Did Mossad really create Hamas?

Actually, no. Not exactly, anyway. Not quite.

How Israel Helped to Spawn Hamas
Surveying the wreckage of a neighbor’s bungalow hit by a Palestinian rocket, retired Israeli official Avner Cohen traces the missile’s trajectory back to an “enormous, stupid mistake” made 30 years ago.

“Hamas, to my great regret, is Israel’s creation,” says Mr. Cohen, a Tunisian-born Jew who worked in Gaza for more than two decades. Responsible for religious affairs in the region until 1994, Mr. Cohen watched the Islamist movement take shape, muscle aside secular Palestinian rivals and then morph into what is today Hamas, a militant group that is sworn to Israel’s destruction.

Instead of trying to curb Gaza’s Islamists from the outset, says Mr. Cohen, Israel for years tolerated and, in some cases, encouraged them as a counterweight to the secular nationalists of the Palestine Liberation Organization and its dominant faction, Yasser Arafat’s Fatah. Israel cooperated with a crippled, half-blind cleric named Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, even as he was laying the foundations for what would become Hamas. Sheikh Yassin continues to inspire militants today; during the recent war in Gaza, Hamas fighters confronted Israeli troops with “Yassins,” primitive rocket-propelled grenades named in honor of the cleric.

Bold mine, and dispositive. Once again, as we have so many times in so many variant contexts, we see the triumph of forlorn, vain hope over common good sense and experience: Israeli leadership took the option of supporting the ostensibly-more-moderate devil they thought they knew over the seemingly more radical/extremist one. Or so it seemed at the time, anyway. That worked out for them precisely as it always has in all times and places: Not. Too. Good.

So in effect, the ultimate lesson is being taught yet again: Kill. Them. ALL. Mooselimb jihadists come in but one flavor, and one flavor only, which has nothing whatever to do with Baskin-Robbins: Bloodthirsty Genocidal Maniac©. Alas for us all, that really is all there is to this; no amount of “hope” will ever alter the ugly reality one whit. After more than 1500 years, the Western world fails to learn at its own direst peril.

Heroes

Though the term has been cheapened on these shores after having been spewed across the entire landscape like water from a firehose, in some places it still has meaning. The Nir Am kibbutz would definitely be one of those places.

Israeli Woman Who Helped Save a Kibbutz: ‘I’m Not a Hero, I Wasn’t There by Myself’
‘I hope you won’t have too much to do,’ Inbal Lieberman was told when she first took the post of security coordinator for Nir Am less than a year ago

Inbal Lieberman doesn’t want to be everybody’s heroine. She refuses to grant interviews, rebuffing the attention. She would like to remove the crown placed on her head by the masses online. Like many others living in the vicinity of Gaza, Lieberman just wants a little peace of mind and a safe space to grieve.

Last Saturday, she and her colleagues in Kibbutz Nir Am’s guard detail saved hundreds of people, but they too knew people who were killed by invading Hamas forces in the neighboring communities. The hundreds of calls and texts reaching her at her hotel in Tel Aviv contrasted starkly with her state of mind.

During the first hours of the ongoing war, while Liebstein (head of the Sha’ar Hanegev regional council Ophir, from whom came the pull quote in italics above—M) was meeting death trying to defend other people in the area, Lieberman encountered the test of a lifetime. At 6:30 A.M., as rocket sirens wailed, everybody in the kibbutz – seasoned in these matters – ran for shelter. Lieberman also went into a shelter, but then she heard other noises. Unusual ones.

Ofer Lieberman, her father, is a different kind of parent. Unlike others, he evades the expectation that he will hail his daughter. He finds it more comfortable to reconstruct the event as he experienced it. “The electricity went out because of the rockets and she ordered that the power not be restored so nobody could open the gates to the kibbutz,” he says. “The security detail had woken up and she took the decision to arm them and place them in positions.”

And so it was done. Like in the mythological stories of early Zionism, Lieberman and 11 other kibbutz members stood guard and waited.

Like in any of those mythological stories, the precise details of her heroism were inflated. Social media messages reported “25 terrorists killed” while actually one had been killed and one wounded. But for three hours, Lieberman and the security detail fought from positions within the kibbutz and with militants some dozens of meters away from the entrance.

