So let’s win it.

Things are shaking loose. Secrets are flying out of black boxes. Shots have been fired. The center is not holding because the center is no longer there, only a black hole where the center used to be, and, within it, the shriekings of lost souls. Will the United States go missing this week, or fight its way out of the chaos and darkness?

If it’s ever to get out at all, it can only do it by fighting.

Whatever occurs in this strange week of confrontation, Joe Biden will not be leading any part of it. Where has he been since Christmas? Back to hiding in the basement? Did the American people elect a ghost? Even if this storm blows over, could Joe Biden possibly claim any legitimacy in the Oval Office? And then what happens with the rest of the story — which is an epic economic convulsion sharper than the Great Depression — as time is unsuspended and the year 2021 actually unspools?

Only the bare outlines of this week’s fateful game are visible. Mr. Trump has not conceded the election. An action will play out in congress under rarely-used constitutional rules as to how the electoral college votes are awarded to whom. The rancor around this action is already epic. Few of the political players are beyond suspicion of dark deals and shifty allegiances. Persistent rumor has the president laying out a royal flush of deadly information about his antagonists, enough to make heads explode among the formerly cocksure and vaporize the narrative they’ve been running for four years.

A whole lot of people are converging in the nation’s capital at midweek, maybe even the touted million. It is a moment, possibly, not unlike the Bastille in Paris, 1789. They will be clamoring right outside Congress as the electoral vote ceremony proceeds. If the battle is not joined in the chamber, it’s a little hard to believe the crowd will just heave a million sighs, trudge back to their cars, and drive quietly home.

It’s not nearly as hard to believe as it should be, more’s the pity. Then again, Ol’ Remus’ sage advice about staying away from crowds keeps coming to mind.

DC mayor calls in National Guard ahead of pro-Trump protests

Because of course she is.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Bracing for possible violence, the nation’s capital has mobilized the National Guard ahead of planned protests by President Donald Trump’s supporters in connection with the congressional vote expected Wednesday to affirm Joe Biden’s election victory theft.

Fixed it for ya, shitlib assholes.

Trump’s supporters are planning to rally Tuesday and Wednesday, seeking to bolster the president’s unproven claims of widespread voter fraud. “There are people intent on coming to our city armed,” D.C. Acting Police Chief Robert Contee said Monday.

A pro-Trump rally in December ended in violence as hundreds of Trump supporters, wearing the signature black and yellow of the Proud Boys faction, sought out confrontations with a collective of local activists attempting to bar them from Black Lives Matter Plaza, an area near the White House.

On Monday, Metropolitan Police Department officers arrested the leader of the Proud Boys, Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, 36, after he arrived in Washington ahead of this week’s protests. Tarrio was accused of burning a Black Lives Matter banner that was torn down from a historic Black church in downtown Washington during the December protests.

Shoulda torched Old Glory instead, nobody woulda said a word.

Now with downtown D.C. businesses boarding up their windows, Mayor Muriel Bowser has requested a limited National Guard deployment to help bolster the Metropolitan Police Department. During a press conference on Monday, Bowser asked that local area residents stay away from downtown D.C., and avoid confrontations with anyone who is “looking for a fight.” But, she warned, “we will not allow people to incite violence, intimidate our residents or cause destruction in our city.”

Elected officials damned well ought to be intimidated—every minute of their day, every single day, until a proper fear of We The People has been re-instilled in them again, after which it becomes a permanent condition for them. Otherwise, we wind up here:

When you see that justice is measured, not by due process, but by compulsion; when you see that in order to invoke your first amendment right to speech, you need to obtain permission from the same voices who rebuke the constitution; when you see that justice is determined by those who leverage, not in law, but in politics; when you see that men get power over individual liberty by graft and by scheme, and your representatives don’t protect you against them, but protect themselves against you; when you see corruption holding influence and individual liberty so easily dispatched and nullified; you may well know that your freedom too is soon to perish…

SOON to? Regarding Sundance’s mention of the 1st Amendment, I’ll repeat what I’ve so often said about the 2nd: anything you must beg government’s permission for is by definition no longer a right, regardless of what the Constitution might have to say about the matter. It has been reduced to a mere privilege, which can be revoked at the government’s whim.

Irish democracy

Francis shows us the way.

If nothing else could have done so, this election has clarified the central political issue of our time: America’s federal government has far too much power, an incomprehensible percentage of which resides in the Oval Office. Therefore, merely saving Donald Trump’s second term is not enough.

It’s time for other measures.

According to James C. Scott as quoted by Tim Condon, “Irish democracy” consists of widespread passive resistance to the decrees of the Omnipotent State:

Quiet, anonymous, and often complicitous, lawbreaking and disobedience may well be the historically preferred mode of political action for peasant and subaltern classes, for whom open defiance is too dangerous….One need not have an actual conspiracy to achieve the practical effects of a conspiracy. More regimes have been brought, piecemeal, to their knees by what was once called “Irish Democracy”—the silent, dogged resistance, withdrawal, and truculence of millions of ordinary people—than by revolutionary vanguards or rioting mobs.

The premise behind “Irish Democracy” is that the State lacks the enforcement power to have its way with millions upon millions of rebels. It’s Mohandas Gandhi’s strategy, albeit without his overt confrontations with the institutions of government. “You can ignore the State and do as you please, as long as you keep your head down.”

Removing the overt confrontations makes “Irish Democracy” much safer than any other form of rebellion. The State needs conspicuous, targetable rebels. It cannot use terror of its forces without someone to turn into an “example.” No conspicuous rebels means nothing for the State to crucify for the edification of the public. As we mathematical types like to say, quod erat demonstrandum.

I could go on about this, but I don’t think there’s a need. The implications are fairly plain. If you deem the governments of these United States to have become illegitimate, you might find the notion of “Irish Democracy” attractive. Think about the observations above. Think about how you could arrange your affairs so as to dismiss the demands of the State while remaining free of its scrutiny. While it would be harder for some than for others, millions of Americans and their enterprises could contrive to ignore the demands and decrees of the governments that claim “authority” over us.

There are other approaches of varying appeal, such as “going Galt.” They amount to the same thing: rebellion without the need to load the magazines and man the barricades. Choose the course that best accords with your tastes.

Lately I’ve discussed with friends an old maxim of my own devising, to wit: Revolution is not an event; it’s a process. Although it might feel in certain times and circumstances as if a violent uprising is imminent, I don’t think its hot breath is on American necks just yet. From the long-view vantage point of the historical record, revolutions and civil wars are a long time a-brewing before coming to full boil, although we often come to perceive things differently in hindsight.

It appears that the most hot-blooded among us expect the shooting to start in earnest on January 6th, surely no later than the 21st in the wake of the Usurper Biden’s “inauguration.” Myself, I expect that they’ll be disappointed. I repeat: process, not event. And as revolutionary process goes, it’s still early days yet.

There’s no denying that sufficient provocation has been inflicted on Real Americans to ignite a real conflagration, particularly over the past year. Likewise is there no credible argument to be made that the current federal Leviathan is even remotely in accord with the principles set down in our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. It’s probably the most dead-cert truthful bumper sticker slogan there ever was: the Founders would have been shooting already.

Still, it’s more than likely that we have several intermediate stages to muddle through before upheaval is general and ordinary, peace-loving Joe Normie—however ferocious his patriotism—finds himself prepared to peer through a 4x Leupold at the shitlib next door, fully and firmly intent on doing him grievous bodily harm. Joe’s patience will always outstrip his battle-wrath, even when the danger of losing all is clear and growing. For that, we should all probably be thankful. The time will come soon enough for Joe to shed his civilized reluctance and wreak vengeance on his tormenters. If you doubt his will to stand and deliver, remember your Kipling:

A cultural Revolution

“Taxation without representation” wasn’t the half of it.

The taxation-without-representation argument endures, of course, because it is useful for the regime and its backers. Advocates for the political status quo insist there is no need for anything like the Boston Tea Party today because modern Americans enjoy representation in Congress. We are told that taxation and the regulatory state are all necessarily moral and legitimate because the voters are “represented.” Even conservatives, who often claim to be for “small government,” often oppose radical opposition to the regime—such as secession—on the grounds that political resistance movements are only acceptable when there is no political “representation.” The implication is that since the United States holds elections every now and then, no political action outside of voting—and maybe a little sign waving—is allowed.

It’s unlikely the Sons of Liberty would have bought this argument. The small number of millionaires who meet in Washington, DC, nowadays are hardly “representative” of the American public back home. The 1770s equivalent would have consisted of throwing the Americans a few bones in the form of a handful of votes in Parliament, with seats to be reliably held by a few wealthy colonists, far beyond the reach or influence of the average member of the Sons of Liberty.

By the late 1770s, the fervor behind the revolution had already gone far beyond mere complaints about taxation. This was just one issue among many. Rather, the revolution quickly became a culture war in which self-styled “Americans” were taking up arms against a foreign, immoral, and corrupt oppressor. Mere offers of “representation” were hardly sufficient at this point, and it’s unlikely any such offers were going to be enough after the events of 1775, when the British finally marched into Massachusetts and opened fire on American militiamen. After that, the war had become, to use Rothbard’s term, a “war of national liberation.”

This ideological and psychological divide perhaps explains the ferocity with which the American revolutionaries resisted British rule. 

This sort of thing cannot be explained by mere disagreement over taxation. Acts of violence like these represent a meaningful cultural and national divide.

For now, the cultural divide in the United States today has yet to reach the proportions experienced during the revolution—or, for that matter, during the 1850s in the lead-up to the American Civil War.

Oh? That looks to me like a nigh-impossible argument to make. He probably knows that, though, because he doesn’t try to make it. He’s dead-on with this next, though:

But if hostilities reach this point, there will be little use in discussions over the size of the tax burden, mask mandates, or the nuances of abortion policy. The disdain felt by each side for the other side will be far beyond mere compromises over arcane matters of policy. 

And just as discussions over “taxation without representation” miss the real currents underlying the American rebellion, any view of the current crisis that ignores the ongoing culture war will fail to identify the causes.

Yet, the culture war has also likely progressed to the point where national unity is unlikely to be salvaged even by charismatic leaders and efforts at compromise. When it comes to culture, there is little room for compromise.

Agreed. Then we swerve right back into the ditch.

It is increasingly apparent that the only peaceful solution lies in some form of radical decentralization, amounting to either secession or self-rule at the local level with only foreign policy as “national” policy. Had the British offered these terms in 1770, bloodshed would have likely been avoided.

Americans must pursue similar solutions now before it is too late. 

Seriously? Secession—a complete non-starter, a pipe dream, a fool’s fantasy the central government will never, ever allow to become reality—or “self-rule at the local level”—ie, the restoration of Constitutionally-correct limited government and state’s rights, which the current bloated government, sloppy drunk with its illegimitate power and stolen wealth? Another issue that, as we have been regularly reminded for generations, was settled for all time by the first Civil War?

It’s amusing, in a morbid kind of way, how so many intelligent, historically-knowledgeable souls are perfectly willing to grapple with these controversies right down to the minutest detail, yet scrupulously resist facing down the one shared aspect that is the most relevant and indispensable of all, ignoring the 800 pound gorilla in the room furiously pounding its chest at them: war.

Disappointing, but hardly surprising

Dammit, I always loved that show too, and he was great in it. Ah well.

Actor David Cross, husband of actress Amber Tamblyn, responded to Joe Biden’s call for unity by exclaiming he wants division and even “blood.”

“After a year of pain and loss, it’s time to unite, heal, and rebuild,” Joe Biden tweeted on Saturday.

“F**k that. I want blood,” Cross responded.

Here’s hoping you get it, asshole, by the bucketload. Not ours, mind. I’m thinking it could be obtained from a different source.

Cross issuing an obvious call to violence still has not been censored by Twitter. The “Arrested Development” star later accused “MAGA chuds” of engaging in the same kind of “violent fantasy trolling.”

