Everything old is new again

A meme or three on the Bai-Ding rerun of Jimmeh Peanuthead’s 70’s fuel fiasco, swiped from Infowars.

Heh. Toothy McBigTits looks as if the disastrous situation has left her downright lubricious, doesn’t she? Best line so far comes from a Friend Of Glenn: “So a pipeline is hackable, but a voting machine wasn’t???” Dude, you should know by now that, with shitlibs, it’s whatever serves their purposes at that moment, regardless of how contradictory, deceitful, or nonsensical it might be.

Potemkin military

The world’s lone most pathetic “superpower.”

Bloomberg is out with a Monday report chronicling the sad state of affairs the US military has found itself in – notably trying to lure eligible recruits from Generation Z with a cartoon series dubbed “The Calling,” which will run on YouTube during May and June.

As Bloomberg notes, “The Army—the U.S. military’s largest service—faces a complex set of problems: the eligible recruiting pool into all military services is small; and the newest generation of prospects, Gen Z, has had almost no contact or knowledge of the military, which has largely fought wars abroad since 2001. The Gen Z cohort grew up with technology, the internet, and social media.”

It gets worse.

According to the report, almost 71% of those aged 17 to 24 – roughly 24 million out of 34 million people – are ineligible to join the military because of “obesity, lack of high school diploma, or a criminal record,” according to Pentagon data.

America’s foreign adversaries must be laughing their asses off.

Oh, you can be sure they are—those of them who aren’t licking their chops, drooling with anticipation at the prospect of gnawing the bones and feasting on the mouldering corpse of America That Was. Personally, I find JJ Sefton’s take the funniest:

Iran is pulling a Michael Corleone on Senator Geary, demanding we let them build nukes and kiss their ass in Macy’s window for delaying that cause these past four years. And as thanks for our obsequious apologies they’re once again using armed speedboats against our warships in the Strait of Hormuz knowing full well that the drag-queen junk-tuckers on the bridge of the USS Harvey Milk will shoot nothing but blanks at them.

Heh. Fret not, though; we’ll never get around to anything as uncouth as shooting anybody, with blanks or anything else. If recent history is any guide, those “junk-tuckers” will doubtless have conned the USS Rump Ranger into a hapless freighter or a rocky bluff long before the shooting stage is ever reached.

Boot on our necks, forever amen

I take no pleasure in saying this, believe me I don’t, but…told ya so.

Remember when Dr. Fauci said masks don’t work?

Now Fauci is suggesting mask-wearing will become permanent.

Fauci appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday and told host Chuck Todd that thanks to mask-wearing, the seasonal flu was pretty much non-existent this year.

The seasonal flu was just recoded into Covid so medical facilities can make more money, but Fauci gets paid big bucks to lie and push CCP propaganda so here we are.

“We’ve had practically a non-existent flu season this year merely because people were doing the kinds of public health things that were directed predominantly against COVID-19,” Fauci said with a straight face.

“So it is conceivable that as we go on, a year or two or more from now, that during certain seasonal periods when you have respiratory-borne viruses like the flu, people might actually elect to wear masks to diminish the likelihood that you’ll spread these respiratory-borne diseases,” Fauci added.

The Covid tyranny stops when we say it stops.

Well, perhaps. Then again, perhaps not. The trouble is, we now have a tremendous portion of the population who has been thoroughly conditioned and have now been broken in the same sense wild horses are. “Americans” have accepted the bit; they’re more inclined to cowardice and submission than to sturdy self-determination in the first place, and will not only be perfectly fine with making the Mask Of Submission a permanent fixture of Amerikan life, they will vehemently insist on it. You can be sure that the Fauxvid panic-ninnies will raise eight flavors of ruckus should it not be made so, and will continue on shamelessly hectoring and harassing those who refuse to comply.

There was a time when I myself regularly echoed Laila’s line that it “stops when we say it stops.” With every passing day, though, it becomes more apparent that relatively passive resistance isn’t going to suffice to free us unless and until physical violence, up close and personal, becomes part of the equation. Maybe those Karens and Kens would relent if they suddenly found themselves on the hurty end of a knuckle sandwich every time they opened their smarmy yaps to start in on some poor schlub possessed of the outrageous temerity to insist on living as if this was still a free country or something.

The grand experiment in authoritarianism facilitated by hysterical panic over a decidedly unexceptional flu bug turned out to be successful beyond a wannabe despot’s wildest dreams. All the puzzle pieces for perpetual tyranny are now firmly in place, which means more extreme measures will be required if it is ever to be disassembled and put back in its proper box. As in so very many other contexts, by putting off a reckoning instead of facing reality and just getting on with it, we have only made our struggle more difficult than it might have been. Denial isn’t just a river in Egypt; it’s also an invitation no tyrant will ever refuse—a wide-open door that they will forever be happy to walk through and make themselves right at home.

Update! Give ’em an inch, and they’ll take…absolutely everything.

So spare me the tired and easily refuted claim that our current situation is simply a scientific response to a dangerous disease. Similar responses to dangerous situations would never be accepted, and would trigger immediate and appropriate legal responses. Just imagine if Fredo The Elder (Andrew Cuomo) announced that until the murder rate in the worst precincts in NYC dropped to the background level of the rest of the country, all people above a certain age were subject to search for weapons. Or that policemen would be posted in every supermarket to search all morbidly overweight people for prohibited foods.

Those are ridiculous and unacceptable examples of government overreach, yet we are currently tolerating similar insults to our rights, and looming on the horizon are even more insidious measures. Vaccine passports, segregation of the vaccinated from the unvaccinated, and many more degradations of our rights as free people are coming, and soon.