Other kibbutz members could hear the whole thing from their shelters. Her father, though, though left the safe room for the kitchen at the height of the battle to fry an omelette. “She called us at some point, asking for a sandwich,” her father explains. “So I left the shelter, made her an omelette sandwich and brought it to her.”

You see what I mean about heroes, I’m sure. Lieberman père and jeune fille both qualify as such, eminently. Cross-dressers and Nee-grows who collapse into paroxysms of hysterical grief claiming “genocide” anytime someone looks at them disapprovingly for, respectively, public acts of pedophilia and looting/burning of entire cities assuredly do NOT.

Sympathy for the Devil

What a revoltin’ (but entirely predictable) development this is, to swipe one Chester A Riley’s signature line.

‘Black Lives Matter:’ Hamas massacre must not be condemned
BLM Grassroots reiterates its unwavering support for the Palestinian Arabs and their right to ‘resist’ after massacre of 900 people.

Black Lives Matter Grassroots issued a statement today (Tuesday) reiterating the organization’s support for the Palestinian cause following the Hamas massacre of over 900 Israelis on Saturday, and even said that Hamas should not be condemned for the deadliest attack on Jews since the Nazi Holocaust.

They continued: “Black Lives Matter Grassroots stands in solidarity with our Palestinian family who are currently resisting 57 years of settler colonialism and apartheid. As Black people continue to fight to end militarism and mass incarceration in our own communities, let us understand the resistance in Palestine as an attempt to tear down the gates of the world’s largest open air prison. As a radical Black organization grounded in abolitionist ideals, we see clear parallels between Black and Palestinian people.”

“We, too, understand what it means to be surveilled, dehumanized, property seized, families separated, our people criminalized and slaughtered with impunity, locked up in droves, and when we resist they call us terrorists. We, too, dream of a world where our people may live freely on decolonized land. May the borders, checkpoints, prisons, police, and watchlists that terrorize our communities crumble and may the world we build from their ashes honor those who have fallen in struggle.”

You pissant dilettantes. You sniveling pussyfarts. You don’t understand either jack or shit. But understand this: If your kind ever DID have to face so much as a single moment’s worth of REAL genocidal oppression and “unimaginable violence,” you overpraised and overindulged shit-gobs would all fold up like a cheap fucking accordion and wilt to the ground in a fetal ball, crying like little girls whose mommy just took their binky away from them.

Via Ace, who quips, “I’ve got a counter-offer: Fuck off and die.” Seconded, with all my heart and soul. The best thing that ever happened to these stupid-ass BLM niggers was their generations-removed forebears being sold out of Africa by their own tribal “brothas” and brought to America as slaves—which, after being liberated thanks to five years of one of the bloodiest fratricidal wars in human history, turned out to be a golden opportunity their worthless descendants have never failed to ignore and/or whine about since.

History, repeating itself

“This is nothing that anyone…could have imagined.” Oh, bullshit, stupid journo-bint.  Quite the opposite: it’s nothing we haven’t seen, continually, since the Pedophile “Prophet” established his foul murder-cult back in the 6th and 7th century.

40 babies beheaded, dismembered, and/or burned by the “natural allies” of Jew-phobic “race realists,” who even now celebrate this mindless savagery, this pluperfect exemplar of blackest, purest Evil—what it is, what it does, what it has done over and over and over again for more than a millenia and a half. When will we in the West learn? Will we EVER learn? Or is the reality of Pisslam just too harsh, too ugly, too nightmarish for us to fully wrap our minds around?

By our refusal to confront said reality head on and put an end to it once and for all, we blacken our own souls and forever abnegate any claim to the moral high ground. Have we really become such puling cowards as that in our sad, sorry decline? Are there really no more Richard Coeur de Lions among us? Are we really so despicable, so feeble, enervated, and downright pathetic, as that? Forbid it, Almighty God!

Update! As ever, Daniel Greenfield says it best, if quite bleakly.

Savages
Civilization and savagery are fundamentally at war.

We’re in a war between savages and civilization. Everything else is a detail.

Some of us woke up to that war when planes crashed into skyscrapers. Others when we saw beheading videos spread across social media. What we saw in Israel, Hamas terrorists raping, mutilating and defiling corpses, is another bloody wake-up call. There will be many others.

