choosing male leaders based on cup size?

It’s fucking pathetic. He’s so far gone he doesn’t understand that obese, elderly men talking about their fantasies on twitter should be a source for embarrassment, not a high point of his professional career.

Hey Fatso, if you’re going to fantasize, maybe fantasize about a heart-healthy cheesecake that won’t go straight to your hips.

Dude, OUCH. Also, heh. He goes on from there to savage “Dr” Joette Biden, Fake First Lady of whatever we’re gonna be calling the fake pseudo-nation formerly known as the United States of America from now on.

True colors update! Another backstabbing NeverTrump retard gets the smackdown he deserves.

And there it is…

Steve Schmidt is now officially a Democrat.

And he’s already pissed at people using “Democrat” instead of “Democratic.”

Alt Headline: Lincoln Project member fully endorses party of slavery:

OUCH and heh again. Additional bitchslappin’ hilarity here.

Although in Li’l Stevie’s defense, the ig’nernt asshole is most likely totally, blissfully unaware of that whole “party of slavery, Jim Crow, and segregation” business. Doesn’t excuse it, merely explains it. Now do Li’l Ricky “My Favorite Martian” Wilson for us, ‘kay?

A Cold War carol

Yep, it’s time for another sheer-genius musical extravaganza from Steyn.

Back in 1952, Gloria Shayne had been the pianist in the dining room of a New York hotel when a young man walked in, took one look at the gal at the keyboard, and went up and introduced himself. He was a Frenchman who spoke very little English, she was an American who spoke even less French. She liked pop music, he had come to America to be a classical musician. Yet within a month they were married. Flash forward ten years: Noël Regney’s English has improved, and, although he still hasn’t made his name in serious music, he’s learned to appreciate American pop music since his wife hit the jackpot with “Goodbye, Cruel World”. They even write songs together – usually with Noël writing the music, and Gloria the lyrics.

But not this time. Noël Regney had had a lively war. Born in Strasbourg, he’d been conscripted, after the German invasion, into the army of the Reich. And, although he soon deserted and joined the Resistance, he stayed in German uniform long enough to lead his platoon intentionally into the path of a group of French partisans, who wound up shooting him. After the liberation of his country, he went east to be the musical director of the Indochinese service of Radio France, and found himself in the middle of a new conflict. He thought the Second World War was so terrible that it must surely be the end of all war. But here it was – October 1962 – and as he saw it Washington and Moscow were playing a dangerous game of nuclear brinksmanship over Soviet missiles in Cuba. On the streets of Manhattan, he saw two infants in strollers being wheeled by their mothers along the sidewalk, and decided he wanted to write something for them. Not music, but words: A poem.

He wrote a tune to go with it, too, but he decided it wasn’t right, and turned to his wife. “When he finished,” said Gloria, “Noël gave it to me and asked me to write the music. He said he wanted me to do it because he didn’t want the song to be too classical. I read over the lyrics, then went shopping. I was going to Bloomingdale’s when I thought of the first music line.”

I was gonna withhold the name of the song so as to keep y’all in suspense as to which Christmas classic he’s referring to, but then realized there’s no way I could resist embedding it here, and that I had no desire to anyway.

Amazing, isn’t it, how so very many of those Great American Songbook tunes have such fascinating backstories?

Theory of Everything

Bill drops a real MOAB of a bombshell analysis.

The Trump strategy ever since election day seems to have focused on achieving two goals:  First, to convinces as many people as possible that the election was fraudulent and, second, to demonstrate that the media, the tech oligarchs who control much of the public square, the Democrats, and the courts are equally corrupt , and up to their hips in the election theft.

In the face of this, the same targets are whining that Trump is “destabilizing” America.

I submit that is exactly what he is doing, and he is doing it deliberately, if you define America as being a creature of the progressive Democrats, the tech oligarchy, the media, and a judicial system seemingly unconcerned with the Constitution, but only in applying bad precedent to create even worse precedents.

…I consider the Chinavirus a terror attack aimed primarily at the US, but encompassing the west in general as a secondary target.

With this in mind, here is what I think.

I think Trump knew the China was waging 5g (unrestricted) war on us, and had been for many years.  It may have influenced his decision to run for President.

I think the reason for the unprecedented venom of the attacks on Trump has been due to the mobilization of all of China’s 5G assets in response to Trump’s turning the tables and beginning to answer China’s attacks with the same sort of 5G warfare (persuasion, economic means, political means, and so on).