How different is a vaccine passport compared to the yellow star of Nazi Germany, or a letter from the Red Guards allowing travel to the cities, or an ID card allowing one entrance into a communist party food store in Moscow?

The advent of incredibly fast computers, completely interconnected, and vast databases that can be accessed from literally anywhere with a cellular connection makes the Nazis and the Soviets and the Chinese communists mere dilettantes compared to the current surveillance state.

Papers could be forged…badges could be manufactured…the authorities could be evaded (at least for a time). But how many of us have the technical knowledge and skills to evade a vaccine passport requirement? Or avoid being tracked with our cell phones and internet log-ons and electronic toll systems and credit cards and facial recognition systems and license plate readers and on and on and on.

We are in the midst of a profound shift to authoritarian rule, but this time the tools available to those in power are orders of magnitude more powerful than even the infamous East German Ministry For State Security had!

The dystopian novels of the past predicted exactly this, but they were warnings…and we ignored them.

Oh, we’re hardly “in the midst” of said profound shift, I’d say. What we’re in now is the final stage of it, when the cleaning crew comes in to sweep up whatever’s left of American liberty before its light is extinguished for the long, dark night.

Alien occupation

They ain’t us.

Over the years I have come to realize that the world of politics and our world disconnected at some point. There has always been a separation of politics and regular life, but with enough movement back and forth to keep both sides tethered to one another. There was also the practical reality of politics depending on popular support. If things got bad for the people, they may try to hang the king, so the king had to keep an eye on them.

Today they are completely different worlds. I have a segment on Liz Cheney. Her life may as well have been lived in another solar system. Technically, she is supposed to be representing the interests of Wyoming in the people’s house. In reality, she is the Cloud People’s representative to the Dirt People of Wyoming. She may as well correspond with them via video link, like the alien overlords in sci-fi movies. “People of Wyoming, this is your humanoid representative. Obey and listen to instructions.”

Again, all societies, regardless of the form of government, have a ruling elite that is often at odds with and out of touch with the people. That is why there are subsystems that provide feedback to the decision makers. That is the problem that parliaments are supposed to solve. How best to keep the rulers and the ruled in communication so both sides understand the other enough to avoid conflict. Today, those feedback loops no longer exist. The political system operates in isolation from us.

The result is we have the Dirt People thinking they live in a representative democracy where their votes dictate public policy. The Cloud People think they live in a novel form of dictatorship where their decisions are applauded by the masses. It is why so many of the Cloud People are convinced there is an evil conspiracy afoot to rile up the masses against the system. Why else would they not be clapping? From their perspective, the system is running as expected, so the opposition is illogical.

The Dirt People, having been trained their whole lives to think the humanoids they choose between in elections care about their votes, are baffled by why those humanoids never following instructions. Unable to question the logic of the system itself, they come up with novel theories about why the Cloud People are doing the things they are doing. At some point, the right answer is “they are not us”.

Indeed they aren’t—which is the consequence of allowing a Professional Politician class (or ProPols, as I’ve taken to calling them of late) to rise and flourish. This most regrettable lapse into inattentiveness, and its inevitable result, is exactly what the Founders—in their remarkable wisdom and foresight—dreaded, feared, and explicitly cautioned their posterity against. The very idea of making a career out of politics, as opposed to doing a term or two of what can no longer be referred to as “public service” with a straight face, was anathema to them. Just one more thing those titans among men got right.

I’ll say it again: our problems don’t stem from some shortcoming of the Constitution’s, nor even from the long-extinct government for which that neglected and abused document was the foundation. The Founders’ blueprint for proper governance, the US Constitution, was as close to flawless as fallen humanity could possibly come. It has never yet been surpassed, and it’s unlikely that it ever will be. The simple, obvious fact that the further we stray from it the worse our situation gets ought to be all the demonstration of it anybody should ever need. Call it the Constitution’s real-world proof of concept, maybe.

We are where we are today not because the Founders were lacking in vision or foresight. On the contrary, things have turned out precisely as they predicted they would, should their descendents ever foolishly disregard their warnings and relax their vigilance against tyranny. The failure was in no way theirs. It was ours.

Pseudo Sickoscience

My brother has for a good while now been fond of supporting his contention that NOBODY is wrong about every single thing by laughingly citing the Moslems, with their foolproof method of keeping their women docile and in line. Little did he know that there’s another thing they had right: the US is indeed the Great Satan.

This next story is so sickening, so appalling, so absolutely horrifying, that I seriously pondered tucking it all below the fold, with a strong content advisory provided up here, so that weaker-stomached CF readers might more easily shine this one on and just skip to the next post. But no; this story should be prominently up top at any and every news outlet and/or blog. All Real American taxpayers must know just what kind of Satanic—literally Satanic—abuses the US government is getting up to with those dumptruck-loads of their hard-earned.

But I must warn you: brace yourselves. This is some extremely tough reading, for any decent human being whose heart hasn’t been reduced to blackened stone by now. I am not even kidding about this, people.

The most shocking story of the week.

Yeah, THAT’S gotta be the understatement of the fucking century…if not the millenia.

The left is scalping aborted babies to grow hair on rats.

And the project is being funded by Dr. Tony Fauci and the NIH.

At what point can we question their humanity?

Oh, I’d say we passed that point a while back. At this point, it’s no longer a matter of when we can; it’s now more a question of what the hell is wrong with us that we haven’t before now? The above link goes to Hoft’s brief follow-up to an earlier post, so let’s switch over to the original GP exposé for further gruesome details:

The University of Pittsburgh is growing scalps from aborted babies on lab rodents.

This is straight from a horror movie.

The scientists are using human baby fetal skin processed via removal of excess fat.

Jim links to a report from LifeNews.

A new video from the Center for Medical Progress exposes a gristly experiment at the University of Pittsburgh that involved scalping five-month aborted babies and implanting their scalps onto rodents.