Beyond the politics and the geopolitics, we still haven’t come to terms with what we’re fighting.

The barbarism of murdering women and children, taking them as hostages, and posting photos of their dead bodies to social media, is not a byproduct of Islamic warfare, it’s the whole point.

Cruelty, beheading, burning to death, torturing and mutilating are the essence of Islam. This is how Islamic warfare was practiced beginning with Mohammed for over a thousand years. It’s how it continues to be practiced, whether it’s ISIS fighting other Muslims, Azebajani troops killing Armenians, Hamas attacking Israelis, or Islamic terrorists plotting carnage in Western nations.

Islam was born out of a war by barbarians against the civilized societies of Persia and Byzantium. Despite academic mythmaking, its vision never extended beyond rape and slavery, its empires fell into power struggles, beginning with Sunnis and Shiites, and its cultural and scientific accomplishments were all looted from conquered peoples. When civilization finally toppled the Ottoman Empire with some help from its internal barbarians, the cycle began again.

Israel is just one front in a global war between savages and civilization. And not all of the savages bow to Allah. There are inner city gangs across the American hemisphere that behead and torture their victims. And there are children of civilization that turn into savages. Savagery is not a condition of birth: it is a choice. People born into savagery can become civilized and those born into the highest echelons of civilization can prey on us like the worst vicious animals.

The question is how do civilized societies confront savagery? Do we blame ourselves for having made the savages what they are through our capitalism and colonialism even though they have behaved this way long before modern western civilization amounted to anything? Or do we set forth to reeducate them, to build modern nations for them and teach them to become civilized?

We have sent forth our sons and daughters to make peace with them and to educate them. Our societies opened themselves to embrace and celebrate the virtues of the noble savage. When we realized that we could not coexist with savages, we tried to remake our societies to serve them. All of that has been tried and civilization is still drowning in the violence of the savages.

The fundamental truth is that civilization and savagery are innately at war with one another.

And there you have it. As Brad Hamilton unforgettably admonished:

Compulsory update! I just gotta throw in a cpl-three more ‘graphs from Daniel’s typically-brilliant essay.

Civilizations have become too sophisticated and decadent to understand such concepts. When faced with barbarism, they go down a dialectic rabbit hole that explains the savages in terms of how civilized people interacted with them. Did they hurt their feelings, overthrow their governments or draw mean cartoons? Did capitalism leave them adrift in the world economy? How did we fail to integrate the newest generation of immigrants with all the welfare checks?

These sophomoric sessions are pointless. A hyena doesn’t eat your chickens because you failed to integrate it. That’s just what hyenas do. Man at the base state is a predator and savages strive to be the alpha predators. Civilizations become superior predators because they provide room for arts and sciences, because they think about something other than how they are superior to their neighbors and will prove it by killing their sons and raping their daughters.

But when civilizations spend too much time thinking, they forget that one reason they came into being was to build something better than a state of savagery. Decadent civilizations internalize all the criticism and their peoples endlessly quarrel and think that the worst possible things in the world are the ones that exist among their own people. Savages remind us otherwise.

Indeed they do, if only we’re smart enough to stop all our self-absorbed blibbering and pay attention in class. It’s a difficult course of instruction, yes, taught by the most cruelly hardhanded of taskmasters. But if Western Civ is to survive, then at least some of us are gonna have to buckle down and learn.

You knew it was coming

Just in case you were thinking maybe these “people” weren’t completely, totally bugfuck nuts.

Democrats Circulate Ridiculous Theory Blaming Trump for Hamas’ Assault on Israel
It was only a matter of time, wasn’t it? Whenever something catastrophic happens, such as the current barbaric attack on Israel by Hamas, folks on the left quickly brainstorm new and creative ways to blame former President Donald Trump.

Remember when Democrats were all in a tizzy because Trump, when he was president, allegedly shared classified intelligence with Russia that came from Israel? In May 2017, the former president came under fire for giving sensitive details about an ISIS plot with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ambassador Sergey Kislyak. The information was believed to have come from Israeli intelligence. Folks on the left flipped out, claiming that Trump’s actions could have jeopardized the United States’ relationship with Israel, one of its closest allies.

