Here we go again?

MIAMI – A federal air marshal opened fire on board an American Airlines flight on the ground at Miami International Airport, according to a law enforcement official who spoke only on condition of anonymity.

At least one person was wounded, according to broadcast reports said. The plane had just arrived from Colombia and was headed to Orlando. Television showed police SWAT officers surrounding the plane.

Airport and Miami-Dade County police officials said they had no immediate comment. Airlines officials did not immediately return calls seeking comment.

Obligatory FBI announcement that this has nothing whatever to do with terrorism in 5…4…3…2…

Update! Odds on whether the Kos Krazies or DU will openly speculate that this was a Bush admin ploy resulting in the injury or death of an innocent (insert minority here)-American merely to deflect attention from Propagandagate or Iraq-gate or Xmasgate or Shaggy Dog-gate or whatever the hell else the scandal du jour might be, anyone…?

Don't bother trying to figure out what lefty pod people want.

Their judgement is like that of a Drill Sergeant on a bad day: No matter what you do, it's wrong.

Primary differences: The DS wants you to succeed, and it's actually possible to eventually get it right for them.

And yet again, Zorro is wrong.

We will now pause for a nanosecond for everyone to get over their disbelief.

Kim du Toit is still blogging at www.theothersideofkim.com , and the Nation of Riflemen forum is still open.

I've never seen anyone be as wrong as often and as viciously as Zorro.

Mr. Bowen! The idea! Do you want him to end this record breaking run? I continue to pull for Zorro, that he will continue to defy Lady Luck and keep this marvelous, unbelievable streak of Krugman-esque, Morris-esque punditry rolling along.

It is one of the wonders of the world, it is.

    "Luck, be a lady tonight..."
