I just thought of another way for the Democrats/Liberals/Communists/Scum to keep Trump out of the White House.
The 22nd Amendment to the Constitution of the United States starts off with
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice
Because “elected” is nicely ambiguous, they could claim that Trump was elected in 2020, never mind that the electoral college chose the gropy pedo. “After an investigation into claims of vote fraud in 2020, we have come to the surprising conclusion that Donald Trump won in 2020.”
Making this argument would require a lot of gall, but we already know that the Democrats/Liberals/Communists/Scum have enough gall to make a thousand barrels of ink.
If they want to throw all pretense of the legitimacy of elections they might try this or any number of other crazy, brazen but totally transparent Steals.
I think 2020 indicates they are still interested in keeping up the pretences, like most Marxist regimes have done since they first one seized power.
heh, if it would work they* would do it. They have no shame.
OTOH, were the courts fair it wouldn’t fly as “politically” elected means you won and took the office IMO. Of course the courts are corrupt…
*and the republican party would be right there helping them

The Electoral College is the body that elects the president, not the American people. It is intentionally non democratic. The so-called national popular vote is irrelevent to the election of the president. There is no Constitutional requirement that there be a popular vote at all. The states can choose their electors in any manner they wish – by the state legislature, appointed by the governor, a lottery, even a coin toss. The presidential election does not take place on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. In 2024 it will take place on December 17 when the members of the Electoral College meet in their respective states and cast their ballots.
