There’ll always be an England Part the Second

In light of this revoltin’ development, the real question is: SHOULD there be?

The Biggest Peacetime Crime—and Cover-up—in British History

“Peacetime,” he says. Dumb fuck doesn’t realize he’s in a war that began a long, long time ago.

LONDON — The grooming and serial rape of thousands of English girls by men of mostly Pakistani Muslim background over several decades is the biggest peacetime crime in the history of modern Europe. It went on for many years. It is still going on. And there has been no justice for the vast majority of the victims.

British governments, both Conservative and Labour, hoped that they had buried the story after a few symbolic prosecutions in the 2010s. And it looked like they had succeeded—until Elon Musk read some of the court papers and tweeted his disgust and bafflement on X over the new year.

Britain now stands shamed before the world. The public’s suppressed wrath is bubbling to the surface in petitions, calls for a public inquiry, and demands for accountability.

The scandal is already reshaping British politics. It’s not just about the heinous nature of the crimes. It’s that every level of the British system is implicated in the cover-up.

Social workers were intimidated into silence. Local police ignored, excused, and even abetted pedophile rapists across dozens of cities. Senior police and Home Office officials deliberately avoided action in the name of maintaining what they called “community relations.” Local councilors and Members of Parliament rejected pleas for help from the parents of raped children. Charities, NGOs, and Labour MPs accused those who discussed the scandal of racism and Islamophobia. The media mostly ignored or downplayed the biggest story of their lifetimes. Zealous in their incuriosity, much of Britain’s media elite remained barnacled to the bubble of Westminster politics and its self-serving priorities.

They did this to defend a failed model of multiculturalism, and to avoid asking hard questions about failures of immigration policy and assimilation. They did this because they were afraid of being called racist or Islamophobic. They did this because Britain’s traditional class snobbery had fused with the new snobbery of political correctness.

All of which is why no one knows precisely how many thousands of young girls were raped in how many towns across Britain since the 1970s.

One of the most disgusting, vomit-inducing articles you’ll ever read, this one is. Gotta repeat this bit, because reasons.

Britain now stands shamed before the world.

Does it, though? Because I can’t honestly say I’m seeing a whole lot of shame, much as I wish it weren’t so. Plenty of ass-covering, excuse-making, and “but…but…but…” sack-scratching going around still, which to my way of thinking indicates not shame, but shamelessness.

The public’s suppressed wrath is bubbling to the surface in petitions, calls for a public inquiry, and demands for accountability.

Uh huh. Because petitions, inquiries, and toothless “demands” have always been effective before. Perhaps Englishters need to lay off suppressing their wholly-justified wrath and try expressing it for a change—explicitly, pointedly, and energetically, in the places where it can do the most good.

As has been true of politicians everywhere and everywhen, absent cash bribes they respond mainly to pressure, and, should that fail to move them in the desired direction, pain. High time they experienced some, then. The mistake people must never, ever make (but usually do) is to imagine that a single, brief application of pressure will suffice to do the trick, and that having done so it’s now safe to just walk away assuming the battle has been won and all is well again.

No, the thing to do is maintain continuous pressure until it causes them pain, never letting up until they’ve agreed to your terms and sworn to abide by them. Should the politicians renege on the deal, lather, rinse, repeat as needed. Sooner or later torches, pitchforks, white-hot branding irons, and nooses are likely to put in an appearance. If the scoundrels make hanging a few of them necessary until the rest come around, so be it. After all, they’d certainly do the same to you. Have done, in fact, and not back in long-forgotten antiquity either, but quite recently. It’s how you wound up in this awful fix in the first place.

PRO TIP FOR BRITISH SUBJECTS: Your government doesn’t give three whoops in Hell for what you like, don’t like, want, don’t want, or expect. It’s abundantly clear that the police, elected “representatives” at every level, the press, and various other institutions both public and private care far more about the welfare of the unassimilable Moslem hordes your authorities intentionally, wittingly inflicted on you (for whom “rape, pillage, burn” isn’t a pre-Medieval abstraction but an avocation) than they ever will about your wives, mothers, sisters, and/or daughters of whatever age being beaten, gang-raped, and/or murdered in broad daylight, without fear on the part of the lawless, slavering animals responsible for said serial brutality of official sanction, reprimand, or so much as a light slap on the wrist in punishment.

As Tommy Robinson could tell his fellow Britons, there’s no help coming; you are entirely on your own, like it or not. In Not-So-Great Britain sorely-beset Normals have no advocates, no right to defend themselves, and no legal recourse. There is no knight in shining armor on a big white charger galloping to the rescue in the very nick of time. Brave Sir Launcelot perished long ago, leaving no uncut but valiant young Percival as his successor-designate to carry on with the obligatory dragon-slaying, succouring of damsels in distress, Grail-seeking, Round Table mead-swilling, and miscellaneous errantry.

If it’s the squeaky wheel that gets the grease, as the old saw has it, then I reckon it’s time and well past time Brits did some serious squeaking. In stupidly allowing their tyrannical government to disarm them without dissent or demur, His Majesty’s subjects made a bed for themselves in which no decent, self-respecting person should complacently lie. The central issue confronting the West entire is no great secret; we all know what it is, what it portends for us. All self-deception, all equivocation, all pussyfooting around must cease posthaste. Assuming it’s not already too late, that is.

Unforgettable

Looking in the rearview with 20/20 hindsight, he wasn’t much of a President; certainly, his prosection of the War On (Some) Terror was inept, while the establishment of the Department of Homeland Security and TSA bureaucracies was downright abominable. Similarly, his mischaracterization of Pisslam as “the religion of peace” was as idiotic as it was revolting. Especially insulting, that last, coming as it did mere days after the death, destruction, and disaster wreaked in the name of that same blood-soaked pseudoreligion.

But damned if he wasn’t the President we needed most in this singular moment.

I tuned in and watched as it happened, and like Dubya’s brief but rousing, note-perfect “I can hear you” remarks from the still-smoking rubble of 9/11, it was nothing short of awesome. More:

On October 30, 2001, at Game 3 of the World Series, President George W. Bush walked from the New York Yankees dugout to the pitcher’s mound to throw out the first pitch. The nation’s wounds from the September 11, 2001 terror attack were still raw. Bush, striding with purpose and conviction, was followed by cameras as he marched across the field. Later we would learn that he was wearing a bulletproof vest, but at that point in time we didn’t know.

Yankee Stadium, filled with many New Yorkers who had likely voted against Bush, roared with approval.

Bush took the mound, stared down at the catcher, reared back and threw a strike.

Yankee Stadium came undone.

It’s one of the most iconic sports moments of the 21st century, a time when all Americans, regardless of their race or politics,

Or gender! Mustn’t forget gender, damn your transphobic eyes!

came together to celebrate the common humanity of sports and the healing power of competition. The message on that night was clear: America was undaunted, we would not be defeated by terrorists. Games of sport, small as they might be in the larger geopolitical stakes, were important markers of America’s resilience and playing and attending them sent an important message: we would not let the terrorists win.

