No, that’s not some Democrat congressional candidate laying out the party’s cut-n-run agenda; nor is it a NYT editor’s plea for more diplomatic appeasement. But it is a guy who’s at least as American as the Surrendercrats are, rolling out an open invitation to sign up for a hitch with the mighty warriors of the Religion of Peace, “before it’s too late.” Here’s more, from another lunatic:

But methinks I notice a subtle changing of the tone here, from the warmfuzzy wishful thinking of “religion of peace” to the more imperious-sounding “religion of truth.” Guess next it’ll be the “religion of kicking decadent infidel ass,” and when it gets to “religion of cave-dwelling goat-smelling fanatic beheaders of innocents” then we’ll finally be all the way home. What should one make of all this? One possible interpretation is that al Qaeda, Hamas, Hezbollah and the other cadres of fundamentalist Islam are a little fed up at having their message diluted. Y’know, people like this aren’t worth even the smallest drop of any American soldier’s blood. I don’t care whether it puts me “on his level” or not; I don’t care whether it amounts to playing into the hands of the appeasers and giving them some sort of advantage in an argument or debate, I’ve just gotta say it: the Islamofascists can behead all of these vile fuckwits they like. Come and get ‘em, fellas; they’re too pussified and punked-out to offer much resistance, and we’ve bred way too many of them for our own good already, and I’ll be damned if I’d ever inconvenience myself one iota to defend their subhuman ilk, even rhetorically.

Admittedly, I utilize some pretty sharp sticks in the course of poking and prodding at the Left here. I’ve never had any real problem with playing a bit rough, and it’s only fair that it goes both ways. But this is something else entirely. There is no excuse or rationalization to mitigate this. None.

Oh, and let’s not make the mistake of trying to minimize it by saying that it’s just some “lone” or “extremist” nut talking here, not representative of the majority of Lefty/antiwarrior “thought.” No, this sort of hateful derangement has now become par for the mainstream liberal course.