Now, Pennsylvania leaders are demanding an investigation and urging the university to stop its experiments using aborted baby body parts.

“Publicly available information demonstrates that Pitt hosts some of the most barbaric experiments carried out on aborted human infants, including scalping 5-month-old aborted fetuses to stitch onto lab rats,” the Center for Medical Progress said in a statement.

On the other hand, this vitally importantly vital research could potentially end the heartache of male pattern baldness in our rodent friends forever, so I guess it’s justified. As if grafting baby scalps onto small vermin wasn’t gruesome enough, an open letter issued by the group behind Friday’s protest shows that it’s only the tip of the iceberg.

Student researchers have published experiments of scalps and “full thickness human skin” from aborted babies (18-20 weeks gestation) grafted onto lab rats. Human hair was grown on the backs of these rodents. Additionally, lymphoid tissue, livers and spleens from the same aborted babies were co-engrafted into the same rodent models.

This ghastly finding is a product of Pitt’s systemic practices of using aborted babies for inhumane research. Pitt has been involved in hundreds of fetal kidneys and other organs from aborted babies being distributed for research as part of a project funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH). Pitt has also had scientists harvesting fetal livers “in vivo” from fetuses delivered via labor induction.

Making matters worse is fetal experimentation at Pitt has involved staff employed by Pittsburgh area abortion businesses, Planned Parenthood Western PA and Allegheny Reproductive Health Center. This type of relationship is unacceptable.

Bold mine, and even more monstrous. Which is truly saying something.

In some especially toasty corner of Hell, Josef Mengele and Der Fuehrer can only shake their heads in rueful admiration—and probably more than a little envy—at what Herr Doktor Fauci has accomplished. With this nauseating atrocity, Herr Fauci has elevated himself from Lesser Demon status straight on up to being The Devil’s Right Hand Man in just one fell swoop. This is evil so profound, so repulsive in its ruthless, soulless savagery, as to put the US government not merely on an equal footing with cruel and inhuman dictactorships like the Soviet Union, the Third Reich, and Pol Pot’s Cambodia, but head and shoulders above (or below) them.

If this is science, may Almighty God protect us from it.

Are you ready?

War is coming.

Black Lives Matter militants took to the streets of North Portland on Thursday, in a march for Patrick Kimmons, who was shot by police in 2018 after a gang shootout on the streets late at night.

During Thursday’s event the protesters began marching in the streets, with a couple of support vehicles leading the way. At two separate points multiple participants pulled AR-15s, AK-47s, pistols, and possibly a shotgun and/or Keltec Sub 2000 on motorists who happened be driving along.

The incidents were caught on video. In these shocking videos you can clearly see multiple terrorists surrounding the vehicles, yelling and shouting obscenities and threats at the drivers. Though the videos are shaky, you can clearly see multiple guns being leveled and drawn, as the terrorists order drivers to stop. One minivan’s tires were flattened, had its back window busted out, and at least one mirror broken. Another guy was in a big pickup truck, and he was apparently drawing his own gun. In an incident that was similar to the Marquise Love headpunt altercation from last fall, he later decided to get out of his truck, where he was assaulted, tackled to the ground, and the terrorists stole his gun while holding him on the ground, ironically calling for the police.

You can hear all sorts of shouting, rifles and pistols being charged, cocked, and racked, glass shattering, and other alarming content. The protesters claim that the drivers tried to run them over, though you can’t see that in the videos.

Which is exactly what they should have done. I can promise you that, should I ever somehow get myself caught in the middle of one of these shitshows, that’s I’ll be doing. No way will any car I’m driving be stopping, or even slowing, so I can sit there passively to await a violent mob’s verdict on what to do with or to me.

No. Fucking. Way. Automobiles can be weapons too, y’know, and my concern for the physical well-being of raged-up savages who pose an imminent threat to my own is nonexistent. Don’t want to get crushed into bloody paste from being run over by a car? Don’t play in the fucking streets then, asstard.

Through it all not a single police officer is seen. The gangs know they run the streets of Portland, and the police are powerless to stop them. The citizens should know by now to obey the gangs, and if they dare defy the gangs, they could very well end up getting shot and killed. This has essentially become state sanctioned vigilante terrorism.

That’s precisely what it is. The situation just escalated dangerously; a giant step along the road to CW v2.0 has just been taken. Serious civilizational conflict is very nearly upon us, an uncontrollable conflagration which will inevitably spread like wildfire to scorch every corner of the nation. Disturbed poses the most pressing question, especially for those still dwelling in Amerika’s urban hellholes:

The song’s lyrics are pertinent enough to excerpt them also, I think. I have no knowledge one way or the other, but I imagine the band’s political leanings are in no way congruent with yours or mine, and that they’d be appalled at my interpretation and inclusion of them here. Nevertheless.

Get up, get up

Well, are you ready now
For the revolution
For too long your power has been taken away
It’s been taken away
Does your heart feel heavy now
Savor the solution
Take those mental shackles off and throw them away
You’ve got to get them out of your mind
Don’t you let their vision leave you blind

Moving steady now
It’s a revelation
For so long your focus has been taken away
Now you’re breaking away
They may think they know you, but
Here’s an education
No, they can’t control you
Once you’ve broken away
They’re done patrolling your mind

When they’re searching for you, they will find
A person they aren’t ready for

They aren’t ready for you to be strong
They aren’t ready for you to prove them wrong
They aren’t ready for you to be turned into someone
Who cannot be preyed upon

Political-prison nation

Filling up the Amerikan gulag, one patriot at a time.

