Wargaming

Of all the speculative discussions I’ve seen on the ways CW 2.0 might play out should the temp knob ever actually be dialed up from the current Med-Hi setting on up to full-on Rolling Boil, these feel to me like the most realistic, plausible, and probable of them so far. Scenario One:

You’re a battalion commander in 2ID. For nine months you’ve been tasked with keeping I85 open between Portland and Boise. It’s a ridiculous area for one battalion, but every maneuver unit in the military is tasked.

There is no rotation out on the horizon. Your companies are strung out in platoon COPs across 500 miles of mostly remote highway.

Most of your HHC is in ad hoc platoons covering sectors as well.

The supply line is absolutely vital to keep the rest of your brigade sustained as it tries to secure Idaho.

Just as important is keeping it open westbound, to supply Portland, Seattle, and the areas in between. The insurgency played hell with the supply chain.  FEMA is rationing food and necessities in urban areas, and every load is needed.

Early on you mostly dealt with occasional harrassment and clearing logs from the roadway. Turns out one guy with a chainsaw can snarl traffic through Umatilla National Forest for hours. Tracking them on logging roads and ATV trails is a nightmare.

You quickly learned that if you sent out road crews without escort, they would take harassing fire immediately. After one crew had their equipment torched and was forced to walk back in underwear, they refuse to work without a security element.

The problem is that when security is with the road crews, the insurgents just flex a few miles away and either create another roadblock, or sometimes hijack and burn a few loads stuck in the traffic. They especially seem to love hitting your fuelers. You’ve tried sending up UAVs to catch them at it, but they seem to have uncanny awareness of when you’re setting a trap and rarely bite. Those few you do roll up are sent north to the massive camp near Moses Lake. What you really need are SOF assets hunting the enemy while your forces hold key terrain.

Unfortunately, those assets are stretched thin and hard to come by.

It doesn’t help that the army lost 35% of long tabs in the Vax Purge of ’21. It also doesn’t help that half of 1st group is considered “politically unreliable” and is kept on Rear D at JBLM. Rumor is at least a dozen of those guys have up and vanished with their families, but solid info is kept close. You just know getting SOF assets in your AO is dicey.

SOF aren’t the only ones with personnel issues. You left 28 natives of Oregon and Idaho on rear D, to avoid any conflicts. Just last month CID rolled up an E4 who was passing convoy manifests and schedules to an old battle buddy in Lakewood, who was passing it to the insurgents.

Now your entire rear D is in segregated barracks and closely watched, and you’ve had to confiscate phones across the battalion. Your soldiers get one monitored call per week to their families. You’ve already signed 7 NJPs for guys who got caught with burners. The best intel you get, at least at first, was from social media companies providing data based on algorithms that identified insurgent activity.

The first round of mass arrests got hundreds. That dried up quickly, as they stopped using the platforms. It also scooped up hundreds of people based on social media history who are being held without charges, and are a constant PR nightmare. You have family members at your CP every day demanding due process, though you have nothing to do with detainee ops.

The biggest headache in your life, though, is the “volunteers”. When the proud boys tried to make a stand in Vancouver, and were immediately crushed, hundreds of “antifascists” showed up to “help”. You’ve been ordered to treat them as partner forces, but they’re worse than ANA. Half of them wheeze when they climb out of their subarus, and the other half can’t hold high ready for more than 10 seconds. They don’t follow orders, and after a few complaints about looting and some proud boy families going missing, the gloves came off locally. They still won’t engage your forces directly, but any “volunteers” who leave the wire on their own are likely to be found nailed to a tree. Of course local property crime and rape seems to correlate directly to their presence. They don’t want to fight, but they’ll harass civvies.

You get your morning brief and find that some of Idaho NGs missing Stingers surfaced last night and you’re down a chinook. You thank your lucky stars that Americans with ARs can’t fight the military.

Scenario Two:

Ok. Let’s do a thought exercise.

Those 12 Cletuses are the dumbest and most expendable guys the rebels have. They’re the dudes who don’t listen, just want to spray paint punisher skulls on everything and drive around larping.

Replying to

and

Heaven forbid this civil war fantasy scenario plays out. Hypothetically speaking, and purely as a thought exercise. How do 12 Cletetus and company defend against a Predator drone? His talking points are asinine and pure political spin.

When your drone smokes them, they aren’t doing anything important to the rebellion because no one trusts them with important shit. They’re just driving around being dipshits.

But now, they’re useful. The pictures of their charred corpses and crying families are suddenly all over.

They’re a reminder of what people like Jennifer are willing to do to people who won’t submit to them. Hundreds of thousands are radicalized. Some of the dumber ones learn a harsh lesson about listening to those who’ve done work, and become more circumspect.

Meanwhile smart people are busy identifying the unit the drone was with. Who the operators and commanders are. Who had to give approval. What political flunkies were involved. Who all of their families are and where they live. Who maintains and fuels the drones.

One day a pilot from that unit gets capped in the head at a gas station. No witnesses. The unit is locked down and not allowed off post.

A couple families get the corpse pictures slipped under their door.

Now the unit has to pull the families on post, too.

They have to devote resources to keeping them secure. They’re cooped up in shitty army quarters for who knows how long, miserable and bitching, while the government tries to “investigate”.

But feds going out to investigate wind up dead.

And soldiers find nothing.

Meanwhile the main rail line that brings in fuel mysteriously blows up, and the gov is forced to truck fuel the long and expensive way.

Plus they have to guard it, because it might not make it. They have to use soldiers, because civilian truckers won’t touch the job.

That’s because they were quietly warned that any trucker delivering to that base would be found hanging from a light pole with a punisher skull carved into his chest.

That skull becomes a shorthand to identify collaborators.

People like Jennifer find it painted on their doors.

The cops are overwhelmed, and most sympathize with the rebels anyway. They won’t miss Jennifer calling every other week because her neighbors fence doesn’t have HOA approval. So they don’t care.

Soldiers suck at investigating, so they can’t do shit either.

The mil has bigger problems anyway. Anything exposed and unguarded is probably not coming back.

Whenever they come out in force, there’s nothing to be found but law abiding citizens who will tell them they hate the rebels. Morale sucks and tempers are short.