“I am loving the responses to this that are all, ‘come and try pussy soy lib hollywood girl woman’ as if these anonymous maga chuds & chudettes don’t practice the same exact feckless violent fantasy trolling,” he tweeted.

So, let me get this straight: your doing THE EXACT SAME FUCKING THING as the people you denounce and loathe somehow makes you…better than them?

In the wake of the election, some Trump opponents have taken the opportunity to threaten his supporters with harsh, draconian punishment no different than a McCarthyite blacklist. The sentiment apparently started when Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) called for an archive of “Trump sycophants.”

“Is anyone archiving these Trump sycophants for when they try to downplay or deny their complicity in the future? I foresee a decent probability of many deleted Tweets, writings, photos in the future,” she tweeted.

Other prominent leftists agreed that Trump supporters should be shamed and pushed aside.

“If you’re a Trumper I hope the pain and anxiety you feel now is excruciating. You voted against America and for a cult leader who has no redeeming or admirable qualities. He’s a cretin who cares nothing about this country and you don’t either. You deserve all the pain and more,” tweeted former MSNBC host Toure.

Ready for the shocker, though?

Some prominent liberals and Democrats have denounced such talk as unnecessarily divisive and have even encouraged people to speak with Trump supporters.

“I’m fascinated by playing devil’s advocate and want to understand the people I disagree with. I don’t want to dismiss and malign,” comedian Whitney Cummings told The Daily Beast.

“I think it’s very self-righteous or sanctimonious to just dismiss people we disagree with without trying to understand why they believe what they believe,” she added. “I don’t get it. I grew up in Washington, D.C., mostly, but also in Virginia and West Virginia, so I grew up seeing both sides, and people believing different things. Even though I don’t agree with somebody, I don’t think they’re dumb.”

“‘You complete me’ doesn’t mean because we’re exactly alike. It means because we are different. I don’t want to live in a country without the red states,” said comedian Bill Maher. “I like traveling there. When people talk to you in Oklahoma, they’re not scanning the room to see if there’s someone more important. Because, frankly, when I’m there, there never is.”

An open letter to Trump from “America,” in the guise of Joe Hoft.

Dear Honorable President Donald J. Trump,
It has come to our attention that despite your repeated Executive Orders to declassify all information concerning the plot to destroy your campaign and your Presidency, these orders are being blocked. As you know, as President, you have full authority to declassify this intelligence.

We understand that the Deep State, including people inside the White House and ostensibly on “your” side, are warning you not to do this and to keep the information from the public. They are betraying you. The claim that releasing the information would harm US National Security is a lie. The reality is that by releasing this information you will expose the dirty deeds of Americans and the foreign countries that have conspired to destroy you and end your Presidency.

We know some of what is contained in this intelligence. We know that it shows the role that intelligence operatives from the United Kingdom played in trying to destroy your chance to become President. We are given to understand that the evidence of foreign interference in the November Presidential Election is indisputable.

You must release this information, not just to save your Presidency, but to save and preserve the Republic. Your oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution is on the line.

We plead with you to ignore the worm tongues who surround you and work to undermine you. We are with you.

We are, for the nonce anyway. The thing is, “standing with Trump” against the weasels, termites, and traitors who have incrementally stolen and then wrecked this country is going to involve more than just doing so rhetorically if it’s to be effective. It’s going to involve making an actual, literal STAND. A physical stand, one which could turn out to be the LAST.

And, sorry as I genuinely am to have to say so, every day it becomes more and more evident that said stand, in turn, will necessarily involve actual, literal violence. At this late date, there is simply no other option left.

As NC Reed’s foreboding quote over in the right sidebar has it: “They want to rule us and aim to do it. We aim not to allow it. All there is to it.” And so it is. The Enemy has demonstrated that he will not relent without having some serious pain inflicted on him, pain severe and damaging enough to be carried in memory as a tender spot for many years to come. Until such time, all else is just blather and bluster.

Declassifying everything, then following up to ensure it’s all accessible to the general public, is one among many actions that, in hindsight, Trump should have taken long ago. The recent pardons of more than two dozen people guilty of no real crime at all was a good start, as is evidenced by the anguished howl it raised from the demonic Left. But no one should be thinking of it as anything more than that. The sequence of events I’d like to see:

  • Following the aforementioned mass declassification and distribution, he takes up the infamous “pen and a phone” to fire all Obama stay-behinds and secret saboteurs, then disbands entire Federal departments summarily
  • Trump’s next move is to turn a honking great flammenwerfer on every Deep State shitpile: office furniture and machinery, files, Swamp critters, buildings—flash-roasting the whole stinking mess to a crispity crunch. Figuratively, or otherwise
  • After that, he convenes a press conference consisting of only two words: “Sayonara, suckers!”
  • Next, the Last American President tootles off to Andrews AFB—pausing atop the AF-1 boarding stairs to thumb his nose and blow a loud raspberry at the corrupt shithole he’s leaving behind forever—and flies directly to Texas to begin the Great Purge of Austin, scouring the city of every empty-headed liberal dunce, man-bunned hipster douchebag, sandal-shod undergrad, and scraggly-assed, Marxist UT-Austin professor/parasite currently stinking up the place
  • He is then joined by Governor Abbott for another press conference in which they proudly co-announce the formal activation of the Republic of Texas, in accordance with the relevant provisions in Article 1 of the state’s Constitution. Not merely some kind of US government-in-exile, the RoT is conceived as a fully independent political entity, properly ordered and of equal legal status with all other nation-states
  • Trump ends his last Enemedia availability as POTUS with a statement offering a warm welcome to all Real Americans desirous of lawfully immigrating to the new Republic, closing with a stern warning to the FUSA that while the Republic—harboring no ill will towards the long-ago-murdered and now-defunct nation it was formerly a part of—has absolutely no wish or intent to wage offensive war against it, is nonetheless both prepared and perfectly willing to defend itself against it, using any and every means at hand in order to preserve its independence
  • Gobsmacked FUSAN Enemedia “journalists,” those who did not slump to the floor in a dead faint from shock already, are officially declared persona non grata in the RoT and ordered to the border, where they will be forcibly ejected with neither delay nor appeal. Their unconscious colleagues are unceremoniously tossed into the back of three waiting deuce-and-a-half military trucks, piled three deep onto one another for the final exit from Texas. On arrival at the border, several platoons of flint-eyed RoT soldiers frogmarch the ragged formation of corpulent, sweat-drenched swine to the line and across, prodded by locked-and-loaded assault rifles at their backs should any of these undesirables prove so foolish as to turn around and attempt re-entry. The escort’s sole ROE? No warning shots—SHOOT TO KILL
  • Several of the more sensible among the FUSA’s remaining prisoner-states petition the new nation to attach themselves as additional, legally-sanctioned territories of the RoT, with the goal of forming a Confederacy of Freedom with the RoT as its head