So somebody at the FBI made the decision to send in 6 or 7 SUVs on a military-style operation to go get *one guy* who they had already interviewed. Like he was some dangerous terrorist who had taken a bunch of orphans hostage and was threatening to flood the neighborhood with nerve gas if his demands weren’t met. One guy. This is abuse of power on a staggering scale, and what disgusts me the most about it is that no one will ever be held accountable for it. They’re going to get away with it. Any attempt at remediation will be rebuffed. Lawsuits will be dismissed, and appeals will be denied.

And what are they going to get out of this massive display of force against an American citizen?

For his participation in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, he was charged with entering or remaining in a restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, knowingly impeding or disrupting the orderly conduct of government business, knowingly engaging in any act of physical violence against a person or property in any restricted building or grounds, using or carrying a deadly or dangerous weapon in relation to his violations and willfully and knowingly uttering loud, threatening or abusive language or engaging in disorderly conduct at any place in the grounds or in any U.S. Capitol buildings with the intent to impede, disrupt or disturb the session of Congress or either House of Congress.

Wading though all that verbiage, it reads like a middle schooler padding out an English essay until he can get to the 500-word minimum required by the assignment so he can go play Call of Duty on his X-Box, i.e. it’s mostly bullshit. I notice that what’s not included here is “sedition” which is what Biden administration goon Michael Sherwin bragged on ’60 Minutes’ that he was going to be charging the Jan. 6th trespassers.

I think most of this is going to be dismissed. Lefties will be howling as more dismissals pile up, but that’s not the point. The point is to intimidate, not convict. Oh, convictions are fine, and they’ll take them if they can get them, but they’re not really necessary. The point is that the Biden administration is in the process of criminalizing any form of dissent. The point is to cause normal Americans to think twice before speaking up. The point is to make Americans feel that there is a target on their back, or will be if they step out of line. Nobody wants to have the FBI show up in force at their door at 4 AM. Just ask Roger Stone. Nobody wants to languish in a solitary confinement in a Washington DC jail for months, with no trial date set, as a number of Jan. 6th protestors are. They had to release some of them pending trial, but many are still held.

Anybody remember Brandon Straka? He’s the guy that started the “Walkaway” movement of ex-Democrats driven away by the insanity of their own party. He helped organize the Jan. 6th protests and he’s just disappeared. He was arrested in late January and I can find nothing on the internet about him past Jan. 26th. I guess he’s in jail in DC, but it would be nice to know what’s happened to him. He has been effectively silenced.

With all of these actions, the Biden administration has all but come out and stated that their chief enemy is not Russia, or China, or any foreign power, but rather American citizens who disagree with them. I’ve never seen anything like this before in my life.

Oh, yes you have. You just never saw it here, and never thought you would. None of us did, really. But, well…here we all are.

As noted earlier in Gorillapundit’s missive, Chris Worrell had not only already been interviewed and clearly was no threat; he had, in fact, “been cooperating with the FBI for two months.” As for Straka, it would come as no surprise whatever to me if he’s never heard from again; chances are he’s already dead.

But this is how dictatorships operate, just business as usual for the kind of government we’re ruled by now. The eternal, now-burning question still hangs before us: what, if anything, are Real Americans going to do about it?

Tyranny’s cauldron

We’re in it. Not because we want to be. Not because we chose to be. Because power-drunk fools have put us there.

Two phrases, taken together, probably constitute the origin of violence and conflict throughout the history of mankind. They are the imperative command “Submit,” and the responsive challenge, “Or what?” I am guessing billions have died as a result of that conversation, because the follow-on to “or what” is when the stabbing, hacking, shooting, and bombing starts. If one wishes to avoid that violence, it is best to avoid forcing that discussion.

In war, there is a military strategy called the “Golden Bridge.” It is used when fighting a determined and powerful opponent that you may be able to defeat, but not completely destroy. The Golden Bridge is a path for a defeated enemy to retreat from the battlefield. This idea comes from Chinese military strategist Sun Tzu who wrote in The Art of War, “Do not push too hard on a desperate enemy,” as this will cause him to fight to the death, which in the end inflicts a much higher cost on your own forces. The goal is to defeat the enemy with the least number of casualties and expenditures of resources on one’s own side—thus maintaining the strength and capabilities of your own army, and in the case of internal conflicts, maintaining a recoverable semblance of order.

The opposite of the Golden Bridge is the World War II German Army strategy of “kettling.” Kettling comes from the German word for cauldron, Kessel. It is used against one’s enemy in order to destroy it or force its unconditional surrender. There is no retreat allowed, and the objective is to isolate the enemy and cause the maximum amount of misery and chaos prior to a final crushing attack.

If we examine what is happening in America now, it is possible to make out the initial shape of the ruling elite’s strategy vis-à-vis their political opposition—and it looks like a cauldron. Through legislative actions such as the Domestic Terrorism Prevention Act, H.R. 1 federalized voting law, gun control, Supreme Court-packing, and D.C. and Puerto Rico state initiatives, one can see the kettle forming. If you don’t see a Golden Bridge, it is because there isn’t one.

If we listen to the words of the politicians and their bureaucrat handlers in Washington, we can hear the language of the imperative, “Submit,” with no post-capture options. And, if we look at the current zero-sum game of political warfare, cancel culture, and the weaponization of the Justice Department, federal law enforcement, and intelligence agencies, we can see deliberate preparations to answer traditional Americans’ “or what?” response.

The ruling elite appears comfortable delivering the command “Submit” to traditional America, and are not concerned with the consequences that will follow. But they are not fighters, and as such, they plan to use their weaponized federal agencies and useful-idiot brown shirts to do the dirty work. In their ignorance and arrogance, they believe employing violence-by-proxy is a safe strategy. They do not see the reaper that is staring directly at them.

Left to their own devices, the inevitable result of their mistake will be chaos and some version of armed conflict, and most likely the end of our republic as we knew it. For traditional Americans, it is worth considering now whether this is an acceptable future.

Sow the wind; reap the whirlwind has a long history in America as a cautionary scripture instructing restraint from self-destructive behavior. But what of the people who sow the wind in order to call forth the whirlwind, as a weapon against their enemies? What of the people who call forth the whirlwind because, despite the horrible destruction it will bring to their fellow man, they believe they will in some way profit it from the misery? What do we, America, do with those people? How can we afford to tolerate them in our midst?

The elites have a plan. They believe they will be fine, because they’re counting on your submission. If anything remotely unanticipated happens, they can safely escape to their Martha’s Vineyard estates, their compounds in Montana, or their razor wire fortress in Washington, D.C. while things get sorted out by the loyal apparatchiks.

Much as Karl Rove did during the George W. Bush Administration, the elites suffer from the substantial hubris of believing they can create their own reality. They are undeservedly impressed with their status and legend, having brought a once strong nation to the brink of disaster through malevolent and corrupt leadership. As such, they remain oblivious to the lessons from 20 years of fruitless war and the folly of trying to impose one’s will on another.

In reality, they are not strong enough—or smart enough—to wield the command “Submit.” So, having picked up the sword, they will watch it be taken from their hands and then used against them by their very enemy—traditional Americans, who understand there will be no tomorrow, and in whose eyes there is a fierceness, a fury, that is beyond their world. It will be a fatal miscalculation that will bring about the downfall of a cursed and failed American ruling elite. And perhaps, if we can recapture the founding principles of our republic, the beginning of a new and better governance by and for the people; one truly dedicated to liberty and justice for all.

As clear-eyed, plainspoken, and unflinching an analysis of the present impasse as I’ve ever seen, anywhere. A likewise perceptive comment provides an appropriate coda for this absolutely riveting article:

The most terrifying force of death comes from the hands of ‘Men who wanted to be left Alone.’

They try, so very hard to mind their own business and provide for themselves and those they love.

They resist every impulse to fight back, knowing the forced and permanent change of life that will come from it.

They know the moment they fight back, the lives as they have lived them, are over.

The moment the ‘Men who wanted to be left Alone’ are forced to fight back, it is a small form of suicide.

They are literally killing off who they used to be.

Which is why, when forced to take up violence, these ‘Men who wanted to be left Alone’, fight with unholy vengeance against those who murdered their former lives.

They fight with raw hate, and a drive that cannot be fathomed by those who are merely play-acting at politics and terror.

TRUE TERROR will arrive at the Left’s door, and they will cry, scream, and beg for mercy, but it will fall upon deaf ears.

Submit? NEVER. The filthy bastards know not what they do. To their everlasting horror, they will soon learn—a most painful education, taught in the harshest of schools.

The future is now

Contra Tom Wolfe’s well-known witticism, looks like the dark night of fascism finally DID land here after all.

In America, people who committed a misdemeanor by entering the Capitol without permission are still rotting in jail in solitary confinement without ever having had a hearing. The situation is so dire and un-American that Senators Elizabeth Warren and Dick Durbin, both proponents of total government, protested:

Most of the 300-plus people charged with participating in the Jan. 6 Capitol riot have been released while they await trial, but dozens of those deemed to be dangerous, flight risks or at high risk of obstructing justice were ordered held without bond. D.C. jail officials later determined that all Capitol detainees would be placed in so-called restrictive housing — a move billed as necessary to keep the defendants safe, as well as guards and other inmates. But that means 23-hour-a-day isolation for the accused, even before their trials begin.

And such treatment doesn’t sit well with Warren or Senate Majority Whip Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), two of the chamber’s fiercest critics of solitary confinement.

“Solitary confinement is a form of punishment that is cruel and psychologically damaging,” Warren said in an interview. “And we’re talking about people who haven’t been convicted of anything yet.”

Shocking, certainly, considering the source. But hey, when you’re right, you’re right. Further evidence abounds:

On Wednesday, federal agents flashing open-ended warrants conducted a 6 A.M. raid on former New York mayor and current Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani to seize his electronics. The ostensible reason was that Giuliani violated a law requiring Americans who represent foreign nationals to register as foreign agents. This is a law that is enforced only against Republicans close to Trump — and Giuliani is adamant that he’s never represented foreign nationals.

The agents ostentatiously refused to seize copies of Hunter Biden’s hard drives, which Giuliani possessed, even though they were obvious electronic devices. Giuliani contends that the hard drives’ contents establish not only that Hunter and Joe Biden acted as unregistered foreign agents, but also that Joe Biden and his family took millions in bribes over the years and that Hunter Biden was engaged in child pornography. Since Giuliani still has the hard drives, perhaps he should make all the information on the drives public.

On the evidence available, what’s happening to Giuliani looks like typical fascism: an incoming regime uses unequally applied law and a complete absence of due process to purge all political opposition.

And in the perfect public-private partnership that makes fascism a different kind of socialism from communism, the tech tyrants continue to act as the federal government’s censorship arm.

At the end of the day, unless we want the dark night of fascism to become a permanent fixture in America, we’d better act to stop the Democrats from using the unequal application of our laws and the manufactured fear of COVID (a virus that more than 99% of us will have survived) to gain total power.

Problem is, there’s only one effective means of doing so at this late date—a fearful, desperate last resort which most Real Americans are understandably reluctant to embrace, and in no way guarantees anything other than horror and misery. Not condemning said reluctance, mind. But confronting certain unpleasant realities is much better than attempting to evade them. In fact, our national averting of the eyes, denial of harsh truths, and desire to postpone an inevitable reckoning is in large measure what brought us to this sorry pass in the first place.

No decent or rational person wants war, ever. Even so, just as history teaches that Communism has not, will not, and cannot work as advertised, it also offers another uncomfortable but essential lesson: those who think to avert war via disgraceful, dishonest, or self-deceptive measures often find themselves in a more protracted and terrible struggle than they might otherwise have faced.

The unbearable arrogance of the Ruling Class

Meddling in affairs that are much, MUCH too big for them.

Way back when the Covid panic began, smart people pointed out that shutting down an economy was going to have unforeseen consequences. A modern economy is an incomprehensibly complex organism. Even turning off some parts of it for a short time will change the organism, resulting in downstream changes. It is why people who work with complex things are very careful about the changes they make. They accept that there is much about the system that they cannot known in advance.

Of course, the people in charge are sure they have it all figured out, so they just blundered ahead with their lock downs and new rules. Shutting down most of the restaurant industry and closing the schools. for example, radically altered the demand side of the food market. Suddenly, goods for the restaurant business had no demand, while demand for home products shot through the roof. This should have given them pause, but they kept blundering ahead with their schemes.

Anyone who has been in a grocery store of late knows that food prices are jumping like it is the 1970’s again. There are also weird shortages. Something like mayonnaise will disappear from the shelves for a week and then come back, but then plastic bags become scarce. The same phenomenon is happening with other things like building supplies and petroleum products. The official statistics are complete nonsense, so we have no idea how much food has jumped. It is enough that people are talking about inflation in private conversations for the first time in decades.

The usual suspects, of course, are spilling into the streets to chant about fiat currency, hyperinflation, and the rest of their stuff. It is as if the Great Pumpkin has finally risen out of the pumpkin patch. They have been waiting their whole lives for the Weimar moment foretold in the prophesies. Because these people are always wrong it is good to remember they are wrong now. The problem now is actually much worse than too much money chasing too few goods. It is systemic.

For starters, governments around the world have been taking sledgehammers to the global supply chain. These supply chains evolved over a long period of time to solve the problems of getting goods to the market. In response to Covid, government willy-nilly started turning things on and off without much thought. The system can respond to short term emergencies like natural disasters, but it was never equipped to respond to random outages imposed by people who have never had a job.

Then you have the stimulus plans. Having idled large swaths of the economy for periods, the same people frantically turning things on and off started pumping money into the retail side. At first this new money was absorbed in the system. Personal debt fell in 2020 as people got conservative in the face of the crisis. They also began to change their lives in response to the lockdowns. Going to the movies and out to eat is a habit, not a necessity. Lots of habits changed in 2020.

The upshot to all of this is we are seeing real inflation for the first time in generations, but we have a variety of causes this time. In the 1970’s, it was too much money chasing too few goods. Pulling money out of the economy was painful, but it worked. This time, we have too much money in some areas, but we have broken supply chains and labor markets contributing to the problem. The Fed cannot do anything about shortages of aluminum cans or chicken farm with too few chickens.

Why…why…why, WHO COULD HAVE FORESEEN…?!?

When feckless, lackwit ProPols who are every bit as certain of their own brilliance and omni-competence as they are lacking in experience with the world outside the goobermint cloister stick their ten thumbs into matters they have absolutely no clue about, the resultant massive goat-fuck is commonly referred to as “unintended consequences.” In a system as complex and intertwined as a national economy, the catastrophe wrought by the hamfisted jiggery-pokery of such cretins will produce far-flung ramifications that can take years to wend their way through the national fabric, victimizing entire populations and ruining many millions of lives. The cascade of unwelcome effects brought on by in-way-over-their-heads politicians working the WuFlu powergrab are multifarious and unpredictable. For instance:

Lack of tanker truck drivers could lead to gas shortages this summer
With gas prices already surging this year, another fuel problem may soon be on the horizon.

Some in the industry are now predicting a fuel shortage come summer. And it’s not due to a supply issue, but rather not enough tank truck drivers to move the fuel to gas stations.

CNN reported that industry group National Tank Truck Carriers said nearly 20% to $25% of tank trucks aren’t being used right now as there are not enough qualified drivers available. The year before the pandemic struck, that number was only at 10%.

The problem reportedly became magnified last year when Americans weren’t driving due to the coronavirus pandemic shutdowns, and gas stations just didn’t need as much gas. This meant truck drivers weren’t getting enough work and many chose to leave the business.

Also adding to the challenges is that the job requires a special certification and a certain amount of training. During the pandemic, many of the truck training programs were also shut down.

Bold mine, no further elaboration necessary. Remember, this is but one of innumerable examples of the knock-off effects caused by opportunistic ProPols fiddling about under the Covid cloak. Back over to Z for the grim conclusion.

None of this means there is no answer. Often, the right answer is to do nothing and let things run their course. That was the right answer with Covid. As with Covid, the rulers cannot accept that answer, so they will thrash around some more. The people animating the corpse of Joe Biden are promising to smash things up some more for the greater good. After all, what matters to them is that we know the people in the mansions and castles really care about us, while they live like royalty.

The result of all this is we are heading into a cruel summer. The bill for the Covid response is coming due. How a society responds to crisis is the result of the social trust in that society. America is a low trust society now. Further, the people who will be counted on to dig out of the mess created by the rulers are now treated like second class citizens by those rulers. The fix to the 60’s and 70’s was to first repair the loss of faith in the system. It is hard to imagine that happening this time.

It is at that…but it damned well ought to be, when you think about it. After all, loss of faith isn’t what needs fixing here, being only a perfectly appropriate response to a system that has become demonstrably unworthy of it. The best—probably the only—effective way to deal with the kind of untrustworthy, dysunctional dumpster-fire of a system this one has devolved into is to dismantle it, then start over with a new and hopefully better one. Probably the best way to get THAT project off to a good start would be to see to it that this time said rulers will damned sure NOT be allowed to evade the consequences of their monstrous conceit, for once in their worthless lives.

