Texas AG Ken Paxton sends message to WNBA amid ‘concerns’ over treatment of Sophie Cunningham supporters
EXCLUSIVE: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton expressed cautious optimism about the WNBA’s treatment of Sophie Cunningham’s supporters Thursday while reaffirming his commitment to keeping biological males out of women’s sports.

Paxton attended the Indiana Fever’s game against the Dallas Wings at American Airlines Center with his daughter Mattie. The two wore matching XX-XY shirts as women’s sports advocates rallied outside the arena before the game.

When asked whether Cunningham’s supporters had received fair treatment from the WNBA, Paxton stopped short of condemning the league.

“Look, I think they’re working on it,” Paxton told Fox News Digital. “I have concerns … but I’m hopeful that things are getting better in that regard.”

Paxton answered a question on whether he would become involved if supporters face unfair treatment, saying he was “looking” into the issue. He did not indicate any plans for any formal action.

“Look, we’re looking at it,” Paxton said. “We wanna make sure that they are treated fairly”

Paxton’s measured response came after Cunningham supporters raised concerns about their treatment at WNBA games in multiple cities. The league recently acknowledged that security personnel should not have instructed a mother and daughter to cover their XX-XY shirts at an Atlanta Dream game.

“This should not have happened,” the WNBA said in response to that incident.

Paxton showed little willingness to compromise on the underlying issue.

“In Texas, we know what we’ve passed,” he said. “We have laws here that protect against men in women’s sports and boys in girls’ sports, and it’s pretty important to, I think, the people of Texas.”
As it’s “pretty important” to all sane, reasonable people everywhere. As my gal Sophie herself said after this foolish non-troversy—yet another of those 80/20 issues that a certain pathological criminal syndicate masquerading as a political party finds itself on the 20 percent side of—went wide: “It’s just common sense.”

Just hitch up your Big Boy britches, square your shoulders, and ‘fess on up to it: when she’s right, she is one hundred and fifty-leven percent fucking-A RIGHT. And as I learn more about this woman, I am starting to feel somewhat awed by how often she IS right, I must say.

Yes, I wrote the book in question, but that’s beside the point. If they can do it to me, they can do it to anyone who doesn’t hold the views that the leftist establishment finds acceptable. With Amazon being almost the only source for books now, and by far the largest, that’s a dangerous development for any society that values the freedom of speech.

It’s an odd thing. My latest book, The Tragedy of Islam: it has an Amazon page, and that page seems to be in full working order. You can find it here.

If, however, you didn’t click on that link I just provided, but instead went to Amazon and tried to find the book yourself, if your experience is anything like mine just now, you will see that the book is impossible to find. Search for it every which way, and it does not come up. Is Amazon trying to suppress access to this book? It sure looks as if it is.

I asked several other people to replicate this experiment, and they had the same results: They could find the book by clicking on a pre-existing link, but no matter what they searched for at Amazon, including the book’s specific title, subtitle, and author, it doesn’t come up. If you have a minute, please try it yourself and let me know in the comments what results you get.

I found this out because I needed the link to the book’s sale page, and as I was already at Amazon, instead of going to my website and clicking on the link there, I typed the book’s title into the search bar. What came up for “The Tragedy of Islam” was Imam Mohammad Tawhidi’s book from several years ago of the same name and a host of other books with similar names, but my book The Tragedy of Islam was nowhere to be seen. In fact, my book did not appear on the entire page of results for a search of the exact title of the book.

This is not normal. I typed in the names of a few of my other recent books, and they came right up in the searches, either as the first or second result.

So I started to search for The Tragedy of Islam with more information: by the full title, The Tragedy of Islam: Failure and Excuses, as well as “The Tragedy of Islam Spencer,” “The Tragedy of Islam Robert Spencer,” “The Tragedy of Islam by Robert Spencer,” and even “The Tragedy of Islam: Failure and Excuses by Robert Spencer, Bombardier Books.” Every search turned up another book I had written, or else Tawhidi’s book. None of the searches, not one, turned up the actual book The Tragedy of Islam: Failure and Excuses anywhere on the first page of search results.