Phony War III

Will it get real?

We are in the initial phase of the new civil war. Call it the phony war, which was also the “strangely quiet start to World War II.” The Second World War went eight months without significant hostilities on the Western Front, months marked by puzzlement and hesitancy (see the “Confetti War,” which stemmed from the Phony War.)

America’s first civil war had its phony phase of sorts, too. Lincoln was elected on November 6, 1860. Fort Sumter was attacked on April 12, 1861. Over five months, tensions built, and then hostilities commenced.

The parallels aren’t exact, of course. But the phony phase of this new civil war is reminiscent. One of the grievous errors made in warfare is fighting the current war like the last. In this instance, it’s expecting that wars have orthodoxies, and if those orthodoxies aren’t present, then there isn’t war. Understandings must change.
         
Liberty’s enemies have opted for brinkmanship to settle matters, once and for all. They haven’t mustered armies to seize Washington, D.C.(would they have to anyway?) and occupy red states. Give them credit. They aim to achieve their coup without firing a shot. Call it a velvet-gloved coup d’état. Some are terming it a “Color Revolution.” The war they’re waging to seize power is conspiratorial, innovative, multidimensional. It relies on subterfuge, misinformation, misdirection, audacity, and a gamble: that while millions of patriots may now squawk and shake their fists, they will go no further…that when Biden is installed as president, and the cabal he fronts holds the levers of power, resistance will be futile, anyway. Anger will give way to sullen resignation.

The Left’s possibly fatal mistake was that successfully stealing the election forces the hand of those “millions of patriots.” With their backs against the wall, patriots left with but two options: surrender and lose all, or prove once and for all that the arrogance behind the Left’s “they will go no further” assumption was unjustified. The entire coup depends on this assumption being accurate. If it isn’t, and enough patriots are indeed willing to go to the mat to take their freedom and their country back, it’s the Left that will lose all.

Which brings us all back around to the Biggest Question again: Are Americans still Americans? Or are they not?

The betting is that liberty’s enemies have misjudged patriots. Today, this generation is being called, and the call will be answered. The enemy will marvel — as other enemies have wondered before — as patriots fight with resolve for freedom.

Liberty is nonnegotiable, and patriots vow unabashedly: Sic Semper Tyrannis.

America isn’t its real estate. It’s unique in human history, in that it’s an idea and ideal, the product of timeless principles and enduring values. America as conceived in liberty is what the fight is for.

Don’t let this phony war fool you. The present is deceptive. The cabal that failing and corrupt Joe Biden fronts knows that if it succeeds in installing Biden, it will have 48 months to cement its hold not just on presidential elections, but elections down ballot. 48 months to scuttle Trump’s achievements and impose its own radical, antiliberty polices and edicts, thereby forever changing the United States. If successful, the Constitution won’t be worth the parchment it’s written on. And if Trump returns to the White House?  War it will still be.

We’ve entered momentous and perilous times, comparable to the four years of the Civil War and the eight years of the Revolution. How this war evolves is unknowable. Wars tend to have lives of their own. No patriot should assume a favorable outcome. The days ahead must be hard fought, for victory must be hard won. It’s simply the price of freedom.

T’is so, and t’was ever thus. Ringing down through the long years, perhaps more relevant now than ever before, come the deathless words:

In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope. If we wish to be free—if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending—if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon, until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained—we must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of Hosts is all that is left us!

They tell us, sir, that we are weak—unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a British guard shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature has placed in our power. Three millions of people armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, air, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! Their clanking may be heard on the plains of Boston! The war is inevitable—and let is come! I repeat it, sir, let it come!

It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace—but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

Amen, to every word. May God grant that we honor our noble forefathers and prove ourselves worthy of their legacy.

The claim, ludicrous on its very face, is that the miserably unpopular Uncle Gropey “won” over 80 million “votes.” This, mind, after his embarrassingly pathetic primary squeak-by’s, then an entire summer of being unable to draw more than a handful of buzzards to his campaign-appearance shitwagon. Binney’s total vote percentage of 66.2 was culled from the Enemedia organ grinder’s monkeys at the WaPo; according to their chart, that’s the highest percentage of registered-voter participation since 1908’s 65.7 percent. Joe Hoft gives the final tally:

Using the numbers as of today, which are materially similar to Binney’s, we find a huge issue. If we have 213.8 million registered voters in the US and 66.2% of all voters voted in the 2020 election, that equals 141.5 voters who voted in the 2020 election (Binney shows 140 million which is materially the same).

If President Trump won 74 million votes, then that leaves only 67.5 million votes remaining for Biden. This means 13 million duplicate or made up ballots were created and counted for Biden!

This also supports our observations from the start. Biden committed fraud in every imaginable way, but the big steal was in millions of fraudulent votes that were created to steal the election for Biden. MILLIONS!

The results of the 2020 election at a very high level do not add up. This is math liberals – very simple math that even liberals should be able to understand. At a high level, the Biden camp clearly committed fraud.

