By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, I hereby determine that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs…of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza.
You are authorized and directed to publish this memorandum in the Federal Register.

I was tired of Israel hogging all the good suicide bombers for themselves! Thanks, Barry!
It’s bad enough we fund the permanent “temporary” UN Camps. Those camps have enabled Arab countries to refuse citizenship to their own Syrian, Lebanese, Jordanian and Egyptian citizens by calling them “Palestinians”. They are kicked by their fellow Arabs as one would kick a junkyard dog. This is done to stoke Judenhass, Jew-hatred, to distract the people from the failures of their own governments.
By propagating this inhuman fraud in the guise of “humanitarianism” for decades now, the UN became not an innocent bystander but an active anti-Israeli player. We should stop funding the UN and their camps, insist that they be dismantled and force Arab countries to accept their own citizens. No more treating them like neurotic zoo animals.
We’re told Islam is the religion of peace, a wonderful brotherhood of benign believers. Prove it. Start by taking care of your own.
We failed ourselves and the Palestinians when we elevated Arafat. We let violence pay, and to be seen as paying. Imagine if you were a true reformer and you saw the United States propping up the worst scum in your community.
The Palestinians are the most comprehensively wrecked people on earth. They have become world-class welfare bums whose only industry is martyrdom. But welfare bums can only flourish with an enabling Welfare Sugar Daddy–and we must stop financing the insanity and excusing the killers.
That is how we help. And certainly not by seeding every neighborhood in America with Palestinians, some number of whom are likely terrorists or certainly their sympathisers.
Maybe it’s time to declare them a nation–and then treat them like one.