In the generation since that moment, Bush’s pitch has continued to reverberate throughout history.

As well it should—indeed, MUST, lest we break faith with the memory of the innocent thousands cruelly and wantonly slaughtered by 10th-century Muzzrat savages on that terrible morning.

Update! Just thought of a classic quote from…oh heck, who was it, Churchill, maybe? Can’t remember right now; it definitely sounds like something Churchill woulda said, anyhow. I read it someplace years and years ago and the basic meaning behind it stuck with me ever since, if not the exact wording. At any rate, it went something along the lines of “The statesman in time of war must grow to match the proportion of his appointed task. If he does not, he shall utterly fail his country, his people, and himself.”

Fits Shrubya the Chimperor (remember those? Bet ya do) to a fare-thee-well, seems to me: an essentially small, venal mediocrity who against all odds and expectations rose to the challenge in its immediate wake, then went back to being just another Deep State cock-a-roach afterwards.

There’ll always be an England?

Perhaps. Then again, perhaps not.

BrokenBritain 1.

BrokenBritain 2.

Lest any of us get to feeling smug from the cozy “couldn’t happen here” cope, may I remind you that, for the last five-six decades at least, the FUSA has tended to lag no more than five to ten years behind the Mother Country in such matters. As Bracken says, this is but the force-assembly phase of a thousand-year campaign of civilizational conquest and subjugation the decadent West can’t be arsed to concern itself about nowadays, much less prevent, still less reverse.

In the course of re-skimming through some of my favorite speculative-fiction works over lo, the past year or thereabouts—Peter Hamilton in particular, although there are others—I’ve noticed a thing that amuses me greatly. Namely, the unfounded assumption that Once-Great Britain will somehow project the cultural dominance it enjoyed several hundred years ago across the spacefaring worlds of the 30th-31st-32nd Century and beyond. Offhand references to obscure London neighborhoods, linguistic tics, architectural styles, even such prosaic artifacts as steak and kidney pie, bangers & mash, and baked beans for breakfast (?!?) get tossed around liberally, betraying the quaint, vanity-inspired notion that anybody in the far-distant future will even know what those things are…or, y’know, were.

For the matter of it, many of them are barely even remembered in present-day Londonistan, let alone Proxima Centauri in 3426; already, they are no longer traditions to be cherished and preserved, but irrelevant antiquities to be discarded. Will cookies still be known far and wide as “biscuits”? Will a yobbo still be a yobbo, a wog still a wog, a Frenchman still a Frog?

More to the point: will a Moslem-overrun England be capable of engineering and developing a wormhole drive, FTL communications, colony arkships, artificial-gravity generators? Will the Abdul-Abdel-Abdullahs, Saddiqs, and Achmeds in charge of the New British Caliphate be at all interested in undertaking such ambitious, multi-generational projects?

Not bloody likely, mate.

Not to beat up too much on Hamilton and his confreres, mind. Hey, nobody gets everything right every time; foresighted as he was, even Heinlein never saw touch screens coming, and his futuristic computer gizmos printed their output on actual paper, ferchrissakes—a long, laborious process which usually took not just hours but days. Also, Heinlein’s transtellar-flight helmsmen operated their ships’ version of “warp drive” via clunky levers, knobs, and pushbuttons; his navigators (astrogators?) plotted their course not with a holographic projection or main-viewscreen star chart, but boring old No 2 pencil and paper.

No energy weapons; no personal force-fields; no magnetized grav-boots for use in micro-gee environments or EVA. No antimatter propulsion; no mass-to-energy converters; no inertial dampeners; no starships capable of atmospheric flight and/or landing. No malmetal, glassteel, or plascrete. Heinlein and his fellow visionaries came up with lots of cool stuff in their day, sure, but their vision didn’t extend quite that far.

Rule of thumb which ought to be remembered but is too often forgotten: just because even our finest minds can’t see it on the horizon doesn’t mean it ain’t coming all the same.

Merely meat

A short but pungent rip from our old chum Baron Bodissey.

Italian Women: Don’t Be Uncovered Meat
The late “Australian” imam Sheikh Hilaly became notorious for saying: “If you take out uncovered meat and place it outside on the street, or in the garden or in the park, or in the backyard without a cover, and the cats come and eat it…whose fault is it? The cats or the uncovered meat?” According to him, an unveiled woman is like “uncovered meat”, and deserves whatever might happen to her.

In the following video, a group of “Italian” culture-enrichers attempts to explain the uncovered meat principle to a young woman who catches their collective eye.

Said video manages to be several unpalatable things at once: sick-making, enraging, beggaring belief, chilling, blood-curdling, just for openers. Bitch all you like about (((Dem JooJooJooJOOOOZ!!!))); supposed “genocide” of Paleosimians; Israeli injustice and unwarranted aggression; the USS Liberty incident; the Pollard scandal; Netanyahu being worse than Literally Hitler©; who are/are not our “natural” MidEast allies, &c, I don’t give a fast, furious fuck; one of these things is still NOT like the other, period fucking DOT. Certainly, I cannot recall any Israelis—in any nation anywhere at any time, EVER—behaving like bestial troglodytes in so crude a fashion.

That such an obscene predation could transpire in contemporary times, in a public space, in a Western nation, in broad fucking daylight ferchrissakes, only makes matters worse. That it could be shrugged off as Just The Way Things Are, No Big Deal puts the cherry on the sundae.

Then again, it must be acknowledged that Italy has always been pretty rough sledding for comely, unchaperoned young signorinas.

Unpleasant as the situation must have been for that poor girl, this infamous 1951 photo nonetheless seems fairly tame, innocent almost, compared to what the Muzzrat thugs in the aforementioned vid do. Too, we know for sure and certain that the lead Muzzie antagonist is in no way joking, exaggerating, or just showing off for his likewise high-spirited co-religionists—not a bit of it. The proferred warnings-cum-threats (promises, more like) are real, credible, and in deadly earnest, down to the last syllable.

Disgusting as it may look to present-day eyes, with the 1951 pic it could safely be assumed that running a gauntlet of catcalls, wolf-whistles, loud teeth-sucking noises, and kissy-faces would be the worst it was gonna get for the woman, the absolute limit. Having her clothes ripped off, being thrown to the sidewalk on her back, held down and gangbanged by a succession of excessively cologned, fashionably attired, impeccably coiffed Italian guys, though? No way!

In that time, even in that place, a pinch on the ass or a swift titty-grope as she walked by would’ve been thought by most to be way over the line of decency, propriety, and acceptable behavior, richly deserving of stern rebuke. Once the gropee’s father, uncles, and/or brothers got wind of it, the culprit could expect a thorough, enthusiastic mass ass-whupping to quickly ensue, if they didn’t just kill him outright. Said perp would also be expected to shut up and take his beating like a man, lest such shameful complaining and/or whinging earn him an encore after he healed up from Round Uno.