With Israel’s war against Hamas in full swing, folks on the left are trying desperately to convince people that the information Trump allegedly gave to Russia somehow wound up in Iran’s hands, who then passed it on to Hamas to help them conduct the assault. The theory is about as crazy as a split pea soup sandwich, but they are running with it anyway.

It is worth noting that former Vice President Mike Pence also tried to blame Trump and other Republicans for the assault, claiming that their non-interventionist stances emboldened the terrorist group.

Yet, Democrats are still trying desperately to gaslight the public into believing Hamas’ incursion into Israel was partly Trump’s fault. This is clearly nothing more than a diversionary tactic intended to draw attention away from Biden’s apparent incompetence and how it might have contributed to the situation the world is witnessing in Israel. But if this is the best they have got, they might want to consider going back to the proverbial drawing board – or maybe they could just tell the truth for a change.

Yeah, not a snowball’s chance of that. They’d all immediately turn into pillars of salt, or blocks of stone, or be struck by a bolt of lightning and catch on fire or something.

OOOOPS, my bad

Looking more and more as if I may have spoken WAY too soon with my threat/promise in the Eyrie post that it would probably be the one and only post I do on the Hamas/Israel thang.

WAAAY too soon.

“Palestine is not Ukraine. If America intervenes directly, all American locations in the region will become legitimate targets of the resistance axis and will face our attacks. And on this day there will be no red line left.” —Hezbollah Official Statement

Uh HUH. Now tell me again, “race realists,” all about how the Muzzrats are “our natural allies,” much to be preferred over our false friends, Dem Pesky, Scheming, Hook-Nosed ((((JOOOOOZ!!!)))), why don’tcha. That one’s my favorite.

So, it came as a big surprise when southern Israel was overrun by Hamas dudes in tricked-out pickup trucks and para-gliders on Saturday, who carried home hundreds of nubile young women to have sport with, after slaughtering hundreds more people of all ages, like rampaging bronze age Philistines. That fresh enormity is, shall we say, quite a ways from resolution at this time. I’ll tell you what will be an even bigger surprise, though: when some organized unit of those aforesaid mutts of unknown origin who snuck across our border sets off something like a dirty bomb in New York, Los Angeles, or Washington DC. Or takes over a nuclear power station. Or…well, I wouldn’t want to put any ideas in a bad actor’s head. But you get the picture, I’m sure.

So, we’re in something that smells like uncharted territory this autumn Monday, and events are galloping faster than anyone can process. The scene looks a little bit like World War Three. At least any child of twelve could game it out that way in three easy steps. Say, the chief mullah in Teheran issues some crude remark about how Israel had it coming, yadda yadda…and the IDF forthwith fires a cruise missile up his qabaa…and next thing you know, so many mushroom clouds rise over the Levant that it looks like a shitake farm.

All this while the USA struggles to restore its political mental health after years of domestic abuse at the hands of our own government. A big question here is what kind of correction will it require to straighten out that abusive government…or can anything at all avail before having to shred the whole goshdarn operation and start over? Quien sabe? (As they say in Plattsburgh nowadays.)

Ahh, but therein lies the rub, you see: Real Americans have enemies aplenty to deal with right here at home—up to and including who knows how many jihadi sleeper agents ushered across our former southern border, then quietly swept off to Undisclosed Locations by our own FederalGovCo—before we can even consider coming to Israel’s rescue.

Inline update! The remainder of this post below the fold, because length.

Mr Bill gets back

In my big honkin’ Radio post the other day, among a crap-ton of other things I said this:

Mr Bill—a dear friend of mine who plied his On-Air Personality trade in unforgettable fashion for many years at WRFX in Charlotte (99.7 FM), after which extended star-turn he made his escape to the Florida beaches—used to gripe to me about the new radio-station production process all the time; he positively HATES it, as do all the other DJs I know. There’s a very good reason for their disgruntlement, one I can readily understand and sympathize with completely.

…I just called my homeboy Bill, a solid CF fan of long standing, to let him know about this post, and will text him a link to it when he gets back to me (Bill keeps busy enough that the first call is usually just the opening gambit of the process; after a day or so’s wait, he’ll call back). Let’s see if he shows up here to enlighten us further on this whole mess, and perhaps correct any errors or clear up any misconceptions on my part, both of which are always a possibility. I do hope he will. Bill, your thoughts will be most welcome, buddy.