Command is terrified that someone is gonna lose it and shoot a kid taunting his patrol, or something. They know what happens to units that get linked to atrocities.

So Jennifer is on her fucking own.

No cops, no soldiers, no feds. They don’t care and have bigger priorities.

She’s not important enough to protect, and her circle of people cant muster up more than a decorative katana and a bunch of soy.

Every time she finds the punisher scrawled on her car or fence she wonders if it’s just asshole kids or if she’s about to be an object lesson.

People start to shun her, too, because no one wants to risk being associated too closely with a collaborator.

She’s on her own, no one but her cats for company, and even when things calm down everyone she knows will remember that she sided with authoritarianism.

Fin.

The Punisher skull idea is a nice touch. Any dot-mil officer, Deep State bureauslime, or “elected” official mired in hubris and habit deeply enough to think that this conflict will be fought in strict conformance with the large-unit doctrines they’ve trained for and are most familiar with—all of which confidently predict that the Resistance irregulars will be crushed, with minimal effort or inconvenience—is in for a BIIIIIG surprise, and really ought to block out more time in his busy schedule for some careful reflection.

Several more of these sobering, thought-provoking tales can be found here. Spicy Time is NOT going to be either pretty or pleasant, for anybody, and that’s a hard fact.

Something wicked this way cometh

Or, y’know, cometh not.

A popular catch-phrase among pro-Trump patriots is: “Nothing can stop what is coming.”

This is based on the theory that there are things quietly going on behind the scenes, that President Trump still has a hand in what is happening today.

Perhaps he is laying a giant trap for Democrats and the deep state establishment. Or perhaps the military is in control under the theory of devolution.

Or perhaps, this is all delusional wishful thinking.

I gotta go with door number two, Monty.

Devolution is an interesting concept of continuity of government plans. Its purpose is to maintain government leadership in the event that constitutional successors are incapable or incapacitated. A small and select group of military leaders would be in charge, running a shadow government behind the scenes in the event of some catastrophe.

This scenario would have kicked in if the military believed that the COVID pandemic and electoral fraud were acts of war against the U.S. by foreign and domestic actors. Some have written extensively about devolution, telling a compelling story, but that is all it is, a wishful thinking story in contradiction to what we are seeing around us. If it turns out to be true, this past year will have been the greatest show of all time. But I’m not holding my breath.

Nor should you be. There is no savior coming to our rescue, no Knight in shining armor on a white charger galloping straight out of a fairy tale to slay our enemies and save our bacon at the last second for us. There’s only…us, and that’s absolutely it. If said bacon IS to be saved at the last second, we’re the ones who are gonna have to roll up our sleeves, harden our hearts, stiffen our spines, and get it done ourselves. T’was ever thus; t’will ever be thus. Which, actually, is no bad thing; if we had properly tended to the business of vigilantly safeguarding our sacred heritage of freedom, as our Founders explicitly instructed us to do, we wouldn’t be facing the difficult and uncertain struggle now before us.

There is much wishful thinking in the belief that “nothing can stop what is coming.” Maybe nothing is coming.

Was the election on the up and up? Did COVID provide the ideal excuse to change election laws at the last minute, against Constitutional provisions and the law, to facilitate fraud? If Biden really won 12 million more votes than Obama in 2012, why are we hearing chants of “F*** you Biden” at college football games, from college students who “turned out in droves” for Biden?

There were too many coincidences in late night vote-counting, stopping and starting, to say the election was fair and proper, but so what? This probably wasn’t the first dodgy election in America and certainly won’t be the last.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, but until such evidence can be produced and acted upon, it’s all “hopium.”

There is no evidence of a Trump-led shadow government pulling the strings. Yet there are shadow websites like Real Raw News, telling us of arrests, tribunals, and executions of prominent people like James Comey, Tom Hanks, Susan Rice, and Hillary Clinton, people who appear in public days after their supposed execution.

At the same time, the Durham investigation plods along, with hopes of a reckoning for Spygate conspirators. Five years have gone by with zero real punishment for anyone involved in weaponizing America’s intelligence, law enforcement, and justice agencies against a presidential candidate and subsequent administration.

Trump likes to say, “I caught them all” which provides hope, but who exactly has been caught and what is their reckoning? So far that’s been a big zero. Without signs to back up the words, it’s all just hopeful talk.

Trump laid it out before the 2016 election in a powerful but little known speech where he said:

Our movement is about replacing a failed and corrupt political establishment with a new government controlled by you, the American People. There is nothing the political establishment will not do, and no lie they will not tell, to hold on to their prestige and power at your expense.

Yet here we are. Trump certainly tried, but it seems the “failed and corrupt political establishment” won, holding on to their “prestige and power”. It’s not for lack of trying but even the likes of Donald Trump as president was not enough to slay the deep state dragon as he was largely alone in his efforts in Washington D.C.

Maybe something is coming, maybe not. As America descends into Cloward-Piven chaos and a Marxist future, what will stop the disasters that keep coming and coming?

Only us. Like it or not, ready or not, up to the task or not—all are required to face the cold, hard truth of the thing: There’s no one else. There’s only us. Which is only meet and just; it was always our job anyway, our burden and responsibility, and will always will be.

The last word

On the oozing carbuncle Bush comes from wantonly-murdered veteran and true patriot Ashli Babbitt’s bereaved mom.

In a text to American Greatness writer Julie Kelly today, Mikki Witthoeft, the mother of Ashli Babbitt, responded to George W. Bush’s 9/11 speech where he appeared to compare January 6 protesters to Islamic terrorists:

“George Bush, the Nation I know does not shoot unarmed protesters. The nation I know does not persecute protesters for political gain. The nation I know does not deny due process. The nation I know does not withhold evidence. The nation I know does not support lies told by the MSM.”

“Mr Bush, many of the noblest did hear the nation’s call on 9/11 many of them the same noble veterans that heard the call on 1/6 and went to DC to simply have their voices heard. My daughter, Ashli Babbitt was among both groups. Our sitting government still has many patriots jailed for exercising their American born right to protest. Veterans being denied rights they fought and were willing to die for. It was your voice that Ashli and many other young men and women heard and answered. Shame on you for comparing these 2 days in history. You should have your speech writers dig a little deeper before you push the lies of team Pelosi forward. The Americans that showed up for all of us to protest a corrupt establishment were met with violence-death-imprisonment and complete abuse of power.”