Yet the book is offered at Amazon. Apparently, however, you can only get to it by clicking on a link to it you may find somewhere, not by searching at Amazon. This is a new form of censorship I haven’t encountered before. Amazon can say that they are offering the book for sale and that all is well. They’re just hiding it.

I pulled up the Amazon site and tried Spencer’s experiment my own self, with similar yet different results: as the man said, the new book was nowhere to be found, although most or maybe all of his previous works were there listed.

Interestingly enough, you can search for “robert spencer the tragedy of islam” with my preferred search engine, Luxxle, and the first result you get is the Simon & Schuster website page featuring Spencer’s latest, Coming in second you have a link that whisks you right off to Amazon’s page for the Spencer book. Passing strange, no? I confess myself to be stumped here. Spencer seems a bit bemused as well:

Oh, I’m completely confident of that, at any rate. To quote a little dialogue from the immortal classic movie, Easy Rider, which sums the sorry situation up as well as has ever been done, either before or since.

The Picture That Settles The Khan Chest Debate
It’s been years since I’ve looked at Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, but I do remember as a youngster buying into the idea that Ricardo Montalbán, who played the titular villain Khan, was wearing a prosthetic chest.

In case you’re not aware, it’s sort of an old urban legend that has been around for 35 years. Here is what the trivia on the IMDb says:

It has been widely debated that Ricardo Montalban’s chest was actually a prosthetic piece that he wore during the film. In the director’s commentary in the special edition DVD, Nicholas Meyer is quoted as saying that it was, in fact, Montalban’s actual chest and that he was a very muscular man who worked out. During publicity for the movie, during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson (1982) Montalban explained that he was able to achieve the look seen in the film by doing push-ups. “A lot of push-ups.”

The problem some people had was that Montalbán was an older gentleman at the time of filming and had a chest that was alpha as fuck, coupled with some curious attire positioning and a necklace that in theory would hide a suspect seam, and some poor VHS quality, some insisted it was fake. The layers of crude, fake, makeup Nimoy and Shatner wore — it looks like they rolled their faces in their wive’s makeup drawers — probably didn’t help.

Well, the following pic puts that to rest decisively.

Which, for my money, it….does. I’m satisfied that Montalban’s sculpted, manly chest is/was in fact the genuine article, no prosthetics required. Funny thing is, as a diehard Trek fanboi for pretty much my whole life, I never knew until just now that there ever even was a “Khan’s chest” debate; all along, I had just assumed it was either plastic or some other type of movie-magic fakery. Glad we finally got that all cleared up, aren’t you?

Funniest of all is that in the flick, Montalban’s Khan character was, in fact, a genetically-altered Übermenschen, specifically bio-engineered to be vastly superior in every way to us pathetic, flabby Normals. So in the end, not only was Montalban’s studly bod the real deal, but the man’s Rodin-statue-esque physique was probably a major part of the reason he got picked for the role to begin with. The above article appends another pic from early in Montalban’s acting career that’s even more convincing:

Yep, if THAT don’t persuade you, I can only guess that “Khan’s fake chest” is a position you simply aren’t open to changing yur mind about.

DeSantis Signs Sweeping Law Mandating Anti Communist Lessons Across Florida Schools
Florida students will soon receive classroom instruction on the atrocities and expanding threat of communism under legislation signed Wednesday by Gov. Ron DeSantis.

The requirement covers every grade from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Senate Bill 1264 directs public schools to provide age appropriate lessons about communist regimes, their victims, and the dangers posed by the ideology.

The curriculum is expected to present historical facts that too often receive a convenient gloss from the academic left.

“We might as well give them the truth when they are in our schools because a lot of these universities… teach how great communism is,” DeSantis said at a press conference in Hialeah.

