The Missionary Media has embarked on a three-ring project to prop up the Big Top of Brother O’s Travellin’ Salvation Show. They’ve decided that a 20-yr. partnership with a bomb-throwing commie cop-killer isn’t germane. Or even East Germane. They are determined to save Sniffles the Candidate from the Cold Night Ayers.

CNN informs us that BFF Barack n’ Bill “weren’t really close”. If by “not close” you mean the Siamese surgery was successful.

CNN also says Prof. Bill Ayers is probably unlikely to bomb Washington landmarks again or make more nail-bombs to place at soldier-attended dances or murder any more policemen.

That’s great–somebody inform the widows and orphans.

The AP says it’s RACIST!(tm.) for Gov. Palin to even mention terrorists. What’s that you say? Bill Ayers is a white guy? A white guy who helped kill Nyack’s first black police officer? No matter!

You see, other terrorists besides Bill Ayers have swarthy skin. I don’t really have to spell it out for you, do I, George Wallace?

Funny thing is, by censoring all this for as long as they could, the Keep-’em-Ignorant-Media has kept this fresh until now. Otherwise, it would have been Clintonian “old news”.

Obama says that these “Association-by-Guilt”-issues don’t matter because they “have nothing to do with you”, the voters.

Well, if Obama stripped down to a brushed alpaca-leather loincloth, slathered himself in wild mountain honey, put on the Kenny G records and performed ancient Andean UFO-summoning dances while nervously petting psychoactive iguanas, that wouldn’t have anything to do with the voters either.

But they might like to know.

The Obama Campaign says that Prof. Ayers once gave a lecture or something at the University of South Carolina, and Gov. Sanford, a McCain supporter is on the board. Therefore…it’s John McCain who is connected to Bill Ayers!

Let’s leave alone for a moment the fact that if Gov. Sanford had intervened at the university, the Obamites would have howled “Fascism!”. And leave alone the curious fact that Academia chose to reward Ayers for his murderships with a professorship. And the title “Terrorist Emeritus”.

But isn’t it just a little over the top to imply that while John McCain was being tortured in a North Vietnamese prison camp, he was actually on the same team with Bill Ayers, who was tossing bombs for the Viet Cong here in America? You really should be ashamed of yourselves.

The Obama Camp is so nervous about this, they’ve even constructed a faux history entitled “When Bill Met Barack”, which contains the phoniest timeline since OJ hit his head on Kato Kaelin’s air-conditioner in the alley.

Every male influence in Barack Obama’s life has been deeply troubling.

His father-figure mentor was the Communist agitator “Frank”.
His spiritual mentor is an America-hating Louie Farrakan-clone.
His financial mentor is the convicted Chicago Machine mobster living next door.
His political mentor is a bomb-making cop-killer, an unrepentant terrorist who only wishes he had killed more.

And most disturbing of all, his vice-presidential mentor is Joe Biden.

Just kidding, Joe.

Sort of.

“Guilty as sin, free as a bird.” That’s Ayers describing himself. Somebody please tell the Save-Our-Savior-Media. And tell them what they’ve always told us:
