Make sure you say the words “overcharge” and “prosecutorial misconduct” and “disbar.” The second doesn’t really apply but it sounds good so get it in there a few times. Don’t cuss.

Got two very nice emails from them thanking me.
Go and give for Kyle. He’s got a pretty much an open and shut cast for overcharging on the two 1st degree murder charges for the judge to throw them out or an appeals court to make that happen. The third? I’m not so sure about.
As for him crossing state lines etc that’s a bullshit charge and will, I think, be thrown out.
As for him being “only 17” and in possession of a firearm, that’s another bullshit charge that will, I think, be thrown out.
He’s go a great defense team and they are gonna eat this mother£¥cking prosecutor alive.