Well, duh. Every sensible and honest person in the country (qualifiers that assuredly exclude all shitlibs)—hell, in the entire WORLD—knows it at this point.

After all the video recordings; the thousands of sworn affidavits from credible witnesses; the statistically-impossible results; the computer “glitches” that only went in one direction; the beyond-shady mail-in ballots; those things, and a preponderance of further evidence, we ALL know it. How could we not?

And it’s not going to change a goddamned thing.

Which is why I’m thinking this maybe ought to be my last post on the fraudulent 2020 election. Might not be, I admit. But it probably should be. Not to denigrate Joe’s hard work above, mind, but for me the topic has become boring, with odds heavily trending towards an imminent collapse into downright wearisome. A few reasons why:

  • Nothing has ever, ever, EVER been achieved by trying to persuade a shitlib with logic, facts, and figures. At best they’re supremely disinterested in those things whenever they don’t serve the Left’s interests, which is always; at worst, they’re actively hostile to them. In either case, deploying such irrelevancies against shitlibs is worse than a waste of your time. It annoys the pig as well. Their aggressive disinterest and/or hostility to the Three Horribles—logic, facts, figures, with the historical record and actual science thrown in for good measure in some contexts—serve them as a suit of medieval armor, overlaid by a modern warship’s heavy steel hull-plating, all surrounded by a Star Trek-style force field, creating a shield leaving them invulnerable to all three
  • Expecting that corrupt, traitorous PermaState agencies such as the DoJ or any/all other Swamp-critter tentacles like the USSC and Enemedia, might be relied upon to do their sworn duty, honor their oaths, and act to right this abominable wrong is every bit as foolish and self-defeating as pinning your hopes on the US Constitution and settled black-letter election law. The Constitution in particular, trampled into insensate pulp long decades ago, was just flung down and danced upon in front of the eyes of the world. So how stupid does one have to be to believe that the poor battered thing will suddenly rise from the grave to save American’s bacon now?
  • Vichy GOPe quislings, wetting themselves with joy over the prospect of soon resuming their perennial-loser role as the Democrat-Socialists’ pliant chew toys after the Trump Unpleasantness, have eagerly jumped right onto the reeking carcass of American democracy themselves to get in a few solid kicks, demanding that Trump supporters must all now unite to proclaim their support of our new Dear Leader, pResident-(S)elect Gropey Joe Biden-Harris. Anybody who thinks such unprincipled, soulless swine will break character all of a sudden to do the right thing isn’t just stupid, but delusional

Yes, the 2020 election was indeed stolen, and we all know it. Something else we all know, or should by now: exactly what kind of actions constitute the last desperate chance to undo this most brazen of broad-daylight heists. Carrying on with the assembly of a legal case that will never be either heard or heeded no matter how airtight its construction is a mug’s game, played on a table I’m no longer very interested in sitting at. The question no longer revolves around court cases, numbers, facts, or lawyerly maneuvers. The sole question is what comes next…and whether enough of us are up to our unwanted task.

A challenge has been posed, a gauntlet thrown down. This challenge won’t be resolved via papers, filings, and briefs. It can only be met with steel, determination, and blood.

Theory of Everything

Bill drops a real MOAB of a bombshell analysis.

The Trump strategy ever since election day seems to have focused on achieving two goals:  First, to convinces as many people as possible that the election was fraudulent and, second, to demonstrate that the media, the tech oligarchs who control much of the public square, the Democrats, and the courts are equally corrupt , and up to their hips in the election theft.

In the face of this, the same targets are whining that Trump is “destabilizing” America.

I submit that is exactly what he is doing, and he is doing it deliberately, if you define America as being a creature of the progressive Democrats, the tech oligarchy, the media, and a judicial system seemingly unconcerned with the Constitution, but only in applying bad precedent to create even worse precedents.

…I consider the Chinavirus a terror attack aimed primarily at the US, but encompassing the west in general as a secondary target.

With this in mind, here is what I think.

I think Trump knew the China was waging 5g (unrestricted) war on us, and had been for many years.  It may have influenced his decision to run for President.

I think the reason for the unprecedented venom of the attacks on Trump has been due to the mobilization of all of China’s 5G assets in response to Trump’s turning the tables and beginning to answer China’s attacks with the same sort of 5G warfare (persuasion, economic means, political means, and so on).

I believe that the nominal leadership of the War on Trump, people like Pelosi, Swalwell, Schumer, and all of the long term, ossified Democrat political leadership, are, in one way or another, acting as Chinese proxies.  cf.  Pelosi’s Communication Director/Registered Foreign agent for China, Swalwell’s honeytrap honey, Feinstein’s Chinese chauffeur/agent of twenty years, and many others that we don’t know about.

…I had thought Trump was trying to decide whether to cross the Rubicon, but I believe I underestimated him long ago.  I believe he crossed the Rubicon when he came down that escalator in NYC five years ago.  What he is doing now is getting ready to storm the gates of Rome.

In six days, I believe that Donald Trump intends to settle all American family business.

Calling a spade a spade.

The people dancing in the streets after the US Supreme Court tossed the Texas lawsuit yesterday are our enemies. They are not our family members, colleagues, business associates, clients, customers, neighbors, or acquaintances. They are our enemies, pure and simple. Willingly or not, informed or not, ignorant or not, corrupt or not, they would usher in the destruction of the American Republic – and apparently not bat an eye in doing so! Does the Democrat platform (read it here for yourself!) comport with your idea of the promises of the Founders and the rights instantiated in the Constitution and Bill of Rights? These people are Communists filled with hatred for America as it was founded. The sooner we figure that out, the sooner we can deal with them accordingly. They must be defeated politically at all costs if our progeny is going to have the same opportunities and freedoms as we have enjoyed.

We have gotten to the point that the political class (especially the Democrat Party) are blatantly attempting to steal a presidential election. The massive election fraud has been detailed in hundreds of lawsuit affidavits, sworn testimonies in state election fraud hearings, videos detailing the fraud, and expert statistical and other analyses (for example, here and here). The fraud is undeniable, but the Democrats, RINOs, and their media enablers completely ignore and refuse to investigate. Apparently, they all would be fine with using counterfeit money to purchase merchandise, too. Meanwhile, the courts refuse to hear Trump campaign lawsuits due to “process” and “standing” technicalities. Nowhere are the courts actually examining the evidence!