True to his usual form, Bill did indeed hit me back right away, whereupon we got ourselves into another of our talk-a-thons, albeit this one not quite as hours-long extended as they usually tend to be. Nutshelling his remarks on the BHRP, and I quote: “You completely nailed it, buddy!” Said that he didn’t find my having a good grasp on the issue at all surprising, since I had in effect spent quite a few years working in radio as well, if in a left-handed kind of way.

Made me feel really good to know he thought I’d gotten it right, I must say; when it comes to radio, Bill has definitely been there and done that, and knows whereof he speaks. In fact, he reminded me of something it didn’t occur to me to bring up in the post: He got in on the ground floor of the radio-automation wave, which was already on its way to becoming A Thing in the lattermost days of his WRFX tenure.

We covered some other needful ground, during the course of which he promised he’d try to somehow wangle a little time to comment further on the post, which naturally I swore I’d hold him to. In fact, should he be able to get around to it I’m thinking that, rather than let his remarks languish in the comments section, I really need to give him the old main-page treatment with a freestanding guest-post.

There was also a good bit of bopping me over the head regarding a resumption of work putting a CF podcast together, which…well, I mean, y’know, damn.

Oh, and he also regaled me with some extremely intriguing tales of his days working a part-time DJ gig at ATL’s venerable and beloved Cheetah club when he was residing in The City Too Busy To Hate (“South of the North, yet North of the South”). Which was another thing I hadn’t known about ol’ Bill, the lucky bastige. “Yeah, you remember the Cheetah, right? On Spring Street? You been there before, right?” I had to confess that, when I lived there, it’s just barely possible I may have hit the Cheetah once or twice my own self. Not as a DJ, of course, nor in any other official capacity.

A-HENH!

More on these matters as and when they develop, folks.

Eyrie up!

Tonight’s Substack-a-palooza is up: “Kill. Them. ALL,” which will probably be the one and only post I do either there or here about the current Hamas/Israel conflict, feeling as I do that I’ve said all I have to say about it here many times over by now, right from the earliest days of Ye Aulde CF Blogge. I quote a few of the heavyweights—Walsh, Spencer, Steyn—before closing out thusly:

Time after time, for way too many years now, this round-robin cycle of genocide has flared up, calmed down, flared up again—lather, rinse, repeat, ad nauseum ad infinitum. I’ve wondered for quite a while on this h’yar websty, after repeated land-for-peace deals have either been nonchalantly reneged upon by the “Paleosimians” or simply rejected out of hand by those charged with “negotating” with Israel, why the hell some stout Israeli PM didn’t just say fuck this shit and, as the jihadis have been declaring they’d do to Israel since, oh, around 1948 or so, “drive them into the sea.”

With a patently anti-Israel junta (mis)ruling Amerika v2.0; hostility towards the Jewish State rife at the UN and throughout the tonier shitlib salons of Europe; ridiculous, suicidal double standards being demanded of them by people who clearly would rather they just die already and be done with it; and the inescapable fact of its existence as a tiny oasis of civilization beset on all sides by vicious, dull-witted, 10th-century primordials solemnly sworn to the extermination of Da Jew by any means required, I’d say it’s time to throw some of that same stuff right back at ‘em.

Enough already; no more dithering, half-measures, or grab-assery. End Hamas. Not a jot or tittle more for the Paleosimians. Either they make peace, or they die…to the last fucking man Jack of them.

Go ye and read of it, for It. Is. Good. Don’t forget to subscribe, comment, etc etc.

T’is the season

Be of good cheer—the holiday season officially kicked off last night, when the local classical station reran Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, complete with narration, the early annual indicator ‘round these parts that Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are nigh upon us. The other early indicator: Jurassic Media whining and bitching about how *checks notes* pumpkin spice is RAYCISSS!™, you guys!

Wait—
PUMPKIN SPICE? SRSLY?!?

Yep, apparently so.

FOOD POLITICS

Washington Post frets about ‘violent history’ of pumpkin spice
The paper reports that ‘thousands were killed, others enslaved’ over nutmeg in 1621.

The Washington Post is putting a damper on the fall by invoking the “violent history” of America’s beloved seasonal tradition: pumpkin spice.

