Yet another brilliant Tweet

He’s no way smart enough to know it, but Little Adolf just got PWNED, as the kids say these days.

Believe it or not, it went on from there to get even uglier for the gun-grabbers:

Paronto has handled weapons-heavy violent defenses across the world, and he has seen friends die.
Echoing the Benghazi survivor’s powerful Twitter response, a senior toxicologist at Shell shared his own personal experience from his generation.

Lack of Manliness Is Real Culprit Behind Mass Shootings

“Thanks Kris. I’m the generation before yours & though firearms were readily available there were NO school shootings,” Fred Reitman, the Shell toxicologist, tweeted. “The cause will be found looking at what has changed since then. Morality. The family unit. Respect for human life. Pushing God out of schools & public square.”

I left PJMedia’s embedded headline and link to yet another ass-whupping in the middle of that excerpt because, well, I mean, DUH (note: it, like the Adams piece I’m getting ready to quote next, is an evergreen oldie).

And lest you’re too young to remember the history lesson that just zoomed right over Hogg’s empty head:

The millennial generation might be surprised to learn that theirs is the first without guns in school. Just 30 years ago, high school kids rode the bus with rifles and shot their guns at high school rifle ranges.

After another school shooting, it’s time to ask: what changed?

Cross guns off the list of things that changed in thirty years. In 1985, semi-automatic rifles existed, and a semi-automatic rifle was used in Florida. Guns didn’t suddenly decide to visit mayhem on schools. Guns can’t decide.

We can also cross the Second Amendment off the list. It existed for over 200 years before this wickedness unfolded. Nothing changed in the Constitution.

That leaves us with some uncomfortable possibilities remaining. What has changed from thirty years ago when kids could take firearms into school responsibly and today might involve some difficult truths.

Let’s inventory the possibilities.

Which Adams does quite a good job of, but it all boils down to one thing: the near-total triumph of Progressivism over reality, common sense, freedom, and individual self-determination and responsibility. It ain’t guns, it ain’t gun owners, it most certainly ain’t the NRA, as Hogg so obnoxiously brays. The cultural, moral, and personal destruction and rot brought on by so-called “liberalism’s” half-century reign is the culprit here. Period fucking dot.

I repeat yet again: Quit whining, cockholsters. Come and take them. Man up, get busy, or shut your overworked fucking mouths.

Oh, and in case there’s still a living soul out there gullible enough to swallow the threadbare old “reasonable, common-sense gun control,” “nobody wants to take your guns,” “I’m a hunter myself” blah-de-blah: think again, chump.

It’s not a matter of agreeing to disagree. That opportunity will not be presented by those who would rule over all. If they reach the point where those pulling the strings feel emboldened enough to try for full-blown citizen disarmament after decades of incremental erosions, there will be those who defy them and those who actively resist orders articulated by Dianne Feinstein when she advocated “Mr. and Mrs. America, turn ‘em all in.”

And it’s not just so-called “assault weapons.” Remember, the Brady Campaign and the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence both started with the goal to ban handguns. Those goals haven’t gone away, and Nancy Pelosi admitted that the piece-at-a-time strategy is still in operation with her “slippery slope” advocacy (echoed by Chris Murphy’s commitment to “baby steps” toward disarmament.

This is existential. If Americans once more rebel against tyranny, there’s no reason to expect history will not repeat itself as far as the very personal and often violent Patriots vs. Tories conflicts that happened last time. If that does, those for whom no gun laws will ever be enough, and who egged it all on, should not delude themselves into thinking their roles will be overlooked if any of their opponents decide to adopt Bill Clinton’s rules of engagement…

So instead I’ll express gratitude for the wisdom of the Founders, who knew that just as arms in private, moral hands discouraged individual aggressors — most of the time without a shot being fired — so too does the knowledge of an armed populace work on a societal scale.  And believe it or not, I’m also grateful for the impulse control-challenged leftists who just don’t have the self-discipline to stifle their outbursts. They confirm in ways they can’t take back that all the talk about “commonsense gun safety laws” is just a smokescreen, that what the totalitarians really want is everything, and the guns are just the start.

Anyone who scoffs that no one is talking about taking away your guns can be shown to be a liar. Thanks to the unabashed prohibitionists, that genie is now out of the bottle and can never be put back.

It sure is. All that’s left now is to settle the issue. Not that it ever really will or can be settled. To repeat: the Left will never, ever stop. They’ll keep on coming back for another bite until either we give in, or they’re beaten down so thoroughly that just the mere thought of getting up again makes them physically ill.
