For instance: Theaters not being open.
That means Ushers, popcorn vendors, ticket takers, projectionists, and everyone else that work in a theater day to day aren’t working.

Well, I think the idea that we could stop Big Hollywood by simply ending movies is not going to work.
At some point movie theaters will work or else Hollywood will simply beam into our Home Theaters.
People will still watch Big Hollywood, just the delivery system will change. It was changing already.

I made a similar point long ago. Unfortunately, we end up paying for all the out of work worthless scum along with the decent people that find their livelihood disrupted.

Given the state and structure of the system as it stands, that’s pretty much inevitable, Barry. The “out of work worthless scum” and the “decent people that find their livelihood disrupted” are inextricably intermixed because the various industries and infrastructures are all Leftist owned and controlled from Edu, Inc. to Media, Inc.
Collapsing the university/academic industry and the entertainment/media complex is not just going to put the loud mouthed Lefty actors and educators and SJW directors and administrators in a bind, it also will unemploy the few Right-wing people in other ends of the industries. It’s inevitable – a consequence of the fact that the Right allowed the capture of those industries and infrastructures for all of these decades.

I just can’t see two industries – the film/TV industry and the theater industry – being sustained by the spending of 13% of the population.
Because if they do go that way, and it looks like they will in a frenzy of virtue signalling, it almost guarantees that fewer and fewer Whites, Latinos, and Asians will be willing to buy their product.

It’s primary day in Alabama. Sessions (D, dumbass) Vs Tuberville (R, maybe)
polls closed at 8 eastern and currently Tuberville is up about 60 to 40 with something less than 10% of the vote. I’ll update this later.
I’ll go out on a limb and predict Tuberville wins easily. With near 20% of precincts reporting T is still up 60/40, but looking at county results T leads almost everywhere.
Perhaps Alabamians are sending Sessions home for good.

My guess is because he is secretly Deep State, but it could be because he is Stupid. Either way, he failed us.
Took a short nap and while away they called it for Tuberville. It’s not just a win, it’s a bloodbath. Perhaps Sessions will finally get the message. 76% reporting and it is 250K to 153K – 62% to 38%.
I think Sessions is just a dim bulb. And this is a real ass whooping.
And I finish my taxes, last minute as always. Just have to send them by snail mail, with check (pain). Check in to see what the final results are and
