Jones-Kelley on Paid Leave

November 7th, 2008

Via HotAir.  This is the state official who ordered the investigation on Joe the Plumber.  I figured she was going to get it when she told the press it was a standard investigation when some became famous.  Bull.  If it was standard she would have just pointed to the policy and procedures manual, handed out copies of the page that was on, and left it at that.

But nothing was going to be done when the election was on, and now that it is over the state goes into damage control, the state’s attorneys saying “42 USC Sec. 1983” to get everyones’ attention.  (Violation of rights by someone acting under color of state law – using a state position of authority to violate civil rights.)  Joe has a case, and likely the state’s attorneys are saying “get ready to settle”.

I bet the state’s attorneys are saying that right now – they have already done their investigation.

How ironic that this will be the FIRST case of wealth-redistribution per Obama's playbook.

Guess they didn't figure THEY'D get tapped.

Everyone involved needs to be fired. Just like those people who snooped at passports.

Hopefully this will end the illuminati left's abusive tactics of intimidation and public destruction of dissent. Joe the Plumber was the conservatives loudest voice during this campaign, speaking for the people, and he was punished for it.