The report titled “Fall’s favorite spice blend has a violent history” set the scene of the Dutch’s 1621 invasion of the Banda Islands (located in modern day Indonesia), detailing that “Thousands were killed, others enslaved, and many who fled to the mountains were starved out.”

University of Texas at Austin historian Adam Clulow told The Post, “The Dutch company was later accused of carrying out what some describe as the first instance of corporate genocide…And it was all for nutmeg.” The report notes that nutmeg is “one of three key spices in the blend known as pumpkin spice.”

Ahhh, not just RAYCISS™, then; RAYCISS™ in that peculiarly Southren American way, via the uniquely American system of Nee-grow chattel slavery, which absolutely no other nation in the history of the universe has ever, ever engaged in, not ever.

God, but it must truly suck to be as wholly, inchoately miserable as these shitlib cocksickles are determined to be every single minute of every single day of their miserable existences. I wouldn’t trade places with them if you paid me by the hour, myself.

Just curious

Aesop says something which raises a practical question.

Average Joe’s toleration of “public good” screw tightening has eroded down to the wear bars on that particular tire. Ain’t nobody having another helping of that, nor likely to anytime this century.

It is to laugh.

Somebody tries that anyways? Fed agent’s pelts – whole body mounts, mind you, not just the horns – would be nailed to every wall from Maine to Monterey, and snitches’ and collaborators’ heads would decorate every fencepost in sight, from sea to shining sea.

The WHOLE pelt, you say—would that include the tail and cloven hooves too, prithee tell? Asking for a friend, don’tchaknow.

Carlos Hathcock had 93 confirmed kills in a jungle war, mostly in a single tour of duty of under 13 months. Chuck Mawhinney’s official tally is recorded at 103, and another 216 probables in the same conflict. Simo Häyhä chalked up 542 Reds in only under a hundred days in the snow, maxxing out at 25 in one day. With a bolt-action rifle and iron sights!

Put in simple terms, if there’s as little as one Simo in 30,000 in the entire U.S., the entire problem is gone – forever – in the amount of time it takes to put one Marine through boot camp. (And the waiting line to sign up for that has gone pretty quiet of late.)

There’s no respawn button, they can’t shake-and-bake new orcs fast enough to overcome that problem, and even the hordes pouring across the border are going to be headed the other way the minute that happens.

Pepe LePew couldn’t clear out a town as fast as two-way gunfire hereabouts is going to solve the illegal alien problem. Least of all if some of it squirts in their direction.

And trying to disarm the populace triggers the exact scenario the feds are earnestly hoping to avoid.

I must say, t’is a consummation devoutly to be wished indeed. One strongly suspects we’ll have the opportunity to find out for sure soon enough; Lord knows caution, good judgment, humility, and simple common sense are conspicuous only by their total absence amongst our would-be masters nowadays.

Ron White famously said “You can’t fix stupid,” but that’s not entirely correct; there’s always been one sure-fire way, which has been observed in field trials to be one hundred percent effective. How convenient, then, that it also just happens to be the exact same therapy explicitly commended to their posterity by the Founding Fathers as a guaranteed palliative for tyranny.

The whole megilla

Big, LOOOONG excerpt coming up here, from an entirely brilliant article that essentially breaks down into two sections, de facto if not de jure. I’ll put the first part above the fold, then tuck the rest below so as to keep the main-page scrolling here from getting too obnoxious for y’all. Y’know, ‘cause I’m a giver like that, I am. A-HENH!

Against the Black Pill
Despite the leftist takeover of most American institutions, America is still saveable—if the right is willing to fight fire with fire.

It’s pretty easy to be optimistic about America’s prospects if you believe the tales that the conservative movement tells its donors. Or the Trump mythology. Or the Reagan hagiography.

More generally than not, though, those who know what time it is—that is, who realize just how much ground has been gained by the left in the past century and how corrupt the regime has become—tend to despair. As the kids say, they’ve been “blackpilled.” And it’s easy to see why.

What was once justly known as the land of the free and the home of the brave has devolved into an oligarchic, feminizing regime that is hostile to most of the defining elements of traditional American identity. The institutional high ground is controlled by a ruling class that is either sincerely woke and anti-American or that lacks the courage to stand up to the fanatics.