Well said, ma’am. Every day that passes with Ashli unavenged compounds the tragedy of your needless loss. Hopefully, we’ll all see that injustice addressed very soon, and her killer punished, one way or another.

But sorry, folks, I lied. The truly last word has to be Sido’s, I think.

It is a fitting reminder that 20 years after 3000 Americans died on his watch, war criminal George W. Bush should come out and remind us what a liar and piece of shit he really is.

Bush is a mass murderer without peer in the 21st century. Not only that but he is the most visible member of what is generally a family of awful people who have been corrupt going back to at least his grandpappy Prescott Bush. They are a family of patricians who hate the people that they suckered into voting for them and now shit all over us to get applauded by people who think they are buffoons.

Our rulers of both political parties are the worst people in our society. A pox on all of them and especially on the Bush clan. I can’t believe I voted for that motherfucker twice. I can’t say more on this subject without Fedpoasting so I will leave it there.

DAMNED well said, Arthur, and most enthusiastically endorsed from here.

It’s about time

As promised, that other angle I just mentioned:

Will the U.S. trucker anti-vax shutdown look like the Australian version?
Tuesday was set to be the day that American truckers were to park their trucks to protest possible vaccine mandates on the horizon, but it remains to be seen whether their actions will be as headline-grabbing as the Australian driver shutdown.

On August 29, a group of Australian truckers managed to shut down M-1 on the Gold Coast for about an hour to protest employer mandated vaccines. The truckers draped a banner reading “Truckies keep Australia moving, not politicians” across the front of their trucks and caused major traffic disruptions on the highway.

The protest activity was joined by a group of non-trucking industry protesters angry over COVID-19 shutdowns, bringing the estimated number of demonstrators up to 100, according to local news outlets. Police eventually broke up the blockade and forced the trucks off of M-1.

Protest activities continued into Tuesday in Australia. The West Australian reports that 150 people were arrested and 600 cited on Tuesday at various anti-vaccine, anti-lockdown protest activities in Australia, many of them not associated with the trucking industry.

Here in the U.S., a rise in the number of Delta variant cases combined with FDA approval of one of the major COVID vaccines has pushed many major American employers and the federal government to require the jab for some workers.

Though there has so far been no serious push to require vaccines for American truck drivers, the U.S. trucking industry at large has been hesitant to take the vaccine and has been vocal about their dislike for employer vaccine mandates.

After reading reports on the planned Australian strike, many U.S. truckers began plotting their own shutdown on social media — in part in support of the Australian movement and also to warn employers and the federal government that they don’t want the jab.

One of the most outspoken advocates for a U.S. shutdown was TikTok user The Disrespected Trucker, who called for truck drivers to gather at various locations across the country on August 31st in a protest mirroring the planned Australian blockades.

“On August 31st, on Tuesday, we’re asking that everybody not go to work. If they’re out on the road, shut your truck down. There are guys that plan on putting their trucks across the road. There’s guys who plan on parking on the side of the road, parking at home, and at truck stops. I’m not telling anyone how to do it or what to do,” The Disrespected Trucker told followers.

However, TikTok abruptly shut down The Disrespected Trucker account, forcing the trucker onto Twitter and possibly stymieing organized protests in the U.S.

Because of course they did. Proving thereby that, no matter the accent, tyrants are essentially the same the world over. They can be relied upon to do the same old things, commit the same old atrocities, and resort to the same old strategies and tactics every damned time.

While many truckers have said that they do not plan to participate, as of Tuesday afternoon, there is some evidence that U.S. truckers are participating in protest activities.

A Facebook live video shared by Sparky Anderson appears to show a slow roll driver protest near Nashville, Tennessee, that ended with a truck bearing a sign reading “#Freedom Stop The Tires” being pulled over by police.

Several embedded vids at the link, all of which are heartening. One thing you can be sure of: as things progress, more of us become alive to what’s really going on out there, and resistance to tyranny ramps up, dimestore dictators everywhere will make it ever more difficult to access the truth about what’s happening. Count on it; it’s who they are, it’s what they do. Which just makes it all the more critical that folks like me—hell, all of us—buckle down and redouble our efforts to make sure the real story continues to be disseminated, just as widely and as quickly as we can make it happen, whatever it may take.

The Social Contract construct

Brandon Smith gets down to the fundamentals.

There is a fundamental question that needs to be asked when examining the vaccine passport issue, and what I find is that almost no one in the mainstream is tackling it directly. The question is this:

Is it legally and morally acceptable to constrict the rights and economic access of people in order to force them to submit to an experimental “vaccine”, or any other medical procedure for that matter?

Furthermore, who gets to decide what medical procedures are acceptable to enforce? Who gets to be the all powerful and benevolent overseer of every human being’s health path. I ask this because I don’t think many people realize the future repercussions of allowing governments or corporations (the same thing these days) to dictate covid vaccinations. It doesn’t stop there; in fact, we have no idea where this stops once the Pandora’s box is opened.

No need to mull that one over much, if it all: it will NEVER stop. This is just the nature of life under totalitarian tyranny. For the Ruling Class, there will always and forever be yet another battle to fight; yet another restriction to instate and enforce; yet another unruly mind to be brought to heel and enslaved. Understand those things and everything suddenly makes sense. Fail to grasp that this really is who and what we now confront—that, contra Sinclair Lewis, it COULD happen here, and in fact it has, right before our eyes—and you will be mown down like so much unresisting grass.

For example, the primary argument of the covid cult and the establishment in favor of vaccine passports is the “social contract” fantasy. They claim that because we “live in a society”, everything we do affects everyone else in some way, and because we are all interconnected in our “collective” we are thus beholden to the collective. In other words, the collective has the “right” to micro-manage the life of the individual because if the individual is allowed to make his/her own decisions they might potentially cause harm to the whole group.

In case you are not familiar with this philosophy it is an extension of socialism and cultural Marxism, and it stands at the very core of vaccine passport propaganda. I have actually had public debates with pro-socialist people in the past who have tried to defend the merits of socialism and every single time the argument comes down to one singular disconnect – I say that if a group of people want to go off and start their own little socialist community they have every right to…as long as it is VOLUNTARY. Then if it fails and collapses it doesn’t matter because it doesn’t affect me or anyone else who did not want to participate.