The governor argued that students deserve an honest account before reaching universities where radical professors may portray communism as a noble experiment that simply went wrong.

Florida is choosing facts over fashionable excuses for failed regimes.

The new law requires lessons to highlight communist atrocities and the ideology’s “increasing threat.”

Those subjects include the brutality, political repression, economic ruin, and loss of individual liberty associated with communist governments around the world.

Roy Cooper let thousands of hardened criminals back onto the streets of North Carolina. Rapists. Pedophiles. Murderers. And when one of those monsters slaughtered a young Ukrainian refugee on a Charlotte light rail car, the former governor still had no explanation.

Michael Whatley is not letting him off the hook.

Appearing on Breitbart News Daily, the Republican Senate candidate and former RNC chairman put it plainly. “Roy Cooper has blood on his hands.” He released “4,200 hardened criminals,” Whatley said. “We’re talking the worst of the worst. We’re talking rapists. We’re talking pedophiles. We’re talking murderers out of North Carolina jails because he didn’t want them to get COVID.”

One of them was Decarlos Brown Jr. A year ago this month, a beautiful young Ukrainian refugee named Iryna Zarutska finished her shift at a pizzeria, boarded a Charlotte light rail car late at night, and was brutally murdered without provocation.

Whatley described the horror without flinching. “That monster should not have been on the streets. That monster should not have been on that light rail car, and that beautiful young lady should be alive today. And her blood is on Roy Cooper’s hands.”

Cooper has never explained the decision. Never apologized to the families. Whatley noted there are two dozen other families who lost someone to the criminals Cooper put back on the street. Ninety-nine of those released were later re-arrested on child pornography, sexual assault, or rape charges. And 2,200 of the criminals he released have been re-arrested since walking free.

The numbers only get uglier the deeper you dig. A searchable database compiled at CooperReleasedHim.com tracks more than 4,200 prisoners granted early release under the 2021 settlement Cooper’s administration struck with left-wing groups including the NAACP and ACLU.

A Texas constable just unplugged every Flock surveillance camera in his county and told the company to come get its garbage out of a free society.

Hood County Precinct 2 Constable John Shirley refused to wait for another empty study or corporate promise.

He and his team went out, disconnected the entire network of license-plate readers, covered them, and shut the system down cold.

“Today is a good day for the Freedom of the people of Hood County,” he posted.

He explained that he had finished the job of shutting down the county’s Flock cameras, which had been completely unplugged and covered.

Those devices were constantly scanning and recording regular people just going about their day, and that kind of permanent, warrantless tracking does not belong in a free society.

Every drive past one of those devices meant a person’s license plate was captured, time-stamped, and stored in a searchable database without any warrant or suspicion.

This created constant logging of ordinary Americans as they went to work, church, or the store.

Shirley made the principle plain when he stated that by unplugging and covering them they were making it clear that privacy is not optional and mass surveillance is not how things are done in Hood County.

He described the action as what limited government looks like and stressed that people there should not have to wonder if every trip they take is being logged and stored.

He expressed pride that this real win for the citizens had been accomplished.

He then delivered the final blow by telling Flock Safety Systems to come get their garbage out of his county.

This decisive stand comes at the exact moment reports have already exposed dozens of cases where officers abused the same network to stalk private citizens.

The company’s CEO admitted they could have done more earlier, yet the cameras keep spreading and turning daily life into permanent digital records that can be searched at will.

Once this infrastructure blankets the country, the temptation to misuse it never disappears.

Constable Shirley has proved that one determined official can still push back and win.

Hood County has drawn the line, leaving the question of whether the rest of America will follow before the watching becomes so normal that freedom itself feels like a memory.

Demand the same action in your county and share this widely, because the surveillance net is already tightening while one Texas lawman has just shown how to start cutting it.

Over next month’s Labor Day weekend, Michigan Senate hopeful Abdul El-Sayed is to speak at a conference that will platform a rogue’s gallery of Islamic extremists.

