Look, over there! A SQUIRREL!
25,687,041 Total population of Australia as of 30th June, 2020
COVID & VACCINE STATS AS OF AUGUST 18th FROM GOVERNMENT SOURCES:
40,774 total Covid cases 970 total Covid deaths
10,195,842 individuals with at least one dose of vaccine.
ADVERSE REACTION REPORTING AS OF AUGUST 4th28,487 Astrazeneca Adverse Reactions 254 Astrazeneca Deaths 16,816 Comirnaty Adverse Reactions 166 Comirnaty Deaths
Vox unpacks it:
The first thing that leaps out is 420 reported vaccine deaths compared to 970 total Covid deaths. Even if we leave out the assumption that adverse reactions are under-reported, assume that all of the Covid deaths are actually OF Covid rather than WITH Covid and are of the unvaccinated, and ignore the natural mutation of the virus to more contagious, less lethal variants, the relative risk factors make it clear that it is riskier for the average Australian to become a vaccine recipient than to remain unvaccinated.
- Chance of unvaccinated individual contracting and dying of Covid = one in 26,481
- Chance of vaccinated individual dying of an adverse vaccine reaction = one in 24,275
So, even in the most favorable possible case for the vaccines, the average individual’s risk of death is essentially the same. And once you begin factoring in comorbidities, age, the decreased lethality of the Delta variant, the number of vaccinated deaths, the possibility that the patient died of something else while Covid-positive, and the mounting evidence that the ADE scenario is in effect, it is clear that the vaccines pose a greater threat to human life than does the virus.
There’s more, of course. These days, when isn’t there?
It’s obvious way too many people who are supposedly Westernized and Educated cannot do risk assessment of the simplest mind which involves nothing more than simple ratios using division. Even with a calculator.
A year ago they did a survey of random people on the street in America and asked them what % of Americans they thought had died of Covid. They got an a stage answer of around 10%. That would be about 33 MILLION deaths when at the time there were probably less than 250,000. I don’t think they could even explain what numerator and denominator they would use to derive the ratio to get the %.
Do they know how many people live in America? Do they know how many people died of WuFlu to that point? Would they even be able to tell you the magnitude of deaths (ten thousand, hundred thousand, millions?). Because all you need to know is that there are 330 Million people approximately in the US and 10% would be 33 MILLION deaths and that should have made them blink and say “no that can’t be right”.
Do they even know what a % even means?
Even now, after 19 months or so of counting the inflated numbers, it’s only 0.18%. They were off by over 100x in their assessment of the risks.
Had they been able to do the math they would see that the risks were way lower than the reaction to the risk suggested.
I bet most people now couldn’t answer the question correctly to within 1 order of magnitude.
Absolutely, kennycan. The Democrats’ destruction of the American educational system, particularly of math, was not an accident. Much of our population today is functionally innumerate, knowing only Common Core math and not being very good even at that.
I’m guessing one downvote was Aesop and the other Hank.
Fuck off turdface. I don’t vote up or down here.
Billy Madison: Okay, a simple “wrong” would’ve done just fine
Liar checks in.
Tells lie.
It’d be nice to “see” who up or down voted things.
Yea, I like those comment sections that show the names of the up/down votes. keeps it on an honest level I think.
SparkPlug misfires again. You should tune up that low-compression brain of yours. It’s firing on zero cylinders.
Math is raysiss.
“Do they know…”
Most of them can’t pick out their own town/state on a map.
Or name the two sides in the Civil War and who won.
What Civil War?
The War Between The States.
Kosovo?
