Mr Hopeychangey Hopenchange looks like picking…perennial Washington insider Joe Biden?
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Within the last few hours I’ve spoken with two of the finalists for the role of Barack Obama’s running-mate, and to two other sources who are close to the process.
My bottom line is this: Barring a big surprise or last-minute change of heart, the choice is likely to be Sen. Joe Biden of Deleware, chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee.
Now watch the Fighty-fight-fightin’ Nutroots line up to laud this 65 year old, four-decade career hack as some sort of harbinger of yet another “new” era in politics. The dewy-eyed adolescents will swallow anything their Redeemer shovels in their direction.
And then there’s this: “The White House is no place to learn on the job.” Well, at least the plagiarizing jackass was right about one thing in his entire life. Bray for us all, Greasy Joe!