The problem is that these Socialists/communists/Marxists/collectivists simply do not grasp the notion of voluntarism.

No, they understand it well enough. The problem, actually, is that—as with the overarching notion of individualism itself—they’re unalterably, fanatically opposed to it. For them, those ideas are the Main Enemy, and they fully and firmly intend to vanquish this hated foe for all time.

They believe that people need to be forced into doing the right thing or helping others, and they are the people that get to decide what the right thing is and who gets the help. They are the people that get to decide what freedoms are acceptable and what freedoms are inconvenient to their agenda. When they say “We live in a society…”, what they really mean is “You live in OUR society, and WE will determine what is best for you.”

In terms of vaccine passports, the collectivist social contract is a key element. They claim that being unvaxxed is not a personal freedom because the unvaxxed are a risk to the lives of everyone else. The social contract is therefore violated because by making a personal life choice you are endangering the rights of others.

Quite a convenient little misdirection, that, since they acknowledge NO individual rights whatsoever, for anyone but themselves. You have only those rights they bestow on you, not a jot or tittle beyond. And even those meager few can be suspended or revoked at any time, for any reason, at the behest of their most trivial whim. For your own good, of course.

Mainstream propaganda asserts that the unvaxxed will somehow become petri dishes for new mutations that will harm vaccinated people. There is no evidence to support this claim. In fact, there is more evidence that suggests it is vaccinated people that will trigger mutations and variants. The media says that this is not cause for any concern, but if it’s not then neither should we be concerned about mutations that gestate in the unvaxxed population, if there are any.

The fact of the matter is that more and more scientific evidence is proving that the experimental vaccines are NOT effective and that the unvaxxed are actually safer from covid regardless of the variant or mutation.

This begs the question: Why take the mRNA cocktail at all? What is there to gain? Well, there is nothing to gain in terms of health safety. Even if you happen to be part of the 0.26% of people at risk from covid, you are better off in the long run taking your chances with natural immunity than getting the jab.

The answer to the question is not about health, but about denial of access. Government’s and their corporate partners are trying to make it so you MUST take the vaccine in order to participate in normal social activities, or even to keep a job. Not only that, but the process goes on forever because every year there will be new variants and new booster shots. The only reason to take the vaccine is to keep at least a handful of your freedoms and to avoid poverty and starvation.

The frenetic full-court press to get this mystery chemical concoction into every arm is more than sufficient reason to uncompromosingly resist—especially in light of the campaign of dishonesty, ever-escalating panic-pimping, and manipulation we’ve already been subjected to. What sensible, informed person could possibly justify trusting them now, after all that transparently suspicious behavior?

I really enjoyed this next blast:

In terms of government, the covid cult will claim that there are Supreme Court precedents for legal enforcement of vaccinations. Honestly, I don’t care, and neither do millions of other Americans. A bunch of high priests in robes do not get to dictate my independent health decisions; I make those decisions and there’s nothing that they can do about it.

Absotively, posilutely bingo, Brandon. Hear me well, Leftards, and understand: My God-given right to self-determination is NOT up for debate or discussion—full stop, end of story. Neither is that or any other of my natural rights subject in any way to:

  • The judgment of a corrupted and inconsistent Supreme Court, or any other court, at any level
  • The unlawful edicts of Constitutionally-illegitimate government, at any level
  • The megalomaniacal fancy of faceless, unaccountable bureaucrats deeply embedded at EVERY level
  • The unqualified interpretation of law enforcement officers, at any level
  • The desires of overly-ambitious, double-dealing medical personnel; scientific research institutions; and/or pharmaceutical companies, in particular any of those reliant on Federal funding for much of their income

And that’s flat. The thrilling conclusion:

This is where we have to come to terms with the morals and principles involved – The lives of others are in no way affected by my decision to refuse to comply with vaccine passports. And just because a group of people have irrational fears about the threat of covid does not mean people with more discernment about the facts should be required to make them “feel better” or feel safer.

The bottom line is this: Our freedoms are more important than your paranoid fears, and we will not comply. We do not subscribe to your false social contract, and you are in no position to dictate the terms of our “society”. Don’t like it? You are more than welcome to leave the country and start a vaccinated Utopia somewhere else. We’ll see how that works out for you in the long run.

Bingo again, although the chance of them just going away to build their unattainable dream-world elsewhere and tend to their own knitting thenceforth isn’t just slim, it’s nonexistent. We’ll have to take a very different tack if we ever hope to get them off our backs and rid ourselves of them, and all the misery and woe they create, for good.

That said, this I vow: ANY attempt to abrogate rights which I deem to be unalienably mineI deem, myself, without reference to unsolicited opinion or input from others—I shall resist to the final ebb of my strength and will, using any and all methods, devices, and stratagems I can obtain or conceive. You have shown yourselves to be relentless and single-minded in your quest to subjugate me. You have evinced NO REGARD WHATEVER for my preference, my willing consent, my freedom, or my very life. In return, you can expect no less and no more than the exact same treatment from me.

I WILL NEVER comply. I WILL NEVER surrender. I WILL NEVER go down without a fight, as fierce a one as I can make. I WILL NEVER foreswear any conceivable measure as too brutal or inhumane to be used against you. Nor shall I limit myself strictly to defensive actions alone; I consider absolutely everything to be on the table and in play—EVERYTHING.

Should you be foolish or arrogant enough to attempt to coerce me further, you damned well better bring help, no matter who you are or what authority you claim to wield. Because I WILL do my level best to do you bodily injury, as much and as grievous as I can inflict, in order to end the threat to my liberty and well-being you represent.

From this day forward, my approach will be that the two opposing sides are in a state of war—war to the knife. As in any war, the more genteel standards defining things like fair play, gentlemanly conduct, and unacceptable barbarism are officially out the window, passing into irrelevance. This is a war our side never had any desire to enter into. We have done you no injury, and prefer to simply be left alone, to live and let live. But these things you will never do. So we have all been dragged into an unwanted and unnecessary conflict all unwilling, due to the tyrannical machinations of an enemy which in every sense resembles a pack of snarling, snapping jackals cooperating to bring down a bull.