I believe that the nominal leadership of the War on Trump, people like Pelosi, Swalwell, Schumer, and all of the long term, ossified Democrat political leadership, are, in one way or another, acting as Chinese proxies.  cf.  Pelosi’s Communication Director/Registered Foreign agent for China, Swalwell’s honeytrap honey, Feinstein’s Chinese chauffeur/agent of twenty years, and many others that we don’t know about.

…I had thought Trump was trying to decide whether to cross the Rubicon, but I believe I underestimated him long ago.  I believe he crossed the Rubicon when he came down that escalator in NYC five years ago.  What he is doing now is getting ready to storm the gates of Rome.

In six days, I believe that Donald Trump intends to settle all American family business.

Bucketloads of crucial stuff between my ellipses, of which you should read the all, with likewise brilliant followups here, here, and here. Kudos to ya for this excellent work, Bill.

Howlers

This just tickled me all to hell when I first heard it, for all sorts of reasons.

A Klezmer Christmas to one and all! When I sent that link to Brack earlier, he returned fired with another real sidesplitter, albeit not Christmas-related.

Whither now, and how?

A look at the practical realities.

It would be quite a task to launch and maintain a Revolutionary Army today.

I give any attempt, save in sparsely populated areas, a 72 hours survival window before the powers that be, Trump or no Trump, fall on them like the wrath of God and obliterate all those not willing to surrender.

So the only way to move forward with this would be to act like a surreptitious force of irregulars like any insurgence operating with limited resources in occupied (by the government) terrain.

Like the IRA or pisslim terrorists or any similar force.

In the late 1940s future Israelis convinced the British to leave Palestine by these methods.

And most of those that would be willing to participate have zero experience in this kind of life and operations and have never been on the opposite side of the forces of law and order and quite to the contrary.

I’m not saying it can’t be done. But I wonder about (a) our disposition and (b) basic ability for it.

From the standpoint of theory or of dreams, a true, honest to goodness, all out, civil war is the best thing that could happen for us IF we were to give one now.

From the standpoint of practicality the probability of it being successful is very small.

We waited too long.

And we didn’t prepare enough when the preparing was good.

Mind you, the notion is “a true, honest to goodness, all-out, civil war.” My fear is that the best we can hope for is a series of limited, very confused, and short skirmishes that would resolve nothing, waste good, decent lives and only prove to all those pusillanimous and comfortable “I’m not gonna fight you no matter what you do to me” types that they were right in not getting involved.

Look, I’m not against it.

In fact, I’m very much in favor of civil war because I don’t see any other way for our country to survive as something decent and not the commie-fagoty thing the demonKKKrats want to “fundamentally change” us into that flies would fly away from because it would be too much, even for their maggots.

But I’m a realist, a practical individual, and a modest student of systems and trying to keep a clear head about this.

The Constitutional Republic (July 4th, 1776 – November 6th, 2020) is dead of a deadly disease: leftism plus corruption.

We could put it on suspended animation while we give a civil war (emergency surgery) and try to bring it back to life.

The problem is that as the surgeons we know the chances of a successful surgery and reanimation in the present circumstances are…small for lack of resources and time and patient condition.

Since the alternative is unthinkable I’m in favor of the surgery.

The alternative is we don’t have a country, anymore.

But let us not go into it thinking it will be a remake of 1776.

It would be…quite different.

Ohh, I’d say that’s about as safe a bet as bets can get. Lots more here, all worth careful thought.

Another outsider looks in

This time, from Way Up North.

I’m writing this email with the proviso that it’s been several years since I last practiced law in a professional capacity, and that my Con Law training was in Canadian Con Law, but on the face of it, the Lawsuit by Texas (and now Louisiana and apparently a bunch of other states) in the Supreme Court probably opens the way to a Trump win. You’ll probably have other correspondents on this issue with more relevant legal experience but here’s my tuppence worth. I’m viewing this strictly through a legal lens although politics inevitably creeps into it. I take no view of or make any predictions concerning the likelihood of Trump crossing the Rubicon. I’m just laying out why this case matters, and why it may succeed.

