You can’t make this stuff up. You really can’t.

House Majority Whip: Climate Change Hurts Blacks More
Climate change is no longer just an environmental issue. It’s now an issue of race, according to global warming activists and policy makers.

“It is critical our community be an integral and active part of the debate because African-Americans are disproportionately impacted by the effects of climate change economically, socially and through our health and well-being,” House Majority Whip James Clyburn, D-S.C., said July 29.

So now climate change –which has been going on since the beginning of this damned blue orb we live on — isn’t just our doing, and isn’t just the deadliest threat ever posed by self-destructive and short-sighted humanity to its own home planet — it’s racist, too. But I saved the best for last; ladies and gents, I give you the sweetest sub-hed I think I ever saw:

Clyburn says African-Americans ‘disproportionately impacted’; study recommends ‘fee, tax or allowance auction on polluters.’

But of course. More fees, more taxes, more penalties on business. According to Democrat idiots like Clyburn, it’s the only thing that can save us — always and forever, in every “crisis” they can dream up.

In my opinion, the real crisis here is that we seem to have reached a point as a nation where we no longer laugh at buffoons and clowns — we elect them to Congress, where their ridiculous antics just go on and on and on.

Update! Unrelated, other than in the sense that you just can’t make this stuff up:
Gaza smuggling tunnels are for milk, say Palestinians

Palestinian officials from the Gaza Strip have distributed a set of carefully-staged photographs they say are evidence that the smuggling tunnels running under the Gaza-Egypt border are for milk and other essential goods, not weapons.

Preposterous, and laughably so. What the hell planet is this we’re living on, anyway, that nonsense like this is taken seriously by even the most intellectually-bereft among us?

Minorities aren't ‘disproportionately impacted' by "climate change", but by the Democrats' alleged "cure". When businesses are driven into the dirt, minorities feel it first and worst.

Ooh, ooh, I get first guess! Is Clyburn black? I'm just guessing because of the dismally familiar outstretched tin cup posture.