The conference in Detroit is the 63rd annual convention of the Islamic Society of North America, a Muslim Brotherhood affiliate that was an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2007-28 Holy Land terrorism-funding trial.

Other speakers among a plethora of Islamists include Siraj Wahhaj, a former ISNA vice-president who was himself an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.

Wahhaj, who has called for the full application of sharia law including amputation, stoning and the execution of gay people, makes no secret of his aim to Islamize America.

He has said: “You don’t get involved in politics because it’s the American thing to do. You get involved in politics because politics are a weapon to use in the cause of Islam.”

Another scheduled convention participant, Zaid Shakir, has said: “If only Muslims were clever politically, they could take over the United States and replace its constitutional government with a caliphate. If we put a nationwide infrastructure in place and marshaled our resources, we’d take over this country in a very short time.”

Apart from El-Sayed’s participation, the question has to be asked how this conference has been able to platform such dangerous extremists year after year. Why are such individuals allowed to run jihadi mosques and other institutions that pose such a threat to the state? How come America has permitted such dangerous extremists to be able freely to promote such jihadi subversion?

As for those “jihadi mosques,” some smart Hun has hit upon the perfect preemptive solution to that thorny issue.

BERLIN (AP) — Nine wooden spikes topped with parts of a dead pig were planted on a plot of land where Muslims are planning to build a mosque in the eastern city of Erfurt, German police said Monday.

The 1.5 meter-tall (nearly 5-foot) stakes were topped with half of a pig’s head, pig feet, and pig bowels among other things, the German news agency dpa reported. Police say whoever was responsible is unknown.

Pigs are considered unclean by Muslims.

There have been repeated protests against the construction of the Ahmadiyya mosque in Erfurt, including one by protesters who erected large Christian crosses on a neighboring property.

A spokesman for the Erfurt community, Mohammed Suleman Malik, said in a statement to The Associated Press that “while such acts do not make us lose our composure…we find it very sad that people go down to such a level.”

The $3.8 Billion Lie: Why Cutting Aid to Israel Would Sabotage America’s Power, Not Save It.

The US federal budget is about $7 trillion. That $3.8 billion to Israel is less than 0.05% of it. The defense budget is around $960 billion. The aerospace and defense industry generates nearly $1 trillion in sales and about $500 billion in economic value. Most of that $3.8 billion goes right back into American companies and jobs.

Israel’s own budget is about $220 billion. This is not charity, and Israel is not dependent on it. If it was just a matter of money, Israel could build its own weapons on its own. It has that capacity. But this is a real partnership, just like any corporate partnership where each side contributes to the project.

Israeli pilots and the Israeli defense establishment operate under constant threat from terrorists, jihadists, and anti-American entities. They make real-time, do-or-die adjustments to equipment developed for both countries.

That is what gives American weapons their edge over Russian, Chinese, and other competition. This is how America builds and maintains power through smart, long-term vision.

Yet the anti-Israel crowd, including figures like Ilhan Omar and Zohran Mamdani, tells the public that cutting this tiny fraction would make everyone rich. It’s not just a lie. It’s ridiculous.

If people with that Robin Hood mindset gain real power, they would sabotage the American way of investing, developing, and staying dominant. At the same time, American Jews, roughly 7.5 million strong, contribute an estimated $250 billion annually to the US treasury through taxes. Their bond with Israel isn’t just strategic; it’s family.

Cutting aid to Israel while pushing to isolate it sends a clear message to this highly productive community: your taxes may fund policies hostile to your family and your values.

These new voices aren’t serving the American people. They’re advancing Islamic and communist agendas, whether funded by China or anti-American Islamic regimes.
This outrage over Gaza is manufactured by the same terrorists and jihadists who dragged Israel and America into this dirty war, using human shields and weaponizing civilians by design to turn Americans against their own government and allies.

Replacing a proven alliance and a successful economic fabric with dependency and foreign interests is a dangerous gamble. The average American needs to wake up.