There Comes A Point Where Self Preservation Kicks In
I think I’m there.

I noticed it a few days ago.

Open up the phone to check the news the other day while I was savoring my first cup of coffee and cigarette and start checking Emails, the news etc.

I seem to have collected several news feeds on my Email I noticed.

Almost all of them had headlines concerning the antics of the Democrats or else the antics of the Republicans in response to the antics of the Democrats.

The same thing this morning just a few minutes ago.

I glanced at several as I was scrolling through and it just hit me.

I Don’t Give A Fuck.

It’s all bullshit designed to keep me preoccupied.

Every fucking bit of it.

The Republicans are gonna do this, the Republicans are gonna do that.

Horse shit, the Republicans aren’t going to do anything other than roll over on their backs and piss all over their bellies just like they have been doing for 50 fucking years.

The Democrats are going to continue their march towards full blown Communism and Totalarianism, just like they have been doing for the last 50 fucking years.

And ya know what?

I just don’t fucking care anymore.

Enough.

It’s too far gone to save at this point and an especially acrimonious national divorce is going to be the final play in my personal lifetime.

Acrimonious as in bloody and violent.

That’s what they want and that’s what they are gonna get.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes aye?

The ennui is strong with this one. Enough, indeed.

FLY, YOU FOOLS!

Bailing on Blue.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. — Minneapolis is my home. My happiest memories are here. It’s where I learned to ride a bike, had my first date, received my high school diploma.

But today, I’m too afraid to even walk in my neighborhood by myself.

The ACE Hardware down the street? The one that I used to bike to in the summer? Robbed twice in the past five days.

The Walgreens next to my elementary school? Molotov cocktail thrown into it.

The Lake Harriet Bandshell, where we spent countless Mother’s Days? Homeless encampment popped up next door.

These are the things you don’t read about in the news.

Ten minutes from my house, at 38th and Chicago, there is still an autonomous zone. Police are not allowed to enter. Residents have died because medical authorities couldn’t get through, and carjackers (of which there are MANY) will speed into the zone to escape officer pursuit.

My favorite dinner theater canceled its production of Cinderella because it was “too white.”

My church — my beloved, tiny, Lutheran church — organized social justice marches for our congregation while refusing to reinstate in-person services (they’re still virtual, by the way).

And how about the week of the 2020 riots?

We lived under a curfew for days while looters seemingly roamed freely. Friends fled their home at 3:30 a.m. because the auto parts store behind them was on fire. And then we watched in horror as our City Council members demanded that the city defund the police — as they hired armed security for themselves.

I no longer recognize Minneapolis. I no longer want to live here. We are done, and I am leaving.

Can’t say as I blame ya, kiddo. Sadly, though, what’s been done to Minneapolis is no different than what’s been done to many if not most other formerly-American blue cities and states. And until Americans come to grips with what the Democrat-Socialists truly are and resolve to rise up against them en masse, the Progressivist campaign of destruction and despair will grind on.

“We will see a dramatic increase in unrest during 2021, and more so in 2022”

Doesn’t seem like all that outlandish a prediction to make from where we’re all sitting today, does it?

It’s mid-April and violence is picking up in United States. As I predicted many times long back. Often I wrote these things right here on Patreon, or said during interviews. Of course I cannot tell the future, but I have spent enough time in and studying wars that my estimations are far more likely to become true than not.

Who else, anywhere, predicted far in advance that April 2021 would likely see significant change in the character of unrest? I don’t know of anyone.

It’s not about sparks. It’s about conditions. I just drove thousands of miles across America sensing conditions. Those who have followed my work in Iraq, Afghanistan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and more, know to listen.

Now is time to repeat something. I am penalized for delivering bad news. When I first wrote in 2006 that the Afghan war was going backwards, support donations fell through the floor. And notice that I actually predicted that would happen in 2006. There is a tendency to support good news and penalize bad news. I want to write that things are looking up internally for United States. But that would be a lie.

Go back and spend an hour looking what the pack was writing about Afghanistan. The pack was writing about how great the Afghan war was going. I was the Lone Ranger. But it was clear. I was there. And I know what to look for. Being there is not enough. You must know what you are feeling for. Same in Iraq. All my dispatches are still online.

Diagnosing cancer is unpleasant. Especially so when I am diagnosing my own country and family.

On an international front, the United States is making a tremendous mistake by not recognizing that Japan is by far our most important international partner. Alleged insults by our leadership to Japan must be clarified, and if any offense was given, a quick and sincere effort to amend any cuts. This matter is of utmost importance.

The wellbeing of the entire world rests heavily on the stability of United States, and our relations with the world.

Then I’d say the entire world is in one hell of a big pickle, and it’s only gonna get worse from here. The current contretemps in the US is a direct and unavoidable consequence of two wholly incompatible belief systems in cheek-by-jowl juxtaposition on the same land mass. This impasse absolutely demands resolution, which can only be achieved via total victory for one side, the utter defeat of the other.

It’s theoretically possible to settle the eternal conflict between liberty and meddlesome, smothering authoritarianism nonviolently—theoretically—although history tells us that ain’t the way to bet. Whatever the conflict’s outcome, though, settled it will be. The two antagonists cannot co-exist in endless deadlock; one must rule, and one must submit. Then, after a too-brief interlude of something like peace, the struggle will begin anew.

Incitement

The witless baboon should get exactly what she wants. Right on her goddamned doorstep, literally.

Maxine Waters tells Minnesota BLM protesters ‘to get more confrontational’ one day after violent anti-police clashes erupted across US
California Representative Maxine Waters joined protesters in Minnesota  as demonstrations entered a seventh night on Saturday after the death of Daunte Wright.