At best, our elites are just greedy—or neoliberal, to use the quaint contemporary term—and thus indifferent to America. At worst, they are woke believers hellbent on further accelerating Third World immigration, turning your kids transgender, and eradicating all dissent. What they almost never are, is unabashedly committed to constitutionalism, any kind of recognizably orthodox Christianity, liberty (on issues not related to drugs or sexuality), manliness, or any other of the features that once defined this republic. The best that can be said on their behalf is that they generally support economic growth and scientific innovation, although both are undermined by the woke erosion of standards and environmentalist neo-Luddism.

If you love America, you can still find a handful of dissident institutions that align with your beliefs (I am lucky enough to work at one)—but both the elite and mainstream institutions loudly signal that they despise your beliefs and your heritage. And they are becoming more and more brazen in wielding their power to punish dissenters and bestow special privileges upon allies.

The rule of law, the foundational pillar of American republicanism, is increasingly giving way to a two-tiered system of justice. The law (along with the media, of course) mostly turns a blind eye to the machinations of the Clintons and the Bidens, to Epstein’s pedophile network, to the millions of illegal immigrants flooding our southern border, to the homeless encampments overtaking our cities, to BLM and Antifa rioters, and to the petty and not-so-petty black criminals whom Soros-funded district attorneys refrain from prosecuting because of “antiracism.” While these allies of the regime do not operate with complete impunity, parts of the law simply do not apply to them.

The law, by contrast, comes down extra hard (and the media obsessively reports) on political dissidents who “trespassed” the Capitol on Jan. 6, citizens who defied the draconian COVID policies of the regime (unless they were protesting racial injustice), and, of course, the leading Republican contender for the presidency, his inner circle, and those who supported him in unapproved ways. Douglass Mackey was recently convicted of conspiring to deprive others of their right to vote because he tweeted unapproved memes. He faces up to 10 years in prison. The average prison sentence of the 70 BLM and Antifa rioters who have so far been found guilty is 27 months. In New York, two former lawyers, Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman, were sentenced to a little over a year for setting fire to an empty police car with a Molotov cocktail.

In 1994, Chronicles columnist Sam Francis coined the term “anarcho-tyranny” in the pages of this magazine to describe the now-prevalent double standard, but subsequent events have shown that his definition needs to be expanded. The tyranny—that is, the draconian enforcement of laws—applies not just to “the innocent and the law-abiding” ordinary citizen, but also to the political enemies of the regime. And the anarchy, or the nonenforcement of laws, extends beyond “serious criminals” to politically well-connected individuals and disorderly groups whose causes are blessed by the regime.

Part The First carries on from there, amounting to a pretty comprehensive rundown of all the institutions, bureaucracies, agencies, and media/entertainment edifices now controlled completely by the America Hatin’, Goosesteppin’ Left. Now, for Part the Second, which is all about how this sorry situation might be dealt with effectively.

It’s morning Red Dawn in America

Probably the most important Twitter X thread you’re ever gonna see.

At the direct request of no less august a personage than the highly esteemed and estimable Elon Musk his own self,  Starbuck also posted a recorded version which, being more the written-wordly type myself, I didn’t listen to. But as always, YMMV; whether by ear or by Mark 1-Mod 0 eyeball, be sure to hit “Show more” and take in the whole thing. It really does say it all—and I DO mean all.

Via WRSA and Bracken, with sincere thanks to both for calling my attention to it.

There are no bad dogs, just bad dog owners

Shitty father, shitty Doggie Daddy.

The Shocking Truth Behind Biden’s Dogs’ Aggressive Behavior
In Biden’s first year in office, Joe Biden’s dog Major became a problem for the White House, which decided to cover up the fact the German Shepherd had bitten several Secret agents. The Bidens eventually “solved” the problem by sending Major off to live with family friends and replacing him with a new German Shepherd puppy, Commander.

As a dog owner, I found the story horrifying. I cherished my dog Zuzu, a beagle/bulldog mix, for nearly twelve years before she died in July. She couldn’t always come with us on certain trips, and leaving her with family or even a kennel was excruciatingly difficult for me. Seeing the Bidens, who claimed to be dog people, give up their dog, essentially exchanging him for another one…it told me their dogs were nothing more than props for the media cameras.

And yet, it is actually so much worse.