And our fellow citizens who think nothing of this are clueless about the long-term impacts on the rule of law, equal protection under the law, and the US Constitution. They are truly mushrooms, not some other convenient long-standing pejoratives like “clowns” or “fools.” A mushroom loves the dark and the consumption of fecal and decaying matter. Our citizen mushrooms love remaining inside their opaque, fact-free, and self-made cocoons while being willfully blind to reality and consuming the tripe and lies daily from the Democrat-media complex.

Such as these are our enemies, and it’s time to wake up and realize that basic fact. They live on an emotional plane that cannot be touched by fact and reason, and they really don’t care about the future of America. They can’t be persuaded to see the truth; they don’t care about the consequences of voting Democrats and are just fine with acquiescing to the stealing of the 2020 election.

What is the point of making nice to these people when the consequences for the future are so dire? What is the point of doing the Christian thing and turning the other cheek? They want us to meekly knuckle under and be silenced. Screw that! They all need to be confronted at every opportunity, called out for what they are (enemies of America and Constitution), chastised at every opportunity, and ostracized. We also need to light fires under our elected representatives regardless of party and broom the political class. And any money you spend should be spent on businesses who are your political allies, not any who support Democrat or globalist causes – and certainly not on ANYONE who advertises on the legacy media. Where you spend your money makes a real difference.

Let’s face it: there will always be charlatans, liars, grifters, knaves, and thieves in the political class. It’s what they do! The trick is to pay them sufficient attention in order to winkle the truth of their enduring corruption out of them, and then to vote them out (or better yet, prevent them from being elected in the first place!). But more importantly, we need to confront those mushrooms and lemmings who vote for these people. In point of fact, our real enemies are those who elect these Pied Pipers time after time, and the sooner we learn to deal with that root cause, the better for the country at large. No war – including those of the political variety – can be won without the enemy first having been properly identified.

True enough. But…when you said the Enemy “must be defeated politically” up there in the first paragraph? Hate to rain on your parade here and all, but no war was ever won using political means as the one and only weapon, either. Now, I get the reluctance to squarely confront the harsher realities of war, honest I do. It’s a very human reaction to horror; there’s no shame in it, to be sure.

But when one’s opening move is to declare himself restricted to waging “political” warfare exclusively—or, in another context, to “fight” some damned thing or other by continuing to vote in rigged elections, or by “speaking out,” or by any means other than just physically pummeling your opponent until he’s stretched out on the floor quacking like a crosseyed duck—well, it isn’t really war we’re talking about here, now is it? Not that it matters much. You were defeated long before the first shot was fired anyway.

It’s a good enough article nevertheless, and apart from my above Pecksniffery I don’t see a whole hell of a lot to argue with in it. But this general squeamishness over admitting that this really IS war—that Team Liberty must undertake that whole ugy Killing People And Breaking Stuff™ business that victory in war requires—may well be the very thing that undoes us in the end.

The Demonrat/GOPe/Ruling Class playbook, that is.

Trump upset this legalized political graft formula, so he had 75% of Washington out to bury him from Day One. All of the Rats, and half of the GOP. Impossible math to overcome.

And it’s not only the politicians: it’s the bureaucrats, generals, admirals, intel and DOJ bosses, leading academics and top MSM figures. Our ruling class elites are all in on the scam, moving through a continuously revolving door of doing political favors, switching jobs and obtaining seven-figure financial rewards, all while protecting one another, plus getting their undeserving brats into Ivy League schools, and then up into the ruling class nomenklatura. Chelsea Clinton was not unique, she was just a high profile example.

Donald Trump threatened this entire legalized graft arrangement with his efforts to “Drain the Swamp,” and in return he got the (so-far) non-kinetic but very real “Plomo” of all political and propaganda gun barrels fired at him from every player in this profoundly rotten system. I don’t need to run down the bill of particulars, it is familiar to all, right up to the election stolen in front of our faces.

So the Swamp won. For now.
 
And if the election math was bad in 2020 (considering the now-SCOTUS-approved use of ChiCom Fraud-O-Matic vote switching machines, plus truckloads of bogus “mail-in” ballots (with no witnesses at the counting), then just imagine 2022, when 20 million (at least) illegal aliens will be amnestied and given a DemSocRat voter registration card on the same day. The implicit deal will be: Vote Rat, and the Rats will welcome the rest of your foreign family into the USA with no hassles.

Thus the rolling DemSocRat snowball becomes an unstoppable avalanche. This is how The Golden State became one-party Calizuela in one generation: motor-voter at the DMV for all comers, with no questions asked, ever.

And this is how America will become Amerizuela. This is the proven DemSocRat playbook being exported nationwide.
 
But patriotic Americans will not calmly accept becoming powerless serfs, “Amerizuelans,” under an obviously fraudulent POTUS, in the form of the senile (and soon to be gone) Beijing Biden, and his VP (and soon to be POTUS), Kommie Harris. It has become glaringly obvious even to a blind man that these two grifting non-entities were illegitimately installed at the top of the American power pyramid by our bipartisan ruling-class nomenklatura to protect their beloved Swamp.

The “Supreme Court” did what I predicted they would do. I was correct, though I take no joy in that fact. At Instapundit, Glenn has this post up. Most interesting to me isn’t the fact that the court rejected the argument, nor what the experts think about that. It is the comments on the article, which are currently well over 1100. A sample of them follows.

I’ve been pondering a reaction to this news. Fairly simple. It’s time to get serious.

A few urban areas controlled by democrats pulled their pants down to their ankles, mooned the rest of America, and America is going to have to decide whether to take it, and if not, exactly what to do about it.

