There are some really good lawyers in this world, just a few, but when they are on the side of right they are beacons of light in the dark.
Elected Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is under assault by the Texas Bush clan working together with democrats. What is Mr. Paxton’s real crime? He beat George P Bush and he supports Donald Trump, and he knows the 2020 election was stolen.
Texas is trouble and the republican party (spit) is attempting to convict Paxton in an impeachment trial with no evidence of any wrong doing. Allegations Baby!

And from the trial – “Previously Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s personal assistant, Drew Wicker, made an accusation that a Texas donor named Nate Paul funded a kitchen remodel for Paxton. A quid pro quo to sell influence.
However, during cross examination today, Drew Wicker admitted the kitchen remodel never took place, and the actual details of the home remodel being done by Paxton was taking place *after* the office “whistleblowers” went to the FBI with their ungrounded claims. Paxton’s attorney Tony Buzbee showed Drew Wicker pictures of the kitchen taken three years ago and also taken last month. There was never any remodel work completed. This is the central point of the alleged bribery.”
It gets better – the prosecution deny’s the pictures of the kitchen from before and after (that were identical) were correctly dated. Buzbee suggests they just drive over to examine the supposed “kitchen remodel)…

And the defense withdrew their motion: “n a case of whiplash, suspended attorney general Ken Paxton’s lawyers — who made a sudden motion for a directed verdict, challenging the sufficiency of the evidence the House managers presented in their case — withdrew their motion.
The motion would’ve needed majority approval, or 16 senators.
Instead, Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick, who is presiding over the trial, announced that House impeachment managers also had withdrawn their motion to consolidate the trial’s two-step verdict vote into a single step. The managers proposed a rules change stating that a conviction on any article of impeachment would not only remove Paxton from office, it would ban him from holding future state elective office. Senate rules require a separate vote for a permanent ban if Paxton were convicted.
Court resumed briefly and Paxton’s defense called its first witness: Michael Gerhardt, an impeachment expert at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before he could take the stand, the House lawyers immediately asked to approach the dais to engage in discussion. Minutes later, Patrick announced the court would adjourn for the day, delaying Gerhardt’s testimony. Why does this matter? It’s no different than the malicious prosecution of President Trump being carried out by the marxist democrat party. It’s the use of legal antics, lawfare, to harm a political opponent. In this case it’s clearly the Texas republicans, led by the Bush clan. There is no wrongdoing, no law breaking, no violations of the Texas or American constitution, no violation of the oath of office that have occurred. Paxton is being prosecuted based on allegations with no evidence. Sound familiar? It should.
The republican party is on board with the destruction of any and all Americans that support and defend liberty and freedom, that support and defend the constitution. There is no difference in the party’s. When a Bush claims he’s a brother from a different mother to Bill Clinton, you should probably get a clue.
