The CF comments section is pretty free-form and rough and tumble; tolerance level for rowdiness and misbehavior is fairly high here, but is NOT without limit.
Management is under no obligation whatever to allow the comments section to be taken over and ruined by trolls, Leftists, and/or other oxygen thieves, and will take any measures deemed necessary to prevent such. Conduct yourself with the merest modicum of decorum, courtesy, and respect and you'll be fine. Re Garth Brooks.
I have 70 years (or more if you add jazz, blues and classical to the mix) of music on CD to discover anew. Almost zero music being made these days peaks my interest. So don’t take your audience for granted. Shut up and play (sing).
I’ve had a CD player around 35 years. Just buying 11 CDs a year means I can listen to a different album every day for a whole year before coming around again to the same one.
I have closer to 1800 albums though. And yet I find something new and interesting each year to buy a dozen or so new ones. It’s getting harder to find and I have to go to Goodwill and thrift shops and used CD stores to find them, but find them I do…