They will soon learn, to their eternal regret, that the bull they’ve unwisely chosen to attack is not old, sick, or lame. This bull is strong; his horns are sharp, and quite dangerous.

Time to wise up, don’tchathink?

Time, and past time, I think. Even somebody as smart, perceptive, and plainspoken as JJ Sefton is not above a stumble now and then, as my boldface below points up:

Once again, in spite of all of these truths I still see the same types of posts from pundits warning of the exact same things we are all well aware of and yet at the end give us this kind of statement:

We’re in a battle between freedom and a new dark age of socialist intolerance, racism, and fascism — and the implications are global. Either we stand tall, or we go into that cold, dark night. Our decisions regarding this betrayal and treason will shape America for a decade or more. Either we use every constitutional tool to push back against the Democrats’ callous abuse or we succumb.

Emphasis mine, because with all due respect to the author, RUFKM? We’re going to play by rules which the other side not only never does but now never needs to because the game, the stadium and the entire league has been wiped out?! Please. Let’s stop pretending. The thugs and terrorist goons of Antifa and BLM are already assaulting us in the streets while the crooked cops, DAs and judges are throwing us into political prisons just for daring to show up in public. But, that said, I think it’s crucial to still show up and vote, not so much being confident that Dao-Min Yen can’t steal the election, but that in the likely event that that happens it will just underscore the fact that America is no more and that we are being held hostage, in many ways just like the hundreds or thousands of Americans left behind in Afghanistan.

Oh, it will underscore it right enough—just as it has been underscored fifty bazillion goddamned times already. So how much “underscoring” will be enough before we all finally admit the truth—put simply, Box #2 has clearly failed us just as all but Number Four have, thus can no longer be of any use—and take effective action, regardless of how drastic or unappealing a one is required, based on that knowledge? Will there EVER be enough “underscoring” to rouse us from our passivity and torpor and inspire us to make these rotten bastards pay the price for their outrageous and multitudinous crimes?

Justice will not be served until Joe Biden, the fools at the Pentagon, DOD, Foggy Bottom, every agency and every bureaucracy in DC, the entire Democrat Party and anyone and everyone who conspired and still conspires with them are removed from power and prevented from holding any elective or appointed office. In point of fact, justice will not be served until he and a great many of the aforementioned are dangling from the gallows.

We cannot have a Constitution and we cannot have an America where any group has the ability to use those freedoms to enslave us. It took a little over 100 years but that is exactly what happened. Sorry to disappoint Ben Franklin and the Founders but we cannot keep a republic because human nature being what it is, a will to power by the forces of darkness and evil, just will not allow it. If we survive this period of darkness and defeat not only at the hands of our homegrown backstabbers but now from the very real threat of global Chinese imperialism and an Islamic caliphate along with them, then the Constitution will indeed be ‘wholly insufficient’ with which to rebuild.

I do hate to look as if I’m jumping all over JJ here; I have tremendous respect for him, and always enjoy his posts. Thankfully, after the above-noted momentary swerve into the “Vote HARDERER!™” ditch, he righted himself and got back on track again with those closing ‘graphs. But I declare, if I see one more of Our Guys (and Sefton surely is that) so much as bring up American “elections” again as if they still mattered as anything other than pure theater, I may just start rending my garments, tearing out what hair I have left, and swallowing my tongue over it.

No half-measures

Get hot or go home.

How can benefits flow from coercion and the wholesale violation of individual rights? What gives a small minority the right to coerce and subjugate the rest? Why is the burden of proof always on those who oppose coercion and defend individual rights? Why are those who arrogate to themselves the power to rule by violence never called to account for their many and massive failures, even as the world they’ve created slides into an abyss from which it may never emerge? Why, if people are supposedly unfit for freedom and running their own lives, are some people fit to run everyone else’s lives? Why are words and phrases like “lockdown,” “masking,” “mandatory vaccines,” and “vaccine passports” not treated as the obscenities they are, while words and phrases like “freedom,” “liberty,” “individual rights,” “individual autonomy,” and “personal sovereignty” are freakish, beyond-the-pale concepts that cannot be mentioned among those who consider themselves polite society?

“Screw polite society” is a phrase that should have been uttered long ago, and which has to be uttered now. If someone claims the right to lock you down, close your business, destroy your job, make you wear an ineffective mask, decree your life’s activities contingent on proof you’ve been injected with an ineffective and dangerous vaccine whose makers cannot be sued, and prevents you from questioning or protesting this tyranny; if someone claims the right to force you to accept as legal tender a piece of paper or computer entry whose value is entirely dependent on the value of promises not to create too many of them from thieves who never keep their promises; if someone claims the right to invade countries which pose no threat, and to pay for it with your taxes, your credit, and the lives of you, your fellow citizens, and the invaded; if someone claims the right to impose regulations, laws, and decrees that destroy your ability to act in your own best interest, render you guilty until you prove yourself innocent, extort your compliance at the price of your job, business, or freedom, and only benefit—through extortion, bribery, and the peddling of influence and favors—those who promulgate and enforce them; if someone claims the right to the products of your mind, work, imagination, and integrity to promote the “equality” of those who offer nothing but their screeching “needs”; then their claims versus your resistance are not polite differences of opinion. They are matters of life and death.

Consider these people who want absolute power over you. They’re several layers removed from the realities that confront the rest of us. Many of them have never put in an honest day’s work—where someone willingly pays them because the value of what they produce is greater than what they’re paid—never met a payroll, never had to stretch $5.16 until the end of next week. From their sinecures they prattle and preach, lobby and legislate, censor and suppress, tax and tyrannize, revolving satellites in a firmament centered on government and its power. The revere their credentialed aristocracy and drip contempt for those not in it. Publicly they don’t hide their condescension, privately they stifle any doubts that it’s not merited. If they take any notice of the outsiders’ resentment, they attribute it to jealously and mentally move on.

A great reordering is coming. It won’t be imposed by behemoth institutions, it will organically evolve from individuals, families, and small communities of interest. The behemoths are centralized, bureaucratic, parasitic, and corrupt dinosaurs. They won’t survive the decentralized chaos they’re unknowingly fomenting. There is no ecological role for the Potomac brontosaurus or any other mega-government. They and the gargantuan states over which they preside and plunder have outlived whatever usefulness they may have once had. Nature ruthlessly winnows the useless. The behemoths will be winnowed.