Of late, I’m seeing some downright savage e-mails from correspondents whose anger, long contained at a slow simmer, has heated to a seething rage. The next step is for rage to boil on over into resolve, a prickly state that demands action to quiet. All in all, it’s a recipe for disaster for Chef Prog-Tard-Dee, whose over-confidence and inattention near a hot stove might just get him badly burned.

Something’s cooking out there, all right. As the coup-roux thickens, my initially-solid skepticism about the chance of a real, no-shit American uprising taking place is beginning to dissolve.

If you ain’t mad as hell, you ain’t paying attention.

This is just an observation (because I’m not looking forward to gulag life), but I think the only thing keeping Trump voters from burning the whole corrupt system down right now is that nobody knows whom or what to attack. That should be a pretty sobering consideration for an establishment class that thinks it just stole the 2020 presidential election fair and square. If there were a ship out in the harbor loaded up with all the Democrats’ fraudulent ballots from the election, there’s no doubt in my mind that a hundred million Americans would dress up as members of the Washington Football Club and sink that ship to the bottom of the sea. If the politicians and journalists who call the District of Corruption home were wearing bright red coats, I suspect they’d find themselves tossed to the curb head-first by every small business–owner going belly-up right now due to political whims disguised as public health orders. If there were a field of battle to defend or clearly demarcated enemy zones on the map, I’m guessing the powder keg ignited from mail-in ballot fraud this election cycle would have already gone boom!

The truth is that Americans are mad, and they should be. They have put up with four years of fake Russian collusion hoaxes and fake impeachments and fake judges using their powers to hamstring lawful executive orders from President Trump. They have watched the CIA abuse its powers to spy on a Republican political campaign and the FBI abuse its powers to punish political allies of the president, and the only person facing any semblance of justice in the whole mess is some no-name young lawyer from deep in the bowels of the Deep State’s operations against Trump who lacked the judgment to understand that his own side would use him as a scapegoat. Police officers have been totally thrown under the bus so that lawless Democrat mayors and district attorneys could send armies of Antifa thugs into the streets this election year as a show of strength. Old and young veterans have been watching elected officials tear up the Constitution they took oaths to defend, and if fighting broke out tomorrow, I think 90% of those former soldiers would be at the front lines the day after next.

We have a tinderbox right now, and about the only miracle saving the Establishment Club in D.C. from the impending inferno is that the Americans most fired up to tear the whole thing down are the same Americans who have spent their lives respecting the rule of law and American institutions. Drink that irony in! The men and women in D.C. who see themselves as part of the “permanent government” have abused their powers to take down a sitting president, Establishment Club Republicans have looked the other way as Democrats used the cover of a pandemic to justify the dumping of unaccounted mail-in ballots across battleground states to overturn an otherwise likely Trump victory, and the only thing keeping Trump voters from destroying the whole corrupt system is their own self-restraint. As soon as enough of them decide that a two-tiered justice system that protects leftist agitators while persecuting the MAGA crowd is unacceptable or that a rigged election system that magically lifts establishment candidates to victory is illegitimate, then the whole house of cards comes crashing down.

There are two horns on the beastly dilemna we’re perched on. One is the corrupt and maleficent Deep State apparat: deeply entrenched, invulnerable, and dangerous. Then we have the broader, civilian Left, consisting of cultural, educational, and propaganda sub-divisions, among others.

The Deep State wing amounts to the nuts-and-bolts mechanism of tyranny and oppression—the gears that do the physical grinding and crushing of its victims, the prisons they’re incarcerated in, the multitudinous officials that micromanage their lives and order them around. The Cultural wing is more along the lines of a Psychological Warfare branch, charged with bewildering, humiliating, and demoralizing Real Americans: convincing the opposition that resistance is futile, leaching the spirit of defiance and self-sufficiency from their very souls.

The enemy is all too familiar by now, surely. Who he is; what he wants; his beliefs, his intentions, his methods, all have been explicitly laid out for us through tedious sermonizing, street protests, threats, and brutal beatdowns. We’ve all had to look upon his ugly face—enduring his taunts and slanders, pretending to defer to his self-proclaimed superiority, deflecting his scrutiny as well as we can—for our whole lives. He isn’t just out in the open; he’s all up in our grill, cocking his snook at us in contempt and daring us to do something about it.

Identifying “whom or what to attack” is by no means difficult. In as target-rich an environment as the one we currently occupy, the difficulty is selecting which targets should be serviced first—a decision which hangs in part on whether it might be more effective if we prioritize one wing over the other for destruction.

American apocalypse

Lately, I have found myself turning to the Book of Revelations, written by the Apostle John and transmitted to the world in the first century A.D. Everyone is familiar with the vision of the four horsemen in Rev. 6:1-8, where they appear with the opening of the first four of the seven seals that bring forth the cataclysm of the end times.

In our “time and setting,” one might think that we are witnessing the last days of the American Republic, following massive electoral fraud, the suppression of facts by the media, the ubiquitous practice of censorship by the tech platforms, and the (so far) pusillanimous refusal of the courts to rectify the greatest electoral scandal, by several orders of magnitude, since the defeat of Andrew Jackson in the “corrupt bargain” of 1824.

Given the cultural forces that have been at work undermining the joists and beams of the nation, the impending calamity comes as no surprise. The four horsemen are riding again, and their names are Feminism, Climate, COVID-19, and the Democratic Party.

I cannot pronounce on the tenets of any specific communion, but I do believe that without faith in the transcendent, however mysterious and elusive, and without holding to a morality based on the values of truth and courage, then in consequence “whatsoever worketh abomination” (Revelations 21:27) will wreak destruction upon a people and a nation.

The four horsemen of the American Apocalypse are riding hard and, in the absence of popular conviction and institutional integrity, the sequel will not be in doubt. In Holman Hunt’s celebrated painting The Light of the World, based on Revelations 3:20 and representing Christ standing before a closed door, it is instructive to note that the door has no handle and can be opened only by the dweller inside. The religious symbolism is obvious and is elaborately explained in Jeremy Maas’ Holman Hunt and the Light of the World, but in our context, the message is that the citizens of the country and the courts within have been called to open the door and let in the light of truth. The fate of the Republic hangs in the balance.

Looks like that fate has today been officially sealed.

Washington — The Supreme Court on Friday rebuffed a last-ditch attempt by Texas to block electors from four battleground states — all of which backed President-elect Joe Biden — from voting in the Electoral College, delivering a fatal blow to President Trump and his allies in their quest to overturn the results of the presidential election.

The high court refused to take up the lawsuit filed Monday by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton that took aim at the election results in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia and Wisconsin.

“Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the court said in an unsigned order.

But Justice Samuel Alito, joined by Justice Clarence Thomas, said the court does “not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.”

The ultimate Friday Night News Dump: The Constitution is repealed; America is no longer a democratic republic.

“Standing” is a doctrine without much rigor. Judges find standing when they want to take a case, and don’t find it when they want to bury a case.

Yes, that’s true: The Court has no discretion to not take the case. The Constitution says they must take it.

But whatever, I guess the Constitution is a tax now or something.

Well, no. It remains the sad, spindly parody of itself it was long ago incrementally reduced to, over many years of painstaking and deliberate effort by the Left: a total irrelevancy, a meaningless document stripped of any but purely historical interest, bearing no relationship whatsoever to the governance and “law” of this contemptible joke of a banana republic.

The Democrat-Socialists and the evil Left should have been stopped dead in their tracks well before their lengthy campaign of treasonous destruction had advanced to this extreme. Because of our reluctance to recognize the enemy and engage him, there are no good choices left to us. Ironically, the torpor of ordinary Americans—thoroughly conciliatory people whose only wish was to be left alone to live their lives in peace by the tyrannical Left—has made the very war they so desperately hoped to forestall unavoidable.

So be it then. The last die has been thrown, the final hand dealt. Whether out of cowardice or corruption, the so-called “Supreme” Court chose to traduce their oaths with today’s outrageous transgression against sober jurisprudence. With that betrayal, there now remains but one course of action left for Team Liberty: fight or die.

Lock and load, folks; the battle for the tatterdemalion scraps of freedom and dignity we still enjoy is shortly to be joined, for real and for keeps. We are about to learn just how many Americans remain truly American. May enough of us prove worthy of our proud, noble heritage to turn the dismal tide at last.

“The Supreme Court, in tossing the Texas lawsuit that was joined by seventeen states and 106 US congressman, have decreed that a state can take unconstitutional actions and violate its own election law,” Texas GOP chairman Allen West said in a statement, “resulting in damaging effects on other states that abide by the law, while the guilty state suffers no consequences. This decision establishes a precedent that says states can violate the U.S. constitution and not be held accountable. This decision will have far-reaching ramifications for the future of our constitutional republic.”

The “constitutional republic” HAS no future; it’s long been dead, and today the last spade of earth was shoveled onto its grave.

West also suggested that “law-abiding” states should “bond together and form a Union of states that will abide by the constitution.”

A capital idea, one I support wholeheartedly. A story of Rebellion, and of justice done

A particularly hilarious one.

An Ocean Shores man said he was attacked for confronting two men for not wearing masks, and now he’s worried police are not properly investigating the case.

Daniel Troublefield, 43, said he was at the Ocean Shores IGA Sunday night when he called someone out for not wearing a mask. Inside the store, he said the conversation turned heated, But he thought that was the end of it. However, he was not expecting what happened once he walked outside.

“I curled up in the fetal position and I was just ready to die,” said Troublefield.

Oh well, better luck next time. For the rest of us, I mean.

He shared this surveillance video with KIRO 7 News, which he got from the neighboring drug store. The video shows him in the parking lot walking out to his white car, but he walks past it as he was taunted by the maskless men.

“They kept berating me with expletives, calling me a snowflake and it’s not science, it’s a hoax,” Troublefield recalled.

Looking back, Daniel said he wishes he ignored them.

“To my regret I walked up to the car. I was trying to explain it is science and you should be wearing a mask because you’re endangering me and everyone else in the store by not having a mask on,” Troublefield said.

That’s when things escalated even further.

“The gentleman tapped on my chest. And I flipped up his hat, and that’s when they both got out of the car,” Troublefield explained.

“One grabbed me by the neck in a chokehold and got me down to the ground. And before I knew it, I was getting my face pummeled with fists,” Troublefield explained.

The beating lasted about 20 seconds. The men took off and now he’s worried they’re going to get away and he won’t get justice.

Oh, you got justice in spades, Mary Sue. You just didn’t like it much, being too goddamned stupid to recognize it even when it smears your nose all over your goddamned face for ya.

  • Stuck your oar in where it wasn’t wanted, starting a “heated” confrontation in a store with two guys guilty of nothing more than minding their own business and acting like normal, sane, free Americans
  • Breezed RIGHT ON PAST your own car, going well out of your way seeking to dick around some more with two already-pissed-off dudes, thereby escalating a confrontation YOU provoked in the first damned place
  • Reached into a private vehicle and “flipped up” Already Pissed Off Dude’s cap, thereby committing the crime of assault against him, probably battery as well
  • Got your miserable ass whupped, but good

Didn’t “deserve” such treatment? Au contraire, cupcake; I’d say you got PRECISELY the treatment you deserved, and should try to enjoy it. God knows you worked hard enough to earn it.

This contemptible disgrace to the Corps goes on to pule about how he and his wife are “compelled” to don the Magic Mask of Submission because they suffer from unspecified “preexisting conditions,” the poor widdle dears. To which I can only offer: stay the fuck home then, you pitiful pissant. In stark contrast with the more-robust gents who dealt out the just deserts, it’s obvious that you’re too sick to be gadding about out of doors—your condition compounded by a potentially life-threatening deficiency of good sense and politesse enough to prevent your alligator mouth from writing checks your hummingbird ass can’t cash and winding up in hospital over it.

An ex-Marine, no less. Hard to believe; harder still to swallow. But there it is, Gawd help us.
