By now, you’ve all heard so much about the Cornell 7 “rape” incident you’re about sick unto death of it, same as me. That being so, I am not gonna belabor the thing further here, just gonna make one minor, trivial little point that I haven’t seen anybody else bring up yet.

The frat brother at the center of the “Cornell 7” gang-rape allegations claimed to campus officials that the accuser “sodomized” him — and complained nobody cared he was a sex-assault “survivor,” an explosive new report says.Matthew Ingalls’ stunning assertions came as separate documents showed the fraternity scrambled to control the story out of fear that “the reputation of all involved and the frat would be ruined” — and tried to frame the alleged rape as a “consensual orgy,’’ ABC News reported.
Ingalls — the Chi Phi brother who the accuser said sparked her alleged 2024 gang rape — wrote to campus officials in a seething email that the Ivy League school was guilty of “gender discrimination” and “entrapment” as it conducted its investigation into him and six of his fraternity brothers over the alleged horror.
“You received information that I was sodomized by her while I was incapacitated back in November, and you never once thought to alert me of my rights under these procedures as a survivor of this assault?” Ingalls said in the February 2025 missive to Cornell’s Title IX office and obtained by ABC.
“The very fact that I had to bring this to your attention now in February confirms my worst fears: that this process is rolled [sic] with gender discrimination,” he said.
The email came three months after the woman, only identified as Jane Doe in her civil lawsuit involving the allegations, accused Ingalls of inviting her to his frat house and plying her with drugs and alcohol, then propositioning her for a three-way that quickly escalated into rounds of fraternity brothers stopping into the room to join in on the sex.
Now, everything I’ve seen so far regarding this mishegoss indicates a classic, Mark 1-Mod 0 case of morning-after-gang-bang guilt leading directly to the inevitable shrieks of “rape, rape, I been RAAAAAAPED!!”
One problem: do note above that Matthew Ingalls not only is referred to, in this and every story you’re gonna see, by his actual, real name; in this particular case, the NYP article also includes a large color photo of the poor schlub as well. He’s been expelled from school, hounded and hassled by the usual AWFL suspects, and no matter how it all turns out in the end, his life has been ruined beyond hope of repair.
All that grief, sorrow, vengeance, and aggravation, mind, just because some nameless cockholster got so fucked up ‘n’ high (as my late wife liked to say) that bringing her dirtiest, most outré sexual fantasies to life began to sound like a good idea.
She does that thing. Ahh, but then, after thinking it over for a cpl-three weeks, discussing all the ins and outs (heh; sorry) with The Girls, and staring at herself in mirrors, window panes, and various other reflective surfaces for extended periods, she decides she’d like to take it all back? That, far from being a consensual if admittedly kinky encounter, she had in fact been brutally gang-raped by slavering, monstrous frat-house horndogs?
We know Matt Ingalls’ name; we know who he is and what he looks like; we know what to make of him and his ill-advised actions that fateful night. And yet, for undisclosed reasons, the accuser remains well beyond stand-off distance, protected from all scrutiny by the “Jane Doe” shield.
I can’t be the only person out here who thinks this is horribly unfair. If the Chi-Phi bros who climbed this sleazy, greasy cum-dumpster are to be named and shamed, then shouldn’t she be as well?
Seems to me that, after the Tompkins County DA’s office had wrapped up its investigation and decided against charges and/or indictments for rape, the booze, Special K, and semen-sodden bimbette behind these essentially meritless accusations ought to lose at least some of her “unidentified victim” gloss, no?
