    That is the most honest statement that could be said. And that should have been their story. They knew a lot, they just didn't contemplate the what the enemy was planning. I don't like that, but knowing the times, I can accept that. And chalk it down as another example of losing sight of "The Gathering Storm"* by those in charge.

    Perhaps one of these days we will see a "Gathering Storm".