My view is that what path the Court takes will largely depend upon how many States formally support Texas. If it’s only Texas, Louisiana and one or two others then the court may be inclined to take a minimalist approach. But if 15 or 20 States sign on then SCOTUS may see this as evidence that vast swathes of the country have no confidence in the fairness of the recent election and it will be more inclined to nullify election results and put this squarely in the lap of Congress. The fact that there are a half-dozen or so other states apparently joining, including Florida (so 2 of the 3 most populous states in the Union) gives credence to the view that the legitimacy of this election is seriously in doubt and the Court must act.

Lastly there’s no way GEOTUS did not know that this lawsuit was in the pipeline, nor that states other than  Texas would be signing on. The fact that he recently appeared at a Rally in Georgia confirms this in my view. The more Americans get fired up and bombard there state and congressional politicians with demands that they honour the will of the voter, the more likely additional states will sign on to Texas’ lawsuit, and the more GOP state legislators and congresscritters will find enough backbone to do the right thing. Of course even if SCOTUS puts this in the lap of Congress or State legislatures this does not guarantee Donald Trump will be returned as President. There’s nothing as feckless as a GOP politico being promised by Immigration lobbyists, big tech, and the Chamber of Commerce that the Benjamins will flow and that he’s got a great future as a Senator/Governor/President if he takes the statesman-like approach and ignores the yokels who voted for him. That said from a legal perspective, the outcome of the election looks a lot less certain than it did 24 hours ago.

We are now comfortably within the 15-to-20-state threshold cited above. Still a multiplicity of ways in which Texas’s USSC gambit might go pear-shaped, laudable as the effort is just the same. But I can’t imagine Clarence Thomas, at the very least, being at all willing to just sit placidly back and watch the election shenanigans play out when he and his colleagues have been presented—on the proverbial silver platter—with a perfect opportunity to make things right.

On the other hand, the Court is decidedly a part of the Deep State megalith its own self, therefore could just as easily decline to live up to its self-evident responsibility here, without further explanation to a living soul.

On the gripping hand? Who the hell even knows at this point.

All that stipulated, I find myself in agreement with our Canuck friend’s closing assessment, much to my own surprise. As I always say, we’ll find out soon enough.

Big Mo’ update! Roll on, big wheel.

UPDATE: 21 States Now Support Texas SCOTUS Lawsuit, 42% of America to Sue 8% of America

Can the USSC REALLY ignore this now?

Chip off the old block

Via our old friend Stephen.

In case anyone is in the dark regarding the backstory to that sidesplitting rip, I’m most happy to hip ya—not least because re-rubbing Shartwell’s smarmy face in his own public humiliation is always the right thing to do.

There won’t be another non-Democrat-Socialist “president” until well after the Coming Unpleasantness concludes, if then. But if such a thing were possible, I’d hope and pray it would be Trump Jr. The guy’s like his old man, only cranked up way past 11.

Game, afoot

Crazy like a fox, stupid like a Stable Genius.

An awful lot has been churning in the deep background for months before the election. Mr. Trump was onto the mass write-in vote scam enabled by the media-assisted hysteria over Covid-19. The wheels of genuine US intel against national security threats still turned in spite of whatever Deep State perfidy had been aimed at Mr. Trump himself from Day One in office, and the president made use of his own private counter-intel hackers to suss out the game — which was finally to overthrow him by ballot fraud. The result was Executive Order 13848 issued in September 2020, which specified foreign interference in elections as “an unusual and extraordinary threat to national security” and laid out some pretty stringent remedies.

The main one was a requirement for the top executive agencies — DOJ, DOD, Homeland Security, Treasury plus the Director of National Intelligence (Mr. Ratcliffe) — to deliver an assessment within 45 days of the election. We’re now in the sweet-spot of that 45-day delivery period when something has to pop. Looks a little like the AG, Mr. Barr, has been dithering and wriggling painfully over this, and even making noises about resigning. But he may have already surrendered his credibility, with the foot-dragging of the FBI under Christopher Wray and the agency’s apparent lack of interest in election fraud. The consequences of EO 13848 will roll out with him or without him.

The real action was over at the Department of Defense, where the President hastily cleaned house this fall and installed the trustworthy Christopher Miller as SecDef, along with top aide Kash Patel and Ezra Cohen-Watnick as Acting Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security. Mr. Cohen-Watnick had been an assistant to General Michael Flynn, former Director of Defense Intelligence, in his brief tenure as National Security Advisor before getting sandbagged by Barack Obama and James Comey.

