What recovery? Oh, you remember, the one you propagandists have been making up out of whole cloth for a couple of months now, trying to prop up your idiot commie pResident. And the real unemployment number is of course much, much higher, approaching the standard Eurosocialist level of eighteen percent. We’ve been propping those laggards up since WW2 by providing their defense for them, and sometimes with direct aid; gee, wonder who’s going to come along and save us, once Oblatherskite’s finally done destroying capitalism for good?

WASHINGTON (AP) — Just when it was beginning to look a little better, the economy relapsed Friday with a return to double-digit unemployment for only the second time since World War II and warnings that next year will be even worse than previously thought.

The jobless rate rocketed to 10.2 percent in October, the highest since early 1983, dealing a psychological blow to Americans as they prepare holiday shopping lists. It was another worse-than-expected report casting a shadow over the struggling recovery.

“Struggling recovery.” That’s a laugh. There IS NO recovery. And there never will be, until liberal idiots learn once and for all that socialism does not create jobs, prosperity, or anything other than government drones, trashed economies, misery, deprivation…and slaves.

The Labor Department, using a survey of company payrolls, said the economy shed 190,000 jobs in October. A separate survey of households found 558,000 more people were unemployed last month than in September. Some 15.7 million Americans are out of work.

The survey of companies doesn’t count the self-employed and undercounts employees of small businesses. So the economic picture could be even more dire.

Already, consumer confidence for October came in well below what analysts were expecting. Shoppers’ sentiments about the state of the economy are the gloomiest in nearly three decades.

Get used to it, Obamidiots. It’s the change you voted for. Just wait til they roll out cap and tax on your hapless, hopeless asses. Then we’ll get the Obama Depression started good and proper — and you’ll finally get the government you deserve. Good and hard.

The worst recession since the 1930s may be over, but the recovery isn’t expected to be strong enough to stem job losses and get businesses hiring again. And the unemployed are staying out of work longer. The count of people jobless for six months or longer stands at a record 5.6 million.

Again: get used to it. It’s all going to get worse under the Communist in Chief. Conservatives “hope the notmypResident fails?” They knew he inevitably would fail — because the big-government policies he believes in have never done anything but. What Rush and others meant by that all along, as you so mulishly refused to consider, is that Obullshitartist would fail to implement them, that his destructive agenda would be stopped — so that America herself would not fail. Because the one necessarily leads to the other, and everyone with any sense already knew it. Now it’s your turn to learn the lesson. And maybe this time, at long last, you will, although no one ought to be holding their breath here. You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make a jackass think.

Prospects that the government might pass a second stimulus bill appear dim. Congress is already grappling with sweeping health care legislation, raising concerns about further swelling the federal deficit.

“More debt, more spending … clearly has not worked — particularly in a time of double-digit unemployment,” said Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky. Democrats said the economy would have been in worse shape without the first stimulus.

Oh, rilly? Perhaps you Democrat Socialists would like to have a go at explaining this, then:
