You guys will remember my post the other night featuring the shot across the bow issued to the Shasta County, California board of supervisors by a fed-up local business owner. Well, Gerard ran across a more complete transcript<\/a> of this fine American’s stirring warning, plus video. I consider the unexpurgated version well worth putting up.<\/p>\n

I wasn\u2019t gonna speak but I was asked to speak here. Sheriff, good to see you.\u00a0I\u2019m telling you guys, I\u2019m pretty appalled with what\u2019s going on. At first we sat as concerned citizens, we all wanted to figure out how to navigate our way through this whole Covid thing. And as we realized that it\u2019s not quite as dangerous as we thought it\u2019d be, I was absolutely appalled at the cowardice. You\u2019re just sitting there with your masks on. I don\u2019t blame you for wearing masks because I\u2019d be hiding my face too if I were you, for what you\u2019re doing. It\u2019s absolutely horrendous what you\u2019re doing to these people. I\u2019m a business owner and I\u2019m telling you, our families are starving.\u00a0You guys can sit here with your jobs, you can sit here and you\u2019re getting paid, you can fall asleep in your chair like that gentleman\u2019s doing behind his mask right there.\u00a0And I\u2019m telling you right now, that right now we\u2019re being peaceful. And you better be happy that we\u2019re good citizens, that we\u2019re peaceful citizens.<\/p>\n

But it\u2019s not gonna be peaceful much longer.\u00a0This isn\u2019t a threat, I am not a criminal, I\u2019ve never been a criminal, but I\u2019m telling you: good citizens are gonna turn into real concerned and revolutionary citizens real soon. And nobody else is gonna say that. I\u2019m probably the only person that has the balls to say what I\u2019m saying right now. That we\u2019re building, we\u2019re organizing, and we\u2019ll work with law enforcement or without law enforcement. But you won\u2019t stop us when time comes because our families are starving.<\/p>\n

And if you don\u2019t hear the seriousness in my voice, I hope you open your ears. You absolutely listen to what I\u2019m saying. Because this is a warning. For what\u2019s coming. It\u2019s not gonna be peaceful much longer. It\u2019s not gonna be \u201crah-rahs,\u201d it\u2019s not gonna be speeches, it\u2019s not gonna be gathering outside saying the Pledge of Allegiance, it\u2019s not gonna be waving flags. It\u2019s gonna be real.<\/p>\n

When you\u2019ve seen the things that I\u2019ve seen \u2014 I went to war for this country. I\u2019ve seen the ugliest, dirtiest part of humanity. I\u2019ve been in combat. And I never wanna go back again. But I\u2019m telling you what, I will to save this country. If it has to be against our own citizens, it will happen. And there\u2019s a million people like me. And you won\u2019t stop us.<\/p>\n

Open the county. Let our citizens do what they need to do. Let owners of businesses do what they need to do to feed their families. Take the masks off. Quit masking and muzzling your children. The psychological damage you\u2019re doing to them is horrible. I\u2019ve had six friends kill themselves since it\u2019s happened. Veterans who lost their jobs. How do you feel about being complicit in perpetuating that. The greatest hoax ever perpetuated on the American people. And you\u2019re part of it while you wear your masks. In Shasta County, we\u2019re supposed to be Red country up here. Not Blue country, we\u2019re Red country up here.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