Both Mr. Cohen-Watnick and General Flynn are intimately familiar with the apparatus of Defense Intelligence, of course, and have been actively using it to identify DNC and Joe Biden activists who played a role in election irregularities as well as foreign actors. This wasn’t any RussiaGate type bullshit; it was the real deal. EO 13848 includes this provision:

The report shall identify any material issues of fact with respect to these matters that the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security are unable to evaluate or reach agreement on at the time the report is submitted. The report shall also include updates and recommendations, when appropriate, regarding remedial actions to be taken by the United States Government, other than the sanctions described in sections 2 and 3 of this order.”

The “remedial actions” are interesting. They include pretty severe sanctions against any “persons” (entity or company) involved in or enabling foreign interference in elections: attaching property in the US, blocking trade, and an array of financial restrictions and penalties. The EO does not spell out criminal penalties that might fall under the sedition and treason statutes, but expect these to be activated as the law provides. Quite a few political celebrities and figures in the news and social media may have exposed themselves to liability in this. If it doesn’t mean the end of Facebook or Twitter, it may spell the end of Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey running them. Also include the less-well-known execs at The WashPo, The New York Times, and several cable news networks.

Eventually, Mr. Trump will have to personally deliver the bad news to Joe Biden that he and Dr. Jill won’t be attending the inaugural ball on January 20 (live or on Zoom). Sound too wild to be true? Well, stand by on it. We’ll know soon enough.

T’is a consummation devoutly to be wished, although my pessimism on that last most welcome development remains firmly in place. Then again:

In a lawsuit filed Monday before the U.S. Supreme Court, the state of Texas accuses four states currently “won” by Joe Biden of using the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse to violate the Electors Clause and the 14th Amendment. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin for usurping the sole authority of state legislatures to create election law and charges that millions of absentee ballots were unlawfully processed by local election officials.

“They accomplished these statutory revisions through executive fiat or friendly lawsuits, thereby weakening ballot integrity,” the plaintiffs wrote. “Finally, these same government officials flooded the Defendants States with millions of ballots to be sent through the mails, or placed in drop boxes, with little or no chain of custody and, at the same time, weakened the strongest security measures protecting the integrity of the vote—signature verification and witness requirements.”

The filing asks the court to extend the December 14, 2020 deadline to certify each state’s electoral slate noting that the only date “mandated by the Constitution” is January 20, 2021.

The bill of particulars against the four rogue states is damning. Unelected bureaucrats such as Pennsylvania Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar and members of the Wisconsin Election Commission changed rules at the last minute and without authority. Local election workers flagrantly violated numerous state election laws; rejection rates for mail-in ballots were far lower than in the primary elections despite the unprecedented volume of absentee voting; and the statistical probability of Joe Biden’s victory in those four states as of 3 a.m. on November 4, 2020, given Trump’s substantial lead, is “less than one in a quadrillion.”

…Things are getting interesting.

So it would seem. Whatever else happens, how just plain cool would it be if the tattered, battered remnants of the Former Republic wound up being saved for the nonce by the Republic of Texas, God bless it?

Hotting update! Things are getting even MORE interesting.

Col Allen West contends that there will soon be a total of TEN states joining in.

Promise: kept

Told y’all I’d be re-running this heavenly beauty once again this year. Maybe more than just this once, if I remember my stated promise/threat correctly. What, you thought I was just kidding around or sump’in?

As many times as I’ve seen that one, it never fails to choke me up even yet. While we’re Christmasing around, here’s another good ‘un.

Yeh, yeh, I know: it’s Frosty the Limey, a Brit-pale knockoff of the real all-American magilla. But still. A lovely little tune—simple, elegant, moving. And while I’m reposting a few of my personal holiday favorites, no such list could ever be complete without departed genius John Fahey on there.

More to come, as and when? Oh, you betcher, bub. In fact, the local classical station, WDAV, played a piano adaption of Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker Suite the other morning, one I’d never heard before, that blew me away completely. Gonna have to see about digging that one up for sure.

A real breakthrough in the gender-bender wars

FINALLY.

Chuck Norris Comes Out Of Closet As Even More Of A Man
DALLAS, TX—In an explosive interview, Chuck Norris has come out of the closet, finally revealing to the world that he is even manlier than everyone originally thought.

