    Then you really want to watch a UNC football game and watch Drake Maye. Drakes dad was an exceptional QB at UNC. Drakes oldest brother, Luke, was a UNC national champion basketball player. Drake has another older brother that played on a national championship baseball team (Florida). And there is now another Maye playing basketball for UNC as a walk on. (the family has 4 boys, from my town, Huntersville, NC)

    Drake is currently, in his redshirt freshman year, the best QB in college football. He is close to being one of the best QB’s ever in college football. He will be the best ever before he leaves UNC for the pro’s.

            1. Here is baseball almanac’s list of pro players by school in alphabetical order. This list confirms ECU has 21 total all time. I believe this list is up to date or very recent, but there is no date on it that I can find.

              There are dozens and dozens of schools with more than 21.

  8. Well, I do believe another first has occurred for me. It is 9:45pm and I just realized it is Halloween.

    I did get home a bit late, and being fairly rural and well off the road, we do not get any trick or treaters anyway.

    I loved Halloween when my kids were little and we lived in SC. We were up on a hill in an old Victorian that looked pretty spooky in the dark. Not many kids around so we always drove over to one of the subdivisions for the kids to do their thing. My wife would drive and I sat on the tailgate of the old Jeep Wagoneer watching the kids. I would have a cooler with beer in the back.

    I knew back then I was mighty lucky. Still am.