Commander turned out to be no different than Major, and we eventually learned the new canine was responsible for several biting incidents since 2021. By the latest count, it’s now been 12 incidents.

Something doesn’t make sense. German Shepherds are notoriously intelligent dogs that are easy to train. Why are Joe Biden’s dogs so aggressive? The White House blames the high-stress environment at the White House—but that doesn’t add up, considering the Obamas, Bushes, and Clintons all had dogs at the White House without similar problems. The latest incident finally prompted the White House to remove Commander from the White House.

“The President and First Lady care deeply about the safety of those who work at the White House and those who protect them every day,” Jill Biden’s communications director, Elizabeth Alexander, said in a statement. “They remain grateful for the patience and support of the U.S. Secret Service and all involved, as they continue to work through solutions.”

“It is beyond belief that, even after Judicial Watch exposed their attacking 10 Secret Service personnel, Joe and Jill Biden have continued to let their dog menace and attack Secret Service and White House staff. Let’s be blunt: the dangerous dog could kill someone,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The ongoing Biden administration cover-up of the Biden dog attacks on Secret Service agents is dangerous corruption.”

The cover-up is just the beginning of the disturbing aspects of this story. According to sources that spoke to Judicial Watch, Joe Biden “has mistreated his dog.” The watchdog group has learned that Joe has even “punched and kicked his dogs.”

In light of how Hunter turned out after decades of being used by his father as little more than a bagman for the Biden Crime Familia’s innumerable bribery and influence-peddling enterprises, plus the serial sexual abuse of his own daughter from childhood on into her early teens, who can seriously imagine that this foul fiend would have any problem with abusing his publicity-prop dogs behind closed doors too?

Clearly, far from being the genial, jovial, grandfatherly type his handlers present him as—loves ice cream and vintage Corvettes; affectionate to children; just a friendly, fun-loving Regular Joe, with malice towards none and charity for all—the “man” is an irredeemable monster. Just more confirmation that Pedo Jaux really is the evil, soulless piece of shit we’ve always known him to be.

Wring your hands over how awfully, awfully awful it would be if we “became like them,” that we must always “take the high road” all you want, but the day Faux Jaux “Pedo Peter” BuyEm© at long last departs this vale of tears and descends into Hell to spend eternity with his old pal and kindred spirit Satan should thenceforth be celebrated as a national holiday if you ask me.

Comments policy

NOTE: In order to comment, you must be registered and approved as a CF user. Since so many user-registrations are attempted by spam-bots for their own nefarious purposes, YOUR REGISTRATION MAY BE ERRONEOUSLY DENIED.

If you are in fact a legit hooman bean desirous of registering yourself a CF user name so as to be able to comment only to find yourself caught up as collateral damage in one of my irregularly (un)scheduled sweeps for hinky registration attempts, please shoot me a kite at the email addy over in the right sidebar and let me know so’s I can get ya fixed up manually.

ALSO NOTE: You MUST use a valid, legit email address in order to successfully register, the new anti-spam software I installed last night requires it. My thanks to Barry for all his help sorting this mess out last night.

Comments appear entirely at the whim of the guy who pays the bills for this site and may be deleted, ridiculed, maliciously edited for purposes of mockery, or otherwise pissed over as he in his capricious fancy sees fit. The CF comments section is pretty free-form and rough and tumble; tolerance level for rowdiness and misbehavior is fairly high here, but is NOT without limit.

Management is under no obligation whatever to allow the comments section to be taken over and ruined by trolls, Leftists, and/or other oxygen thieves, and will take any measures deemed necessary to prevent such. Conduct yourself with the merest modicum of decorum, courtesy, and respect and you'll be fine. Pick pointless squabbles with other commenters, fling provocative personal insults, issue threats, or annoy the host (me) and...you won't.

Should you find yourself sanctioned after running afoul of the CF comments policy as stated and feel you have been wronged, please download and complete the Butthurt Report form below in quadruplicate; retain one copy for your personal records and send the others to the email address posted in the right sidebar.

Please refrain from whining, sniveling, and/or bursting into tears and waving your chubby fists around in frustrated rage, lest you suffer an aneurysm or stroke unnecessarily. Your completed form will be reviewed and your complaint addressed whenever management feels like getting around to it. Thank you.