Waters told the protesters at Brooklyn Center that she will fight for justice on their behalf and urged them to ‘to get more confrontational’ – just one day after protests descended into violence.

‘I am not happy that we have talked about police reform for so long,’ Waters said. ‘We’re looking for a guilty verdict,’ she added in regards to the Derek Chauvin trial. ‘If we don’t, we cannot go away.’

‘We gotta stay on the street,’ Waters was recorded saying, adding that protesters needed ‘to get more confrontational’ and they should ignore the curfew in place.

Her comments sparked outrage on Twitter.

‘Of course she’ll get away with saying that while anyone else would’ve been thrown in jail,’ Rick Santella tweeted.

Of course, this is hardly the first time this mouthy oxygen thief has tried to rile her pet Lefty thugs to actual acts of violence.

In supporting the second impeachment of President Donald Trump, California Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters said he was “inciting” his followers, and was “trying to create a civil war.”

By her own standards, Maxine Waters should be impeached and removed.

In 2018, she told them to harass Trump administration officials. “Let’s make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them. And you tell them they’re not welcome anymore, anywhere,” she said.

Of course, she’s not around to see the results. After pouring fuel on the fire in Minnesota, she encouraged everyone to keep protesting — though she herself would not be.

Maxine Waters is trying to create a civil war…

And she should be given one, too. Good, and hard, and all upside her empty head, until she’s left flopping around on the floor like a landed fish. There might be a silver lining to the dullard Waters’s rabble-rousing, though.

The judge overseeing former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin’s trial hinted at a possible appeal after hearing the defense team’s argument that Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters’ recent call to violence if the trial does not result in a guilty conviction could influence the jury’s verdict.

“My phone gives me alerts on things that just happened. I mean, you can’t avoid it,” Chauvin’s attorney Eric Nelson argued. “And it is so pervasive that I just don’t know how this jury, it can really be said to be that they are free from the taint of this. And now that we have US representatives threatening acts of violence in relation to the specific case is mind-boggling.”

“I’ll give you that Congresswoman Waters may have given you something on appeal that may result in his whole trial being overturned,” Judge Peter Cahill conceded before hearing the state’s position.

While Cahill denied Nelson’s attempt to use Waters’ comments as a reason to be granted a motion for mistrial, the judge did acknowledge the danger of her rhetoric and presence in Minnesota.

“I’m aware that Congresswoman Waters was talking specifically about this trial, and about the unacceptability of anything less than a murder conviction, and talk about being confrontational,” Cahill said.

“…This goes back to what I’ve been saying from the beginning: I wish elected officials would stop talking about this case, especially in a manner that is disrespectful to the rule of law and to the judicial branch and our function. I think if they want to give their opinions they should do so in a respectful, and in a manner that is consistent with their oath to the Constitution, to respect the co-equal branch of government…”

RUFKM?!? You ARE aware that this is Maxine Fucking Waters we’re talking about here, right? “Respectful” and “consistent with (her) oath etc” are things this woman just doesn’t DO. That “rule of law” business is a real hoot though, Yer Honor. After all we’ve witnessed the last several years, I really got a kick out of that one.

As I’ve already said, the verdict isn’t going to matter anyway, in this case or any other. Guilty or not guilty, Chimpout Summer ’21 is nigh upon us, and the rioting, burning, and looting are going to take place regardless.

Update! Will no one rid us of this loathsome hag?

New documents obtained by Townhall show Democratic Congresswoman Maxine Waters requested an armed police escort to Minneapolis over the weekend, where she called for violent activists to “stay in the streets” during a protest against law enforcement.

I haven’t the words. Just breathe deep and steady on down though, folks, because the Vichy GOPe ain’t gonna let the vile bitchofahagofacunt get away with this.

Oh, I just bet you will. Breath: NOT held.

Showing the RINOs update! While the usual empty threats emanate from the usual GOPe orifices, Uniparty pariah MTG actually goes ahead and does something.

On Sunday Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene said she will introduce a resolution to expel Maxine Waters From Congress.

Representative Greene later created a petition demanding Representative Waters be expelled from Congress.

Here is the link: https://action.greene2020.com/expel-maxine-ig/

Please feel free to sign this long-overdue petition.

Yes, please do.

On Monday Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene filed her resolution to remove criminal inciter Maxine Waters from Congress.

You go, girl. Not that it has a snowball’s chance of happening, natch. Actually, it’s a far safer bet that Republicants will vigorously assist their Demonrat partners in crime in seeing to it that Greene is censured and expelled long before the odious cretin Waters ever will be.

Maricopa woman finds tires slashed and a severed finger in her driveway

Right off the bat, you know this is gonna be good.

A couple in Maricopa woke up to their tires slashed and a severed finger in the driveway on Thursday morning.

“I literally have been laughing all day because if I don’t, I might cry,” said Francesca Wikoff.

I confess, I’m already giggling a bit over here myself.

The truck belongs to the Wikoff family. Wikoff, a former volunteer firefighter and EMT, has the stomach for this sort of thing. “It’s pretty comical. You would think that if you’re gonna go to the hospital, especially if you just severed your finger off, that you would take said finger with you,” said Wikoff.

Wikoff believes the tire slasher cut her back tire then cut his finger off on accident. “We assume it happened at 10:30 last night because we had our neighbor that lives next to him heard a loud scream and then a car speeding off,” said Wikoff.

The Maricopa mother believes the finger belongs to her neighbor because they argued with him the night before and a trail of blood leads to his house.

“Pretty comical” doesn’t even BEGIN to cover it, Miz W. Be sure to click on over for her closing quip, which is a doozy.