“It’s time to come clean. I’ve been living a lie for so long,” said the martial arts master and action movie star. “For a long time, everyone thought I was a regular manly man who could defeat bad guys with a single roundhouse kick, but the reality is that I think I’m at least three men trapped inside one man’s body.”

The action star went on to explain that for decades, he attempted to conceal his epic manliness in order to blend in with normal men, but kept failing as he amassed black belt after black belt.

“Some people in my life did grow suspicious when it was found that my tears cure cancer even though I’ve never cried, or when it was discovered that Superman wears Chuck Norris Pajamas. I always had some excuse to explain it away, but I’m tired of living that life,” he said.

Scientists worry that if Chuck Norris chooses to outwardly live as his fully manly self, it could be the end of all life in the universe as we know it. Chuck Norris has assured us that if he does accidentally end the universe with his epicness, we don’t have to worry because he’ll just slap together a new one.

I wish you all the best on your courageous, heroic journey of transition, Chuck. Verily, you are an inspiration to us all.

Larger than life

This. This. Right. Here.

Although Donald Trump has not conceded defeat, pundits and Republicanpoliticians are already debating the man’s legacy as though he were part of the past.

A recurring theme is that of “Trumpism without Trump.” If we’re being honest, this is a bit of an extravagant and presumptuous notion. Without Trump? We are talking about Donald Trump, yes?

As far as I can tell, Trump is not a philosopher. He has never written a treatise or a manifesto. The “America First” platform is valuable, and one certainly hopes that it leaves a mark, but unless I am mistaken, Trump supporters do not love the man chiefly for his ideas.

Perhaps the most well-known advocate of “Trumpism without Trump” is Ann Coulter, known for her doctrinaire criticism of Trump’s putative failures to deliver on the “America First” agenda. But others, who cannot be considered hardcore nationalists, have latched onto the concept as well.

That is not much of a surprise, given the abundance of pseudo-Trumpists in that part of the conservative punditocracy that prizes respectability above all. For these, Trump was useful as a muse for waxing about some generic form of “populism” but not much more than that. They’ll be glad to be rid of him.

But can’t we first recognize what an extraordinary person Trump is, before we discard the man for an abstraction?

Oh, I’m gonna be stomping all over Fair Use with this one.

“Trumpism” is a vague thing, and the Republian establishment and the kept Right are eager to jettison Trump and leave us with an ersatz version of his movement. Trump’s primary achievement, says Rubio, is that he made the Republican Party the home of a “multi-racial working class.” But this elides an essential part of Trump’s rise, which was that he acknowledged American whites who had felt put upon and alienated in an increasingly hostile regime. Any “Trumpism” that lacks the courage to push back against the relentless, anti-white sentiment of the Left is counterfeit.

Trump’s movement is a genuine revolution. Like any revolution, it is liable to corruption and change. This has happened with many movements before: the momentum gets lost, and it turns into a husk of its former self. If we’re being unsparingly honest, it is possible that Trump’s movement dies with him. History does not always offer second chances.

If Trump’s downfall really is a fait accompli, then millions of Americans will take his loss like a deathblow to America. If that is cultism, count me in. We are lucky to have Trump. He is an American hero, the best—the only—real defender we have had in generations. We should say this without shame or reservation, and if things do not go our way, we should not flinch from the difficulties that lie ahead without him.

As I’ve so often said, Trump proved to be one of the best Presidents this country was ever blessed to have, perhaps THE best. Certainly the best in my lifetime, hands down. I was on board the Trump Train from that fabled escalator ride, and predicted he would win before almost anyone else, back in the earliest days of the GOP primary stretch. That said, even I didn’t expect the man to deliver the goods to the extent that he has. Considering the devious, conniving opposition he’s faced from every side, the political-neophyte outsider’s many achievements start to look not only exceptional, but downright staggering.

Yes, the struggle will go on, with or without him. But it’ll go much, much better with him, no doubt about it. If there’s such a thing as a truly Irreplaceable Man, Trump at this singular moment in American history would have to come as close to it as anybody ever did. “Trumpism without Trump” is horseshit on stilts, arrant nonsense peddled by Lilliputian mediocrities hoping to make themselves appear bigger via hitching a ride on the shoulders of the bona fide giant they had worked so feverishly to tie down.

The Great Awakening

Signs of life on Staten Island.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Twenty-four hours after the owner of Mac’s Public House was led away in handcuffs for allegedly refusing to close his pub during the pandemic, a large crowd of Staten Islanders assembled outside the Grant City establishment to protest the state’s coronavirus restrictions.

A crowd of about 60 began assembling just after 5 p.m., with many carrying American flags and signs. One read: “Lock up criminals, not Americans.”

By the time the rally’s program started after 6 p.m., the crowd had swelled to several hundred, and a portion of Lincoln Avenue in front of the establishment was closed to traffic due to the crowd.

Protesters sang “God Bless America” as the rally’s 6 p.m. start time neared. The crowd also sang the chorus of “We’re Not Gonna Take It,” by Twisted Sister.

One man, Michael, a Westerleigh resident, carried an American flag upside down, a sign the nation is in distress.

“We are being subjugated by our own government,” he said.

“To me this is a revolution,” said Christine Salica of Westerleigh, a make-up artist who has been out of work since March. “[Gov. Andrew] Cuomo and his legislators are collecting our paychecks and they are putting us out of work.”

One man in the crowd barked at members of the Sheriff’s office posted outside the restaurant.

“I hope your pensions work,” he said. “You sold out your own people. You are enforcing the laws of the same guy who spits on you.”

Controversial artist Scott LoBaido, who has been a visible presence at Mac’s Public House as the controversy heated up in recent days, spoke to the crowd shortly after 6 p.m.

“Patriotism is not just hanging your flags out on the Fourth of July,” he said. “You know what’s patriotism? This is f***ing patriotism.”

Gott-damned skippy, brother.

Tension between the restaurant and state officials erupted Tuesday night when the Sheriff’s office executed a law-enforcement action and arrested owner Danny Presti and issued a partial vacate order for the business.

Keith McAlarney, who owns the tavern with Presti, was not taken into custody.

“That was a first,” Presti said of his arrest. “I probably have 15 fines in my pocket right now. I don’t even know what they’re for.”

Presti spoke to the crowd at about 6:45 p.m.

“We are a community,” he said. “We take back Staten Island tonight. We take all the states back. This is how we take our country back.”

It surely is. Or the beginning of the whole process, at least. Don’t relent, don’t flinch, don’t back down. Back THEM down instead. Take the fight to the miserable worms, good and hard.

The most wonderful time of the year!

Yes, folks, it is indeed the time of year when some of the most wonderful music yet written comes back around to enchant us all. Yes, I will most certainly be posting the wonderful Cantu/Chanticleer barside team-up on Biebl’s wonderful Ave Maria again this year—count on it. Probably more than once, actually. I swear, no matter how many times I watch that one—about eleventy million so far, I think, but who’s counting—I still get so badly choked up over it that singing along myself, much as I’d surely like to, is simply out of the question.

Anyways, thanks to MisHum and his wonderful ONT, to kick this wonderful season off in a most wonderful way we have something I didn’t see coming.

I always really liked Johnny Winter’s pickin’ but somehow missed this uncharasterically delicate little confection completely over lo, these many years. Talk about UNEXPECTED!™, eh?

Spicy Time cometh?

Interesting stuff indeed, regarding the raid that never happened, to seize those servers that didn’t exist, owned by that company which doesn’t even have an office anywhere near there anyway.

General McInerney: US Military Personnel Killed in Frankfurt CIA Server Farm Raid
Start at minute 42 for Gen. McInerney’s account of the US military seizure of the CIA’s server farm in Frankfurt, Germany. While he is still waiting for secondary confirmation, he states that some US military personnel were killed in this operation.

DRenegade puts some questions he says need to be addressed, and he couldn’t be righter about that. Further backup:

Jeffrey Prather (JeffreyPrather.com) is a former DIA intelligence analyst, former DEA investigations officer, served on the B Team of special operations forces, and is now an intelligence analyst working to save America from its enemies, both foreign and domestic. Since the rigged election took place, Prather has been publishing podcasts that offer analysis of what’s happening behind the scenes in Washington D.C., covering deep state operators, the Dept. of Defense, SOCOM, JSOC, SOF-dark and also looking closely at Trump’s strategy for defeating the deep state.

Like many patriots, Prather has also been targeted for destruction by the deep state, but he survived the attempts and is serving his country now as a civilian analyst with decades of experience of how the system really works.