Survival requires adaptation and adaptive order can emerge from chaos. Historically, order has been imposed in a myriad of violent variants, superficially different political philosophies but at root all the same. The coming chaos will present an opportunity for organic order to emerge, based on freedom, individual rights, and voluntary interaction and exchange. It’s order for those who seek neither to control nor be controlled, a philosophical and psychological evolution many will never attain. Those that do will find a patch of territory and stake their claim to freedom, defend it, and flourish. It may not be large, but an acre of freedom is better than a continent of tyranny.

What’s required are the people who are unafraid to claim their individual rights, every single one of them, and will go all the way to secure them. It will be no victory to “win” some slight rollback in tyranny—fewer Covid mandates, lower taxes, a tapering of fiat debt monetization, military withdrawal from an occupied nation, etc. Rollbacks are a fool’s errand, later rerolled forward. Nothing short of total victory—the elimination of tyranny—will do.

If you reflexively cringe when someone calls you selfish for claiming what’s yours, if you’re unwilling to defend your life and rights, so be it, assuredly they will be taken from you. If you want to be free from tyranny, if you want to peaceably live your life as you see fit, if you want to go all the way and create something entirely new, and if you’re willing to work and fight for it, that can be your and your posterity’s future.

Robert Gore has produced a mighty fine work here, and no mistake. Aesop calls it “the best essay I’ve read all year,” and I for one ain’t gonna argue with the man. I will say this much: if we wait until we get to where Australia is to act, then we probably just shouldn’t bother at all, because we’ve already lost.

On Saturday afternoon, a father walking with his daughter in the Garrison Point Reserve in George’s Hall, Australia, was handcuffed by local police after he was found unmasked in Sydney’s coronavirus-hit western suburbs.

Footage of the incident, obtained by the Daily Mail, shows the man sitting with his hands behind his back, as his daughter wanders nearby.

“Come on guys, be fair, a little bit,” said the man who was filming. “He’s got a daughter here. She is by herself. Look, the little girl is scared, man.”

The officers told the man filming that the father had “committed an offense.”

“He hasn’t committed an offense – I walked past and saw everything,” the man filming said to the law enforcement officers. The father then told police that he would not speak to them until his daughter was by his side.

The officer has the young daughter return to her father, who then sits in his lap as he is sitting with handcuffs on his wrists.

The father told police that he was dropping his daughter off with his sister then going for a run, during which he would not have to wear a mask.

Absolutely unbelievable. Anybody still wish-hoping that Real Americans can count on the Blue we used to Back to be with us when Gore’s Great Reordering begins for real is hereby strongly advised to think again. I mean, STRONGLY.

Of mice and/or men

Well, this is…shall we say…troubling.

It’s always, always, ALWAYS the same with these assholes, innit? As if they only have just the one playbook for all of them to work from, and aren’t bright or original enough to come up with anything different. Via my NC homeslice Wes Renegade, who elsewhere puts it plain and simple.

How do we BEGIN?

It’s a question I have asked many times. It’s a question many commenters here have asked.

I am just as frustrated as all of you that keep saying “the time for talk is over.” Believe me I know. I have been saying that for an extremely long time now.

I am tired of hearing the statement made that we must wait and not act first. Are we going to wait until it’s too late? I believe we are already at the point where it may be too late and our chances of success will be minimal. However it is better to die on your feet than live on your knees as a slave.

Our country has been overthrown/stolen from us. It’s time to quit talking about it and it’s time to start fighting for our freedom. While I’m not skilled in how to begin a Revolution, neither were our Founding Fathers. They fought for what they believed in and did what was right, regardless the certain death they faced. Are we lesser men?

Indubitably so; no disgrace in that, necessarily, since they were genuine titans among men, whose mettle very few before or since could hope to meet, or even approach. The real question is: are we man enough? We’ll very soon find out.

As for Scheller, you regime pusbags just go ‘head on and make a martyr of the man, whydon’tcha. Let’s all see how that works out for ya in the end.

An honorable man

LTC Scheller makes the only move that makes sense.

A Lt. Colonel in the United States Marine Corp announced on LinkedIn today that he is resigning his commission after losing his command over a public video he had posted criticizing top military brass for their actions in Afghanistan.

Lt. Colonel Stuart Scheller’s video attacking everyone from the Joint Chiefs of Staff down for their role in creating the Afghanistan crisis went viral last week. Shortly after the video was released, he was relieved of his command but still remained a Marine. Today, he announced he is resigning.

“Part of me feels like everything in the last 25-years of my life may have happened to bring me to this point right now,” he said.

Reactions from patriots since the video went viral have been mostly positive. Many tribute and GoFundMe pages have been set up to support him, but he made it clear that he has not set up a GoFundMe himself. He called for donations to go to the families of lost service members from the attacks in Afghanistan.

One comment in particular seemed to truly affect Stuart. A former commanding officer, “Lt. Col. Hobbs,” posted something on social media that prompted the latest video as well as his resignation.

“If Stuart Scheller was honorable, he would resign his commission,” Hobbs posted in a reply on LinkedIn, according to Stuart’s video.

Stuart became emotional and proceeded to announce his resignation.

“I want to make the announcement today,” he said. “After 17 years, I’m currently not pending legal action and I can stay in the Marine Corp for another three years, but I don’t think that’s the path I’m on. I’m resigning my commission as a United States Marine, effective now. I’m sure there’s more admin on how I’m supposed to do that, and I’ll work through that. But I am forfeiting my retirement on entitlements. I don’t want a single dollar.”

Obviously, Col Schiller, the USMC you loved and served in for so long exists now only as a fond memory. The current Corps, sadly, is no longer worthy of men of your caliber and qualities, and there is no place for you or them in it. I can but sit back in awe of your courage and integrity for taking the stand you have, and shouldering the burden of sacrifice you just did with your resignation. All good Marines will rue your absence; each should now do some soul-searching themselves to ponder where all this is headed, and what part they want to play in the days ahead.

Update! A thoroughly honorable man.

The maverick Marine fired after he released a now-viral video slamming the US military for botching the exit from Kabul, issued a clear threat to his aging superiors Saturday.