However, as has been well-established across Europe by now, with the Moslem “youths” in the vid purely-verbal intimidation is but the opening gambit, a prelude to much darker things soon to come.

After all, should this woman decline to heed the kindly advice of young Abdul-Abdel-Abdullah and his devout crew, appearing again sans veil after being duly instructed in what the Koranic Dress Code requires of females, then the only conclusion to be drawn by the Righteous is that the obstinate infidel-whore is in fact ASKING for it—that she in fact WANTS to be gang-raped to death, no?

All this in fucking ITALY, I remind you. Not Yemen, not Saudi Arabia, not Mogadishu, not Tehran. ITALY, gawd help us all.

Over There and in Amerika v2.0 alike, the filthy blaggards responsible for inflicting this plague of unassimilable tenth-century wharf rats on us have a hell of a lot to answer for. We can but hope and pray that before very much longer, those fiends will be called to account for their monstrous perfidy.

Happy Pearl Harbor Day!

SO, here’s where we’re at 83 years on: “Great” Britain, France, and Germany have all been overrun by Mooselimbs, without ever bothering to put up a fight. The FUSA has been overrun by pretty much everybody, including the ChiComs, who already effectively owned it lock, stock, and barrel anyway. Japan, after looking for a few years there like they’d be the Far Eastern nation that was gonna end up owning everything and everybody, is now a floundering economic and military basket case whose young men have been so cowed, beaten down, and feminized they can’t even be bothered to chase pussy anymore.

The Dutch? Same-same. Spain is well on its way to becoming Andalusia v2.0, just another brick in the global-caliphate wall. The Eyeties? Who cares. Does that country still even exist?

Korea is still scarred by a fiercely-enforced DMZ separating its two (2) halves after the Chinks stepped in and dealt the Yanks a solid ass-whupping which ran them back across the Yalu and out of Korea altogether. After almost two (2) decades of pointless war Vietnam was reunified, which all involved parties seem to regret.

Russia is having tremendous difficulty kicking ass and taking names against an adjoining former-USSR shitrapy around one-sixteenth its size which has been saddled with a corrupt government led by a midget robbing both his own nation and the FUSA blind.

Meanwhile, the FUSAn central goobermint is under the iron-fisted control of a shadowy cabal of authoritarian incompetents whose identities We Duh Sheepul will never know, not that most of us seem to care all that much one way or the other as long as we still have Netflix and Super Bowl Sunday to placate us. Said cabal installed as its frontman “President” a hilariously inept, barely-ambulatory, shameless, astoundingly corrupt, unintelligent career conman so far advanced into the final stages of dementia he has repeatedly gotten confused about where he is, why he’s there, how he got there, who brought him, who he’s supposed to be talking to, why certain ex-people who died years ago aren’t there, etc etc.

Then his own criminal organization masquerading as a political party elbowed him out and anointed as his replacement a visibly drunk, embarrassingly inarticulate, cackling old whore that nobody but NOBODY liked at all. Thankfully, an irrepressible, rambunctious, fun-loving outsider promising vengeance against the Swamp critters who have tormented him and his family incessantly for nigh on a decade kicked the day-drinking whore’s ass so hard she ended up wearing it as a hat, crushing her well beyond the margin of fraud which had sufficed to install the previous two (2) “Presidents” at the very least.

Now tell me again who won WW2, please. Hell, for the matter of it, can anybody truthfully be said to have won it? From where I’m sitting, it’s beginning to look like EVERYBODY lost.

From MAGA to MEGA

The Jeddak of Jeddaks gets positively jiggy with it.

Trump’s agenda is not compatible with American decline. Trump wants America to thrive. He wants America to be strong.

Just as a weak country must weaken its allies, a strong country can afford to strengthen them.

This would be a complete break with decades of implicit US foreign policy.

Trump has said repeatedly that he wants Europe to pull its weight in NATO, meeting the 2% GDP threshold that all member states are theoretically expected to fulfill, but which almost none of them actually do. Being a businessman, he frames this in financial terms: why should America pick up the tab for Europe’s defence? Which is certainly an urgent matter, given the disastrous state of America’s national debt. But this has inevitable geopolitical consequences. A remilitarized Europe that can actually defend itself is a Europe that is no longer at the mercy of the American military.

Making Europe Great Again isn’t solely a matter of investing more in European militaries. Such an agenda reaches into everything. Arabs and Africans need to be remigrated, in vast numbers. The rainbow parades need to stop: a continent of prancing sodomites is not a continent that can defend itself. And, of course, the economy must be revived: the overly intrusive regulatory fetters must be peeled off and set on fire, in order to make it possible for Europeans to once again exercise that famous, world-shaking creativity. People talk about “American ingenuity”, and Americans are ingenious, but this is only because Americans are a subspecies of European.

Extending MAGA to MEGA is not a matter of charity. The interconnectivity of the world makes MEGA essential to MAGA, and vice versa. The vampire strategy of ruling by weakening the imperial dependencies a little faster than they weaken the imperial core just results in the whole system getting weaker, which is a problem when your opponents are pursuing the opposite strategy domestically.

MEGA is also domestically important. The people running Europe are loyalists of the US deep state. As one example, the EU has been used as a way for the American deep state to try and do an end run around the US Constitution and reintroduce internet censorship, particularly on X, via the back door: the Eurocrats and their tame courts are quite happy to help them with this. There’s also a symbiotic relationship between Eurocrats and their left-wing American counterpart in the deep state: leftist policies are implemented in European political laboratories, which are subsidized by the American economy; their ‘successes’ are then cited as reason to bring these same policies home to America. If Trump is serious about dismantling his enemies at home, he also needs to crush their allies abroad.

This absolutely magisterial piece is a long ‘un indeed, of which you will most definitely want to read the all, folks.

Yes, it’s always been this way

Conflict and strife with Pisslam is a forever kind of thing.

Remembering Why the U.S. Navy Was Formed: To Combat Islamic Terror
During a recent mosque sermon at the North Hudson Islamic Center in New Jersey, a CAIR official, Ayman Aishat, made a seemingly startling claim:

We live in America, the United States of America. Brothers and sisters, those who do not know history, not too long ago, the USA was paying the jizya to the Ottoman Caliph.

Could this be?

First, let us define jizya. In brief (full discussion here), it is the monetary tribute that conquered or cowed infidels pay their Islamic overlords in exchange for peace, according to Koran 9:29:

Fight those among the People of the Book [Christians and Jews] who do not believe in Allah, nor the Last Day, nor forbid what Allah and his Messenger have forbidden, nor embrace the religion of truth [Islam], until they pay the jizya with willing submission and feel themselves subdued.

