Andrew Olmsted, who was a friend to this site from way back, has been killed in Iraq. We e-mailed back and forth a few times over the years, and he was always a nice guy and a damned fine blogger. I knew he was going over to the ‘box, although I had kind of lost touch with his writing, as so often happens in the ever-expanding ’sphere. Read this and weep. A sad fare thee well and RIP to another American hero.