“The baby boomer’s turn is over,” Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller told The Post. “I demand accountability, at all levels. If we don’t get it, I’m bringing it.”

He also quoted Thomas Jefferson, saying “every generation needs a revolution.”

Scheller’s family and former troops say they’re not surprised the officer sacrificed his career in order to tell his truth.

“It takes real courage to do what he did and that was Stu all the way,” Juan Chavez, 33, of Valparaiso, Ind., who served under Scheller from 2011 to 2014, told The Post Saturday. “He was a magnificent leader, a breath of fresh air, who was always going to do what’s right, even if it goes against the grain.”

Scheller’s father, Stuart Sr., told The Post his son was “the real deal, a Marine’s Marine. People will follow him to the ends of the earth. He has put his life on the line for fellow Marines so putting his career on the line like this does not surprise us.”

Stuart Scheller Sr. said his son idolized his grandfather, a World War II vet who landed on the beach at Normandy, and always wanted to go into the military.

“He’s still on the battlefield protecting his men and women,” Scheller Sr. said. “It’s interesting that no one (in the military) has answered his call for accountability. Their answer was to fire him I guess. It’s a sad day for America.”

Yes, it is. But maybe a little less so than might otherwise be the case, thanks to your son’s courageous stand against the corruption, fecklessness, and ass-covering endemic in our increasingly-dysfunctional military establishment. Obviously, your boy was brought up right, and you should be damned proud of him.

A married father of three boys who lives in Jacksonville, NC, Scheller seemed to have had a brilliant military career before he did the unthinkable and broke rank with the Marine Corps. He received a Combat V for Valor and a Bronze Star.

But now he’s a hero to many in the military and among civilians for, as one person commented, “coming out with what everyone was thinking but was afraid to say.”

Scheller said some of his fellow officers, while supportive, urged him to take down the video.

“Obviously I didn’t take it down,” Scheller wrote in a later Facebook post. “I’ll offer this…we can’t ALL be wrong. If you all agree…then step up. They only have the power because we allow it. What if we all demanded accountability?”

More than 30,000 people, some of whom served under Scheller, have liked and commented on his video.

“Proud to have served under your command sir, we’ll follow you to the pits of hell and back,” wrote Zach Olbrys of Worcester, Mass.
Ryan Holland of Lexington, Ky. wrote: “I see a seat in Washington in your near future!! It was always an honor serving with you sir! Semper Fi!”

“It took big brass balls to do what you did…[knowing] it came at a huge risk to your career personally,” wrote Paul Zedalis. “An Officer with integrity…hard to find at the senior levels these days. My hat is off to you Sir!”

Mine too.

Making it stick

Words, however strong or clear, can never amount to very much if the action required to back them up is never taken.

In 1938, one year before the outbreak of World War II, Winston Churchill gave his famous “the lights are going out” speech, in which he said, instructively: “Alexander the Great remarked that the people of Asia were slaves because they had not learned to pronounce the word ‘No.’ Let that not be the epitaph of the English-speaking peoples.”

In 2021, the world takes stock of its freedom and finds out just how little is left. In Australia, Melbourne has been locked down for 19 months and the police are shooting violators with rubber bullets. In New Zealand, citizens testing positive for COVID-19 were quarantined by force in government camps run by the military: “I cannot allow the gains we have all made to be squandered by processes that are not followed,” said New Zealand’s prime minister.

In Great Britain, the National Health Service built an app that “pings” people who have been near a person with a positive COVID test and requires those people to leave work. Last month the app was “pinging” more than half a million people every week. Boris Johnson’s spokesman says the app is doing “what it’s designed to do.”

In America, New Yorkers will not be allowed indoors anywhere—no bars, restaurants, museums, movie theaters, gyms—without their “Key to NYC” proof of vaccination. This despite the fact that the vaccine only inhibits one from developing symptoms, but does not at all affect the likelihood of having the virus in one’s system or passing it to others.

This year, much of the world discovered that its freedom was illusory: Nothing more than words and slogans to soothe the credulous, feeble public. But not in Florida, where I happen to be at the moment. When “Key to NYC” was announced by Bill de Blasio, I knew it was the right time to visit some friends in the south and see how the other half lives.

Unsurprisingly, Dan’s trip was exactly what you’d expect: an invigorating breath of the clean, clear air of freedom, summoning forth an inescapable conclusion:

The reality in Florida exposes the worldwide response to the novel coronavirus for what it is: An exercise in oppression. A precious opportunity for governments to see just how far their tentacles can intrude into peoples’ daily lives. An excuse to grant governments across the world extraordinary, emergency powers that, once granted, will become normal and then permanent. It’s an excuse—that’s all it is. A phony pretext for everything the government wanted to do anyway.

It is chilling and sobering to see how aggressively governments will subjugate populations of whom they are not afraid. In almost every country in the world, people are coming up against the unfortunate realization that, when push comes to shove, they are utterly helpless.

Only if they believe themselves to be, or—far, far worse, something we see way too much of all around us nowadays—if they actually LIKE it that way. Perhaps the most dismaying revelation over the past year and a half has been not of the true nature of our government, but that of so very many of our so-called countrymen.

Gelernter goes on to make the essential, if obvious, point about the motives of gun-grabbing tyrants, cites some examples, then closes out thusly:

A people disarmed is a people enslaved. Enslaved not only by their lacking effective means of resistance, but by their having shown their willingness to surrender those means to the authorities. When you look at American states with the freest gun laws, you know you’re looking at states with the freest people: Not simply because these people have guns, but because they had the strength of character to keep them. They were the ones who, when the government came around to lock them in their homes, said “No.”

If America is to enjoy a new birth of freedom, as I believe it will, it starts with those Americans who believe there are some things more important than safety, some things dearer even than life. To those in less-fortunate circumstances and places, it may fall to you to take the first step towards freedom regained: The government will ask you for your papers. You know what to say.

All fine and well, as I’ve repeatedly said, and he ain’t wrong about any of it. BUT…as I’ve also repeatedly said: not gonna get the job done. Wish it would, from the bottom of my heart. Won’t. Sorry, all. Now what?