And yes, Aishat is correct: once upon a time, in its fledgling youth, the United States succumbed to paying jizya to appease Muslim terrorists. That story is instructive — not least as it includes the genesis of the U.S. Navy.

Between the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries, the Muslims of North Africa (“Barbary”) thrived on enslaving Europeans. According to the conservative estimate of American professor Robert Davis, “between 1530 and 1780 there were almost certainly a million and quite possibly as many as a million and a quarter white, European Christians enslaved by the Muslims of the Barbary Coast.” (With countless European women selling for the price of an onion, little wonder by the late 1700s, European observers noted how “the inhabitants of Algiers have a rather white complexion.”)

As Barbary slaving was a seafaring venture, nearly no part of Europe was untouched. From 1627 to 1633, Lundy, an island off the west coast of Britain, was actually occupied by the pirates, whence they pillaged England at will. In 1627 they raided Denmark and even far-off Iceland, hauling a total of some 800 slaves.

Such raids were accompanied by the trademark hate. One English captive writing around 1614 noted that the Muslim pirates “abhor the ringing of the [church] bells being contrary to their Prophet’s command,” and so destroyed them whenever they could. In 1631, nearly the entire fishing village of Baltimore in Ireland was raided, and “237 persons, men, women, and children, even those in the cradle” were seized.

By the late eighteenth century, Barbary’s strength relative to Europe had plummeted, and the Muslims could no longer raid the European coastline for slaves — certainly not on the scale of previous centuries — so its full energy was spent on raiding non-Muslim merchant vessels. European powers responded by buying peace through tribute, which the Muslims accepted as jizya.

Fresh and fair meat appeared on the horizon once the newly born United States broke free of Great Britain and was therefore no longer protected by the latter’s jizya payments. In 1785, Muslim pirates from Algiers captured two American vessels, the Maria and Dauphin. They enslaved and paraded the sailors through the streets to jeers and whistles. Considering the horrific ways Christian slaves were treated in Barbary — sadistically tortured, pressured to convert, and sodomized, as described in the writings of missionaries, redeemers, and others (e.g., John Foxe, Fr. Dan, Fr. Jerome Maurand, Robert Playfair; see pp. 279-283) — when the Dauphin’s Captain O’Brian later wrote to Thomas Jefferson that “our sufferings are beyond our expression or your conception,” he was not exaggerating.

And the rest, as the saying goes, is history. Note Washington’s pithy take:

In such an enlightened, in such a liberal age, how is it possible that the great maritime powers of Europe should submit to pay an annual tribute to the little piratical States of Barbary? Would to Heaven we had a navy able to reform those enemies to mankind, or crush them into nonexistence.

As we all ought to know well enough after ~250 years of continual Muzzrat depredation against the US, the only rational, realistic choice has to be Option B. Remember, too, the “…shores of Tripoli” bit in the very first line of the Marine Corps Hymn. It’s in there for a very good reason, y’know.

Didn’t see THIS one coming

Bill “The meaning of the word IS” Clinton, telling the God’s honest truth without somebody holding a loaded pistol against his temple, about anything at all? If you’d told me thirty years ago this day would come, I’da laughed in your face and said you were an escapee from the Ha-Ha Hotel, on the lam from the boys with the butterfly nets and those odd jackets with the straps that buckle at the back. I mean, just…just…WOW.

“Show more” workaround:

“And the only time Yasser Arafat didn’t tell me the truth was when he promised me he was gonna accept the peace deal that we had worked out, which would have given the Palestinians a state on 96% of the West Bank and 4% of Israel, and they got to choose where the 4% of Israel was. So they would have the effect of the same land of all the West Bank. They would have a capital in East Jerusalem.

I can hardly talk about this…. And they would have equal access all day every day to the security towers that Israel maintained all through the West Bank up to the Golan Heights.

All this was offered, including, I will say it again, a capital in East Jerusalem and 2 of the 4 quadrants of the old city of Jerusalem, confirmed by the Israeli prime minister, Ehud Barak, and his cabinet. And they said no.

And I think part of it is that Hamas did not care about a homeland for the Palestinians. They wanted to kill Israelis and make Israel uninhabitable.

Well, I got news for them, they were there first before their faith existed.

They were there. In the time of King David, in the southern most tribes, Hadjardia and Samaria.”

The truth, the whole truth, and nuttin’ but the truth. From the mouth of a Clinton, yet. Man alive, “unexpected” doesn’t even BEGIN to cover it.

Whither the Renaissance Man?

CF friend KT—she of Saturday Pet Thread renown, among other notable things—hips us to an intriguing VDH column. Sefton linked it earlier this week, but I let it get by me somehow.

We Are in Need of Renaissance People
The songwriter, actor, country/western singer, musician, U.S. Army veteran, helicopter pilot, accomplished rugby player and boxer, Rhodes scholar, Pomona College and University of Oxford degreed, and summa cum laude literature graduate, Kris Kristofferson, recently died at 88.

Americans may have known him best for writing smash hits like “Me and Bobby McGee” and “For the Good Times,” his wide-ranging, star-acting roles in A Star is Born and Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid, his numerous solo albums, especially with then-spouse and singer Rita Coolidge, and the country group super-quartet he formed with Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Willie Nelson.

In other words, Kristofferson was a rare Renaissance man who could do it all in an age of increasingly narrow specialization and expertise.

At certain times throughout history at particular locales, we have seen such singular people from all walks of life.

Classical Athens produced polymaths like Aristotle—tutor to Alexander the Great, logician, student of music, art, and literature, educator, think-tank founder, biologist, philosopher, and scientist. Later Greeks like Archimedes and Ptolemy, as men of action, mastered six or seven disciplines and applied their abstract knowledge in ways that made life easier for those around them.

But we associate the idea of a “Renaissance man” mostly with Florence, Italy, between the 15th and 16th centuries. In that brief 100 years, the Florentine Republic hosted multi-talented geniuses like Leonardo da Vinci—master painter, sculptor, architect, scientist, engineer, and inventor—best known for the Mona Lisa and Last Supper.

The American Revolution was a similar embryo of Renaissance men. Thomas Jefferson was perhaps the most famous example of unchecked abstract and pragmatic genius displayed in almost every facet of late 18th– and early 19th-century life—main author of the Declaration of Independence, third U.S. President, founder of the University of Virginia, inventor, agronomist, architect, and diplomat.

But Benjamin Franklin may best approximate the model of the Florentine Renaissance holistic brilliance—journalist, publisher, printer, author, politician, diplomat, inventor, scientist, and philosopher.

And here’s where it gets really interesting.

The best American example of the current age is the controversial Elon Musk, a truly Renaissance figure who has revolutionized at least half a dozen entire fields.