I was able to connect with Prather yesterday, and we filmed this extremely timely and powerful interview that you definitely don’t want to miss. Some of the highlights from the interview:

  • Confirms that multiple raids on the servers of vote rigging systems were conducted, in three countries.
  • Confirms that the NSA has hard evidence on treasonous actors, and that this evidence is likely being leveraged by Trump’s people.
  • Confirms that Trump can use the NDAA, combined with the Sep. 12, 2018 Executive Order, to declare domestic treasonous actors as “enemy combatants.”
  • Says that the DoD and patriots inside the DIA have everything they need to defeat the deep state.
  • Says Trump will be President on January 21st.
  • Warns that the transition from information warfare to conventional (kinetic) warfare may happen very soon.
  • Warns that the left-wing backlash against Trump’s victory will result in bloodshed that cannot be avoided.
  • Says that Leftists are greatly underestimating the capabilities and resolve of the American people in the context of domestic warfare that’s likely to unfold.

Thriller update! Andrea Widberg says it all reads “like a Tom Clancy novel.” She ain’t wrong about that.

I have no idea whether this raid happened. Its having taken place, however, is consistent with my ruminations about Trump’s peculiarly-timed shake-up at the Pentagon: Firing defense secretary Mark Esper and replace him with Christopher Miller, a special forces man; moving special forces into their own command, rather than having them function as subsets of other military branches; and firing potentially disloyal members of the civilian Defense Policy Board. These actions indicated that Trump was clearing the decks for something big.

Mike Adams, who writes at Natural News (which I once thought was a health food newsletter, not a conservative internet news outlet), dropped a bombshell, claiming there was a deadly firefight in Frankfurt between special forces and CIA operatives:

As you know by now, the DoD launched a raid on a CIA-run server farm in Frankfurt, Germany, to secure servers that contain proof of CIA interference with the 2020 election (i.e. backdoor manipulations of election results via Dominion voting machines). But new information is now surfacing that indicates there was a firefight at the server farm facility, involving US Army Special Forces units, engaging with CIA-trained paramilitary units that were flown in from Afghanistan in an emergency effort to defend the facility.

One CIA officer was killed during the firefight, and he is now being reported across the mainstream media as being “killed in Somalia.” Five US Army soldiers were also killed, and they are being explained away as dying in a “helicopter crash” in Egypt.

Despite the deaths, the servers were successfully acquired by the DoD, and those servers were turned over to President Trump’s private intelligence group, which is now once again led by Gen. Michael Flynn, recently pardoned and now allowed to process top secret information, since his security clearance has been restored.

Is it me, or does that sound just like a military-techno thriller? That doesn’t mean, though, that it’s untrue. After all, if I hadn’t lived through the coup attempt against Trump, the tech tyrants’ censorship against conservatives from the president on down, and the general lunacy of 2020, but had instead read all that in a book, I would have pronounced the book too far-fetched.

Additional corroboration for Adams’ report comes from Lt. General Thomas McInerney, who did an interview with the WVW Broadcast Network. During the interview, he stated (beginning at 41:45) that he too had heard reports about events in Germany.

In sum, McInerney said that “The Kraken” is the nickname of the 305th military intelligence battalion; that The Kraken identified China, Iran, and Russia as being involved in using the Hammer & Scorecard system to manipulate American votes; that the servers used for this were in a CIA facility in Frankfurt; that special forces raided the facility; and that there were casualties – in other words, exactly what Mike Adams reported.

I’m being a bit careful about accepting McInerney’s statements at face value. Even recognizing Wikipedia’s leftist bias, it’s clear that McInerney, who had an illustrious military career that included intelligence work, can let his emotions get ahead of his filter when he speaks.

Having said that, McInerney introduced Americans to the possibility that “Hammer and Scorecard” were used to game the election. While Leftists promptly denounced the program as a “hoax,” Navid Keshavarz-Nia, whom the Sunday New York Times once promoted as “always the smartest person in the room” and who is a renowned intelligence specialist, confirms that it is real.

In trying to determine whether McInerney was speaking accurately, there’s one more point in his favor: The other person who appeared during that interview was General Michael Flynn, who headed America’s military intelligence operations. Flynn vouched for his “friend” McInerney.

In light of A) the CIA’s deep involvement in Spygate; B) the Company’s long history of interfering in foreign national elections all across the globe; and C) the implacable hostility the Deep State establishment entire holds for Trump, it seems way more far-fetched to assume that they didn’t try to interfere in this one too.