Somewhat to his credit, Dan sidesteps the by now obligatory insistence that, vital as those guns are, any use of them for their Constitutionally-intended purpose absolutely MUST be preemptively foresworn by all Real Americans. As if tyrants who, as he correctly admits, no longer fear the faint-hearted Sheeple can ever be dissuaded from abusing them by words alone. As if the mere possession of guns can ever suffice to reinstill a proper and correct fear into our masters, absent a credible threat of resorting to them at dire need—exactly as the Founders had to do, and did. He simply doesn’t mention that aspect of the matter at all, one way or another.

But he didn’t flatly reject the idea out of hand either, a stance which has somehow become the default even amongst some of the firebrands of the historically literate, sincerely patriotic punditry. Kinda sad that that actually does represent progress, of a sort. But hey, I said “SOMEWHAT to his credit,” now didn’t I? Baby steps, people, baby steps.

Resources for fighting mandates against COVID injections, masks, COVID tests

In the wake of numerous mandates for COVID-19 injections and mask wearing, there are ways to protest and fight back against such mandates, using some of the resources compiled below.

Haven’t delved too deeply into it yet, but at first glance it seems to be well thought-out and organized. A tip of the ol’ CF chapeau to ’em for the effort and all; it’s a good enough opening gambit, if a bit late. But we all know by now, or we should, that it won’t be enough. Alas, there’s only one way to end this—and it’s a lot more, ummm, kinetic, shall we say.

People, for some inexplicable reason, must like to have their silly little “individual freedom,” the deluded fools

Thoughts from a man who grasps the basic concept one hell of a lot better than a toxic gnome like Herr Doktor Fauci ever will.

This Western idea was the founding concept and intellectual motive of America, and no matter how badly it was ever treated since it first dawned, it is nonetheless the finest and most productive way of life ever abstracted in human history. It should be the aim of everyone who loves human life, “the people,” “the American People,” or any other presumptive grouping beloved by the advocate.

The plainly-grasped idea of freedom is well-enough understood by tens of millions of Americans who also understand that government is its opposite. It’s no mere “conversation” to people who know that the root element of government is force. More and more, they take the principle to heart and mind: if they cannot reason their way to freedom, and if force is the ruling principle of dealing with each-other, then, in the ringing admonition of Nancy Pelosi, “People are going to do what they’re going to do.”

So, the real question isn’t so much whether people will fight, but whether anyone should, and why. It wouldn’t occur to me to compare American politics with “the modern Middle East” (a crashing non sequitur) for the reasons outlined above. The vast cultural differences in basic philosophy make it a pointless diversion. An honest concern with America must take up the irreconcilable conflict of individualism (the basic American idea) vs. collectivism.

Individualism is politically manifest as freedom. Without a great deal of honest and effective philosophical guidance (certainly not as much as it requires or deserves), the very idea of freedom yet survives as a sort of gut-level apprehension in enough Americans that it frightens people who are not opposed to violence in principle. It’s just that their own offensive violence (by the state) is rationalized by presuming other people’s values (e.g.; “the common good”).

They don’t mind using force for what they want, and it outrages them when they’re threatened with opposition on that principle. (They don’t consider whether it would come to any of this if only they would leave people to their own lives on their own powers.)

Americans, being convinced that freedom is the best way for all humans to live, must necessarily by basic nature and their ethics deny all socialist authority over anyone’s life. In a politics more evidently resorting to force at every turn, all serious discussions of violence must account for the essential values at stake that would even bring the matter to such attention.

It’s Billy Beck’s latest, so you’re going to want to read it all. Because, I mean, of course you will.

Red Dawn has broken

On the beam, with a caveat.

The Democrats’ RED DAWN: Yes, It’s A Communist Coup. But There Are Signs Of Hope
Remember John Milius’ 1984 classic movie, Red Dawn, in which Soviet and Cuban shock troops capture the town of Calumet CO? In one particularly compelling scene, the victorious occupiers execute Americans accused of conspiring with high school rebels who have been waging guerrilla warfare. But just before the Reds open fire, the condemned patriots start singing America the Beautiful.

I thought of that when reading Julie Kelly’s account of the January 6 Mostly Peaceful Protesters, still scandalously held in solitary confinement for their political opinions, singing the National Anthem every evening [January 6 Detainees Sing the National Anthem, July 18, 2021] Except this time, the enemy isn’t the Soviets: it’s Joe Biden and his—let’s face it—de facto Communist regime.

Hate to say it and all, truly I do, but at this point it might be about time we dropped the whole National Anthem/patriotism thing. The sad, sorry truth is that it’s an anthem for a nation that no longer exists except in rose-tinted memory, and cannot be brought back. Mourning the nation they’ve stolen from us and are in the process of dismantling it even as I type this is one thing; pure nostalgia is something altogether else, and if over-indulged will serve only to blunt the edge of a perfectly honed and well-justified rage, attenuating what of right ought to be a keen appetite for retribution until it’s nothing more than flabby futility.

These political prisoners’ “Days In Court” will be Stalinist show trials, designed to signal that opponents are “terrorists” and to make clear what the Regime has in mind for the Historic American Nation: legal and political harassment, then dispossession and, ultimately, Replacement. In the eyes of many Democrat officials and Leftist pundits, the so-called attack on the U.S. Capitol was “worse than 9/11”.

But there are signs of hope.

I must say I find the “signs of hope” he cites rather, umm, underwhelming. Could be that’s just me, though.

Maybe something remains of what truly unified Americans 20 years ago, when Saudi Muslim radicals—who shouldn’t have been in the country anyway—murdered 3,000 of our countrymen:

Unfortunately, rank-and-file Democrats seem be gulled their leaders. A poll from Echelon Insights in February reported the top concerns for Democrat voters:

  • Donald Trump supporters: 82 percent
  • White nationalism: 79 percent
  • Systemic racism: 77 percent

In contrast, Republicans said their top concerns are illegal immigration (81 percent) then lack of support for the police, and high taxes.

Not one issue among voters of the two parties overlaps. The two sides live in different worlds—what VDARE.com has called “America” and “Anti-America.”

The question we must ask is this: At what point do we realize a coup of unimaginable proportions has occurred, and our fate might be that of the Americans in Milius’ Red Dawn?

And the question we must answer remains the same: What, if anything, is to be done about that? Because, one way or another, it WILL be answered. It’s entirely up to us to see to it that it’s an answer we can live with—literally.