Huh. Much as I’ve come to like and admire him, I hadn’t thought about Elon as a modern-day Renaissance Man before, but now that VDH brought it up it seems obvious. Onwards.

No one prior had broken the Big Three auto monopoly of GM, Ford, and Chrysler.

Musk did just that. He exploded all three companies’ dominance with his successful creation of the first viable electric vehicle, Tesla, whose comfort, drivability, reliability, safety, and power rivaled or exceeded the models of all his competitors.

His spin-off battery storage and solar panel companies allowed thousands of families to go off the grid and stay self-sufficient in power usage.

Musk’s revolutionary Starlink internet system—a mere five years old—provides global online service to over 100 countries. Through its some 7,000 satellites, Starlink brings internet service to remote residents far more effectively and cheaply than do their own governments. When natural disasters overwhelm utilities or war disrupts the normality of peace, all look to Musk to restore online reconnections to the outside world.

Musk, almost singlehandedly, transformed the U.S. space program from a NASA 60-year-old government monopoly to an arena of fervent private-public competition. His Space Exploration Technologies Corporation (SpaceX) created a rocket and spacecraft program that has kept the U.S. preeminent in space exploration and reliable satellite launches. When NASA and old aerospace companies falter, the government looks to Musk to bail them out.

Musk, at great personal cost, radically transformed the old Twitter—poorly managed, censorious of ideas and expressions not deemed progressive, and mired in scandal for partnering with the FBI to silence news deemed possibly injurious to Democratic candidates and left-wing campaigns.

His new X replacement is an unfettered platform for free expression. And the more the left abhors their loss of the monopolistic old Twitter’s ideological clearing house, and vows to flee X and start their own new left-wing, censorious Twitters, the more they stay on X.

There’s more yet, and it’s…well, like I said, it’s intriguing.

SIDE NOTE: I haven’t looked in on Hanson for a goodish while—nor American Greatness itself, for whom he used to write a regular column, and perhaps still does—but for many years practically every piece he published was linked and excerpted approvingly here at CF; in particular, his post-9/11 output looking into the Moslem supremacist threat and how the West might most successfully deal with it was reliably excellent—very insightful, well-written, and steeped in the historical perspective. I see now he has his own website, The Blade Of Perseus, which I didn’t know about before. Duly bookmarked and blogrolled.

Update! Just checked and yep, looks like Hanson is still posting over at AmGreat. A little taste of another good piece, this one with an overly optimistic title.

Try a Little Honesty About Israel
Rather than admitting their own role in igniting the Middle East, Biden and Harris now blame the victims of their own incendiary foreign policy.

Honesty? From these congenital liars?!? *snort* Yeah, as if. That’ll be the day.

It was the terrorists of Hamas who surprise attacked and murdered 1,200 Israeli civilians during peace and a Jewish holiday.

Their slaughtering torturing, raping, and hostage-taking revealed a level of precivilization barbarism rarely seen in the modern era.

Israel was simultaneously targeted by rockets from Hamas and Hezbollah that would eventually number over 20,000.

It did not respond to the bloodbath with a full-scale invasion of Gaza until October 27, some three weeks after the slaughtering.

During that interim, for most of the Muslim world and both U.S. Muslim communities and on American campuses, there was rejoicing at the news of slaughtered Jews.

After it all, Biden-Harris lifted sanctions on a hostile Iran, giving it $100 billion in oil windfalls. It begged Iran to reenter the disastrous Iran deal. It abandoned the Abraham Accords. It lifted the terrorist designation from the terrorist Houthis. It restored fungible aid to the Hamas tunnel builders. It gave new aid to Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon.

Israel’s enemies got the Biden message: attack the Jewish state and perhaps Americans for the first time in a half-century may not really mind that much.

And so they did in unison.

And will go right on doing so, unless and until we finally pay heed to LeMay’s sagacious advice.

Curtislemay1 2x.

Read all of that Hanson piece at AG, folks, and expect to see more of the man ‘round these h’yar parts henceforth. I have been remiss, now I intend to make it up to y’all. What the hey, it’s the least I can do.

Terrorists to Israel: “Let’s stop fighting, we’re losing”

Finish ‘em off, Bibi.

Hezbollah Wants a Ceasefire Now. Here’s Why Israel Shouldn’t Give Them One.
Ceasefire now? As much as Kamala Harris wants one and would capitalize upon one if it did materialize, the answer must be a firm no.

After exploding pagers and a series of carefully targeted Israeli airstrikes have completely decimated Hezbollah’s senior leadership, the jihad terror organization now wants a ceasefire with Israel. This will come as music to the ears of the Biden-Harris regime, which would like nothing better than an October peace agreement between Israel and one of the major players that are arrayed against it.

The Harris campaign could wave this agreement in the air every time someone pointed out that the world during the Trump years was a much more peaceful place than it is now, and use it going into the election as evidence of Kamala Harris’ superior negotiating skills. But for a number of important reasons, Israel should resist all pressure from Washington.

So far, the pressure for the moment is coming not from Washington, but from Hezbollah itself. CNN reported Tuesday that Hezbollah Deputy Secretary General Naim Qassem, who is the highest-ranking official in the organization at the moment (after Israel took out longtime Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah and several of his designated or potential successors) said, “We support the political efforts led by (Parliament Speaker Nabih) Berri under the banner of achieving a ceasefire. Once the ceasefire is firmly established and diplomacy can reach it, all other details will be discussed and decisions will be made collaboratively.”

Ceasefire! Diplomacy! Qassem knows how to push all the right buttons to get the U.S. State Department, the European Union, and the United Nations on his side, and even to shower billions upon his straitened organization. Kamala Harris has already sent $157 million to Lebanon, which means to Hezbollah.

Nevertheless, Antony Blinken and his henchmen in Foggy Bottom are likely to take Qassem’s endorsement of Berri’s ceasefire proposal with the utmost seriousness, and start badgering the Israelis to accept it. If they prevail upon them to do so, they’ll only be enabling Hezbollah to survive and get back on its feet after the heavy losses it has recently suffered. This is certain from what Islamic law teaches about when treaties, including temporary truces, should be concluded with a non-Muslim foe.

Yep, those “temporary truces” being known by a specific name in Muzzrat circles: hudna, that would be, a strictly temporary cease-fire intended to allow an exhausted, nearly defeated Mooselimb antagonist to re-equip, refit, and reinvigorate for the next round of jihadi conquest. Thus:

The concept of hudna deserves a close look: It is not a Qur’anic term, nor is it the only Arabic word for a cease-fire or truce; others include: muhadana, muwada’a, muhla, musalaha, musalama, mutaraka, and sulh. But hudna is the most prominent. It is the first word used in Muslim history to mean cease-fire, specifically in the context of the seventh century Truce or Treaty of al-Hudaybiyya, often termed the Sulh al-Hudaybiyya (peace of al-Hudaybiyya).

Named after a village outside Mecca, the truce came six years after Muhammad and his followers abandoned Mecca for Yathrib, today’s Medina. This move, known as the hijra (emigration) is of enormous significance for the classical understanding of jihad, inasmuch as it sets a pattern of retreat followed by regrouping and rearming, which permits an attack on the territory previously left behind.

Spencer, for his part, understands what’s actually going on here perfectly well.

Blinken and his colleagues are dogmatically committed to the proposition that Islam has nothing whatsoever to do with the conflict between Israel and its jihadi enemies and can illuminate nothing about that conflict, but the facts are otherwise.

Islamic law does not envision a state of permanent peace between Muslims and non-Muslims. Instead, the Qur’an instructs Muslims to “fight them until persecution is no more and religion is all for Allah” (8:39). If Muslims must continue fighting non-Muslims until “religion is all for Allah,” that means that there is no place in Islam for the “coexistence” that the left professes to value so highly. There can be no coexistence, but only perpetual warfare, although there can be sporadic periods in which a temporary peace prevails.

Islamic law is very clear about when these pauses in the war can go into effect. It only allows for a truce if the Muslims expect their foes to convert to Islam, or if the Muslims are weak and need to gather strength to fight later more effectively: “If Muslims are weak, a truce may be made for ten years if necessary, for the Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) made a truce with the Quraysh for that long, as is related by Abu Dawud… Interests that justify making a truce are such things as Muslim weakness because of lack of numbers or materiel, or the hope of an enemy becoming Muslim…” (Reliance of the Traveller, o9.16).

This idea is founded on the Qur’an: “So do not falter and cry out for peace when you have the upper hand…” (47:35).

Hezbollah is crying out for peace because it does not have the upper hand. It is calling for a ceasefire because it is weak, and needs time to gather its strength. This would, therefore, be the worst time to conclude a ceasefire. Heedless of all this, however, and hating Israel as they do, Biden, Harris, and Blinken will keep pressuring Israel to accept a ceasefire. Netanyahu should stand strong in rejecting this pressure.

And there you have it. Once again, I must repeat: Kill. Them. ALL. Contra the constant teary squeals of “genocide” from idiotic Western shitlibs and, embarrassingly enough, Crackpot Rightists in this context (neither Hezbollah, nor Hamas, nor Paleosimian, nor even Muslim itself constitutes a race, therefore definitionally rendering the claim of “genocide” entirely null and void), there really is no other long-term solution for Western Civ than just this.

Update! Francis asks the pertinent question.

I strive to use words according to their exact meanings. The word existential has such a meaning: “of, relating to, or affirming existence.” Thus, an existential enemy is one whose aim is to end your existence. There can be no greater threat than such an enemy; he poses an existential threat.

Is there a point – a defensible rationale – to negotiating with such an enemy?

A: No. No, there most certainly is not. In such a circumstance, you have but three (3) options: Kill him, surrender, or die your own self, the last two of which amount to the same thing when all’s said and done. Period fucking dot, all there is to it, end of story.

Take ’em out, take ’em out, take ’em ALLLLL out!

Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Note the secondaries, which would tend to support the weapons-depot hypothesis. No reasonable non-((((JooJooJooJOOOOO!!!))))-obsessed person can say they didn’t have it coming. Meanwhile Netanyahu, for his part, makes an encouraging prediction.

Netanyahu: Iran’s Islamic Republic will fall sooner than people think
Netanyahu claims Iran’s regime will fall soon and envisions future peace between Israel and a free Iran amid reported IDF strikes on Hezbollah targets.

T’is a consummation devoutly to be wished.

“When Iran is finally free – and that moment will come a lot sooner than people think – everything will be different,” he said.

“When that day comes, the terror network that the regime built in five continents will be bankrupt, dismantled,” Netanyahu explained, adding that Iran will “thrive as never before.”

“There is nowhere in the Middle East Israel cannot reach,” Netanyahu said on Monday. “There is nowhere we will not go to protect our people and protect our country.”

On Monday, he released a statement in English aimed at the Iranian people, explaining that “at this pivotal moment, I want to address you – the people of Iran. I want to do so directly, without filters, without middlemen.

“With every passing moment, the regime is bringing you – the noble Persian people – closer to the abyss,” he stated.

“The vast majority of Iranians know their regime doesn’t care a whit about them,” Netanyahu said.

I’m afraid I can’t honestly say as I’m as optimistic about that “vast majority” business as Bibi appears to be. Be that as it may, Godspeed to you, your country, and its valiant armed forces, Mr Netanyahu, sir. If this be “genocide”—which is of course arrant, stark-raving shitspew from the “our natural allies” doofi of the Crackpot Right—then make the most of it, sayeth I.

Comeuppance for not-great Brit

Another impeccable smackdown, this one an oldie but goldie from 2018.

WATCH: British State Media Hack Does Migrant Propaganda, Polish MEP Immediately Slaps Her Down
Having gone down a rabbit hole of Eastern Europe’s policies vis-à-vis Third World immigration, I came across a wild 2018 clip featuring Cathy Newman and Dominik Tarczyński, Member of the European Parliament (MEP) on the topic of Poland’s blanket refusal of “refugees.”

Cathy didn’t know what she was getting into. She must have thought she was dealing with a limp-wristed Tory or whatever passes for nationalism in Great Britain these days.

Eastern Europeans are built differently.

Cathy insists on calling them “refugees”; Tarczyński insists in turn on calling them illegal Muslim immigrants. Cathy is consternated that Tarczyński seems “proud” that his country rejects Muslim immigrants; Tarczyński is unfazed. Cathy asks how many “refugees” Poland has taken, and he gives her the exact answer, to which she responds by accusing him of — and you’ll be shocked — racism:

Zero…If you’re asking me about Muslim illegal immigration, none, not even one, will come to Poland, not even one if it’s illegal. We took over two million Ukrainians who are working, who are peaceful in Poland, we will not receive even one Muslim because this is what we promised…

This is why our government was elected. This is why Poland is so safe. This is the reason why we have not even one terrorist attack…We can be called populists, nationalists, racists, I don’t care. I care about my family and my country.

As well he might, and damn’ sure oughta. Onwards.

You might recall Cathy Newman from her self-immolating “interview” with Jordan Peterson that was actually just her shadow-boxing a caricature that she made up about him, which subsequently went viral for all the reasons she wished it hadn’t — a painful exhibition of the kind of straw manning the corporate state media is notorious for.

Yet here are the Polish handling their “refugee” crisis in the most appropriate manner possible, except that perhaps they are using non-lethal weapons like pepper spray instead of more determinative tools.

For the nonce, anyhow. Even so, I think it entirely safe to say that such-like dreadful escalation is almost certainly coming, and that right soon—in scattered at-risk subsectors, if not across whacking great swathes of Western Civ entire.

In any event, how refreshing it is that the leaders of Poland, Hungary, and other former Soviet-bloc nation-states remain sensible enough, indomitable enough, defiantly patriotic enough, to unapologetically put the interests of their own people first and foremost (the esteemed and estimable Hungarian PM Viktor Orban gets a mention in the cited article)—as opposed to the dickless so-called “leadership” of Great Britainistan and the EUnuch dogpile who are only too eager to tuck their tails fearfully, roll over onto their backs and present their yellow bellies in a piteous show of abject submission, and sell out their own subject populations for a mess of PC pottage.

For whatever bizarre reason, “leaders” of MZZXXX Newman’s despicable stripe always seem to be far more keen to attack, insult, and brutalize their own hapless countrymen than the designated “victim”-class colonizers du jour. Far be it from those lordly beings to commingle with the deplorable Other Ranks; simply unthinkable, to demean their exalted personages via deigning to root, snort, and swill at the slop-troughs of the mud-caked domestic Lower Orders right alongside the appalling Rayciss!!™ swine. Heaven forfend!

Not Our Kind, wot-wot! Now do be a dear, lovey: run along and fetch me another of your exquisite Melonball Martinis, woon’tchew? The SuperJumboPlus-sized flagon, if you please, with mounds and mounds of orange slices, lime and lemon wedges, Maraschino cherries, festive swizzle sticks, and those delightful miniature cocktail brollies, thenksveddymuch. Mind you don’t forget a wad of the small beverage nappies, me lass, printed in the most frightfully lurid colors to hand. Pip-pip and jolly good show, eh wot? I sye, THERE’S a good serving-wench! Give no attention to the overfed, bespectacled bugger bearing an uncanny resemblance to an overgrown frog in mismatched, spectacularly unfashionable clothing, there by the bar-counter waving his hand unctuously at you. To my undying shame I’m personally acquainted with the ill-favored blighter, we were at school together as boys. Take it from me, he’s a wrong ‘un: a pox, a right perisher, an absolute rotter—by way, actually, of being the neighborhood curse. Sod him! Off y’go then, and good luck to ye. Well done, tallyho, yoicks, topping, cheerio, and all that rubbish…

That being the case, trust Newman and her Globalist Ruling Class cohort to bark at their national brethren and sistren (a-HENH!) more ferociously, bite them more savagely, harass them more perfervidly, and oppress them more creatively, variously, and incessantly than they ever will anybody else. With the GRC©, it’s nothing but bowing, simpering rumpswabbery for immivader hordes, avowed-enemy shitrapies, and assorted plunderous beggar-nations. For the poor benighted sods they misrule, however, it’s the back of the hand, sneering contumely, and languorous disdain at best, neither more nor less.

Yes, both Over There and rat cheer in Amerika v2.0 as well, in case anybody was about to comfort themselves with a relieved sigh and the tired old standby, “Thank goodness it can never happen here!” Alas, it is my painful duty to inform you all, with utmost sorrow and regret, that oh yes it certainly can; in fact it has, it is, and it will continue to. That is, unless/until it is stopped—forcefully, unmercifully, decisively, beyond the most niggling possibility of misinterpretation, misrepresentation, or disputatious picking of nits. I refer you to Mike’s Iron Law #873, among several others, for confirmation, related observations in support of etc, tawdry sloganeering, and other random unpleasantness.

The GRC©’s arrogance is illimitable; their self-regard insufferable; their perspective badly skewed; their immoderation rampant, their compassion for their own Serf Class inferiors imperceptible. It’s the way of all pusillanimous pissants, see; it’s who they are, it’s what they do, always and forever, in every place, in every time. It cometh naturally to them, this ragged pastiche of traits, tendencies, and motivations born less of conscious thought and self-volition than of quasi-autonomic reflex.

As for the FUSA itself, if John and Betty Sue Normal want this unprecedented traducement of all and every precept of good governance, basic human decency, and the security and safety of their homes, their towns, and their very persons to stop (which, it appears that they do; I mean, how could they NOT, for Pete’s sake?), they must needs deal with the grotesque, sewer-crawling mutants of their own domestic Swamp-Critter Class who are responsible—directly, spitefully, heedlessly, intentionally, and with malice aforethought—for calling this unwarranted affliction down on their heads if they seriously hope to make it happen.

We all know full well what that means, what it will necessarily entail, whether we admit the cold, harsh reality to ourselves or not. So will we or won’t we, then? Only time will tell. And, I suspect, not a great deal more of it, either.

Speaking of those GRC© shitwits, a classic Monty Python skit would not go amiss, I shouldn’t think.

Overthrow the government NOW!

ALL the governments: (not) Great Britain, Ireland, France, Churmany, Amerika v2.0—ALL of them.

It’s difficult to improve upon this Tweeter’s summation of the present state of the United Kingdom:

However, just for the record, from the BBC:

The attack was not terror-related, police said.

No, of course not, perish the thought. Is it ever, really?

Well, it certainly struck terror into the heart of Southport. But presumably Merseyside Constabulary meant that the perp was not a card-carrying member of a recognised terrorist organisation acting on instructions from a renowned terrorist mastermind. Instead, as merely yet another paid-up member of the Amalgamated Union of Lone Wolves, he fatally stabbed two young children at a Taylor Swift “dance workshop”, and injured nine more, six of them critically. [UPDATE: A third victim has died. Three dead, all girls – six, seven and nine.]

As is now traditional on such occasions, police profess to be baffled by the “motive” for the attack.

Perhaps the notion that there can be a plausible “motive” for the stabbing of infants is not terribly helpful. Motivated or not, Europe has rather a lot of it.

America has mass shootings; Europe has mass stabbings. From Southport to Annecy to Dublin, your kid goes to a dance class…or the park…or her kindergarten – and gets stabbed. Eva and I used to cover these motive-less “incidents” on The Mark Steyn Show soberly and honestly, in part because:

a) very few other people did, save for Tommy Robinson, whom the British state has now driven into exile; and

b) there is not a lot to be said for a polity willing to sacrifice its youngest and most vulnerable on the altar of “diversity”. Such a society will not survive, and indeed does not deserve to.

And yet the state, in Britain as in Europe, seems to be making a conscious effort to accept occasional child sacrifice as a routine feature of life. If one were genuinely baffled by motive, one might expect a bit more effort in media reports as to why this happened, instead of tedious examples without end of the ghastly hand-wringing passivity of official reaction, from the King and his first minister down – and zero coverage of the realities of the crime and the truth about its perpetrator.

Which cumulatively suggests that this is just the price one has to pay for the vibrant multiculti utopia the Uniparty has brought us: Don’t worry, there won’t be a lot of it, we’ll try to hold it down to what the cynics at the Home Office used to call (with respect to Irish terrorism) “an acceptable level of violence”. But once in a while your moppet will go to a Taylor Swift workshop and not come home.

Against expectations, the sheep-like British general populace r’ared up on their hindlegs en masse to protest the bleedin’ ‘ell out of what’s been done to them and to their once-proud, long since enfeebled nation—intentionally and with malice aforethought—by their blighted government, thereby spurring the vile PM to LEAP into action with tremendous vim and vigor to let the revoltin’ peasants know, in no uncertain terms, just exactly what’s what.

British prime minister condemns spreading violent protests as ‘far-right thuggery’
Aug. 4 (UPI) — Prime Minister Keir Starmer of Britain condemned violent protests that have erupted throughout the country following last week’s brutal stabbing spree as “far-right thuggery” that will be met with the “full force of the law.”

In a televised address on Sunday, Starmer warned those either participating in the violence or fueling it online that they will “regret taking part in this disorder.”

“This is not protest. It is organized, violent thuggery. And it has no place on our street or online,” he said.

Violence instigated by far-right protesters has erupted throughout cities in Britain after three children were killed and eight others were wounded, five critically, in a stabbing spree committed July 29 at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in the seaside town of Southport. Two adults were also injured.

We’re all chuffed to know for sure whose side he’s on, I’m sure. Carry on then, lads; cheerio, cor blimey, stiff upper lip and all that, wot wot. I s’y mates, cracking good show, eh? God save the King Mahdi, and may the sun never set on His Holy Caliphate. Too right, and well done!

Overthrow ALL the governments? That’s exactly what I said, bub, and that’s exactly what I meant too, damned skippy. When a government defiantly, bare-facedly demonstrates itself to be the enemy of its people—as all the above-mentioned ones among plenty of others indubitably have done—what recourse is left to those it misrules, affronts, and abuses but to rid themselves of it by any and/or all means necessary? Unpleasant, unpalatable, and just downright terrifying as the prospect is…well, as I always say, here we all are just the same.

So be it then. Let all peoples immiserated by a malevolent Leviathan-state cast aside doubt, abjure fear, and steel their resolve for the long, brutal struggle inevitably to come—a truly existential conflict, waged against a monstrous, merciless adversary—in which there will be no “Participant” trophies awarded post bellum, nor any “Chairborne Warrior” medals with “Perfect Attendance” cluster. Nope, I’m afraid pretty much every ambulatory swingin’ Richard is gonna be a shooter & looter for the impending festivities, if only due to the inescapable reality that today, tomorrow, next week, next month, et al the hostilities won’t be held in some distant, far-flung locale with an unpronouncable foreign name and bewildering street-signs that have way too many consonants painted on. This time, no matter how fast and far you run or how cleverly you hide, the battlefield will always be right there; in your town, your neighborhood, your block, your street, your lawn. For most of us, it will be a binary solution-set consisting strictly of two (2) choices: go marching off to war, or let the war come to you. Which, like it or not, I assure you it will.

That being so, let all eyes be opened, the better to see and know the face of The Enemy. Let The Enemy be taught to fear us instead of holding us in contempt, as He has for far too long a time. Let Him forever rue the day when first He made the mortal miscalculation of considering We The People to be His inferiors—His servants, rather than His masters. Let Him pay for these and innumerable similarly blunderous misunderestimations (heh; sorry) dearly, excruciatingly, immensurably—a settling of the karmic debt in turn giving birth to an agony graven so heavily onto whatever passes for His coal-black soul that the pain of it will never dwindle, much less dissipate altogether. Pain so persistent, so incredibly powerful that, in fact, He’ll never know another restful night’s sleep for the vivid Technicolor severity of the recurring nightmares.

One more time: Said it, meant it, don’t give a drizzlin’ shit if it harelips every cannibal on the Congo. To adapt the words of a lionhearted Founding Patriot whose slow recession from America’s collective memory shames us all: if this be Fedposting, make the most of it.

ADDENDUM: Yeh, yeh, I know it’s Wednesday night, and getting sorta late to boot. Spent more time getting this post put together than I really ought to’ve, it sorta put me behind on the meme thang. Happily, all’s I gotta do to get Memezapoppin’ up and at ‘em is just finish the dang thing; having started work on it last night, it’s already about halfway assembled, so pas de sweat. Sit tight, peeps.

Hell on holiday

Spencer graciously provides a long-awaited excuse for me to swipe that great Dashiell Hammett line, albeit abbreviated, from the mouth of his iconic Contintental Op character.

Sweden Is Safer in the Summertime, But No One Wants to Face the Reason Why
Recent developments in Britain and France are making it clear to everyone what European countries have done to themselves, but the full effects still won’t be seen for another few decades. Still, there are hints of what is happening, and what is to come, that are unmistakable to those who are paying attention.

The Swedish-language publication Fria Tider reported Tuesday that “in southern Sweden, it becomes quieter in the summer when the criminals go on holiday to their home countries, according to the police.”

Yes, you read that right: the people who commit most of the crimes in Sweden go on vacation to their countries of origin, and so their place of refuge becomes calmer and safer for the native population. Mats Karlsson, the head of intelligence for the police in the southern region of Sweden, explained: “Some of them, who originate in other countries, go there over the summer. Then we notice a big difference, a greater calm, in our vulnerable areas. In the second year when they are still in Sweden, they become messier.”

Now wait a minute. Aren’t many of these migrants supposed to be asylum seekers and refugees? So why are they vacationing in the countries they supposedly fled for their lives?

Also, who is paying for these vacations, with migrants receiving “65 percent of social welfare expenditures”? Swedish taxpayers, obviously. But why?

Oooh, I know I know, let me, let me! Because they’re pussified, weak-ass bitches?

The “foreign-born represent 53 percent of individuals with long prison sentences, 58 percent of the unemployed.” As if that weren’t enough, they receive “77 percent of Sweden’s child poverty is present in households with a foreign background, while 90 percent of suspects in public shootings have immigrant backgrounds.” What benefit does Sweden receive from importing a large criminal element?

Whatever good the Swedish elites think that the migrants are bringing to Sweden, they continue to ignore the fact that many of the migrants wish to transform Sweden and all of Europe and remake it in their own image. One reason for their high crime rate is their absolute contempt for the laws of the unbelievers, “the most vile of created beings” (Qur’an 98:6). Add to this mix a multiculturalist ethos that exalts the presence of foreign and non-assimilated cultures within Western countries perceived as large umbrella structures for a huge variety of diverse peoples, and the stage is set for a policy of appeasement and accommodation of the ideology of Islamic supremacism.

European elites today believe that by admitting large numbers of Muslim immigrants into their country and making special accommodations for Islamic culture and practices, Europe will achieve a new cultural flowering — but left unconsidered in this is the nature of political Islam, which when dominant is hardly hospitable to rival political systems or cultures.

Sadly, shamefully in fact, Moslem appeasement is by no means restricted to the Europeenie side of the Big Pond nowadays.
